- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Vertical Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you. Senator,
- 0:04Speaker 2: I can't believe I'm going to say this out loud.
- 0:06Speaker 2: It seems like we've been talking about the midterms for
- 0:08Speaker 2: a really long time. We are two weeks out from
- 0:12Speaker 2: Election Day, and that means there's already several states in
- 0:16Speaker 2: the country where early voting has already started. And some
- 0:19Speaker 2: of those are very important. You could call them swing states.
- 0:23Speaker 2: We are in the final moments and days of this
- 0:26Speaker 2: campaign for everyone.
- 0:28Speaker 3: People are voting all over the country. Early voting begins
- 0:31Speaker 3: today in Texas. We're two weeks out, and I'm on
- 0:35Speaker 3: the road nonstop. I just got back. I took a
- 0:38Speaker 3: red-eye back from Alaska. I spent 24 hours barnstorming Alaska
- 0:43Speaker 3: with Dan Sullivan, the senator there. Dan is a very
- 0:45Speaker 3: good friend of mine. I've campaigned in Alaska every time
- 0:48Speaker 3: Dan's run for Senate. So when he ran first in
- 0:50Speaker 3: 2014 and got elected, I barnstormed the state with him then.
- 0:53Speaker 3: When he ran for re-election in 2020, I barnstormed the
- 0:56Speaker 3: state with him then. And in the last 24 hours,
- 0:59Speaker 3: we went to four different cities. We started in Anchorage.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Then we went to Fairbanks. Then we went to the
- 1:04Speaker 3: Kenai Peninsula. Then we ended up in the Mat-Su Valley.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Did four huge rallies. Had a couple thousand people in Alaska.
- 1:11Speaker 3: The energy there was incredible. Alaska is breathtaking. Have you
- 1:15Speaker 3: been to Alaska?
- 1:16Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. I was there earlier this year.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you were. We did a verdict with you from Alaska.
- 1:22Speaker 2: And from Alaska, yeah. In the middle of nowhere, Alaska. Yeah,
- 1:25Speaker 2: it is one of the most gorgeous places on Earth.
- 1:28Speaker 3: It is a spectacular place. The energy there was really good.
- 1:32Speaker 3: But I'll tell you, look, Dan has a very competitive race.
- 1:35Speaker 3: The polling shows that race basically tied. It's complicated by
- 1:39Speaker 3: the fact that the Democrats are dishonest and trying to
- 1:43Speaker 3: steal the election. And so what they did is they
- 1:45Speaker 3: recruited a guy named Dan Sullivan. And so there are
- 1:47Speaker 3: two Dan Sullivans.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Can you explain to people so they understand how it
- 1:52Speaker 2: works in Alaska? They have a different way of voting there.
- 1:55Speaker 2: That's how they were able to find an actual human
- 1:57Speaker 2: being with the same name, hoping that you would vote
- 1:59Speaker 2: for the wrong Dan Sullivan.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Well, Alaska is really messed up because they've adopted something
- 2:05Speaker 3: called ranked choice voting. And it means they don't have
- 2:08Speaker 3: primaries anymore. And it is designed to elect Democrats. And
- 2:12Speaker 3: so what happens, there are four names on the ballot.
- 2:15Speaker 3: And unfortunately, there are three that are styled Republicans. Initially,
- 2:20Speaker 3: under the Alaska rules, the top four vote-getters on primary day,
- 2:24Speaker 3: regardless of party, go to the general. Well, they had
- 2:27Speaker 3: two Democrats and two Republicans, but because Democrats want to
- 2:31Speaker 3: win more than anything, they got one of the Democrats
- 2:33Speaker 3: to drop out. And so there's only one Democrat that
- 2:37Speaker 3: is on the ballot for the group. This is in
- 2:41Speaker 3: the governor's race. There are three Republicans and one Democrat.
- 2:44Speaker 3: In the Senate race, the same thing is true. There
- 2:48Speaker 3: are three Republicans and one Democrat. And one of the
- 2:53Speaker 3: Republicans is fake Dan Sullivan. They found a guy whose
- 2:57Speaker 3: name was Dan Sullivan. And this was entirely orchestrated. The
- 3:02Speaker 3: press release announcing fake Dan Sullivan's campaign... was written by
- 3:09Speaker 3: the political consultant for Mary Patola, the Democrat who's running.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So the Democrat, by the way, fake Dan Sullivan has
- 3:15Speaker 3: been a donor to Mary Patola, the Democrat who's running.
- 3:18Speaker 3: So they just found a guy named Dan Sullivan, and
- 3:20Speaker 3: it's designed... they're hoping that they can fool some voters,
- 3:26Speaker 3: that some voters will go in and say, you know,
- 3:27Speaker 3: I like Dan Sullivan. He's been a really good senator.
