In today's series 4 finale I speak to Duncan who is the Headteacher of Marketfield College. In series's 1 finale you may rememer I had Gary Smith Headteacher of Marketfield School on my podcast they are both linked from the same family. I went both myself but today me and Duncan speak about about Autism how the College has changed. This episode is a great listen we also talk about routine and how the pandemic has affected so many people and how the College has delt with the situation. Duncan is also an Ambassador from the Multi Schools Council too.
