Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #227: Be Bold in Building Confidence
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev
- 0:05Speaker 1: step girl. Take three, takes three, We're right, number three.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Start recordings in one sitting because we have we have life.
- 0:16Speaker 1: We have life, and we got things to do and
- 0:18Speaker 1: places to be and and it's fun and exciting and
- 0:22Speaker 1: all the things. So we are doing multiple recordings in
- 0:26Speaker 1: one sitting. We're keeping our same clothes on. So this
- 0:29Speaker 1: is just the way we're showing up and it's okay,
- 0:31Speaker 1: and we're good with it.
- 0:33Speaker 2: That's right because Amy makes this happen. That's what she does,
- 0:36Speaker 2: and she makes it happen. That's what I'm telling you
- 0:38Speaker 2: right now. I'm telling the truth. Speaking of telling the truth,
- 0:43Speaker 2: that's what I wanted to go into.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Okay, cool, let's do it.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I feel like a lot of us don't know how
- 0:48Speaker 2: to be ourselves, and so recently I created uh and
- 0:53Speaker 2: uh kind of like another version of myself or I
- 0:59Speaker 2: we can just called an avatar because I'm not being
- 1:02Speaker 2: present on it. But I'm still speaking my words exactly
- 1:05Speaker 2: how I would speak them, with no judgment, in a
- 1:07Speaker 2: platform that nobody knows who I am. Nothing And so far,
- 1:12Speaker 2: I have one person following but it doesn't matter because
- 1:14Speaker 2: it's like the in the space that I'm at, I'm
- 1:17Speaker 2: not expecting really a whole lot from that. But on
- 1:20Speaker 2: the other side of that, I'm figuring out who I am,
- 1:24Speaker 2: what are my words? Because it's so I feel like
- 1:26Speaker 2: we get so caught up in what and I know
- 1:29Speaker 2: I still do it that we get so caught up
- 1:30Speaker 2: in what others think that we should do, or what
- 1:32Speaker 2: others think about us, or not wanting to offend them
- 1:35Speaker 2: or rock the boat or do all this shit because
- 1:38Speaker 2: I say shit because it's that's just shit, because it's
- 1:40Speaker 2: not true. But I'm getting confidence from doing this and
- 1:44Speaker 2: I'm speaking myself. And you know, there is a game
- 1:47Speaker 2: that we play here at home online with a group
- 1:51Speaker 2: of other people, like fifty or fifteen of us all together,
- 1:54Speaker 2: but we play these games that we get together quite frequently,
- 1:59Speaker 2: and it's like mine was working well. Right, We're in retrograde,
- 2:02Speaker 2: So retrograde means electronic devices and stuff. Stuff's gonna Shit's
- 2:05Speaker 2: gonna happen. That's just how it is. But it opened
- 2:08Speaker 2: the doorway for other things, for other possibilities, and it's
- 2:11Speaker 2: just with that happening, I've just kind of learned to
- 2:15Speaker 2: let go of a lot of stuff. And so even
- 2:17Speaker 2: in that process, I've been contacting the people and they
- 2:19Speaker 2: weren't responding back to me, tell me anything. So when
- 2:22Speaker 2: you start, when you file like a complaint, it keeps
- 2:24Speaker 2: this open conversation, so like it's like you've got just
- 2:28Speaker 2: this message board with this one person and they're not
- 2:30Speaker 2: responding to me ethanday I'm saying, I'm like, Okay, well,
- 2:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna do a reading on you later today. I'm
- 2:34Speaker 2: gonna go ahead and do this, and so I this
- 2:36Speaker 2: is what I did, and I and I was so
- 2:38Speaker 2: motivated by this that I did it with a couple
- 2:40Speaker 2: of things. And I'm like, I'm just gonna do a
- 2:42Speaker 2: reading and I'm like, okay, I'm gonna do it one
- 2:45Speaker 2: and then I'm like sending So then I send them
- 2:46Speaker 2: another message, like I'm keeping this constant conversation going. He's
- 2:49Speaker 2: that no one's talking to me. I'm just having the conversation.
