- 1:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it's been a while.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: We haven't talked for a while.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's been it's been a wild time in America.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm really curious to know your thoughts.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: I have a lot of thoughts.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_02]: I have a lot of questions for you.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: But why don't we just jump right in and I know you are your paying close attention to Jasmine Crocket and her bid in Texas.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_02]: So let's just start talking about it.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what, you know, I have been posting a lot about Texas and they're folks who are mad, you know, mad at me and why, you know what because they feel like, oh goodness gracious, you know, they feel like, um,
- 1:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, he's this, he's this all to boy, you know, and folks don't seem to understand like, you know, folks don't love unfortunately sometimes fall in love with but with politicians.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: And they often don't see their faults.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: They get mad when you point out certain things and we see this quite a few times in the past.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: But what they don't seem to understand like I didn't just
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: Representative Jasmine Crocker bandwagon.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: I actually was supporting Representative Crocker before she became a US Congresswoman.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: I had, you know, seen video clips of her in the past, you know, taking it to Republicans and things like that.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: And I was just like, okay, she's going to be a rising star.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Started paying more attention to her in her career.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I've been a supporter of hers for years and, you know, with one, you know, anybody ever listened to like the town halls we've hosted and stuff like I've been bugging her to one Everybody knows this so But they're folks that are, you know, Matt, so look, I really wasn't going to
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like, common on tolerate or anything like that, but what ended up happening, you know, you had these influences from the left, white influencers, I'm just gonna keep it real.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: That we're going out and encouraging people not to donate to her that she has no chance in hell of winning Texas, just saying a lot of different things that was started to rub me.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: Another vlog folks, the wrong way.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: So look, and I know you're going to have some questions, let me just put it like this.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: All right, uh, it look, it's taxes.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be up hill battle for anyone, whether it's representative rocket or James historical, it's been God, it's been over 30 years.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: the reason why I do think she can pull it off and this is the thing that people are looking is that we being Democrats have the largest number of black voters in America that are in Texas.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, yes.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: First thing, it's reported that they're more black folks
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now folks will argue and say, well, there's no in this drives me crazy, you know, they don't have any party of registration, affiliation, whatever.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: And how do you know this that there where there's modeling that's done, and that's where this is coming from.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, so there's an opportunity here.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: that if there are a lot of black folks, people of color that are excited about this race, that she may be able to bring out our base in a way that's not seen before in a very long time.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: James Hallarito, the reason why people are really touting him is because he is saying that I can appeal.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: I can appeal to Republicans.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: I can appeal to those folks that are upset with Trump.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe he had been mad at all this other stuff.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: The problem is if we haven't really seen this, right?
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_00]: The argument becomes, well,
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: James, if you can really do that, why you didn't do that when you were, you were, he was at a previous district and they, of course, re-drew it and it became a became writer and he fled that district.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: He fled that district for a district that would be easier for him to win.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well,
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: Republicans superpowers that you could be the Republican whisperer you would think that he would try to put that into practice in the district that he was already representing.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: He did not.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, so the reason why I decided to really become vocal about this because I did not like the fact that people were lying about her saying that you was taking a peck buddy, which this
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lie.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: She never did.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: How she is, you know, the pro Israel is really government.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lie.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: She has spoken out against Netanyahu and all these other things.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the reason why folks are mad at me, but this
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just say this, and I know, like I said, I know you have questions for me.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is a primary.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: I think the voters in Texas are going to decide who they want representing them in the Democratic primary and then hopefully in general, over wins.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: But this notion, which also drives me crazy, that, well, you know, this is Texas.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: So why do you care?
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: That will be your Senator.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: But these senators also affect all of our state.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_02]: They're fucking voting on national things.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: It drives me crazy when people say this.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: The same way we have better been right now doing, yes, some things.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: his votes affect me.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: They affect you.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, people in California.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: So I do have a stake in this race like every single American does because at the end of the day, we don't want another better man.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: And in a Senate, and I'm going to be honest with you, there are going to be people that are going to be angry with me for saying this, but he is giving federal advice.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason why that is when they had their debate and he was asked, you know, would you in peace Trump?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, you know, represented a crack.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: It said, yes, right off the bat and gave it a hug.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: He danced around instead of, well, I need to look at this and I need to learn my God, I'm in that and I'm just like a surre.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: everyday we're witnessing the fascism that's happening in this country.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: What evidence do you mean?
- 8:00[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it's fucking.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's it's so infuriating.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_02]: No, I just don't understand, you know, there is a group and it's not the entire democratic party.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously, you just said, you know, crock it was like, hell, yeah, I'll impeach him.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_02]: And we've got a bunch of really strong people, but then we have this other group of people in the democratic party that are too fucking wishy-washy for this moment.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm sick and tired of the pro-cletchers.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm in a mood today, everyone's on my last note.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_02]: You're not, but everyone's.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_02]: so many people are on my last nerve and it's like I'm I'm seeing so much ignorance.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm seeing so much tribalism.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm I'm seeing so much emotional decision making as opposed to just looking at the facts
- 8:48[SPEAKER_02]: and going on the facts and going on what makes sense.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_02]: I see so many people on our side.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_02]: And when I say our side, I mean democracy, the side of democracy.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: And it's so frustrating, and I'm trying not to just say fuck every other word.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: Today's going to be a hard one.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_02]: So no, but yeah, it's it's extremely frustrating.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: And then it's like I saw when she initially announced that she was running and I didn't follow this too closely.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: So correct me if I'm wrong on this.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I did see that there was criticism from Maleft about her based on stupid fucking shit like her makeup.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: Have you seen that?
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they're been focused on a love that I've criticized, they're about a lot of different things.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_02]: It's like they loved her and loved her and loved her and then she's running for the Senate and all of a sudden now.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: What's their problem?
