- 0:00Hi dog mums and dad. Welcome back to another episode
- 0:03of the Natural Dog Mum podcast. I'm Sherry, otherwise known as
- 0:07Bears Mum. Today with us is Carla from the
- 0:11Natural Doctor, or I should say she is the natural doctor and
- 0:15she also has an amazing brand also called Doctor of Portable
- 0:22that's spelled with the pow are portable first aid kits for
- 0:27pets. So we're going to be talking to
- 0:29her all about that as well as all things nutrition and natural
- 0:33health. So stick around.
- 0:37Hi, thank you for coming again. Hello.
- 0:39How are you? Good.
- 0:40Good. How are you doing?
- 0:42I'm good, I'm good. Busy day, but also not too busy.
- 0:46Oh, that's all right for a Friday, are you then?
- 0:48Yeah, well, it's rainy, so we got.
- 0:50We got lucky, we did have that earlier in the week.
- 0:52It's sunny today, but it's Victoria, so who knows, it could
- 0:55change any second. Yeah, Melbourne's a bit rainy,
- 0:58isn't it? It's a little.
- 0:59Bit everything at the moment it'll be the summer we are it'll
- 1:03be really bright and warm and then it'll start raining all of
- 1:07some time it's. Yeah, I've always known as
- 1:10Tasmania and Melbourne seem to be the places where it's like
- 1:13Four Seasons in one day. Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:16Yeah, absolutely. Now, to start us off, do you
- 1:20want to talk to us a little bit about how you got into the space
- 1:24where you're operating now? I know that your story started
- 1:27with one of your lovely little Pomeranian babies.
- 1:30Yes. So basically if I go way back,
- 1:33it all started with about 10 years ago, I did my very first
- 1:39canine nutrition course and I was always, I've always been a
- 1:43dog lover and I even have a birthmark on my leg the shape of
- 1:47a dog. So I'm thinking, I think I'm
- 1:50born for this. So yeah.
- 1:55So I think that's where it all started, where just my love for
- 1:58dogs and I've never, ever lived my life without a dog.
- 2:03I was born into family that already had two dogs.
- 2:07And from there, we always had dogs all overlapping, always had
- 2:1110 at one point, I think we had three.
- 2:14And then, you know, as they do, they don't last as long as us,
- 2:18which is awful. But no.
- 2:21Anyway, that actually sparked a bit of interest in canine
- 2:24nutrition is when my family's dog, Stanley, he was a staphy
- 2:28kelpie. He passed away from liver issues
- 2:31and something suspected on the brain.
- 2:34And he was 14 at the time. Then he started getting a lot of
- 2:38nosebleeds. And then one day he just
- 2:40completely declined. And that was basically it.
- 2:43And so I think that was a moment for me to think, hang on, like,
- 2:48I wonder what really is going on?
- 2:49Why do dogs not last as long? Why do they get these things so
- 2:52easily? And what's going on?
- 2:54And doing that course really, really helped me understand just
- 2:59how much is wrong with the dog food industry.
- 3:02And then most of the time, like in between my part time jobs, I
- 3:06really, we really wanted to do dog walking because obviously as
- 3:10a dog lover, I just want to be around all different dogs all
- 3:13the time. I have like that instinct with
- 3:16them, like for their safety and just want to just love them and
- 3:20meet them and, and everything. So I also thought it's a good
- 3:23way to put out there my services that I can do canine nutrition
- 3:27for people that I was learning about it.
- 3:30And so I did that for a while and then I always kind of was
- 3:35doing it on and off with the dog walking and and house sitting
- 3:39with people for pets. And then I started branching
- 3:42into online business sponsored by Peter Australia, PETA, the
- 3:47Animal Welfare. And.
- 3:49Faulty I had an online website actually that specialised in
- 3:53vegan fashion because I was very passionate about what was going
- 3:58on over in the Asian countries with their dog meat trade and
- 4:02some of the things they do to dogs for, you know, fabric and
- 4:06fur and things like that. So I had an online business
- 4:10doing things like that, trying to push vegan fashion as much as
- 4:13possible. And then the sales and the
- 4:17marketing, it just, it wasn't really there yet.
- 4:20It just, it couldn't take off to that next level.
- 4:23And I just, I guess I gave up because I thought, you know, I
- 4:27always support this myself, but I just don't know how I can make
- 4:30this business really thrive, you know, when sometimes there's
- 4:34just that wall and you just can't nudge past it.
