- 1:57SPEAKER_01: What's going on, 4BK family?
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Billy Carson here, aka Forbidding Knowledge.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: I am right now in the beautiful island of Saint Thomas.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Let you check it out.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: St.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: Thomas, Virgin Island.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: What's happening?
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Today is my fifty-fifth birthday.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Fifty-fifth rotations around the sun.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Fifty-five rotations.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: And uh been through a lot.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: A lot of ups, a lot of downs, a lot of around and rounds, you know.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: But uh wow, it's all been worth it.
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: It's been just an amazing, amazing life.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: And uh I feel like I've lived a life of ten men already.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: And so I literally have no regrets, zero regrets.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: You know, zero regrets.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: And uh after 55 years, you you learn a lot.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Thank you for all the happy birthday wishes, by the way.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: I see them jumping in here, I appreciate it.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: You know, after 55 years rotating around this sun, you get to pick up a lot of knowledge, a lot of understanding, you get a lot of um insight if you open yourself up to that.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: You know, if you're not open to it, then you won't get anything.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: You'll just stay stagnant and uh you'll be like an NPC, like a non-player character in a video game, a hamster on a wheel.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: But if you're open to learning, if you're open to if you're open to um holding yourself accountable, if you're open to growth, exploration, research, investigation, asking questions and seeking answers, well then you'll learn a lot.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: You can transform a lot in, you know, in five and a half decades.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: And um, you know, when you realize that you live more than half a century, you start getting a lot of uh epiphanies and you start kind of really beginning to understand, you know, that uh you have to cherish every single moment, right?
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: Because a half of a century is incredible, you know.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: So I've lived 55 a century and a half of a decade, basically, is what I meant to say.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: And uh, you know, one of the things I would leave to people is that don't hold on to anger, because anger it will destroy you, you know.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Um anger will become an illness inside of your body.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: The anger will create dis-ease, and that dis-ease will create disease, and then that that disease will have you pushing up daisies.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: So don't hold on to anger.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: A lot of us have a lot of things that we could be angry for forever.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: Like there's so many things that happen to me that I can literally be, I feel like I got the right to be angry.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: But you know what?
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: What good is that gonna serve me?
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: What good is that gonna serve the world?
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: What good is that gonna serve my body?
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: What good is that gonna do for anyone, right?
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: Now, it doesn't mean that you don't get angry because if anyone tells you that getting angry is illegal, or you shouldn't get angry because you're conscious, well, that's bull crap too.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: We're all gonna get angry at certain points in our lives.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: It's what we do with the anger, how we process that anger, how we face the anger, how we get to the root cause of what created the anger in the first place, right?
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: Was it something based on fear that then percolated into anger?
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Was it based on ignorance that became anger?
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: What was it?
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: What was the trigger that put you into that frequency and vibration?
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: Also, once you've gotten to that frequency and vibration, did you become self-aware and recognize that you were in that state of being and then move and shift yourself out of that state of mind back into brain heart coherence through breath, through meditation, through prayer, through whatever works for you.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: For me, I love walking on the beach, right?
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: How did you get yourself back into a certain level of coherence?
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Process the anger out of the body.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: Because if you don't, it will become disease in the body.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: And that turns into all kinds of illnesses, pains, suffering.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: The only person that suffers when you sustain anger for a long period of time is you.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: You're the one that suffers.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Nobody else suffers, not even the people that you're angry at.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: You actually self-inflict a punishment on your own self through the anger, right?