- 3:30Speaker 3: I'm going to vote for him. But, you know, that two, three,
- 3:33Speaker 3: four percent of the voters get confused. They vote for
- 3:35Speaker 3: the wrong Dan Sullivan. And the way it works, if
- 3:38Speaker 3: you rank it, so actually what we were telling everyone
- 3:41Speaker 3: on the rally to do is vote for all the Republicans,
- 3:44Speaker 3: vote for real Dan Sullivan first, vote for the second
- 3:46Speaker 3: Republican second. and even vote for fake Dan Sullivan, which
- 3:49Speaker 3: is ridiculous to do. But the reason is somebody will
- 3:53Speaker 3: get confused and vote for the wrong Dan Sullivan first. Now,
- 3:57Speaker 3: the way the rank choice vote, rank choice voting works,
- 4:02Speaker 3: the fourth place person gets eliminated and their number two
- 4:05Speaker 3: votes get redistributed to the other candidates until someone gets
- 4:08Speaker 3: 50 percent. Then the third place finisher gets eliminated and
- 4:12Speaker 3: their votes get redistributed. And so It is ridiculous. Now, fortunately,
- 4:17Speaker 3: the voters are going to vote or at least have
- 4:19Speaker 3: a vote on eliminating ranked choice voting. So one of
- 4:21Speaker 3: the things we urge people to do was vote yes
- 4:24Speaker 3: on two. Two is the ballot referendum to end this
- 4:27Speaker 3: nonsense of ranked choice voting designed to elect Democrats. But
- 4:32Speaker 3: the reason I was in Alaska and by the way,
- 4:35Speaker 3: in the next two weeks, I'm going to be in
- 4:37Speaker 3: North Carolina. I'm going to be in South Carolina. I'm
- 4:39Speaker 3: going to be in Georgia. I'm going to be in Michigan.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I'm going to be in Kansas. I'm going to be
- 4:42Speaker 3: campaigning all over the state of Texas, putting real time
- 4:46Speaker 3: into helping hopefully us win Texas. But there are eight
- 4:51Speaker 3: to ten Senate races across the country that are basically tied,
- 4:56Speaker 3: that are all within the margin of error. We could
- 4:59Speaker 3: have a great election night. We could end up winning
- 5:01Speaker 3: all eight to ten. We could actually end up picking
- 5:04Speaker 3: up three or four Senate seats. We could win a
- 5:06Speaker 3: Senate seat in Michigan. We could win a Senate seat
- 5:08Speaker 3: in New Hampshire. We could win a Senate seat in Minnesota, actually.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Minnesota is quite competitive. And then we have a shot
- 5:15Speaker 3: at Georgia. Georgia, the numbers are rougher. But those are
- 5:18Speaker 3: our four pickup opportunities. So we could have a great night,
- 5:21Speaker 3: but we could also have a terrible night. Those eight
- 5:23Speaker 3: to ten seats, we could lose them all. And we
- 5:26Speaker 3: could wake up in January with 45 Republicans in the Senate.
- 5:31Speaker 3: I hope and pray that won't happen. I don't know
- 5:33Speaker 3: if it will. But I'll tell you, I'm devoting every
- 5:36Speaker 3: waking moment to fighting to prevent that and fighting to
- 5:40Speaker 3: hold on to our majorities in the House and Senate.
- 5:42Speaker 2: All right, I want to take a moment. I want
- 5:43Speaker 2: to talk to you about the International Fellowship of Christians
- 5:46Speaker 2: and Jews. A flag can say what words sometimes can't.
- 5:50Speaker 2: We remember, we stand with you, and you're not alone. Well,
- 5:53Speaker 2: this year, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews brought
- 5:56Speaker 2: that message to the world through its third annual Flags
- 5:59Speaker 2: of Fellowship initiative. More than 4,300 churches, synagogues, and universities
- 6:05Speaker 2: across 17 countries participated, planning over 5 million Israeli flags
- 6:10Speaker 2: to remember the lives lost on October 7th and stand
- 6:13Speaker 2: with the Jewish people.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Think about that.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Millions of flags, one powerful message. We will not turn
- 6:19Speaker 2: our backs. And that promise must continue long after the
- 6:22Speaker 2: flags come down. For someone who is hungry, frightened, or
- 6:26Speaker 2: in need of medical care, your support makes that promise real.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Your gift today helps deliver life-saving food, shelter, and medical
- 6:38Speaker 2: aid to the most vulnerable through the fellowship. It brings
- 6:41Speaker 2: help and hope of knowing that Americans stand with Israel
- 6:44Speaker 2: and the Jewish people. So let them know that we
- 6:47Speaker 2: have not forgotten them. Let them see that our commitment
- 6:50Speaker 2: reaches beyond the flags. Visit www.joinfof.org and give today. That's joinfof.org.
- 7:02Speaker 2: All right, Senator, I want to go back real quick
- 7:04Speaker 2: before we move on to some of the other issues.
- 7:06Speaker 2: And I think this is really important that people understand.
- 7:09Speaker 2: The polls right now, as you mentioned, it could go
- 7:11Speaker 2: one way, it could go the other. The good news
- 7:14Speaker 2: is we seem to see a lot of the Republicans
- 7:17Speaker 2: closing the gap with Democrats who are in the lead,
- 7:20Speaker 2: especially in these Senate races in these closing weeks, where
- 7:24Speaker 2: it seems to be trending at least in the right direction.
- 7:27Speaker 2: That is phenomenal news.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Yeah, look, I think momentum is positive. I think you're
- 7:32Speaker 3: seeing Republican candidates surge. But it's a question of turnout.
- 7:36Speaker 3: The left is going to show up. They're angry. They
- 7:39Speaker 3: hate Donald Trump. They're going to show up in massive numbers.
- 7:43Speaker 3: And what is dangerous is if conservatives stay home, if
- 7:47Speaker 3: conservatives are unhappy about this or that or the other,
- 7:50Speaker 3: if we're divided, if moderates decide, oh, I don't like
- 7:52Speaker 3: what's going on. If just common sense voters stay home,
- 7:57Speaker 3: that leads to a disaster. And so at this point,
- 8:00Speaker 3: it's all about turnout. And we're doing rallies. Look, in Alaska,
- 8:03Speaker 3: we covered 1,100 miles in 24 hours. We just got
- 8:08Speaker 3: on a little prop plane and flew from one town
- 8:10Speaker 3: to another to another, from one rally to another to another.
- 8:13Speaker 3: And I'm doing that all over the country, doing rallies
- 8:16Speaker 3: to help candidates, Senate candidates, gubernatorial candidates, House candidates, just
- 8:21Speaker 3: help turn out the votes and win. But This election
- 8:26Speaker 3: is really close, and everyone listening to Verdict should do
- 8:31Speaker 3: everything they can to not only show up and vote,
- 8:33Speaker 3: but get their friends, get their family, get everyone else
- 8:35Speaker 3: to show up, too.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and if you need to compare and contrast what
- 8:38Speaker 2: happens if we don't vote, let's take a look and
- 8:40Speaker 2: let's talk about what's happening right now in Europe, specifically
- 8:44Speaker 2: in France. It is shocking. I have a friend that's
- 8:47Speaker 2: actually over in France. I talked to them. It's a
- 8:49Speaker 2: guy I played tennis with in school. And he said
- 8:52Speaker 2: that they are terrified because they don't feel safe. They
- 8:54Speaker 2: don't have what we have here in this country with
- 8:57Speaker 2: with the Second Amendment. And so they are terrified of
- 9:01Speaker 2: the violence that is spreading. But they said it's now
- 9:03Speaker 2: spreading in almost every major city in France, including Paris.
