- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the people with the biggest mouths
- 0:09Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein is none other than
- 0:12Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz. And he has told everybody that's willing to
- 0:17Speaker 1: listen that he has no idea why he would be
- 0:21Speaker 1: so caught up in the allegations surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. And
- 0:26Speaker 1: for months and months he told us how excited he
- 0:29Speaker 1: was to give his testimony to Congress about what he
- 0:32Speaker 1: knows about Jeffrey Epstein. Sounds good, right? Well, at the
- 0:39Speaker 1: 11th hour, Alan Dershowitz canceled that appearance. But now Alan
- 0:45Speaker 1: Dershowitz wants us to believe that he is actually very
- 0:48Speaker 1: anxious and wants to testify as soon as possible when
- 0:51Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Well, Alan, why didn't you
- 0:56Speaker 1: just do it the first time around? Mr. Big Talk.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Couldn't stop yapping about how he wanted to get on
- 1:02Speaker 1: the record. Then he gets his chance, and guess what?
- 1:06Speaker 1: The excuse machine is in full effect. So today, we
- 1:10Speaker 1: have an article from News Nation and the headline, Dershowitz
- 1:14Speaker 1: anxious to testify on Epstein despite abrupt house cancellation. This
- 1:20Speaker 1: article was authored by Diana Falzoni. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer,
- 1:26Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, was called to testify before the House Oversight
- 1:29Speaker 1: Committee over his ties to the disgraced financier, pedophile, by
- 1:34Speaker 1: Oversight Chair James Comer in June. However, the attorney abruptly
- 1:39Speaker 1: canceled five days prior to his scheduled interview on July 20th. Look,
- 1:44Speaker 1: you can't blame the guy, right? There's pierogi vendors up
- 1:48Speaker 1: in Martha's Vineyard that need to be harassed. And who's
- 1:51Speaker 1: going to do it if not for Mr. I Kept
- 1:54Speaker 1: My Underpants On? Now there is uncertainty if Dershowitz will
- 1:58Speaker 1: show for a rescheduled date next month. After agreeing to
- 2:03Speaker 1: a transcribed interview date, Alan Dershowitz failed to appear without reason.
- 2:07Speaker 1: A House Oversight Committee spokeswoman told NewsNation on Wednesday, We've
- 2:11Speaker 1: informed his attorney that we expect him to appear on
- 2:13Speaker 1: September 2nd, but he has not confirmed that Mr. Dershowitz
- 2:17Speaker 1: intends to appear. Oh, the man of mystery. You're going
- 2:21Speaker 1: to wait on me. congress has to wait on mr
- 2:25Speaker 1: allen i kept my underpants on dershowitz it's such a
- 2:27Speaker 1: joke imagine having a congress that is so weak in
- 2:31Speaker 1: the knees that they can't even force a guy like
- 2:34Speaker 1: alan dershowitz to give testimony boy i'm sure the iranians
- 2:38Speaker 1: are terrified of you guys i'm sure that all these
- 2:41Speaker 1: people around the world that we're dropping bombs on are
- 2:44Speaker 1: absolutely terrified of the geniuses in congress Dershowitz told News
- 2:52Speaker 1: Nation on Wednesday it was an issue of trying to
- 2:54Speaker 1: agree on a time. The former Epstein attorney contested the
- 2:58Speaker 1: Oversight Committee's remarks that he failed to give a reason
- 3:01Speaker 1: for his cancellation. It's always somebody else. It's never Alan Dershowitz.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Everybody else is lying. Everybody else is telling, you know, falsehoods.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And if you have any criticism of Alan Dershowitz, well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: you're obviously just somebody that hates Israel. That's basically his
- 3:17Speaker 1: whole entire playbook. But the truth is, Alan Dershowitz has
- 3:23Speaker 1: still not adequately explained his relationship to Jeffrey Epstein. And
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm not talking about as his lawyer. I'm talking about
- 3:30Speaker 1: the other stuff. How many lawyers do you have coming
- 3:34Speaker 1: over to your house to get a massage? And look,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I know that Dershowitz says that his wife was there
- 3:39Speaker 1: and he kept his underpants on. That shit's still weird.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Let me go over to my buddy's house, strip down
- 3:46Speaker 1: to my tighty-whities, and get myself a massage while my
- 3:49Speaker 1: wife's outside in the foyer having a pinot grigio with
- 3:53Speaker 1: trafficking victims like there's no excusing it I know people
- 3:59Speaker 1: want to excuse it and I know people want to
- 4:02Speaker 1: make pretend that not everybody knew I don't believe that
- 4:05Speaker 1: for a minute especially if you were this dude's lawyer
- 4:09Speaker 1: you knew you knew exactly the kind of snake that
- 4:12Speaker 1: you're dealing with and when it comes down to Dershowitz
- 4:16Speaker 1: he just didn't care that's really what it comes down
- 4:18Speaker 1: to I gave a reason he said My lawyers have
- 4:21Speaker 1: advised me that there's a legal barrier to my testifying.
