- 0:04Speaker 1: But I'm not in the moment. How am I supposed
- 0:06Speaker 1: to do it when I'm not in the most I've
- 0:08Speaker 1: tried this before. Actually, you beat me into this every
- 0:09Speaker 1: time I talk about this, and I've done it before.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Just think about If you guys want to hear me,
- 0:12Speaker 1: do it. Go listen to the whole discography of Relatable.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Don't gas you'll hear it. Some like to say, are
- 0:19Speaker 1: you talking about it? Just say it? You have a girl,
- 0:21Speaker 1: I always do it. Yeah, you're the key, I always
- 0:23Speaker 1: do it. You ever go? Are you trying to say
- 0:26Speaker 1: you don't do it? You're the sex icon on the
- 0:28Speaker 1: pod Relatable. The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself, Audie
- 0:42Speaker 1: Clark aka Mummy, and I'm happy to say my partner
- 0:46Speaker 1: in crime, Jake Craig aka Daddy Let's go. And I'm
- 0:50Speaker 1: happy to say that today because I'm wearing a shirt
- 0:52Speaker 1: with Daddy's face on it. Yeah, look at my shirt.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I got Mummy's face on it. This might be the
- 0:57Speaker 1: best you've ever looked in the pod. I'm slightly gas
- 1:00Speaker 1: on you before this episode, mate, slightly gas, Yeah, lightly gas.
- 1:03Speaker 1: You are let's go looking good? Oh how funny. I
- 1:07Speaker 1: don't know what it is about you, but oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:12Speaker 1: let's address the elephant in the room. Yeah, boy, And
- 1:16Speaker 1: it's not the shirt with my face on it. Jake
- 1:19Speaker 1: is starting to grow what would you call it? Oh
- 1:21Speaker 1: call this a very I'd call this a pristine mustache.
- 1:28Speaker 1: You would call it a mustache. It's quite long on
- 1:31Speaker 1: it goes wrapped around the mouth. I don't know how
- 1:33Speaker 1: to shape it. You should get like a little kid
- 1:35Speaker 1: or something. I'm gonna need you because with some TikTok tutorials. Well,
- 1:39Speaker 1: a couple of episodes ago.
- 1:39Speaker 2: I don't know if it was on a Patron episode,
- 1:41Speaker 2: if it was a normal episode, but I think we
- 1:44Speaker 2: were talking about something and you were like, why don't
- 1:46Speaker 2: you grow a bit?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:47Speaker 2: I said that, and then I said, like, I can,
- 1:48Speaker 2: but the mustache isn't very thinking. You're like, oh, sure
- 1:50Speaker 2: you can grow on. So I was just like, well,
- 1:52Speaker 2: fuck it, I'm gonna try. I don't think it's looking good.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Give it another two or three weeks.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Like, yeah, I haven't shared my mustache. It's slightly maybe
- 1:58Speaker 1: too long on the edges.
- 2:00Speaker 2: So yeah, I just need to figure out slightly just yeah,
- 2:03Speaker 2: but I'm scared because if I go too far, I
- 2:05Speaker 2: got to shave it all off.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I can't. It's been so long. It's been three weeks
- 2:10Speaker 1: maybe more. That's pretty good. This is actually this has
- 2:12Speaker 1: been like a year and a half mine. It's been
- 2:14Speaker 1: three weeks. Actually, if we could do November, if you
- 2:17Speaker 1: grow yours for men's mental health, and I'll die mind
- 2:20Speaker 1: I've actually got hairy. It's just blonde blonde.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Yeah, so well here's the thing that though, I may
- 2:24Speaker 2: as well keep it until November, because by by November
- 2:26Speaker 2: it should be good enough.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a couple of months. Good idea, good eyes.
- 2:30Speaker 2: So maybe I'll even like with the norm buzz trimmer,
- 2:33Speaker 2: like on a super long setting, say shave it so
- 2:37Speaker 2: I'm only cutting off barely, barely a millimeter and then
- 2:39Speaker 2: they're all the same length, and then I need to
- 2:41Speaker 2: figure out how to like, I should just go to
- 2:43Speaker 2: the barber.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Actually, we'll go to Ash. The barber's name is Ash.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Just go give me a mate, what do you want done?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Just up? Yeah, actually like little trim and be like
- 2:52Speaker 1: you actually reckon. You could maybe Spruce just get it
- 2:54Speaker 1: nicely shaped and just get him to do that every
- 2:55Speaker 1: fucking week. Do it be a nice panthering SESSI too,
- 2:59Speaker 1: he'd like it.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah, So I actually wanted to start this episode with
- 3:07Speaker 2: so as men, we well, one of the reasons we
- 3:12Speaker 2: started actually the podcast is because we wanted to kind
- 3:15Speaker 2: of normalize guys talking about their feelings a bit more
- 3:19Speaker 2: open stuff. And I think like we do when then
- 3:21Speaker 2: sometimes we like go a little while where.
- 3:22Speaker 1: We don't and we have fun and blah blah blah.
- 3:25Speaker 1: But I wanted to start this episode with some feelings, right,
- 3:27Speaker 1: I love that from you. So as guys, this is
- 3:33Speaker 1: to everyone out there.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Listening and to you and you're going to agree with me,
- 3:36Speaker 2: I assume, and to all the dudes out there everyone.
- 3:39Speaker 2: We don't like when we get in a relationship, we
- 3:43Speaker 2: don't really talk about our relationship.
- 3:46Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 3:48Speaker 2: So I wouldn't be able to tell you a time
- 3:52Speaker 2: where so because guys like don't ask the questions and
- 3:56Speaker 2: we're not going too that in depth. It's like when
- 3:59Speaker 2: we're talking about our relationship with a friend, it's quite
- 4:02Speaker 2: often about maybe a fight we've had and we want
- 4:05Speaker 2: their opinion or or yeah, like just something like we
- 4:09Speaker 2: don't talk about the good things basically because that's just
- 4:11Speaker 2: not what we talk about.
- 4:12Speaker 1: You'd almost say, how's your missus gone? You're like good? Yeah,
- 4:14Speaker 1: like yeah, you're just like good. But like that's then
- 4:16Speaker 1: even if someone says, how's the missus, Like I don't
- 4:17Speaker 1: remember the last time I've said that to anyone, Well, yeah,
- 4:20Speaker 1: like you just assume.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Yeah, And so I wanted to come on and basically
- 4:25Speaker 2: it's like because if you think about it, if the
- 4:27Speaker 2: only thing, like if the only reason we ever talked
- 4:30Speaker 2: to one of our friends about our girlfriends or to
- 4:32Speaker 2: each other about girlfriends is because we're having an issue.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's like, oh, what do you think about this fight
- 4:35Speaker 2: we had? It's like I think, like, fuck, you guys
- 4:37Speaker 2: just fight all the time. Negative, Yeah, it's only negative things.
- 4:41Speaker 2: And so I think I wanted to come on here
- 4:43Speaker 2: and tell you that like Beth is like the the
- 4:49Speaker 2: best girlfriend ever had, right yeah, and like the like
- 4:53Speaker 2: she's made me the happiest of you know, any and
- 4:56Speaker 2: like hopefully forever. Yeah, and like ever since I kind
- 4:59Speaker 2: of I thought that way, I obviously assumed that about
- 5:01Speaker 2: you and Cassie. But I think I want you to
- 5:04Speaker 2: know that just so if I ever do come to
- 5:07Speaker 2: you where it's like Beth.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And I have had an argument. I know, so then
- 5:11Speaker 1: you that's your goal and goal, yeah, that's how you
- 5:14Speaker 1: see the relationship. Yeah, so it's not like all you
- 5:16Speaker 1: hear is bad things like oh, she just seems so naggy.
