- 1:34Speaker 1: C-tuck good morning Lily.
- 1:37Speaker 1: To fight for Diddy's release.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So we got to talk about that.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I can't believe she came out of nowhere.
- 1:47Speaker 1: She might be in trouble.
- 1:48Speaker 1: She might be in trouble.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Uh, let's see.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Let's get these comments on the thing back.
- 2:04Speaker 1: First of all, when people were celebrating that Diddy is was had, they act like he was found not guilty of all charges, the way people would celebrate, and I knew at the time that, like I would tell people, it's like he still.
- 2:27Speaker 1: He still was found guilty of charges.
- 2:32Speaker 1: He still wasn't out of the woods.
- 2:35Speaker 1: People were celebrating, they were putting, they were outside the courthouse dousing each other with baby oil, dancing and singing, and I said to myself they don't know how this goes.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Diddy is not out of the woods until he is out of the woods and things are getting worse for him and the people that were celebrating are starting to get a little quiet again.
- 3:04Speaker 1: The family Diddy's mom were celebrating, are starting to get a little quiet again.
- 3:06Speaker 1: The family Diddy's mom people are beginning to worry.
- 3:09Speaker 1: They're beginning to worry because time served and all the different things that they thought were a possibility starting to look like the exact opposite.
- 3:27Speaker 1: They were all happy because Trump appeared to act like he was going to pardon Diddy.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Diddy had just beat the RICO charges.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Everything was looking like they were about to beat this thing.
- 3:44Speaker 1: And the next thing you know what do we get the news on?
- 3:50Speaker 1: I think it was pride.
- 3:52Speaker 1: There were a few dominoes that dropped, but the first one as far as this weekend was the first one was Trump saying he ain't part of this.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Highly unlikely.
- 4:09Speaker 1: And what I'm hearing behind the scenes.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Once Diddy got this news, he went into panic mode.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Why did he go into panic mode?
- 4:22Speaker 1: Because the new prosecutor.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Why did he go into panic mode?
- 4:25Speaker 1: Because the new prosecutor.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Thank you, angie, for the $1.99 super sticker, super chat.
- 4:38Speaker 1: She says Gina Tinsley wrote all in her Stockholm Syndrome.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Yeah, we know, we got to talk about her and she might be in trouble.
- 4:47Speaker 1: We'll get to her in a minute.
- 4:51Speaker 1: So Diddy and his team learned that the new prosecutor lead prosecutor, what is his name?
- 4:59Speaker 1: Clayton.
- 5:00Speaker 1: He said that they are going for maximum as much time as the law will allow for Diddy's two charges.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Because of all the shenanigans that have been going on, they feel like Diddy is getting away with it and they're going to use whatever they can as far as the charges that they do have them on.
- 5:32Speaker 1: They want maximum time and many experts believe they're going to get it.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So Diddy's been scrambling, panicking, his legal team is scrambling and panicking, and what do they end up doing?
- 5:56Speaker 1: This is a fucking movie, y'all.
- 6:03Speaker 1: This is a fucking movie, y'all.
- 6:06Speaker 1: This is a fucking movie.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Do you understand?
- 6:08Speaker 1: They are so desperate.
- 6:12Speaker 1: We're going to read a couple of letters.
- 6:14Speaker 1: We're going to leave the first.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Let's read before we get to victim number three.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Let's read this desperation letter.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Let's read this desperation letter.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Let's read this desperation letter from the uh, from the defense team.
- 6:34Speaker 1: You gotta check this shit out.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Hold up one second.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Let's pull this up the defense team.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I think Diddy cussed everybody out once they found out he probably paid money, because word on the street is his team didn't pay money directly to Trump, but they actually paid money to people around Trump to get Trump's word that he would pardon him Paying a middleman, and it didn't work out.
- 7:13Speaker 1: But check out this letter Diddy's team filed after they found out that they weren't getting a part, contrary to the government's contention.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Here's the letter to the judge.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Contrary to the government's contention, living conditions at the MDC remain inhumane and the conditions seem unlikely to improve due to the aggressive government budget cuts.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Mdc routinely serves food that is expired and infested with magnets.
- 7:52Speaker 1: The magnet-infested food captured in that photo is, unfortunately, not an uncommon experience.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Lockdowns also remain common, despite the government's claims.
- 8:10Speaker 1: For example, the MDC sent a notice to detainees that they would be on lockdown from February 22, 2025 to at least March 3rd 2025, because multiple inmates became disruptive and utilized weapons during an incident.
- 8:37Speaker 1: This was just a few months ago.
- 8:45Speaker 1: They go on to say now they're complaining about the conditions in order to get Diddy.
- 8:51Speaker 1: In order to get Diddy excuse me, in order to get Diddy out of there.
- 9:01Speaker 1: They're complaining about the conditions, saying it's magnets, talking about the food?
