- 0:00So the question today is what happens when you
- 0:03build a life that looks successful from the outside
- 0:05But your soul keeps whispering that there's something
- 0:08more Today's guest Jeffrey understands that question
- 0:13deeply and for more than three decades Jeffrey
- 0:15led a successful steel company following the
- 0:18path centered around achievement, responsibility,
- 0:20and financial security. But by the age of 50
- 0:23he was courageous enough to make the decision
- 0:26to step away from the corporate world and follow
- 0:29a deeper spiritual calling. Today Jeffrey is
- 0:33a spiritual life coach, channeler, and energy
- 0:36intuitive. He is also a channeler of a collective
- 0:39spiritual energy whose teaching center on healing
- 0:42authenticity, trust, self -awareness, and the
- 0:47evolution of human consciousness. this conversation,
- 0:51Jeffrey and I explore what it truly means to
- 0:54live a soul -led life, how it can bring and recognize
- 0:58the difference between fear and conditioning
- 1:01versus the quieter guidance of the soul and why
- 1:05receiving spiritual wisdom is not enough. we
- 1:08must learn how to live it we also discuss why
- 1:11spirituality is not about escaping the human
- 1:14experience it is about meeting life with greater
- 1:18awareness compassion and cure and courage and
- 1:22love right so if you've ever created a life that
- 1:26appeared successful but still felt that like
- 1:28something was missing right or a sense that your
- 1:31soul was calling you into a new direction Believe
- 1:34me, this is a conversation you are not going
- 1:37to want to miss. So let's welcome Jeffrey. Hey,
- 1:41welcome back to Just Be True A Soul -Led podcast.

- 2:02get into it. Hi, everyone. Welcome to Just Be
- 2:15True, a Soledad podcast. I'm so glad you're here
- 2:17today. And I have the amazing pleasure to be
- 2:21here with Jeffrey today. What an amazing story
- 2:24and a leader in this spiritual space. And thank
- 2:28you so much for being here. Thank you for having
- 2:31me. Thank you for having me somewhere. It is
- 2:34it is truly an honor to be on your podcast. So
- 2:37thank you. Absolutely. So when I was reading
- 2:40your story, I love I love your story about where
- 2:43you came from. And so for the audience, just
- 2:48real quick, it's like, Jeffrey came from being
- 2:52a successful president of a steel company, of
- 2:55all things, and he left the corporate world,
- 2:58oh my goodness, at like the age 50, and followed
- 3:02your soul's purpose and your guide. And so share
- 3:07that with us and how that transitioned for you.
- 3:10Yeah, well first of all, you know as you played
- 3:13that video I got a tingle in my heart with just
- 3:18be true because It's kind of interesting at 74
- 3:24now I've been on my journey for over 20 years
- 3:27and considering writing a book about the the
- 3:32do -over I had and the two lives the privilege
- 3:35of having those two lives and I will say that
- 3:38you know when I began my journey, I really didn't
- 3:41think that the first life was a real privilege
- 3:43Because I'm sure you can identify with that summary,
- 3:48you know what i'm talking about um But it it
- 3:52was the primer it was setting us up for you know
- 3:56what? What we're you know here for just the for
- 4:00the just be true part and sometimes yeah Sometimes
- 4:04you have to experience just be false before you
- 4:08can be just be true, right? And so that's what
- 4:11I had. That's what I had. And so, and I've talked
- 4:15to many people, some people, you know, begin
- 4:17their journey, their awakening in a flash. Sometimes
- 4:21it'll be something really intense, like a near
- 4:24death experience or a job loss breakup, whatever.
- 4:28Mine was a little more subtle. I started to get
- 4:31the inkling after being in the business for 30
- 4:36years. went in very young. I dropped out after
- 4:39second year university and went into the family
- 4:42business at 21. And so 30 years, 50, 51, I was
- 4:50starting to get interested in leadership. I was
- 4:52starting, the company grew. I was fascinated
- 4:55with starting to bring in culture and training.
- 4:58And I just thought it was because the company
- 5:01was growing and I had to do it. But it was It
- 5:05was that that got me really excited. It started
- 5:08to get me feeling like, yeah, just be true. I
- 5:13love reading these leadership books. And we hired
- 5:17a human resources consultant who helped us with
- 5:21the culture. And he was into personal development
- 5:24and suggested some personal development books.
- 5:28And I remember the first book that he gave me
- 5:31when I went off on vacation, it was Robin Sharma
- 5:34is the monk who sold his Ferrari and some people
- 5:37are familiar with it. He's a Canadian was interesting
- 5:39book And it was just like wow that yeah, this
- 5:43feels right. This feels true And it turned out
- 5:46he became my first coach And I never looked back
- 5:51Hung on to the business probably a little bit
- 5:53too long because I was kind of afraid to let
- 5:56it go Just as when we transition out of that
- 6:02um career that we thought we were supposed to
- 6:05have uh you're kind of you're not sure you know
- 6:09how to do it and and just like in your story
- 6:11as we were chatting before the universe made
- 6:14it quite clear that um i was to move on and so
- 6:18uh you know we started to run into some a little
- 6:21bit of financial hardship in the company and
- 6:23it's like okay it's time to get out so i did
- 6:26uh continued my spiritual journey was reading
- 6:32avidly 50, 60 books a year, sampling, healing
- 6:35modalities. It was like I was really coming alive.