- 2:52Speaker 2: But I'm I'm finding that I'm being myself in that
- 2:54Speaker 2: those places because I don't care what do I have
- 2:56Speaker 2: to lose. You're gonna kick me out, You're gonna kick
- 2:58Speaker 2: me out of the game. And I can't blade in more,
- 3:00Speaker 2: or you're you know what I mean, there's these things.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Not to say that what didn't irritate me because I
- 3:04Speaker 2: wanted to play, because I got a team and they
- 3:07Speaker 2: need my backup, you know, I need I help out.
- 3:09Speaker 2: I can. I'm a contributor. Yeah, but it's all these things.
- 3:13Speaker 2: But it's just realizing that all these things were platforms
- 3:17Speaker 2: because I'm I'm just I'm just a name on a
- 3:20Speaker 2: game that's not even real. I'm just a name on
- 3:23Speaker 2: a platform that I can practice to learn how to
- 3:25Speaker 2: be myself and who is myself and what do I
- 3:28Speaker 2: believe in? And I don't know until I start putting
- 3:31Speaker 2: these things out there because I don't have these conversations.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I mean I have them with you, I have them
- 3:35Speaker 2: with several people, but I'm not having them or I'm
- 3:37Speaker 2: being aware of what I'm writing, what I'm saying like
- 3:40Speaker 2: the whole time. So it's kind of changed things and
- 3:43Speaker 2: it's really making me, like I feel more confident. I'm
- 3:47Speaker 2: letting things go. I'm just different now. I'm in a
- 3:52Speaker 2: different space. I'm in the space where I'm not just saying, hey, hey, guys,
- 3:57Speaker 2: have faith, listen to the guidance and you know, I'm
- 4:00Speaker 2: in the space, I'm having faith, I'm listening to the guidance,
- 4:03Speaker 2: and I'm seeing what comes of it. Oh okay, so
- 4:05Speaker 2: you said I'm not going to be working anything more. Okay.
- 4:07Speaker 2: So the next dream I had the following night was
- 4:10Speaker 2: I'm looking at medications or what vitamins and the vitamin
- 4:15Speaker 2: that would normally be twenty five dollars. I'm shocked because
- 4:17Speaker 2: it's five dollars and I'm like, oh, what's going on?
- 4:20Speaker 2: And I start looking through and I start the information
- 4:23Speaker 2: in the dream was prices. We're dropping. So it was like, okay,
- 4:26Speaker 2: well that's interesting too, but I'm not going to hold
- 4:29Speaker 2: on to it. I'm not going to hold onto the outcome,
- 4:31Speaker 2: but I'm going to see how it happens, and I'm
- 4:33Speaker 2: going to remember that, Hey, I did have a dream
- 4:35Speaker 2: and this is what happened from that space. And I
- 4:37Speaker 2: don't know how long that's.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Going to take.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Like I said before, the other one said, August does
- 4:41Speaker 2: that mean August of this year? August of twenty twenty eight?
- 4:44Speaker 2: You know what does that mean? I don't know, and
- 4:47Speaker 2: I don't care because I don't have an attachment to
- 4:49Speaker 2: an outcome, because what I'm attached to now, which is
- 4:52Speaker 2: not even an attachment, is just learning how to be
- 4:55Speaker 2: right now, even to the time, even to the space
- 4:58Speaker 2: of if I'm in a ship mood and I'm in
- 5:01Speaker 2: my head and I'm listening to the craft that I'm
- 5:03Speaker 2: saying because it's that crap that I'm not that I
- 5:05Speaker 2: normally don't listen to, and I just kind of right
- 5:07Speaker 2: along the wave or being angry. I started listening to you,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and I'm like, what it's if I all of a
- 5:12Speaker 2: sudden split with myself, I'd be looking at myself being like,
- 5:14Speaker 2: what the hell is your deal? Like, dude, hey, come
- 5:18Speaker 2: on over here. Let me give you a hug. You
- 5:20Speaker 2: know what I mean, because let me just give you
- 5:22Speaker 2: a huge because that's what it feels like. I mean,
- 5:24Speaker 2: because that's sometime when I hear myself, when I'm paying
- 5:28Speaker 2: attention to that crap talk, I'm like, who are you?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Like you've been You've been a beast that's been running
- 5:34Speaker 2: free for years and years and years, and I see
- 5:37Speaker 2: you and it's okay for you to be a beast,
- 5:39Speaker 2: but I love you. Let's go over here and play.