- 9:06Speaker 1: Now, true, we have heard that there is an issue with the food and stuff like that, but it's prison and Diddy has been there for however long what a year and a half.
- 9:22Speaker 1: However long he's been there, he's been okay so far.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I'm sure he gets treated a lot better than 99.999% of the other inmates, but they believe Diddy should be released because of the inhumane condition.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Then they go on to say the government argues that the unchecked violence relied upon does not serve as a valid basis for finding of exceptional circumstances because the violence occurred over a year ago.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Unfortunately, this shows the government's ignorance with respect to inmate violence at the MDC.
- 10:11Speaker 1: On March 6, 2025, which is my birthday the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York announced criminal charges against 25 defendants in 12 separate cases related to violence and smuggling at the MDC, all of which occurred recently, between April and to the present, april 2025.
- 10:41Speaker 1: These include charges against 15 inmates for violent assault against other inmates from May 2024 to present into the facility on January 21st 2025, an inmate for orchestrating a contraband smuggling operation between April to June, and an inmate for smuggling ceramics into the facility on October 12th.
- 11:16Speaker 1: An inmate for possession of contraband and continuing to commit fraud while detained at MDC, and gang association for attempting to smuggle a large package of contraband, including 18 cell phones and marijuana, to other gang members incarcerated in MDC.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Additionally, upon information and belief, just two Fridays ago, an inmate in the floor above Combs was stabbed.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Now they are talking about stabbings.
- 11:54Speaker 1: They're talking about food.
- 11:58Speaker 1: They're talking about contraband.
- 12:01Speaker 1: They are panicking and trying to do whatever to get Diddy out of there.
- 12:07Speaker 1: I believe the judge is going to rule today.
- 12:12Speaker 1: This is huge.
- 12:22Speaker 1: This shows that everybody out there that's been celebrating, acting like I was so I was so confused because I was like y'all y'all Diddy supporters are celebrating as if he beat all the charges.
- 12:39Speaker 1: True, he beat Rico, but he was still found guilty and it don't seem like Diddy is celebrating.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I was telling folks I'm like it's easy for y'all to celebrate.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Y'all act like he ain't in prison right now, still to this day, still seeing how much longer he gonna be in that bitch.
- 13:02Speaker 1: It's easy for y'all on the outside who are up seeing how much longer he gonna be in that bitch.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It's easy for y'all on the outside who are free to be celebrating like it's a victory.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Y'all are free.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Diddy don't sound like he's celebrating and that's been my point.
- 13:19Speaker 1: They have moved the gold phone so far back just because he didn't get whole ass life.
- 13:27Speaker 1: They celebrating as if this thing is completely over with and that was a mistake.
- 13:36Speaker 1: The feds don't like nobody making them look stupid and I'm sure I think Diddy's son was doing Like nobody making them look stupid and I'm sure I think Diddy's son was doing push-ups outside the courtroom.
- 13:51Speaker 1: They were just making a mockery of the whole system.
- 13:59Speaker 1: The only one who stayed reserved and respectful and understood that this thing wasn't over yet was Diddy's mom, mama Diddy, even to this day right now, has been quiet and understands that this thing ain't over yet.
- 14:19Speaker 1: They are looking for the maximum time and they might have a good chance of getting it.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And you know who knows that?
- 14:31Speaker 1: Diddy and Diddy's legal team if they were going to do time served or anything of that nature, they would have probably just let him out.
- 14:42Speaker 1: If they were going to do time served or anything of that nature.
- 14:44Speaker 1: They would have probably just let him out.
- 14:47Speaker 1: This judge is holding Diddy for a reason and his team knows.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Now they're trying to complain.
- 14:58Speaker 1: These have been the same conditions.
- 15:00Speaker 1: So what?
- 15:00Speaker 1: They're going to let the whole MDC out now Because of these conditions.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Are they going to let the whole MDC out now because of these conditions?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Are they gonna let the whole MDC out now?
- 15:06Speaker 1: Or are you saying they should just let Diddy out?
- 15:09Speaker 1: He is newsletters.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Diddy is not getting any special treatment.
- 15:18Speaker 1: This prostitution team led by this Clayton guy who is actually Trump's guy.
- 15:25Speaker 1: They are not fucking around with this.
- 15:29Speaker 1: They want, I think, they're looking at 10 years.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Five would be the absolute minimum, but what I'm hearing is they're looking at anywhere from eight to the absolute minimum.
- 15:45Speaker 1: But what I'm hearing is they're looking at anywhere from eight to ten years minimum.
- 15:48Speaker 1: This is why you see Diddy coming out the woodwork making his legal team send all kind of crazy motions following up motions, motions following up motions.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Bail has still not been denied or accepted or approved.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Hopefully we get a word on bail today.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I can't confirm if we're going to get a word today, but hopefully we get a word on Diddy's bail today.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I think everybody pretty much knows it's going to be denied.
- 16:25Speaker 1: They're saying Diddy is a flight risk.
