Health insurance companies every year create new products to appeal to their current subscribers or appeal to new subscribers. Now when I talk about products, I am referring to the different names you may see on your insurance card. Like Pathways Gold or Silver or Select One or Blue Prime. These products vary in cost and have different service offerings and, in some cases, limit your access to provider groups and or facilities.