- 4:38But anyway, then in general, I've always been passionate
- 4:41about natural health anyway for humans.
- 4:44So I've worked in a natural health food store and everything
- 4:47went a lot there as well, down a tonne of courses, natural
- 4:50health, medicine, herbalism, everything like that.
- 4:55And then the last couple of years, I've really branched back
- 4:58into the whole direction of canine health and safety and
- 5:02then the passion for safety and then rescuing our very first
- 5:08Pomeranian Chihuahua. He was nine years old at the
- 5:11time. When I first moved in with my
- 5:13partner. He was absolutely adorable.
- 5:16Oh my God, his name was Buster. And he was very sweet.
- 5:20But the the unfortunate thing is he came to us with a broken leg,
- 5:24terrible gingivitis, really overgrown battered fur.
- 5:27And it was just so sad. And I thought, yeah, I'm going
- 5:30to use all this knowledge I have to just give him a whole new
- 5:33life and health. But then four years later when
- 5:36he turned 14, I guess he's past caught up with him being that
- 5:41for nine years he was mistreated, not fed well.
- 5:44And I think he lived near the vines where they backed onto the
- 5:47golf courses. And obviously, as you know,
- 5:50glyphosate is always sprayed on these courses and there's a
- 5:54massive link there between in dogs and wife estate and grass
- 6:00treatments and everything. So I started looking back into
- 6:04that and I thought this may be a connection because after all
- 6:09I've done for four years to try and help his health, there's
- 6:12nothing there that would have triggered him.
- 6:14I've not fed him kibble. I've not done anything in any
- 6:17way would ever create this. So I was still beating myself up
- 6:22though, as you can imagine. So when he got limified, what we
- 6:25were told from the vet, look, he's probably, we only got a few
- 6:27weeks to live. Me obviously absolutely
- 6:29devastated me and my partner like this dog Buster was, he
- 6:33became my partner's first, it was his first dog and became his
- 6:38sole dog basically. So we didn't accept that it
- 6:42would be a few weeks. We said no, we're going to try
- 6:44everything possible to to make him live longer and have quality
- 6:48of life. I managed to get 3 months extra
- 6:52out of him and he was completely himself.
- 6:57You would never think that anything wrong with him.
- 6:59And then it just came down to the very last week of his life
- 7:05where laboured breathing, swelling of the lymph nodes
- 7:09quite rapidly prolapsed anal canal and everything the rectum
- 7:15sorry. And like all of these things
- 7:17started happening and we basically gave me the best last
- 7:21day ever is what what we could do.
- 7:23And then you could tell in his eyes like he's just he he was
- 7:26suddenly just kind of not there and we had to do a home
- 7:29euthanasia and with that, and that just made me so determined
- 7:34the pain of losing your first leg.
- 7:36He was my first dog mom experience because he was my
- 7:39own, not my family's. So you can understand that
- 7:42having with that experience and actually seeing him last three
- 7:46months longer, I thought, hang on off, something I'm doing is
- 7:49right here. That's at least giving him more
- 7:50time and he's happier, he's healthier.
- 7:54And that made me even more passionate thinking I can help
- 7:56other people get longer out of their dogs, especially if they
- 7:59start early. From a puppy dogs used to be
- 8:02living to 1822, now you're lucky to get the whole thing.
- 8:06And this is what's shocking. So you can see now that whole
- 8:09series of events of how it all started for me and the
- 8:12experiences around dogs and sickness, plus that that inbuilt
- 8:16on something in me that's just so passionate about adults and
- 8:20loving them. So that was probably the the
- 8:23longest start to my dog industry thing, but that here I could
- 8:29have all of it. I could have baked that if, if
- 8:32you know, if only in in years alone.
- 8:35So talk to me a little bit about what happens during your
- 8:39consults. What sorts of health issues are
- 8:42pet parents presenting with and what sort?
- 8:46What sort of advice are you giving?
- 8:48Is is it primarily nutrition or are you talking about other
- 8:52things as well? So mostly when I do pond salts,
- 8:55it'll be for many reasons, but the ones I've seen happen a lot
- 9:00is a lot of dog owners see skin issues, usually all rooted back
- 9:05to the gut. So it's basically gut issues,
- 9:08allergies, obviously undiagnosed allergies as well as basically,
- 9:13yeah, I'd say a lot of gut issues mostly, but UTI's as well
- 9:17for female dogs is that that happens a fair bit, like
- 9:20reoccurrence, bacterial infections, yeast problems.