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: I don't understand.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: I guess I do understand.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: You want to be honest?
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: The left also has a problem with racism.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, for your show before, now I'm going to say it again.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: There are folks within the Democratic Party that would like to see it move more to in a certain direction.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I warn folks about this.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: Look, what makes the democratic party look, it's not perfect, it's not great.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: What makes the democratic party what it is, is its diverse.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: And we need voices, of course, black brown voices, but of course we need voices from different parts of the country that are, you know, for example, you know, Manchin gets a lot of
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: He gets a lot of heat and and rightfully so for a lot of different things, but he he was representing a state that was for Democrats to win So you have to Your politics are not going to be the same as like a Democrat for me.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: He's not going to be like Mamdani.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right exactly.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: So it does have to be a bigger tent and I I will not getting the argument for me there
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: My pushback though, it's like you have folks who are previously Republicans that no longer fit within a Republican party is like super maga.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: So that they're trying to turn the Democratic party to a Republican light party.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's not going to work.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: No, that's not going to work.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: And they're these folks are not.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_02]: That's what Joe Walsh does, that's what Joe Walsh is doing.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Right, absolutely.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and there's others.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I know.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_02]: There's plenty of others.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: But Joe, you know, Joe Walsh completely lost my respect.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_02]: I had him on my show multiple times, and everything that I've seen from him, and it's funny because I'll tag him and I'll fucking call him out and he just ignores me.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_02]: But, um,
- 11:47[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he, he, everything he's doing is he's just trying to bring the party to the right and he's calling it, you know, I'm a Democrat now fuck off jail.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, you know, I mean, I have absolutely no patience for people like that.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm, I'm all about if, if if somebody was on the right and they decided, okay, I don't like my party anymore.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_02]: I don't.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_02]: care that they're full on progressive or anything like that.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_02]: They don't have to be like a be a Elizabeth Warren wing of a party like I am.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_02]: But it's like you have to understand like you just said, it's going to be a diverse party.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_02]: There's going to be some centrists.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_02]: And if you looked up, I can't stand fucking Joe Manchin.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_02]: But if you look up at his voting record, he voted with the Democrats a lot.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember what the number is.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_02]: High percentage of times that he voted with the Democrats and caucused with them.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_02]: So there were times when he didn't and times when he fucked us up, but exactly I know what you're saying because you're not going to get mom, dummy going into West Virginia and saying, Oh, yeah, I'm going to win his camp win in West Virginia, but when you look at that race that happened in New York and then in Virginia, you had, oh, God, what's the woman's name?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why she's escaping.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_02]: Abigail Spamberger, she, they both ran on
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: kind of the same idea as far as affordability, but they had different messaging because it was different states.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_02]: And so yeah, I mean, I wish more people would just use common sense.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: It seems like nobody's using common sense right now because there's just so much, you know, what's the Steve Baton said we're going to fill the zone with shit.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: There's so much shit in the zone and everybody's just kind of walking out.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_02]: And I just, I want everybody to,
- 13:22[SPEAKER_02]: be a little bit more responsible when it comes to how we're communicating online because it's not just the political influencers with lots of followers who have all the say it's just it's all of us.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: We're all, you know, all of our opinions are out there and everyone is seeing them and I just, I don't know, it's like I said, I'm in a bit of a mood today, everybody's pissing me off.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_02]: There you go.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_02]: But I, you know, I haven't watched this race too closely with Jasmine, but I, I take your word on it as far as thinking that, you know, it is possible that she can win.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I hope that she does, but did, um, I'm sorry, please.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_02]: What, what was did they rule that you can't do the jerrymandering in Texas?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember what the, Oh, no, no, no, they can now.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_02]: They can't, okay, and so Republicans want to do it or, and so what's going to happen there then if that happens?
- 14:19[SPEAKER_02]: Is it going to be worse or better?
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, it's going to be better for Republicans and of course, they're democratic, you know, states that are now, yes, counterade by doing their own thing.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: But look, I'm going to be honest with you.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like any of this.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like it from Republicans and I don't like it from different crafts.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: We need, we need to stop this.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's perhaps need to be drawn fairly.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, yes.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I don't want Republicans, jerrymandering things that I don't want Democrats, jerrymandering things.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, so this is something that's just going to have to get fixed.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if it's going to take a constitutional amendment.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know exactly how we do this.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, God.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know the name of it.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_02]: Bob knows the name of it.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: But it is some kind of an act or some kind of piece of legislation.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_02]: And it's got a funky name, and I just can't remember it.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_02]: But I think we only need four more states.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: And a four more states weren't assigned onto this.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_02]: It would basically be popular vote.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_02]: It would override the electoral college.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: Just wish I could remember the name of it and Bob Suska knows about it.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_02]: He's talked about it multiple times But yeah, they're that could happen.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_02]: So we wouldn't even need a constitutional amendment But I agree with you.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_02]: We need to fix that because right now the way that our country is set up It is not it it was set up by framers hundreds of years ago who could never anticipate what's happening now?
