- 3:06Speaker 1: all here. Now, before we get into our cases today,
- 3:14Speaker 1: I would like to give you an update on a case. Okay.
- 3:20Speaker 1: This is a case that we covered back in July
- 3:26Speaker 1: of last year. Woops, my computer just did something crazy. Okay.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I've never had that happen before. It just flashed at me. Okay.
- 3:37Speaker 1: But we shared this last year on July ninth, and
- 3:42Speaker 1: I told you the story. Okay, I'll just give you
- 3:44Speaker 1: a quick recap on July ninth, twenty excuse me, that
- 3:49Speaker 1: was the episode. John Jacob Morgan went missing on March sixth,
- 3:53Speaker 1: twenty twenty, at the age of twenty two. John had
- 3:56Speaker 1: finished his shift at the local anw and a friend
- 4:00Speaker 1: had picked him up and the tune were seen later
- 4:03Speaker 1: at a local gas station around two thirty in the morning,
- 4:06Speaker 1: and then he left with another friend. Now at three
- 4:09Speaker 1: point thirty that morning, John had called his friend Jane
- 4:12Speaker 1: and asked her for a ride to work for the
- 4:15Speaker 1: next day. She agreed to pick him up around nine thirty. Guys,
- 4:21Speaker 1: John never arrived at work and he was never heard
- 4:24Speaker 1: from again. Now on February twenty six, twenty twenty six,
- 4:29Speaker 1: just last week, a suspect was arrested in the disappearance
- 4:35Speaker 1: of John Jake Morgan and is facing five felony counts
- 4:41Speaker 1: first reckless homicide, delivery of drugs, two hiding a corpse, manufacturing,
- 4:48Speaker 1: delivering heroine in two bail jumping counts. The suspect, Desiree
- 4:55Speaker 1: Rose Osman, aged thirty one, is due to appear in
- 4:59Speaker 1: court this com week. And Guys, I decided to look
- 5:02Speaker 1: into this Desiree Osman a little because it's what I do.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I found that in February of twenty twenty four, she
- 5:11Speaker 1: was arrested in charge with child abuse felony charges and
- 5:15Speaker 1: that she is due back in court in this month
- 5:19Speaker 1: of March because her attorney withdrew. In January of twenty twenty,
- 5:25Speaker 1: she was arrested for bail jumping, fel any possession, and
- 5:30Speaker 1: possession of a drug paraphernalia and she accepted a plea deal.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Now she has other rest and convictions for drug position
- 5:38Speaker 1: and guys, she's a bad driver. She has several traffic violations,
- 5:42Speaker 1: suspended license violations, driving without a license, driving without insurance,
- 5:48Speaker 1: so she's not a newbie to the legal system now.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Based on the criminal complaint filed, Desiree told detectives that
- 5:57Speaker 1: Jake was dead, and she admitted to purchase and smoking
- 6:01Speaker 1: heroin with Jake in the early morning of the day
- 6:03Speaker 1: he went missing. She also admitted to detectives that she
- 6:07Speaker 1: was the last person to see Jake. Now, I think
- 6:11Speaker 1: it's important to know that Jake was on a journey
- 6:14Speaker 1: of staying clean and was working hard to get his
- 6:18Speaker 1: life back in line and to stay off drugs. As
- 6:23Speaker 1: of now, a body has not been discovered, so please
- 6:27Speaker 1: can't confirm if Jake died of a drug overdose or
- 6:32Speaker 1: if something else. Jake's family issued an update on the
- 6:36Speaker 1: help us Find John Slash Jake Morgan facebook page with
- 6:41Speaker 1: the announcement of the arrest, and I'm going to read
- 6:44Speaker 1: that post to you. Thank you for all the kind
- 6:47Speaker 1: words and comments. Our entire family is so grateful for
- 6:51Speaker 1: all you for all of you have followed Jake's case,
- 6:55Speaker 1: shared or prayed for our family, and all of the
- 6:58Speaker 1: kind words over the years. It has really meant a
- 7:02Speaker 1: lot to us. Thank you. We here at midday Missing
- 7:06Speaker 1: would like to send our thoughts to all of Jake's
- 7:09Speaker 1: families and left ones. They still have many challenging times
- 7:13Speaker 1: ahead and we'll need continued support during this time. Now
- 7:21Speaker 1: for today's cases, we're going to head over to the
- 7:24Speaker 1: state of Alabama, and I will tell you you will
- 7:29Speaker 1: hear Role Tide daily or sometimes several times a day,
- 7:34Speaker 1: depending on the time of year. Alabama is a Southeastern
- 7:39Speaker 1: state known for its deep historical roots, its role in
- 7:43Speaker 1: the Civil rights movement, college football rivalry, Role Tide, and
- 7:48Speaker 1: a strong sense of community woven through both its rural
- 7:52Speaker 1: towns and growing cities like Huntsville and Birmingham. It is
- 7:57Speaker 1: also home to NASA's Marshallston Space Flight Center in Huntsville
- 8:02Speaker 1: and is often called the Heart of Dixie, has a
- 8:06Speaker 1: population of just over five million people. Alabama blends industry, agriculture, military,
- 8:14Speaker 1: and small town life across its diverse landscape of mountains, forest,
- 8:20Speaker 1: and Gulf coast shorelines. Alabama consistently has hundreds of active
- 8:27Speaker 1: missing person cases at any given time. Today, we're going
- 8:33Speaker 1: to talk about a couple of those. So first we're
- 8:36Speaker 1: going to talk about Ronald Dumas because his family is
- 8:41Speaker 1: searching for answers after he, a father of three, vanished
- 8:45Speaker 1: in December of twenty twenty four. The last time family
- 8:50Speaker 1: members spoke with Ronald Dumas Junior was the night of
- 8:54Speaker 1: December fifteenth, twenty twenty four. According to Shakira's Samples, the
- 9:00Speaker 1: mother of Dumas's oldest son, Ronald, had picked their son
