- 0:15Speaker 2: biggest shot big show.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Jason Hoick, Mike Minogue and Keezy we'll give your man
- 0:21Speaker 3: Barsard's great to have your company this Tuesday afternoon, the
- 0:24Speaker 3: first of October twenty twenty four. And you, my friends
- 0:27Speaker 3: are listening to the Big Show brought to you by Towey.
- 0:32Speaker 3: How good? How good? Ah?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:35Speaker 3: Right? Is it to be the beer? Is it? Yeah? Man?
- 0:39Speaker 2: What Tolly did you think?
- 0:40Speaker 4: Well, you don't know because he just said put to
- 0:42Speaker 4: you by twy. So it could be the bird. There
- 0:44Speaker 4: could be the birds that put their hat around.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:47Speaker 4: And because I know Jason's relationship with birds, Yeah, they
- 0:51Speaker 4: freaking out. I had a lot of experience with tuy
- 0:53Speaker 4: when I was living on wahiki on and so it
- 0:55Speaker 4: could be them. And they're like, look, we need to
- 0:56Speaker 4: get a bit of a bit of a public faith
- 1:00Speaker 4: seen campaign going. You talk about the issues surrounding TOOI.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Maybe also like maybe that's like a run for vote
- 1:06Speaker 2: for us for Bird of the Year.
- 1:08Speaker 3: A little bit late this year.
- 1:10Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure those fellas. It's to do with Toey
- 1:13Speaker 2: and the fact that they're bringing back the whole year
- 1:15Speaker 2: right campaign. Yeah about that, man, It is that. And
- 1:19Speaker 2: they said that they couldn't bring it back in this
- 1:21Speaker 2: day and age, and to that too, he said, yeah,
- 1:23Speaker 2: right right.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Nice, Hey, no, listen, Mogi, I don't know if your
- 1:27Speaker 3: T shirt is smaller or you're just more buff today,
- 1:30Speaker 3: but my god, I'm loving it.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Thanks very much, man. I'll tell you what can I
- 1:33Speaker 4: tell you a little secret I had. I had quite
- 1:36Speaker 4: a nice experience yesterday where I met a couple of
- 1:39Speaker 4: heroes or a couple of backbones anyway. And I normally
- 1:41Speaker 4: never asked for a photo, but I did ask for
- 1:44Speaker 4: a photo. There was Rachel Hunter, Tama and Dame Lisa Carrington. Sure,
- 1:48Speaker 4: and I said, look, I'm just going to get a
- 1:49Speaker 4: photo for my mum. Here, I'm just going to step
- 1:51Speaker 4: into this. And I got a photo and my guts
- 1:54Speaker 4: are sticking out so far I'm never going to be
- 1:56Speaker 4: able to send it to anyone. I look like an
- 1:58Speaker 4: absolute bag of shit.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Cannot every time you say that, I feel terrible.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I will show you.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Except that well, your stomach may be coming out of it,
- 2:12Speaker 3: but it's popping with air.
- 2:13Speaker 2: That's why it's.
- 2:17Speaker 4: But anyway, it's a shocker of a fat. I have
- 2:19Speaker 4: to show you. I'm not giving it to bloody pegs.
- 2:21Speaker 4: You'll stick it up on social of course.
- 2:23Speaker 3: He will now tell you what Kezy, it's bad. And
- 2:26Speaker 3: I know the pink jackets exciting.
- 2:29Speaker 2: It's not Pnker's jacket fell in.
- 2:33Speaker 3: The world and can I just say it is a
- 2:36Speaker 3: bold move. But my god, you pull it off. You
- 2:41Speaker 3: look great, man.
- 2:42Speaker 4: You look you say what you want about Keesy. He
- 2:45Speaker 4: knows how to pull it off.
- 2:48Speaker 2: He knows fashion is what you should have said there.
- 2:50Speaker 2: This isn't pink. It was faded red as the pinker's
- 2:54Speaker 2: thing they ever seen.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Now, maybe one day.
- 2:57Speaker 4: It was read, but today and every day moving forward,
- 3:01Speaker 4: it's pink.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I'm telling you right now, we're getting pugs in after
- 3:04Speaker 3: we go to the after this voice pray, he's going
- 3:06Speaker 3: to take a photo of that. We're running a poll.
- 3:08Speaker 3: And if that isn't pink, then my ass is I
- 3:11Speaker 3: don't know, but that is for me. Yes, wow, No,
- 3:14Speaker 3: it's clean. It's really clean and non heary and quite pert.
- 3:17Speaker 2: You're good. I'm going well, thanks fellas. By the way,
- 3:20Speaker 2: I've had a great day.
- 3:21Speaker 3: We'll get into that after this show. And incidentally, I'm
- 3:24Speaker 3: fine too, thanks for asking, fellows.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Here's the man the Larky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt,
- 3:31Speaker 1: Mike Minogue and Keysy.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Smashing Pumpkins here on the Radio Darchy Big Show this
- 3:36Speaker 3: Tuesday afternoon. The time is thirteen minutes past four o'clock
- 3:39Speaker 3: and now it's time for the topic of the day.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Weird things that make you cry.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Yes, yes, well, so you're reaching the kids.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Is there. I just didn't know there's supposed to be
- 3:49Speaker 2: a topic of the day. So it's the topic of
- 3:51Speaker 2: the day here it is. It's the topic of the day.
- 3:59Speaker 3: It's really good with Mogi, with old Mogi today.
- 4:02Speaker 4: Yeah, this is a bit of a weir one. This
- 4:04Speaker 4: came up because I had Jonah Lomu highlights come up
- 4:06Speaker 4: on my Instagram and whenever I watched Jonah i Loomu highlights.
- 4:10Speaker 4: So they make me cry and I'm not talking about sobbing, yes,
- 4:13Speaker 4: but they make me well up. And I don't know
- 4:15Speaker 4: what that is. I think it's because he was so magnificent.
- 4:18Speaker 4: He was an athlete, that we'd never seen before. But
- 4:20Speaker 4: there was also the tragedy around him as well, because
- 4:23Speaker 4: he was incredible, but then he would through his sickness.
- 4:28Speaker 4: As you found out later, he wouldn't always be amazing
- 4:32Speaker 4: in every single game because he had kidney failure and
- 4:34Speaker 4: all this stuff. So he was never going to be
- 4:36Speaker 4: But you didn't know that as the crowd, as the public.
- 4:40Speaker 4: So there was a lot of people talking a lot
- 4:41Speaker 4: that they were bagging them hard and sort of really
- 4:45Speaker 4: give it to him. But yet when there was one
- 4:47Speaker 4: minute to go in any game and you were down,
- 4:51Speaker 4: but the All Blacks or Wellington or Counties when he
- 4:53Speaker 4: was with them, or the Blues or whatever, Hurricane, everybody
- 4:56Speaker 4: in the crowd would be saying, give it to Jonah,
- 5:00Speaker 4: give it to Jonah, Like there is one person on
- 5:02Speaker 4: the planet who can score from anywhere on the field,
- 5:05Speaker 4: and it was him, And so there was something about it.
- 5:07Speaker 4: And so now, because it's the whole story about what
- 5:10Speaker 4: he was like and nobody could do what he could
- 5:12Speaker 4: do on the field, you watch that and it just
- 5:14Speaker 4: and it brings tears tomorrows.
- 5:16Speaker 3: He was a glorious athlete. He was magnificent, and yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 3: the fact that he underplayed it so much too. And
- 5:23Speaker 3: one of the right you know, they were talking to
- 5:25Speaker 3: Lorrie Mains, one of his coaches and the all blacks there,
- 5:28Speaker 3: and he said one of his biggest regrets was he
- 5:31Speaker 3: felt that Loan, who had LOMU, had been lazy over
- 5:34Speaker 3: the summer and hadn't done all the exercises. He wasn't
- 5:37Speaker 3: great on the field when they were training and stuff.