- 6:39And it became quite clear to me that this is
- 6:42what I'm here for. This is that do -over that
- 6:46the first 50 years was preparing me for. And
- 6:50I haven't looked back. It has been amazing. I
- 6:55wouldn't trade it for anything. My spiritual
- 6:59journey and my connection to the unseen world
- 7:02connection to Shaltazar the entity that I channel
- 7:07has has been phenomenal and Throughout all of
- 7:12it. I've come to realize that my purpose in life
- 7:15is to awaken empower and inspire others by simply
- 7:21sharing my love and wisdom and so thanks for
- 7:24the opportunity to be here and share my love
- 7:27and share my wisdom oh that's beautiful thank
- 7:31you so much um so i must say that just be true
- 7:34definitely has a purpose behind it um and it
- 7:37came along with my own struggle of being truthful
- 7:39in my spiritual gifts and i kept hearing over
- 7:43and over again just be true just be true just
- 7:46be true and so um that was with me during my
- 7:51very beginning of this and so when i decided
- 7:55to move into a business part of this that's the
- 8:00only name that I could come up with and I mean
- 8:04so it is Right. Well, and I love it. I love it
- 8:08because you know as I mentioned I think the greatest
- 8:13gift that I had in my journey is finding the
- 8:16authentic me and You know, I always say I always
- 8:20wonder but I don't think it's really true that
- 8:22maybe it's easier because I'm 74 and it's like
- 8:25who cares maybe Older people don't care, but
- 8:27I don't know if that's true. I think some people
- 8:29some older people still hang on to um, You know
- 8:34who they think they're supposed to be but authenticity
- 8:38Has been the greatest gift and if I could If
- 8:43I could give a gift to everyone in humanity,
- 8:47it would be find your authenticity. So that name
- 8:51Is very very important. It is very very important
- 8:54and they're so There's I mean it it sounds simple,
- 8:58but having spent 20 some years I am still discovering
- 9:03authentic parts of me and and what's kind of
- 9:06interesting is Parts of me that I would sort
- 9:10of wonder I'm really I'm kind. I'm generous I'm
- 9:14helpful. My wife says oh, you're so kind. You're
- 9:17you're so naive like some of those things that
- 9:20I kind of thought I was okay with Now I'm really
- 9:25okay with it. It's like, yes, I'm okay being
- 9:28naive because that naivete has helped me find
- 9:33the secrets of the universe, find something out
- 9:36about the unseen world. That kindness has allowed
- 9:40me to, of course, Shaltazar has taught me that
- 9:44all attributes, characteristics, and behaviors
- 9:47have a positive and negative side to them. And
- 9:50so being kind, sometimes you get taken advantage
- 9:53of. Okay, and and so I had to I didn't have to
- 9:58I chose to be okay with the fact that sometimes
- 10:02I'm going to be taken advantage of because i'm
- 10:06so kind And i'm really at that stage where that's
- 10:10okay. That's okay. You know if someone Took advantage
- 10:14of my kindness. Maybe they needed it more than
- 10:17me and i'm okay with that. So um, I I I would
- 10:21suggest that finding our true self finding our
- 10:24authentic self Comes in layers and it will not
- 10:28be you wake up one morning after you've Meditated
- 10:32and set the intention of of being true to yourself
- 10:36and all of a sudden it's there Doesn't work that
- 10:39way right? We have to we have to unlearn some
- 10:42of the conditioned behavior and then we have
- 10:45to make peace and self -acceptance of the behavior
- 10:51that maybe we were taught was not normal not
- 10:56acceptable not good enough Would you agree? Absolutely
- 11:00100 % right like I mean I've been on this journey
- 11:03for I mean a couple of decades now and It's a
- 11:07constant evolving right constant change and that
- 11:10constant evolving and rediscovering of self So
- 11:13it's like once you deal with one layer right,
- 11:15another layer exposes itself and then you get
- 11:18to work through it as well. So I just feel like
- 11:20it's over and over and over again. But, you know,
- 11:22I do want to go back to what you said in regards
- 11:25to, you know, when we're able to change our perspective
- 11:28and look at things a different way. So instead
- 11:31of someone looking as if someone's taking advantage
- 11:35of us, looking at it as if they need this more
- 11:39than I needed at this time. Right and being able
- 11:42to change that perspective and change the way
- 11:45we look at life and the things that are happening
- 11:47in life. It kind of makes it a little bit. Easier,
- 11:51I guess. I don't think you can. Continue your
- 11:59spiritual journey unless you start working on
- 12:02that perspective and a big one for me and it's
- 12:06interesting because shelters are helps me with
- 12:08these these. perspective shifts these uh, these
- 12:12wisdom bites and then I have to experience them
- 12:15in my in my everyday life and One I I channeled
- 12:21a message. Uh a while ago a couple months ago.
- 12:24I haven't recorded it yet Uh, and it's it's around
- 12:27people are not who you think they are and I keep
- 12:32getting this over and over again where um, I
- 12:36think I know who someone is And then all of a
- 12:40sudden you get that that lightning bolt perspective
- 12:44shift and you say My goodness, I was judging
- 12:47that person for being this and I realized they're
- 12:51not they're not that so so um, yeah, it's it's
- 12:57definitely a journey and Although I thought that
- 13:02I covered most of my conditioned beliefs my conditioned
- 13:06perspectives early in my journey Um, and most
- 13:10of that was like 180 degrees to what I was taught
- 13:13I'm still 20 some years later and i'm sure you
- 13:16would agree We continue to shift those perspectives.
- 13:20It's not It's not black and white. It's not right
- 13:24or wrong. There's there's these shades in there
- 13:27and and and it's this And the discovering of
- 13:31it Let me back up Don't be impatient. Don't be
- 13:37impatient in the discovery when I when I began
- 13:41my journey and began my work, I I was not ready
- 13:45to sort of stand in my own power. So The brand
- 13:49that I came up with was awakening the self the
- 13:53journey of self -discovery And that was my website.
- 13:56That was my brand for the longest time and it
- 14:00was only in the last few years that I've changed
- 14:05my brand to my name and standing in my name and
- 14:08it's JeffreyEisen .com. It's not hiding behind
- 14:13awakening the self or the journey of self discovery.
- 14:16But just like you just be true, the journey of
- 14:21self discovery needed to be part of who I was
- 14:25becoming because that was where I was on the
- 14:30intense part of that journey of self discovery.
- 14:34Who am I? Who am I truly? What are my gifts?
- 14:37What are my weaknesses? Loving the parts of me
- 14:40that I don't like, feeding into my gift and feeding
- 14:45in and owning my power. That was very powerful.