- 5:41Speaker 2: You know, we don't have to stay in that space anymore.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I uh, interesting enough because this always happens with
- 5:49Speaker 1: us and I love it. Over the weekend, this past weekend,
- 5:52Speaker 1: I went to a leadership training and there was a
- 6:02Speaker 1: team building exercise that we did. It was so Friday
- 6:06Speaker 1: night was kind of a fun night, and then Saturday
- 6:09Speaker 1: was our workshop. So Friday night we did a team
- 6:14Speaker 1: building exercise. It was quite interesting and you had to
- 6:18Speaker 1: well you didn't have to, but it was beneficial if
- 6:20Speaker 1: there was a lead communicator. Now, for those who don't
- 6:28Speaker 1: know me, let's just set a premise here that back
- 6:35Speaker 1: in the day, I mean I naturally have an introverted
- 6:40Speaker 1: back personality, which means I can just pull back and
- 6:45Speaker 1: be very quiet, not want to be seen, not be
- 6:49Speaker 1: the star of the show, not be in front of everybody,
- 6:52Speaker 1: like just the back of the crowd. Low key. That's
- 6:57Speaker 1: my m since I was little, because of my upbringing
- 7:01Speaker 1: and no desire to be a well I can't say
- 7:08Speaker 1: that desire to be a leader, not confident enough to
- 7:12Speaker 1: do it. So there's that. So I go to this
- 7:16Speaker 1: this leadership and so our facilitator for our group said,
- 7:24Speaker 1: she said, it would be of your best interest to
- 7:28Speaker 1: have somebody who is leading the group, and I am
- 7:35Speaker 1: the youngest at the table, okay first of all. So
- 7:43Speaker 1: so I'm just sitting there. My natural instinct is to
- 7:48Speaker 1: just be quiet, just see what happens. And there are
- 7:53Speaker 1: like seven of us at this table, and every one
- 7:56Speaker 1: of them said, no, I don't want to do it. No,
- 7:59Speaker 1: you you know what, you know, I don't want it,
- 8:00Speaker 1: and they're just going back and forth, and then all
- 8:02Speaker 1: of a sudden they look at me and they're like, Amy,
- 8:05Speaker 1: can do it. I was like, okay, I got this right.
- 8:12Speaker 1: So there was two rounds to this thing that we
- 8:15Speaker 1: were doing, and so we did the first one and
- 8:20Speaker 1: you had to display your work on the wall, and
- 8:22Speaker 1: then we did the second round, and of course that
- 8:24Speaker 1: has to go up on the wall, and then there
- 8:26Speaker 1: were some judges to There was five, five groups, and
- 8:34Speaker 1: so we got our stuff on the wall and then
- 8:35Speaker 1: there's judges right there. They're trying to decide whose work
- 8:39Speaker 1: was the best. And all that well, it ended up
- 8:44Speaker 1: no kidding, loved it. It was so fun. We got
- 8:47Speaker 1: overall nice and they were all like, oh my gosh, Ami,
- 8:53Speaker 1: you were so good at this, and you were so
- 8:54Speaker 1: good at that and doing this and talking to us
- 8:56Speaker 1: and like all these kudos, and it was just one
- 8:59Speaker 1: of those, you know, proud moments for myself to recognize
- 9:03Speaker 1: how far I've come. And then the in this organization
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm in that brought me to this leadership program. In
- 9:14Speaker 1: traveling with the with another lady, she was complimenting me
- 9:19Speaker 1: on how I run our meetings, Like right now I'm
- 9:24Speaker 1: in charge of a committee meeting, and I'm just like,
- 9:27Speaker 1: stay on focus, let's get this done. You know, everybody
- 9:30Speaker 1: has a life. I have a life. I got things
- 9:32Speaker 1: to do. I don't want to sit here and be
- 9:34Speaker 1: talking about Mars and Jupiter or anything else, because we
- 9:39Speaker 1: got to get this done so I can move on
- 9:41Speaker 1: to my next right. I just have a kind of
- 9:43Speaker 1: a tight schedule with all the things I've got going
- 9:45Speaker 1: on right now. And she goes she was just compliment
- 9:49Speaker 1: She's like, I like the right way you run meetings,
- 9:51Speaker 1: You stay focused, you get to the point, get things done,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and blah bla lah. I'm just like, damn girl, look
- 9:57Speaker 1: at me. Go that's right, so exciting. So I ageat
- 10:04Speaker 1: you know, you're talking about building your confidence in this way,
- 10:08Speaker 1: which is great to me. It is like, do what
- 10:11Speaker 1: you need to do to start to not start, but
- 10:14Speaker 1: to continue a path of building your confidence in a
- 10:18Speaker 1: way that eventually, because right now this is kind of
- 10:22Speaker 1: a mask, right but eventually you just step out and
- 10:25Speaker 1: say this is me and this is what I.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Ever said.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Said.