- 16:30Speaker 1: They're saying Diddy is violent and so for many reasons Diddy's ass ain't going nowhere.
- 16:42Speaker 1: But then that leads us to the next desperate, desperate, desperate attempt.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Now this attempt can get Diddy in more trouble and can get victim number three in more trouble.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Y'all remember victim number three in more trouble.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Y'all remember victim number three.
- 17:05Speaker 1: The whole internet knew that victim number three was Gina Hunt.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Gina Hunt was Diddy's girlfriend or fling or I don't know what they were, but she was the original victim in the case.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Gina on many occasions said that Diddy beat her, stumped her stomach, beat her head, was violent towards her.
- 17:42Speaker 1: There were even rumors that he caused her to have a miscarriage or forced her to abort a baby.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It's a lot of different stories.
- 17:52Speaker 1: The bottom line is he was stomping her in her stomach, beating her in very violent towards her, beating her in very violent towards Oslo, did the same things that he was convicted of doing to Jane and then Cassie.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Gina Hung was also in the same boat.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Gina herself was on Tosh the K and did an interview.
- 18:21Speaker 1: She went into detail about these beatings, about this mistreatment, about this sexual assault, about all of this crazy stuff that he did to her.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Then she ended up being a victim in this case.
- 18:38Speaker 1: But then he disappeared, dina disappeared, dina disappeared Y'all remember.
- 18:48Speaker 1: All through the case we were wondering where the hell was victim number three.
- 18:52Speaker 1: She gave statements to the fans about these beatings and about this abuse and then backed out.
- 19:02Speaker 1: People said did he pay her off?
- 19:09Speaker 1: Did he threaten her?
- 19:09Speaker 1: Is her life in danger?
- 19:13Speaker 1: Is he taking care of her?
- 19:15Speaker 1: Where did the back off come from?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Why did she all of a sudden back out, then back off?
- 19:19Speaker 1: Why did she all of a sudden back out Then?
- 19:25Speaker 1: She never resurfaced the entire case.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Even her lawyer disappeared.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Couldn't find her, couldn't find the lawyer.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Then, after the whole case is over with, tim Sleazy, aka TMZ conveniently finds her walking out of a grocery store or some type of store in the parking lot and asks her what she thinks about the trials.
- 20:00Speaker 1: She says she's not worried for her safety, that Diddy is inviolate or whatever, whatever, whatever.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Her whole tune fucking changes and the world was wondering where did this switch up come from?
- 20:20Speaker 1: And the world was wondering where did this switch up come from?
- 20:23Speaker 1: How could you be this terrified getting your ass beat victim One minute and the next minute, oh, he's no threat, I'm not worried.
- 20:38Speaker 1: What, what, what?
- 20:43Speaker 1: And then that brings us all the way up to what happened over the weekend.
- 20:47Speaker 1: And what happened over the weekend is what I'm saying could get Gina in trouble, diddy in trouble, this in trouble, diddy in trouble.
- 21:02Speaker 1: This crazy ass case, this crazy ass story ain't seen as crazy as days.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Yet this shit about to get crazy, mark, my fucking words.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Come on, son Mark, my fucking words.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Come on, son Mark, my fucking words.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Speaking of son, king got the job.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I'm about to read this letter that's about to get Gina ass in trouble and Diddy in trouble.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Gina wrote a letter to the court begging for Diddy's release, and not only begging for his release, not only begging for his release, but talking about how great of a person Diddy is, how great of a father he is.
- 21:54Speaker 1: But King got the job.
- 21:56Speaker 1: If you remember, on Friday I told you King had a job interview with my son and they hired him.
- 22:03Speaker 1: He got his offer letter.
- 22:04Speaker 1: He is officially a.
- 22:05Speaker 1: If you remember, on Friday I told you King had a job interview with my son and they hired him.
- 22:07Speaker 1: He got his offer letter.
- 22:08Speaker 1: He is officially a grown-ass man, 18 years old, on his way.
- 22:12Speaker 1: But anyway, thank you for everybody that sent out positive vibes and prayers for King.
- 22:19Speaker 1: It worked.
- 22:20Speaker 1: So I'm going to start using y'all prayers a little more, because y'all got some good prayers.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Y'all prayers work.
- 22:27Speaker 1: King had that job.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So, anyway, as we get back into the sun, let the sun shine in.
- 22:39Speaker 1: So, anyway, this letter can get Gina and Diddy in trouble.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you why after I read it.
- 22:48Speaker 1: This is from Gina, victim number three, the one who said Diddy beat her ass and stomped her stomach and punched her in the head and all kind of stuff.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Thank you, munoz, for the super sticker $9.99.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I greatly appreciate it.
- 23:05Speaker 1: You know I'm about to eat good with that 10 bucks.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Thank you so much, munoz.