- 14:50And again, I encourage all of the listeners,
- 14:54be patient. You're not going to read a book and
- 14:56have all the answers. You're not going to take
- 14:58a course and be there where you want to be. Savor
- 15:03the journey, savor the journey of your becoming
- 15:06because as long as you are alive, you will continue
- 15:10to become something else. Absolutely. And I mean,
- 15:15like I'm very much in a phase of becoming at
- 15:18this moment, right? Just allowing, just allowing
- 15:21things like someone told me, well, what are you
- 15:23going to do next? And I'm just like, well, I'm
- 15:24just waiting for the bricks to be laid in front
- 15:26of me so I can take the path. I'm not laying
- 15:29the bricks myself for the first time. Ever right
- 15:32and i'm just allowing it to manifest in its own
- 15:35way without me i'm gonna control every part of
- 15:38it that happens and so it's a little unnerving
- 15:41right and so and i'm sure you've been in this
- 15:44space before like leaving what we knew what we
- 15:48were comfortable with leaving the security of
- 15:50a full -time job and stepping in to follow your
- 15:54soul's purpose in your dreams and so if people
- 15:57are struggling between you know they They got
- 16:00a sense that they should be doing something else,
- 16:03but they're struggling and they're not. They're
- 16:06afraid to take that first step or trade to take
- 16:09that, afraid to take that acknowledgement. What
- 16:11advice would you give them? Be gentle, be gentle
- 16:15with yourself. Don't, don't leap off the building
- 16:19right away. Stand out on the balcony. It is so,
- 16:27so important. That you go at your own pace now
- 16:31The challenge with that is that most of us that
- 16:35embark upon our journey have Come off a part
- 16:40of our life where you had to push you had to
- 16:44have timelines I mean, I remember I remember
- 16:47when I was in business Uh, you know, we we would
- 16:50be taught and teach the team smart goals specific
- 16:54measurable I cannot if I use the word goal now
- 17:02I you know, I I tense up I have replaced it with
- 17:07intention Intention it is my intention. So it
- 17:11it's really really important to to have that
- 17:16patience to to To discover layer by layer. We
- 17:19don't realize that who we became Happened layer
- 17:25at a time and so who we want to become and who
- 17:28we truly are Is going to happen the same way
- 17:31a layer at a time And it's interesting just as
- 17:36you kept hearing just be true Um when I began
- 17:39my journey and I started journaling and connecting
- 17:41with the unseen world What the phrase that came
- 17:45to me? Was release let go and surrender and it
- 17:49just every time I would journal so um in order
- 17:53for you to to You know find who you truly are
- 17:57You have to release who you thought you were
- 18:01and that takes time and that takes patience And
- 18:05so I think it was einstein that said you cannot
- 18:08solve a problem With the same consciousness that
- 18:12created the problem the reason we want to find
- 18:16Our truth our you know, and and whether it's
- 18:19our true self Or our truth in terms of what we
- 18:22believe spiritually what we believe about life
- 18:25if you want to find it You you have to let go
- 18:31of what you were taught. Yeah, like hey Yeah,
- 18:34you're not gonna have the right brain and the
- 18:35left brain fighting with each other You kind
- 18:38of you kind of have to have a little chat with
- 18:40the left brain and say okay. All right You know,
- 18:43thanks for doing what you did But i'm gonna ask
- 18:46you to chill out a little bit and and we're gonna
- 18:49bring in some intuition We're gonna bring in
- 18:51some some creativity. We're gonna bring in some
- 18:55feeling instead of thinking And that's been a
- 18:58big one for me a big one Being a male born in
- 19:02the 50s um, you know We were taught that you
- 19:06had to be thinkers that that your success was
- 19:09how many thoughts you had and your in your drive
- 19:12and your determination And I remember My father's
- 19:19brother my uncle who I was very very close to
- 19:22he was partners with my father in business and
- 19:26When I was 16, he was 46 and he died of a massive
- 19:31heart attack And I was told I was told to be
- 19:34strong and not to cry and that was the beginning
- 19:37of shoving down those emotions when I Began my
- 19:42journey of self -discovery Um, one of the first
- 19:45modalities one of the early modalities I went
- 19:48to was this wonderful shaman shaman shaman Her
- 19:52name was magda Um, and she scanned my body and
- 19:55she said that my lower chakras were like a tar
- 19:59field of unexpressed emotions Oh, wow Wow now
- 20:04that's you'll get you'll get this one I had suffered
- 20:09from gastrointestinal issues Most of my life
- 20:13a bleeding ulcer at 18 Crohn's disease for most
- 20:19of my life. I had this tarfield of unexpressed
- 20:24crystallized emotions and so my journaling practice
- 20:28my first coach Robin Sharma taught me to get
- 20:30up early in the morning and start journaling
- 20:33and in the beginning With the help of that that
- 20:37shaman. I use that journaling process or practice
- 20:42To start letting go of those Unexpressed emotions
- 20:46and in the beginning it was you know, I hate
- 20:49my mother. I hate my father I you know all of
- 20:52that I had to let out all of that I had to find
- 20:55the grief that I had suppressed for my my late
- 20:58uncle and all of that um and and As I I did I
- 21:04started to connect this higher power that kept
- 21:07telling me to release let go and surrender and
- 21:11um, it was in that letting go that I Started
- 21:17to connect to that wisdom and in the journal
- 21:20I found myself um just doing uh automatic writing
- 21:27just sort of writing from a meditative perspective
- 21:30and When they were finished, I would read the
- 21:33journal entries to my wife and she's where'd
- 21:35that come from? That's not you And it's like,
- 21:39yeah, I guess you're right. It doesn't really
- 21:41sound like me. And so that's really important.
- 21:46So back to your question, the more intensity
- 21:51you have in your desire to find the authentic
- 21:56self, to be true to whatever it is you're looking
- 21:59for on your spiritual journey, the greater the
- 22:03intensity will actually slow you down. Will actually
- 22:06slow you down you Yeah, you you need to you need
- 22:10to to be able to release let go surrender feel
- 22:14more think less and Realize that I remember one
- 22:19of my coaches telling me Jeffrey you're gonna
- 22:22be on this journey for the rest of your life
- 22:24And so just relax Relax, it's like oh, but I
- 22:28gotta hurry up. I gotta hurry up right i'm 50.