- 15:53[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think anybody was able to anticipate.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: No, we're seeing right now because they are assumed that you would have quote unquote patriots, people who are about the country that would push back against someone like Trump.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, you have an entire, uh, that doesn't say an entire party, but the majority of a party that have fallen in the line.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look, I told people all the time.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_00]: If we had a functioning congress, meaning we had a republicans that actually really did tear, another this would be happening right now.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_00]: Trump, because, you know, they're getting the thing that frustrates me most about this, Trump is giving them a lot of cover, meaning republics or congress.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: This can stop overnight, if they really cared about this country, they can get articles of a impeachment, they can they can convert them and remove them if they really cared about this country.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I want folks to understand this.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, Trump is a terrible person and we all want to see him out of office, but do not let the people who are enabling him get away with exactly.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that is and that's what we have a tendency to do.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_02]: I have this theory, though, that the worse it gets the better it gets, because people are usually not move to action until they become uncomfortable.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_02]: And so, I mean, I've been saying this forever.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's why half of the voting population doesn't do anything.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_02]: they just aren't paying attention and they're not moved.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_02]: So when they start feeling uncomfortable, when ice starts infiltrating their neighborhoods and taking their neighbors, all of a sudden, they're going to be like, oh wait a minute.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_02]: And so, I mean, I will talk about that in a minute.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_02]: But I think that the worst it gets,
- 17:48[SPEAKER_02]: the more people are going to go oh my god we have to fix this and we have to change this and there's just going to be more of a motivation to have sweeping changes and I hate saying that because I don't want it to get worse but I look at how we are as a as a people.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_02]: you know, as humanity, how does humanity oftentimes, you know, it's the cigarette smoker that waits until they get cancer to stop smoking cigarettes.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_02]: And that's kind of what we've done, right?
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: We have allowed this fucking disease to take over.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_02]: he was already president once and it was bad enough but he had guardrails now he doesn't have any fucking guardrails and uh i think we're just experiencing i mean i i always try to take the the hopeful thought from this and what i hope is that
- 18:36[SPEAKER_02]: And what I think is happening is all of this just horrible corruption.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: Whether it's the Epstein, we already know about Citizens United.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_02]: We already understand that money shouldn't be in politics the way it is.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: We've been talking about that for a long time, even though nothing got done.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_02]: But now that this Epstein thing is happening, the way it's happening, all this stuff is being exposed.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_02]: And the only way out of any situation is through it.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, I hate this fucking Epstein.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_02]: everything that we find out about him is just, it's stomach churning, but I feel like it's the way out.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_02]: And I hope that that's what we choose to do as a group.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: And we keep getting in our own way.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm just, I want to switch this over to Pam Bondi because yesterday, well, before I get into her fucking performance yesterday, I am just going to take this moment.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: to get on top of my soapbox and yell at everybody who is posting these, they're altered, graphic their means, right?
- 19:41[SPEAKER_02]: Of.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: Other pictures, because I don't know what her name is.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_02]: There was a picture of Donald Trump and he's standing with this model and she has short-brown hair.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'm a triple on hair.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_02]: She's wearing like a blue dress and it's sleeveless.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: And they're basically super imposing what looks like it could be a younger, pale bond on it.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_02]: And then everybody's sharing it.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's all over fucking Facebook.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_02]: And nobody's fact checking.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_02]: And FYI people, this is how you fact check a photo.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_02]: At least when you're on a laptop or when you're on a computer at your desk, you right click.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_02]: And then it says search with Google Lens.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's all this stuff that comes up and what you're looking for is a point of origin.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_02]: If it's just that this picture has also been posted on X and all the other fucking social media sites, there's no point of origin.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_02]: It means somebody created an infotoxop or canva or one of these things and they're so in chaos and all these people and then what happens is because there was a couple of people I've seen it everywhere and I commented on a few and I told this man, I said, you know, it would be better to remove this because it's destructive and people don't know what to trust.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: when we just see all of these memes that are based on nothing and you're sharing them because you want to believe that Pam Bond was an Epstein girl and this guy fucking emailed me and he was like I really don't think that I'm not going to take it down because you know people can see in the comments what you commented and it's they can see that it's not it's like yeah how many people are reading all the comments all the time?
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: They're not.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like headlines.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_02]: They just share and it's making me so angry.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: I wish people would stop and then they justify it by saying, well, the right doesn't all the time.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: So what they're saying is, well, then I'm going to be just like the right.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, okay, fuck off, I'm blocking you.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_02]: So, okay, I just got off my soapbox.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_02]: So, Pam Bondi, yesterday, oh my God, I just wanna hear what you have to say about it because she was her behavior was so sickening.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_02]: I don't understand people like her or Megan Kelly, what's your take away from yesterday?
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even have to.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: The range, the range.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: Pam Bondi needs to go to prison.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, everybody.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_00]: I don't believe in just locking people up, but she lied on the oath.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, what we're witnessing here is like North Korea.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_00]: We have folks that are just saying things to please the dear leader.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they asked her questions by abstinence.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: She's talking about the Dow and the ev laziness believable.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_00]: while the fucking victims are behind her and she won't look at them.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: would not look at the victims or, you know, I like the terms of virus better.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, not the crock had said, would not look at the survivors, would not acknowledge them.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_00]: And then was very combative with, you know, the Democrats who were questioning her.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the other thing that you hear this morning that it's being reported that that
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: book that she had, the burn book, the, you know, the Apple research that our elected officials who were doing their research, who were going in and searching these files and stuff that they were monitoring.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: prison.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_00]: I remember that you used to say lock lock her up with Hillary, right or up.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: Um, yeah, no, look, the best I could say here is the range, because there's there's no other way to describe that performance, but did you think?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean somebody described her as a mean girl and it's like the way she was shouting, you know, the way that she would arrange her face in that ugly, you know, twisted manner.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, she was deranged.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: She's basically behaving like a Nazi.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, we used to get in trouble for referring to Republicans behavior as, like, you know, comparing them to Nazis, you could get thrown off a Facebook for that.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Now, it's like, that's just,
- 23:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's what they're doing and everybody accepts it because that's the truth and we, you know, people were trying to fucking warn about it years ago and then you would get, you know, kicked off a Facebook or something like that for even saying it and now they're behave because what's your name, Megan Kelly's doing the same thing.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I mean, she's not, she's not the attorney general, thank God, but still her behavior is exactly the same.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_02]: I look at
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: a modern, you know, they're fascists, you know, Nazis were the German, what happened Germany, but it's still, it's the Nazi party.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_02]: I know there was the Nazi party came to America and like the 1930s in New York.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_02]: They had this big thing, fortunately it didn't take then, but it's taking now and it's the same ideology, it's the same.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's how they're behaving and we're just seeing who these people are.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_02]: They're showing us who they are and I'm hoping.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_02]: that it's disgusting to, I mean, I hope that more of the, you know, there's all these people in this country who are, you know, they're married or they're single parents or whatever they've got their kids and they're not paying attention.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: So they've got school, they've got to pick their kids up, they've got all this shit to do, they've got to make dinner, they're not watching the news and if they don't know what's going on, you know, what,
- 25:16[SPEAKER_02]: How can they know what's going on if they're not paying attention?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_02]: But back to Bondi, I think that somebody like her, maybe people, I don't know, I don't know.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: Are people going to start paying attention to these kinds of women?