- 5:19Speaker 1: She just seems like she's so negative. It's like because
- 5:23Speaker 1: maybe one percent of the time that's what happens, and
- 5:25Speaker 1: that's when you have a fight. Yeah, but ninety nine
- 5:27Speaker 1: percent of the time you are right because the only
- 5:29Speaker 1: time I've really talked about Cassie is like I had
- 5:31Speaker 1: it wasn't too bad. It was a negative thing, and
- 5:33Speaker 1: I didn't know how to go about there. And you're
- 5:36Speaker 1: like that's a tricky one. Yeah, I never like come
- 5:37Speaker 1: to and like fuck, well we had the best date ever? No, yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 1: like we never do like I like you would in
- 5:43Speaker 1: on Monday, though you did say like I had a
- 5:44Speaker 1: great time. It was a different type of love with Cassie,
- 5:46Speaker 1: blah blah blah, like and I would say, like I
- 5:47Speaker 1: actually had the best time, like two full weeks of
- 5:50Speaker 1: every living second together with Beth and we didn't argue once,
- 5:52Speaker 1: didn't disagree with anything, like I had the best time ever.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And so I think it's just like something that we
- 5:57Speaker 1: probably don't have to elaborate on it every fucking day,
- 5:59Speaker 1: Like we just don't do that. But it's something that
- 6:01Speaker 1: I want you to know just in case future. Yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 1: because like if Beth does something where I had an
- 6:06Speaker 1: argument with her and it's like, well, and Jake, I
- 6:08Speaker 1: know that you've told me once before, like she's the
- 6:10Speaker 1: happiest you've ever made her, Like give it the benefit
- 6:11Speaker 1: of the doubt in this one. It's sort of like
- 6:13Speaker 1: human nature. It's the same thing like when you get
- 6:15Speaker 1: a cold, like it is I wish I would be
- 6:16Speaker 1: healthy again. It is. It's the same thing like when
- 6:19Speaker 1: your relationship is so good you don't think about talking
- 6:21Speaker 1: about it, but as soon as it gets that little
- 6:23Speaker 1: bit of like badness in it, and you're like, oh,
- 6:24Speaker 1: fuck a bit to talk to someone about it. Yeah,
- 6:26Speaker 1: but you don't. But I think that's a very good
- 6:27Speaker 1: realization from you. Yeah, And so I kind of thought, yeah,
- 6:31Speaker 1: I assume it's the same from you. Yeah. Yeah, yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 1: Like she's like to have you some everyone's ever made
- 6:35Speaker 1: you so it's like whenever you maybe come to me
- 6:37Speaker 1: and it's like, oh, I've had an argument withheh blahlah blah,
- 6:39Speaker 1: it's like.
- 6:39Speaker 2: I'm not just gonna side with you straight away, you know,
- 6:41Speaker 2: because it's like if you and I had an argument,
- 6:43Speaker 2: let's say, and I was talking to Beth about it,
- 6:45Speaker 2: it's like she's gonna side with me straight away because
- 6:47Speaker 2: she's my girlfriend.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like stuff like that. Yeah, it's the same thing,
- 6:50Speaker 1: like you go to your parents are obviously gonna side
- 6:51Speaker 1: with their kid, yeah, exactly, Like that's why parents always
- 6:54Speaker 1: side with their kid when a teacher got mad at Yeah,
- 6:56Speaker 1: and it's like, well, I'm obviously gonna side of them.
- 6:58Speaker 1: You're gotta side with the kid. But it's also it's like,
- 7:00Speaker 1: fucking the teacher probably had a reason. Letters teachers don't
- 7:03Speaker 1: just fucking hate kids for no reason exactly. But the
- 7:05Speaker 1: funny you actually bring up love is because we talk
- 7:08Speaker 1: on the podcast all the time. It's probably one of
- 7:11Speaker 1: the most reoccurring themes is that girls fall in love
- 7:14Speaker 1: when they're together, yes, and men fall in love when
- 7:17Speaker 1: they're apart. Yes. But do you know why that is
- 7:21Speaker 1: we say it all the time? No? Yeah, no, we
- 7:23Speaker 1: just know. We know that happened. We know that happened,
- 7:25Speaker 1: but I don't know why that is. And I have
- 7:26Speaker 1: figured out why really. I went did some research for
- 7:30Speaker 1: the pod, watched the whole ted talk on It was
- 7:33Speaker 1: called How We Fall in Love by Dawn Masla. Okay,
- 7:37Speaker 1: comn okay, So we need a little bit of background information.
- 7:39Speaker 1: This is the science behind why we fall in love
- 7:42Speaker 1: like men and women. Yeah okay, and this is so interesting,
- 7:46Speaker 1: but we need a little bit of background info. And
- 7:47Speaker 1: it's going to sound like a bit of sciencey boring stuff.
- 7:49Speaker 1: But if we get through it, we'll get through that
- 7:51Speaker 1: bit the end of its juice. Yeah, okay, cool cook coo.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So background info is we have certain neurotransmitters in our
- 7:57Speaker 1: brain that turn on receptors that produce different chemical compounds,
- 8:02Speaker 1: and they go up and down when we fall in love. Yep.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So it's called the biochemistry of love. Yes, okay. So
- 8:07Speaker 1: for example, your cholesterol levels go up the stress hormone,
- 8:10Speaker 1: which makes you feel nervous. Butterflies, yes, exactly, like when
- 8:13Speaker 1: you're go on first date and you're like, I'm on,
- 8:15Speaker 1: I got butterflies. Tech Like, we could be nerdy and
- 8:17Speaker 1: be like, my cholesterol levels a rising. You meet your
- 8:21Speaker 1: date first, she's like oh, she's like, I'm so nervous,
- 8:24Speaker 1: and you're like your cholesterol level another second day, another one.
- 8:31Speaker 1: The oxytocin levels increase, making you feel horny. Woman's testosterone
- 8:37Speaker 1: goes up when you fall in love, making you feel aggressive.
- 8:39Speaker 1: So my girl's get a bit aggressive in best bites.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Oh god, and the opposite happens for men, So the
- 8:47Speaker 1: testos stone goes down, making us feel more passive. Bad
- 8:50Speaker 1: for gains girls, it's very very interesting. Soon goes down. Yes, yes,
- 8:56Speaker 1: and both serotonin levels dropped, causing us to feel more
- 9:00Speaker 1: obsessed with each other. Okay, so basically it's like, so
- 9:03Speaker 1: when you're apart, when you meet someone, you like them,
- 9:05Speaker 1: and then when you're apart, your serotonin levels dropped, so
- 9:08Speaker 1: it's like, I want to be with that. That's exactly
- 9:09Speaker 1: exactly the same thing. Oh my god, my levels are
- 9:12Speaker 1: so low. You should get it for me, man. Yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 1: well low for a month. But okay, so here is
- 9:20Speaker 1: where I gets juicy. So we often mentioned on the
- 9:22Speaker 1: potty right, like to wait three days before you sleep
- 9:24Speaker 1: with him and stuff like that. Oh yeah, the little yeah.