- 23:13Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Dear your Honor, my name is Virginia Hunt.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Dear your Honor, my name is Virginia Hunt and I am writing as the person identified as victim number three in this case.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I have known Sean Combs for many years, in both a personal and professional capacity.
- 23:40Speaker 1: From that experience, I have seen him primarily as a father, a family man and a businessman, roles that he has always strived to uphold.
- 23:55Speaker 1: To provide this letter to share my observations about his character and to respectfully request that the court permit his release on bond while the case proceeds.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I acknowledge and respect that Mr Combs stands accused and that the court must weigh public safety and the integrity of the legal process.
- 24:17Speaker 1: At the same time, I believe it's important for the court to have a full picture of who he is, beyond the allegations.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Our relationship, like many, was not always perfect.
- 24:41Speaker 1: We experienced ups and downs and mistakes were made, but he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Over the years that followed, he made visible efforts to become a better person and to address the harm he had caused.
- 24:59Speaker 1: By the time our relationship ended, he embodied an energy of love.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Imagine she talking about Diddy.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I am telling y'all they think this is helping.
- 25:20Speaker 1: This ain't helping.
- 25:21Speaker 1: This ain't helping Diddy.
- 25:24Speaker 1: This think this is helping.
- 25:24Speaker 1: This ain't helping.
- 25:24Speaker 1: This ain't helping Diddy.
- 25:25Speaker 1: This is hurting Diddy Because the judge is not stupid.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Let's be honest.
- 25:32Speaker 1: You may not like some judges.
- 25:37Speaker 1: You may like some judges, but one thing I can say about judges they are not done.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And for a victim who said the most, that the god that did.
- 25:54Speaker 1: He did the most terriblest things that I don't even know if terribleness is a word, but it makes sense in this sense.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Diddy did the most terribleness thing to this girl and then, all of a sudden, you disappear on the entire case.
- 26:14Speaker 1: You think you're going to be able to play with the courts, like this Diddy is.
- 26:21Speaker 1: This just shows that Diddy has not learned his lesson and is not going to stop until he is in prison for a long ass time.
- 26:32Speaker 1: This ain't traffic court, motherfucker Anybody.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Thank you to the AI agent.
- 26:43Speaker 1: We got AI agents donating to the call 499 super sticker.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 26:50Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I'm going to eat good with the 499.
- 26:59Speaker 1: This ain't traffic court.
- 27:00Speaker 1: This ain't traffic court.
- 27:02Speaker 1: This ain't.
- 27:02Speaker 1: This ain't your association me.
- 27:07Speaker 1: This ain't nothing to play with.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Do you not think that the judge is going to look at this and be like this has been some obvious witness tampering?
- 27:19Speaker 1: The last thing you want to do is some obvious witness tampering.
- 27:24Speaker 1: The last thing you want to do is insult a judge's intelligence.
- 27:29Speaker 1: This ain't a PTA meet.
- 27:32Speaker 1: This is federal court.
- 27:39Speaker 1: This is as big as it gets.
- 27:42Speaker 1: And you got the same victim who is on record saying that you kicked her ass plenty of times and she gave sworn testimony and gave words and an account of what was going on to the federal prosecutors.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And it just disappeared, like this was a feeding ticket.
- 28:17Speaker 1: And not only does she disappear out of nowhere, as if this is just nothing, this is one of the biggest cases in history, a federal case at that.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Then you have the audacity to have the same victim write to the judge.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Oh, diddy, you got some nerve.
- 28:54Speaker 1: They about to investigate the fuck out of Gina and Diddy because they are playing in the court space right now.
- 29:08Speaker 1: You disappear on the fence.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Let me put my notes down for me.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I don't need no notes for this part.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You disappear on the fence on a huge case and make them look stupid Could be part of the reason why they didn't get the sex trafficking count, who knows.
- 29:35Speaker 1: But you disappear on the feds, the feds.
- 29:43Speaker 1: But you disappear on the fence, the fence.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And not only.
- 29:49Speaker 1: That's bad enough.
- 29:51Speaker 1: But then you got the audacity and the nerve, orchestrated by Diddy Noah.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Legend, diddy, a legend.
- 30:04Speaker 1: But then you reappear with a letter talking about he exuded love, he was a beacon of love or whatever.
- 30:23Speaker 1: The fuck.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Y'all watch how this shit goes.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I'm going to continue reading that letter, but I had to take a fucking break.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I got time for a Snickers bar right now to think about this shit.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Diddy has a problem and I'm going to tell you what happened Because I know Diddy, I know his type.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I've been around those fuckers a lot in the industry.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I ain't going to name no names, because every time I name names they get mad.
- 31:05Speaker 1: I don't feel like nobody calling me on my fucking cell phone or DMing me on Instagram like man, I don't know why you did that.
- 31:12Speaker 1: He don't appreciate I don't got time for that shit today.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I'm feeling good on this fucking Monday.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I'm not going to ruin it by celebrities who I know, who get mad every time I bring their name up.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I'm going to let them live today.