- 10:31Speaker 2: But it's like I don't know until I practice, until
- 10:33Speaker 2: I get into the space. And it's like, as I'm going,
- 10:36Speaker 2: I'm finding what I like and what I want to do,
- 10:39Speaker 2: and you know, and I don't know right now what's
- 10:42Speaker 2: what all that means. But I just know that I
- 10:44Speaker 2: just am doing the same thing I said before. We
- 10:46Speaker 2: got to go with what feels good. So I pay
- 10:47Speaker 2: attention to what feels good. And it feels like someone
- 10:51Speaker 2: it feels like I let go of everything or I
- 10:53Speaker 2: remove the dam and now the water is just flowing.
- 10:55Speaker 2: So now like there's a natural flow that's going on
- 10:58Speaker 2: instead of me trying to row the water or block
- 11:01Speaker 2: the water so it doesn't get down here. Now I
- 11:04Speaker 2: need that natural flow and that's adding it's adding that
- 11:07Speaker 2: to me, which is giving me confidence and it's letting
- 11:09Speaker 2: me just be whatever I'm going to be. Not I
- 11:11Speaker 2: don't apologetically because I find that a lot of times
- 11:13Speaker 2: I'm apologetic about stuff like that, Like if I had
- 11:16Speaker 2: all the If I had everything that didn't match my
- 11:19Speaker 2: dishes and having something out, I probably would have been like,
- 11:21Speaker 2: oh god, I'm sorry, or you know whatever. And I
- 11:24Speaker 2: loved how she just I loved everything, like I'm going
- 11:28Speaker 2: back to the house thing again. I loved how everything
- 11:30Speaker 2: was just the way it was. I love the simple
- 11:33Speaker 2: back continuer that you can walk in and it has
- 11:35Speaker 2: it doesn't matter if it's dark. It's got a green
- 11:37Speaker 2: laser on it and allow Dyson. But anyways, it's like
- 11:40Speaker 2: it's going around and it's it's electric so you don't
- 11:44Speaker 2: have to worry. It's battery operated right, so you don't
- 11:46Speaker 2: have to worry about plugging it in or anything like that.
- 11:48Speaker 2: And when it when it needs to charge, you charge
- 11:50Speaker 2: it and it charges quickly. It lets you know how
- 11:51Speaker 2: much you're pulling in. But it's just it makes it fun.
- 11:55Speaker 2: And just as I was telling my granddaughter that's here,
- 11:58Speaker 2: I was telling her, she says, we were cleaning the
- 12:00Speaker 2: stinks and she said, this is so much fun. I said, yeah,
- 12:02Speaker 2: cleaning is so much fun, I said it. But it
- 12:05Speaker 2: just depends on you know, it's more fun than I think.
- 12:07Speaker 2: When we go make the decision to do it instead
- 12:09Speaker 2: of someone else telling us.
- 12:10Speaker 1: To do it. Yep. And I just want to hit
- 12:14Speaker 1: on because I think this is important for the audience.
- 12:17Speaker 1: A lot of people, well we know this for a fact,
- 12:22Speaker 1: so that a lot of people will use social media
- 12:28Speaker 1: or platforms two be confident in certain ways, whatever way
- 12:35Speaker 1: that might be, because it's.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Easier to do that.