- 25:29[SPEAKER_02]: Are they going to be okay with her?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't understand.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_02]: There's this woman that I watch on YouTube and she's, I don't, she's not has nothing to do with politics.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 25:42[SPEAKER_02]: I know her mother is a full-blown maga.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think she is.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty sure she voted for Kamala.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_02]: I know that she gave indications that she voted for Kamala.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: And I think she also voted for Joe Biden.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_02]: But it's like she'd never, ever, ever, talked about anything and she never, on her page, she doesn't talk about politics, which I think at this point we should all be talking about what's happening, because it's not political.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm like, I wonder, like, people out there, like her, you know, she's got a family, she's raising her family, she's a single mom, does she even know any of the stuff is happening?
- 26:18[SPEAKER_02]: Do you get this, like, what's happening?
- 26:22[SPEAKER_02]: You know, obviously I know the country's not watching C-span, but we all are on the end and we're seeing images and we're seeing video of what's happening with the art Congress and, you know, these hearings and whatnot, do you think it's making a real impact or do you think it's still mostly people are just not paying attention?
- 26:39[SPEAKER_01]: Mmm.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good question.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I don't think enough people are paying attention.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think so.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, and I hate saying this, but why folks getting executed on American soil, a white woman getting shot in face, another man being executed has woken up some folks, if it was private black folks, maybe not so much.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's beyond us, but I don't think enough people are angry.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: I got to be honest.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: I still don't think enough angry.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_00]: are angry.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're going on as business is usual and just hoping for the next election.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: Now I will say, though, and I still think it's early, but these results that we've been seeing with these special, should terrifying Republicans.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: It should.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_00]: It should terrifying Republicans.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: And then I don't think, you know, I do think there's some that are starting to get the message
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: But for the most part, they're just, they've hitched a wagon to Trump, they're just like, OK, let's see where this goes.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: But I still don't think enough Americans are angry.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the problem.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: That is, you know, I went to the grocery store the other day.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: And the area that I live in is incredibly diverse, right?
- 28:00[SPEAKER_02]: So there was a new checker and I have never seen her before.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_02]: She was wearing a hijab and if I say that, I hope I'm saying that hijab.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: I hope I'm saying it correctly.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, we started talking and I don't know.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_02]: Something, somebody brought up something political and so I, you know, I do not shy away from talking to people at the grocery store.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_02]: So, anyway, she said something and I looked at her and I just said, I'm really, really sorry that America is such an awful hostile place right now.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_02]: And so she kind of shook her head and agreed with me.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_02]: And so we just, you know, started having a conversation about what was happening.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_02]: And I asked her where she was from and she said Afghanistan and I'm going to guess that she was probably about, I don't know, 22, 23 years old.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: And so,
- 28:44[SPEAKER_02]: We were talking about Minneapolis and she was aware of some of what happened in Minneapolis, but she brought up ice and she says, well, I'm not, you know, I'm not overly concerned right now.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_02]: And I just said, well, they're not here yet.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_02]: I said, I mean, ice is everywhere, but I think that, you know, at some point, it's very possible that they're going to be deployed here like they were in Minnesota.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then she says, well, they're only taking criminals.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, no, they're not.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, I saw today, there's just about 70,000 people who are in detention camps and 12 to 17% of them have committed crimes.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: And her eyes opened so wide.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_02]: And she says, well, now you're scaring me.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I felt so fucking bad.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_02]: And I just, I said, I'm really sorry.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm really sorry.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_02]: I said, but it is scary.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, I'm a white woman.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm also a woman and I have a podcast and I have decent following on social media and I speak out against the government, so I don't know what that means for me, right?
- 29:52[SPEAKER_02]: And I was just trying to kind of make her understand that while she is, you know, it's valid for her to feel frightened, it's not just her, because they're not just going after criminals.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I, you know, and it was like, I felt bad for telling her that, but I think she represents so many people who are just not aware and granted she was very young.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_02]: So when I was young, I didn't know what was happening.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_02]: I guarantee I would know what was happening if I were 22 right now.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, I don't know how long she's lived in America, but I'm sure she went home, you know, and I told my mom, like, I feel so guilty and I feel so bad she's like, well, you know, you did her a service.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_02]: You told her the truth.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now maybe she can prepare, because I did tell her about indivisible.org and I'm like, look, I don't know what, you know, you could benefit, but they organize no kings, marches, they have, you know, they organize different things in local communities,
- 30:50[SPEAKER_02]: so that we can fight fascism, you know, in easier ways than maybe knocking on a stranger's door, you, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_02]: I just said, have a plan.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_02]: Just try to have a plan.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_02]: Because I know that they're probably going to come here.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_02]: I live so close to DC, and it's like fucking all nations where I live.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I can't imagine it's blue.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like that's where he's targeting.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know what that means for me.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, I mean, I want to ask you that because like, you're a black man, how do you feel?