- 9:27Speaker 1: But we've always just said that because that's what we're hear.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I just hear it. There's actually science that backs it up.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So when a woman's in love, her oxytocin levels go
- 9:36Speaker 1: up fifty one percent when she finds a man that
- 9:38Speaker 1: she actually likes, and that's her dope. Meine goes up
- 9:41Speaker 1: with that, and so she's in this little love bubble
- 9:44Speaker 1: oxytocin through the roof, don't mean through the roof, and
- 9:47Speaker 1: she's feeling really good. So that so it can be
- 9:50Speaker 1: seen that oxytocin is the love hormone for women, but
- 9:53Speaker 1: it can't be for men because testosterone blocks oxytocin. So
- 9:58Speaker 1: they had to find a similar comp in men that
- 10:00Speaker 1: had the same effect, which is called vasapressin. So the
- 10:05Speaker 1: funny thing about vasapressin is it goes all the way
- 10:08Speaker 1: up when like you're doing four play anything like that,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but as soon as you come vasipressin straight back down.
- 10:17Speaker 1: So interesting, Hey, So we find out that women fall
- 10:21Speaker 1: in love through kissing and cuddling and anything like that
- 10:24Speaker 1: because they're oxytocin rises and oxytotocin climaxes when they come.
- 10:30Speaker 1: So it's through the roof. So as soon as a
- 10:31Speaker 1: girl as sex with someone that it stays up, it
- 10:33Speaker 1: stays up there. However, a men's vasapressin and when they
- 10:36Speaker 1: love hormone, when they're sexually transmitted, they're cuddling everything like
- 10:39Speaker 1: it's gone through the roof as soon as they come
- 10:41Speaker 1: boom straight back down. That's why we get when we
- 10:43Speaker 1: post not clarity, yes, so we're just like bang so.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Well we can take away from this is it means
- 10:50Speaker 1: that the neurotransmitters in the male's brains take time to
- 10:55Speaker 1: produce vasapressin, like when you're with them, everything like that,
- 10:58Speaker 1: and if you don't have sex with them and then
- 11:00Speaker 1: the guy leaves, it's just on a high and it
- 11:03Speaker 1: keeps going. That's why we feel like we're in love
- 11:06Speaker 1: when we're apart, because our vacipressent just keeps rising because
- 11:08Speaker 1: we're not coming orgasmin So girls feel love when we're
- 11:13Speaker 1: together and she has sex and we're together and it's
- 11:15Speaker 1: just in this little love bubble. But we feel it
- 11:17Speaker 1: after when we're apart, and it gives time for those
- 11:19Speaker 1: neurotransmitters to turn on, turn the receptors on, and then
- 11:22Speaker 1: just keep rising. This is some seriously juicy stuff. Yeah,
- 11:25Speaker 1: that's serious. I thought that was so interesting, like hacks
- 11:28Speaker 1: in the system. So here you go. Is this? Why
- 11:32Speaker 1: is it okay?
- 11:34Speaker 2: Sometimes people will give advice like let's say you're single,
- 11:39Speaker 2: some advice that like I reckon we've given to dilemmas
- 11:43Speaker 2: and I've been given is like, before you make any decisions,
- 11:49Speaker 2: have a wank. Yes, you've got to experience that PNC
- 11:53Speaker 2: postal clarity. Yes, But if you do have a wank
- 11:57Speaker 2: and you're like, oh no, no, I still want to,
- 11:59Speaker 2: then maybe there I don't know.
- 12:01Speaker 1: How actually like they actually like well, I think if
- 12:03Speaker 1: you it sounds so derogatory, but if you have a
- 12:05Speaker 1: wank and you still like them, like it's actual, like
- 12:09Speaker 1: really love whether the vasa pressing was just taking over
- 12:11Speaker 1: otherwise and like you just got your hit. I'm done,
- 12:13Speaker 1: So here's a question. Then I assume they mustn't have
- 12:15Speaker 1: touched on it. But so like.
- 12:19Speaker 2: With my girlfriend, if we do the deed, yeah, I
- 12:24Speaker 2: actually like like I joke around, I'm like yeah, post
- 12:27Speaker 2: but I actually don't really like like I still want
- 12:30Speaker 2: to cudd all kiss, like I still like doing that
- 12:34Speaker 2: after but I will say like.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I definitely need time, like if there was a round
- 12:37Speaker 1: two involved. But this is need I need time. This
- 12:40Speaker 1: is like how you know you're in love. Okay, So
- 12:42Speaker 1: this is like this initial talking stage that like if
- 12:45Speaker 1: you first have sex with them and then you're like, oh,
- 12:48Speaker 1: I didn't really like this and it doesn't go back
- 12:49Speaker 1: to normal and you're apart, I don't love them. Oh
- 12:53Speaker 1: when you have sex, then your vast presson knows down,
- 12:55Speaker 1: but you still want to cuddle on stuff like that
- 12:57Speaker 1: and just keep you rather and then when you leave
- 12:59Speaker 1: oh okay, okay, okay, okay.
- 13:00Speaker 2: So so it's like, let's say you go on a
- 13:02Speaker 2: date with someone, yeah, and through the date, and then
- 13:05Speaker 2: like let's say you're three three dates in all right,
- 13:07Speaker 2: and then on this third date you sleep together and
- 13:09Speaker 2: for those three dates at the vast present.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Yea yeah yeah yeah, through the roof, and then you
- 13:13Speaker 1: find it. So you on the third date, you guys
- 13:16Speaker 1: have sex. Yep.
- 13:17Speaker 2: So after you have sex, your vast person obviously boom,
- 13:21Speaker 2: and if it kind of like goes down and it
- 13:24Speaker 2: stays down and you're like, oh, that means you're not
- 13:29Speaker 2: all that into them, and then also like when you leave,
- 13:32Speaker 2: you're still not like all that into them. Yeah, So
- 13:34Speaker 2: is that like basically a sign where it's like, oh no,
- 13:36Speaker 2: I actually chemically don't like this.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm chemically not love, not attracted him. Where as
- 13:41Speaker 1: the girl those three dates, she's been getting that oxytocin
- 13:44Speaker 1: and as soon as she comes from that sex, she's
- 13:46Speaker 1: more in love. So it's kind of hard on the girl.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's that is the So is that way?
- 13:51Speaker 2: It's kind of like I guess, like statistically, yeah, it
- 13:56Speaker 2: is quite often, like some guys do it, but I
- 13:59Speaker 2: think it's more common for a girl to fall in
- 14:01Speaker 2: love quicker.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I think so too, because you do all those stages.
- 14:03Speaker 1: You have to do all those stages first to rise
- 14:06Speaker 1: the oxytocin, and you're cuddling, you're kissing, you're sexually attracted
- 14:09Speaker 1: to each other on dates, you seek you skin you
- 14:10Speaker 1: haven't seen for the first time, which is same for
- 14:13Speaker 1: to do. But as soon as he gets all that hit, boom.
- 14:15Speaker 1: See ya. So that's crazy And is that why here
- 14:19Speaker 1: we go? Okay, that's why you make them wait though,
- 14:21Speaker 1: make them wait? Okay?
- 14:22Speaker 2: But is that why post nut clarity is like a
- 14:28Speaker 2: hundred times worse when you watch porn?
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, because you don't there's no love there at all.
- 14:34Speaker 1: There's literally nothing there. That's why you feel gross. Especially Yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 1: you watch some video and what I'm doing. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and like the vast pression just took over. The vaster
- 14:43Speaker 1: pression took over my body. You know. You delete the
- 14:46Speaker 1: tablets instantly. Yeah, yeah, it doesn't matter if there's five
- 14:49Speaker 1: minutes left in the video. You delete the tabit instantly,
- 14:51Speaker 1: clear the search history. It is true because you feel disgusted. Yeah.