- 12:39Speaker 1: The thing is is they stay with that that because
- 12:42Speaker 1: then that becomes their persona or their identity and that
- 12:46Speaker 1: they're being there because they're confident in that way that
- 12:48Speaker 1: they can they know they're being seen and her or
- 12:52Speaker 1: not seen, but being heard and validated. Where what I've
- 12:57Speaker 1: done for myself in my journey is because I have
- 13:01Speaker 1: a mentor and she's like, you got to feel the
- 13:03Speaker 1: fear and do it anyway and do exposure therapy. So
- 13:07Speaker 1: I have put myself out there in front of people
- 13:11Speaker 1: to practice and do the things and just keep building
- 13:14Speaker 1: myself up in my confidence. So you know, whatever platform
- 13:19Speaker 1: you choose and whatever direction or way you choose to
- 13:21Speaker 1: do that, that's you go and do it. Just be
- 13:28Speaker 1: aware that whatever you can do in behind the scenes,
- 13:38Speaker 1: you're capable of doing in front of the scene. Like centership. Yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 1: So it's it's give yourself permission to do what feels
- 13:46Speaker 1: good for now and evolve into something more with that.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah, and really I did. The idea of it initially
- 13:56Speaker 2: was to create for money, but as I was doing it,
- 14:00Speaker 2: and it's like this has been a bonus on top
- 14:01Speaker 2: of it. As I was doing it, I was like, no,
- 14:03Speaker 2: I'm just going to put I'm putting out my positive messages.
- 14:05Speaker 1: That's me.
- 14:07Speaker 2: What's my downfall? I see, what's my downfall is. I'm
- 14:10Speaker 2: no matter what, I'm gonna see things as positive. I'm
- 14:12Speaker 2: always going to find a nugget and things that's me.
- 14:15Speaker 2: You know, like it or leave it. I don't really
- 14:17Speaker 2: care if this is where I'm at and this is
- 14:18Speaker 2: how I'm always going to see things. When I'm going
- 14:20Speaker 2: to give you a spin on something, so you can
- 14:21Speaker 2: tell me something that's negative and I'll try to get
- 14:23Speaker 2: a spin on it and turn it into a positive.
- 14:26Speaker 2: So for me, I'm in a space of what my
- 14:29Speaker 2: intentions were initially, but also just being able to put
- 14:32Speaker 2: out words in a space that people don't normally talk
- 14:36Speaker 2: like that. So and it's not being because there's a
- 14:38Speaker 2: lot of different varieties that go on, but it's like
- 14:41Speaker 2: there but I'm not being a party to all that
- 14:43Speaker 2: because I've got to also stand in my own power
- 14:45Speaker 2: of what feels good for me right, and some things
- 14:48Speaker 2: feel good for me and some things just don't feel
- 14:50Speaker 2: right for me. So I'm only going to do the
- 14:51Speaker 2: things that feel good for me. But in the process
- 14:53Speaker 2: of all that, for myself, I have gained confidence because
- 14:57Speaker 2: I don't care. I'm saying my positivity without being worried
- 15:01Speaker 2: that someone's gonna judge it, or they're gonna or I'm
- 15:03Speaker 2: gonna sound stupid or whatever, because there's no one that knows.
- 15:06Speaker 2: There's nobody that knows me, So if I sound stupid,
- 15:08Speaker 2: who cares? So it's for me. It's kind of getting
- 15:10Speaker 2: a feel for things without being in that environment. But
- 15:13Speaker 2: it's still still At the same time, I've changed my
- 15:16Speaker 2: photo and stuff on YouTube, so it's like I'm that's
- 15:20Speaker 2: helping me to realize that I'm just going to start
- 15:22Speaker 2: whatever comes into that I decide to record or write
- 15:25Speaker 2: down or type out or whatever it is, it'll go
- 15:28Speaker 2: on there. It's because that's just part of We're not
- 15:31Speaker 2: meant to keep all the stuff withinside of us. We're
- 15:33Speaker 2: meant to share because when we share these experiences with
- 15:36Speaker 2: others and they recognize that they're not losing their mind,
- 15:39Speaker 2: especially right now, because I think that there's so many
- 15:41Speaker 2: people that are awakening, so many and they don't even
- 15:44Speaker 2: have any freaking clue what's going on, and it's like
- 15:46Speaker 2: a foreign world to them. But we've been delving in it.
