- 1:00Speaker 1: Oh right, ladies and gentlemen, here we go.
- 1:01Speaker 5: Welcome, Welcome, Welcome today twenty one of January twenty twenty five.
- 1:07Speaker 5: If you are still looking for Wayne Allen Root, you
- 1:09Speaker 5: can come back tomorrow because he will be here tomorrow
- 1:12Speaker 5: and exactly twenty four hours on Frankspeech dot Com of course,
- 1:15Speaker 5: on the Talk media network. For now, You've got yours truly,
- 1:18Speaker 5: Lee Else, the official fill in host for Wayne, Wayne was,
- 1:22Speaker 5: as far as I know, he didn't return any of
- 1:24Speaker 5: my text messages. Yeah today, but I know he was
- 1:27Speaker 5: up close and personal with the President yesterday. Not sure
- 1:30Speaker 5: he got a chance to hang out with him today,
- 1:32Speaker 5: but I'm sure he will tell you all of the
- 1:34Speaker 5: stories tomorrow.
- 1:36Speaker 1: For sure.
- 1:36Speaker 5: Our friend's over at Frank' speech doing a great job,
- 1:39Speaker 5: as well as our friends in Minnesota for Talk Media
- 1:42Speaker 5: Network also doing a fantastic job. We would love for
- 1:44Speaker 5: you to watch and or listen again frankspeech dot com.
- 1:48Speaker 5: You can check it all out as we speak and
- 1:51Speaker 5: as we hang out.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Right here today now.
- 1:54Speaker 5: And you know, I'm kind of in a chaotic sort
- 1:57Speaker 5: of state of mind because prior to coming here, I
- 2:00Speaker 5: have this long I think I've told this story before, maybe,
- 2:03Speaker 5: but it's like zero degrees here in Connecticut, right. So
- 2:08Speaker 5: I live at the bottom of a giant driveway, like
- 2:10Speaker 5: three hundred foot driveway, and it's all icee. So I've
- 2:13Speaker 5: been spinning my wheels in my car for like the
- 2:17Speaker 5: past forty five minutes.
- 2:18Speaker 1: My pants are all wet.
- 2:20Speaker 5: Everything's wet, and I'm called and I'm a little bit angry,
- 2:24Speaker 5: but not really that angry, because I'm actually happy that
- 2:27Speaker 5: things are moving in a absolutely different, fantastic direction as
- 2:31Speaker 5: far as this country and everything that's happening with it.
- 2:34Speaker 1: So here's the bottom line.
- 2:35Speaker 5: A couple things that have happened today, and Rubio, Secretary
- 2:39Speaker 5: of State, I think that's fantastic.
- 2:40Speaker 1: First one sworn and.
- 2:41Speaker 5: I actually like Rubyo. I like the appointment from Trump
- 2:45Speaker 5: for him. I like just about every single one. There's
- 2:49Speaker 5: a couple I can do without, but just about every
- 2:51Speaker 5: single one of Trump's appointments I am on board with.
- 2:55Speaker 5: But he was sworn in today. So that's a huge
- 2:57Speaker 5: piece of news. So that's one of the big But
- 3:01Speaker 5: what everybody sort of is paying two things, two real
- 3:04Speaker 5: big stories that everybody's paying attention to, and one we're
- 3:07Speaker 5: going to get to at the bottom of the hour.
- 3:09Speaker 5: One is the pardons by Trump for the JA sixers.
- 3:13Speaker 5: I'm going to have on a fantastic lawyer at the
- 3:16Speaker 5: bottom of the hour who has been defending some of
- 3:19Speaker 5: these Jay six ers, Jonathan Gross, Rabbi Jonathan Gross will
- 3:23Speaker 5: join us at the bottom of the hour in Washington
- 3:26Speaker 5: defending some of these folks, and he's got some amazing
- 3:28Speaker 5: stories about some of the horrible conditions that they've been
- 3:33Speaker 5: living under and some of the absolute injustices that have
- 3:37Speaker 5: been going on. So we'll get his bird's eye view
- 3:40Speaker 5: of Trump pardoning pretty much all of them, and maybe
- 3:44Speaker 5: we can get some details that aren't in the regular
- 3:47Speaker 5: mainstream media. So that's a big story which goes hand
- 3:50Speaker 5: in hand, of course with Biden and Biden's last second
- 3:55Speaker 5: sort of family bailout if you will, or he he
- 4:00Speaker 5: pardoned basically all of his crime syndicate family members.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But that was yesterday. Let's focus on today.