- 31:18[SPEAKER_02]: Just walking, I mean, right now, I'm assuming where you live.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: There's not a big ice occupation, but providing one where to come into your community.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_02]: What, how do you feel going to the grocery store?
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: No, I think you again, excellent question.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, where I'm at right now, there have been pockets of ice, natural for our event in Newark.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: Also, we've seen stuff from Jersey City as well.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: You've had folks pretty much like, hey, get out of our city or get out of the town.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, I live in a diverse neighborhood, but it is predominantly Hispanic, the mayor where I live at his Hispanic and a lot of the police officers, thank goodness, come from the neighborhood and I've said that if you want to have.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the best police and you possibly can get, you try to get police officers from the neighborhood that understood the neighborhood, the people and things like that.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: So I said, I don't like to say this.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_00]: I should have a very tough time coming into my neighborhood because the folks here don't play around.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: And they will stand up.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's one of those neighborhoods where people just look, they work hard, they mind their business, but coming to the neighborhood and other folks,
- 32:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's not going to go well, but look, I do care about, you know, my better half, she doesn't remember when, but she does look Hispanic and she's so gorgeous, you look like a freaking bug model.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: But I worry, you know, I do worry because and I even said to her, like, you know, we may have to stop working around with our passports because these people are insane, you know,
- 33:20[SPEAKER_00]: For as a black man living in America, I have to tell you, some of this stuff is not new to us.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_00]: No, I know.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we've been telling, we've been telling folks for years.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like, hey, you know, a lot of this stuff is going on.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: The difference now, though, it's a lot more blatant.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_00]: And I, you know, and I said this in a conversation weeks ago when Rimey was murdered.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_00]: She was murdered.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: Uh-huh.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: We have never seen a white woman being shot in the face on the news by a federal agent before.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: And I said that I do think this is a pivotal moment.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: And what's happening?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then a few weeks later, we see this happening again.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: So, um, you know, I, I'm not going to say I'm terrified because like I said, it's being a black man growing up in America.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_00]: We've had to.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's like this with police and things with that nature.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I do think it's going to get a bit worse before it gets better.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_00]: It will.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I think the person who's in office right now is is trying to distract from from the Epstein files and his connections to it.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: I do believe somebody who's named over 30,000 times at some type of connection more than just, uh, you know, um, and people need to come to grips with that.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: Uh-huh.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: Uh-huh.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: People need to be grips with that.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, um, but I do think people should be concerned regarding ICE.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_00]: And I hope and pray that when Democrats do take over the house and let's hopefully with some people to take over the Senate, that they start to rank this administration in and start to have these hearings that are substantive and they need to impeach him.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't know if you will be convicted of not, and I know they're going to be who that say, well, you know, they did this two times already, why are they, at least for the sake of history.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you're making them again.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: They cannot allow this man to continue to do what he's doing, they need to do whatever they can do the whole team at bay until our next election.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_02]: So I told you when we started this that I was probably going to keep you for 45 minutes, but I'm going to keep you longer and you told me how long you have so I'm going to keep you longer because I have more things to say and I want to hear more things from you.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_02]: I do want to just quickly throw this in here because I want to talk about the midterms.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_02]: But there is a guy and I don't I know his name is Darrell.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_02]: I just don't remember his last name, but he's somebody that I listen to on YouTube every once in a while and he's a black man and he he's just like your average guy, right?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: He's not some famous guy.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: But he has a pretty decent following, and he's just ways in.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_02]: And after, I don't know if it was before or after.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_02]: It was probably after Renee Good was shot.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_02]: He said, more white people are going to have to die, and he's like, I don't want them to die, but the thing, and he's right.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_02]: It's so sad because that's what this country pays attention to when white when black people because Keith Porter was murdered on December 31st and he was a black man and we didn't hear about it.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: But then Renee good is murdered in the, of course, that's what we hear about because and we should we should hear about all of them.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_02]: you know, and then Alex Pretty because he's a white guy and it's awful what happened to him and it's awful what happened to Renee Good, but it's awful what what's happened to so many black Americans and I mean you're hearing this all the time.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_02]: I know Christopher Webb had posted something not too long ago about I think it was on Substack and he you know he was like you know why people
- 36:50[SPEAKER_02]: Black people, this is what we've been going through for a long last time, and he was talking about what, you know, he bought, I believe it was his son, uh, a brand new car.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like the reason I bought him a brand new car was because I didn't want to risk him, you know, because of some broken tail light or something like that, being pulled over.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_02]: He wants to decrease the chances of his black son being pulled over by police
- 37:15[SPEAKER_02]: Why and yeah, so I mean, and I hate to say it because I don't want anybody to die But I agree there's going to be more white people that die.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be shocking and and I do hope that it wakes up all these fucking people who have just stuck their fingers in their ears So I'm sorry I'm such a much of a bad mood today So angry at everybody
- 37:38[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, as far as the midterms are concerned, now I have some fears and I want to see what you have to say about this because the fears that I have are number one the house pass the save act which doesn't that isn't that the act that requires you to bring your
- 37:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think like your birth certificate or something like that and if your name is at the same on your birth certificate.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: I have some high-privileged ideas that like the idea.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_02]: And the way that could disenfranchise women who are married is if their birth certificate has their maiden name on it and then they have their married name it's not going to match and they're going to turn you away from the pulse.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_02]: So if that's passed in the house, okay, so we've got that.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_02]: And then Steve Bannon just threatened to send ice out to all of the, you know, all the places where we vote.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, there's the idea, I don't think that Trump's going to be able to do the insurrection act and stop the elections, but I absolutely know they're going to do everything aside from all the obvious shit that they're always doing.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_02]: The Jeremymandering, the voter suppression, there's all of that.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_02]: But what do you think is, I mean, I know right now,
- 38:48[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure Republicans are freaking out because they can see ever since Trump got in last year Democrats have been fucking sweeping and flipping big numbers.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_02]: So what do you what's your gut telling you about how this is going to play out?