- 5:39Speaker 3: So he absolutely flogged him, like physically, it just you know,
- 5:44Speaker 3: worked him to the bone. And he later found out
- 5:47Speaker 3: that actually it wasn't that he'd been lazy, it was
- 5:49Speaker 3: that he was quite sick at that time. And he
- 5:52Speaker 3: was like, oh, and he never told anyone, and he
- 5:54Speaker 3: didn't tell anyone about it, you know what I mean,
- 5:56Speaker 3: soy it just said, I'll tell you. The weird thing
- 5:58Speaker 3: that made I don't cry, but I get very emotional
- 6:01Speaker 3: and a bit moist in the eyes is seeing old
- 6:05Speaker 3: men in the supermarket wearing a jumper with the collar
- 6:09Speaker 3: over the top of it, and often they'll wear sort
- 6:12Speaker 3: of an old school kind of hat. And I'll have
- 6:14Speaker 3: their little basket there and a causeyett and then a
- 6:20Speaker 3: little loaf of bread, hoitty j loaf maybe, you know,
- 6:24Speaker 3: and and some cheese that's pretty expensive, maybe a little
- 6:29Speaker 3: jar of marmite. And they're always lovely. They're always chatty,
- 6:32Speaker 3: you know, and you see, you know, they go up
- 6:34Speaker 3: to the to the taillers and they're just chatting away
- 6:36Speaker 3: and they just want to interact and feel a part
- 6:40Speaker 3: of because they're lonely. They're lonely making and it makes
- 6:43Speaker 3: me sad. It makes me sad to see that yourself.
- 6:48Speaker 3: I see myself and them, absolutely, I do.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I I The most recent experience of this was a
- 6:55Speaker 2: couple of years ago. We dug out our old handicam
- 6:57Speaker 2: from at home, oh yeah, and we watched all the
- 7:01Speaker 2: videos from when I was a wee boy.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Oh yeah, in this.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Footage of like, you know, me and dad, you know,
- 7:09Speaker 2: building a go kart together, just one of those wooden
- 7:11Speaker 2: ones with the rope steering. Yeah you know you're dead
- 7:15Speaker 2: building it, but yeah yeah, yeah he built it. I
- 7:17Speaker 2: just filmed him on the handicamp and like my first
- 7:21Speaker 2: game of rugby and stuff, you know, like that made
- 7:23Speaker 2: me said, I have he said, you know, it's oh wow,
- 7:25Speaker 2: time has really moved on cutting onions. That makes you said,
- 7:31Speaker 2: that makes me tear?
- 7:32Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you learn how to darts when I'm
- 7:34Speaker 3: on the hammer. Yeah, oh look I fill it with
- 7:39Speaker 3: you know, running out of the darts, you know, and yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 3: drops closing that. Kids are banging on the background because
- 7:48Speaker 3: they haven't been feed. Yeah, you know for two days
- 7:50Speaker 3: we started really earnest and yeah, actually just on there.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I remember going camping, a school camp and me and
- 7:59Speaker 3: my mate we had we set up a tent near
- 8:01Speaker 3: a little river and we got flooded. No, it wasn't
- 8:04Speaker 3: Johnny Broth was another guy called Derek, and and we
- 8:08Speaker 3: had we had our darts with us, and it rained
- 8:13Speaker 3: really heavily that night right through the tent and all
- 8:16Speaker 3: our darts got wet. I'm sorry, man, I cried then,
- 8:19Speaker 3: genuinely I cried, No, said Hoidy. J No the comnor
- 8:26Speaker 3: were rangers there.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Keasy, that's really sad, Jase.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Hey, textas what makes you? What weird things make you cry?
- 8:33Speaker 2: Three four eight three. You can send us a talk
- 8:35Speaker 2: back on the iHeartRadio app. Everyone that does in the
- 8:36Speaker 2: drawer for a brand new twoy prize pack.
- 8:39Speaker 3: With doing Hey, okay, was this vanilla radio?
- 8:44Speaker 2: It almost fringe Zeppelin?
- 8:48Speaker 3: All right?
- 8:49Speaker 1: The Hdarchy big show was Jason Mike and Kezy tune
- 8:53Speaker 1: in on.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Radio Pool Jam there on the Radio Darchy Big Show.
- 8:58Speaker 3: This choose afternoon. The time is four thirty eight. We
- 9:03Speaker 3: didn't get to cover it yesterday, so let's have a
- 9:05Speaker 3: bit of sports chat. Let's start with the rugby over
- 9:15Speaker 3: the weekend there. I didn't get to see the game
- 9:17Speaker 3: live New Zealand visits Australia. I was out to dinner.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Then I wake up in the morning, watched the replay,
- 9:21Speaker 3: making sure that I avoided all media of any kind.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Could I think I missed the replay, but then consequently
- 9:28Speaker 3: found it six minutes in and watched the game Australia
- 9:32Speaker 3: through the kitchen sink at us for that first ten
- 9:35Speaker 3: fifteen played bloody well. I thought, oh God, here we go.
- 9:39Speaker 3: But I thought we came back very strongly and was
- 9:41Speaker 3: probably one of our most comprehensive performances of the season.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Some absolutely sensational tries. Will Jordan as just a freak.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Caleb Clark is in the best form of his life.
- 9:54Speaker 3: I reckon he's looking great still. Some some isshies for
- 9:57Speaker 3: the All Blacks in terms of the season. Thus from
- 10:00Speaker 3: the Rugby Championship, I'll give us an overall score of
- 10:03Speaker 3: b minus. Oh yeah, how good? How many buzzies?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Though, well, that's TV chat. It's different. Wallace a Titi.
- 10:11Speaker 2: He's a star, he's a start, and everyone was worried
- 10:13Speaker 2: about he's too young. He's he is absolutely fantastic and
- 10:17Speaker 2: there is a number of plays that the All Blacks
- 10:18Speaker 2: round that all started from his individual brilliance.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Yes, and he's going to end up number eight very soon,
- 10:23Speaker 3: even though you know it's hard to replace the current
- 10:26Speaker 3: number eighties a leegend.
- 10:27Speaker 4: One thing I like is the advantage law in the
- 10:30Speaker 4: twenty two sure where if somebody gives away a penalty
- 10:34Speaker 4: on defense, you keep on your on defense, so the
- 10:37Speaker 4: attacking team has got an advantage yep, and you play
- 10:40Speaker 4: from their thirty phases. Yes, that take twenty five minutes.
- 10:47Speaker 4: You can be outside the twenty two and make twenty
- 10:49Speaker 4: meters and then if they don't score a try from it,
- 10:53Speaker 4: he will call it all the way back to this
- 10:56Speaker 4: offense that has happened. It drives me up the goddamn wall.
- 10:59Speaker 4: It should be five phases or ten meters, which ever
- 11:02Speaker 4: comes first, or you stay to the reef. We want
- 11:04Speaker 4: the penalty giving. It's such an unfair advantage it goes
- 11:08Speaker 4: for so goddamn love it. And it's also up to
- 11:11Speaker 4: the referee, and referees is different from ref to ref
- 11:15Speaker 4: is a shocking rule, Yeah, shocking.
- 11:18Speaker 2: You should in thirty seconds and then you have to
- 11:19Speaker 2: play some razzle dazzle something exactly and then after thirty seconds,
- 11:23Speaker 2: if it didn't work, then you go back.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It's a free pass. Moving on to the cricket, what
- 11:28Speaker 3: an absolute debarkle that first innings are batting display by
- 11:33Speaker 3: New Zealand was just disgraceful. We showed a bit more
- 11:37Speaker 3: ticker in the second innings but only really reflected how
- 11:40Speaker 3: badly we played in the first And I look ahead
- 11:43Speaker 3: to the summer Mogi and I think to myself, she's
- 11:47Speaker 3: going to be a grim sum We are going to
- 11:50Speaker 3: get our asses handed to us time and time again,
- 11:53Speaker 3: conservative selections again. Yeah, you know, it's not looking good
- 11:58Speaker 3: for the summer of cricket.