- 9:27Usually from there we always start with let's change the food
- 9:31and see what happens with just the food change.
- 9:34Usually tell them give it a solid one month to three months
- 9:39to see differences and keep me updated on the whole progress.
- 9:44So usually it'll be definitely changing their food if they're
- 9:48on kibble, changing the kibble, changing to better homemade
- 9:53food, real food, what I call human food but should be dog
- 9:57food and usually along the lines of what you also do.
- 10:00The herbal kind of infusion of heal, like the healing
- 10:05properties in herbs can really help as well, along with the
- 10:07food as their supplement. Also incorporating just
- 10:13different habits as well. For example, if there's a dog
- 10:15that's allergic to grass, maybe take them to enclosed tennis
- 10:20courts and throw the ball and let them run them around rather
- 10:23than them feeling the need to have to still go down to an Oval
- 10:26and run around. Or take them for walks, places
- 10:29that they're less likely to come into contact with some grasses
- 10:33and just things like that. Different habits.
- 10:36Food and supplements, mostly, yeah.
- 10:38Amazing. So telling our listeners a
- 10:42little more about where the idea came for Delta, for the.
- 10:47First aid kits. So that came mostly just, I've
- 10:51seen a lot of instances where dog owners have been stuck in a
- 10:56situation and then had to try and find their way to a vet in
- 10:59an emergency. And that also got me thinking
- 11:02that there's certain situations where if you don't have a vet
- 11:06nearby, what do you do basically?
- 11:08And it's not that everyone's in a carry on a massive canine
- 11:12dedicated first aid kit, you know, in the back of their car
- 11:15all the time. Some people do, which is
- 11:17fantastic. It's an amazing dog owner, but
- 11:20something that is portable and convenient.
- 11:22You can just slip it on a leash. You can just slip it on a
- 11:25backpack, your belt, anything, right And it is lightweight.
- 11:29It's got 13 items inside of it and it's made to have that
- 11:33assurance and almost like a cheaper version of pet insurance
- 11:37in here's what I say. So having that just which
- 11:40really, really helps if you are needing to, you know, especially
- 11:44if you're somewhere you can't get to a vetting time.
- 11:47So for example, if your dog cuts its poor open on some glass or
- 11:51or something in the Bush on a high or it gets ticks or
- 11:55anything, you've got different things in that kit to be able to
- 11:58aid those issues until you can reach your vet or mean certain
- 12:02things. I'm not going to say don't go to
- 12:05a vet that there's certain problems maybe you can just
- 12:07solve yourself. But obviously it's great to
- 12:08check with certain, you know, for the vet if there is certain
- 12:11issues of you know, especially if there's been a lot of
- 12:13bleeding or anything like that from cuts and wounds and
- 12:17everything. We've got the saline solution,
- 12:19everything to clean out everything that's needed.
- 12:22But that that came from seeing a man in a similar situation where
- 12:26he's staffing, he pulled up to the vet very quickly, needing a
- 12:30lot of help his staff, he jumped through the window and cut
- 12:33himself with all the glass. And luckily I had towels in my
- 12:36car. I was able to help straight
- 12:38away. And so that also sparked that
- 12:40urgency to, to create something that's going to help people in
- 12:44these difficult situations that, you know, you just can't
- 12:46predict. So it's one of the most handy
- 12:49things. And my partner, funny enough it
- 12:52it's good for humans too because my partner wants.
- 12:55We were out and we were trying to pick some lemons off of an
- 12:57overhanging lemon tree, and he tried to get like the best ones
- 13:01for me, but he ended up cutting his arm on a fence.
- 13:04And crazy enough, we had the doctor kit with us and it
- 13:08actually completely solved the situation.
- 13:10And you didn't need a doctor or anything.
- 13:12So we solved it ourselves. So it can be used for humans as
- 13:16well. And being that it's so portable,
- 13:18being that it can help a human and a dog, that's fantastic.
- 13:22So absolutely. Yeah, and it'd be so handy to
- 13:24have just whether you're going on bushworks or you're at the
- 13:27dog park. I mean simple little things, you
- 13:30know, they get into a buckle with another dog and somebody's
- 13:34bleeding. Well, exactly.
- 13:36Yeah, you know. Yeah, absolutely.
- 13:41Or the number of times. I mean, there's a velodrome
- 13:44local to me where I'll often let my dogs run.
- 13:47Everyone does in the area because it's completely
- 13:49enclosed. Yeah.