- 9:08Speaker 2: People there that were going for weddings, they're putting up videos,
- 9:11Speaker 2: they're in shock. We see these tragic moments are being
- 9:14Speaker 2: caught on tape. A lot of it is not in
- 9:16Speaker 2: English where these store owners are begging the looters, please
- 9:20Speaker 2: don't destroy my store. This is all I have. This
- 9:23Speaker 2: is my everything. And they almost look at them with
- 9:25Speaker 2: a numb face or even smiling and they go in
- 9:28Speaker 2: and they ransack their stores. They're going after the mom
- 9:31Speaker 2: and pops and the Rolexes and the Louis Vuittons. They're
- 9:34Speaker 2: destroying anything they can get their hands on.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Well, France is burning, and it is tragic what is happening.
- 9:40Speaker 3: We are seeing full-scale riots. The numbers on Saturday, October 17th,
- 9:46Speaker 3: an estimated 550,000 people marched across France. That's according to
- 9:50Speaker 3: the Interior Ministry. Labor organizers put the number closer to 800,000.
- 9:55Speaker 3: So you've got hundreds of thousands of protesters, many of
- 9:59Speaker 3: them violent. By Sunday, authorities reported roughly 2,400 arrests and
- 10:05Speaker 3: nearly 1,000 injured police and gendarmes, according to the latest account.
- 10:12Speaker 3: One of the most shocking images was from Limoges. And there,
- 10:19Speaker 3: the historic city hall was engulfed in flames, was burned
- 10:23Speaker 3: to the ground, it collapsed. And this is violence that
- 10:28Speaker 3: is out of control, but understand, this is the direct
- 10:31Speaker 3: result of an invasion. Europe has committed... cultural suicide. And
- 10:37Speaker 3: it's heartbreaking to watch. Europe has extraordinary history, extraordinary culture,
- 10:44Speaker 3: the birthplace of democracy. The United States, we owe our
- 10:50Speaker 3: existence to European explorers who came and settled the New World.
- 10:57Speaker 3: And much of our culture and value came from Europe.
- 11:02Speaker 3: And yet Europe has... deliberately invited in an invasion. They
- 11:07Speaker 3: have been invaded, and the invaders, they don't share their culture,
- 11:12Speaker 3: they don't share their values, they don't share their faith,
- 11:15Speaker 3: and these are, it is a combination of communists and islamists.
- 11:24Speaker 3: who are rioting and protesting. Now, the press keeps reporting
- 11:27Speaker 3: it as, oh, this is just students, just students asking
- 11:30Speaker 3: for more resources for schools. Baloney, if you look at,
- 11:34Speaker 3: you see Palestinian flags everywhere, you see people waving communist banners,
- 11:40Speaker 3: and then you just see violent criminal leftists looting stores,
- 11:44Speaker 3: burning stores, burning down historic town halls. This is the
- 11:49Speaker 3: consequence of the Green-Red Alliance, and I'll tell you what
- 11:52Speaker 3: is scary. Europe is about 10 years ahead of America.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Europe is foreshadowing what happens in America if we don't
- 12:03Speaker 3: stop the Green-Red Alliance. You want to know what these
- 12:06Speaker 3: midterms are about? Turn on the TV and watch Paris
- 12:09Speaker 3: on fire. That's what will happen here. The same communists
- 12:15Speaker 3: and Islamists that hate Europe, they hate America, and they
- 12:18Speaker 3: want to do to America what they're doing to France
- 12:20Speaker 3: right now.
- 12:21Speaker 2: All right, I want to take a moment and talk
- 12:22Speaker 2: to you real quick about Americans United for Life. Women
- 12:26Speaker 2: deserve the truth. They deserve compassion, and they deserve accurate
- 12:29Speaker 2: information about what happens when abortions are performed. Chemical abortion
- 12:35Speaker 2: is now the most common method of abortion in America.
- 12:38Speaker 2: The FDA says... The FDA says Mifepristone is safe when
- 12:43Speaker 2: used as indicated, but that does not mean it is
- 12:46Speaker 2: without serious risks. Mifepristone carries the Food and Drug Administration's
- 12:51Speaker 2: strongest safety warning, a black box warning, which cautions this
- 12:55Speaker 2: sometimes serious and sometimes fatal infections or bleeding. That is
- 13:01Speaker 2: what they say can occur. It is also important to
- 13:04Speaker 2: understand that abortion pills do not treat certain life-threatening conditions.
- 13:07Speaker 2: pregnancy complications as well in some cases they can mask
- 13:11Speaker 2: deadly complications putting women's lives in extreme danger these are
- 13:16Speaker 2: not statistics these are women and they deserve the truth
- 13:19Speaker 2: they are our daughters our granddaughters our sisters and friends
- 13:23Speaker 2: americans united for life fights to ensure these women know
- 13:27Speaker 2: what these drugs do the risks involved and when they
- 13:30Speaker 2: need emergency medical care now your support helps americans united
- 13:34Speaker 2: for life continue that work across america So please support
- 13:38Speaker 2: Americans United for Life today at aul.org slash verdict. That's
- 13:45Speaker 2: aul.org slash verdict. Stand for women. Stand for children. Stand
- 13:49Speaker 2: for human life. Support Americans United for Life at aul.org
- 13:54Speaker 2: slash verdict. By the way, France leadership is also really
- 13:58Speaker 2: shocking right now. Macron is basically lame duck. He's out in,
- 14:01Speaker 2: I think, six months or less. he did a address
- 14:06Speaker 2: to the nation, I think it was Sunday night over there,
- 14:09Speaker 2: where he was saying, I can't believe that the French
- 14:12Speaker 2: people would do this to France. There was an amount
- 14:16Speaker 2: of just pathological being tone death to reality. Instead of
- 14:22Speaker 2: calling it out the way that you just did, that
- 14:25Speaker 2: this is a massive immigration problem, Islamist problem, communist problem,
- 14:29Speaker 2: And realizing a lot of the protesters clearly are people
- 14:32Speaker 2: that have come into France. They were not born in France.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Who he's invited. Who he has invited. Yes. And he's
- 14:39Speaker 3: braced and welcomed. Come invade my nation and destroy it.