- 22:31It's like I'm a late starter. I better get going
- 22:34and she said just relax. Just relax enjoy Yeah,
- 22:38you're gonna be doing this for the rest of your
- 22:40life And I know that now I know that now I will
- 22:44be doing this until the day I die Yeah, I I feel
- 22:49the same way. Yeah Love your I love that you
- 22:52mentioned journaling. That's how mine started
- 22:54When I started my awakening process journal,
- 22:58man, I journaled all the time And I realized
- 23:03that messages were coming through On that journaling
- 23:07and so they and I feel and I tell all of my clients
- 23:11today I was like we got to start journaling,
- 23:13you know And I don't care if you're just turning
- 23:15about your emotions or how you feel or how your
- 23:17day went because eventually it's gonna open up
- 23:19And you're going to allow that channel to move
- 23:21through you So when you started so during your
- 23:25journaling like when other than your wife saying
- 23:27where did this come from? When did you start
- 23:30realizing that there was more in that journaling
- 23:32than just your conscious mind? Yes Great question,
- 23:38but before we get to that, I think it's important
- 23:40to I think it's important to share with the listeners
- 23:43You can journal and you can journal And if you
- 23:50journal from your left brain, if you journal
- 23:53from the energy of, okay, all right, the coach
- 23:56taught me, summer taught me, I better coach,
- 23:58I better journal, Jeffrey told me I better journal.
- 24:00I'm gonna sit down and journal, right? And you're
- 24:02so tense and you're so uptight and you are trying
- 24:08to journal from your left brain, it's going to
- 24:12be a struggle. And so some people, Say well,
- 24:19do I have to write it? Do I have to hand write
- 24:21it or can I type it? I said well, I mean you
- 24:24can type if you want but there is a more cathartic
- 24:29experience if you write because then you're not
- 24:32I remember writing once I I closed my eyes and
- 24:36wrote and it got all over the page so the the
- 24:40purpose of the journaling Is to do it more from
- 24:44your creative side Some people say they really
- 24:48don't like journaling. I say well paint or do
- 24:52something else Creative that it it's not the
- 24:56actual journaling. It's the shift of energy That
- 25:00is most important. I would agree with you that
- 25:02I think journaling is is the best way some people
- 25:06that resist I say well just turn your You know
- 25:10the the recording device on your phone and talk
- 25:14into it that way and listen to it and guess what
- 25:17there's all kinds of of uh ai or whatever that
- 25:20will translate it, but the key Is to do the journaling
- 25:25from that place of release let go and surrender
- 25:28Release let go and surrender and now how did
- 25:32I know besides my wife telling me? Um It felt
- 25:37true It felt true. Just be true. What happened
- 25:42in that journaling process is I let go of the
- 25:47unexpressed emotions I opened up as a man in
- 25:51his 50s. I opened up my feeling consciousness
- 25:55and realized that my major pathway of communicating
- 25:59with the unseen world was clear cognizance. There's
- 26:03a knowing. And Shaltazar has led me to believe,
- 26:05although we tend to talk about the four major
- 26:08pathways of communication, clairvoyant, Uh clear
- 26:12audience clear sentient and clear cognizant There
- 26:16are numerous, uh and infinite sensory ways we
- 26:21connect And so how did I know that what was going
- 26:26on the paper was meaningful? Um, I can't tell
- 26:30you intellectually I can tell you from a feeling
- 26:33perspective you and i'm sure you agree you just
- 26:37felt it And we have an epidemic We have we have
- 26:41an epidemic of people that are thinking too much
- 26:43if you want to change your life You have to start
- 26:47feeling One of the dilemmas we have when we do
- 26:51that is we realize that what we're feeling is
- 26:53not very comfortable And and I have this saying
- 26:57when your heart is broken You make an unconscious
- 27:00deal with your mind to protect that broken heart.
- 27:03And so we are taught to avoid the lower, slower,
- 27:09unpleasant, uncomfortable feelings. And if we
- 27:14want to truly connect to the unseen world, we
- 27:17have to be okay with those feelings. We have
- 27:21to realize that they're not our enemy. They are
- 27:25bringing us a message that may be a wake -up
- 27:28call, that may be telling us that we have an
- 27:30inner conflict, that may be telling us that something
- 27:34is out of alignment. Mean you shared with me
- 27:38before we got on that you were suffering from
- 27:41vertigo Well the feelings that that vertigo brought
- 27:44up that unbalanced that that spacey I didn't
- 27:48have vertigo, but my wife as I mentioned as it
- 27:51every once in a while Now those feelings are
- 27:54important. They want you to feel that unbalanced
- 27:58ungrounded feeling and When you start to find
- 28:03the truth In why you are experiencing that I'm
- 28:07fairly confident the vertigo will disappear So
- 28:12I encourage everyone it's really time. I you
- 28:16know from from a person who had suppressed emotions
- 28:19for most of the poster boy for Feel more think
- 28:25less Feel more think less. I love that especially.
- 28:29I mean we're in a world where it's all about
- 28:32Thinking and being in the mind and you know,
- 28:35I tell everybody like it when I do readings or
- 28:37when I do the energy healing everything I know
- 28:40I have to step out of the way Like I can't have
- 28:43my mind in it because if my mind gets in the
- 28:45middle of it, I'm gonna mess it up So I always
- 28:48have to step out of the way. Yeah, of course
- 28:50and and I'm sure you would agree with me and
- 28:54there are many many of us on the planet that
- 28:56would also agree that the Benefits of stepping
- 29:01out of the way the benefits of quieting the mind
- 29:04and opening the heart are Far superior to what
- 29:09we could get by pushing our way through life
- 29:12And there is no coincidence shelters are leads
- 29:15me to believe we are in the energy of the great
- 29:19potential for change Where no change? Is not
- 29:23an option Yeah, it's not an option whatsoever.
- 29:30And I would like to just ask you, you know, like
- 29:34your work emphasizes on a grounded spirituality.