- 31:27Speaker 1: But what happened was see a person like Diddy.
- 31:31Speaker 1: They think they can, they want to force the issue and the fact that he is taking care of Gina either got her scared either taking care of her.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I guarantee you she did not want to send this letter in.
- 31:48Speaker 1: I guarantee you Diddy's attorney didn't even want to send this letter to the judge.
- 31:55Speaker 1: There is one egomaniac who wanted to send this letter letter and it was Diddy.
- 32:05Speaker 1: He the one writing all the checks for everybody and he pressed the issue and he pressed the issue and he probably blew up Gina's phone.
- 32:14Speaker 1: If you remember the little dirty money girl that he had speak on his behalf.
- 32:20Speaker 1: You remember it was found out that he had speak on his behalf.
- 32:23Speaker 1: You remember it was found out that he called her phone hundreds of times.
- 32:25Speaker 1: He blew up Gina's phone and he wouldn't stop until she would write this fucking letter and send it in to the court.
- 32:34Speaker 1: He didn't give a fuck how it looked.
- 32:37Speaker 1: This is going to turn out all bad, but let's finish with this letter our relationship.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I acknowledge and respect that Mr Combs stands accused and that the court must weigh public safety and the integrity of the legal process.
- 33:11Speaker 1: At the same time, I believe it is important for the court to have a full picture of who he is, beyond the allegation Our relationship, like many, was not always perfect.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Stop right there.
- 33:24Speaker 1: I hate when people try to say our relationship, like many, was not always perfect.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Stop that.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Like many.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Don't compare your shit.
- 33:46Speaker 1: There are not.
- 33:47Speaker 1: There are domestic violence cases, but the great majority of all relationships are fucking normal.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Everybody's not running around beating everybody's ass and having freak-offs.
- 34:05Speaker 1: I hate when people with these super-duper toxic ass-beating, freak-off sex-worker-feel relationships try to frame it.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Talking about our relationship, like many, was not always perfect.
- 34:26Speaker 1: No, no, no, no.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Don't put your relationship in like many.
- 34:31Speaker 1: The fact that yours was not perfect.
- 34:35Speaker 1: It wasn't nowhere near perfect.
- 34:37Speaker 1: It was as close to imperfect and toxic as you can get.
- 34:43Speaker 1: It was literally.
- 34:44Speaker 1: It wasn't even a relationship.
- 34:46Speaker 1: So you're already framing it.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I don't like you framing it.
- 34:51Speaker 1: I have relationships with people that don't work.
- 34:55Speaker 1: I have relationships with women that don't work.
- 34:58Speaker 1: We weren't beating each other's ass and having freak-offs.
- 35:02Speaker 1: We just didn't get along.
- 35:04Speaker 1: We just didn't see eye to eye.
- 35:06Speaker 1: We just had a few different disagreements and it turned out hey, you better go on your way, I'm better going mine.
- 35:13Speaker 1: That's like many relationships Beating ass and having freak-offs to the point where it's fucking a federal indictment.
- 35:25Speaker 1: That's a whole nother thing.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Don't frame your shit like all of us is running around here beating ass and having freak-offs.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I hate when people do that.
- 35:37Speaker 1: You already lost me when you start off with your shit was so bad that y'all had to call the fucking federal court behind it.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Don't tell me no, like mini, it wasn't perfect.
- 35:51Speaker 1: You think you think it wasn't perfect.
- 35:55Speaker 1: We don't think it was anywhere near perfect.
- 35:58Speaker 1: We don't even consider it a real relationship.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Anyway, our relationship, like many, was not always perfect.
- 36:09Speaker 1: We experienced ups and downs and mistakes were made, but he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Over the years that followed, he made visible efforts to become a better person and to address the harm he had caused.
- 36:30Speaker 1: By the time our relationship ended, he embodied an energy of love, patience and gentleness that was markedly different from his past behavior.
- 36:45Speaker 1: To my knowledge, he has not been violent for many years and he has been committed to being a father first.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Then why in the fuck did you go to federal prosecutors trying to indict this man?
- 37:04Speaker 1: If what you're saying here is true, gina, I can't believe this shit.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Money talk and bullshit walks A marathon.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I'ma say that again Money talks and bullshit walks A marathon.
- 37:33Speaker 1: This is money talking, this is intimidation talking and this is another charge talk.
- 37:52Speaker 1: You think the court gonna let y'all play this game in front of the whole world?
- 37:59Speaker 1: Let me continue.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I am writing because I do not view Mr Combs as a danger to me or to the community.
- 38:16Speaker 1: This is his first criminal case.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Throughout the investigation and proceeding he has been cooperative, respectful and compliant.
- 38:30Speaker 1: So you're going to admit to the court that you've been watching the case, knowing everybody was looking for you.
- 38:39Speaker 1: You've been watching it so closely.
- 38:41Speaker 1: You know that in your mind Diddy has been cooperative, respectful and compliant.