- 14:43Speaker 2: And he sits there and he goes, I can't believe
- 14:45Speaker 2: the people of France, right, the citizens of France would
- 14:47Speaker 2: do this to France. And I'm like, dude, if you
- 14:49Speaker 2: don't know who's doing this to you, which is people, again,
- 14:52Speaker 2: you've invited them in, but they're not the people of France.
- 14:54Speaker 2: The people of France, the majority of them are terrified
- 14:57Speaker 2: and saddened by what they're watching.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Look, that is exactly right. It turns out the reverse
- 15:02Speaker 3: crusades were a really bad idea. Look, you look at
- 15:06Speaker 3: the crusades, the crusades where a bunch of Christians came
- 15:11Speaker 3: in and invaded the Middle East. Well, this is now
- 15:16Speaker 3: Muslim nations invading Europe and destroying them. And I want
- 15:21Speaker 3: you to listen to This was a couple of weeks
- 15:24Speaker 3: ago that a French woman, a French woman named Thais
- 15:28Speaker 3: de Escoufan, although my French is not very good, she
- 15:33Speaker 3: posted this video on Twitter, and I actually retweeted it.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Elon Musk retweeted it. It's really powerful, and she's just
- 15:42Speaker 3: a beautiful French woman who is... grieving what is happening
- 15:47Speaker 3: to the country she loves and the culture she loves.
- 15:50Speaker 3: I want you to give a listen to what she
- 15:52Speaker 3: has to say.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Hello to all friends of Europeans. I am native French
- 15:59Speaker 1: and I am so ashamed. I'm not ashamed of being French,
- 16:05Speaker 1: of course, but I'm so ashamed to see France accumulating
- 16:09Speaker 1: itself like this. being dragged through the muds for the
- 16:12Speaker 1: whole world to see. For more than three days now,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you've seen that high school students have been wrecking havoc
- 16:19Speaker 1: across France to protest against their overly demanding school schedules,
- 16:24Speaker 1: poor things, and the lack of resources in schools to
- 16:27Speaker 1: provide them with a better quality of education. Here, for example,
- 16:32Speaker 1: you can see high school students protesting against the lack
- 16:35Speaker 1: of trash cans in their schools.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Here, against the shortage of teachers. And here, against student
- 16:39Speaker 3: poverty by setting.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Fire to the eco-friendly, anti-racist Nelson Mandela High School, which
- 16:58Speaker 1: costed 77 millions to build. Obviously, you understand that all
- 17:02Speaker 1: of this is nothing more than an excuse found by
- 17:05Speaker 1: a certain New France to skip school and unleash all
- 17:09Speaker 1: their hatred against everything that represents France, the police and
- 17:14Speaker 1: even firefighters, because They're racists. Meanwhile, Macron remains silent because
- 17:19Speaker 1: he has completely lost control. And you know, I remember
- 17:23Speaker 1: when I was in middle school, the 2005 riots in
- 17:26Speaker 1: the suburbs were discussed in contemporary history class. But now,
- 17:30Speaker 1: immigrants and their descendants are everywhere. They are no longer
- 17:35Speaker 1: confined to the suburbs. Looting and mob violence are becoming
- 17:38Speaker 1: increasingly frequent. The Nile case, every PSG match celebration, Black
- 17:44Speaker 1: Lives Matter and so on. Not to mention the everyday assaults,
- 17:47Speaker 1: murders and rapes committed against our people. It has become
- 17:51Speaker 1: so recurrent that no one would even bother keeping track
- 17:54Speaker 1: of every riot anymore. It has become almost normal. Every
- 17:59Speaker 1: generation of immigrants hates us more than the one before.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Some of these rioters are 14, 15 years old. However,
- 18:07Speaker 1: they were born here, raised here, So do you really
- 18:11Speaker 1: think things are going to get better? We have done
- 18:14Speaker 1: everything for them. Everything. Social benefits, anti-racist policies, new schools.
- 18:21Speaker 1: And this is how they thank us? Assimilation is a myth.
- 18:25Speaker 1: We have to stop pretending it is possible to make
- 18:28Speaker 1: it work anymore. Now they are trying to make us
- 18:30Speaker 1: feel sorry for them because one of them lost an
- 18:33Speaker 1: eye while attacking police officers. I can tell you that
- 18:36Speaker 1: not only will I never shed tears, a single tear
- 18:39Speaker 1: for the Turks that they would deserve for there to
- 18:42Speaker 1: be more of them. The question is, how did we
- 18:44Speaker 1: ever get to this point? France, like this jewel of
- 18:48Speaker 1: European civilization, a country of extraordinary cultural wealth brought to
- 18:53Speaker 1: its knees by Turks with an IQ of 80, they
- 18:56Speaker 1: only understand force and we are too weak. We need
- 19:00Speaker 1: to get rid of all empathy. These people hate us
- 19:04Speaker 1: and would like to see us dead. So we will
- 19:06Speaker 1: never coexist peacefully. It is either them or us. So
- 19:11Speaker 1: the reasonable and peaceful solution is to send them back
- 19:15Speaker 1: to the countries of origin they love so much. Please
- 19:18Speaker 1: share this video. Americans, Westerners, Europeans and their friends. The
- 19:23Speaker 1: French are counting on you to shine a light on
- 19:26Speaker 1: what the media refused to show about the situation here.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Look at what we have become. Do not make the
- 19:32Speaker 1: same mistakes we did. Close your borders while you still
- 19:35Speaker 1: have time. Across the world, European peoples are facing the
- 19:39Speaker 1: same problems. We are all in this together and together
- 19:43Speaker 1: we will prevail.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Senator, you know, you listen to this video and then
- 19:47Speaker 2: you look at one of the other pictures that has
- 19:49Speaker 2: gone viral. over the last, I don't know, 12 hours.