- 29:38And so what I would like to ask you is what is
- 29:40the difference between using spirituality to
- 29:44transform our human experience and using it to
- 29:46escape that experience? Night and day? Okay,
- 29:58so I guess it's yeah, I don't know how this is
- 30:02going to come across, but if we are going to
- 30:06use our spirituality the same way we use some
- 30:11of our other addictions that make us feel better,
- 30:15whether they be uh drinking or drugs or binge
- 30:19eating or whatever those addictions are um spirituality
- 30:27can be that same escapism oh absolutely yeah
- 30:31and so do you want to fix it or do you want to
- 30:36escape it and you don't want to fix it yeah right
- 30:40but we both know just like the vertigo that came
- 30:46upon you very quickly, that fixing it is the
- 30:52high road that has its challenges. So, all right.
- 30:57But the addictions, the avoidance, has also got
- 31:04its challenges, okay? I mean, do you really want
- 31:10to, do you really think That we're going to be
- 31:13able to get away with avoidance without side
- 31:17effects Oh, absolutely not right. I mean, yeah,
- 31:21and you can't I don't think that you're gonna
- 31:22have a very healthy spiritual experience If you're
- 31:27doing it to escape your own reality because you
- 31:30haven't dealt with who you are Right, right.
- 31:33So for me, I mean it's obvious uh Take the more
- 31:40challenging road And it first of all You can
- 31:47get to that point where the challenges become
- 31:51Not as intense when you start connecting to the
- 31:55unseen world like I know when i'm in the tunnel
- 31:58of darkness I know i'm going to come out of it
- 32:01And I know there's learning and growth in it
- 32:04And I know that my time in the tunnel of darkness
- 32:10Is less and less every time And less and less
- 32:14intense, but every once in a while it will be
- 32:17really intense again But again my faith and trust
- 32:22that is one of the one of the things that has
- 32:24been a savior for me Is my faith and trust my
- 32:27belief? In in what I cannot see um the unseen
- 32:32world Not to say that I understand it because
- 32:36there's the ancient text the cabalian That is
- 32:39the teachings of the great. Uh hermistris muskistas
- 32:42And in it it says the all that is what they refer
- 32:45to as the source or god or the universe Is unknowable
- 32:50and unthinkable. So I have to have faith in something
- 32:54that i'm never going to fully understand Yeah,
- 32:57you know and that's that's another reason you
- 32:59kind of got to let go of that left brain because
- 33:02you know, it's like, you know how you know What's
- 33:06this all about? How do you know? How do you know?
- 33:08that it's going to work out okay. I don't know.
- 33:11I don't know. When I first started, it's so funny
- 33:15because when I first stepped into my awakening,
- 33:18I was a data, I'm a data analyst at heart, you
- 33:21know, and all my career, like I did data analyst,
- 33:25you know, up until, you know, that point. And
- 33:28the only thing I want to do is sit there and
- 33:29pick it and pull it apart, you know, but then
- 33:32I realized, stop and just let it be. And accept
- 33:38it for what it is and quit trying to figure out
- 33:41The what because you're never going to my human
- 33:44brain is never going to understand the what behind
- 33:46it We have to accept the stuff that that that
- 33:50this spiritual journey Is above our pay grade,
- 33:55right? And and so but but you know going back
- 33:59to the question, what's the difference? um, I
- 34:03will dive right in and You know, maybe that's
- 34:06our personalities. Maybe that's where we came
- 34:08from. You're the data analyst. I was the businessman
- 34:10We we want to solve the problem. We don't want
- 34:15to avoid it And I know it's more difficult and
- 34:19I know it's more challenging But it's worth it
- 34:22and you know every once in a while when i'm going
- 34:25through a difficult time I ask myself the question
- 34:28If you could have an easier go at it Would you
- 34:33give up this journey and the answer always comes
- 34:37back? No No, because I know I am evolving as
- 34:41a person. I am understanding life, you know this,
- 34:44you know, I'll channel this message about no
- 34:47one is who you think they are and I get I get
- 34:50caught up in it over and over again you and I
- 34:53have just met Normal, you know the normal mind
- 34:56starts to make assumptions. It's like oh, this
- 34:59is who I think summer is but You know the more
- 35:01we chat now we're doing this podcast. I'm starting
- 35:04to realize there's so much more to every human
- 35:07being Than you could ever imagine the other thing
- 35:11that I would like to share Is and and I was guilty
- 35:15of this at the beginning of my journey do not
- 35:18put your teachers Up on a pedestal. We are all
- 35:22human beings. We are all human beings I I would
- 35:25always think oh gee, I want to be like them,
- 35:27you know And then you know later in life you
- 35:30found out that this teacher still had this problem.
- 35:33We're all human. We are all human And when I
- 35:35am coaching when I am, uh teaching when i'm sharing
- 35:39my wisdom, I always make it quite clear That
- 35:43nobody gets a pass no matter how long we're on
- 35:46this journey, right? One would think you've been
- 35:48on your journey for a couple of decades Why should
- 35:51you get vertigo? That's not fair, right? You
- 35:54know, you would think that you would earn a little
- 35:57bit easier transition, right? Why would you get
- 36:00right? Right, but it doesn't work that way and
- 36:04so Again, just trust we we're I don't think either
- 36:07of us are saying that this spiritual journey
- 36:10Is going to give you Shangri -la all of the time
- 36:14But what I will say is and I think you would
- 36:18agree it's worth it It's worth it to allow yourself
- 36:22to find your truth And it's kind of interesting,
- 36:26you know that the name just be true It reminds
- 36:31me that sheltazar has taught me that Absolute
- 36:35truth only exists in the higher realms all truth
- 36:39on planet earth is but relative So what you believe
- 36:45is your truth what I believe is mine If we really
- 36:49started to understand that maybe we would stop
- 36:52killing each other. Maybe we would stop hating
- 36:54each other Maybe we would start to realize that
- 36:58I can have my truth And you can have your truth
- 37:01and the other person can have their truth and
- 37:04it's all okay. It's okay That we have different
- 37:07truths Yeah, absolutely right and I mean we all
- 37:11have to have different truths because that's
- 37:14what creates the experience here if we were all
- 37:16exactly the same We were all made out of the
- 37:19same cloth then I mean be pretty boring and why
- 37:22would we want to come here and have this amazing
- 37:24experience? We wouldn't right there wouldn't
- 37:27right. Yeah So once again, that's that's your
- 37:31perspective you see how how that perspective
- 37:34and that's what I think we're both saying to
- 37:36the audience is a perspective shift like that
- 37:42Makes the hardships you go through tolerable
- 37:46Right. Yeah Yeah, it does. Yes. So how did your
- 37:52connection with Taljar begin? It began through
- 37:56that journaling process, and it's kind of interesting.