- 4:05Speaker 5: So those pardons today Trump, we can get to at
- 4:08Speaker 5: the bottom of the hour, Rubio, Secretary of State. That's
- 4:11Speaker 5: a big piece of news. Now, seventeen attorney generals across
- 4:16Speaker 5: the state of Connecticut, excuse me, across the country, including
- 4:18Speaker 5: the state of Connecticut William Tong now have joined forces
- 4:21Speaker 5: and now suing Trump for the birthright Citizenship Executive Order
- 4:26Speaker 5: that he signed today.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Now here's the deal. Here's essentially what Trump has signed.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Basically, the order specifies that it would limit birthright citizenships
- 4:41Speaker 5: if a person a mother was unlawfully present in the
- 4:44Speaker 5: United States and the father was not in the United States, etc.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Etc.
- 4:48Speaker 5: In other words, there's that whole there's whole industry, guys
- 4:52Speaker 5: where women wait till eight month, eight and a half.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Then in Particut, China does this, People from Mexico does
- 5:01Speaker 5: this as well, but they make sure they time it out,
- 5:03Speaker 5: whether it's a vacation, a visa, whatever it is, and
- 5:06Speaker 5: they get here and they drop the baby, and then
- 5:09Speaker 5: they're tethered to.
- 5:10Speaker 1: The United States forever. It is a huge booming business.
- 5:15Speaker 5: You can book airline flights from China to come here
- 5:18Speaker 5: to drop that baby in a perfect time. Again, we
- 5:21Speaker 5: pay for it with the medical stuff. And of course
- 5:23Speaker 5: now you've got a baby. Technically under the old rule,
- 5:26Speaker 5: that's an American citizen. That's what Trump is trying to
- 5:30Speaker 5: do away with. That's essentially what it is. And this
- 5:35Speaker 5: whole idea, here's.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Something that's happening right now.
- 5:38Speaker 5: And I predicted this was going to happen prior after
- 5:41Speaker 5: Trump got elected. I said, okay, so if Homan does
- 5:44Speaker 5: begin to crack down on illegal aliens who are here
- 5:49Speaker 5: with a mass deportation, what you're going to see on
- 5:54Speaker 5: every left leaning news outlet is you're going to see
- 5:58Speaker 5: these people, seeing people of South American descent, Mexico, you choose, Guatemala,
- 6:06Speaker 5: El Salvador, Nicaragua, whatever country you want to choose. But
- 6:11Speaker 5: you're going to see them, and they'll picture them with
- 6:14Speaker 5: their child in hand, or holding their child, or struggling.
- 6:18Speaker 5: It'll be a heart wrenching video or photo that they
- 6:22Speaker 5: plaster up on the nightly news, and you'll see it
- 6:27Speaker 5: day after day after day after day. It'll be different
- 6:29Speaker 5: one every single day. And that's already started. You've already
- 6:33Speaker 5: seen their reporters. There's a reporter that I watched today
- 6:37Speaker 5: CNN who was at some Mexico sort of crossing station
- 6:42Speaker 5: where the room was filled with a bunch of folks
- 6:44Speaker 5: who wanted to come here but now can't and they're
- 6:48Speaker 5: sort of in limbo. Well I'm sorry, but that's not
- 6:50Speaker 5: our problem. You were trying to get it here illegally,
- 6:53Speaker 5: so now you've been stopped. So what has happened from
- 6:56Speaker 5: Trump is already working. So now what they show though,
- 7:00Speaker 5: is you've got mothers and down and trotted husbands looking
- 7:04Speaker 5: for work. It's a SOB stories right, one after another
- 7:08Speaker 5: after another after.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Another, SOB story, SOB story, stop story.
- 7:11Speaker 5: So I'm just I'm preparing you to be ready for
- 7:14Speaker 5: that because that is going to come night after night
- 7:17Speaker 5: after night after night. I can guarantee you and any
- 7:20Speaker 5: time Homan or any crew begins to deport folks, whether
- 7:24Speaker 5: it's through a bus or they crack down, you see
- 7:26Speaker 5: somebody get arrested, whatever it is, it will be on
- 7:29Speaker 5: the nightly news, and they will do their best to
- 7:31Speaker 5: tug at the heartstrings.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Don't let that happen.
