  Speaker 1: able to have the Holy Spirit be able to speak

  Speaker 1: through this mic and go through the listener's ears, and

  Speaker 1: be able to reach their hearts and their minds and

  Speaker 1: be able to apply these verses to their lives and

  Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus Christ's name. I pray a men. It's

  Speaker 1: a little rainy here outside tonight as I do this episode,

  Speaker 1: and we're gonna be in Matthew chapter eighteen. If you

  Speaker 1: be broadcasting eventually, and I will be able to have

  Speaker 1: guests on. So hop on the bandwagon now, because yeah,

  Speaker 1: we're at the very ground level. But I know that

  Speaker 1: for a fact, this is God's purpose on my life.

  Speaker 1: that purpose because there's many purposes, there's many gifts that

  Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit will give amen to that. So I've

  Speaker 1: given you enough time to go ahead and grab your bible.

  Speaker 1: Matthew chapter eighteen, and We're good. In the title states
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: who is important in God's kingdom? Ooh, this is gonna
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: be a good and I already know it. Matthew Chapter eighteen.

  Speaker 1: Verse one states. Soon after this, the disciples came to Jesus,
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: and they asked him who is the most important person
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: in the Kingdom of Heaven. Verse two states Jesus called
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: a child to come to him. He made the child
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: stand in the mid It will love them all, He said,
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: I tell you this, you must change and become like children.
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: If not, you will never come into the Kingdom of Heaven.

  Speaker 1: Verse four. This little child does not think that he
• 2:13
  Speaker 1: is very important. You must also think as he does.
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: Whoever does this will be the most important person in
• 2:23
  Speaker 1: the Kingdom of Heaven verse five, and will go over it.

  Speaker 1: If anyone accepts a child like this because of me,
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: that person also accepts me. Now, when we're talking about
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: like that childlike spirit, right being those that keep it
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: during this lifetime, it's tough. You know, there's a lot
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: of things in life that are trying to make us.
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: And I'm not talking about being a boy or a girl.
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: I'm talking about a child like spirit. That doesn't mean
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: that we're walking around and we're in diapers and we
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: got pacifiers in our mouths. No, But what this particular
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: chapter and the beginning of it with these verses, are
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: indicating that you must have that ability to not put
• 3:17
  Speaker 1: yourself higher than others when it's really being humble amongst
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: your people and God being like that childlike spirit. And
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: we'll get more into that, because there's very few people
• 3:32
  Speaker 1: that I've come across that have that childlike spirit. There's
• 3:37
  Speaker 1: one in particular that is very special to me and
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: very close to me. Maybe not in the physical, but
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: Jesus isn't necessarily close to me in the physical. The
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit is. So it's just as magnificent importance to
• 3:56
  Speaker 1: find people or have those people that are your people
• 4:00
  Speaker 1: find you. But you have to be open. You have
• 4:03
  Speaker 1: to be open for it right. You have to be willing,
• 4:05
  Speaker 1: you have to be trustworthy, open minded, and there's a
• 4:09
  Speaker 1: lot of different things that take place in order to
• 4:14
  Speaker 1: have healthy relationships. Now I'm going a little off topic,
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: and that's what I want to indicate as well. The
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit takes a very large amount of this podcast over.
• 4:28
  Speaker 1: But there are also my opinions. There's also my preaching.
• 4:30
  Speaker 1: There's also my teaching, okay, and the Holy Spirit has
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: its has its hand basically not only just on my life,
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: but in my voice. So keep that in mind as
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: we continue to move forward. I don't want you to
• 4:45
  Speaker 1: take this all into contact as it's Oh, it's just
• 4:49
  Speaker 1: this is just godly. Because I am a follower of Christ,
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: I was once a believer. At one point I was
• 4:58
  Speaker 1: a non believer. Transition, three different transitions you have to
• 5:02
  Speaker 1: go through in this life. Verse six, Jesus said, a
• 5:09
  Speaker 1: person who believes in me may not seem important, but
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: you should never make that person do wrong things. Do
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: not do that. It would be better for you if
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: someone tied a big stone around your neck, then you
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: would sink deep down into the sea and die. Verse seven.
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: Some things in this world will cause people to do
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: wrong things. You can be sure that bad things will happen,
• 5:35
  Speaker 1: but it will be very bad for the person who
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: causes these things to happen. I'm a very firm believer
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: and good karma and bad karma because I have endured it.
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: I have gotten a lot of my bad karma from
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: the decisions that I've made from I can even say
• 5:57
  Speaker 1: from even at an adolescence, from zero to thirty six.

