Latest / The Paul Barron Crypto Show / SEC Gives Up Fight Against $SOL $ADA & $MATIC!🚨Fed Meeting Today
Transcript
- 0:07Speaker 1: Big news today, of course affecting the crypto markets, and
- 0:09Speaker 1: part of that is going to be diving into XRP,
- 0:12Speaker 1: Solana and a handful of other tokens that the SEC
- 0:16Speaker 1: may have repositioned themselves all over. So it's going to
- 0:20Speaker 1: be a goodoman named is Paul Burner, Welcome back in
- 0:21Speaker 1: a tech path. I want to get into it today
- 0:23Speaker 1: we're going to be talking about all that from the
- 0:25Speaker 1: SEC kind of repositioning their situation around these tokens, as
- 0:28Speaker 1: many of you guys know has been the case. I
- 0:31Speaker 1: do want to thank our sponsor, and that is Coinbase.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Looking at maybe this is your first time to jump
- 0:36Speaker 1: into our channel and you're starting to maybe make your
- 0:39Speaker 1: first purchase in crypto, go over to coinbase dot com.
- 0:42Speaker 1: It is the future of money, and of course it's
- 0:44Speaker 1: one of the most trusted places out there for people
- 0:46Speaker 1: that want to get into crypto, maybe as a startup,
- 0:49Speaker 1: or if you are in a sense that you're starting
- 0:51Speaker 1: to move into maybe you're moving from another exchange and
- 0:55Speaker 1: you're saying I want to centralize everything over on coinbase
- 0:57Speaker 1: and then do a little bit of my own self custody.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Use a wallet, maybe use a hardware wallet, that's the
- 1:02Speaker 1: flexibility of coinbase. And of course all you have to
- 1:05Speaker 1: do is use our link down below. It's going to
- 1:07Speaker 1: give you two hundred bucks in crypto to get started.
- 1:09Speaker 1: That's a great starting point for you if you're brand new.
- 1:12Speaker 1: So welcome into the show. Let's get into a couple
- 1:15Speaker 1: of points today. And one of the things I think
- 1:17Speaker 1: that and I don't understand why we haven't seen the
- 1:21Speaker 1: move on the market yet today because the mark has
- 1:24Speaker 1: been a little bit sluggish today and that is on
- 1:26Speaker 1: this right here the SEC this was breaking amn's the
- 1:30Speaker 1: lawsuit against Finance. This includes Solona, Cardino, Maddick, foul Coin,
- 1:36Speaker 1: Adam sandmana, et cetera, all of which are no longer securities.
- 1:41Speaker 1: And this is a huge benefit for the crypto community
- 1:45Speaker 1: because it potentially puts this back in the potential of
- 1:49Speaker 1: actually going back on to exchanges. Meaning if you guys
- 1:52Speaker 1: remember Robinhood along with other exchanges have already had started
- 1:57Speaker 1: to remove these off when the SEC started their action.
- 2:00Speaker 1: That I think is going to reverse now and we're
- 2:02Speaker 1: already seeing a little bit of movement, maybe ahead of
- 2:05Speaker 1: what was happening with Solana, but also with XRP. Will
- 2:09Speaker 1: so show some of the sharts for you guys today
- 2:13Speaker 1: as well. Here as Stuart Alderatti, of course, coming over
- 2:15Speaker 1: from Coinbase. One of judge signals bs on the SEC's
- 2:18Speaker 1: claim that the ten tokens on finance our securities and
- 2:21Speaker 1: the secs nevermind, but these tokens are left out to
- 2:24Speaker 1: dry in the Coinbase suit. This isn't how to regulate.