- 11:59Speaker 4: I've got to be I was just going to say,
- 12:01Speaker 4: they just need to make some choices and look towards
- 12:04Speaker 4: the future. They're going to make some big calls because
- 12:07Speaker 4: watching us just get slowly harmped in every single game
- 12:12Speaker 4: is going to be absolutely grueling.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Yeah, it's gonna be one of those summers where we
- 12:15Speaker 3: have little moments that are really good but then get
- 12:17Speaker 3: pumped in the overall test match.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Their first series Test victory over US, Test series victory
- 12:21Speaker 2: over US in like fifteen years.
- 12:24Speaker 3: Last time play game.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, of course we had the NRL on over
- 12:29Speaker 2: the week. In the preliminary final, the Storm pants to
- 12:32Speaker 2: the Roosters and the Panthers absolutely pants the Sharks as well.
- 12:38Speaker 2: To be honest, this final series has been a wee
- 12:40Speaker 2: bit of a lit down. As a footy fan, I
- 12:41Speaker 2: wanted upsets. I wanted teams like the Manly Seagulls to
- 12:44Speaker 2: do well. I thought that the Roosters could fire a shop,
- 12:47Speaker 2: but then they lost Sam Walker. They have all downhill.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Foregone conclusion. It was always going to be Melbourne v Penrith.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I have no idea who's going to win this game
- 12:55Speaker 2: this weekend. It is Sunday nine thirty and the ACC
- 12:57Speaker 2: will be commentating that to me, and is it you?
- 13:01Speaker 3: And and yeah yeah, for the for the great it's.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Me and and I all right, yes, I imagine that abomination.
- 13:06Speaker 2: That would be a would be so good, you'd be
- 13:08Speaker 2: so good. Name three players from the Storm.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Well it'll be on the screen hopefully.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Nine p thirty Sunday though Storm v. Panthers. I think
- 13:16Speaker 2: the storm are going to win.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I think Penrith's gonna win. I think I think Penrith two.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Oh, Okay, The Darchy Big Show week days from four
- 13:25Speaker 1: on Radio Hodarky.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Fleetwood Mac Bear on the radio. Hold Archy Big Show

- 13:53Speaker 3: an amazing opportunity for all you backbones out there.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Just confirming it's not Diamond on Richmond. They've actually got
- 13:59Speaker 2: more than one diamonds Diamonds on Richmond. Yes, and that's
- 14:03Speaker 2: Richmond singular, not Richmond's.

- 14:32Speaker 2: a knee. Why does it.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Matter because there's a very big difference.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Keezy proposing someone's sing proposing. The winner will also get

- 15:03Speaker 2: this fellas, I'd take my partner to Hoidi Jay's batch.
- 15:08Speaker 2: When we arrive, it turns out someone is already there,
- 15:11Speaker 2: but never mind. The Big Show boys appear from behind
- 15:14Speaker 2: a big pile of bricks holding a sign saying will
- 15:18Speaker 2: you marry me, and then screaming backbone that's from anonymous,
- 15:22Speaker 2: by the way, that's that's great, right, yeah.
- 15:25Speaker 3: And so what she he or she would marry us? No?
- 15:28Speaker 2: No, no, So we'd yell at half of anonymous right
- 15:32Speaker 2: to miss or miss his anonymous to marry him yeah
- 15:35Speaker 2: or her, ah, get a get a fellas anonymous here.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Just bought a house with my partner. So on the
- 15:44Speaker 2: settlement day I was thinking of proposing in front of
- 15:47Speaker 2: the old sould sign. What do you think?
- 15:50Speaker 3: Cheers? Yeah? That is the capitalist dream come true, isn't it?
- 15:54Speaker 3: It is my ge and I suppose I mean he
- 15:56Speaker 3: respects new beginnings. Maggie, oh fresh, yeah, thank you?
- 16:00Speaker 2: Yeah, good Hello there my name is anonymous. Oh yes,
- 16:05Speaker 2: I would take my partner to the betiful Marlborough sounds
- 16:09Speaker 2: set up a wee picnic on the beach before getting
- 16:12Speaker 2: down on one knee.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Cheers.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Sounds nice? You know?
- 16:16Speaker 3: Does he say what's or she say what's going to
- 16:18Speaker 3: be in the picnic? Oh? Yeah?
- 16:20Speaker 2: They just entered again with another note that says, hey,
- 16:23Speaker 2: just the picnic is a plowman's ah it ruin it?
- 16:28Speaker 2: So did I say plowman's sour dough make your own
- 16:31Speaker 2: sandwich board, which I totally just made up that doesn't exist,
- 16:37Speaker 2: but hey kick yeah, keep the great entries coming and
- 16:41Speaker 2: hodaki dot co dot z don't forget if you do
- 16:43Speaker 2: need to go get yourself an engagement ring head two
- 16:46Speaker 2: diamonds on Richmond. That is stress free and a very

- 17:36Speaker 2: Just trade me or Facebook, marketplace or just buying and
- 17:39Speaker 2: selling anything in general?
- 17:40Speaker 3: Yeah, anything in general?
- 17:41Speaker 4: I yeah, yeah, although probably not a house, No, all
- 17:45Speaker 4: of goods and ladies.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, also some tattoo chat this because I've noticed
- 17:49Speaker 2: Pugsun We've been having a goud his tattoos and how
- 17:52Speaker 2: they don't really make sense. He's got a whole heap
- 17:53Speaker 2: of them tat chat and he's been your tat chat
- 17:55Speaker 2: and he's just gonna be getting a little down on
- 17:57Speaker 2: the dumps about that. So he's going to come through
- 17:59Speaker 2: and just explain some of the ones that we don't
- 18:01Speaker 2: quite get.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Have you seen as piercings by the way, have I what? Yeah? Wee.
- 18:06Speaker 3: It's confronting. Yeah, confronting is the word I use. Yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 3: very confronting.
- 18:11Speaker 2: How does he go whiz with us?
- 18:13Speaker 3: That's that's what I was thinking too.

- 18:31Speaker 2: Yeah right, Hey is the self proclaimed ir reverend voice
- 18:35Speaker 2: of the Nation till he reckons the world's gotten a
- 18:36Speaker 2: little too serious the old ye're right, I reckon? That
- 18:41Speaker 2: was that really took the world by storm.
- 18:42Speaker 3: It was huge. It was huge all around the world.
- 18:44Speaker 2: And like your mates who didn't really have a sense
- 18:47Speaker 2: of humor, all of a sudden had one because they
- 18:49Speaker 2: could just say like, oh yeah, right next to he billboard.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I tell you what. I'm also really loving I've
- 18:55Speaker 3: got great T shirts, the old Tilly really nice hooking
- 18:59Speaker 3: into the merchut there, I've got the cap as well.
- 19:02Speaker 3: I'm all good to go, man.
- 19:04Speaker 4: I saw you're wrapping up each of the T shirts
- 19:06Speaker 4: and Christmas wrapper there and your missus there, and your
- 19:10Speaker 4: and your mum.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Listen, it's never too early to start planning for Christmas.
- 19:16Speaker 3: That's you know what I mean.
- 19:17Speaker 2: It's true, and just said we were going to give
- 19:19Speaker 2: those away to the listeners.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Yeah right, billboard, Yes, good night, sucker. Pugs has been
- 19:29Speaker 3: coming in an hour early every day and making up
- 19:32Speaker 3: those packages apparently our two he packages. Yeah right, just.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Yeah, just out of curiosity, Jase, what time do you
- 19:41Speaker 2: reckon pug sun starts.
- 19:43Speaker 3: He usually starts around ten or eleven.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Isn't it lunchtime?