  Speaker 1: But God is so merciful, merciful. Sorry for the the words,
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: the word mixed up, but it's also the grace, the patience,
• 6:18
  Speaker 1: the love, the kindness. He treats us like we are infants,
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: like we are children. It does not matter if you
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: are fifteen years old, twenty five years old, thirty five
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: years old, and I can keep going. It doesn't matter
• 6:32
  Speaker 1: how old you get, how boastful we get in our age,
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: or how we don't want to really tell our age. Right,
• 6:38
  Speaker 1: Ladies and men can do the same thing too. But
• 6:42
  Speaker 1: God sees us as a child because his wisdom is
• 6:47
  Speaker 1: completely separated, separate, we can even say, from our wisdom. Now,
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: imagine tapping into having that relationship with Jesus, have and
• 7:00
  Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit and tapping into God's wisdom. That's God's wisdom.

  Speaker 1: Everybody is searching for God's will. God is not here.

  Speaker 1: God is alive. God is in heaven. God created the
• 7:19
  Speaker 1: heavens and the earth, and he also created Hell. I
• 7:25
  Speaker 1: don't want you to go there. Please. You don't have
• 7:31
  Speaker 1: to necessarily just go to church. You don't have to
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: just read the Bible. But that relationship with Jesus Christ
• 7:41
  Speaker 1: is the most important. Let him get to know you,
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: and you to get to know him. Verse eight. Where
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: we at in time? All right, we're doing good. If
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: your hand or your foot causes you to do wrong things,
• 7:59
  Speaker 1: you should cut it off. You should throw it away.

  Speaker 1: It is better to have only one hand or one
• 8:07
  Speaker 1: foot and to have God's true life. It will be
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: much worse to keep both your hands and both your
• 8:17
  Speaker 1: feet and still do wrong things. Then God will throw
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: you into hell, where the fire always burns. This is
• 8:25
  Speaker 1: gonna sound very condemning, so bear with me. If your
• 8:31
  Speaker 1: eye causes you to do wrong things, then you should
• 8:36
  Speaker 1: take it out. You should throw it away. It is
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: better to have only one of your eyes and to
• 8:42
  Speaker 1: have God's true life. It will be much worse if
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: you keep both your eyes, but then God throws you
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: into hell. There the fire always burns. Now, when we're
• 8:55
  Speaker 1: talking about this, the thing about the Bible, you don't
• 8:59
  Speaker 1: have to necess necessarily understand it one hundred percent. You
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: just have to believe it. You have to believe those
• 9:07
  Speaker 1: that came before Jesus, during Jesus, and after Jesus. Okay,
• 9:14
  Speaker 1: I want to make this clear. We're talking about cutting
• 9:17
  Speaker 1: off our hands cutting off our feet, right Like, who
• 9:22
  Speaker 1: in the world is going to do that? How can
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: we apply this verse right here? Eight to ten or
• 9:29
  Speaker 1: eight to nine. I'm sorry to our lives. Let's cut
• 9:34
  Speaker 1: out the habits. Let's cut off the routines, Let's cut
• 9:37
  Speaker 1: off the people, Let's cut off the places, Let's cut
• 9:39
  Speaker 1: off the things. This is what it's really referring to.