- 2:28Speaker 1: This is the whole point, and I agree with Alderati here.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I mean, these are the kind of antics that have
- 2:33Speaker 1: been going back and forth for quite some time. I
- 2:37Speaker 1: think we are about to see maybe a pivot going
- 2:41Speaker 1: forward here from the SEC. And there could be strategic
- 2:44Speaker 1: reasons for this, especially going into a political drama that
- 2:47Speaker 1: I feel like is happening here in the US. One
- 2:51Speaker 1: of the things I want to hit on right here
- 2:53Speaker 1: is that artists are now suing the SEC to clarify
- 2:56Speaker 1: regulatory authority over NFTs. And part of this is two
- 3:00Speaker 1: artists they file. Let me zoom in on that for
- 3:01Speaker 1: you guys a little bit. Two artists filed lawsuits against
- 3:05Speaker 1: the SEC seeking judicial clarificational where the agency has authority
- 3:09Speaker 1: over NFTs. And we've talked about this quite a bit,
- 3:12Speaker 1: some of which you're going to recognize here central to
- 3:16Speaker 1: the lawsuit in their aquiry on whether artists need to
- 3:18Speaker 1: register their NFT artworks with the SEC and if they're
- 3:21Speaker 1: required to disclose any risks associated with purchasing their digital creations. Remember,
- 3:25Speaker 1: you know, when you look at Stonercats and many of
- 3:27Speaker 1: the projects that were really called to the MATT, I
- 3:30Speaker 1: think this could change things pretty dramatically going forward. The
- 3:34Speaker 1: plaintiffs attorneys also have drawn notable comparison to Guess Who
- 3:37Speaker 1: Taylor Swift concert tickets to underscore the argument. They also
- 3:42Speaker 1: contend that the similar NFT Swift tickets are resold in
- 3:45Speaker 1: secondary markets and promoted by the artist herself, so aligning
- 3:49Speaker 1: against what's happening out there already in the markets. And
- 3:52Speaker 1: I think in the point of what creators are trying
- 3:55Speaker 1: to do, this is and could be a good move
- 3:59Speaker 1: going around the SEC. Also with this, you have Judge
- 4:04Speaker 1: Analisa Torres who is in the middle of deliberations trying
- 4:07Speaker 1: to come up with a final judgment for the year
- 4:10Speaker 1: long case around SEC and Ripple this week. That's why
- 4:14Speaker 1: I think you're starting to see movement on and have
- 4:16Speaker 1: seen movement on the XRP token over the last ten days.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I think we will continue to see some action there.
- 4:23Speaker 1: We'll get into a little bit more about that and
- 4:25Speaker 1: into the charts. Make sure and drop some questions in
- 4:27Speaker 1: over on the chat. We'll try to get to as
- 4:29Speaker 1: many of those as we can. And of course, if
- 4:32Speaker 1: you have not liked the video by now and you're
- 4:35Speaker 1: you know, eight seven, eight minutes in, make sure and
- 4:37Speaker 1: hit the like button. It's one of the things that
- 4:39Speaker 1: helps this video get discovered. And of course it does
- 4:42Speaker 1: a great job. And if you're not subscribed to the channel,
- 4:44Speaker 1: hit that little bell. It's going to give you a
- 4:47Speaker 1: notification when we do go live like this show here today.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Other things that are hitting right here, and this is
- 4:54Speaker 1: one that I think could backfire. And there's a lot
- 4:57Speaker 1: of you know, strategies that are kind of focusing around this.
- 5:00Speaker 1: But this, this was an interesting tweet. US government has
- 5:03Speaker 1: just transferred twenty nine thousand, almost thirty thousand bitcoin approximately
- 5:07Speaker 1: two billion, to a new address. And this is very
- 5:12Speaker 1: reminiscent of what Germany was doing. This might be a
- 5:15Speaker 1: desperate attempt by the government to frustrate Trump's campaign. This
- 5:19Speaker 1: can be happening. No more dumping bitcoins. So a couple
- 5:23Speaker 1: of points could play out here. Let's assume that you know,
- 5:26Speaker 1: maybe there's clarity on the government saying okay, well, now
- 5:30Speaker 1: that there has been a reveal on Trump's actions and
- 5:34Speaker 1: even the strategy that even RFK kind of alluded to,
- 5:40Speaker 1: Peter Schiff goes in and says, well, maybe this is
- 5:42Speaker 1: what's happening. If Trump really intended to use these bitcoin
- 5:46Speaker 1: and start the strategic reserve, he'd kept his intention secret
- 5:49Speaker 1: until he was ready to go. Now the bid demonstration
- 5:53Speaker 1: is wise to the plant. They maybe would go in
- 5:56Speaker 1: and dump it all to either spoil the campaign or
- 6:00Speaker 1: possibly other means out there. The only problem is when
- 6:03Speaker 1: you look at bitcoin, you have to look at national security.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It has to be discussed as a national security measure
- 6:10Speaker 1: because of the challenge and the pressure that we're already
- 6:14Speaker 1: seeing from other countries, the bricks nations, et cetera. If
- 6:18Speaker 1: we were to dispose of this into the open market,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and if it did dump bitcoin, what would happen. Would
- 6:24Speaker 1: we start to see other countries buying back this bitcoin
- 6:28Speaker 1: and coming and doing kind of a roundabout on kind
- 6:31Speaker 1: of what happened with Germany. So a lot of scenarios
- 6:34Speaker 1: playing on this. This right here is kind of interesting.