- 38:01The name didn't come right away. As a matter
- 38:03of fact, in the beginning, as I'm rereading my
- 38:06journal entries, I kind of thought I was talking
- 38:09to God. It was kind of a conversations with God,
- 38:14Neil Donald Walsh thing. And I thought, I was
- 38:17talking to the source. And it's kind of interesting
- 38:20because at one point in my journaling, I noticed
- 38:24that it went from the singular to the plural,
- 38:28that the answers would come back as we, not I.
- 38:34And it was like, oh, OK, so this is a collective.
- 38:39And a lot of people really get hung up on the
- 38:42name to which you are talking. Two sheltas are
- 38:47has led me to believe that they are a collective
- 38:49energy. I know them as the gavish bunny knew
- 38:52And that translates for me as the transmitter
- 38:56of divine wisdom I knew them Originally as the
- 39:02energy of 33 and all of that came before the
- 39:04name sheltas are by the way And when I looked
- 39:07up 33 because I was into numerology still am
- 39:10a little bit 33 is the master teacher and it's
- 39:15like oh, okay. That's what they're sending me
- 39:18is is these master teachings and um It was only
- 39:24a few years ago that I was having a reiki session
- 39:27and the reiki master practitioner was brought
- 39:32to tears because she sensed the energy of sheltazar
- 39:35in the room and she kept hearing 44 44 and I
- 39:39said no, no, no, it's 33, right I mean we all
- 39:43interpret the unseen a little differently Well,
- 39:46I went home and I went home and thought about
- 39:48it and reflected and checked in with sheltazar
- 39:51And sure enough they confirmed that no no that
- 39:55they are sending the energy of 44 And I looked
- 39:57that up and that's the master healer and i've
- 40:00come to realize that I guess I spent enough time
- 40:04Channeling the master wisdom the master teacher
- 40:08wisdom and now I was here To help people apply
- 40:12it the master healer and that's where my shift
- 40:16in my work has has occurred in the last little
- 40:19while Is what I call practical spirituality.
- 40:22How can we bring this? More esoteric mystical
- 40:27wisdom into our everyday lives. So um How I began
- 40:33to to and and then the name shaltazar came and
- 40:37even uh connecting through my journaling has
- 40:40evolved tremendously over the years and so um
- 40:45what you call the energy that you are connecting
- 40:49to uh is somewhat secondary and we you know living
- 40:55in the four -dimensional world we kind of want
- 40:58to know that i'm talking to summer and you're
- 41:00talking to jeffrey and so we kind of want to
- 41:04name the invisible energy and there's nothing
- 41:06wrong with that But realize that that that's
- 41:10not Who they are right? They are so much more
- 41:14So I found that very interesting because I started
- 41:18channeling I actually channel a group that um,
- 41:20I reference as the ormana And I channeled them
- 41:23for years and didn't even have a name for them
- 41:26I just knew that they were there and actually
- 41:28I was on a podcast and somebody asked Them during
- 41:32the pie I channeled during the podcast and they
- 41:35asked what was their name and so I had to go
- 41:37back and listen right to the podcast right to
- 41:42get their name and And I think you raised you
- 41:45raised a fascinating point and that is if you
- 41:48get hung up on the name of which you are connecting
- 41:53to you're probably too much left brain and There's
- 41:57going to be some interference In what comes your
- 42:01way? So if you know, we're we're back to let
- 42:04it be we're we're back to release let go and
- 42:06surrender Don't worry about the name as a matter
- 42:09of fact sheltazar has led me to believe that
- 42:12they have come forth They have never incarnated
- 42:15in human form and they have come forth with wisdom
- 42:19through the ages But never necessarily known
- 42:24as sheltazar. So in other words sheltazar is
- 42:29The name that resonates with me, right? Yeah
- 42:33It sort of reminds me of when I was a little
- 42:37kid, you know, I was always very and and i'm
- 42:39sure most of us spiritual people Uh can identify
- 42:43with the fact that you really didn't feel you
- 42:45fit in uh, you were kind of You kind of didn't
- 42:50Feel comfortable with what everybody else was
- 42:54doing and so that was me And I had to come up
- 42:59with this imaginary friend that I called oogly
- 43:02-woogly. And much to my mother's dismay, I carved
- 43:08oogly -woogly into the dresser that was beside
- 43:10my bed. She did not like that. But it's kind
- 43:15of interesting. I've been thinking of bringing
- 43:17forth a message that in order to... Help you
- 43:23connect with the invisible world. Just think
- 43:26of it as an invisible friend, right? They think
- 43:28about when you were a kid if you had I saw a
- 43:31movie about the you know, your invisible friend
- 43:33and Yeah, it's it's uh, I think the movie was
- 43:37called if invisible friend love that maybe you
- 43:40know my I love it. My son -in -law cries every
- 43:44time I don't know what it is about that movie,
- 43:46but something there gets him every single time
- 43:50right Well, maybe it's because he's ready to
- 43:53connect to his invisible friend, right? Yeah
- 43:56Yeah, and so you raised an excellent point by
- 44:00all means give the energy that you were getting
- 44:03guidance from a name But realize that that is
- 44:07not who they are. That is for your convenience
- 44:10um, and um, there's nothing wrong with that but
- 44:15focus more on what they are bringing you as opposed
- 44:21to the name. Yeah. I think it's more about, you
- 44:24know, what are you, what's the information you're
- 44:27receiving? What is the feeling that you get with
- 44:29what you're connecting with is more important
- 44:31than a name. Cause the name is just a way for
- 44:35us to identify because we seem to have to, some
- 44:39of us now I'm not, I'm not so much that, but
- 44:41some of us need to have that way of to identify.