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: And so in that case, you have to recognize and realize that sustaining anger for an extended period of time is only poisoning you.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: You know, again, these are things that I've learned over my 55-year journey.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: You know, today's my birthday, making this 55th journey around the sun.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Another thing is stop and smell the roses, you know.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm doing out here right now in this beautiful place.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: I'm smelling the roses right now.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: I'm here in beautiful St.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: Thomas.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: I have a lot of family here in St.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Thomas.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: I haven't seen them in so many years.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: All right, my first time really coming to St.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Thomas.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: I have family in St.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: Thomas and Puerto Rico.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: So tomorrow I'm gonna go see some family that I haven't seen since I saw them last, probably in New York or Melbourne, Florida, maybe 20 years ago.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna go see some family, some great aunts that are still alive, some cousins that are still alive.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: But I'm here to smell the roses, you know.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: I've been blessed that uh coming here was actually part of my birthday gift.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: My girlfriend uh brought me here.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: She surprised me with a trip to St.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: Thomas and uh brought me here to really relax and get some relaxation and just to detox my mind.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: And this is a fantastic gift, a place that I had never been, but also a place where I can also experience some love and some family, you know, and um, and smell the roses.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: You know, I work a lot.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: Sometimes I'm working 15, 16, 17 hours.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: I've done 24-hour shifts many times, you know.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: I've been on podcast runs where I fly from state to state, don't even check in the hotels.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: I go do two podcasts, go straight back to the airport, hop on a flight, get to the next city, do two podcasts, sometimes three podcasts, hop on a flight, get to the next city.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: You know, I've done that so many times where I've just gone cycles, three, four, five-day cycles, you know, basically virtually no sleep.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: I put countless hours in behind the cameras and um recording content, making content, and so forth, and writing, writing documentaries, writing films.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: I don't just write stuff for myself, I also write for other companies, other producers, other TV shows.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: You know, they hire me to write their stuff.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: I do research for movies, I do research for documentaries, for other companies, productions, other production companies.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: A lot of people don't even know that, you know, and they pay me for that.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: So it's a lot, it's a lot of work, you know.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: But in all of that, you have to stop and smell the roses, right?
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: You gotta take breaks.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: So what I do now is I take breaks.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: I go maybe four or five hours.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: I stop, I take a break, I try to find something that's in nature if I can, no matter where I am, right?
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: If I can't get out into nature, then I stop and just take a meditation break, depending on where I am, right?
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: Um just to stop 15, 20 minutes, grounding, breathing, um, you know, even just reflecting, doing a self-audit on your body, asking yourself, what was your dominant thought?
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: What was my dominant thought for the day?
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: What time, what times of the day, or what parts of this last four hours did a negative thought come up, and why did that come up?
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: What was that linked to?
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: How do I understand what that was so I can process any negativity or thoughts that don't align with my future self, that don't align with the greater version of myself, right?
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: Understanding how do I how do I uh process that information?
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: You see?
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Um all this is really important stuff, you know.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: Where do I feel pain in my body and why do I feel pain in that part of my body?
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: And ask my body, what is that pain linked to?
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: What happened there?
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: What's what's hiding in that part of my body that's creating this discomfort?
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: Consistently just stopping, processing, asking questions, waiting for yourself to bring the answers without judgment, no judgment needed, just waiting for the answers to come so you can understand more, right?
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: Process it and uh get yourself back into Brainheart Coherence so you can move on.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: Really important stuff.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: Also, another important thing I learned over the years, watching, you know, so much racism since I was a child, watching my father get beat by cops when I was only seven years old, mistaken identity.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: I'm sitting in the car while cops come and smash his head in with the butt of a rifle, beat him down to the ground in Miami, Florida, back in the 70s, and then uh call him a derogatory name, and and then it wasn't even him, it was somebody down the street.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: You know, being part of seeing that and seeing riots and also being profiled myself by cops over the many years, um, you know, driving all black, being pulled over for no reason, having my scrotum searched in broad daylight on main streets to see if I was hiding drugs underneath my scrotum.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: It was just a humiliation ritual they were trying to put me through, you know?
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: Things like that.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: Um and uh and then of course to seeing uh over the years just the different levels of treatment that you get depending on the hue of your skin.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: But with all of that being said, you have to remember one important thing.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: Never become what they are, never become a racist, never turn to hate, never turn to um the level of hate that ends up turning you into the same monster that they are.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: Don't allow them to transform you into a duplicate of them, you know, still maintain a certain level of, of course, um common sense and logic.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: Try not to put yourself in crazy situations if you can.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: And when you recognize that someone's being uh uh racist, then just kindly uh remove yourself from that situation, um, you know, and but it but but again, don't become a racist.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: Because becoming a racist is exactly what they want you to become, they want to convert you into a carbon copy of themselves.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: They want you to be just as angry and hateful and disgusting as they are.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: And one thing I'm so proud of myself is that I never became a racist.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: I never became a racist, no matter how much hate, hurt, pain.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: Um, I still understand that there's a certain number of people out there that are good people, that aren't racist.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: It's that the racists they stand out the most.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: Because we are designed, human beings are designed to recognize danger.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: And so our nervous system, our um our brain, it's designed to recognize danger, it's designed to spot it, pick it up, and get us ready for fight or flight.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And so negative things stand out more than positive things.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: And so that's why racism is so huge, because we can sense it, we feel it, we can smell it, right?