- 7:35Speaker 5: Remember, twelve million people at least came in to the
- 7:40Speaker 5: United States illegally.
- 7:42Speaker 1: In the last four years. At least.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Now you can feel bad for the family members, and
- 7:48Speaker 5: you know, you can shed a tear if you like.
- 7:51Speaker 4: But the drain on the.
- 7:54Speaker 5: American economy, it's it's just it's just destructive and you
- 8:01Speaker 5: can't continue to do this. And so Trump, thank god,
- 8:05Speaker 5: has stopped it and now trying to reverse it. But
- 8:08Speaker 5: it's like a Titanic or you know, it's a giant
- 8:11Speaker 5: freight you know, one of these giant freight boats what
- 8:15Speaker 5: they call cargo ships that it's you know, it takes
- 8:19Speaker 5: you about five miles to stop the sucker.
- 8:21Speaker 1: That's what's going on. So it's going to be slow.
- 8:23Speaker 5: It's going to be a slow process, but hopefully the
- 8:28Speaker 5: precedent can be set. I mean home and said again
- 8:30Speaker 5: today on a couple of different news outlets. If they're
- 8:34Speaker 5: going after a criminal, like a known criminal, that they
- 8:37Speaker 5: know where he is or she is and they go
- 8:40Speaker 5: and get them. And if that person is living with
- 8:44Speaker 5: or surrounded by or in the vicinity of other illegals.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Even if those people.
- 8:49Speaker 5: Aren't on the radar, they're going too. So there is
- 8:53Speaker 5: a mindset. So if they go after one but they
- 8:56Speaker 5: get five, Okay, you're all getting on the bus.
- 8:57Speaker 1: You're going back. And you may think I'm heartless, I'm not.
- 9:02Speaker 5: This is America first, we have been basically in some cities,
- 9:07Speaker 5: it is it comes to.
- 9:09Speaker 1: The point where they're having to shift.
- 9:10Speaker 5: Around their own resources to be able to care for folks.
- 9:15Speaker 1: I've talked about New York a dozen.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Hundreds of times, maybe where New York had to actually
- 9:20Speaker 5: shift around five or six percent of their New York
- 9:23Speaker 5: City their budget to accommodate folks who are here illegally,
- 9:27Speaker 5: to to feed them, to house them, to clothe them,
- 9:30Speaker 5: to you know, to medically care for them.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And so by doing that, they had to go without in.
- 9:35Speaker 5: Some other areas. So it's you know it, listen, we
- 9:38Speaker 5: all know what it's done. And this is not an
- 9:40Speaker 5: anti immigration, it's not an anti lege, it's not an
- 9:43Speaker 5: anti legal immigration situation.
- 9:45Speaker 1: It's an anti illegal situation. So that is.
- 9:51Speaker 5: Story number two that's out there where there's a pushback
- 9:53Speaker 5: already against Trump and in some of these cities in particular,
- 9:57Speaker 5: some of these sanctuary cities and sanctuary states are going
- 9:59Speaker 5: to do their best to try to block what they're
- 10:04Speaker 5: trying to do. So that was story two. Story three
- 10:06Speaker 5: is Trump revokes the security clearance for fifty one intel
- 10:10Speaker 5: officers who hid the Hunter Biden's story right within the
- 10:15Speaker 5: administration under Joe Biden.
- 10:17Speaker 1: They hid the story right they didn't want it out.
- 10:21Speaker 5: There, and they decided to sort of shield it from
- 10:24Speaker 5: the press. And of course the press is culpa bol
- 10:26Speaker 5: with this as well. And this also goes hand in
- 10:28Speaker 5: hand with the fact that you're just imagine this. Your
- 10:32Speaker 5: elected leaders have been lying to you. I mean, they've
- 10:36Speaker 5: been lying to you forever, but it has been on
- 10:39Speaker 5: steroids in the last four years.
- 10:41Speaker 1: There's no transparency.