  Speaker 1: How do you do though? How do you do those things?
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: We are creatures of habit. If you do something consistently
• 9:50
  Speaker 1: enough for more than two weeks, it becomes almost like
• 9:54
  Speaker 1: a ritual. It becomes a good habit, especially if it's
• 9:58
  Speaker 1: a good habit. This is why it's so hard for
• 10:03
  Speaker 1: people that are in recovery the beginning stage, because the
• 10:07
  Speaker 1: first two weeks, let's just say, the first two months.
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: Let's just say the first two years. It is very
• 10:13
  Speaker 1: difficult to cut off the cravings, to cut off the
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: habits with It don't matter how much support you get.
• 10:21
  Speaker 1: It don't don't matter how much medicine you get. It
• 10:23
  Speaker 1: don't matter how much you get into prayer and meditation.
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: It's going to be tough. It's going to be tough
• 10:30
  Speaker 1: to cut off these certain people that you have a
• 10:32
  Speaker 1: loyalty with. It's going to be tough to cut off
• 10:35
  Speaker 1: that drug. It's going to be tough to cut off
• 10:38
  Speaker 1: that drink. It's going to be tough to cut off
• 10:42
  Speaker 1: the relationships, the friendships. But it is a must. It
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: is a must that you not only love yourself enough.
• 10:54
  Speaker 1: Now I'm not talking about relationships where people are pushing
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: you to do directing. I'm talking about relationships, friendships where
• 11:03
  Speaker 1: people are pushing you to do the wrong things. They
• 11:07
  Speaker 1: are not of your moral system, even if they are,
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: if they're not on the same vibration spiritually with you, Audios,
• 11:14
  Speaker 1: they gotta go. They got to go. Especially friendships, especially fellowship,
• 11:23
  Speaker 1: especially those that you work with. You don't have to
• 11:27
  Speaker 1: be buddy buddy with everybody that you work with or
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: that you're a colleague with keep it professional. Where we
• 11:34
  Speaker 1: at on time? Good? I love it. Let's keep moving
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: this title and we're getting into verse ten. Jesus tells
• 11:40
  Speaker 1: a story about a sheep that is lost. Be careful.
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: Do not think that any of these little children are
• 11:47
  Speaker 1: not important. I tell you this. They have angels who
• 11:50
  Speaker 1: watch over them. Those angels are always standing in front
• 11:55
  Speaker 1: of My Father in Heaven, divine protection, the divine intervention
• 12:03
  Speaker 1: right that we have to ask for that divine intervention.
• 12:06
  Speaker 1: We always will have that divine protection, especially if we
• 12:08
  Speaker 1: have pray and grandmothers praying mothers right. And the truth
• 12:13
  Speaker 1: of the matter is God will never leave you astray.
• 12:19
  Speaker 1: That doesn't mean that personally. The Almega, the God is
• 12:24
  Speaker 1: with you. He sends helpers, he sends the spirit. If
• 12:28
  Speaker 1: you're willing to accept the spirit, you have those angels
• 12:32
  Speaker 1: guarding you. You do not see them, but they are there,
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: and they are close, and they are on guard. Praise God,
• 12:42
  Speaker 1: Praise Jesus, Praise Holy Spirit for that. Because I sense
• 12:45
  Speaker 1: my guardian angels, I can't see them. I'm still in
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: my flesh, I'm still in my human form, so I
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: cannot my spiritual eye cannot see the angels. All I
• 13:00
  Speaker 1: see is what's on this earth. Oh we're getting deep.
• 13:03
  Speaker 1: We're getting deep, and I wish I could go a
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: little longer tonight. But we'll go ahead and close out.

  Speaker 1: We'll go ahead and close out with this one verse eleven.

  Speaker 1: I the son of Man came to look for those
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: who are far away from God. Who thank you Jesus,

  Speaker 1: Thank you Jesus. Think about a man who has one
• 13:23
  Speaker 1: hundred sheep, and this is what we will close out
• 13:25
  Speaker 1: on verse twelve. Matthew chapter eighteen. He discovers that one
• 13:29
  Speaker 1: of his sheep is not there with the others. What
• 13:32
  Speaker 1: does he do? He leaves all his other sheep, going
• 13:35
  Speaker 1: to get the one and leaving the ninety nine on
• 13:38
  Speaker 1: the hills. He goes to look for the one lost sheep.
• 13:44
  Speaker 1: Are you lost today? Are you needing Jesus in your life?
• 13:51
  Speaker 1: Are you willing to accept the fact that you may
• 13:59
  Speaker 1: have left God? You may be on the fence. And
• 14:05
  Speaker 1: this is just a friendly reminder for anybody that has
• 14:07
  Speaker 1: that relationship with Jesus that you are divinely protected. Anyone
• 14:15
  Speaker 1: can have this free gift. All you gotta do is
• 14:17
  Speaker 1: accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. Very simple,
• 14:22
  Speaker 1: you can repeat after me. Jesus, I ask you to
• 14:26
  Speaker 1: come into my life and be my lord and savior.
• 14:28
  Speaker 1: Please forgive me of my sins and the Lord Jesus
• 14:31
  Speaker 1: Christ name. I pray Amen, something as simple as that.