- 19:52Speaker 2: There is a couple in Paris where the rioters robbed them.
- 19:57Speaker 2: They were in their 80s and they left them only
- 20:00Speaker 2: in their underwear. They stole their clothes. They stole all
- 20:03Speaker 2: of their belongings. And the picture shows the masked men.
- 20:07Speaker 2: They're all in black. They have the hoodies on. With
- 20:10Speaker 2: two people that are in their 80s. I mean, an 80-year-old,
- 20:12Speaker 2: they look like they are 80. The man is in
- 20:15Speaker 2: his underwear. The woman is in her underwear, nightgown-esque type thing.
- 20:19Speaker 2: They stole everything that they had in the streets, and
- 20:22Speaker 2: no one stopped them, and they're 80.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Look, this is evil. This is violent. This is dangerous. And,
- 20:32Speaker 3: you know, the tragedy is this was invited by the
- 20:36Speaker 3: French government. It has been invited by Europe. They have
- 20:39Speaker 3: welcomed Islamist invaders. You know, one of the most profound
- 20:43Speaker 3: things that that young woman said there is each generation
- 20:46Speaker 3: of these immigrants hates us more than the one before them.
- 20:50Speaker 3: And we are seeing this. This is not... look, America,
- 20:55Speaker 3: we're a country of immigrants, but immigrants who came here
- 20:57Speaker 3: to assimilate. One of the things she says also is
- 20:59Speaker 3: assimilation is a myth. If you look at particularly the
- 21:03Speaker 3: illegal immigrants in America who Joe Biden and the Democrats
- 21:08Speaker 3: invited in, they invited them in to change this country,
- 21:11Speaker 3: not to become Americans, but to fundamentally tear this country down.
- 21:15Speaker 3: You look at the Islamist whether Abdul Zayed or whether
- 21:20Speaker 3: Zoran Mondami, they want to fundamentally change this country and
- 21:25Speaker 3: mandate Sharia law and take away our liberties. That's what
- 21:29Speaker 3: is at stake here. And I got to say, you know,
- 21:32Speaker 3: another video that went viral that I want to play
- 21:35Speaker 3: right now is a video of another pretty young French woman,
- 21:39Speaker 3: although this pretty young French woman is a leftist. and
- 21:43Speaker 3: she originally started joining the protest, because as a leftist,
- 21:47Speaker 3: she's like, oh, this protesting is great, but it so
- 21:49Speaker 3: happens that this French woman is also, her father owns
- 21:53Speaker 3: a store, and the protesters began looting the store, and
- 21:58Speaker 3: the video I'm going to play, it's in French, so
- 22:01Speaker 3: Ben and I are going to narrate the English translation
- 22:03Speaker 3: of what she's saying. If you can watch the video,
- 22:07Speaker 3: this is a good one to watch on YouTube, because
- 22:09Speaker 3: the images are really profound, but I want to play
- 22:11Speaker 3: it And Ben and I, while it's playing, are going
- 22:15Speaker 3: to tell you in English what she's saying. Here, give
- 22:18Speaker 3: a listen.
- 22:19Speaker 2: She starts yelling, stop. Why are you doing this? This
- 22:24Speaker 2: isn't the cause. Don't touch me. Stop it, she says.
- 22:28Speaker 2: This ain't your store. My father's store. Get some wine,
- 22:32Speaker 2: one of the people yells. They're in the store, destroyed.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I'm done shopping, one of them says. There's shampoo, want
- 22:37Speaker 2: some ice cream.
- 22:39Speaker 3: The look of horror on this young woman's face, it's
- 22:42Speaker 3: an image that has gone viral. The look of just
- 22:45Speaker 3: agony and horror. And the line, she said, this isn't
- 22:49Speaker 3: the cause. And she says that multiple times. This isn't
- 22:52Speaker 3: the cause. This isn't the cause. And by the way,
- 22:54Speaker 3: they forcibly push her out of the way. And they're
- 22:56Speaker 3: just breaking into the store. They're trashing it. They're taking
- 22:59Speaker 3: everything from the store. And these are thieves and criminals.
- 23:02Speaker 3: And you see this young leftist who understands she voted
- 23:05Speaker 3: for this. This is what she wanted. These are the
- 23:08Speaker 3: people she wanted in France. And you see, look, when
- 23:12Speaker 3: the mob comes for you.
- 23:16Speaker 3: They turn on even the naive liberals who welcome them in,
- 23:21Speaker 3: and it is tragic, but it's also a real warning
- 23:24Speaker 3: to America. Yeah, it is.
- 23:26Speaker 2: And by the way, the numbers are not just like
- 23:28Speaker 2: 10 stores or 20 stores. It is in the thousands,
- 23:31Speaker 2: they say, of stores that have been ransacked, looted, or
- 23:34Speaker 2: attacked in all across France. I mean, when we say
- 23:38Speaker 2: this is widespread and anarchy, that is literally what this is.
- 23:42Speaker 2: It's not in one little area. This is in multiple places.
- 23:45Speaker 2: They're also going after the government buildings, historic buildings, burning churches.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I mean, there is nothing that is off limits in
- 23:52Speaker 2: France right now.
- 23:53Speaker 3: And understand, like the Black Lives Matter riots in the
- 23:57Speaker 3: United States, like the anti-Semitic protests and riots on college
- 24:02Speaker 3: campuses across the country, like the open border riots we
- 24:05Speaker 3: had in America, this is not organic. This is funded.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Yep.
- 24:09Speaker 3: There is money behind it, and in fact, I want
- 24:12Speaker 3: to spend a little bit of time on an article
- 24:14Speaker 3: that Fox News put out by a woman named.
- 24:17Speaker 2: I was going to ask you, how much of the
- 24:19Speaker 2: money you think that's going to France also comes to America.
- 24:22Speaker 3: From the same people?
