- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: What if I told you that beneath all the ceremonies surrounding today's historic meeting between presidents Trump and G, beneath the red carpet, the honor guard, and all the headlines about tariffs, Taiwan, and artificial intelligence, there's another battle taking place, one involving secret tankers, disguised cargos.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: billions of dollars in hidden transactions and the one resource China simply cannot survive without.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: Beijing spent years constructing an extraordinary shadow system designed to make China immune to American pressure, but now, at the very moment, G. Orion's in Washington, that system has been blown apart, and Trump may be holding the one cart that could force G to make a concession no one thought possible.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor celebrating in another glorious day in the Trumpian Golden Age that you made possible back in November of 2024, so if you want to, front or scene on how you continue to change the world in ways you never even imagine.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_00]: So today's the day President Donald Trump is welcoming Chinese President Xi Jinping to the United States, President Xi is scheduled to arrive in DC around 4pm today at Joint
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump plans to green him personally on the tarmac and extraordinary diplomatic honor normally reserve for America's closest partners.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: But behind all of the ceremonies, a very uncomfortable reality for Beijing.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: China is the largest crude oil importer on the planet, by far.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: But its official import figures have concealed something remarkable.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: Chinese customs data is reported imports of approximately 1.3 million barrels per day from the nation of Malaysia.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: What's so odd about that number is that Malaysia itself produces only about half a million barrels of crude a day.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_00]: So how is that possible?
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: How is it possible for China to be importing twice the oil produced by Malaysia?
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: The answer is simple.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: Malaysia is a pass through country for barrels originating in sanctioned countries, especially Iran.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: These barrels to the tune of half a million per day have been transferred, blended, relabeled and presented to Chinese customs as Malaysian oil.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what's so key here is that this is not ordinary smuggling.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's an entire parallel supply chain that China has used to funnel cheap oil under their country, which allows them to sell cheap goods to the world.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: It's all very, it's indispensable to their
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: into their business model.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: And we are talking about a parallel supply chain as a whole here.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking shell companies set up to disguise the origin of the oil tracking transponders going dark, Iranian oil transfer from one tanker to another in international waters off and just outside of Malaysia before arriving at Chinese ports carrying documents that disguise its origin payments getting settled through intermediaries.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: commodity exchanges are barter like systems designed to avoid American banks and the dollar.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: Reuters recently revealed that between $2.5 billion moved through one China-linked mechanism in which Iranian oil proceeds became credits for purchasing Chinese goods.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: That allowed Tehran and Beijing to trade without money moving through conventional western control channels.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: The oil then flows into China's independent refineries, the so-called T-pots concentrated in Chandong province.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: Such that by 2025, China was buying approximately 1.4 million barrels of Iranian oil every day and absorbing more than 80% of Iran's seaborn exports.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: When Russian inventors whale and barrels were included in that figure,
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: million barrels per day of sanctioned black market oil.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: And here's why all of that matter.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Again, sanction oil was cheap.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: Iran, Russia, and Venezuela had fewer customers.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: So China could demand substantial discounts.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: Those discounts helps sustain Chinese refineries, petrochemical plants, trucking networks, and heavy industry.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: Beijing then used those inexpensive barrels to accumulate what the U.S. energy information administration estimates was nearly 1.4 billion barrels of government and commercial crude by the end of 2025.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: And enough for approximately three months of normal imports.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: In other words, China used the savings from its sanctions evasion network
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: to build an insurance policy against the day that network might get disrupted.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it did.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: As you know, that day arrived.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: United States and Israel launched their campaign against Iran, traffic through the straight of Hormuz collapse and the price of oil exploded, but instead of frantically bidding against the rest of the world for replacement barrels, China simply and dramatically reduced its purchases and began drawing down from its massive reserves.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: Chinese sea-borne crude arrivals drop by 40% in August.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: China replaced some of it's lost Middle Eastern oil with supplies from Brazil, Russia, Canada, and elsewhere.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: But much of the remaining gap was covered by their stored oil, reduced refinery production and lower consumption.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: But needless to say, China's reserves are not infinite.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: And the old economics of the shadow system have changed.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: Sanctioned Venezuela and oil is gone.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: Right, it's it's it's been locked up with Maduro in the New York prison Iranian oil is locked behind an American enforce blockade Russian oil is now at market prices
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: China's entire black market business model is on the brink with the entire parallel oil network losing the very advantage it was designed to provide and that is what really makes this Trump G summit so important and so tense.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: They have you believe the real enemy is your fellow citizens, particularly rich Americans.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: These so-called Democrat socialists like crazy Katie, right?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: The mayor, Seattle, or AOC, or Mayor Mamedani, they want to take money away from rich people and give it to the government.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: Who, of course, be sure to redistribute it in a fair and ethical way, just like USAID did, right?