- 19:48Speaker 3: An hour later?
- 19:49Speaker 2: One pm? Yeah, right, twelve o'clock. Yeah, okay, well yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 19:59Speaker 2: coming up your haircut looks good man, thanks man, Yeah.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Right, tell me what just on that front. Actually, I've
- 20:08Speaker 3: got a big wadch of wax in my hair and
- 20:10Speaker 3: it's just all stuck together in a big clump.
- 20:12Speaker 2: It's not wax, man, it's bird poose.
- 20:15Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on radio.
- 20:19Speaker 3: There on the radio, Hicky Big Show. This Tuesday afternoon.
- 20:23Speaker 3: The time it's five fourteen. What's wrong? Mag oh more?
- 20:26Speaker 3: Good man? Hey?
- 20:27Speaker 4: Over the weekend went I picked up a bed. There
- 20:30Speaker 4: was a whole family of fear actually, because we had
- 20:33Speaker 4: to go and get a van. So it was a
- 20:34Speaker 4: queen sized bed, mattress and bass with the bed head
- 20:38Speaker 4: on it. So I had to go and grab that.
- 20:41Speaker 4: I had to hire a van, and my wife followed
- 20:43Speaker 4: me in the Teeeder truck with my daughter. My wife
- 20:49Speaker 4: never she handled the purchase of it, the interaction with
- 20:52Speaker 4: the person who sold it, all of that jazz, and
- 20:55Speaker 4: we sort of had a bit of a back and
- 20:57Speaker 4: forth about what time we'd be picking it up this bead,
- 21:00Speaker 4: but we never got his phone number, and so the
- 21:03Speaker 4: time changed, so we just sort of showed up. But
- 21:05Speaker 4: he never he never responded to the fact that we're
- 21:08Speaker 4: becoming early. Then we got there and we sent him
- 21:10Speaker 4: an email and we said hey, we're downstairs, and he
- 21:12Speaker 4: never responded to that either, so I was over it.
- 21:15Speaker 4: So there was thirty apartment buttons there and I just
- 21:19Speaker 4: started ringing every single one of them to say, hey,
- 21:21Speaker 4: we're here to pick up a bed, and sooner or
- 21:23Speaker 4: lad I was going to get it right. I got
- 21:24Speaker 4: to the sixth one and for the very first time,
- 21:28Speaker 4: somebody actually answered and I said, look, I don't know
- 21:30Speaker 4: if I've got the right place, but I'm here to
- 21:31Speaker 4: pick up a bed. And he's like, oh, yeah, that's
- 21:32Speaker 4: me so sweet as wow, that's lucky. So we got
- 21:35Speaker 4: up there, second floor, get up there, and he just
- 21:39Speaker 4: it was a studio apartment, so it was him and
- 21:41Speaker 4: his messes as missus wasn't there. We go in there, me,
- 21:43Speaker 4: my wife and my five year old daughter, and he
- 21:46Speaker 4: just stands at the door, points at the bed and
- 21:48Speaker 4: he goes, there it.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Is, yeah, yeah, there it is.
- 21:53Speaker 4: And I said, any chance you can give us a
- 21:57Speaker 4: hand man, and he's like, oh.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, sure.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Was that cool?
- 22:04Speaker 4: So we then had to move everything out down to
- 22:07Speaker 4: the car sort of gradually. Gradually, gradually, he sort of
- 22:10Speaker 4: had no idea about what he was doing, but I
- 22:13Speaker 4: was happy to help him with that. But I was
- 22:15Speaker 4: sort of a little bit taken aback by the fact
- 22:17Speaker 4: that he thought that my wife should do it. Either
- 22:22Speaker 4: my wife or my kid, Moggi Jr. She's very strong.
- 22:29Speaker 4: But I guess it just raised the question of me, like,
- 22:32Speaker 4: I don't want to bring sex into it, but what
- 22:34Speaker 4: is your What do you feel your obligation is? And
- 22:38Speaker 4: I can only ask you because you're males. When somebody
- 22:42Speaker 4: comes to pick something up that would be heavy or awkward,
- 22:45Speaker 4: and maybe it's a woman or a man that might
- 22:48Speaker 4: not have the strength to do what's required. Yeah, okay,
- 22:52Speaker 4: so a person that's not strong enough, you know what
- 22:54Speaker 4: I mean. I had this exact scenario. We were selling
- 22:57Speaker 4: and I went and bought a bed with my wife
- 23:00Speaker 4: and your five year old kid, my five year old.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Kid, Moggie Junior. No, that wasn't it. I had this
- 23:06Speaker 2: a scenario where I was the seller. I sold a
- 23:10Speaker 2: set of draws. Nice they were garbage, to be honest.
- 23:14Speaker 2: They're about one hundred bucks flat pack, no carare but
- 23:17Speaker 2: I built them all we'd use them, and I decided
- 23:18Speaker 2: to sell them and a woman shows up in a
- 23:22Speaker 2: Toyota aqua your one, and she is I want to say,
- 23:27Speaker 2: late fifties, very small, very thin. And then I'm just like, oh,
- 23:32Speaker 2: I'll leave the drawers out for you. And she was like, oh,
- 23:34Speaker 2: I might need a hand and I was like, oh, okay,
- 23:36Speaker 2: so I'll be home at the time. And then she
- 23:38Speaker 2: shows up and I'm like, okay, so she literally can't
- 23:41Speaker 2: do anything. I have to do it all. Yeah, And
- 23:44Speaker 2: I was like, you know, you're least going to, you know,
- 23:47Speaker 2: pay a little extra or something for the handling fee, you.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Know what I mean.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I looked fast at the car and it didn't even fit.
- 23:53Speaker 3: It's a similar thing with my wife and I picking
- 23:55Speaker 3: up two massive arm chairs. The guy that was there
- 23:57Speaker 3: it was in an apartment as well, Mogie. They were
- 23:59Speaker 3: big acids too. He was stoned off his head, and
- 24:02Speaker 3: my wife and I he wasn't really interested in helping
- 24:04Speaker 3: and stuff. Obviously. I think legally there's no obligation to
- 24:08Speaker 3: do anything. You can just go. But like you know,
- 24:11Speaker 3: from a moral point standpoint, if if I was in
- 24:14Speaker 3: that scenario, I would absolutely absolutely help someone in that
- 24:18Speaker 3: situation more because I want them off my property as
- 24:21Speaker 3: quickly as possible.
- 24:22Speaker 4: I'll just taking executly the same thing. As soon as
- 24:24Speaker 4: they're gone the better.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I don't think. I don't. I don't see
- 24:29Speaker 3: the other side of it.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Let's go to the phones.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Here.
- 24:32Speaker 2: We've got Pete, who's wrung up? Pete, what would you
- 24:35Speaker 2: do in this situation?
- 24:35Speaker 3: They're men, so.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Speaking for myself as a trade I well, just got
- 24:39Speaker 4: stuck in and given your hand.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Yeah right, you're a massive back.
- 24:44Speaker 2: But he on, Pete, what do you do for a
- 24:45Speaker 2: crust man? You just got yourself until he prized, that's
- 24:53Speaker 2: how good it is.
- 24:54Speaker 3: But listen, I mean, I think generally speaking, most people
- 24:58Speaker 3: would be of that vein. Don't you think, well it's
- 25:00Speaker 3: fine there.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Fin out three four eight three, or you can call
- 25:02Speaker 2: us an one hundred had lucky, a hadaky like old
- 25:05Speaker 2: Pete did. Yes, I said it's slightly wrong. It's my bed.
- 25:08Speaker 3: Yeah, you're talking about that.
- 25:09Speaker 2: And you could win a twoy price pack as well.
- 25:12Speaker 2: My sort of attitude is I am selling it. It's
- 25:14Speaker 2: your responsibility to come and bring enough people to deal. Obviously,
- 25:17Speaker 2: I'll give you a hand, sure if you ask, Yeah, yeah,
- 25:19Speaker 2: that's the question. Hey, if I come around and pick
- 25:22Speaker 2: it up. Do you think you can give me a
- 25:23Speaker 2: hand with it?