- 38:50Speaker 1: So you telling the court?
- 38:55Speaker 1: I disappeared on the court but I know y'all was looking for me and I never responded.
- 39:01Speaker 1: But I was watching the case and I was keeping a close eye on the case because I know that Diddy was cooperative, respectful and compliant case.
- 39:07Speaker 1: And I was keeping a close eye on the case because I know that Diddy was cooperative, respectful and compliant.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Well, he was also nodding at the jury and making head gestures and passing around sticky notes and talking to jurors that had to be reprimanded and damn near kicked out of the fucking courtroom.
- 39:26Speaker 1: But wait, who am I?
- 39:27Speaker 1: I'm just had to be reprimanded and damn near kicked out of the fucking courtroom.
- 39:31Speaker 1: But wait, who am I?
- 39:32Speaker 1: I'm just a guy with a headband and no shirt on.
- 39:34Speaker 1: I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Let's continue, gina.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Blink twice if you are okay.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Like this, blink twice if you are okay.
- 39:54Speaker 1: You not blink.
- 39:57Speaker 1: He has substantial ties to his family and community, including children, who depend on him for emotional and financial support.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Granting him bonds would allow him to continue caring for his family and fulfilling his responsibilities, while still subject to the court's supervision.
- 40:26Speaker 1: While still subject to the court's supervision.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Man, this letter will make you irk.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Gina is going to get caught up in some witness tampering, some perjury, some lying to the court.
- 40:50Speaker 1: She is, and Diddy don't care.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Diddy don't give a damn that he is putting Gina's freedom at risk.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Gina, do you realize I'm talking to Gina right now, cause Gina watches.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Gina watches everything that's going on according to this letter.
- 41:14Speaker 1: And so if Gina watches everything that's going on I know she watches the flow show no filter, or flow on my social media.
- 41:21Speaker 1: She know what the fuck going on with me?
- 41:25Speaker 1: Flow show, no filter every day at 8 30 am on apple and spotify 24 7.
- 41:31Speaker 1: But if you want to catch us live, it's 8 30 am on on uh youtube, on my youtube channel and on facebook you can catch us too.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But anyway, gina, do you realize for Diddy to have you and coerce you into writing this letter?
- 41:50Speaker 1: No, allegedly, allegedly.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Do you realize, even right now, in making you do this, he don't give a fuck about you.
- 42:03Speaker 1: He don't care if you end up locked up just like his ass and you go on with it Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm, unbelievable.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Diddy knows no bounds.
- 42:33Speaker 1: He has pushed this girl into not only disappearing but reappearing and writing a letter, like all that other shit I was saying.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I made that shit up y'all.
- 42:48Speaker 1: This guy is the beacon of light of love.
- 42:52Speaker 1: He is the best thing to ever happen to this world.
- 42:57Speaker 1: He is a light of love.
- 42:59Speaker 1: He will not hurt, harm anybody.
- 43:02Speaker 1: What the?
- 43:03Speaker 1: This girl was crying talking about?
- 43:08Speaker 1: Diddy beat her ass.
- 43:10Speaker 1: This girl was crying talking about Diddy made her abort her kids, stomped on her stomach.
- 43:18Speaker 1: She even went forward and was involved in the case Victim number three, told her whole story to the federal prosecutors and then disappeared and then reappeared to write a validation letter Validating why Diddy should be released.
- 43:46Speaker 1: If you think the feds are gonna go for this shit, if you think the feds are gonna let Gina, I don't care if you, gina victim number three, I don't care if you Gina victim number three.
- 44:09Speaker 1: I don't care if you Gina Mark, I don't care what Gina we talking about.
- 44:21Speaker 1: The federal court system is not about to let Gina and Mohawk Diddy play in their goddamn face.
- 44:29Speaker 1: I don't care who you think you are.
- 44:46Speaker 1: If you think the feds is about to let you, gina, where are your parents at?
- 45:02Speaker 1: Where are your friends at?
- 45:04Speaker 1: Gina?
- 45:05Speaker 1: You are tripping, gina, where are your friends at?
- 45:16Speaker 1: Gina?
- 45:16Speaker 1: You are tripping.
- 45:16Speaker 1: And then Gina goes on to say I want to assure the court that, if released, I believe Mr Combs will adhere to all conditions imposed and will not jeopardize his freedom or the well being of his family.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Y'all know what this letter sounds like.
- 45:40Speaker 1: It sounds like y'all know what this?
- 45:44Speaker 1: I'm making a hand gesture, and for those that can't see this right now'm making a hand gesture.
- 45:46Speaker 1: And for those that can't see this right now, I have the hand gesture of like when you point a gun at your head.
- 45:52Speaker 1: So this is for my audio people right now, I have my finger pointing at my head as if it's a gun.
- 46:00Speaker 1: You know how you do that, right?