- 4:24Speaker 1: We're trying to remove the barrier. I volunteered to testify,
- 4:28Speaker 1: and I'm anxious to do so. When asked what the
- 4:31Speaker 1: legal barrier was, Dershowitz said he was unable to comment. Oh, okay.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I have a legal barrier, but I can't comment. This
- 4:38Speaker 1: dude has main character syndrome like nobody else. Hey, fuckface.
- 4:43Speaker 1: We have all these other powerful people getting up there
- 4:46Speaker 1: and telling their stories about Epstein. You can too. You
- 4:50Speaker 1: have a way overblown opinion of yourself. And I assure
- 4:54Speaker 1: you that the vast majority of people do not share
- 4:57Speaker 1: that opinion. You shouldn't get any special treatment for what?
- 5:03Speaker 1: What exactly has Alan Dershowitz done that should give him
- 5:07Speaker 1: special treatment? In fact, I think that Alan Dershowitz and
- 5:12Speaker 1: the whole legal team from Florida should be investigated for
- 5:16Speaker 1: the NPA. And I've said that a million times. Now,
- 5:21Speaker 1: if we're talking about the abuse, look, we know how
- 5:23Speaker 1: the Virginia lawsuit ended up with Alan Dershowitz. So that's
- 5:27Speaker 1: a moot point. I'm not going to keep harping on that.
- 5:31Speaker 1: But what I will say is that the NPA is
- 5:34Speaker 1: a big problem. And people like Alan Dershowitz, who had
- 5:37Speaker 1: their fingers directly in the cake batter, they're a big
- 5:41Speaker 1: problem too. On July 21st, Chair Comer issued a letter
- 5:46Speaker 1: to Dershowitz that read in part, on July 15th, 2026,
- 5:50Speaker 1: counsel notified the committee that you cannot now testify in
- 5:53Speaker 1: Congress concerning the matters in which the committee are interested.
- 5:57Speaker 1: This notice was provided only five days before the date
- 6:01Speaker 1: of your transcribed interview after the committee had already exhausted
- 6:05Speaker 1: critical resources to prepare for your appearance. Your counsel failed
- 6:09Speaker 1: to provide a reason for your refusal to testify. When
- 6:13Speaker 1: committee staff followed up with your counsel via email on
- 6:16Speaker 1: July 15th and 17th, 2026, Your counsel again failed to
- 6:21Speaker 1: provide an explanation for your refusal to attend your transcribed interview.
- 6:27Speaker 1: This is unacceptable. I agree, but you know what else
- 6:30Speaker 1: is unacceptable? That he wasn't subpoenaed in the first place.
- 6:34Speaker 1: That should have been the deal for everybody. And I
- 6:37Speaker 1: don't want to keep beating this dead horse, but it's
- 6:39Speaker 1: a big problem. The fact that you're letting these people
- 6:42Speaker 1: come in voluntarily is not something that I'm interested in.
- 6:47Speaker 1: They've had years to come forward on their own. and
- 6:50Speaker 1: none of them have done so. But now, now, they're
- 6:53Speaker 1: going to tell us the truth because Congress is involved?
- 6:57Speaker 1: Give me a break. I'm very proud in my role
- 7:00Speaker 1: in representing Jeffrey Epstein, said Dershowitz at the time. I'm
- 7:04Speaker 1: prepared to testify about everything. I offered to testify, volunteered
- 7:08Speaker 1: for the past few months. I will personally not invoke privilege.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I have nothing to hide. I hope they have videos
- 7:14Speaker 1: of Epstein's rooms, bedrooms. I'm willing to testify truthfully about
- 7:18Speaker 1: Les Wexner, all of it. Oh God, just shut up.
- 7:22Speaker 1: If you were willing to testify, you would have come forward.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And you're proud of your role as Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Says everything I need to know about you. And look,
- 7:31Speaker 1: it's one thing to represent a guy like Epstein as
- 7:33Speaker 1: a lawyer. It's another thing to embrace it. Dershowitz has
- 7:39Speaker 1: been accused of wrongdoing tied to Epstein, which he has denied.
- 7:43Speaker 1: In February, News Nation learned of a woman who was
- 7:46Speaker 1: a primary informant to the FBI who about Epstein's sex
- 7:49Speaker 1: trafficking ring. She went to the FBI after she was
- 7:52Speaker 1: allegedly trafficked to several of Epstein's friends, a member of
- 7:56Speaker 1: Congress who has seen the relevant files unredacted told News Nation.