- 14:54Speaker 1: And then and and also when that vaster pressence plummeted,
- 14:56Speaker 1: you're like, I'm never doing that. And girls don't get
- 14:58Speaker 1: post that clarity because they just want there like oh yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 1: that's good, and they want to cut it after and yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 1: like they may not want to go again, but they're
- 15:04Speaker 1: just like high, yeah yeah they and they needed they
- 15:09Speaker 1: need a minute after after they come to like you
- 15:12Speaker 1: have ever been like fuck, I just need a second. Yeah.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Whereas like we were not to like talk a big game,
- 15:18Speaker 1: but it's like, oh my legs are shaking. Oh man.
- 15:24Speaker 1: It's not about science, about how you use it. Yeah.
- 15:26Speaker 1: So it's a lot of science terminologies, which this is
- 15:30Speaker 1: not a science podcast, but I thought I tried to
- 15:34Speaker 1: break it down so I could understand it. And I
- 15:37Speaker 1: hope that came across quite well. No, no, I think
- 15:39Speaker 1: that's like very dumbed down. Yeah yeah, yah. I watched
- 15:41Speaker 1: a video and she was using all these big term
- 15:43Speaker 1: and I was like, okay, I'll use and here so
- 15:48Speaker 1: funny how like so like science people, you could like
- 15:52Speaker 1: a simple and.
- 15:54Speaker 2: In so many senses, but some people will be like,
- 15:55Speaker 2: so therefore, yeah.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Just adding words to an essay. Here you get the
- 16:00Speaker 1: eight hundred word counter. Yeah, they like, what are you
- 16:01Speaker 1: talking about? Oh, it's ridiculous. Do you remember in high school?
- 16:05Speaker 1: I remember the first time I don't know what year
- 16:07Speaker 1: we were all in, but it's like you all do
- 16:09Speaker 1: the same assignment basically in like history.
- 16:12Speaker 2: And I remember the first time we got an assignment
- 16:16Speaker 2: in it was history, I believe or something like that
- 16:18Speaker 2: where it had to be an eight.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Hundred word essay. I remember hated those things. I hated
- 16:22Speaker 1: them as well. And I remember, tell you what I did.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I just put down the bottom. You just put all
- 16:26Speaker 1: the words in what Oh? Yeah, I was gonna say
- 16:29Speaker 1: the hack. Yeah.
- 16:30Speaker 2: And because the teachers like scare you and they go,
- 16:32Speaker 2: we have an app on our phone count the words
- 16:35Speaker 2: and so yeah, you'd go down and you just like
- 16:36Speaker 2: write a whole bunch of random words. You write like
- 16:39Speaker 2: ten words in copy and paste it a how.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Much times but color them why at the bottom of
- 16:42Speaker 1: the page, so they teachers count it. But it's like
- 16:45Speaker 1: no one got in trouble for it. Oh, no one
- 16:47Speaker 1: did know. And you know they have like they definitely
- 16:49Speaker 1: don't have it in high school. They can check pleasures.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I'm like, bullshit, Yeah what and how do they check
- 16:53Speaker 1: against chat ChiPT? Yeah, I reckon. I'll tell you. Being
- 16:56Speaker 1: in UNI when chat gibt was just coming out like
- 16:58Speaker 1: last year would have been a dream. Oh my god.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And they had no way to do. Yeah.
- 17:02Speaker 2: And also there's you there's probably ways where you can
- 17:04Speaker 2: say to chat GPT, like all right, here's like copy
- 17:08Speaker 2: and paste, like here's essays I've done in the past.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Make the one you wrote for me sound like I
- 17:12Speaker 1: wrote like chat GPT is literally artificially intelligence. Literally it's
- 17:16Speaker 1: so good. There's no way you can call it's better
- 17:19Speaker 1: than Google. That's what people. When I was away, I
- 17:22Speaker 1: swear Google's becoming obsolete. I agree. I was looking up
- 17:25Speaker 1: to find places to eat TikTok, to find and I
- 17:29Speaker 1: do that in Sydney to find what I want to know,
- 17:31Speaker 1: chat GPT because it takes out a step. Were like,
- 17:33Speaker 1: young Google, I don't know how tall is Jake Craig,
- 17:36Speaker 1: And it'll be like click a link to find out
- 17:38Speaker 1: how Jake Craig how tall? You have to go read
- 17:39Speaker 1: an article. Yeah, whereas I go chat major in Jake
- 17:41Speaker 1: Craig is five eleven. Yeah, it'll be like, no, I've
- 17:45Speaker 1: got it on. I've got it on a shirt right here,
- 17:47Speaker 1: five eleven and handsome. I could have put five eleven
- 17:49Speaker 1: and ugly, but I didn't. I prefer six foot and ugly.
- 17:55Speaker 1: What do you put on yours? Nothing? Nothing? Nothing? Just
- 17:58Speaker 1: speaks to yourself. Mate, don't five seven and unhappy? You're
- 18:01Speaker 1: gonna wear that the gym stuff? Why not? Like? Seriously,
- 18:05Speaker 1: who gives a single ship when anybody thinks about it?
- 18:08Speaker 1: Like you? Who gives a single ship where anyone thinks
- 18:12Speaker 1: about you? Like we went we were in Pitt Street
- 18:15Speaker 1: in Sydney, vlogging yesterday or two days ago or whatever,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and we were just thinking, like every person out here
- 18:21Speaker 1: is like you're never ever ever going to see them again.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm getting that, I'm getting more confident in myself recently.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I don't know what's come over me. I'm just like,
- 18:30Speaker 1: it's so cliche, but I just don't care what people think.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I know something. It's you know what it is. We're
- 18:35Speaker 2: twenty four, we're both twenty four.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Now, I'm twenty four and a half your twenty four fresher,
- 18:38Speaker 1: little baby. But like with this close to a frontal
- 18:41Speaker 1: low being developed, oh this is closed, bro, I'm closer
- 18:45Speaker 1: than you. But where this close? My vassi pressing ras
- 18:49Speaker 1: or your vassa pressing brain must be going ten days
- 18:52Speaker 1: away from the missus. That's what I forgot, So bringing
- 18:54Speaker 1: it back and then we'll finish. The reason I also
- 18:57Speaker 1: thought that that hypothesis was real is because as soon
- 19:00Speaker 1: as I left my girlfriend in Bali, she's staying there
- 19:02Speaker 1: for an extra ten days. As soon as I jumped
- 19:04Speaker 1: in that taxi, I felt something. I felt more horny horned. Yeah,
- 19:10Speaker 1: I just got a boner as soon as they got
- 19:12Speaker 1: on the tackle, like sorry, making me a second. Yeah, No,
- 19:14Speaker 1: I honestly I was in the taxi thinking about it,
- 19:16Speaker 1: like she gave me this note and I was thinking
- 19:18Speaker 1: about that looking back at all the time, and I
- 19:20Speaker 1: honestly felt not that I don't love her when we're together,
- 19:22Speaker 1: but I felt something more going on inside me. I
- 19:26Speaker 1: was in the airport and I was thinking, fuck, that
- 19:28Speaker 1: was good. I love this woman, something about missing them. Yeah,
- 19:30Speaker 1: but when I was with him, like I still think
- 19:31Speaker 1: I love her, but I wasn't thinking like funk up?