- 10:43Speaker 5: There was no transparency in that last administration. Hopefully one
- 10:50Speaker 5: of the things that Trump can give us is complete
- 10:53Speaker 5: transparencies or at least.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Some facts similarly there own. So those are just some
- 10:58Speaker 1: of the news stories that broke today.
- 11:00Speaker 5: There's many other It has been a little litter, literally
- 11:03Speaker 5: a bevy of NonStop stuff Trump.
- 11:06Speaker 6: It just seems like he's just been signing executive order
- 11:08Speaker 6: after executive order after executive order it's like the number
- 11:11Speaker 6: one shot that you see on any of these news outlets,
- 11:14Speaker 6: his Trump and his dark blue suit with his purple
- 11:17Speaker 6: tie signing away one executive order after another after.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Another, or after another after another. So there you go.
- 11:22Speaker 1: All right, that's how we began once again. My name
- 11:24Speaker 1: is leel C l E E l C I.

- 15:08Speaker 1: You can get on the site and search for us
- 15:10Speaker 1: and find us.
- 15:11Speaker 5: I feel like, do you want to just get a
- 15:14Speaker 5: little break from the Trump mania just for a couple seconds.
- 15:18Speaker 5: I know we're going to get into the January sixth,
- 15:20Speaker 5: the situation at the bottom of the air, But let
- 15:22Speaker 5: me ask you all questions.
- 15:23Speaker 1: See what you think about this.
- 15:25Speaker 5: So let's say you're getting a coffee at a at
- 15:30Speaker 5: a coffee place like one of these big chains I
- 15:33Speaker 5: don't know, depending upon where you are, will depend upon
- 15:35Speaker 5: what chain you would go to get coffee.
- 15:37Speaker 1: And let's say the coffee is three dollars.
- 15:39Speaker 5: And sixty cents or something like that, right, and you're
- 15:42Speaker 5: going through the drive through, and you I know, I
- 15:44Speaker 5: still pay with cash because I'm that's me.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I always pay with cash. I don't like to pay
- 15:48Speaker 1: any other way.
- 15:49Speaker 5: So I hand the person five bucks and I say,
- 15:52Speaker 5: you know, keep it right, So five bucks for a
- 15:54Speaker 5: three dollars and sixty cent coffee and then like just
- 15:58Speaker 5: throw like you know, they make the change quickly and
- 16:02Speaker 5: throw it into a cup, and they don't say thank you.
- 16:07Speaker 1: They don't say thank you, and they barely even look
- 16:10Speaker 1: at you. What do you do next time?
- 16:14Speaker 4: Right?
- 16:15Speaker 1: I mean it might be somebody different.
- 16:16Speaker 5: And I always like to tip, but I mean I
- 16:19Speaker 5: feel like I got an attitude like what's the proper tip?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Is there a proper tip in that situation?
- 16:26Speaker 5: Right?
- 16:27Speaker 1: Yes?
- 16:27Speaker 7: No?
- 16:28Speaker 1: Maybe? Am I wrong about that?
- 16:30Speaker 5: I always try to give more than whatever the twenty
- 16:33Speaker 5: percent is. And I don't even know if you're supposed
- 16:35Speaker 5: to tip those folks. I just do it because you
- 16:37Speaker 5: feel like they're working hard in that you know, little
- 16:40Speaker 5: cramped room, filling out coffee and donuts all day long,
- 16:44Speaker 5: so they're probably miserable.
- 16:45Speaker 1: By the time the end of the day is coming
- 16:47Speaker 1: at them.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Right, So you know, not that my dollar forty is
- 16:52Speaker 5: changing the lives and like they're going to go live on.
- 16:56Speaker 1: You know, Broadway, sax Fifth Avenue or what have you.
- 17:00Speaker 5: But still I mean a little bit, maybe maybe hey,
- 17:03Speaker 5: a head nod something.
- 17:04Speaker 8: No, I get nothing, I get zero, I get nada.
- 17:10Speaker 8: I get the big raspberry, the big fat raspberry. Well see,
- 17:15Speaker 8: now I gotta you know, I don't.
- 17:17Speaker 5: Like to get to coffee at those places anymore. I
- 17:19Speaker 5: don't know, it's like too expensive. I can get like
- 17:23Speaker 5: a whole week's worth of coffee by just going to
- 17:25Speaker 5: buy to myself, put it in the elextra work.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I don't know, all right, that's just me being a
- 17:31Speaker 1: kind of a smartness.