- 15:48Speaker 2: We've been walking through it, experimenting, like feeling what feels
- 15:52Speaker 2: good for us and what doesn't feel good for us.
- 15:54Speaker 2: So like we've gone, We've gone a long way in
- 15:57Speaker 2: this journey. I have not all the way, So I've
- 15:59Speaker 2: always got my own that I'm looking towards, But most
- 16:02Speaker 2: of my stuff that I'm guided towards now, it's just
- 16:03Speaker 2: that intuitive guidance that I have with inside that's, to me,
- 16:08Speaker 2: is the most valuable relationship I can have, is the
- 16:10Speaker 2: one that I have with my soul. That is the
- 16:13Speaker 2: most important relationship ever. And when I value that, then
- 16:17Speaker 2: I don't look at myself and judge my body. But
- 16:20Speaker 2: although I still do look in the mirror, I'm like,
- 16:22Speaker 2: who the hell is that? Like you know what I mean,
- 16:25Speaker 2: Like who are you that you're not even the same
- 16:27Speaker 2: person that you were a year ago? It's like, what
- 16:29Speaker 2: is going on? With you, and it's I like it
- 16:33Speaker 2: because that's this is the human experience. It's not to
- 16:37Speaker 2: be the attached to these vessels that we're in. But
- 16:40Speaker 2: I'm going to have fun with it as long as
- 16:41Speaker 2: I can move around as good as I can, as
- 16:44Speaker 2: long as I can.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And here's the thing, We're all going to leave this planet. Yeah,
- 16:50Speaker 1: like we're all going to leave this planet, right, So
- 16:56Speaker 1: why am I giving so much into what your opinion
- 17:00Speaker 1: of me is, or your judgments of me, or you know,
- 17:03Speaker 1: how you're criticized. Why am I giving so much value
- 17:08Speaker 1: to that when I we're both go, we leave in
- 17:11Speaker 1: the planet is whenever, So so who cares? I mean,
- 17:19Speaker 1: it's like live live more fully. If you're not living fully,
- 17:23Speaker 1: live a little more into it if you're not. If
- 17:26Speaker 1: you're if you're having the fear, yeah, to do it anyway.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I love the universe has been walking us along, honestly,
- 17:38Speaker 2: because that's how I feel a lot of times too.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I just feel like I'm being guided. It's just like
- 17:42Speaker 2: a journey on things, and it's like nothing's good or bad.
- 17:45Speaker 2: If you step out on your left foot or your
- 17:46Speaker 2: right foot, it doesn't matter. Yeah, Differently, the next time.
- 17:50Speaker 2: I mean, it's to me, that's just part of the
- 17:51Speaker 2: whole process, not to do, not to be so autopilot.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Right. Yeah, And and be mentioned at the beginning of
- 17:58Speaker 1: this that I was one that highly encouraged her to
- 18:02Speaker 1: do these do this podcast And if it wasn't for
- 18:07Speaker 1: my journey, I would have never done that. I would
- 18:10Speaker 1: not be sitting here with her, We would not be
- 18:12Speaker 1: doing this. But because I chose a journey of learning
- 18:17Speaker 1: to be confident and make changes in my life. I
- 18:22Speaker 1: knew because well from my perspective, and the way I
- 18:26Speaker 1: learned was exposure therapy. You step in there and you
- 18:30Speaker 1: do it, and you mess it up, you mess it up,
- 18:33Speaker 1: but you keep going and then be proud of yourself
- 18:36Speaker 1: that you did it. So I knew that worked for me,
- 18:40Speaker 1: and I knew that could work for Bev, And so
- 18:43Speaker 1: I just kept asking her, iver you want to do podcasts, Mabbe,
- 18:47Speaker 1: you want to hop on YouTube? Bebb you want to
- 18:49Speaker 1: do Facebook live? Bebbe, you want to And eventually she
- 18:52Speaker 1: said yes. Because here we are four years later, and
- 18:54Speaker 1: how has it been.