- 6:38Speaker 1: The Hairs campaign now seeking to reset with crypto companies. Listen,
- 6:45Speaker 1: I will only believe this. I will only believe this
- 6:49Speaker 1: is if I see actual movement. If they're just talking
- 6:52Speaker 1: about it, I'm not interested. But if they're actually doing
- 6:54Speaker 1: something in the first step would simply be relieve Gensler's
- 6:58Speaker 1: duty or assign a new commissioner. Just get in there
- 7:00Speaker 1: and do that. I've got a couple of clips for
- 7:02Speaker 1: you guys today. One of them is getting into the
- 7:06Speaker 1: Black Rocks CIO talking about the eth inflows so far.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Listen up, and I want to turn to another sort
- 7:12Speaker 2: of risk on asset, which is crypto.
- 7:15Speaker 3: I know I could like forty seconds.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Listen.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I love horse races, and this is another horse race
- 7:22Speaker 2: we've got in this case. There is nine. Now, you
- 7:25Speaker 2: guys are off to a good start. You've got four
- 7:27Speaker 2: hundred and forty two million dollars in flows into ETHA.
- 7:31Speaker 2: This is going to be double anybody else looking good
- 7:33Speaker 2: that you'll be sort of the gld of ether once again.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Just like I bet I have a question for you. You
- 7:39Speaker 2: saw the outflows from ETCH. People always ask me, well,
- 7:42Speaker 2: aren't these just flows coming out of there into the
- 7:45Speaker 2: other ones because net positive, it's it's actually a little
- 7:47Speaker 2: less than zero for these or are there new people
- 7:51Speaker 2: coming into your fund?
- 7:52Speaker 3: Look, we're one week in, Eric, but I think you
- 7:55Speaker 3: raise a really important point. This was a strong launch,
- 7:58Speaker 3: but this is a story in the early days about
- 8:00Speaker 3: access and finding the optimum access points for investors who
- 8:04Speaker 3: want ethereum in their portfolios. And so we were actually
- 8:07Speaker 3: if you look at trading volumes, because it's important to
- 8:09Speaker 3: look at both ETHA was I think forty percent of
- 8:12Speaker 3: new assets gathered, but twenty five percent of trading volumes
- 8:15Speaker 3: because there has been a lot of outflows not just
- 8:19Speaker 3: from the other higher priced ETF product, but probably also
- 8:25Speaker 3: from proxy vehicles, because investors really want to get their
- 8:28Speaker 3: ETH exposure, especially if they're going to use it in
- 8:30Speaker 3: the context of an overall portfolio in an ecosystem they
- 8:34Speaker 3: have confidence in, all.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Right, So she's kind of on my camp is that
- 8:38Speaker 1: the versification is going to be a key part of this.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Other things that you have to look at, because there's
- 8:43Speaker 1: going to be some other ETFs, whether it's XRP and
- 8:45Speaker 1: ripple what we see happening within the Salona camp, we're
- 8:49Speaker 1: going to see or we may see, you know, a
- 8:51Speaker 1: mixed bag of tokens laid into an ETF, because this
- 8:55Speaker 1: is going to open up the opportunity here for a
- 8:57Speaker 1: lot of investment managers. Fire houses are also onboarding crypto ETFs,
- 9:02Speaker 1: which means there's a demand and an appetite. Take a
- 9:05Speaker 1: look this next clip.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that is exactly what I think will be the
- 9:09Speaker 3: story of this year and next year. They are doing
- 9:12Speaker 3: their jobs, and their job is risk analytics, due diligence
- 9:15Speaker 3: and really looking at and they look at them very
- 9:18Speaker 3: differently of course, because you know, as we know, bitcoin
- 9:21Speaker 3: and ether are two very different assets, asset classes with
- 9:24Speaker 3: different use cases, but looking at their role in the
- 9:26Speaker 3: portfolio and particularly their utility as portfolio diversifiers. And I
- 9:31Speaker 3: think what will then happen towards the end of this
- 9:33Speaker 3: year and into next years, we will see allocations made
- 9:37Speaker 3: in model portfolios, which will give us much more of
- 9:39Speaker 3: a steer as to how investors are using them. Has
- 9:42Speaker 3: black Rock put the crypto ETFs into your own model portfolios?
- 9:47Speaker 3: So are not into our model portfolios? And all of
- 9:51Speaker 3: our model allocations and also all of our holdings period
- 9:53Speaker 3: are generally public, so you can see where we have
- 9:56Speaker 3: allocations either you know, very small allocations either to crypto
- 9:59Speaker 3: or crypto futures or crypto et apps.
- 10:03Speaker 1: All right, So other things that you kind of consider
- 10:06Speaker 1: is kind of what actions are they taking these major ETFs.