- 13:51And mobiles are run up and down the sides which which is on
- 13:55quite a steep angle. And the number of times torn a
- 13:59paw pad or they've torn a nail, not not exactly an emergency,
- 14:04but my God, it bleeds a lot. Like you think they're going to
- 14:07die. Simple little things like that.
- 14:10It's just so handy to have something to take care.
- 14:13Of it it is, Yeah. No, it is.
- 14:14And even if they've just got something simple stuck in their
- 14:17paw and, you know they're not letting you get out with your
- 14:19fingers, you've got tweezers in the kit as well.
- 14:22You can pull things out, something, you know, if anything
- 14:25stuck in their body like, you know, the prickles and things
- 14:28like that, that there's just, there's just so many things you
- 14:31can do to help your dog on the go with a small kit like this.
- 14:36Because I think some people, obviously we're not all
- 14:40completely financially, you know, stable and they can't
- 14:44afford to go to the vet and then be paying $500.00 for one simple
- 14:49thing that was an accident. And if they had the tools to do
- 14:53it themself, they could have pulled something out themselves,
- 14:56or they could have dressed something knows in their own way
- 15:01without having to pay $500. Absolutely.
- 15:04If it's, if it's not a deep wound, if it's something that
- 15:07just simply needs to be cleaned and needs to be covered, you
- 15:11know, if they don't need stitches, they may not.
- 15:14Yeah, exactly. Consult a vet SO.
- 15:17There's certain situations where, yeah, where it's not
- 15:22severe, you can save money with having this kit.
- 15:25I mean, it's only 3599 on my website, so obviously that
- 15:29doesn't include shipping, but being there, that is a lot
- 15:33cheaper than having to spend God knows how much at the vet.
- 15:36And if, if your kit does have the charcoal in it, it's going
- 15:39to be an option in the future. That in itself will also help a
- 15:42lot because there's been scenarios where I've had to take
- 15:46my dog to the vet and spend $300 when I didn't really have to.
- 15:51I'm not saying that, you know, don't go to the vet, but there's
- 15:54in scenarios where it could be maybe helped at home, yeah.
- 15:58Absolutely. And look, even if it is a
- 16:00situation that does require a vet's attention, at least having
- 16:05that kit there with you can get you through.
- 16:09You can keep a wound clean, you can cover it.
- 16:11You can stem bleeding if they've swallowed something they
- 16:15shouldn't have. You can at least do the ball
- 16:17rolling so that you know, hopefully they won't need, you
- 16:23know, as invasive a treatment when you do get to the vet.
- 16:27And as as you said, if you live far from the vet, I mean, I'm in
- 16:30a country area, my dearest bed is a 50 kilometre drive.
- 16:34So having something like that with you or even just in the car
- 16:40could be a life. So you know.
- 16:42Most definitely it can be well, what exactly like you said, it
- 16:47can be a literally a lifesaver in some situations.
- 16:50And like, as I said, I'll put that out there again is that I'm
- 16:54not telling anyone to not go to a vet for anything serious, but
- 16:59there really is benefits to having this kit as just a
- 17:02reassurance. You know, if you want to take
- 17:04your dogs out for a hike, you've got that at least you know, that
- 17:07can change everything. Most definitely.
- 17:10And you can even like customise it because with our dog, I'm not
- 17:14legally allowed to put any medication as such in there, but
- 17:17I've put our own sachet of Claritine in there, you know,
- 17:20like an antihistamine. So I just keep that in his
- 17:22little kit because he's had a bad reaction once to these
- 17:25stings. So if anything like ants or any
- 17:28anything stings in makes him uncomfortable and swelled up
- 17:31like we've got access to the these things straight away, most
- 17:35definitely. Absolutely.
- 17:36And it's all in one place. So you don't have to fumble
- 17:39about wondering when you put it, it's all there.
- 17:42Yeah, when you need it. And the other thing I really
- 17:45love is you've got a really great range of holistic care
- 17:49products on your website including add ONS for the year.
- 17:52So if there are, if there are other products that you want to
- 17:56use or that you want to generally there, if you've got a
- 18:01herbal eye wash, tell us about some of the other products that
- 18:04you've got available. Yes, so green pet is there's a
- 18:07lot of green pet products on my natural dog to website.
- 18:11I'm going to start incorporating more on the dog to Australia,
- 18:15which is the more the pet safety first aid kits.