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: But also you have to weigh in some form of logic that at the end of the day, there are 8.4 billion people now on earth, roughly.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: But there are not 8.4 billion racists.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Are there a percentage of them that are?
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, if you if you become racist at 8 billion people because of a few hundred million people, well then you're the same monster that they are.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: So you have to kind of weigh in some logic into it and understand that yes, racism is a problem.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: Racism doesn't exist and we need to expose it wherever we can, but at the same time, don't become a racist.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: These are lessons that I'm teaching you at my age of 55.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: I turned 55 today, and I'm just dropping some knowledge on you.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: If you want to have a good life, if you want to have a life filled with as least stress as possible, if you want to extend your life and not be filled with disease, you know.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: I mean, another thing is watching who you have in your circle, right?
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: Really important thing.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I did pretty good most of my life, to be quite honest with you.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: I only got caught up with two bad people in my circle over the last two years.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 16:30SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I've I've uh in the last two years, actually two yeah, yeah, two, two and a half years now.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: I got caught up with two bad people.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: Now, out of the many years that I've really monitored who's in my vicinity, who's in my circle, to only have two really bad people is not that bad.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Um technically I kind of could say three, but that person wasn't in my circle.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: That person was just um a person that ended up joining in a business, a business that I acquired, that person ended up already working there.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: So I didn't really bring that person into my circle.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: They kind of was acquired with the company, but once I found out what this person was up to, I got rid of them.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: But people that I handpicked and said, okay, this person's good to be in my circle, um, you got to remember those five people that you are with the most, whether it's just work, whether it's relationship, whether it's just friendship, whether it's just relatives, those five people are gonna be your average income, your average conversation level, your average fitness level, your average conscious level.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: They're gonna be your average everything.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: Uh, and um, you know, you gotta really pick them now.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: You also have to figure out those five people, which ones are secret haters, which ones are plotting against you, which ones are trying to commit a destiny swap, because there are people out there that will fit all the proper categories of being in your circle, but you may not be able to detect that they were actually the enemy the entire time, playing the role of a person that fits into every criteria that you set for yourself.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: And that's one that really is hard to detect, right?
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: I got caught up with two people like that over the last 24, two and a half years, technically two and a half years.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: Our time is moving so fast, and um, you know, two people um that uh that I thought were safe to be in my circle that turned out to be backstabbers, haters, thieves, like actual full-out crooks, um, you know, uh stole from me, you know, uh stole from my bank accounts and and did all kind of nefarious things behind the scenes.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: And then one person obviously, you know, set me up for that uh that ambush of a of a of a debate situation a couple years ago.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: And so not that bad.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, overall, you know, but still it shows you how magnified though, just having one person that's uh um that's invaded your circle that's deceitful, that's backstabbing, that's lying, that's playing a role, a great acting uh game.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: In other words, they deserve an Emmy or a Grammy, right?
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: Just one person can really pull and break down and destroy everything you've built.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: So it's really, really important to figure that out.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: Now, are you always gonna get it correct?
- 19:37SPEAKER_01: I'd be lying to you if I told you that you will, because that's gonna be very hard to do 100% of the time.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Because at the end of the day, a lot of us are really caring, loving people, and we want to see the best in everyone.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: We want to believe the best in everyone, we want to um care for everyone, and we want to believe that other people have our best interested heart since we have their best interested heart as well.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: You know, we really want to truly believe that deep down in our core because we're incredible, great, loving, and kind people.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: And um, sometimes a person can jump into that role and fill that role and pretend, you know, but eventually the mask cracks.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: And when the mask cracks, that's when you gotta pull back, you know.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Two and a half years ago, I didn't know that that guy who set me up, that neighbor who set me up where I pulled into my inner circle, I didn't know that he had been supporting this other guy for over a year.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: I went back on that guy's post for over a year.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: He had been supporting, liking all the attacks and hate against me that had been posted for a year prior to even me knowing about this person even existing.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: This person had been supporting them and commenting and yes, supporting it, like rah, rah, rah, you good.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: This is what this is what we want to do to him.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: And then I discovered it and I was like, holy crap.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: So this is after the fact though.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: I discovered it so much later.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: What's up, brother?
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: How you doing?
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: And I was like, wow, look at this.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: This has been going, this plot had been working for over a year.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, then the second person, uh, approximately now a year and a half ago, I because I learned my lesson from that other situation, I began digging a little bit deeper into the other person uh that was in my closest inner circle.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: And I found a lot of theft, I found a lot of deceit, I found a lot of strange things going on.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: So instead of waiting for the takedown and waiting for the destiny swap, I made a preemptive decision and filed some paperwork and got out got out of that situation.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: So when you find out that somebody in your circle is not for you, when you discover that the person in your circle is um an enemy, an op, you gotta get away from them as fast as you possibly can, no matter what it takes.