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: So let's before I get into that because like the last time I gave your prediction was in 2024.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_00]: And that didn't go too well.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: And people remind me of this day, but I also want to say, but I also want to say this because it's really important because what people do not remember, and I got the receipts, I went on a whole tangent for about two weeks about if you push by the inside, it's going to be disastrous.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, November.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: I went on a whole thing about this.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: I had maps and everything.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: And mind you, my map that I put out almost resemble the final, you know, the map.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: We're in Trump or whatever.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_00]: Reason why I ended up, you know, moving away from that is because of all the folks that were just like, I'm going to vote for Kamala.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do this.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do that.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I wasn't the only one who got it wrong in 2024.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_00]: They were a lot of folks who've been doing this a lot long and then I have also got it wrong.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: It was really a hard election to gain.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it was now that being said, you know,
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: Here in America, there's a few things.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_00]: First thing, first, and I keep telling folks this, Americans are crazy, Americans are crazy.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's a great country.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_00]: It is.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: When you start to take away people's rights and things like that, especially here in America, they start to fish back.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_00]: If you did do the insurrection act, you're gonna have democratic states that are still gonna hold their elections, they're still gonna defy him.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_00]: Um, in terms of this particular act to say fact, do not think it's going to pass the Senate.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: I do think this is just all, link with theater.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but they are going to do everything they pose or can to make this election harder for folks to vote.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot about it.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: Um, that's what they're going to have to do because they they know what's going to happen.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_00]: Now, regarding the national guard and things like, look, there's not enough national guard to guard around this entire country and pulling locations and trying to intimidate folks and do all that other stuff.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_00]: And if you do that, that actually may piss off more voters and make them want to even vote more.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_00]: Pay attention.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we're fine, okay, terms, however,
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: Do not underestimate this administration, and do not underestimate this DOJ.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_00]: Panbody is deranged, and she will weaponize the DOJ at the world of the president.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_00]: And the president is deranged, and the people around her are deranged.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't understand right now we're living in a fascist government.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: And we need to stop pretending like we're nuts.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: We are the fascist government.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: And Democrats right now don't really have any power.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm not going to lie.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_00]: I am frustrated more with Chuck Schumer than high team Jeffery.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_00]: So we may tell a little grace only because we have not seen him in the leadership role in terms of majority leader just yet.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_00]: But we have a good Chuck Schumer, and I'm gonna say this to your listeners.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: We need to get rid of Chuck Schumer.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, 100 percent We need to get rid of Chuck Schumer.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_00]: I would like to see somebody else in that role.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_00]: He has shown us time a time again He is not no wait for this moment in time We need fighters right now.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean people who
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: who have the tenacity, but also who have the courage to stand up to this administration.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need code of code legislatures right now.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_00]: We need fighters right now in this moment here.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we're finding them in terms.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_00]: I do and I am cautiously optimistic about these special elections that we've been seeing.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm there not look, you know, people tell you just because you win a special election does that being right and I and I also agree with that, but I think the pinch of it's one hard, I think folks who were just like, I don't want to give this black lady a chance I'm just going to go back with Trump are now like, oh my god, what the hell did I do, what the hell is happening right now and they're just trying to, you know, make up for the mistake that they made the 2024.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I just, you know what I mean?
- 43:51[SPEAKER_02]: I really hope.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_02]: I know that the way that we are going to win massively big is just like I said, it, the worse they get.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_02]: So right now, like I had a friend called me up yesterday and she's like, okay, I know you pay attention to politics and you know, you know, more than I do.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: So is it true that these concentration camps are being built?
- 44:13[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they're detention centers, but they're constant.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to call them concentration camps.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I'm like, yes, it's true.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_02]: And she was like freaking out, you know, and I'm like, well, yeah, I mean, this has been their plan.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_02]: This is what they want to do.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's obvious what they're doing.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm wondering,
- 44:33[SPEAKER_02]: This I'm a little nervous about the summer and I mean, I totally get what you're saying.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, I'm a black man.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_02]: I have experienced what what what people are kind of now starting to experience.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_02]: This has been my life in many ways and I get that.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean with this whole thing with the concentration camps like
- 44:56[SPEAKER_02]: Do you have any idea what we're facing this summer because I'm worried the summer's gonna be really fucking awful?
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they're going to continue to do the fashion shift that they're doing now, and they're going to ramp things up, because part of this is the scapegoat, yes, everything you're seeing right now, don't do not get this mistaken.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is not about supporting immigrants, right?
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's the side effect of what's happening, but this is really about elections, this is why they're, you know,
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: the porting folks in going out with a quote and quote people who are here illegally.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this is about the election and there's a few things here.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_00]: One, if people are scared and you're intimidated people, then they would less inclined to go on boat because that's what they're trying to do.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: And then the other thing that they're trying to do is what you said earlier,
- 45:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, try to work this election there and what I mean, Rick, I'm not talking about voting machines folks, but I am talking about you're trying their best to put things in place to sway towards Republicans.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_00]: because they know historically, historically, the house typically goes to the market.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's not that is, you know, that is not in control.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_00]: Meaning that if you have a Republican or Democratic president,
- 46:28[SPEAKER_00]: during these mid-terms, a typically swings to death of the body.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: People want checks and balances and things like that.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: So historically, Democrats would already be in a very good position, but because this part here is on full fascism with these fascist folks and you got Nazis, you'd run in the realm, little Nazi running around, shooting people, the American people have had enough.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: So we, like at the beginning of all, it is no one that really think of that the Senate was in play.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_00]: It was just more about the house getting house by producing it is in play.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I want to ask you about that because this is where I'm really ignorant and I knew that.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_02]: So why is the Senate in play now?