- 24:24Speaker 2: It's the same money.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Exactly, that's my point. And I want to read from
- 24:27Speaker 3: an article by a woman named Asra Q. Nomani in
- 24:31Speaker 3: Fox News, and it's entitled, Behind France's Student Riots, Communists, Unions,
- 24:37Speaker 3: and a Global Propaganda Network. Fox News Digital traces how
- 24:40Speaker 3: a transnational network of 50 groups mobilizes around school protests.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Only one-third of them are youth groups. When young adults
- 24:49Speaker 3: stormed France's Bastille on Thursday, a little-known media outlet called
- 24:53Speaker 3: Breakthrough News sent followers a, quote, breaking alert. French students
- 24:58Speaker 3: flood Bastille Square in Paris. But that isn't the full story.
- 25:03Speaker 3: A Fox News digital investigation has found that a transnational
- 25:06Speaker 3: network of far-left communist and socialist organizations is seizing on
- 25:12Speaker 3: France's fiery student protests to advance a wider political and
- 25:16Speaker 3: ideological agenda, using tactics deployed in the United States over
- 25:20Speaker 3: the past decade to amplify unrest, deepen divisions, and project
- 25:26Speaker 3: an image of chaos. Earlier in the week, Breakthrough News
- 25:30Speaker 3: splashed another headline across the front of its website. French
- 25:34Speaker 3: students shut down schools in historic strike against austerity, mobilizing
- 25:39Speaker 3: with support from unions and progressive forces. But those, quote,
- 25:44Speaker 3: progressive forces aren't limited to students demanding education reform. From
- 25:49Speaker 3: France to the United States, the United Kingdom to Brazil, Greece,
- 25:54Speaker 3: and India, adults with deep pockets are tapping France's school
- 25:59Speaker 3: protest and turning a domestic education dispute into a platform
- 26:04Speaker 3: for broader political and ideological confrontation. Breakthrough News is a
- 26:10Speaker 3: pro-communist propaganda outlet based in New York City, funded by
- 26:15Speaker 3: an American-born, Shanghai-based communist tech tycoon, Neville Roy Singham. who
- 26:21Speaker 3: has financed a network of communist and far-left groups in
- 26:25Speaker 3: the United States that have capitalized on grievances to stoke
- 26:29Speaker 3: similar street unrest for almost a decade. A Fox News
- 26:34Speaker 3: digital investigation traces how a movement that the media is
- 26:37Speaker 3: mostly framing as students protesting deteriorating school conditions is actually
- 26:43Speaker 3: part of an extensive infrastructure of unions, communist activists, far-left
- 26:49Speaker 3: political parties, and international media organizations that are organizing demonstrations,
- 26:54Speaker 3: calling strikes, mobilizing supporters, and broadcasting the arrest around the
- 26:59Speaker 3: world with, quote, breaking alerts. In a digital analysis of
- 27:04Speaker 3: scores of news articles, social media posts, and public statements,
- 27:08Speaker 3: Fox News Digital has identified 50 organizations in the French
- 27:12Speaker 3: student protest movement and its wider network of supporters and
- 27:16Speaker 3: international amplifiers. revealing an activist ecosystem extending far beyond the
- 27:21Speaker 3: students who launched the demonstrations. Of the network of 50 groups,
- 27:28Speaker 3: 15 are student or youth groups, including several communist youth
- 27:32Speaker 3: movements and a Muslim student association. The remaining 35 adult
- 27:38Speaker 3: groups include a dozen labor unions, eight communist or social organizations,
- 27:44Speaker 3: five groups spanning other issues from taxes to parental advocacy,
- 27:49Speaker 3: environmental activism, economic justice, international media, and diaspora organizing, five
- 27:55Speaker 3: civil rights or human rights groups, four political parties, one,
- 28:01Speaker 3: the French Communist Party, one Palestinian advocacy group that complete
- 28:08Speaker 3: the red-green alliance of communists with Muslims. That's what's happening
- 28:16Speaker 3: in France, and it is also what's happening here in America.
- 28:21Speaker 2: All right, I want to take a moment and talk
- 28:22Speaker 2: to you real quick about the midterms. You got to
- 28:24Speaker 2: listen up, folks, because there are enough people listening to
- 28:28Speaker 2: this show right now that if they don't vote, it
- 28:32Speaker 2: could swing key states in the 26th election to the Democrats.
- 28:36Speaker 2: And everyone listening knows every single ultra far left Democratic socialist. Well,
- 28:41Speaker 2: they're going to be showing up to vote this fall
- 28:43Speaker 2: that I can guarantee you. The Democrats, they are fired up.
- 28:46Speaker 2: They hate Trump and we can't let them win. Because
- 28:50Speaker 2: if we lose, they'll undo everything our movement has fought for.
- 28:53Speaker 2: I need you to vote early so that you can
- 28:56Speaker 2: bank your vote and fight back against the left's turnout machine.
- 29:00Speaker 2: If you live in the critical Senate battleground states of
- 29:03Speaker 2: Maine or Ohio, early voting is already underway starting this week.
- 29:07Speaker 2: So go to GOPvotes.org right now and find out when
- 29:12Speaker 2: you can vote. Making your voice heard is easier than ever.
- 29:16Speaker 2: You can get election reminders, look up your polling location,
- 29:19Speaker 2: and pick a date to vote early. Go to gopvotes.org today.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Paid for by the SLF PAC, not authorized by any
- 29:28Speaker 2: candidate or candidates committee. Which brings us to finally one
- 29:32Speaker 2: of the big races here, Abdul El-Said. There's more and
- 29:34Speaker 2: more that continues to come out about him. We've talked
- 29:38Speaker 2: about this senator an awful lot. but I want to
- 29:40Speaker 2: give an update real quick for everybody so they know
- 29:43Speaker 2: the latest on the news around him also ties to
- 29:46Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I want you to listen to Abdul Al-Sayed being
- 29:52Speaker 3: asked to condemn the Muslim Brotherhood, and he refuses to
- 29:57Speaker 3: do so, and there's a reason. And we had, by
- 29:59Speaker 3: the way, last week, if you didn't listen to our
- 30:02Speaker 3: podcast on the evidence, the receipts behind Abdul Al-Sayed and
- 30:07Speaker 3: his family's deep, deep, and long-standing connections to the Muslim Brotherhood,
- 30:11Speaker 3: you should, because he's lying about it. NBC News, Meet
- 30:15Speaker 3: the Press tried to cover up, just accepted his word. Oh, okay,
- 30:18Speaker 3: you're not connected to them. All's good. But I want
- 30:21Speaker 3: you to listen to this exchange as Al-Said is asked
- 30:24Speaker 3: directly to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood. It's a simple question.