- 44:45Right. There's nothing wrong with that. I mean,
- 44:47there are the people. Yeah, there are a lot of
- 44:49people that are into the archangels and they
- 44:53even like to identify with the picture of the
- 44:57archangel with the wings and the halo. And that's
- 44:59OK. Whatever it takes. OK, I mean, you and I
- 45:04seem to be fortunate enough that we don't need
- 45:06that linear, logical name and face and identity.
- 45:14um, but Whatever it takes if that's what helps
- 45:19you get in touch with The invisible world then
- 45:23do it. There is no one way There is no one way
- 45:27as many people on the planet. That's how many
- 45:30unique ways there are to connect to that Unseen
- 45:35world keeping in mind that anybody that tells
- 45:39you that that's exactly what it's like Um be
- 45:43careful because I don't think anyone can know
- 45:45and and that's and that's part of it How can
- 45:48I trust what I do not know? And what a great
- 45:51way to build up your faith, right? Mm -hmm the
- 45:55amazing way to build it up. Yeah Um, and then
- 45:58I would also say go back, you know, like if you're
- 46:00even thinking about questioning journal what
- 46:02you get journal the information that you receive
- 46:04and then go back Later and rediscover I mean,
- 46:10that's how I rediscovered that mine was actually
- 46:12something because I would journal set the journal
- 46:14aside and then go back to it months later and
- 46:16be like oh You know and aha moments and oh this
- 46:21did happen and this was accurate right started
- 46:24to play out It's very fascinating that you say
- 46:28that because you know over the the summer I have
- 46:32been nudged to obviously make some changes and
- 46:37maybe I've been resisting and The lessons keep
- 46:42coming and they are a little bit challenging,
- 46:47but you kind of know that they are lessons. And
- 46:50so this discomfort I was feeling is like, okay,
- 46:54I know there's something coming. I hope it's
- 46:57not gonna be like a baby and take nine months
- 47:00to birth, although I'm a male, I've never done
- 47:02that. It's like, come on, ease up on the labor.
- 47:07But I was nudged to, as I mentioned every once
- 47:10in a while, I go back and read my journal entries
- 47:12and I've been sort of doing them sequentially,
- 47:15but, you know, very rarely, every couple of months
- 47:17or whatever. And I was nudged this one morning
- 47:21to just get away from my desk and say, I have
- 47:25this beautiful sanctuary full of crystals and
- 47:27all kinds of great stuff. So I sat on the couch
- 47:30and took out the journal. And sure enough, the
- 47:34journal entries I read, from 2008 Were exactly
- 47:38what I needed to hear to help me shift what I
- 47:42was going through It helped me realize I was
- 47:45getting I was getting a little bit too Focused
- 47:50on the results and and not enough followers and
- 47:53not enough, you know How am I going to get the
- 47:55messages out there and nobody's listening to
- 47:57my the youtube and and Nobody's showing up on
- 48:01my insight timer lives and I read this message
- 48:05That made me realize that I am not doing this
- 48:09For followers or likes or leads i'm doing this
- 48:14because it's my soul's journey and you know get
- 48:18out of the the human markers of success and realize
- 48:23that just doing this journey is what i'm here
- 48:26for And rereading it, of course all those years
- 48:31later, right 18 years later Um, but i'm reading
- 48:35it through the consciousness of who I am today
- 48:37Not the consciousness that I wrote at there was
- 48:40so much more depth in that reminder than i'm
- 48:43sure I experienced in that april day in 2008
- 48:48and so um, you're right that that that that wisdom
- 48:53Keeps evolving and and it's really really important
- 48:58to go back You don't know how you're feeling
- 49:01now because how you're feeling now is important
- 49:03and I and again, I think you would agree I would
- 49:07be the first to say question your spiritual beliefs
- 49:10because that's how they're going to evolve That's
- 49:12how you're going to find find your truth. That's
- 49:16One of the buggy booze I have about You know
- 49:19the more structured religious doctrine is because
- 49:22it tells you this is the way it has to be I believe
- 49:26we are each allowed to have our individual relationship
- 49:33with the unseen not mine can't be the same as
- 49:36yours mine can't be the same as the religion
- 49:38I was born into if you truly want To feel the
- 49:44depth of that relationship It has to be unique.
- 49:48It has to be what you believe Many times I question
- 49:53my beliefs and can that really be true? I mean,
- 49:55it's like really, you know, it's like God is
- 49:59unity. God is one, you know, and every once in
- 50:02a while I get that sense that That god doesn't
- 50:05have emotions and it's like how could that be?
- 50:08You know, so there's nothing wrong with questioning
- 50:11those beliefs it it allows you to to deepen Your
- 50:16belief and and i'm sure again. I keep saying
- 50:20i'm sure you would agree I don't think god will
- 50:26judge us for our spiritual beliefs. I really
- 50:30believe that. Go ahead. Yeah, I think so. And
- 50:33I say, go into it curiously, right? Go into it
- 50:36and explore and test something out. Like if you're
- 50:39drawn to something, learn all you can about it.
- 50:42Practice it. Do whatever. And then take what
- 50:44resonates and leave the rest behind. And then
- 50:46go on to the next. I think it's constantly evolving.
- 50:50Yeah. And make it personal. I mean, don't make
- 50:53the mistake. of coming up with a spiritual belief
- 50:57and sharing it with your family and friends and
- 51:00having them put it down and feel you full of
- 51:03doubt. Sometimes it's meant just to sit with
- 51:07it. You don't need someone to validate your spiritual
- 51:11beliefs. It's really important. They're yours.