- 17:34Speaker 5: By the way, speaking of what we eat and drink,
- 17:36Speaker 5: by the kids are growing up with more health.
- 17:39Speaker 9: Issues now, not less more, and it's got to be like, well,
- 17:45Speaker 9: there's autism, there's ADHD, chronic allergies, right, anything and everything.
- 17:50Speaker 5: It's got to be what we're eating. And you know,
- 17:55Speaker 5: I've done shows on this. I got to do more
- 17:57Speaker 5: shows on this because it is a big, big deal.
- 18:01Speaker 5: But when you think about what our kids are ingesting,
- 18:05Speaker 5: and then like I don't know what generation you know,
- 18:08Speaker 5: you who know you're maybe you're my generation generation, you know,
- 18:11Speaker 5: prior to me.
- 18:12Speaker 1: I don't think there's many left in the generation that's
- 18:14Speaker 1: after me. But we didn't have this many stuff or
- 18:18Speaker 1: this much stuff going on.
- 18:19Speaker 5: I mean, maybe we didn't have the same mechanisms to
- 18:22Speaker 5: check for it. And it's not like we ate perfectly clean, right.
- 18:26Speaker 5: I started to grow up in the time where the
- 18:29Speaker 5: glucose sugars and all that began to get into the foods,
- 18:32Speaker 5: et cetera, but it was not to the same level.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Like every single package piece of food.
- 18:37Speaker 5: Is just it's horrible for you, man, I don't even
- 18:39Speaker 5: think it's food, right, And I know it's way more
- 18:43Speaker 5: expensive to eat clean than it is to eat garbage.
- 18:46Speaker 1: You can go to the dollar.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Store and walk out with five bags of stuff for
- 18:50Speaker 5: like thirty bucks, thinking you're you know, you ruled the
- 18:54Speaker 5: world and the shopping market, right, so but you know
- 18:57Speaker 5: you take it home and what is it?
- 18:58Speaker 1: A bunch of yo yos and who has and yodels
- 19:01Speaker 1: and what have you?
- 19:02Speaker 5: And you know you're doing nothing but ingesting garbage.
- 19:08Speaker 1: And you know, by the way, you know that.
- 19:11Speaker 5: Most of the dibacco companies bought a lot of the
- 19:13Speaker 5: food companies right, So they had you hooked on cigarettes
- 19:16Speaker 5: and nicotine and all that and that.
- 19:18Speaker 1: You know, we figured that that was killing us. So
- 19:20Speaker 1: now they flip flopped and they bought a bunch of the.
- 19:25Speaker 5: Of the food distribution outlets, so you know all of
- 19:28Speaker 5: these different ingredients. I actually had somebody on the other
- 19:31Speaker 5: day talking about if you go to a package and
- 19:33Speaker 5: you don't understand what you're reading, don't eat it. I
- 19:36Speaker 5: know that may be a lot of work, right, you
- 19:39Speaker 5: got to put a little effort in, But if that's
- 19:41Speaker 5: the case, man, don't eat it. If you can't pronounce it,
- 19:46Speaker 5: you shouldn't eat it. I mean, come on, man, it's
- 19:50Speaker 5: your body.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Only get one, all right. So I treated it like
- 19:55Speaker 1: a temple of suits.
- 19:57Speaker 5: All right, all right, we'll get back to Trump January sixth, ers,
- 20:02Speaker 5: the pardons, all of.
- 20:03Speaker 1: That when we come back.

- 22:14Speaker 5: a little bit, a little bit a couple of days ago,
- 22:16Speaker 5: about January sixth, and his name is Rabbi Jonathan Gross,
- 22:19Speaker 5: and he is a J six lawyer, So let's welcome
- 22:22Speaker 5: him to the broadcast. Jonathan, you're on war. Thanks a lot,
- 22:25Speaker 5: I appreciate it. So listen. You know you've literally spent
- 22:30Speaker 5: thousands of hours, probably many of which were pro bono,
- 22:34Speaker 5: to help the J six defendants.
- 22:37Speaker 1: How how did it feel when you got the word
- 22:40Speaker 1: of the pretty much the full pardons? How did that
- 22:42Speaker 1: make you feel?
