A pumped hydro project which could power up to 120,000 homes has been approved for the upper hunter. The $1.8 billion Stratford pumped hydro and solar project will be on the site of a coal mining operation in the Gloucester valley that ended in 2024. From the Australian National University, Professor Andrew Blakers welcomes the project and breaks down the details with Tim.