- 51:15Okay. And as we talked about before, truth is
- 51:18very relative. And so Be okay with your relative
- 51:23truth, right? It doesn't have to be exactly the
- 51:26same as someone else's Absolutely, and then our
- 51:30truth is so I mean it's our own truth, right?
- 51:33And so being true to who we truly are and living
- 51:35our own truth is important and people I mean
- 51:38even still today like even still today I have
- 51:41people that try to talk me out of my spiritual
- 51:44beliefs I don't argue with them. I don't get
- 51:48into Uh back and forth. I let them have their
- 51:52word. I let them have their peace But you know
- 51:54I stand in my own truth and my own belief and
- 51:57that's all that matters And that brings up a
- 51:59really interesting point because if you want
- 52:01to be true to yourself You have to build your
- 52:05self -confidence your self -worth Your belief
- 52:08that you are entitled to believe what you believe
- 52:13Is that difficult? Uh, yes, because society humanity
- 52:18tends to take away our self -confidence We are
- 52:20told what to believe we are manipulated with
- 52:23marketing and advertising and all of those things
- 52:27so so Yes for me Building up my self -worth and
- 52:33my self -confidence and my self -acceptance that
- 52:36I am entitled to believe what I believe differently
- 52:40than other people Is really really important
- 52:44part of that spiritual journey because if you
- 52:48Need to be validated in anything you believe
- 52:52is true, right? I mean I can I can say to my
- 52:56wife. Well, i'm this, you know, we've been married
- 52:5847 years. She's oh, no, you're not that it's
- 53:02like Well, yeah, you can't argue right? It's
- 53:05like You don't want to have a vote On your truth.
- 53:09You really don't you want to be and and again
- 53:13that foundation of self -confidence and self
- 53:17-worth That in for most people has been taken
- 53:20away In the maturation process in growing up.
- 53:24I mean you're you're born as a baby with the
- 53:27greatest of confidence And then you start hearing
- 53:30no and you can't do this and you can't that's
- 53:33wrong and and all of those things. So We have
- 53:36to build that back up. We have to build that
- 53:39back up. We do, absolutely. So before we enter
- 53:45thing, I would like to ask, is there any final
- 53:47message that you would, any message that needs
- 53:50to go out to this audience, whether it's from
- 53:52you or from SheltersR? The energy that we're
- 54:04going through can make this journey very difficult
- 54:08and very challenging. Whether you get vertigo,
- 54:12whether you get other illnesses, whether you
- 54:15spend some time in the tunnel of darkness. But
- 54:20hold true, work on your self -confidence, work
- 54:24on your self -worth, work on your faith, work
- 54:26on your relationship to the unseen world. and
- 54:30realize that this too will pass. And from a practical
- 54:34perspective, stay off of social media. Don't
- 54:39read the news. Don't listen to the news. Surround
- 54:42yourself with like -minded people and keep your
- 54:45vibration as high as you possibly can in this
- 54:49difficult and challenging time. That is so important.
- 54:53Thank you so much. Um, that's so important, right?
- 54:56Because sometimes I know I don't watch the news.
- 55:00I figure if it's something really important that
- 55:02needs to get to me, it'll get to me without me
- 55:04going in searching for it. Um, so look, I worked
- 55:08in the government, I worked in the emergency
- 55:10operations center, um, in the federal government,
- 55:13um, for 17 years. And so We had news on 24 -7
- 55:20down there, and I'm like, yeah, it was no problem
- 55:24for me to shut it off. I mean, it was really
- 55:26a blessing. Right, right, right. And so just,
- 55:30you know, for anyone that is going through difficult
- 55:33times and there is sickness, there's ill health,
- 55:37there's all kinds of challenges, just hold on,
- 55:41move to love, learn to love yourself and try
- 55:45to bring a little bit of love to those around
- 55:50you. And I always, on Insight Timer, it's a great
- 55:55meditation app. It's fantastic. I highly recommend
- 55:58it. And I always end my lives by asking one thing,
- 56:03and that's if you got something from listening
- 56:06to this podcast, share it with someone else.
- 56:09If you have something, Share it. It could be
- 56:13smiling to a homeless person. It could be sharing
- 56:16with your best friend. Just pass it forward.
- 56:20And if we all shift our perspective to more positivity,
- 56:25then we will be doing our part for the world.
- 56:31Beautiful. I love that. Thank you so much. So
- 56:35if someone was to come to work with you, Jeffrey,
- 56:37what can they expect? They can expect a real
- 56:41wild ride. My work is very, very intuitive. I
- 56:48try to make it as easy as possible. I've played
- 56:51around with with sort of packages and whatever.
- 56:54And so I will make it is as easy as possible
- 56:58to work with me. I love one on one coaching.
- 57:02It's what I do best. It's very intuitive. I read
- 57:06your energy. It's kind of interesting. uh, uh,
- 57:09you know people ask, um, you know Do you bring
- 57:12sheltazar into your coaching sessions? And the
- 57:16answer is of course I do but it may not be known
- 57:20as Sheltazar so just like you it's intuitive
- 57:24and everybody needs support so um And the easiest
- 57:28way to find out what it's like to work with me
- 57:31is go to my website jeffree izan .com And there
- 57:35it is on just about every page You can book a
- 57:38free clarity call for 45 minutes I don't work
- 57:42with anyone before I give them a sample of what
- 57:45it's like because You noticed I didn't really
- 57:48answer your question because I can't answer your
- 57:51question I want people to experience working
- 57:53with me for free first and then we decide where
- 57:57we want to go from there so it's probably the
- 58:00best way because Whatever I would tell you would
- 58:03be my truth. I want you to know your truth. What's
- 58:07it like to work with this crazy old man? Well
- 58:10Check it out and find out I think it's been amazing.

- 58:21asked for a better guest and for me as well and
- 58:24and you know I just leave people if you can see
- 58:27that synergy that we have the ease of our conversation
- 58:30You know, it's possible for everyone. I mean
- 58:33it I don't know you before today We have never
- 58:37met before today and and and I am Fairly sure
- 58:41certainly I can feel it you feel how easy it
- 58:44was for us to resonate with each other to talk