- 47:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because first thing first, you got a whole bunch of people retiring, I'd say I had enough same thing in the house as well, but because in these are assumptions, because I don't want people to say I'll go boozy at it again.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want people to be there because I'll give me how for 2024.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_00]: The other thing,
- 47:31[SPEAKER_00]: is that these special elections are indicating and it's want to be clear here as special election is not a general election, but they're indicating that Democrats are overperforming in places where you should not be overperforming.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: And if that continues to happen, then you are going to see these purple-ish states where we may not have had a chance over a sudden.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_02]: And the thing, and one thing we can count on is this regime will get worse, and so more people will be upset and angry.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_02]: And I can only imagine that by November, it's going to be such a horrific shit show because this is it, right?
- 48:19[SPEAKER_02]: If they, you know,
- 48:23[SPEAKER_02]: Democrats dominate the midterms.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_02]: They're fucking toast because then if if we get the Senate and we get the house, we can totally clip whoever's the president.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_02]: The last question I want to ask you about is that, but you know it might be JD advanced by that time.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_02]: We don't know, but if it's Trump, it doesn't matter, we can clip their power.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they're still going to be fascism.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_02]: They're still going to be the ice situation, but I think, you know, the democratic legislature
- 48:50[SPEAKER_02]: curbs some of what's happening.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: And so that really could almost be the whole ball game, right, if we can just get, if we can get a blue house and blue Senate, we could really, really stop a lot of what's happening.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's not going to stop everything.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_02]: But so now I want to ask you though about
- 49:09[SPEAKER_02]: My last question, you know, everybody likes, everybody thinks Trump is so, I mean, we all see that he's very unhealthy.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: He's got all that ridiculous spackle on his hand.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's basically been determined that he has
- 49:25[SPEAKER_02]: frontal, I think I'm going to say this right, frontal temporal dementia, and there was a PhD who came out with a sub-stack who wrote about it, because I guess a couple of people, there was some guy, there's a man that I follow online who was talking on, I'm sorry, on Instagram, and I can't remember his name, but he's the guy who always gives, say, Trump's has a couple months to live, but anyway, he thought he had Alzheimer's.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_02]: And a couple of people were thinking that those shots or that he was getting something in his hand and it was because of an Alzheimer's drug.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_02]: So anyway, this PhD was like, no, no, no, no.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't have Alzheimer's.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_02]: He has a frontal temporal dementia.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_02]: And he gave all the indications as to why it's the way he stands and he leans and does a bunch of stuff.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_02]: So, okay, Trump is very unhealthy, we know this, he probably has heart issues and he's got maybe something wrong with his kidneys or whatever.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: So, let's just say he goes away, right?
- 50:23[SPEAKER_02]: He no longer is on this earth because of natural causes or whatever.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_02]: And now, it appears it would be JD as president.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_02]: What do you feel?
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think that's a realistic thing.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: But let's just say hypothetically that it does, it's totally plausible, or even next year.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't matter.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think happens because before you answer that, I'm just gonna say that although I can't necessarily predict exactly what would happen, what I can predict is something that big is going to have an unexpected,
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: There's going to be something unexpected, like we can have certain things out, we will, we can expect this and we can expect that.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_02]: But there's also the element of that, I don't know, the thing that we cannot predict if there were a JD events presidency because Donald Trump is no longer president.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_02]: So, what do you think?
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so first thing, now look, I, you know, I'm not a medical professional, I get kind of
- 51:27[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so what, and what I mean by that, so if I'm, let's say, if I'm in a room with someone and they're coughing, they're sneezing, they're noses running.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: I know that person is not feeling well.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a person that's coming cold, the flu, they may have COVID, they may have something else, but I know that person is not well.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_00]: I see the president of the United States.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_00]: who used to golf religiously no longer really golf.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_00]: I see this bruise that it's on his hand.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: Both of them, both of them.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_00]: But the one in particular, I'm talking about is when he had the black glove on, looking like a bond one.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_00]: I just said, why didn't they just give them two gloves?
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: Why is he really blind or but okay, I'm blinded because it was freezing outside the no one would have never noticed right when you have one glove on people are going to notice but whatever.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_00]: And then, you know, we get these obscene emails, and then one of those emails, he talks about his cognitive decline and how right up was add a party or something and a vendor something and he did not recognize people he do for a long time.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_00]: This is back for 2017.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: Um, anyone who's ever had a parent or a loved one has had cognitive decline, whether it's been all time Alzheimer's or, you know, something else.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_00]: Um, no designs.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_00]: Uh-huh.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_00]: Clearly he is his, he's going through something right now.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now regarding how long he has, I will, I'll say this.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: I have never met someone who was healthy.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_00]: I constantly talking about if they're going to go into heaven or not.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you know, I'm just, I'm just saying thank you.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_00]: But most people don't think about, oh, you know, going into heaven and talking about heaven.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_00]: He's been talking about that a little bit, so that leads me to believe.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_00]: that where we're, like you said, the JD events may become the next day.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I'd say that, what does that mean?