- 19:33Speaker 1: So well, see this is why. But I was thinking
- 19:35Speaker 1: that when I was on the flight time, I was like,
- 19:36Speaker 1: fucking love this woman.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Damn what Yeah, fucking you get in that. Girls get
- 19:41Speaker 2: the rage. That's why they get more aggresive. Your testosterones
- 19:43Speaker 2: going on. Yeah you're female.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Maybe hopefully I'll go to the gym after in that rage,
- 19:47Speaker 1: that love rage. Two questions. One point is that's why
- 19:51Speaker 1: I think that you should sleep in separate rooms. More
- 19:53Speaker 1: great point, because why do girls? Yeah, what's with this?
- 19:57Speaker 1: Any girl pops this thing? What's this? When we're asleep,
- 20:02Speaker 1: like it's bonding time. We're both asleep, unconscious. You don't
- 20:04Speaker 1: even know I'm here until you wake up, Like, let
- 20:07Speaker 1: me sleep in another room, Like I like, yeah, Like
- 20:10Speaker 1: I don't dislike sleeping with you, but it's like I
- 20:12Speaker 1: want my vasa presdent to go up while I'm in
- 20:15Speaker 1: the other room. You get you, we'd both get a
- 20:17Speaker 1: better sleep. We both like different things. Oh so like
- 20:21Speaker 1: well yeah, like what if have you heard, for instance,
- 20:24Speaker 1: your girlfriend likes waking up with five as Yes, you
- 20:26Speaker 1: like to wake up when you wake up? Yes? Okay.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Second question is.
- 20:32Speaker 2: This This is off topic, but does it count if
- 20:35Speaker 2: you were to have masturbate in a bathroom toilet?
- 20:38Speaker 1: Are you part of the my high club. It's a
- 20:41Speaker 1: very side note. I'm gonna say no. Yeah, I feel
- 20:45Speaker 1: like that's like pedal high club. Yeah yeah, no, no
- 20:52Speaker 1: for me. But what I was going to say was,
- 20:54Speaker 1: have you ever heard of the European bed mass? Scandinavian? Scandinavian?
- 20:59Speaker 1: Me and bet you do? Do it only where I
- 21:02Speaker 1: taught you that. No, I've never heard of it. In
- 21:03Speaker 1: Twe went to Bali and it was one of the beds.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I'm like, what's going on it? I didn't know what
- 21:06Speaker 1: to do, like you know, so I didn't teach you that.
- 21:08Speaker 2: No, Oh, I just we figured it out from TikTok
- 21:10Speaker 2: and there's two we do it.
- 21:11Speaker 1: So there's two blankets on a bed and you get
- 21:12Speaker 1: your own thing. I love it too fair with Cassie's
- 21:15Speaker 1: tiny So I don't even notice she's there. Oh, I
- 21:16Speaker 1: noticed best there. Not like and not because she's huge,
- 21:22Speaker 1: She's far from huge. But she's a blanket hog. Bro
- 21:26Speaker 1: I'm saying it before I say it again. She's a
- 21:27Speaker 1: blanket hole. I don't think Cassie does it. She's like
- 21:30Speaker 1: a fucking neck. She puts her neck in my shoulder
- 21:34Speaker 1: and I wake up and I'm like, get off me,
- 21:39Speaker 1: like you you know what's funny is like for some reason.
- 21:43Speaker 2: So if if I woke up and Beth was like
- 21:46Speaker 2: next to be touching me, I'd be like, I'd get
- 21:48Speaker 2: a roll over and some space.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yeah. But if I woke up and Henry was like
- 21:51Speaker 1: up next to me, like like the dog's doing it?
- 21:53Speaker 1: You want it? Yeah, he's fluffy, yeah, like I want
- 21:55Speaker 1: to be. And also do you run cold when you
- 21:59Speaker 1: get a better hot? I run hot. I mean to
- 22:01Speaker 1: be so hot, whereas girls they lay it up. It
- 22:04Speaker 1: was hot in Boling. She's got a doner and I'm
- 22:05Speaker 1: out here in and just sweating. Yeah that's crazy. And
- 22:08Speaker 1: I was just like and then she was a cuddle.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I'm like, you got thirty seconds pooking around the only
- 22:14Speaker 1: thing I yeah. In BALI if the air con was good.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I'd pump it and use a blanket because like you
- 22:19Speaker 1: get cozy. That's what I was having on six yenegrees
- 22:21Speaker 1: and then when I better went to night.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Yeah, like sometimes it's I am more comfortable sleeping in
- 22:25Speaker 2: Bali than my own house.
- 22:26Speaker 1: The only thing I feel like air con air does
- 22:28Speaker 1: something to your sinuses after a while.
- 22:30Speaker 2: You're right, it's proven like it makes you sick. Yeah,
- 22:32Speaker 2: from like humid to non humid because it dries out
- 22:34Speaker 2: your room as well.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, it's like not as hell because it's
- 22:36Speaker 1: it's just like fake air, is it, Like it's got
- 22:39Speaker 1: to be something like how do they make that's old
- 22:41Speaker 1: version of the Like surely that goes through some chemical
- 22:45Speaker 1: process and filtered as well. It's probably better. I don't reckon.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I feel like my nose was always blocked when I
- 22:49Speaker 1: woke up in Ballet, but he is like fresh, yeah weird.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Alrighty guys.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Next, I just wanted to touch on something about two
- 23:02Speaker 2: or three episodes ago. We had a dilemma, and in
- 23:06Speaker 2: this dilemma, I explained that the creepiest dudes are actually
- 23:10Speaker 2: the ones that I ask you to come back to
- 23:13Speaker 2: their place and you say no, and then if they
- 23:17Speaker 2: think to themselves that if they can get you back
- 23:19Speaker 2: there and get you to like give consent, that they're
- 23:22Speaker 2: doing the right thing and getting consent. I just want
- 23:25Speaker 2: you to know that that's the wrong thing. By no means,
- 23:27Speaker 2: do we think that's the right thing, or do I
- 23:29Speaker 2: think that's the right thing. That's actually coercive consent. We
- 23:32Speaker 2: had a listener point that out to us, which we
- 23:34Speaker 2: really appreciate, and I just wanted to apologize that we
- 23:37Speaker 2: did that. I did not know that, and that we
- 23:40Speaker 2: have now educated ourselves and that is coercive consent, which
- 23:44Speaker 2: is the wrong thing, and we want to preach that
- 23:47Speaker 2: by no means do we think that that's right at all.
- 23:49Speaker 1: We didn't think it was right.
- 23:51Speaker 2: We learned that it's illegal and that no means no
- 23:53Speaker 2: from the start, and we just want everyone to.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Know that no means no. No means no.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, sorry about that, and that's up to us
- 24:02Speaker 2: to educate ourselves.
- 24:04Speaker 1: And yeah, let's get back into it, all right, guys.