- 9:04Speaker 1: up nearly every weekend and was returning him home from
- 9:08Speaker 1: their weekend activities. That Sunday. Ronald dropped their son off
- 9:14Speaker 1: at samples Huntsville home around eight pm. About two hours later,
- 9:19Speaker 1: she briefly spoke with him again to thank him for
- 9:22Speaker 1: buying their son clothes. Good job, mom, because so many
- 9:27Speaker 1: moms do not tell the dads thank you when they
- 9:30Speaker 1: do things like that. I was a single mom for years.
- 9:33Speaker 1: You know, my ex husband had visitation, didn't really use it,
- 9:36Speaker 1: and he definitely wasn't going to buy them clothes and
- 9:39Speaker 1: bringing them, you know, or sending them home to me.
- 9:42Speaker 1: So thank you to her for that now. She said
- 9:47Speaker 1: she could hear people in the background during that call,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and she could tell he was not at home. She
- 9:53Speaker 1: kept the conversation short and told him that they would
- 9:56Speaker 1: catch up later Later that night. Ronald du Moss vanished
- 10:01Speaker 1: without a trace. He was last seen on surveillance footage
- 10:06Speaker 1: entering a liquor store on December fifteenth with two women
- 10:10Speaker 1: who were later identified as Kalicia McKinney in Sabrina Chambers.
- 10:15Speaker 1: He left the store with them and he did not
- 10:18Speaker 1: appear to be in any distress and he was unharmed.
- 10:23Speaker 1: On December sixteenth, Ronald's vehicle was found on Interstate forty
- 10:28Speaker 1: in Camden, Tennessee. His phone was later tracked heading south
- 10:33Speaker 1: from Memphis on December twenty first. He was placed on
- 10:37Speaker 1: the Alabama Law Enforcement Agencies Missing Person's List as a
- 10:42Speaker 1: missing adult on December twenty third, so heartbreaking him right
- 10:49Speaker 1: around the holidays. On February seventh, twenty twenty five, the
- 10:53Speaker 1: Huntsville Police Department announced investigators had obtained critical evidence indicating
- 11:01Speaker 1: that Ronald had been abducted. The investigation shifted from not
- 11:07Speaker 1: just a missing person's case, but to an active abduction investigation.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Detail shared during an Anias law hearing revealed that Ronald
- 11:18Speaker 1: may have been tortured after his disappearance. During a hearing
- 11:24Speaker 1: for twenty seven year old Kira Clark, who is facing
- 11:28Speaker 1: charges related to the kidnapping, it was stated that McKinney
- 11:32Speaker 1: and Chambers were working for a prostitution website offering a
- 11:37Speaker 1: two for one special Investigators do believe Ronald had contacted
- 11:42Speaker 1: them for services. After Ronald was reported missing, Coalicia McKinney
- 11:50Speaker 1: was found dead from a drug overdose. Police testify that
- 11:56Speaker 1: text messages were discovered in which Clark instructed Quantarius White,
- 12:01Speaker 1: who was described in court as chambers pimp, to tortured Ronald. Guys,
- 12:08Speaker 1: that's awful. Text messages were also revealed that White informed
- 12:13Speaker 1: Clark about Ronald having seven thousand dollars in his bank account,
- 12:18Speaker 1: and Clark directed White to gain access to Ronald's phone
- 12:22Speaker 1: and his funds. Although Clark was never in Madison County,
- 12:28Speaker 1: authorities belief she orchestrated the robbery plan from afar. Testimony
- 12:34Speaker 1: stated that text messages between Clark and White revealed plans
- 12:38Speaker 1: to return to Memphis with Ronald, who was believed to
- 12:42Speaker 1: be alive when they left. Madison County Police said further
- 12:48Speaker 1: investigation confirmed the connection between the women and Ronald and
- 12:53Speaker 1: revealed additional evidence of his abduction. As the case progressed,
- 12:58Speaker 1: Huntsville pleased to Herman that multiple individuals were involved. Arrest
- 13:05Speaker 1: warrants were issued for a Quantius White, Tour, Lauren McLaren,
- 13:12Speaker 1: and Sabrina Rochelle Chambers for first degree kidnapping. Additional arrest
- 13:18Speaker 1: warrants were issued for Kiera Clark for conspiracy to commit
- 13:22Speaker 1: kidnapping and Charista Cash for first degree receiving stolen property.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Ronald Dumass is a father of three, a popular realtor,
- 13:35Speaker 1: and a chemist. According to Samples, he is all about
- 13:39Speaker 1: community and village. She says, if someone wanted to better themselves,
- 13:44Speaker 1: Ronald would help them, motivate them and push them to
- 13:49Speaker 1: be the best they could be. Guys, if some are
- 13:55Speaker 1: you are saying thinking or saying he got what he
- 13:57Speaker 1: deserved because he's select listited service of sex workers I'm
- 14:02Speaker 1: going to tell you, shame on you. Okay, shame on you.
- 14:05Speaker 1: He was a single man, he's a father of three.
- 14:10Speaker 1: The family is aware, and you know that foul play
- 14:14Speaker 1: was involved, but there are still many unanswered questions. They
- 14:19Speaker 1: would like Ronald home, they would like to be able
- 14:24Speaker 1: to put him to rest. They're hoping that a reward
- 14:27Speaker 1: will motivate someone to come forward, even if someone is
- 14:31Speaker 1: afraid or reluctant to contact cleric law enforcement. Their avenues
- 14:36Speaker 1: to report tips anonymously. Investigators continue to work and they
- 14:45Speaker 1: need communities assistance to locate the remaining suspects and in
- 14:50Speaker 1: covering additional details along with Ronald. Anyone with information related
- 14:57Speaker 1: to the abduction or possibly the murder of Ronald Dumass