- 10:09Speaker 1: The other capacity into what her statement was there is
- 10:13Speaker 1: they're not necessarily loading them into their models. But the
- 10:16Speaker 1: other capacity is is how did the asset managers start
- 10:19Speaker 1: to move in this place. We're going to actually have
- 10:20Speaker 1: an asset manager on later this week. Now. He is
- 10:24Speaker 1: not a crypto guy, and he and I we go
- 10:26Speaker 1: at it all the time. But I'm kind of curious
- 10:28Speaker 1: how this may play in it because now we've got
- 10:30Speaker 1: real securities that can be utilized across a variety of portfolios.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I think this is opening up an opportunity and I
- 10:36Speaker 1: think it's only going to create more demand for this. Now,
- 10:39Speaker 1: the real question is will it create enough demand for
- 10:42Speaker 1: someone like a black Rock to launch and get into
- 10:45Speaker 1: the soul game around an ETF. Listen to what they had.
- 10:48Speaker 3: To say, are you don are we going to see
- 10:51Speaker 3: a black Rocks Salona ETF for example?
- 10:53Speaker 4: What's next?
- 10:54Speaker 3: Not in the near term, So we really look at
- 10:56Speaker 3: the investability to see what meets the criteria meets the
- 11:00Speaker 3: bar to be delivered in an ETF and for us
- 11:02Speaker 3: right now, both between and investability considerations and also what
- 11:05Speaker 3: we hear from our clients, you know, Bitcoin and eight
- 11:08Speaker 3: definitely meet that bar. I think it will be a
- 11:10Speaker 3: while before we see anything else, all.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Right, so pause on on soalana, But that leaves some
- 11:17Speaker 1: other openings. Maybe XRP would be a potential here. If
- 11:21Speaker 1: you look at the XRP chart, one of the things
- 11:23Speaker 1: is kind of interesting. Now. Granted, guys, come on, this
- 11:25Speaker 1: has been a nice move on XRP, coming back in
- 11:28Speaker 1: here to July the eighth, up to where it is
- 11:31Speaker 1: right now. We'll go ahead and give it the wig
- 11:33Speaker 1: right there at fifty three percent, So all you XRP
- 11:36Speaker 1: people out there, listen up. Maybe this is the breakout
- 11:39Speaker 1: everybody's looking to. It is now at the sixty three more.
- 11:42Speaker 1: This is one that we've been tracking. What's interesting about
- 11:45Speaker 1: XRP right now? Look at this crazy sentiment right now,
- 11:48Speaker 1: I mean this is out of control. We're talking about
- 11:51Speaker 1: trade sentiment right around seventy five percent, volume sentiment up,
- 11:54Speaker 1: net volume centiment, overall average up and money flow all
- 11:58Speaker 1: moving positively, so very good for XRP. Right now. Question
- 12:02Speaker 1: mark is is there enough demand here around this to
- 12:06Speaker 1: where we start to see some real movement here. Remember
- 12:10Speaker 1: Ripple still as a potential IPO that's still on the cards,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I think, and that in itself could really push us
- 12:17Speaker 1: into a very next generation around where Ripple could be going,
- 12:22Speaker 1: not only here in the US, but globally. Speaking of globally,
- 12:26Speaker 1: Russia is now moving to regulate crypto as the sanction
- 12:29Speaker 1: here in the US, pressures continue to rise a little bit.
- 12:32Speaker 1: And one of the things that I continue to hark
- 12:35Speaker 1: on about this, guys, is when you give your competitors
- 12:39Speaker 1: enough of a room, enough of an opening, and you
- 12:43Speaker 1: continue to open these opportunities up, they're eventually going to
- 12:47Speaker 1: take the bait, whether it's bait there or it's a
- 12:49Speaker 1: strategy that they move on. Russia's moving swiftly now to
- 12:52Speaker 1: regulate it. It's companies face growing difficulty with the international payments.
- 12:56Speaker 1: This is a problem, which is why I think we're
- 12:58Speaker 1: starting to see the heat really to come in on bricks.
- 13:01Speaker 1: We've got to be careful. Sometimes you can, you know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: back caged animal into a corner and things don't happen.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Right state, Duma is set is now considering a crypto
- 13:09Speaker 1: bill that would treat digital assets similar to foreign currency.
- 13:13Speaker 1: That would be huge for the international markets. And again
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's back one to the bricks nations that I think
- 13:19Speaker 1: are in very important right now. Crypto is increasingly used
- 13:23Speaker 1: in the world as a means of payment international settlement,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and this came in from Putin himself in an official statement.
- 13:29Speaker 1: So I don't like these kind of things because this
- 13:32Speaker 1: means anti US and more importantly, it's really anti fiat
- 13:38Speaker 1: United States dollar. And this is the concern I have
- 13:41Speaker 1: because if you don't have enough control of the monetary
- 13:43Speaker 1: system globally, then these are the kind of things that happen.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It's no longer these you know, kind of roughshod factions.