- 25:23Speaker 3: Yes? Sure, Yeah. I had a similar situation where I
- 25:26Speaker 3: sold a massive sack of Dilly's and that was a
- 25:30Speaker 3: heavy bastard magie because there was some big action going
- 25:33Speaker 3: on there and I carried it up to the car
- 25:36Speaker 3: for the person that bought it, and I didn't think
- 25:38Speaker 3: twice about it.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Right back by Big Show podcast.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Queens of the Stone Age on the radio Hodaki Big
- 25:47Speaker 3: Show this Tuesday afternoon. The time is five twenty six.
- 25:50Speaker 3: We're talking trade me and if you sell a product
- 25:53Speaker 3: from your house and someone comes over to pick it up,
- 25:56Speaker 3: are you how do you feel about helping them if
- 25:58Speaker 3: it's a bed or a better fun sure or something
- 26:00Speaker 3: like that, or do you feel like it's you know,
- 26:03Speaker 3: the bias responsibility to get it off? Yeah, let's go
- 26:06Speaker 3: to the phone lines. Good, I color your mad bastard?
- 26:09Speaker 4: How's life?
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yeah? Good? Thanks mate? What do you what are your
- 26:15Speaker 3: thoughts on this? Color? Mate? If someone brought something off you,
- 26:18Speaker 3: a bed or something like that and they needed a hand,
- 26:21Speaker 3: would you be okay with that or would you say
- 26:23Speaker 3: n your problem? Mate? Well, look mate, I'm selling things,
- 26:27Speaker 3: selling things every day. The hand mate, yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 26:33Speaker 3: And also one of one of the things that we're
- 26:35Speaker 3: forgetting about two Fellas is ratings and stuff like that.
- 26:38Speaker 3: You know what I mean. You don't want to get
- 26:40Speaker 3: a bad rating from people. You don't want a sad
- 26:44Speaker 3: face on trade me. No, exactly, hate Collen. Stay on
- 26:47Speaker 3: the line there and Pugs might sort you out with something.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Get a Patrick, your mad bastard. How's life? Good things yourself? Yeah?
- 26:55Speaker 3: Good things? Patrick? How's Christitch today? Oh? Quite swell it
- 27:00Speaker 3: quite swell? Nice? Nice? What's your view on this? Patrick?
- 27:03Speaker 3: I mean I have to ask a question to myself.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Do I look like a moving company? Right? Okay? Yeah,
- 27:10Speaker 3: see the answer is going to be no for that. Yeah,
- 27:12Speaker 3: good on your Patrick.
- 27:13Speaker 4: You're the kind of person that all your neighbors hate.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Yeah, good on you, mate. You're a goddamn backbone. So
- 27:20Speaker 3: you'd so like the situation that Kesey mentioned about this
- 27:23Speaker 3: frail fifty year old woman. You'd happily see her dragging
- 27:27Speaker 3: a bed by herself out of your property. I mean, yeah, well,
- 27:32Speaker 3: if she doesn't come a beard, then it's not.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Well, I feel that there's a there's a sense of
- 27:40Speaker 4: community that's lacking here.
- 27:43Speaker 3: I think so.
- 27:44Speaker 4: You know, someone's texted in here on three four eight three,
- 27:46Speaker 4: and I'm inclined to agree, Hey, LED's care in here.
- 27:49Speaker 4: If you don't help someone lifting furniture they've brought from you,
- 27:52Speaker 4: you're a blouse and you should be jailed immediately. It
- 27:54Speaker 4: ain't key we not to muck in and help your neighbors,
- 27:57Speaker 4: whether your actual neighbors, yes, or you pretend neighbors.
- 28:00Speaker 3: And I completely agree with that.
- 28:02Speaker 4: How good are people going to feel if you just
- 28:03Speaker 4: muck straight and you help them, you pack the car,
- 28:06Speaker 4: if it's an older person or anyone that needs a hand,
- 28:08Speaker 4: you're seeing them on their way with a smile on
- 28:10Speaker 4: their face. Yes, as opposed to being a preck old
- 28:13Speaker 4: mate there on the line.
- 28:15Speaker 2: There is a middle ground right where it's like, Hey,
- 28:18Speaker 2: I'm coming to pick up a bed. It'll just be me,
- 28:21Speaker 2: do you reckon? You could give me a hand and
- 28:22Speaker 2: lift it in the car like front foot there, don't
- 28:25Speaker 2: just sharp and me like, well are you gonna give
- 28:26Speaker 2: me a damn lift for this? Or is me and
- 28:28Speaker 2: moggie June? You're going to stand here with looking like
- 28:30Speaker 2: I actually have.
- 28:31Speaker 4: An expectation when people turn up that I am going
- 28:33Speaker 4: to need to help them, I assume, because more times
- 28:35Speaker 4: than not you do have to help. We got rid
- 28:39Speaker 4: of over the last couple of weeks, got rid of
- 28:41Speaker 4: a couch. Guys turned up on Saturday. He turned up
- 28:45Speaker 4: with eight guys because he's moving his whole house. Yeah,
- 28:48Speaker 4: and so he's just taken all these guys around with
- 28:49Speaker 4: him to pick stuff up and then to move his house.
- 28:51Speaker 4: And he's getting it done as quick as he can.
- 28:53Speaker 4: Then we also sold a couple of single beds to
- 28:55Speaker 4: two separate people. Both of them turned up alone, and
- 28:58Speaker 4: I help both of them get it out in the
- 29:00Speaker 4: car and peck peck it up right. I don't know
- 29:03Speaker 4: why you wouldn't. I don't know what you wouldn't. I
- 29:05Speaker 4: tell you what, I've got nothing better to do.
- 29:08Speaker 2: There's a lot of text here on three four eight three. Sam. Here,
- 29:12Speaker 2: I'd probably just watch you struggle with the bid, and
- 29:14Speaker 2: to be honest, probably laugh as well. Yeah, so Sam's back,
- 29:17Speaker 2: b Yeah, give them old ol Yeah right yeah ol
- 29:25Speaker 2: Here on three four eight three is once they buy
- 29:27Speaker 2: and pay for it, it ain't mine anymore. Up to
- 29:29Speaker 2: them to get it off my premises, amen, brother, Yeah, you're.
- 29:32Speaker 3: An a hole.
- 29:32Speaker 4: Yeah, and you and I respect, I respect your point
- 29:36Speaker 4: of view, but just so you know, people don't like you.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Yes, And I'm only going to give him one busy. Yeah,
- 29:43Speaker 3: you got one busy for that?
- 29:46Speaker 2: Can we just like people have just tuned in the hair,
- 29:48Speaker 2: I'm only.
- 29:48Speaker 4: Going to give him one to one busy rating. That's
- 29:51Speaker 4: how we rate things here. It's out of five busy's total.
- 29:53Speaker 4: Yeah all right, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're the one that
- 29:57Speaker 4: started that. By the way, he's gonna get all indignant,
- 30:00Speaker 4: don't know.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Just randomly coming in and saying, I'll give you one busy.
- 30:03Speaker 3: I'm giving you one busy for this chat.
- 30:05Speaker 1: The Hood Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Tune in the Tampa tramp there on the radio Darchy
- 30:15Speaker 3: Big Show. This what is it? Tuesday afternoon? The time
- 30:18Speaker 3: is five thirty nine special treet We've got old pugsn
- 30:21Speaker 3: from Studio B in the studio with us. And you
- 30:25Speaker 3: may be asking why Hoidy j wise out the case
- 30:28Speaker 3: because we want to talk to Pugs and about is
- 30:30Speaker 3: terrible tattoos. But yeah, it's a little bit worried there. Yeah,
- 30:40Speaker 3: we're going to flicking in there. We can still fit
- 30:43Speaker 3: fit this in probably a little bit later on Connie
- 30:46Speaker 3: Chat with the Old Pugs.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Well, the reason we've got Pugs in Fellers is because
- 30:50Speaker 2: recently we've been making light of his very tasteful tattoo collection.
