RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays OFFENSE GETS DOMINATED vs the New York Yankees
The Tampa Bay Rays lose the first game to the New York Yankees 2-0. The Rays offense got dominated all day. Carlos Rodon produced one of the best outings of his season. He shut the Rays down by going 8 shut out innings. The Rays only managed 3 hits and never got a runner into scoring position. The lone runs came on a 2 run homer by the Yankees in the 4th inning. Nick Martinez was fantastic besides that home run going 6 strong innings giving the Rays a chance. The Rays will still have a chance to win the AL East tonight as they finish off this double header.