- 24:07Speaker 1: It's dilemmas time. Hey, guys, love the pod. I have
- 24:10Speaker 1: a dilemma for you. I have always been generally insecure
- 24:13Speaker 1: in the bedroom, but once I'm a little bit more
- 24:16Speaker 1: comfortable with the person I like. I like to switch
- 24:18Speaker 1: things up lowell like positions, and that my current boyfriend
- 24:23Speaker 1: and I tend to have spicy converos when we aren't
- 24:25Speaker 1: together because we're long distance because of his work, but
- 24:29Speaker 1: have only really done it in Missionary, and when I
- 24:31Speaker 1: try to switch things up or suggest something else, it
- 24:34Speaker 1: just never happens. I always hint towards trying other things
- 24:37Speaker 1: and tell him he can literally do whatever he wants. Yeah,
- 24:41Speaker 1: but he still does the same thing every time his
- 24:45Speaker 1: friend's old joke and say it's me who's vanilla, when
- 24:48Speaker 1: I definitely feel like I have a sexier and higher
- 24:52Speaker 1: sex drive and want to try more things. Sorry if
- 24:55Speaker 1: it's long, but I just don't know what it means
- 24:57Speaker 1: or what to do. Help a girl out. Love you guys.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Hey, I gotta say Missionary is the fucking best, and
- 25:05Speaker 2: I like, some dudes are just very vanilla.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Yeah they are. Some dudes are boring.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I honestly think I'm one of them. Really, like I
- 25:16Speaker 2: reckon eighty percent of the time.
- 25:19Speaker 1: My preference is boring. Yeah, my preference. And then like
- 25:22Speaker 1: every now and then, you know, if we're both in
- 25:25Speaker 1: the mood, Yeah, spice it up. I was gonna say,
- 25:30Speaker 1: why are dudes so boring? It's actually a great question
- 25:33Speaker 1: because I do feel like girls are like they want
- 25:36Speaker 1: to do more stuff. It's in I'm thinking for him,
- 25:40Speaker 1: maybe just because he's away for work and he comes
- 25:41Speaker 1: home and he just wants to missionary missionary, missionary. But
- 25:45Speaker 1: he should be listening to his part, Like if my
- 25:46Speaker 1: girlfriend came to me and said, hey, I want to
- 25:47Speaker 1: try some new position, let's do it, Like, yeah, like
- 25:50Speaker 1: I try new positions if but he but he also
- 25:53Speaker 1: like he's the thing is like he actually might just
- 25:56Speaker 1: be very vanilla. I think the easiest thing to do
- 25:58Speaker 1: here is but the ounds of it, you haven't actually
- 26:01Speaker 1: sat down and talked to him. Oh yeah, you do
- 26:04Speaker 1: it over text like spicy message, yeah, which is completely different,
- 26:07Speaker 1: or you hint it when things are about to get sexual,
- 26:09Speaker 1: like oh yeah, maybe throw me around or like do
- 26:11Speaker 1: whatever you want. Like if I heard do whatever you want,
- 26:12Speaker 1: and then I'm about to have get lost in the moment.
- 26:14Speaker 1: So maybe when there's no sexual text textion sexual tension
- 26:18Speaker 1: over text, or in the moment just sitting down having dinner,
- 26:21Speaker 1: but just be like, hey, you know how we have
- 26:23Speaker 1: sex like we just did mission early time, Like I
- 26:25Speaker 1: love that, but I also I kind of want to
- 26:27Speaker 1: try some new things. I kind of need that, which
- 26:29Speaker 1: can be keen.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Like here's a question that she doesn't say it in this,
- 26:33Speaker 2: but while you guys are actually having sex, do you
- 26:36Speaker 2: ever take charge a bit?
- 26:38Speaker 1: Sometimes? Like some girl might need you to take charge
- 26:40Speaker 1: because he's scared to do it. Some girls don't like
- 26:42Speaker 1: to take charge that they like to be the passive one.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, but I can. I don't know
- 26:46Speaker 1: what it's just said. I don't know the percentages, but
- 26:47Speaker 1: I feel like a lot more girls like the guys
- 26:49Speaker 1: to be in control.
- 26:50Speaker 2: I think that's probably a pretty common leader, just a llead.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I wouldn't say I know any statistics, but I'm thinking, like,
- 26:57Speaker 2: but I'm not even I just need help the first
- 27:00Speaker 2: couple of times true, and then he'd be here.
- 27:02Speaker 1: You can be like, okay, to be fair, how this
- 27:04Speaker 1: is for you? To be fair? If like a girl
- 27:06Speaker 1: is there and she's like all right, let me just
- 27:08Speaker 1: get on top of you now, like it's hot, oh
- 27:09Speaker 1: my god. Yeah. Guys also like to just be told
- 27:13Speaker 1: what to do or like just hit it from the back,
- 27:15Speaker 1: like yeah, like slap my ass. Yeah, like just maybe
- 27:19Speaker 1: that's what you wanted to do. You might want not
- 27:21Speaker 1: want that, but you might just be like do it
- 27:23Speaker 1: from behind. We've learned it on the pod that like
- 27:24Speaker 1: initially it's gonna sound awkward and you're gonna feel like
- 27:27Speaker 1: I don't want to say that, or like I don't
- 27:28Speaker 1: want to do that. But as soon as you start
- 27:30Speaker 1: like practicing and doing it more than once, you should
- 27:32Speaker 1: be in a comfortable position with your boyfriend where you
- 27:34Speaker 1: can try new things and not feel embarrassed.
- 27:36Speaker 2: This situation could benefit with baby steps. So first step,
- 27:41Speaker 2: I'm I'm glad you said steps. Going to say babies,
- 27:47Speaker 2: this could benefit with from baby steps. Right, so you
- 27:53Speaker 2: could say to him over dinner, like you were saying,
- 27:55Speaker 2: like I would really like it if you started to
- 27:58Speaker 2: talk dirty maybe and talking dirty we have found out
- 28:01Speaker 2: it's not all that hard, Like it's kind of just
- 28:03Speaker 2: like maybe a bit of groaning, like a bit of
- 28:05Speaker 2: like oh fuck, like fuck yeah, I don't just like
- 28:07Speaker 2: say you probably would love for him to be like
- 28:11Speaker 2: even while in missionary like him just be like, oh
- 28:12Speaker 2: you're so fucking hot, give us one like.
- 28:14Speaker 1: You're in sexes. Come on, don't you know it's not Chris,
- 28:19Speaker 1: but saying it's not. But I'm not in the moment.
- 28:21Speaker 1: How am I supposed to do it when I'm not
- 28:23Speaker 1: in the most I've tried this before. Actually, you babe
- 28:25Speaker 1: me into this every time I talk about this, and
- 28:26Speaker 1: I've done it before. Just think about if you guys
- 28:28Speaker 1: want to hear me do it. Go listen to the
- 28:29Speaker 1: whole discography of relatable don't gas. You'll hear it. Some
- 28:34Speaker 1: say talking about it. Just say it. You have a girl,
- 28:37Speaker 1: I always do it. You're the king, I always do it.
- 28:39Speaker 1: You ever go? Are you trying to say you don't
- 28:42Speaker 1: do it? You're the sex icon on the pod. Let
- 28:44Speaker 1: me just hear what you would try and do. No,
- 28:49Speaker 1: that's what you would say. She would say, talk to it.
- 28:51Speaker 1: You go, no, I'm done. Oh man. Sometimes I will
- 28:57Speaker 1: say this sex icons back. I will say this.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Sometimes sometimes it's like I forget to do dirty talk
- 29:08Speaker 2: and then and then I'll be like, oh, it's been
- 29:11Speaker 2: like I don't know I'm in it. It's been like
- 29:14Speaker 2: I know, it's been a couple of minutes and I
- 29:16Speaker 2: haven't made a noise.
- 29:17Speaker 1: So then I try and make up for the noise.
