  SPEAKER_00: If you go to Santa Clarita Openhouses.com, what I did is I put together the daily inventory and what's called the market snapshot.

  SPEAKER_00: So you'll see a moment-by-moment look at Santa Clarita real estate as far as the properties that are listed for sale, those that have sold in the past seven days, and this will be updated.

  SPEAKER_00: On the home page, if you scroll down just a little bit, you'll get past the listings that are listed for sale currently all across Santa Clarita.

  SPEAKER_00: Then you'll see those properties that are being held as have been scheduled for open houses, which I think right now, as of uh this morning, 163 properties have been scheduled for this coming weekend.

  SPEAKER_00: And then if you have your GPS enabled on your laptop, computer, or cell phone, you'll be able to see exactly what's around you, whether it's for sale properties, open house properties, and then find out what those payments are going to be.