- 21:55SPEAKER_01: And that takes some courage because sometimes these people they could be in your in a relationship with you.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: You could have assets tied together, you could have a lot of things going on.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: But always do a little bit of research on the people that you claim to be in your inner circle.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: You know, um, you gotta weigh everything with a little bit of research and investigation.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: So now I investigate and research everybody that I let in.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: Because I'm never gonna be put in that situation again.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: So that's how it works, man.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: I'm just dropping knowledge on my birthday, y'all.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: Knowledge, things that I've learned over my 55 rotations around the sun.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm doing, just dropping some knowledge on things that I've learned, you know what I'm saying, uh, in these 55 years, man.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: And um another thing that I would say, man, is don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: You know, never let anyone tell you what you can and can't do, because if you do that, then you will succumb to their level of belief and their own limits.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: A lot of people have limits to their belief system.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: They have limits to what they feel they can achieve in life.
- 23:08SPEAKER_01: They have limits to what they feel they're capable of and what they even deserve.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: Even the level of abundance or lack of abundance, they believe has a cap on it.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: A lot of us are walking around saying, yeah, this is me.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: Beating our chest, this is me.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: No, it's not you.
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: It's everyone else's suggestions, beliefs, ideas, ideologies, and everything that they forced on you over the years.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: And you walk around and you build this subconscious shield around yourself thinking it's you, but it's not really you.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: It's other people's perceptions of you.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: So you gotta get down to the root core level as to who you truly are, who what your true belief systems are, what are your core understandings of life, what are your core true morals, what are your passions?
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: And what is your belief in your own capabilities and abilities, and what's your belief about even abundance and what abundance actually means to you?
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: And then you create and build your dreams around that and you excel from there.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: Never live up to anyone else's expectations and never let anyone else's opinions come out of your mouth.
- 24:11SPEAKER_01: Period.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: A lot of people want their opinions to come out of my mouth.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: It'll never happen.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: It'll never happen.
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: A lot of people want their projections of how my life should go to show up on social media.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: That will never happen.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: I'm an independent sovereign, and I'm I'm a kind of I'm the kind of rebel that you can't you can't conform me.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: You can't put me into a box, you can't make me bend to your will.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: It just won't happen.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: It just won't happen.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: That's how come I became forbidden knowledge.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Um that's how come I am who I am, and I and I and I projected my life, my my uh my message around the world, why uh why I resonate with so many people planet wide, maybe even interplanetary, because the people know that I'm a sovereign.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: Like I really am a true sovereign.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: So remember, live up to your own standards, your own ideas, and rebuild your rebuild your understanding of what it means to be abundant.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: What is abundant?
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: What does abundance mean to you?
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: And do you have uh what is your belief system even about money?
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: We've been told a lot of lies about money.
- 25:24SPEAKER_01: Money grows on trees.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: People with money are evil.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: Um you know, uh if you if you get too much money, then you know you're gonna do bad things with it, all these kind of stupid things.
- 25:37SPEAKER_01: I know a lot of billionaires that are great human beings.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: So people with money ain't evil.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: It's that some people with money do evil things.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: When I went to my gun class, when I went to my weapons class to learn about my uh concealed weapons, to get my concealed weapon license, the instructor said one thing that really resonated with me.
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: She said, What's more dangerous?
- 26:00SPEAKER_01: A gun or a person driving a car?
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: Of course, everyone in the class said, a gun.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: She said, No, a gun isn't more dangerous than a person in the car, because more people have been killed by people getting behind the wheel of a car and just running people over.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: Usually people with guns, 90% of the time, are trained.
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: And they have a certain understanding and a level of respect for the weapon itself.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: So more people are killed by angry vehicle drivers than they are by guns themselves.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: You see, so it's how how do you wield the knowledge?
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: How do you understand the knowledge?
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: How do you how do you um perceive the knowledge and how do you use that knowledge and apply it?
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: It's not the knowledge that's power, it's the application of the knowledge that's power.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: And so it's all about your perception of reality, right?
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: So you have to be the one that's gonna choose.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: You have to be the one that makes those kind of decisions.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: And what other knowledge would I give the next generation coming up right now?