- 13:50Speaker 1: These are actual countries that are starting to bring GDP
- 13:53Speaker 1: to the table. That is and has to be addressed,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and I think the US really needs strong international poler
- 14:00Speaker 1: on that. Other things that are playing into this and
- 14:02Speaker 1: this will play I think somewhat in line here, and
- 14:06Speaker 1: that is stable coins with Circle probably held stock now
- 14:08Speaker 1: trading in the secondary market five billion to five and
- 14:12Speaker 1: at quarter valuation for the issuer. So this is prior
- 14:15Speaker 1: to the IPO to the initial public offering. But the
- 14:19Speaker 1: point is is these are the games Wall Street plays.
- 14:21Speaker 1: But the point is there's demand. There's demand here for it,
- 14:24Speaker 1: and that is a positive thing overall. I know a
- 14:27Speaker 1: lot of people will still argue, you know that USDC
- 14:30Speaker 1: is you know a CBDC in Sheep's closing. But I
- 14:34Speaker 1: think the opportunity for mainstream you have to remember, mainstream
- 14:38Speaker 1: adoption only occurs when you can look at this, feel it,
- 14:43Speaker 1: and touch it. And I think the US dollar and
- 14:45Speaker 1: the security of a stable coin is a critical one
- 14:48Speaker 1: for sure. Here's Yah Finance talking about what we might
- 14:51Speaker 1: expect from the FOMC meeting this week. We will be
- 14:55Speaker 1: airing that tomorrow. I think it's a two thirty or so.
- 14:58Speaker 1: We usually go on and we'll live stream it for you,
- 15:01Speaker 1: So make sure and hit that notification. That way you
- 15:03Speaker 1: get a notification, or the bell you get a notification
- 15:06Speaker 1: when we go on the live stream. Let's go to
- 15:07Speaker 1: that clip first.
- 15:08Speaker 5: I'm looking for changes in language to the policy statement.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Are they going to tweak key.
- 15:14Speaker 5: Sentences that we've seen in that statement, one towards the
- 15:18Speaker 5: top that there's been modest progress on inflation, or that
- 15:22Speaker 5: key language that's really been in the statement since January
- 15:26Speaker 5: that the officials don't expect to lower rates until they've
- 15:29Speaker 5: gained further greater confidence than inflation is falling.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Back to their two percent target.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Now, I'll also, of course be listening to what chair
- 15:37Speaker 5: Pal has to say in his press conference, and I
- 15:39Speaker 5: expect him to reiterate what he said in his last
- 15:42Speaker 5: public comments before the blackout period, which is that inflation
- 15:46Speaker 5: in the second quarter is giving the FED somewhat greater confidence.
- 15:51Speaker 5: He's likely to reiterate that they're going to make decisions
- 15:54Speaker 5: meaning by meaning, and the reason for that is they
- 15:55Speaker 5: don't want to tie their hands if the inflation data
- 15:58Speaker 5: does not cooperate.
- 15:59Speaker 4: They don't want to commit at this point.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Are the FED is now looking at the labor market
- 16:04Speaker 5: more closely than the inflation side of.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Things, because that has been cooling, right.
- 16:08Speaker 5: The unemployment rate tacking up the four point one percent
- 16:11Speaker 5: from three point four percent last year, More people trying
- 16:14Speaker 5: to join the job market but not able.
- 16:16Speaker 4: To find jobs as easily.
- 16:17Speaker 5: So this is really a risk management equation for the FED.