- 46:01Speaker 1: This letter seems like there is a gun pointed at her head and she has to write the best letters we can to get Diddy out, no matter if it's true or not.
- 46:17Speaker 1: So now, as I read this letter, just imagine that there is a firearm pointed at my head.
- 46:25Speaker 1: This is what it feels like.
- 46:26Speaker 1: This is what I see when I'm reading this letter.
- 46:28Speaker 1: I am Jeannie.
- 46:30Speaker 1: I want to assure the court that, if released, I believe Mr Combs will adhere to all conditions imposed and will not jeopardize his freedom or the well-being of his family.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Allowing him to be at home will also support the healing process for all involved.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I respectfully ask that you consider these factors when deciding his eligibility for release.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Thank you for your time and consideration.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Respectfully, gina Hung, can you take the pistol away from my fucking head now?
- 47:19Speaker 1: I did it.
- 47:20Speaker 1: That's what I'm visualizing.
- 47:25Speaker 1: But one part of that last part let's go back to, because the kitchen.
- 47:31Speaker 1: We normally don't open the kitchen on Monday, but the kitchen is open today.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Damn it.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Flo is cooking today.
- 47:39Speaker 1: The kitchen is open.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Can you smell that?
- 47:43Speaker 1: That's bacon and eggs.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Imagine the smell of bacon and eggs.
- 47:48Speaker 1: I'm cooking.
- 47:49Speaker 1: There's only a few things I can cook now.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Bacon and eggs is two of them.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Allowing him to be at home will also support the healing process for all involved.
- 48:06Speaker 1: Huh, how the fuck did he be at home as healing for all involved?
- 48:18Speaker 1: Unless when you say all involved, y'all are not giving a fuck about the victims.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Which, gina?
- 48:26Speaker 1: You just was a victim according to your own mouth.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Now, all of a sudden, who gives a fuck about the victims?
- 48:34Speaker 1: Huh, so Diddy being at home is going to be is going to heal the victims?
- 48:41Speaker 1: Or when you say all involved, are the victims not involved?
- 48:49Speaker 1: So I'm a victim and Denny going home is going to heal me?
- 48:58Speaker 1: Nah, because that's not who you're talking about.
- 49:04Speaker 1: This letter never mentioned, never acknowledged, any of the victims, and that is your first mistake and that is your problem.
- 49:17Speaker 1: This motherfucker said Diddy going home is gonna be a big step in the process of healing for all involved.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Man, I would love to be a fly on the freaking wall when the judge read this letter.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I would be a fly on the fucking wall.
- 49:58Speaker 1: You see my hands.
- 49:59Speaker 1: This is me being a fly on the fucking wall.
- 50:01Speaker 1: I would be.
- 50:03Speaker 1: I would give anything to be a fly on the wall when the judge read this crap.
- 50:10Speaker 1: I think the judge read this and said I'm about to cry these motherfuckers.
- 50:19Speaker 1: I think the judge, as he was reading this, said I am about to cook these motherfuckers like Flo do on the Flo show.
- 50:29Speaker 1: No filth.
- 50:30Speaker 1: They are acting like this judge is a cop.
- 50:40Speaker 1: How about if y'all was the judge?
- 50:44Speaker 1: How would y'all feel?
- 50:49Speaker 1: Wouldn't y'all feel like y'all getting played to be dumb?
- 50:52Speaker 1: I could not believe.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Listen, mohawk, diddy has done a lot of dumb shit, and he's done a lot of things in this case that make you say this motherfucker think he can do anything, but this might top them all.
- 51:18Speaker 1: They are about to listen.
- 51:24Speaker 1: All they have to do is figure out.
- 51:26Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you, I don't know if they're going to listen.
- 51:27Speaker 1: All they have to do is figure out.
- 51:29Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to go this far, but at this point all they have to do is put the full court press on Jeannie, because at this point you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that there's been some type of witness tampering going on.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Can we agree?
- 51:55Speaker 1: You don't have to be a genius, or you don't even have to be a person that's good at reading tea leaves to know that there has been some witness tampering going on.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Right, reading tea leaves to know that there has been some witness tampering going on, right.
- 52:09Speaker 1: All they have to do now is trump up some charges and, no pun intended some charges on Gina for either, you know, lying to fans, whatever.
- 52:27Speaker 1: I looked it up, there are a few charges that she could be facing, but all they have to do is give her some charges, throw some time at her way and they can force her to expose whatever Diddy been doing or however he been getting messages to her or whatever been going on, and Diddy gonna be looking at another obstruction of justice charge and be looking at more time.
- 52:58Speaker 1: If they do that and I wouldn't be surprised if they do that at this point I got my popcorn.
- 53:09Speaker 1: I want to hear what the judge is going to respond.
- 53:13Speaker 1: I don't know if we've ever even seen anything like this.
- 53:18Speaker 1: I don't know if there's ever been a case in history where the victim disappeared, a case in history where the victim disappeared and it reappeared.