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: You know, I've been in relationships that have been good and some that haven't been so good, you know.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: I've been in great relationships and I've been in some not-so great relationships.
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: And sometimes it's hit or miss.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: But what I have learned recently is you gotta learn how to date your timeline.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: And so now I've, you know, and now I'm on the frequency and vibration of dating my timeline, which is something new that I just started doing.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: And what does that mean, dating your timeline, right?
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Well, you got to understand that um people have their own timelines, and our timelines cross.
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: You see, so you might think that someone's on your same timeline.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: You meet them, oh my god, this is the person for me, oh my god, this is incredible.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: And but the timelines are just crisscrossing.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: So they intersect for a temporal amount of time, right?
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: Temporal.
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: In other words, within the space-time continuum, you intersect for a period of time, but it doesn't mean that you're on the same timeline because those timelines are just intersecting for a period and then they're moving away from each other.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: And guess what?
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: If you've been in relationships that haven't lasted for 20, 30, 40, 50 years, like your grandparents, some of it could be um your maturity or their maturity in the relationship, some of it could be your growth and their growth, or your lack of growth and their growth, or vice versa.
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: Um some of it could be societal pressures.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: There's so many aspects to it that can make or break, you know what I'm saying, what who's how how you intersect and then maintain and sustain the same timeline.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: And sometimes the timeline is just not going to be sustained.
- 28:57SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it's just not gonna be sustained.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: And so if you've gone through relationships and you've been through some that have made it and then didn't work out, don't beat yourself up over it.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: Don't beat yourself up over it, and also don't give up on love just because you had a couple of relationships that didn't work out.
- 29:16SPEAKER_01: Don't do it.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 29:19SPEAKER_01: Don't feel like you're not worthy because so-and-so cheated on you, or so-and-so uh backstabbed you, or so-and-so stole money from you, or so-and-so did this, and so-and-so did that.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: The key is to ask yourself not what so-and-so did to you, but what did you do to put yourself into that situation?
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: That's the hard part, right?
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: Self-accountability.
- 29:44SPEAKER_01: In other words, why was I even in that situation to begin with?
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: What was it about me where I didn't see these particular things?
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: What was it about me that made me blind to these things?
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: What was it about me that I was attracting into my life at that moment?
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: And then once you face that reality of self-accountability and stop taking the victim mindset and oh, woe was me, then you can begin to transform your understanding of life.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: Hey, babe, I'm just doing a little Instagram live.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: I'm doing a little IG live right now.
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: I'm giving I'm dropping some 55-year-old knowledge.
- 30:24SPEAKER_02: Uh oh.
- 30:25SPEAKER_02: I got to make this video.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: And recorded you.
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, where's she?
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: There you go.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: That's my baby right here.
- 30:33SPEAKER_01: She brought me to St.
- 30:33SPEAKER_01: Thomas for my birthday.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you deserved it.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: Thank you, babe.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: How are you guys doing out there?
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: She's the first woman that ever took me on a trip, that ever bought me a gift without using my own money.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: Oh, baby.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Thank you, babe.
- 30:52SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: It's okay.
- 30:55SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm talking about timelines right now, actually.
- 30:57SPEAKER_02: Oh, you are?
- 30:57SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: Talking about dating your timeline and you know, coming to the understanding that um, you know, timelines crisscross, and sometimes, like I said, it's not about crying and whining about what this person did to you.
- 31:09SPEAKER_01: It's all about really understanding what did you do to put yourself in that situation.
- 31:13unknown: Yeah.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: How to how did you attract that into your life?
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: And what would you do differently next time?
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: You see?
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: And once you do that, and then again, searching for someone on the same vibration, on the same trajectory as you, so that you don't crisscross anymore.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: You sustain in the same timeline.
- 31:31unknown: Yeah.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: You know, and so that's what we're gonna be doing.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: We're gonna be doing a podcast called Date Conscious.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: We just have our first episode coming out soon, actually.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: We'll be talking about that.
- 31:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: And uh, if you do everything that I talked about today, you know, if you just reflect on some of this information, I'm gonna save this live today.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: I don't it paused for a minute there, but I'm gonna save this live and then I'm gonna probably put it up on YouTube or something so that you can go back and watch it later.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: Anyway, y'all, 55 rotations around the sun.
- 32:01SPEAKER_01: I'm here in St.
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: Thomas.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: Anyway, we're gonna end this because Instagram don't like me dropping this kind of knowledge too much.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna hop off of here now.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: But we'll catch y'all later, all right?
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: Peace.