- 16:20Speaker 5: And so if you've seen great deterioration in the job market,
- 16:24Speaker 5: you're too late. The recession is here, and I think
- 16:27Speaker 5: that pala is keenly aware of that. He has said
- 16:30Speaker 5: that the FED needs to cut well before inflation falls
- 16:33Speaker 5: to two percent. So that's why I think the FED
- 16:36Speaker 5: is really looking at September to try to ensure this
- 16:39Speaker 5: soft landing. That said, it has been historically very difficult
- 16:43Speaker 5: to engineer a soft landing, all.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Right, So difficult to engineering soft landing, I agree. I
- 16:49Speaker 1: don't know if you guys remember that reporter she was
- 16:51Speaker 1: so hard on Gary Gessler, completely got him off balance
- 16:54Speaker 1: on things. So I like that reporter. But anyway, US
- 16:58Speaker 1: inflation index right now on trueflation continuing to decline. This
- 17:01Speaker 1: is a sharp decline. Then this typically if you look
- 17:03Speaker 1: at analysts out there saying this time this in some
- 17:07Speaker 1: cases going to be going so fast because we're starting
- 17:09Speaker 1: to see the softening in the job markets, which is
- 17:12Speaker 1: the point that she was explaining there, is that the
- 17:15Speaker 1: FED is now starting to put their crosshairs over on
- 17:18Speaker 1: the job market because that's a signal that could be
- 17:21Speaker 1: one that we cannot stop and it's one that could
- 17:23Speaker 1: put us into a bad situation. So maybe, just maybe
- 17:27Speaker 1: we get in a scenario where we may see a
- 17:30Speaker 1: massive maybe fifty basis points cut, could that be it,
- 17:35Speaker 1: or do we just get another pause and ratio going
- 17:39Speaker 1: into this week. We're going to get in some questions.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I know you guys have all that. Let me go
- 17:42Speaker 1: over here. Just another point right here is that there
- 17:45Speaker 1: has been some postponements. I think this is not necessarily bad,
- 17:49Speaker 1: but it's not good for crypto in general. But these
- 17:52Speaker 1: are the sub committees on oversight and digital assets, financial technology, etc.
- 17:58Speaker 1: But the one right here, this is the one that
- 18:00Speaker 1: was actually postponed from today. And I think you know
- 18:03Speaker 1: the situation was kind of outlined by Ron Hammond right here.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Congress and Crypto now they've kind of kicked this all
- 18:09Speaker 1: down to September, so because they're aligning up for the
- 18:12Speaker 1: campaigns and really what is now becoming a fight for
- 18:17Speaker 1: both Houses and the presidency. So we're seeing a lot
- 18:19Speaker 1: of activity in that point. Remember also a little bit
- 18:24Speaker 1: of change right here mckenry's office. Remember mckenry, I would
- 18:27Speaker 1: see very pro crypto also aligned with twenty one as
- 18:31Speaker 1: the bill, which I think will position us as a
- 18:33Speaker 1: mainstream asset class. But KEM. Bates, of course is now
- 18:38Speaker 1: the new staff director over at the House Financial Services Committee.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I think this is good for in general, for that committee,
- 18:45Speaker 1: especially as it goes forward pushing more stuff. I want
- 18:47Speaker 1: to get into a couple of clips here, and I've
- 18:50Speaker 1: got some back to backs here. This is California. This
- 18:52Speaker 1: is on Avalanche because I know we haven't talked about
- 18:54Speaker 1: Avalanche a lot, and they're making a little bit of
- 18:57Speaker 1: a move here. It's not necessarily Avalanche, but in itself making
- 19:00Speaker 1: but there's some selections that are happening. This is California
- 19:04Speaker 1: putting their DMV on the Avalanche chain. Take a look,
- 19:09Speaker 1: do you.
- 19:09Speaker 6: See people want to see fast cars, but what they
- 19:12Speaker 6: also want to see is fast car transfer. Well, good
- 19:16Speaker 6: news today it was announced that the California DMV will
- 19:20Speaker 6: be integrating their entire title system onto its own L
- 19:24Speaker 6: one blockchain with Avalanche and with over forty million active
- 19:29Speaker 6: titles already minted on the blockchain. This isn't just a headline.
- 19:33Speaker 6: This is actually going to happen.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Okay, all right. Good thing here is if California actually
- 19:38Speaker 1: did something right here, then maybe we'll see major states
- 19:41Speaker 1: like Texas, Florida and others start to launch. The other
- 19:44Speaker 1: thing that they made is a big brand shift, which
- 19:47Speaker 1: was way from Avalanche subnets and into layer ones l ones,
- 19:52Speaker 1: and I think this was a good move. I like
- 19:54Speaker 1: the move. I know a lot of people out there,
- 19:56Speaker 1: they've kind of been back and forth on it, but
- 19:58Speaker 1: I'm still very pro where Avalanche is going, so I'm
- 20:01Speaker 1: still looking at it as a potential. Here, we'll take
- 20:03Speaker 1: a look at some charts real quick. Just Bitcoin coming
- 20:06Speaker 1: in at sixty five thousand and seven right now as
- 20:09Speaker 1: it starts to dip off of the Bitcoin conference and
- 20:11Speaker 1: the Trump bump which put us right there at the
- 20:14Speaker 1: seventy K mark over the weekend, but it has retraced
- 20:17Speaker 1: all the way back down to sixty sixty five k.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Do we have a poll on today? I want to
- 20:21Speaker 1: go to the poll. Do we have it?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Real quick?
- 20:23Speaker 1: All right, here we go. What gets listed relisted first?