- 53:29Speaker 1: To speak on the defendant's side, come on, son, I'm in the light today.
- 53:44Speaker 1: This judge is not about to play with Gina.
- 53:52Speaker 1: Like I said before, this ain't a movie, although it could be.
- 54:04Speaker 1: This is real life.
- 54:07Speaker 1: I cannot believe well, I shouldn't say I can't believe that Diddy would have this audacity, but it just speaks to how desperate Diddy is and his legal team to try to get him out, to have a victim who disappeared, only to reappear to send a letter to the judge.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Y'all check this out.
- 54:39Speaker 1: You know what this is like.
- 54:40Speaker 1: This is like one of your, a worker who don't show up on a crucial day, do not show up for their job, and then no call, no show.
- 55:03Speaker 1: But then one of the other employees is getting in trouble and then that worker comes up and shows up to speak on their behalf.
- 55:13Speaker 1: You'll be looking like, well, motherfucker, where you come from, your ass ain't even show up.
- 55:19Speaker 1: So check this out.
- 55:23Speaker 1: I'm about to frame this once and for all.
- 55:26Speaker 1: You are the judge.
- 55:26Speaker 1: This is your court case.
- 55:27Speaker 1: So check this out.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I'm about to frame this once and for all.
- 55:28Speaker 1: You are the judge.
- 55:31Speaker 1: This is your court case.
- 55:34Speaker 1: One of your victims, who was a crucial part of your case, tells you all this shit that happened to her, agrees to be on the case and is put in the indictment.
- 55:51Speaker 1: And then no call, no show to write your fucking face for the entire eight weeks nowhere to be found.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Doesn't even respond to say eight weeks, nowhere to be found.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Doesn't even respond to say hey, I'm going to just plead.
- 56:14Speaker 1: The fifth Doesn't even respect the court enough to say, okay, well, at this time, I'm just going to plead.
- 56:22Speaker 1: The fifth Does not even respect the judge or the court enough to even say hey, I'm not showing up.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Does not even respect the judge or the court enough to even say, hey, I'm not showing up, or not even saying I'm not showing up, but then needs to show up and plead the fifth Something.
- 56:34Speaker 1: You disrespect this judge and disrespect this court to the point you don't even fucking show up.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Like I said, this is a college course or some shit that you can just not show up for with no repercussion.
- 56:50Speaker 1: But not only that.
- 56:54Speaker 1: When the defendant is found guilty of prostitution by transportation or whatever the fuck, something that carries 10 years per charge, found guilty on two charges, your ass the same one who disappeared right up comes back and the first time the judge hears from you from the time you were supposed to be a victim, the first and only time the judge hears from you is from a letter telling his ass what he should do.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Diddy ain't gonna be happy until he's gonna make sure he's serving a long time.
- 57:50Speaker 1: They are playing with the feds and the feds ain't the one to be playing with.
- 57:55Speaker 1: This judge is gonna tell Diddy and Gina to kick so many rocks in a pair of flip flops with no socks.
- 58:04Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 58:06Speaker 1: In a pair of flip-flops with no socks.
- 58:07Speaker 1: I came waiting Un-fucking-believable.
- 58:16Speaker 1: You know I had a nerve.
- 58:22Speaker 1: Somebody had a nerve on the side note to say the other show I cooked her but to say something like I wanted to listen but there was too much swearing.
- 58:32Speaker 1: I said I'm going to tell you that I don't give a fuck what you think.
- 58:39Speaker 1: This is the flow show, no filter.
- 58:43Speaker 1: It ain't my fault.
- 58:46Speaker 1: You can't read this for grown-ups.
- 58:46Speaker 1: It ain't my fault.
- 58:47Speaker 1: You can't read this for grown-ups.
- 58:49Speaker 1: This ain't CNN.
- 58:52Speaker 1: I'm going to drop some F-bombs.
- 58:54Speaker 1: I'm going to say shit.
- 58:58Speaker 1: If you got a problem with it, take your ass on.
- 59:02Speaker 1: People kill me, and that's the problem today.
- 59:07Speaker 1: People are so uncomfortable in their own skin they want you to be uncomfortable in yours.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Well, motherfucker, that ain't this.
- 59:15Speaker 1: This ain't that.
- 59:17Speaker 1: I came in this game being me and I'm gonna leave this game being me.
- 59:24Speaker 1: I love you need to get like.
- 59:27Speaker 1: What have I told you?
- 59:31Speaker 1: Anyway, trump says no on the pardon.
- 59:36Speaker 1: Gina comes out the woodwork with a letter to the.
- 59:40Speaker 1: I hate to keep beating a dead horse because the horse is dead already, but today we're going to beat a dead horse.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Only the deadler would have the audacity to witness tamper no, allegedly, allegedly, and had a sane fucking witness come speak on his behalf after she disappeared.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: I'm done, I'm done.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Y'all don't feel.