- 18:19I'm going to start incorporating that as like a brunt from you
- 18:23can order your own kit, but if there's other things that you
- 18:25want to get as well, you can get like different green pet
- 18:28products to add to it. So basically that's the avenue
- 18:31and wanting to go down in regards to just doctor as the
- 18:35brand itself is all holistic health and pet safety so that
- 18:39there's always a natural alternative to everything as
- 18:43well as safety as well as diet. Obviously most of the time when
- 18:49I consult with people, I'll make a nutrition plan.
- 18:52So, you know, there's so many options here to completely
- 18:56overhaul the way you take care of your dog through
- 19:00incorporating natural doctor and Doctor pet first aid all
- 19:03together. So that's, that's the future of
- 19:07Doctor. The brand is incorporating all
- 19:09of that and really like standing by, you know, brands like
- 19:12yourself and bring pet for all of the holistic and herbal
- 19:15approach to everything. Yeah, unfortunately there's a
- 19:18lot of chemicals in a lot of things and it's hard sometimes
- 19:22for some dog owners that aren't aware of some things and they
- 19:26might get something else called new reaction to their dog when
- 19:30it when it's not. So having that awareness around
- 19:32everything and educating people on pet health and safety is just
- 19:37very important. I think all round under that one
- 19:40name is the goal, definitely. Absolutely.
- 19:43And the other thing that I love as well with all of these extra
- 19:46add ONS, not only can you customise it to your dog's
- 19:50needs, but I mean, it may not be necessarily something that you
- 19:54need for help with that a physical wound or incident.
- 19:58It could be that you have some sort of event while you're out
- 20:02on a Walker at the dog park and your dog's yeah, you know, so
- 20:05he's nervous or has anxiety. You can you can keep you know,
- 20:10you can keep a calming. Or a rescue remedy and a number
- 20:13of different things in there and to help the whatever the
- 20:16situation is. Yeah, and there's a great CBD
- 20:19oil brand I have as well on the Natural dr.com website is I,
- 20:25I've seen some amazing changes in some dogs that have some
- 20:28anxiety or if they're overly like aggressive in some ways or
- 20:34very, very excitable, having a few drops of that in their
- 20:37breakfast and dinner every single day consistently.
- 20:40It's even helped our dog that can sometimes be a little bit
- 20:43nuts. So I noticed the differences on
- 20:45the days he has it and the days he doesn't.
- 20:47I can tell that it definitely works.
- 20:49Definitely. Absolutely.
- 20:52And also something very handy to have, you know, if, if they've
- 20:55strained something, if they've pulled a muscle, if they're, if
- 20:58they've pulled up a little. Bit sore?
- 21:00For an exercise session, you know really really handy to have
- 21:04to keep them comfortable until you either get more looked at or
- 21:07get them high and to rest. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 21:11My big believer in things like the Rescue Remedy and
- 21:13everything, because that also plays a big part in pet first
- 21:17aid and even real human first aid is that adding that holistic
- 21:21approach, something that will help bring calmness and less
- 21:24anxiety and stuff. Because I mean, if you're trying
- 21:27to work on your dog with, with an emergency, you know, it's
- 21:30very hard if they're running around panting, anxious, you
- 21:33know, shaking, whining, barking, you know, if you can do
- 21:36something to just kind of take the edge off, just to have
- 21:40having access to something like that is just so important, even
- 21:43for less humans to have that. Definitely.
- 21:47I'm a big believer in incorporating with safety and
- 21:52pet, their stage, human first aid, overall health, natural
- 21:56health, Yes, definitely. No, I think so.
- 21:58It's fantastic idea. And as as I said to you, I think
- 22:03I think it's just so smart. Don't know whether you
- 22:07necessarily planned it as a strategy or whether it just
- 22:10happened this way because it's your where your passion lies.
- 22:14But the fact that it's where the.
- 22:15Passion lies. Yeah, I figured, but you have
- 22:19this focus on emergency care and first aid.
- 22:22It's so unique in Australia at this point.
- 22:25So that's something that's not only going to be incredibly
- 22:29useful and and he's so. Needed, yeah.
- 22:32Hopefully that'll hit your competitive edge.
- 22:34Yeah, no, definitely. And from what I know of and from
- 22:38some of the other people in the dog industry that I've spoke to,
- 22:43basically the only pet First Aid product that's portable with
- 22:49that amount of aids and everything inside of the kit aid
- 22:53material, sorry, inside of the kit being so small smoke so
- 22:57portable for pet First aid. And being that there's a bit of
- 23:00a, it doesn't look super like medical, it doesn't look like
- 23:05that. It looks like something bright
- 23:07and fun and just it has an energy about it where it's like,
- 23:10oh, it's cool to be a good dog parent and have this clipped
- 23:13onto your lead. You know, I wanted it to look
- 23:15like something that's handy and bright.