- 30:55Speaker 2: He's a good looking fellow, he's a stylish land and
- 30:58Speaker 2: he's got all sorts of people might call it, you know,
- 31:01Speaker 2: just randomly. It's you just got panful of stickers and
- 31:09Speaker 2: just threw it at pugs on some of them landed,
- 31:11Speaker 2: And so we thought you'd give you a chance to
- 31:13Speaker 2: come and just talk us through some of your TETs. Yeah,
- 31:16Speaker 2: I mean, what do you want to know? Man?
- 31:17Speaker 3: I got a I got a few. Do you want
- 31:19Speaker 3: me to run you through some of them?
- 31:20Speaker 2: What?
- 31:21Speaker 4: Well, I can see the heart one. You've got that
- 31:23Speaker 4: heart one on your forearm. Yeah, what does that mean?
- 31:27Speaker 5: It's sort of like it was from a piece of
- 31:29Speaker 5: art that I really liked real and it was one
- 31:32Speaker 5: part of a much larger piece, and I thought away
- 31:34Speaker 5: quite like the way that that heart was drawn.
- 31:37Speaker 3: So yeah, so that's your interpretation of how it was done?
- 31:41Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Can I even look at that please? The heart? Sure?
- 31:47Speaker 2: Oh of course, it's just like a generic heart. Did
- 31:49Speaker 2: that speak to you that. I mean, yeah, it did
- 31:50Speaker 2: speak to me.
- 31:51Speaker 3: It spoke to me a lot. I've also got this
- 31:53Speaker 3: right or something? Did it speak to your heart? Pugs
- 31:59Speaker 3: spoke to me a lot?
- 32:00Speaker 2: Many words were shared.
- 32:01Speaker 5: I've got a rose on my inner wrist actually, oh yeah,
- 32:04Speaker 5: and that's because my father and my sister.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Both also have a rose tato.
- 32:07Speaker 5: Okay, so my sister's got one in the same place,
- 32:09Speaker 5: my dad's got one as well, and I get a
- 32:11Speaker 5: little rose bud added to mine for my seven year
- 32:14Speaker 5: old niece.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Very much blood.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Is that what it is? Yeah? What's with the sort
- 32:21Speaker 3: of filthy looking blowfly?
- 32:23Speaker 2: You're the blowfly on your arm?
- 32:25Speaker 3: What is that? Philip?
- 32:26Speaker 5: We've had this yarn so so you'll notice that there's
- 32:28Speaker 5: a few stripes on the blowfly.
- 32:31Speaker 3: Was there meant to be a bee?
- 32:33Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 32:35Speaker 3: Was that? Someone just starting off with?
- 32:37Speaker 4: Yeah, what is the gats with it? Because it's a
- 32:39Speaker 4: it's a big one. It's prominent, it is. I mean,
- 32:41Speaker 4: it's it's definitely a winged insect.
- 32:46Speaker 2: And just for scale for people out there like it's
- 32:48Speaker 2: it's about the size of a CD.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you what it goes.
- 32:52Speaker 4: It's thirty times the size of an actual slash fly.
- 32:55Speaker 4: He's right, that was my first teto. Actually, do you
- 32:59Speaker 4: want to get that? I don't know, you know how
- 33:02Speaker 4: they kind of stay all.
- 33:04Speaker 3: So pretty much. Man, No, it's just you know how
- 33:06Speaker 3: it was.
- 33:07Speaker 2: You know how when you they say.
- 33:09Speaker 5: That there's a general rule if you want to get
- 33:10Speaker 5: a tattoo, wait a couple of years or a year
- 33:12Speaker 5: or something before you decide to pull the trigger. Right,
- 33:14Speaker 5: So I wanted to get a tato for ages when
- 33:15Speaker 5: I was a teenager, and I was like, you know what,
- 33:17Speaker 5: this is the one I want, And I still wanted
- 33:18Speaker 5: it two years later.
- 33:19Speaker 2: So right, that stuff and I'll get it.
- 33:21Speaker 3: I don't even know what that one is. Is that
- 33:24Speaker 3: a pepper shaker with a number thirteen? That is exactly
- 33:27Speaker 3: what that is?
- 33:28Speaker 2: Jesse Stilling the salt.
- 33:30Speaker 3: There's a big story behind that. I'm sure Puck's son.
- 33:32Speaker 3: Not really. Actually, I was.
- 33:34Speaker 5: Actually I was getting this other teto that I don't
- 33:36Speaker 5: really like it all now, and I saw this in
- 33:38Speaker 5: the flash book.
- 33:39Speaker 3: I was like, I'll get that one. Oh yeah, they
- 33:41Speaker 3: went out of the book in the shop.
- 33:42Speaker 2: I literally got it out of the book of the Yeah.
- 33:45Speaker 3: It looks more like it's in a hot air balloon,
- 33:47Speaker 3: then a pepper shagger, but.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Now it depends on which way my arm's doing.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you're right.
- 33:53Speaker 2: So do you have like a tatoo of yours? That's
- 33:54Speaker 2: probably your least favorite? I do, right on the inside
- 33:58Speaker 2: of your risk. No, I think that's me. I don't
- 34:00Speaker 2: even I reckon it.
- 34:02Speaker 3: I actually really like that.
- 34:03Speaker 2: No, I don't think it'll be that one. I think
- 34:05Speaker 2: it would be sort of like the moth that's on
- 34:06Speaker 2: his nick The nick moth that' absertainly be my least favorite.
- 34:10Speaker 5: That's actually my favorite one, is it? Yeah, it's weird
- 34:13Speaker 5: different strokes.
- 34:14Speaker 3: What was that one around your nipple? Because that made
- 34:16Speaker 3: me really throw up?
- 34:17Speaker 4: And what about that eyeball on your knee? That's got
- 34:19Speaker 4: to be that's an all time I really like.
- 34:23Speaker 2: I really like that one.
- 34:24Speaker 3: No, I actually really like all of those.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Do you want to see the one that I don't like?
- 34:27Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, sure. Oh wow, he's dropping his pets.
- 34:32Speaker 5: Yeah, boy, show, I have to show one of you
- 34:36Speaker 5: at a time.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Oh my god, can you see that Jason's.
- 34:44Speaker 3: Putting his glasses? Oh my god, he's got backbone, backbone.
- 34:52Speaker 2: He's got backbone on his Where did you.
- 34:55Speaker 5: Get there a few weeks ago, same time I got
- 34:58Speaker 5: the salt shaker, and I'm waiting for the right time.
- 35:00Speaker 3: I app show you and I thought, you know what,
- 35:02Speaker 3: that was a great time.
- 35:04Speaker 5: So you remember the big bender that we did a
- 35:06Speaker 5: little while ago. Yeah, all those dudes got tattoos. Yes,
- 35:09Speaker 5: And I was gout it because I missed out because
- 35:11Speaker 5: I was sitting up the live show, and so I
- 35:13Speaker 5: organized to go and get in the backbone tatooed like
- 35:15Speaker 5: a couple of weeks later.
- 35:16Speaker 3: How good.
- 35:17Speaker 2: So that's definitely my worst one. I just want to
- 35:19Speaker 2: say the fonts like.
- 35:20Speaker 4: Oh, I agree, you should get that across your back,
- 35:22Speaker 4: across your shoulders.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Well, if anyone out there out there has tattoos that
- 35:26Speaker 2: they massively regret, like old Punk sign with most of
- 35:28Speaker 2: his I certainly regret him getting them ticks through on
- 35:33Speaker 2: three four eight three. Yeah man, this is a tune
- 35:37Speaker 2: this oasis.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Yeah man.