- 16:03Speaker 1: Kirsty Delaine Eller, who is twenty seven years old when
- 16:07Speaker 1: she disappeared from Albertville, Alabama, on November twenty second, twenty eighteen. Guys,
- 16:15Speaker 1: I love her name. Okay, it makes me want to
- 16:18Speaker 1: sing the Reba song. She left behind three young sons

- 17:08Speaker 1: On Thanksgiving Day, November twenty second, twenty eighteen, Fancy visited

- 17:31Speaker 1: man returned to Fancy's relatives and handed over her belongings
- 17:36Speaker 1: that she had left in his vehicle. Red flags anybody,
- 17:41Speaker 1: because that's a little weird to me. Okay, Why wouldn't
- 17:45Speaker 1: you take them back to her if she left him
- 17:47Speaker 1: in your vehicle? I'm just saying, Okay, just saying. Her
- 17:51Speaker 1: mother went to the residence where Fancy was last seen,
- 17:54Speaker 1: but she was nowhere to be found, and she has
- 17:57Speaker 1: never been heard from again. On January eighth, twenty nineteen,

- 18:31Speaker 1: was found. Investigators noted that the area where her belongings
- 18:35Speaker 1: were located was thoroughly searched and no additional information or

- 18:47Speaker 1: year anniversary of her disappearance, Fancy's mother, Kristen, and her
- 18:52Speaker 1: sister Felicia, made a tearful public plea for information. Her
- 18:57Speaker 1: mother offered a five hundred dollars reward for information leading
- 19:01Speaker 1: to her daughter. Her mother, Kristen, has continued to advocate
- 19:08Speaker 1: publicly for her daughter and has appeared on Alex's news
- 19:12Speaker 1: outlets such as WAFF forty eight to keep Fancy's story