- 29:19Speaker 1: I haven't made.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Fuck, so basically, okay, I reckon, there's I'm sure if
- 29:30Speaker 2: you're the type of person that wasn't trying to positions
- 29:32Speaker 2: Gili spicy, then I'm sure you want to hear some
- 29:34Speaker 2: nice dirty talk, so start with that, and then you
- 29:37Speaker 2: reacting positively to said dirty talk is going to give
- 29:39Speaker 2: him even more confidence.
- 29:40Speaker 1: That's my experience.
- 29:41Speaker 2: I think that's the only thing I can say about it,
- 29:42Speaker 2: because that's that's the only way I feel like.
- 29:45Speaker 1: The only other thing it could be is he's not
- 29:46Speaker 1: confident enough to try other positions. To be fair, when
- 29:49Speaker 1: I was like eighteen ninety and I'd only done Missionary,
- 29:52Speaker 1: I was scared to go and doggy because you finished
- 29:55Speaker 1: straight away. No, I didn't even like I'm afraid, Like, honestly,
- 29:57Speaker 1: to god, I've thought I didn't know where the holes
- 29:59Speaker 1: like when you slip them around who I want to
- 30:03Speaker 1: know who scared us as kids and said it's hard
- 30:07Speaker 1: to find. Yeah, that's a misconceptions maybe, but maybe I
- 30:10Speaker 1: was shitting myself for sex. I was like, what if
- 30:12Speaker 1: I can't find the whole? Yeah? I was like what,
- 30:15Speaker 1: I'm like, well, how do you mean? No, I've never
- 30:16Speaker 1: seen one before. A supposed to know where that is. Yeah,
- 30:19Speaker 1: and then also you're never going to miss and put
- 30:23Speaker 1: it in the barn. I just want to give anybody
- 30:25Speaker 1: like there's no way wear a dilemma ones really but
- 30:28Speaker 1: maybe if like that's I feel like, I don't know, Yeah,
- 30:30Speaker 1: I don't know. You've got to be keen and really thrusty.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, So I reckon dirty talk is the start,
- 30:36Speaker 1: all right, and then like come back to us, I
- 30:38Speaker 1: dare say, he's not very confident and you just got
- 30:40Speaker 1: to build his confidence up little step by step. Jump
- 30:43Speaker 1: on the so try and get him to do dirty talk,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and then jump on the Facebook group and do a
- 30:48Speaker 1: post and we approve it, right, Like, we'll prove the
- 30:50Speaker 1: post and just go update on this dirty talk will
- 30:54Speaker 1: have a name on it. You can't do that, Oh.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I wonder if you can do anonymous posts in it.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Maybe possible, we'll Yeah. Unfortunately, if you want to message
- 31:03Speaker 1: ute it, you have to join Patreon. That's how you
- 31:06Speaker 1: get to ask. This is what we're doing. We got
- 31:09Speaker 1: this new Facebook group. Legal be in this description of
- 31:11Speaker 1: this video for anything updates on dilemmas or if you
- 31:14Speaker 1: think we're saying something dumb yeah, give.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Us updates on episodes, what you thought of it, and like,
- 31:18Speaker 2: like everyone can talk to everyone.
- 31:19Speaker 1: You got some advice, very like my boyfriend was the
- 31:21Speaker 1: same and I needed to fucking buy dildo to do it. Like,
- 31:24Speaker 1: if you're not afraid to put a dilemma and let
- 31:25Speaker 1: that put it in, we'll prove that shit straight away,
- 31:28Speaker 1: build that community up.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but so dirty talks were it that I'd say, Okay,
- 31:34Speaker 2: my dilemma is Hello, guys. I'm a fifty year old
- 31:37Speaker 2: woman and have been single for almost five years, about
- 31:40Speaker 2: three and a half of that was during COVID. I'm
- 31:43Speaker 2: very independent, confident, smart, and I dare say cute. Oh yeah,
- 31:48Speaker 2: I don't look my age and often people are very
- 31:50Speaker 2: surprised when they find out how old I am. Anyways,
- 31:54Speaker 2: I met a guy at work recently and we connected instantly.
- 31:58Speaker 2: We have a lot of the same interest, same sense
- 32:00Speaker 2: of humor, and it's really easy to talk to him.
- 32:04Speaker 2: It's been a long time since I've felt so comfortable
- 32:06Speaker 2: talking and getting to know someone this way. It's obvious
- 32:10Speaker 2: we are both attracted to each other. We spend at
- 32:13Speaker 2: least thirty minutes talking well after work is done and
- 32:17Speaker 2: after everyone else has left the office, which is when
- 32:19Speaker 2: we got to know each other. So when we get
- 32:21Speaker 2: to know each other, but he is twenty six and
- 32:25Speaker 2: plot twist, I'm his boss.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Oh didn't see that coming. I didn't hire him.
- 32:31Speaker 2: I came into the job as a new manager. I
- 32:34Speaker 2: don't know what I'm asking. I just really feel conflicted.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Help, okay, okay, okay. Firstly, I wanted to say, oh,
- 32:43Speaker 1: I absolutely love that we got a fifty year old
- 32:45Speaker 1: milf watching Fuck yeah, milf, you may not be himum
- 32:49Speaker 1: just a fifth year old baddie. Yeah yeah, yeah, same thing.
- 32:51Speaker 1: She knows what I mean. Yeah, hold up, if you're
- 32:56Speaker 1: if you're fifty and you're a baddie and you don't
- 32:58Speaker 1: have kids, you're still just a milk. Yeah. I don't know.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Maybe we're wrong, But so first things first, thank you
- 33:04Speaker 1: very much for listening. But I also wanted to say
- 33:07Speaker 1: love does not change. Love does not change the dilemmas
- 33:11Speaker 1: we get from a en year old girls, twenty five
- 33:13Speaker 1: year old girls, thirty year old thing. But she's fifty. Yeah,
- 33:16Speaker 1: same thing, which is a good point. Good point, that's
- 33:18Speaker 1: all right, Yeah, it's the same thing. Okay, Well, we're
- 33:19Speaker 1: twenty four we're close to his age, so I gotta
- 33:22Speaker 1: love knows no bound this is this is a single
- 33:26Speaker 1: man's dream. His boss who's hot has a crush on him.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Fuck like being as like we try to be as
- 33:34Speaker 1: mature as possible in this pod. Still, any male would
- 33:36Speaker 1: love to admit that this.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Is their DREAMT Yeah, we do try to be mature
- 33:40Speaker 2: as possible with that one hundred percent true.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Yeah, this is like everybody's dream. So what can she do?
- 33:45Speaker 2: But like, here's the thing that's tough, is like there's
- 33:46Speaker 2: policies in place where it's like you're the boss, you're
- 33:49Speaker 2: definitely not allowed to have a relationship.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Is it all? Like, is there any like job places
- 33:52Speaker 1: that don't care if you I don't know.
- 33:54Speaker 2: I think there's places where you can go and you
- 33:55Speaker 2: can say like, oh, we would like to start a relationship.
- 33:58Speaker 2: We want you to know that we have finished each
- 33:59Speaker 2: o blah blah blah blah, and then I think that
- 34:01Speaker 2: I think the company can be like, yeah, that's cool,
- 34:02Speaker 2: you get to keep your jobs, or they can be like,
- 34:04Speaker 2: if you want to do this, one of yours is gone.