- 30:29Speaker 6: No, your friend's got the mic.
- 30:30Speaker 5: I'll ask you a simple question.
- 30:31Speaker 1: You give me your name, I'll answer the question.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Hi, Tommy, how are you?
- 30:36Speaker 5: Do you know what the Constitution of the United States is?
- 30:39Speaker 1: I have one simple question.
- 30:41Speaker 5: Will you disavow the Muslim world?
- 30:42Speaker 4: Sure.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.
- 30:43Speaker 4: But I want to ask them the question that you're asking.
- 30:46Speaker 5: Why are you asking the question?
- 30:47Speaker 3: Well, because they're a terrorist group.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Okay.
- 30:51Speaker 6: No, no, but what are you implying?
- 30:53Speaker 5: Do you assume that I wouldn't?
- 30:55Speaker 3: Yes. Why not?
- 30:56Speaker 5: Because I have not heard you disavow them yet.
- 30:58Speaker 6: Have you disavowed them?
- 30:59Speaker 5: I haven't heard you disavow them yet.
- 31:01Speaker 1: You're great.
- 31:02Speaker 5: But here's the thing about it. You're asking the question
- 31:05Speaker 5: because implicitly you assume that I'll have dual loyalty.
- 31:08Speaker 4: Right?
- 31:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 31:10Speaker 5: You assume that somehow I wouldn't disavow it. Or that
- 31:14Speaker 5: I'll have some higher order allegiance.
- 31:17Speaker 4: Than the Constitution.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Correct?
- 31:19Speaker 5: Tommy, is that what you want? Why would you think
- 31:21Speaker 5: that about me?
- 31:23Speaker 1: No, no, no, no.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Why would you actually think that about me?
- 31:27Speaker 3: But I just did.
- 31:27Speaker 5: But why would you actually think that?
- 31:30Speaker 4: Have you asked everybody in your.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Life if they disavow it?
- 31:34Speaker 5: So why are you asking me?
- 31:36Speaker 3: No, no, no.
- 31:37Speaker 4: Answer the question, Tommy.
- 31:38Speaker 5: Everybody knows the answer to it.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Answer the question. All right.
- 31:43Speaker 5: So let me just tell you.
- 31:44Speaker 4: Let me just tell you.
- 31:46Speaker 3: I'm going to swear an.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Oath to the Constitution of the United States.
- 31:49Speaker 5: And that Constitution guarantees us all the right to practice
- 31:52Speaker 5: whatever faith we want, but no faith at all.
- 31:56Speaker 1: And now, you assume, you.
- 31:59Speaker 5: Assume, Tommy, that because I am Muslim, that somehow I
- 32:03Speaker 5: would have some allegiance to something that is not our Constitution.
- 32:07Speaker 5: That's your assumption. That's implicit in the question. And what's
- 32:11Speaker 5: interesting to me is that this is not the first
- 32:13Speaker 5: time people have asked those kinds of questions. Because, do
- 32:16Speaker 5: you know who John F. Kennedy is?
- 32:17Speaker 4: Do you know who that is, Tommy? All right.
- 32:21Speaker 6: Do you know when he was asked as the first
- 32:24Speaker 6: possible Catholic president of the United States?
- 32:26Speaker 4: When did they ask him?
- 32:27Speaker 3: You don't remember? We should read history.
- 32:30Speaker 6: Tommy, when he ran for president, He was asked whether
- 32:33Speaker 6: or not he was going.
- 32:35Speaker 7: To have allegiance to the Pope at the Vatican, because
- 32:39Speaker 7: of course he's Catholic. And his answer, famously, was that
- 32:43Speaker 7: he was not running to be a Catholic president, he
- 32:45Speaker 7: was running to be president and happened to be Catholic.
- 32:47Speaker 3: I'm not running to be a Catholic.
- 32:51Speaker 4: I'm running to be a Catholic.
- 32:56Speaker 6: I'm not running to be.
- 32:59Speaker 4: A Catholic. And so.
- 33:00Speaker 1: You know, it's important, I think, because you.
- 33:03Speaker 5: Would ask this question.
- 33:06Speaker 6: In a way that suggests that somehow our Constitution shouldn't
- 33:12Speaker 6: be the thing that all of us bear allegiance to.
- 33:16Speaker 6: And I'm just telling you that for me, that Constitution
- 33:20Speaker 6: is the guiding light.
- 33:21Speaker 5: It guarantees me.
- 33:22Speaker 7: The right to pray as I choose to pray or
- 33:24Speaker 7: not pray at all.
- 33:25Speaker 1: It guarantees me the right to pray as you choose to.
- 33:30Speaker 4: Pray.
- 33:31Speaker 5: Or not pray at all? I'm going to ask you
- 33:33Speaker 5: about your faith. Are you a man of faith? What
- 33:35Speaker 5: faith do you practice?
- 33:37Speaker 1: You're a Christian?
- 33:38Speaker 3: Do you?
- 33:39Speaker 4: No, no.
- 33:39Speaker 5: I mean, it's a good question to look at. Do
- 33:42Speaker 5: you live by Christian doctrine?
- 33:46Speaker 4: Good.
- 33:46Speaker 5: And you try as hard as you can to live
- 33:47Speaker 5: by Christian doctrine, right?
- 33:49Speaker 4: Do you think I have to live by Christian doctrine?
- 33:52Speaker 4: Do you? It's up to me, right? Why?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Why is it up to me?
- 33:58Speaker 4: Right. Free will and also in this country, what else
- 34:00Speaker 4: do we have? What else do we have, Tommy? No,
- 34:06Speaker 4: I mean, you're asking me about my allegiance to the Constitution.
- 34:09Speaker 4: It's the Constitution, my God. We have a Constitution.
- 34:12Speaker 6: And that Constitution guarantees you the right to live by
- 34:14Speaker 6: your faith and guarantees me the right to do the same.