- 23:17And, you know, I didn't want it to just look at the typical
- 23:22cross kind of thing where, you know, every dog owner then feels
- 23:25like their dog's got a disability of some sort, like
- 23:28walking around. I wanted it to be like, an
- 23:30accessory in a way. Yeah.
- 23:31Absolutely. Not to mention it is tailored
- 23:34specifically for pet owners. You're not trying to market a
- 23:37human first aid kit. Exactly.
- 23:39I didn't want it to look like, yeah, I didn't want it to look
- 23:42so much like pet models, human first aid.
- 23:45I wanted it to have its own kind of energy and look about it most
- 23:48definitely. And I just think it's just so
- 23:50important. It's just so, so important
- 23:53having a whole new approach to dog health now that there's so
- 23:56many platforms and there's so much awareness coming to light
- 24:00about how you can look after your dog in a better way.
- 24:03And some of the old school ways that will always believe that,
- 24:08you know, kibbles good for your dog and you don't need to keep
- 24:11for its taste. And it's just like not anymore
- 24:16isn't there's new there's new evidence that that's not right.
- 24:19So nuts it's it's good that that's coming to light we.
- 24:22Just need to keep shouting it from the rooftops until it
- 24:25reaches. Everybody, all these people, all
- 24:27of us goodies in the industry will definitely make a change.
- 24:31You know, if we're all putting different bits of knowledge out
- 24:34there and it comes to light, you know, over time people start
- 24:39seeing and following that a lot more.
- 24:41And you know, thinking it's a cool thing to actually be
- 24:44prepared when you take your dog out from, you know, pet first
- 24:47aid and thinking it's a cool thing to make your own dog food.
- 24:50And you know that that's where we should be going because like
- 24:54I said, you can, your dog can live 18 to 22.
- 24:58Well, it's been 25 year old dogs, you know, in the past, but
- 25:01now it's like it seems to be the norm is, oh, they're lucky if
- 25:04they make it to 14. And I'm it's, it's sad because
- 25:09it's not really the norm. That's if they're on kibble, you
- 25:11know, or other processed foods and, you know, not really well
- 25:15taken care of or exercised regularly and just all these
- 25:18different things. Yeah, absolutely.
- 25:21Yeah. And most definitely.
- 25:24Before we close, yeah, what's the first thing that pops into
- 25:28your head? If I, if I asked you, what is
- 25:30the number one thing that you wish more pet parents knew
- 25:34about? What's the first thing that
- 25:36comes to mind? Just don't think you're
- 25:37responsible with your pet leaving them in a hot car.
- 25:40Ridiculous. Tying them up outside of a
- 25:42shopping centre in a loose knot. Yeah, like all these things,
- 25:46Like don't tie them up outside a shopping centre with a loose
- 25:48knot. Ridiculous.
- 25:50Don't. Leave them there to start with.
- 25:52I'm paranoid they'll get stolen. Or there's that as well.
- 25:55It's just even this, there's just certain things that I've
- 25:59seen in regards to how you, you keep your dogs at home.
- 26:03There's just safer ways around everything with your pet.
- 26:06And be vigilant always with your pet when you've when you're out
- 26:09with them and when you're at home.
- 26:11And if you know of anything in your community where there's
- 26:14weirdos or something's happening, keep your pets
- 26:17protected because they're relying on you to protect them
- 26:20as well as feed them more naturally so.
- 26:22And don't always rely on vets that they know everything about
- 26:26how to heal your pet because they don't.
- 26:28They know allopathic medicine, which is masking the problem,
- 26:31doing tests and great for emergencies.
- 26:34But when it comes to nutrition, when it comes to well being
- 26:38longevity, vet is not the face to be.
- 26:41It's canine nutritionists, it's the herbalists, it's the natural
- 26:44health specialists that will get your pet, you know, living a
- 26:48longer, healthier life. Definitely.
- 26:49And that's probably not one thing that I thought of.
- 26:51It's like a whole range of things that I feel is the most
- 26:54important is be safe, go natural and like be your own vet and
- 26:59doctor. Absolutely.
- 27:01Absolutely. Thank you so much for coming on.
- 27:04We're going to have to get you back because we've got we've got
- 27:07a lot more to talk. About you.
- 27:08Oh, for sure.