- 20:26Speaker 1: On robin Hood Solana fifty percent, XRP comes into thirty eight.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I'm in agreement with this. I like this. I still
- 20:34Speaker 1: think Solana will be XRP. Yes, it needs to be.
- 20:37Speaker 1: And remember your doual pump on especially on Robinhood for Solana.
- 20:43Speaker 1: We'll get in some questions. I know a few of
- 20:45Speaker 1: you guys had a few in there. XRP shouldn't be
- 20:48Speaker 1: on that list. They seem to have forgotten about it.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I don't think so. Man, XRP, I think is going
- 20:54Speaker 1: to find maybe get its day in the sun. We'll
- 20:56Speaker 1: see every day. Alganont says, how much are they going
- 21:00Speaker 1: to cut? I'm you know, here's the thing. You look
- 21:03Speaker 1: at two factors here. If Powell is concerned enough around labor,
- 21:09Speaker 1: this may be. We had de Martino Bouthon a couple
- 21:14Speaker 1: of weeks ago, and she was leaning into the point.
- 21:16Speaker 1: And she's a former FED Dallas Fed analyst, and she
- 21:21Speaker 1: was leaning into the point that it might be a
- 21:24Speaker 1: much greater a much greater cut. So could we see
- 21:27Speaker 1: a fifty basis points? Listen, if we get a quarter
- 21:29Speaker 1: basis points, I think this will be a very positive
- 21:31Speaker 1: move for the market. Toyota yes, using ethereum, we reported
- 21:34Speaker 1: on that last week. Noticed a lack of price movement.
- 21:37Speaker 1: That's because no one cares about the SEC anymore. Yeah,
- 21:40Speaker 1: it's a very interesting. It's an analysis. I would have
- 21:43Speaker 1: to agree with it a little bit. Well, we see
- 21:45Speaker 1: a pump from the ten coins listening to amendment. I
- 21:47Speaker 1: think we will see some. Uh maybe XRP is already there,
- 21:50Speaker 1: we'll see. I like how bitcoin Maxi's don't label XRP
- 21:55Speaker 1: the banker's card anymore now that Blackrock is is a daddy. Okay, boy,
- 22:00Speaker 1: you guys are just getting out there. What about chain Link?
- 22:02Speaker 1: Still a very positive project. I love chain Link and
- 22:06Speaker 1: it's one that I'm invested in. Not investment advice to
- 22:09Speaker 1: you guys, but one that I definitely like for sure.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Other questions, We've got a super chat coming in from
- 22:17Speaker 1: Zug five of bucks. Thank you so much. Why do
- 22:20Speaker 1: people have such high hopes for the Trump admin when
- 22:24Speaker 1: Trump was anti crypto as a president and his administration
- 22:26Speaker 1: pursued the x RP lawsuit. Well, listen, let me tell you.
- 22:30Speaker 1: I think that the government is completely blind on how
- 22:35Speaker 1: all of this works. And it's clear even to a
- 22:38Speaker 1: certain extent, without the exception of maybe a handful of
- 22:41Speaker 1: candidates that were running. Vivek Ramaswami, I would say, is one.
- 22:45Speaker 1: But he's a tech guy, he's a young guy. He's
- 22:46Speaker 1: understanding this. Most of these campaign participants and also past presidents,
- 22:53Speaker 1: including Trump and existing presidents, I just think they just
- 22:57Speaker 1: don't want to put the work in. So maybe it's
- 22:59Speaker 1: just a scenario where education is now just getting to
- 23:01Speaker 1: them and things could shift. I'm positive about that that
- 23:06Speaker 1: hopefully that will happen. Okay, what do we think about
- 23:11Speaker 1: bank now? I still like the memes. I'm playing in
- 23:13Speaker 1: and out of those. I don't own any bonk right now,
- 23:16Speaker 1: but I do like the meme coins, and you know,
- 23:19Speaker 1: still trade in and out on those, depending on which
- 23:21Speaker 1: one it is. Well, we see an XRPETF this year.
- 23:23Speaker 1: I don't think this year, but people have talked about
- 23:25Speaker 1: twenty twenty five as being a potential and then Fox
- 23:29Speaker 1: Maler saying small caps coming in. Yes, Well, I think
- 23:32Speaker 1: that's been the case over the last couple of weeks.