- 34:18Speaker 5: And the reality of it is this.
- 34:20Speaker 6: I'm never going to tell you what faith you can
- 34:22Speaker 6: or can't practice.
- 34:23Speaker 5: I want to protect your right to practice your faith
- 34:25Speaker 5: as you choose as a Christian man. In the protection
- 34:30Speaker 5: of is that it seems like you don't want to
- 34:36Speaker 5: protect my right to practice as I.
- 34:37Speaker 4: Choose to do.
- 34:41Speaker 5: And I'm going to ask you, do you disavow any
- 34:47Speaker 5: attempt to read any religious doctrine into the laws of
- 34:50Speaker 5: our country? You don't disavow that. So I think it's
- 34:56Speaker 5: you who needs to understand the Constitution now.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Senator, I got to say, I wish I could have
- 35:07Speaker 2: taken over Tommy for a second because instead of just
- 35:10Speaker 2: saying what I what I wish you would have said
- 35:13Speaker 2: was why I'm asking this question, because your family has
- 35:17Speaker 2: said that they are. The Muslim Brotherhood. Your writings have
- 35:21Speaker 2: talked about how much you like the Muslim Brotherhood. Your
- 35:24Speaker 2: funding comes directly from organizations tied to the Muslim Brotherhood.
- 35:28Speaker 2: I'm not asking you to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood because
- 35:31Speaker 2: you're Muslim. I'm asking if you disavow the Muslim Brotherhood
- 35:34Speaker 2: because of your financial and family direct ties to the
- 35:38Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood, which is a terrorist organization. Unfortunately, Tommy didn't
- 35:43Speaker 2: go there.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Yeah, look, I appreciate that young man, Tommy, asking the question.
- 35:48Speaker 3: And by the way, you listen, Abdul El-Sayed is talented. Understand,
- 35:52Speaker 3: these communists and Islamists who are taking over the Democrat Party,
- 35:56Speaker 3: they're not lacking in charm. They're not lacking in intelligence.
- 35:59Speaker 3: They are highly charismatic. They are highly intelligent. Zoran Mandami
- 36:03Speaker 3: is incredibly talented. AOC is very, very talented. El-Sayed is very,
- 36:07Speaker 3: very talented. Tallarico is very, very talented. These people... They
- 36:11Speaker 3: are liars, they are ideologues, they are dangerous, but they
- 36:16Speaker 3: can sound charming and charismatic. And you're right, the reason
- 36:20Speaker 3: to ask that is not simply because he's Muslim. It
- 36:24Speaker 3: is because he has a long history, him personally, Abdul El-Sayed,
- 36:29Speaker 3: of vocally advocating for the Muslim Brotherhood, writing op-eds, defending
- 36:33Speaker 3: the Muslim Brotherhood, urging the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt to
- 36:37Speaker 3: purge the police and the press to go after them.
- 36:40Speaker 3: actively defending it. His sister, who is a vicious anti-American
- 36:44Speaker 3: communist and leftist, and she vocally hates America. His sister
- 36:49Speaker 3: celebrated October 7th, celebrated 9-11, viciously hates America. His sister
- 36:54Speaker 3: has said repeatedly that their family has long supported the
- 36:59Speaker 3: Muslim Brotherhood. The single largest donor to the super PAC
- 37:04Speaker 3: supporting al-Said is his father-in-law, who is a founder of
- 37:10Speaker 3: the Islamic Society of North America, ISNA, which is an
- 37:14Speaker 3: unindicted co-conspirator In the Holy Land Foundation criminal case, that
- 37:20Speaker 3: was a criminal case that convicted the Holy Land Foundation
- 37:23Speaker 3: of funneling over $ 12 million to Hamas to be used
- 37:27Speaker 3: for terrorism. And the biggest funder of El-Said is one
- 37:33Speaker 3: of the founders of that unindicted co-conspirator. The evidence is massive.
- 37:39Speaker 3: And it's interesting that in his answer, El-Said said, well,
- 37:42Speaker 3: the Constitution protects your right to practice your faith, and
- 37:45Speaker 3: I'll protect your right Abdul Al-Said has said he has a, quote,
- 37:51Speaker 3: obligation to follow Sharia law. Sharia law... is not about
- 37:57Speaker 3: every person do as you want and follow your own faith.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Sharia law is about the government forcing you to obey
- 38:04Speaker 3: Sharia law, forcing you to obey Muslim doctrine, that it
- 38:09Speaker 3: is an ideology of using government power to force everyone,
- 38:14Speaker 3: whether Christian or Jew or atheist, to comply with Sharia law.
- 38:18Speaker 3: That is what Abdul Al-Sayed has said he has an
- 38:23Speaker 3: obligation to implement. And by the way, I will say,
- 38:28Speaker 3: you know, in Egypt, there are Coptic Christians who are
- 38:33Speaker 3: Egyptian Christians. When Mohammed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood president, took over,
- 38:39Speaker 3: they persecuted, the Muslim Brotherhood persecuted the Egyptian Christians. There
- 38:43Speaker 3: are thousands of Coptic Christians living in Michigan right now.
- 38:48Speaker 3: who have been persecuted by the Muslim Brotherhood previously. It's
- 38:52Speaker 3: not theoretical. They know what it's like. And at the
- 38:55Speaker 3: time that Mohammed Morsi was persecuting the Christians in Egypt,
- 39:00Speaker 3: you know what Abdul El Saad was saying? Keep at it.
- 39:06Speaker 3: He wasn't just not denouncing them. He was cheering them on.
- 39:09Speaker 3: He was saying, purge the press, purge the police, go
- 39:12Speaker 3: after them. So his record is directly contrary to the
- 39:17Speaker 3: lies he's campaigning on now. But I'll tell you, the
- 39:21Speaker 3: corporate media will not report those facts, which is why
- 39:24Speaker 3: this podcast, the listeners of this podcast share this podcast
- 39:28Speaker 3: so that people have the facts. Because if you don't
- 39:31Speaker 3: want America to look like France, the time to act
- 39:35Speaker 3: is right now in this election.