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: But what if the question isn't how do we take money from rich people?
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: But what are the rich doing to get richer and how can we tap into that?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's the question of good friend of mine, Mark Wilburne has been asking for nearly 20 years.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: Mark is a president of NEOS Capital and the author of the book, Understanding the Matthew Effect, unlocking the mystery behind why the rich get richer.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: Mark is hosting a live free training next
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: Thursday, September 24th, and Saturday, September 26th, called the Freedom Training Summit where he'll show patriots just like you, what wealthy Americans have been doing for years to grow their net worth and income through the stock market.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Mark's stock picks and training have helped listeners not only beat the market, but
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: the market returns.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the last time Mark hosted one of these events, we had so much positive feedback from our listeners that we asked if he would do one again.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: People like Bert, who after attending one of these events, went on to make nearly $25,000 on a $70,000 account in just six weeks.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: He even sent over these statements to prove the legacy media is lying, and that Patriots really are prospering.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: under Trump.

- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: These are two live events to choose from Thursday, September 24th at 4 p.m. Eastern.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: And one on Saturday, September 26 at 11 a.m. Eastern, go to freeturlyticket.com right now to reserve your spot.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to absolutely love it.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump enters these negotiations with new weapons.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: Just days ago, on September 18, he signed a Lindsey Graham sanctioning Russian Iran act, expanding sanctions authority against Russia, while extending measures against Iran.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: The log is Trump brought new powers to impose tariffs as high as 100 percent on major buyers of Russian energy, including China, although it also gives him significant discretion to wave or calibrate those penalties.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: and the timing of that signing of that law was not arbitrary.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: It was signed just days before G arrives in Washington.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: So the message was unmistakable.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: America now has the legal authority to raise the cost of China's Russian oil purchases at precise in the moment.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: Beijing's access to Iranian Middle Eastern supplies is under pressure and Venezuela's basically gone.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, that doesn't mean Trump is going to impose the maximum penalty, in fact, the threat may be more useful with the negotiating table than the tariff itself, but Jean knows that Trump now has another lever.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_00]: And Trump knows Jean needs secure, affordable energy in order to keep their business model of offering cheap goods to the world operative.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: But the key here is that these negotiations may contain a very important escape route.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: You see, China recently stopped buying significant quantities of American oil and gas after imposing tariffs on U.S. energy.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: But Washington has been pushing Beijing to resume those purchases as a boon to American energy.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: So what Trump looks like he wants to do here is he wants to win China off as much as he can from Hormuz, Iran, and Russian oil, by lowering the price of American oil, and then getting China to purchase more American crude and liquified national gas.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: which in turn would be a win-win, China can continue to operate according to its business model that requires cheap energy that more or less Trump has blown apart.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: And Trump, in return, could claim billions in New American energy exports support domestic producers and pull China's industrial economy.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: closer to supplies protected by the United States, rather than supplied by our adversaries.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what makes this such a high-stakes meeting.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: And we should note, it's not a one-sided negotiation.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: Of G's still possesses enormous leverage of his own, trying to dominate important sections of the critical mineral supply chain, Beijing remains central to global manufacturing, while American companies still want access
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: to Chinese consumers.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: Xi can also influence Iran.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_00]: Xi still has a lot of pull over the regime.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: He can get them to bend if he so chooses.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: So he's got plenty of cards as well and Trump is certainly aware of that.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: So in the end,
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: Don't be distracted by the red carpet the honor guard or the state dinner.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: This meeting is taking place because both leaders possess something the other needs.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: Trump wants Chinese movement on trade, rare earths, Iran, Russia.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: Russian energy and American exports, G wants relief from tariffs and sanctions, continued access to Western technology, and most importantly, a stable energy supply for the Chinese industrial system.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: China's secret black market oil machine may have been destroyed, but it still remains the most formidable foe on the planet for Trump's new American golden age.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: The question now is, what will G have to give Trump to keep China's economy fueled?
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's what's really at stake in Washington this week.