- 18:57Speaker 2: It's true now you can't shove me up.
- 19:04Speaker 1: She does most of the talking. Now, I think it's great.
- 19:09Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I when you get on a roll and you started
- 19:14Speaker 1: just talking and talking, I'm just like, this is so
- 19:17Speaker 1: cool because I remember when, right, I remember.
- 19:20Speaker 2: When I'm glad you think it's cool because it's sometimes
- 19:25Speaker 2: it's like, well I just don't have there. It just
- 19:27Speaker 2: is right. It just comes paper.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I take notes while you're while you're talking, so I
- 19:32Speaker 1: remember to come back around or whatever it is that
- 19:36Speaker 1: you know popped in my head. It's not a big deal.
- 19:38Speaker 1: But anyway, where we were and where we are is
- 19:42Speaker 1: such been it's such a great journey. And in that journey,
- 19:48Speaker 1: but both of us have built even more confidence in
- 19:52Speaker 1: showing up and doing this and having conversations and being vulnerable.
- 19:56Speaker 1: And that's a celebration. That's exciting. And have we always
- 20:00Speaker 1: gotten right? No? Have we always gotten wrong? No? But
- 20:03Speaker 1: we show up. We show up in the way the
- 20:06Speaker 1: best way we can in those moments. So I would
- 20:10Speaker 1: highly encourage those that are listening to just just go
- 20:16Speaker 1: do it. Just go do it, Go mess it up,
- 20:19Speaker 1: go go fail, so to speak. We don't fail as
- 20:23Speaker 1: long as we learn, but just do it anyway.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Yeah, be like a scientist, right and just try. You
- 20:32Speaker 2: sometimes have to do the same thing over and over
- 20:34Speaker 2: and over and over again. Yeah, it's like, oh that
- 20:36Speaker 2: makes sense.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Like, oh, now I get it. After the five thousand
- 20:40Speaker 1: and seven hundred and.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Now one thousand people are happier when you were yesterday. Right,
- 20:47Speaker 2: that's right, that's.
- 20:51Speaker 1: The stuff that matters. There's there's a at least that
- 20:55Speaker 1: one person who's who's going to watch you and learn
- 20:58Speaker 1: from you, and you're going to inspire them and then
- 21:00Speaker 1: they're gonna go do their things. So there's always I know,
- 21:05Speaker 1: you know, this isn't always a great thought when you're
- 21:10Speaker 1: in the process of building confidence, but there's always somebody
- 21:13Speaker 1: watching you. Yeah, not in a stocker way, but there's
- 21:17Speaker 1: somebody I was watching you, watching your growth, watching how
- 21:20Speaker 1: you're moving and changing and shifting, and you're inspiring them.
- 21:24Speaker 1: And you may never know who that person is, So
- 21:27Speaker 1: just keep going.
- 21:30Speaker 2: I love it.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Yeah, an you find a word before we wrap it up.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I can't wait to hear the story. So we're gonna
- 21:38Speaker 2: hear have fun, right, yeah, just talking to me every
- 21:43Speaker 2: time it'll be I mean, we're we did three shorts,
- 21:46Speaker 2: so that means we're gonna have some a little bit
- 21:47Speaker 2: of break in between and then more life's gonna happen,
- 21:50Speaker 2: and that's the exciting part that we get to come share.
- 21:53Speaker 2: And I would love if people would come share their
- 21:55Speaker 2: experiences with us too.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely, leaving your questions and comments or stories it
- 22:03Speaker 1: helps us. We come back to them when we can.
- 22:05Speaker 1: It's not just no, it's not an immediate response, not
- 22:09Speaker 1: most times, because we're living life too, and this is
- 22:14Speaker 1: this is what we do now because we struggled for
- 22:21Speaker 1: so long and now that we're living life, we have
- 22:24Speaker 1: life to live so and we're excited about that. So
- 22:28Speaker 1: we will come back to your questions and comments at
- 22:30Speaker 1: our earliest convenience. But I do watch them on a
- 22:35Speaker 1: regular basis. So with that, be sure to have these
- 22:40Speaker 1: conversations with your friends and family. Be sure to like, share, follow,