- 53:47[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's gonna be disastrous for the public party.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with you.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason being is, because first and first, they don't like JD fans.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_00]: Secondly, JD is not going to be able to have the same control that Donald Trump has over the party.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to have a bunch of folks fighting for power to fill that vacuum, to fill the Trump vacuum.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think a lot of his supporters are going to start to tune out of the process again, because in their dear leaders no longer there.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_00]: And ultimately it'll be good for America.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, no, but yeah, I don't think, I mean, just to put a period or whatever explanation point at the end of this.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think America isn't trouble right now, but what I do think there's light at the tunnel, and whether that's voting in the midterms and more checks and balances, or some folks leaving this earth, I do think we're getting to the end of the tunnel.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I can totally,
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: I do believe that.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_02]: I do think, and you know, Jared Yate Sexton has been the guest on my show multiple times.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_02]: He's a professor no longer teaching, but, you know, authoritarianism is his thing.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: And he's so fucking smart.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, and he usually scares us shit out of me.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_02]: And actually, I had him on not too long ago, and he did have some hopeful things to say.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, well, I guess it was last year, some point last year.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_02]: But I did see that he wrote a sub-stack article, and it was specifically about ICE, and it was this year, and he said, you know, we're going to beat them.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_02]: And he wasn't sugarcoding yet.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_02]: He wasn't being Pollyanna.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, yeah, it's going to be fucking brutal.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_02]: It's awful, and people are going to die.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_02]: but that's going to be the reason why we overcome.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's like talking to your neighborhood because people are doing that.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I am heartened to see at least, there are some groups of people out there that are like in Minneapolis.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: showing up at schools and forming basically human chains and blocking the kids so that the ice can't get to them.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_02]: I love seeing things like that.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's terrifying that people have to put their lives on the line because you do know that if you're going to go out and protest or if you're going to go out and blow whistles or ice or there, you understand that there's danger for you.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_02]: So people are willing to take on that danger in order to live in a free country.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_02]: And so
- 56:28[SPEAKER_02]: right now it's not free right now we're being run by fascists and you know i i think that it'll be interesting because on march twenty eight we've got that uh... no kings march now everybody needs to keep this in mind i can't remember what the percentage
- 56:44[SPEAKER_02]: was the last time.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_02]: We did not meet 3.5% but we got closer to it and so if we are able to see 3.5% of the population protesting, that I don't know there might be a name for it or whatever but what it shown in history is that autocracy has a much harder time or cannot survive.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_02]: when you have that number of people showing up.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_02]: And so I think that we're going to start seeing those numbers.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_02]: If it's not March 28th, I know there's going to be more than, you know, there's going to be more no kings marches.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_02]: And I think we're going to reach that threshold.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_02]: And I just encourage people to
- 57:29[SPEAKER_02]: When we see these democratic wins to note them, right?
- 57:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm seeing fewer people right now with the doom messaging, like we're cooked, we're toast.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_02]: I'm grateful for that.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_02]: I wish people would stop doing that.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_02]: But note the wins in your mind.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_02]: Go, we won this.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_02]: We can do this.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_02]: And remember that, you know, this country has been fucking force fed the idea that we are free citizens.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_02]: And while that's not entirely true, we like to believe that it's true.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_02]: And we get, like you said, very upset if somebody starts coming into our neighborhood and telling us what to do.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: And so there is this kind of a thing that Americans have that other countries don't have.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_02]: We were indoctrinated on freedom and, you know, liberty and all that stuff.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_02]: So we are not just taking this like some other countries who haven't had that indoctrination don't fight in the same way that I'm seeing.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_02]: So I do believe you're correct that the lights at the end of the tunnel.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_02]: But Jesus Christ is a fucking hard ride.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, so I was talking to my dad just reading and he was like,
- 58:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think we've been anything like anything through anything like this since the Civil War.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, I mean, obviously that's not happening right now, it's not the Civil War.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_02]: It's a different situation, but we got oligarchs and technology, so it's just different.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_02]: So, but yeah, I'm with you.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm glad that you have an optimistic attitude.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_02]: And, for what it's worth, you are not the only one who thought that,
- 59:00[SPEAKER_02]: Kamala Woodwin.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_02]: I remember Wajahat Ali, thinking that she was going to win big.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_02]: There were people that I trusted and they also thought she was going to win big.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_02]: I thought she was going to win big and look what happened.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_02]: So, uh, yeah, nobody is...
- 59:16[SPEAKER_02]: Psychic in this way, you know, I mean, we don't know for sure.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_02]: We're just taking our best guess So I don't hold you to anything that you got wrong because you're human and you know I agreed with you based on everything that I saw and you you had information that led you to believe that So I hope that you're right this time and I hope that I'm right this time too and I could probably talk to you for another three hours But I know we both have lives
- 59:39[SPEAKER_02]: have to go, but it's just always nice talking to you.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: I thoroughly enjoy it.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_02]: I love your perspective, and I want to have you back on more this year or so.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_00]: I love being here not any time, any time.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_00]: All right, enjoy our conversations.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's family.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_02]: Well, tell everyone we're going to find you.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_02]: I know you spend a lot of time on Spotify.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_02]: Where do they find you?
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_00]: So you can find me on a spotable or the hell scape known as, however, how we call it.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's some Instagram and I just started using reds.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_00]: But it's all platforms.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's C, B, Z, C, B, O, U, Z, Y. Yeah, but we have to have you do another town hall once
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_02]: I would be honored and I will be less nervous this time, but no, I did the I did the one with a lady from Florida What was her name?
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_02]: Oh her name I kept it for a name.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_02]: God.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's just escaped me.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_00]: I said well, no, I think was Barbie.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_00]: Wasn't it Barbie?
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_00]: Did you do Barbie?
- 1:00:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you did or was it like you freed?
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_02]: I can't remember if you know it wasn't like you freed.
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_02]: It was a woman running
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_00]: didn't it was Barbie?
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_02]: And that was, with Jasmine, I got, I remember I was slightly nervous just because, I mean, it's fucking Jasmine's rocket.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_00]: You did amazing.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I mean, you were amazing with balls.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_02]: I appreciate it.