- 23:35Speaker 1: SEC wants millions of taxpayer money to destroy crypto and
- 23:38Speaker 1: just walks away saying, sorry, no kidding, guys, get around it.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Remember who's been driving this bus for the last four years.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Just remember that and then vote with your heart hopefully.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Avax price prediction. Okay, well, let's go to Avalanche real
- 23:53Speaker 1: quick and take a look. I'm not going to give
- 23:55Speaker 1: price predictions, but I will tell you that if you
- 23:58Speaker 1: look at the trend on Avalanche, it may be it's
- 24:02Speaker 1: actually approaching one of its critical factors right here. In
- 24:06Speaker 1: terms of an order block. This could be a really
- 24:09Speaker 1: interesting time right here around twenty five bucks. So watching
- 24:13Speaker 1: Avalanche very closely. I still like this as a very
- 24:16Speaker 1: positive project. I think Avalanche is getting ready to do
- 24:19Speaker 1: something interesting, so be on the lookout for that. We'll
- 24:22Speaker 1: be trying to get some of the Avalanche team in
- 24:24Speaker 1: here to talk more about this for sure. Can we
- 24:28Speaker 1: do another interview with someone from XRP Ripple. Yeah. We
- 24:30Speaker 1: reach out all the time to these chains, especially those
- 24:34Speaker 1: kind Sometimes they have time, sometimes they don't. We've been
- 24:37Speaker 1: trying to get guarding house forever. You know, how about
- 24:40Speaker 1: helping us out, guys, Just tweet the channel hit at
- 24:43Speaker 1: Brad garling House out there, come on the PBN show.
- 24:46Speaker 1: We'd happy, be happy to have you. Why coin based
- 24:48Speaker 1: lawsuit has not modified to remove these tokens. That's a
- 24:51Speaker 1: good question. I think that was the point that they
- 24:54Speaker 1: were making. Ooh, should they drop lawsuits against decentralized DAPs
- 24:59Speaker 1: like UNISA, Yes, of course, man, for sure, Come on,
- 25:03Speaker 1: this would be a huge opportunity for these administrations to
- 25:07Speaker 1: actually understand what's happening in DeFi and move on it. Again,
- 25:12Speaker 1: this is all about actions. They have to do stuff
- 25:16Speaker 1: XRPS alluded to all the place well it should be.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I mean, the market is doing nice. XRP is one
- 25:20Speaker 1: of the only in green today all almost five percent continuing.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yet Solana did take a drop. Let's just give XRP
- 25:29Speaker 1: its flowers. But Solana did adjust off that top right here,
- 25:33Speaker 1: but not bad at at one point eighty four before
- 25:36Speaker 1: it wicked out, because it actually wiked out almost one
- 25:38Speaker 1: hundred and ninety three dollars. So Sala has been on
- 25:40Speaker 1: the move right here. Still positive though on sentiment, I
- 25:44Speaker 1: do see a little bit of deflation on volume sentiment
- 25:48Speaker 1: if that clips down below fifty percent. Let me zoom
- 25:51Speaker 1: in on that a little bit for you guys, so
- 25:53Speaker 1: you can see if that clips down below fifty percent.
- 25:55Speaker 1: This is our MSI indicator that we use. If that
- 25:59Speaker 1: clip's low fifty percent, then I would say, all right,
- 26:01Speaker 1: we may see a replacement coming in. All right, guys,
- 26:04Speaker 1: if you're not okay, a lot of other people. So
- 26:07Speaker 1: why at Avalanche over Cardono though, what's its advantage? Well?
- 26:12Speaker 1: I like the subnet concept of what Avalanche is doing.
- 26:16Speaker 1: I also like the team, and I like the diversification
- 26:18Speaker 1: and the number of projects that they continue to build on.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Their mean coin projects are solid they're backing them. Their
- 26:25Speaker 1: gaming platform is solid. They have an opportunity there if
- 26:29Speaker 1: they take it and seize it. And then I think
- 26:32Speaker 1: the fact that they have so much in real world assets,
- 26:35Speaker 1: technology and what we'll see in RWA's is real. I mean,
- 26:38Speaker 1: if you look at on x just go research on
- 26:40Speaker 1: x JP Morgan Avalanche, you'll get a lot more insights
- 26:43Speaker 1: on that. We've done a lot of videos on this,
- 26:45Speaker 1: so go back into our library just search Avalanche if
- 26:48Speaker 1: you want to educate yourself on that. You cant We've done.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I had a lot of videos on XRP, so don't
- 26:54Speaker 1: worry about Yes, nasdak and Crashing is crashing and we're
- 26:58Speaker 1: waiting for some of that liquidity start moving in to
- 27:00Speaker 1: the market here. So we'll see how this plays out. Guys,
- 27:02Speaker 1: it's going to be a big week, So make sure
- 27:04Speaker 1: and subscribe into our own private membership, which is the
- 27:08Speaker 1: Diamond Circle. It's where I do all my chatting with
- 27:11Speaker 1: the audience that doesn't come here. I also drop additional
- 27:14Speaker 1: content over there. Catch me out there on x Apple Baron.