- 35:39Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in.
- 35:44Speaker 3: On Radio deplip It there on the radio Hoedarky Big
- 35:48Speaker 3: Show this Tuesday afternoon. I was at the front keys
- 35:51Speaker 3: cool flipid yea so good. Wow. Hey you notice we
- 35:54Speaker 3: were just talking about terrible tats.
- 35:56Speaker 2: No, we were talking about pugs as tats.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Yeah, well that's what I mean. Yeah, and a few
- 36:01Speaker 3: people have texted in on three four eight three in
- 36:04Speaker 3: that regard Keezy, I believe.
- 36:05Speaker 2: They've texted in. Oh no, sorry, they've texted.
- 36:10Speaker 3: They've texted in.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's not a tattoo on me, but
- 36:14Speaker 2: my ex got my name and the LEO signed tattooed
- 36:17Speaker 2: on her lower back tramp stamp styles. They're not together anymore. Wow,
- 36:22Speaker 2: so obviously, yeah, it's a bit embarrassing they're in.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Ah.
- 36:27Speaker 2: I just want to say it was a superb explanation
- 36:30Speaker 2: of tattoos. Might have to add two regrettable tattoos that
- 36:32Speaker 2: I have on the back of my arms that my
- 36:34Speaker 2: boyfriend did. She basically drew it onto some paper and said,
- 36:39Speaker 2: I want to put this on my arm. He did
- 36:41Speaker 2: such a bad job that she just tells people that
- 36:43Speaker 2: my seven year old son designed them because it's an
- 36:45Speaker 2: easier way to justify it.
- 36:46Speaker 3: That way to go. Yeah. Good, So that's pretty yeah. Yeah, hey, no,
- 36:50Speaker 3: listen coming up after six o'clock. By the way, we
- 36:53Speaker 3: want to settle this argument once and for all about
- 36:56Speaker 3: Keyzy's pink jacket. We've posted it on the way, I
- 37:00Speaker 3: lited it on the Instagram account, and we want you
- 37:03Speaker 3: to have your say and have a definitive answer by
- 37:06Speaker 3: the end of the show.
- 37:07Speaker 4: All Right, It's been a topic of conversation for some
- 37:09Speaker 4: years now, and Keysy, when you came in today, you
- 37:12Speaker 4: knew that was gonna it wasn't going to go with
- 37:14Speaker 4: that comment.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Right.
- 37:15Speaker 2: I forgot because I was filming game or two halts today, Right,
- 37:19Speaker 2: went there a lovely faded red jacket makeup woman. Yeah, no,
- 37:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna lie.
- 37:26Speaker 4: No one said anything, but changed into the clothes that
- 37:29Speaker 4: you wear for the show. That's right, put back on it.
- 37:31Speaker 2: As I was driving to the show, I was like,
- 37:34Speaker 2: oh god, I'm wearing my faded red jacket that the
- 37:37Speaker 2: guys continuously called pink. But you can have your say.
- 37:40Speaker 2: We put a foot up the whole OCKU Big Shows
- 37:42Speaker 2: Instagram page there and for some reason we'll get into that.
- 37:46Speaker 4: And what's great about it as it's a binding referendum,
- 37:48Speaker 4: So if the audience then.
- 37:50Speaker 3: For even more Keazy has to refer to it as
- 37:52Speaker 3: this pink.
- 37:53Speaker 2: Jacket, my little pink jacket.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Also, after six o'clock. Of course, what's on the TV
- 37:58Speaker 3: with Mike and make sure you stay gued the.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Whole king Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy. Tune
- 38:04Speaker 1: in week days and four on radio.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Hold, I can welcome back to your mansion, backbones. You're
- 38:08Speaker 3: listening to the Big Show, brought to you by two week.
- 38:12Speaker 2: How good Year Right campaign. It is officially back from
- 38:16Speaker 2: this week onwards. Around New Zealand. You might see those
- 38:18Speaker 2: classic year Right signs reappearing. Yeah, which is bloody good
- 38:22Speaker 2: because you know what, the world could use a laugh
- 38:23Speaker 2: right now, Jason totally man, Yeah, we know that got
- 38:29Speaker 2: you good.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Damn you got you real good. Did you see that? Yeah?
- 38:33Speaker 3: I did? Got him good? And not only did I
- 38:35Speaker 3: see it, I heard it here right now. Listen the
- 38:41Speaker 3: podcast outrad today, which is our little chat before the
- 38:43Speaker 3: show starts very off the calf, very relaxed, just getting
- 38:48Speaker 3: off the calf, just very calf Mike, just getting into
- 38:51Speaker 3: the swing of it for the day, every day to
- 38:54Speaker 3: chat today, I believe our clippers me chatting about my accountant.
- 39:00Speaker 3: He starts talking to me about stuff and he'll go, oh,
- 39:03Speaker 3: now are you doing this? Because this would be a
- 39:05Speaker 3: good thing for you to do and I just immediately
- 39:06Speaker 3: switch off.
- 39:07Speaker 4: It's like that Homer Simpson thing where he's getting told
- 39:10Speaker 4: something really important and it comes to inside there's a
- 39:15Speaker 4: bird on a swing and another one playing accord.
- 39:23Speaker 3: So good. It was quite interesting because we were talking
- 39:25Speaker 3: about because we have quite a lot of meetings here
- 39:27Speaker 3: for Radio Hodaki.
- 39:29Speaker 2: And like agencies and advertising.
- 39:33Speaker 3: Marketing that sort of thing. And I can tell you,
- 39:35Speaker 3: old hoodie Jay, here's a very low patient threshold. Can
- 39:39Speaker 3: I phrase it that way? Yeah?
- 39:41Speaker 2: My favorite is just halfway through a meeting that's been
- 39:43Speaker 2: going for three minutes, you'll just go alrighty, then okay
- 39:45Speaker 2: we're down here, and we'll be like no, we'd still
- 39:47Speaker 2: go with we've literally just started.
- 39:51Speaker 3: Yeah. Hey, now coming up, we once and for all
- 39:54Speaker 3: ours up solve the question of where the keys he's
- 39:57Speaker 3: wearing a pink jacket or not? All right?
- 39:59Speaker 2: It was a saint like it that is coming next
- 40:02Speaker 2: after some filter.
- 40:08Speaker 1: The Hodarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy Tune in.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Four on Radio Holuky radio Head. There on the Radio
- 40:16Speaker 3: Hodarchy Big Show this Tuesday evening. Now, if you go
- 40:20Speaker 3: on our Instagram account, you'll see a photo of Keezy
- 40:23Speaker 3: and his pink jacket, and we wanted to get the
- 40:25Speaker 3: answer from you, the listeners out there. Is it pink
- 40:28Speaker 3: or as Kezy puts it faded red. Also, incidentally, stay
- 40:31Speaker 3: on the Instagram because I believe pug Sounds just about
- 40:33Speaker 3: to release a video and YouTube. There's another one released
- 40:37Speaker 3: on YouTube which is the full outro, the full outro.
- 40:41Speaker 3: Just check that out.
- 40:42Speaker 2: It can be found the Hdarky Big Shows Instagram is
- 40:45Speaker 2: Hudarky Big Show and on YouTube it's just under Radio Hdarky.
- 40:48Speaker 3: So, yeah, this.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Jacket that I'm wearing, I bought it. It was faded
- 40:51Speaker 2: red and now it's turned pink according to you guys.
- 40:55Speaker 2: So we've got a photo up there and from the outset,
- 40:57Speaker 2: you guys think it's pink, right, Yes, it's pink.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:00Speaker 2: And now the more that I've wanted, the more I
- 41:02Speaker 2: think it's pink as well.
- 41:03Speaker 3: Oh, here we go.
- 41:04Speaker 2: I think it is pink.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I mean it is.