- 8:01Speaker 1: The names appearing in these documents do not indicate evidence
- 8:04Speaker 1: of a crime. No criminal charges against those named other
- 8:08Speaker 1: than Ghislaine Maxwell were filed in connection with Epstein's crimes.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Part of the plan. You guys paying attention yet? You
- 8:17Speaker 1: see what's going on here? You see how the fix
- 8:18Speaker 1: was in from the very beginning? This was always the goal,
- 8:23Speaker 1: always the plan. And that's why they kicked it down
- 8:26Speaker 1: to state in Florida. That was the easier path. Not
- 8:30Speaker 1: as much attention. People aren't really locked in. Just another
- 8:34Speaker 1: guy in Florida diddling some young kids. But it was
- 8:38Speaker 1: a lot more than that, wasn't it? And what's happening
- 8:40Speaker 1: now is what they always feared. And that, of course,
- 8:43Speaker 1: is you learning what Jeffrey Epstein really was and what
- 8:47Speaker 1: he was really up to. An Epstein survivor assisted in
- 8:52Speaker 1: preparing an FBI PowerPoint presentation examining a list of high-profile
- 8:56Speaker 1: men with associations with Epstein. According to the documents, the
- 9:01Speaker 1: list included President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton
- 9:05Speaker 1: and a note. Numerous anonymous NTOC's National Threat Operation Center
- 9:10Speaker 1: tips were received with allegations against prominent individuals. And look,
- 9:15Speaker 1: not every single one of those is going to be
- 9:17Speaker 1: real and true. just like the nonsense when people were
- 9:21Speaker 1: talking about cannibalism and beef jerky and all the other nonsense.
- 9:27Speaker 1: All of that stuff is part of the cover-up. All
- 9:29Speaker 1: of that is to sow confusion and to make everything
- 9:33Speaker 1: look crazy. And that's why I refuse to get knocked
- 9:36Speaker 1: off target. And that's why we continue to do things
- 9:39Speaker 1: the way we do them. According to FBI documents, she
- 9:42Speaker 1: told the Bureau as part of Epstein's operation, she was
- 9:45Speaker 1: directed to give massages, was put... in compromising positions, and
- 9:48Speaker 1: was a victim of sexual abuse. The alleged survivor's redacted
- 9:52Speaker 1: claims appear in a slideshow the FBI created as part
- 9:56Speaker 1: of its investigation into three men, Alan Dershowitz, Harvey Weinstein,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and Leon Black. She alleged that Epstein trafficked her to
- 10:04Speaker 1: Weinstein and Black at different times. Well, we know that
- 10:07Speaker 1: Epstein and Weinstein were buddies for a minute, and we
- 10:10Speaker 1: know that they had a falling out over a woman.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Do with that what you will. Among the allegations given
- 10:18Speaker 1: to the FBI, the woman stated that Weinstein showed up
- 10:21Speaker 1: at her door and tried to follow her into the
- 10:24Speaker 1: shower after offering her a job. When asked about the
- 10:27Speaker 1: claims in the FBI's memo against Weinstein, his attorney, Arthur Idalla,
- 10:32Speaker 1: said at the time, no comment. Idalla is also Glenn
- 10:35Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer, or was. Weinstein is serving 23 years in
- 10:40Speaker 1: New York prison for sexual assaults. Among allegations against Black
- 10:44Speaker 1: given to the FBI are An alleged victim said Black
- 10:47Speaker 1: raped and trafficked her multiple times and that he threatened her.
- 10:52Speaker 1: A judge sanctioned an accuser and her attorney, known only
- 10:55Speaker 1: as Jane Doe, in April saying she falsified and potentially
- 10:58Speaker 1: destroyed evidence in the case. Black denied any wrongdoing and
- 11:03Speaker 1: said he never met Doe. Of course he did. I
- 11:07Speaker 1: have no idea who Doe is. I've never done anything
- 11:09Speaker 1: like that. I would never cheat on my sick wife.
- 11:14Speaker 1: In the documents, the woman stated that she gave Dershowitz,
- 11:17Speaker 1: Epstein's former attorney, a massage on Epstein's plane. Dershowitz told
- 11:22Speaker 1: News Nation that month, I never received a massage on
- 11:25Speaker 1: Epstein's plane. Well, you got one at his house, didn't you, Mr. Underwear?
- 11:30Speaker 1: I can prove that, and I was never on his
- 11:31Speaker 1: plane with a young woman. She made up the entire story.
- 11:34Speaker 1: In doing so, she violated Section 1001 of the Criminal Code,
- 11:39Speaker 1: lying to the FBI. She was not a minor. She's
- 11:42Speaker 1: a criminal. There's no basis for redacting the name of
- 11:45Speaker 1: an adult criminal. I'm planning to sue her as Jane
- 11:48Speaker 1: Doe and subpoenaing the Justice Department and FBI to reveal
- 11:52Speaker 1: the name of this felon, Dershowitz stated. She should sue Dershowitz.
- 11:55Speaker 1: He just called her a felon. She hasn't been convicted
- 11:58Speaker 1: of anything. So that's like if people called Alan Dershowitz
- 12:01Speaker 1: a diddler. So we should just do that, Alan? Is
- 12:04Speaker 1: that cool? Is that okay? You know it's not. And
- 12:07Speaker 1: you damn well know you shouldn't be calling her a felon.
- 12:11Speaker 1: And I hope she sues you. Because I'll tell you what,
- 12:14Speaker 1: it's a long time coming that somebody takes this dude
- 12:17Speaker 1: to court and shuts his fucking mouth. And hopefully, that
- 12:22Speaker 1: time is now. All the information that goes with this
- 12:25Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