- 34:06Speaker 1: I don't know if that's how they do it, that
- 34:07Speaker 1: could be right, surely if you go to him and
- 34:09Speaker 1: say like, hey, we went on a couple of days
- 34:11Speaker 1: and we really like each other. I want to take
- 34:13Speaker 1: this further. Is that okay? And they surely they're be
- 34:15Speaker 1: like sure, like you just don't matter, let it affect
- 34:17Speaker 1: your work work like balance, but I think I feel
- 34:19Speaker 1: like they work better twenty six Yeah right, he's got
- 34:23Speaker 1: plenty of years for a career ahead of he can
- 34:25Speaker 1: quit if he loves you. Yeah, if he wants this,
- 34:27Speaker 1: he'll quit.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't need to be but because like here's
- 34:31Speaker 2: the thing as well, Like I have I have done
- 34:34Speaker 2: shifts at so Beth manages a cafe Sydney, and I've
- 34:37Speaker 2: done shifts when she needs help and she doesn't boss
- 34:41Speaker 2: me around or anything by any means. But for some
- 34:44Speaker 2: reason I had to start like like if they if
- 34:49Speaker 2: she's desperate, like I'll obviously help her. But she says
- 34:53Speaker 2: like I can just have shifts if I want them,
- 34:55Speaker 2: just for extra cash. Yeah, but like I just am.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Like, you know what, no, because when you're there, you're
- 34:59Speaker 1: my boss, and it's just I just don't like the feeling.
- 35:02Speaker 1: So maybe not like yeah, like by no means that
- 35:04Speaker 1: she bossed me round it or anything, but like it's
- 35:06Speaker 1: just I just don't really maybe the dynamic it's just
- 35:09Speaker 1: not there, Like you can't, yeah, like you can't be
- 35:11Speaker 1: in a relationship. You know, you're a woman in power,
- 35:14Speaker 1: fucking good on you and then he's half your age
- 35:19Speaker 1: and you're his boss. I think, like this will work.
- 35:22Speaker 1: There's no reason. There's no reason why I work, but
- 35:24Speaker 1: he I think one of yourself. I wish she said
- 35:26Speaker 1: what job it was, if like if he can find
- 35:28Speaker 1: like if you're like a base manager at like some
- 35:30Speaker 1: I don't know, high up train and then he's just
- 35:33Speaker 1: like some basic and you can go anywhere else like
- 35:36Speaker 1: this switch like that, Yeah, why transfer? Yeah, yeah we
- 35:40Speaker 1: figured it out. You transfer him close enough, like with
- 35:44Speaker 1: in half an hour, yeah, and then go on dates. Sam.
- 35:47Speaker 2: He hasn't actually really said anything about like them having
- 35:50Speaker 2: gone on dates, on planning to go on dates, like
- 35:51Speaker 2: she just like so she's basically saying she has a
- 35:54Speaker 2: crush on him. She never felt connection like this for
- 35:56Speaker 2: a long time, and it sucks that she's fifty, he's
- 35:59Speaker 2: twenty six, and she's his boss.
- 36:01Speaker 1: The mature answer is don't do it. Yeah, you know better, Yeah,
- 36:06Speaker 1: love knows no binds. Yeah, but my life short girl.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Well he's actually he figure something out?
- 36:13Speaker 2: You could it's probably not the I don't know if
- 36:16Speaker 2: there's anything wrong with this. Could you secretly go on
- 36:18Speaker 2: a few dates? Like could you hint? Like I'd love
- 36:20Speaker 2: to take you on a date? And if he says no,
- 36:22Speaker 2: he says no, it is what it is.
- 36:23Speaker 1: But I also don't I don't like, why do jobs
- 36:27Speaker 1: get to choose who falls in love? I don't know.
- 36:32Speaker 2: I think it's just so I do of like she's
- 36:34Speaker 2: the boss and if they're dating, like, oh, is it like.
- 36:36Speaker 1: She's got a favor him obviously? How could you not? Yeah? No,
- 36:39Speaker 1: she's gonna look at him through gold lenses. Yeah right,
- 36:42Speaker 1: he'll be untouchable. How about why don't we his mature
- 36:46Speaker 1: and appropriate strategy? Why don't you see if there's actually
- 36:49Speaker 1: a connection there? Ask him, Hey, I think there are,
- 36:53Speaker 1: like you, maybe I don't, Maybe don't say that, Hey,
- 36:54Speaker 1: do you want to go on a date with me?
- 36:55Speaker 1: If he says yes, one date under the company's radar, Yeah,
- 36:58Speaker 1: who gives a fuck? Yeah, life like you can she's
- 37:01Speaker 1: just a job. At the end of exactly, I was
- 37:02Speaker 1: gonna say that before, Yeah, take him on one day?
- 37:04Speaker 1: And then if the connections were fighting for like you
- 37:07Speaker 1: think it is, let's talk and quit. He can quit,
- 37:10Speaker 1: he can quit. And if he's not open acquitting, talk
- 37:12Speaker 1: to your bosses. And I dare say, if they're human,
- 37:14Speaker 1: they won't give a fuck. Actually a good point.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Yeah, if they're human, then like they're either going to
- 37:19Speaker 2: be like look, it's actually not okay for him to
- 37:21Speaker 2: be in your department.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Yeah, but he can move to departments. Let's just yeah,
- 37:25Speaker 1: make sure the connections there first. Let's not just like
- 37:27Speaker 1: live in to Lulu Land. Yeah, don't go getting broken
- 37:30Speaker 1: hearted on us here. Yeah. Yeah, it's one I actually
- 37:32Speaker 1: really want updates on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and make sure
- 37:35Speaker 1: but like it does get complicated if they start dating
- 37:37Speaker 1: and then you break up, you've got to like fucking
- 37:38Speaker 1: see him every day and shit. Yeah, so that's kind
- 37:40Speaker 1: of you just got to think about those things. It
- 37:41Speaker 1: is very complicated. But we like to live in Dulu
- 37:43Speaker 1: Land here? Could we do like living to Lulu Land?
- 37:45Speaker 1: And like, yeah, you got to think about it as well.
- 37:48Speaker 2: I don't like being a w downer, but what is
- 37:50Speaker 2: the likelihood of a twenty six year old and a fifty.
- 37:52Speaker 1: Year old work long term? But who knows. That's the
- 37:55Speaker 1: thing is that she said she an't either one of them.
- 37:57Speaker 1: She said she looks young. She could look thirty, she
- 37:59Speaker 1: could thirty. It's like, seriously, should look thirty? Good luck
- 38:03Speaker 1: should be it'd be funny the way true. Yeah, yeah,
- 38:08Speaker 1: throw some sex in there somewhere, all right, everybody, big, big,
- 38:20Speaker 1: big announcement. You might be thinking, oh, no, the Relatables
- 38:25Speaker 1: episodes are done for the week. Oh yeah, there's another

- 38:37Speaker 1: bonus episode every single week. Should we explain what the
- 38:42Speaker 1: episode's about or just give it to them?
- 38:44Speaker 2: See they like it, Give it to them if they're like, yeah,
- 38:45Speaker 2: I reckon, and I think like, as soon as you
- 38:47Speaker 2: listen to it, you'll be like, oh, I know what
- 38:48Speaker 2: they did. Okay, you'll listen to Monday, you'll listen to this,
- 38:52Speaker 2: and then if you're not on Patreon and you just

- 39:14Speaker 1: the year, we slow down a bit. What happened to guys? Yeah,
- 39:16Speaker 1: ten k five stars by the end of your sounds
- 39:18Speaker 1: actually a bit unreachable. Yeah, okay, let's bring it back.

- 39:23Speaker 1: live in d lulu Land. Alrighty see you guys, see