- 41:08Speaker 4: I mean you can get a pink thing and put
- 41:09Speaker 4: it up against that and they'll be the same color.
- 41:11Speaker 4: If it's not pink, I just don't know what else
- 41:13Speaker 4: it could be.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Well, there was a good comment on the photo on
- 41:16Speaker 2: the post here it's man.
- 41:17Speaker 3: Salmon and salmon, Yeah, salmon or a flaccid maroon.
- 41:21Speaker 4: I mean it's a It's interesting because the a lot
- 41:25Speaker 4: of comments, can I say, sure, but they're pretty much split,
- 41:30Speaker 4: except for keys saying it was read when I bought it.
- 41:33Speaker 4: Even that seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
- 41:36Speaker 3: Pink.
- 41:37Speaker 4: It's salmon, a thousand percent pink pink salmon. The color
- 41:43Speaker 4: is man salmon. As KEYSY said this one here read
- 41:48Speaker 4: thank you, then it says ye're right two, we got
- 41:55Speaker 4: you right there. Man, it's pink, straight salmon, pink man salmon,
- 42:01Speaker 4: pink salmon. That is a pink jacket all day, pink salmon, pink.
- 42:06Speaker 4: There's not a single comment here other than that guy
- 42:08Speaker 4: who nailed you, absolutely kicked your destroyed you. One hundred
- 42:15Speaker 4: percent of them say it's pink.
- 42:17Speaker 3: And I can. I look, I'm happy to go with
- 42:21Speaker 3: salmon too, but.
- 42:23Speaker 2: He's wearing a salmon jean. That's even worse.
- 42:26Speaker 3: That's the only reason I'm wanting to go with it.
- 42:29Speaker 3: There's worse than pink.
- 42:30Speaker 2: I can't I can't tell if this comment is negative
- 42:33Speaker 2: or not. This is from the Gibson experience. It's pink,
- 42:36Speaker 2: and I bet it goes real well with his gene shorts.
- 42:41Speaker 2: That's a compliment, right, No, I don't.
- 42:45Speaker 3: It does go really well with your orthopedic slippers.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I know orthopedic slippers, all right. I fell over
- 42:54Speaker 2: wearing slides.
- 42:55Speaker 4: And the only thing that would have made me happy
- 42:57Speaker 4: if you fell over going up the stairs because of
- 42:59Speaker 4: your orthopedic slippers and you landed in the dog were
- 43:03Speaker 4: in your pink jacket.
- 43:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just such a shame. I could have added
- 43:08Speaker 2: that as well.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Anyway, Yes, it's done unanimously. It's a pink jacket. So
- 43:15Speaker 4: that's good to get to the bottom of that.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Keysy.
- 43:17Speaker 2: My favorite, My favorite comment is from a person who
- 43:19Speaker 2: has a can of red Bull as their as their
- 43:22Speaker 2: profile on Instagram. It's pink boy, you color blind or
- 43:25Speaker 2: otp Okay, I wear a pink jacket. Is there anything
- 43:29Speaker 2: wrong with that? Fellas?
- 43:31Speaker 4: Oh, that's another issue. The first step is get A
- 43:34Speaker 4: step is getting you to admit.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Yes, okay, I'm wearing a pink jacket. Off with your Yeah,
- 43:39Speaker 2: so I'll CP it off and put it on the internet.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Oh he's got a pink jacket and he's putting himself
- 43:44Speaker 2: in Doggie Arenes This is good Content.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Show podcast. Ah, yeah, good thing, you good thing. Let's
- 43:59Speaker 3: talk TV.
- 44:02Speaker 2: What's on the Telly Mike Minogue.
- 44:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I just watched another episode of Seinfeld and Beard
- 44:20Speaker 4: Soup Nazi, an old time Jason for you, man, No
- 44:24Speaker 4: soup for you.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Funnily enough, I actually stumbled upon a sign feled episode
- 44:31Speaker 3: not last night, time before.
- 44:32Speaker 2: I almost tripped over.
- 44:33Speaker 3: One and then I just went not doing it just
- 44:36Speaker 3: because you guys have made me hate it so much.
- 44:39Speaker 3: I watched last night very well done, so good, very emotional. Yeah,
- 44:46Speaker 3: I know it was an old man and there was
- 44:47Speaker 3: a wooly Jersey living it die about Die Henwood and
- 44:52Speaker 3: his did you? Yeah? And I have to say, man,
- 44:58Speaker 3: what an absolute backbone die. And it was really nicely done,
- 45:03Speaker 3: really nicely put together. And what a hell of a
- 45:05Speaker 3: journey he's been on on three yeah, and what a
- 45:09Speaker 3: courageous varcity is too. And you know, you hear about
- 45:14Speaker 3: these things and people going through that stuff, and you
- 45:16Speaker 3: never really sort of get to see the dark moments
- 45:20Speaker 3: and the times when he's alone dealing with all that stuff,
- 45:24Speaker 3: talking to doctors, getting diagnoses and so forth, and you know,
- 45:30Speaker 3: his courage and the way that he's dealt with it
- 45:33Speaker 3: is just unbelievable, you know. And I have nothing but
- 45:38Speaker 3: the utmost respect for him as a human being, because
- 45:41Speaker 3: I know if I was in that situation, I would
- 45:44Speaker 3: not be handling it anywhere near the way that Die
- 45:48Speaker 3: would be handling it has been handling it, And certainly
- 45:51Speaker 3: I recommend watching it because it's very moving and it's
- 45:54Speaker 3: a really good watch. Did you Watchkey?
- 45:56Speaker 2: Is it weird that because I do commentaries with him
- 45:58Speaker 2: and stuff and podcasts, I'm almost scared to watch it,
- 46:01Speaker 2: you know what I mean, because it's probably gonna be
- 46:04Speaker 2: quite confronting and full on, you know what I mean.
- 46:06Speaker 3: But he is confronting. But but the thing is he
- 46:09Speaker 3: had to confront a lot of stuff.
- 46:10Speaker 4: You can confront what he's confronted. You can watch a DOCA. Yes,
- 46:14Speaker 4: I'm going to have a swing in it.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's good, really well done.
- 46:17Speaker 2: All right, I'll watch it. Last night I watched Celebritricia
- 46:21Speaker 2: Islands on TV in Plus.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Talk about bringers down.
- 46:24Speaker 2: And they are okay, And they went to the merge.
- 46:28Speaker 2: Starts with two teams and they always merge at some
- 46:30Speaker 2: point two one. That's right, and they're like, oh, you know,
- 46:33Speaker 2: the goal is always to make the merge. However, the
- 46:36Speaker 2: elimination that happened one person last night is the most
- 46:40Speaker 2: ripped person on the planet who happens to be a
- 46:42Speaker 2: former warrior and Kiwi's legend and smoke show and Absolute
- 46:45Speaker 2: Smoke Show.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Uh.
- 46:47Speaker 2: The other person was a woman with a bun calf,
- 46:50Speaker 2: and it was straight up who was the strongest. That
- 46:53Speaker 2: was the elimination challenge.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Who won?
- 46:56Speaker 2: Well, you have to watch mog. I don't want to
- 46:57Speaker 2: spoil it, but it was just like, this isn't this
- 46:59Speaker 2: is stupid? Like, imagine if it was Susan Paul up
- 47:02Speaker 2: against you know, some James bugger, like, she'd probably win,
- 47:06Speaker 2: that she would, she would win exactly. That was that
- 47:09Speaker 2: was stupid.
- 47:10Speaker 3: I thought. I had a hor of an argument with
- 47:12Speaker 3: my wife the other day because I discovered that she's
- 47:14Speaker 3: secretly watching that show.
- 47:15Speaker 2: Yeah, she enjoying it.
- 47:16Speaker 3: Yeah, she loves it.
- 47:17Speaker 2: I should come watch it with her, Yeah you should,
- 47:19Speaker 2: and my wife as well.