- 22:43Speaker 10: There's only one word to describe it, Biblical. And let
- 22:47Speaker 10: me explain.
- 22:47Speaker 11: In the Bible, in Exodus, basically, it's the story of
- 22:51Speaker 11: the Israelites in Egypt where it was completely hopeless and
- 22:55Speaker 11: God says to Moses, I'm going to take him out.
- 22:57Speaker 10: And it was a laughing issue. It was crazy. Nobody
- 23:00Speaker 10: gets out. And then all of a sudden, in the.
- 23:03Speaker 11: Blink of an eye from nowhere, they not only are
- 23:06Speaker 11: they getting out, the Egyptians are pushing them out and saying,
- 23:08Speaker 11: get out of here, get out of here.
- 23:09Speaker 10: It's exactly what happened.
- 23:11Speaker 11: The President did it really in the most perfect way
- 23:13Speaker 11: in that there was no fanfare.
- 23:16Speaker 10: Nobody knew what was going on. CNN had no idea.
- 23:18Speaker 11: They actually, you know, people were circulating a news story that, oh,
- 23:22Speaker 11: he's only going to do the you know, misdemeanor cases
- 23:26Speaker 11: and everything, and it was it was actually very anxious.
- 23:28Speaker 10: I have to be honest.
- 23:29Speaker 11: And then all of a sudden, while they're at that arena,
- 23:34Speaker 11: all of my phone's blowing up all over the country.
- 23:37Speaker 11: The doors are opening up, and the j sixers are
- 23:40Speaker 11: people of faith and in eighty facilities spread out over
- 23:46Speaker 11: thirty five states, and we had people at every one
- 23:49Speaker 11: of those facilities ready to take people in when they
- 23:52Speaker 11: got them out, because you had to have somebody there
- 23:54Speaker 11: and the doors were open, orders said get them out
- 23:58Speaker 11: of there now, and the jails could not move fast enough.
- 24:00Speaker 11: They say, get out of our prison. Get out of
- 24:02Speaker 11: our prison. And it happened just like that, and every
- 24:04Speaker 11: jail amount except for the DC Gulag, where right now
- 24:08Speaker 11: there are still nineteen men and women who are locked
- 24:11Speaker 11: up in d C. But thank God, you know, there
- 24:14Speaker 11: are people on the ground there and I was there
- 24:16Speaker 11: today for about five hours, and please.
- 24:20Speaker 10: God, that will be resolved soon as well.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Tell me about that, because we talked about how bad
- 24:24Speaker 5: that prison is. Give everybody sort of like a visual
- 24:29Speaker 5: walking tour of that prison.
- 24:30Speaker 11: If you can't, yeah, absolutely, what I'd rather do is
- 24:34Speaker 11: give a little bit of a history, and that tells
- 24:36Speaker 11: a little bit about what's.
- 24:36Speaker 10: Going on there.
- 24:37Speaker 11: Is that the DC Jail is the holding facility in
- 24:42Speaker 11: d C, which serves both as the DC Jail for
- 24:45Speaker 11: the people in the local people and also people who
- 24:49Speaker 11: are arrested in the federal system are housed there by
- 24:52Speaker 11: the federal government. So you can either be a resident
- 24:56Speaker 11: of the DC in the facility of the DC Jail itself,
- 24:59Speaker 11: that means you're kind like a DC person, or you
- 25:02Speaker 11: could be somebody who's there with the US Marshals for
- 25:05Speaker 11: the federal service. So two kinds of people, the federal
- 25:08Speaker 11: people are all there pre trial. So these are innocent people,
- 25:12Speaker 11: because remember our system is innocent until proven guilty. Innocent
- 25:15Speaker 11: people who are sitting there at pre trial. And for
- 25:19Speaker 11: some reason with J six, the DC judges decided that
- 25:23Speaker 11: these people who were not flight risks, who were not dangerous,
- 25:25Speaker 11: no criminal records, but because they threatened democracy itself, they
- 25:30Speaker 11: should all be held pre trial. Not all, but they
- 25:33Speaker 11: put a lot of people their pre trial. So that's
- 25:37Speaker 11: how the JA sixers ended up in that facility. There
- 25:41Speaker 11: were reports from the Jay sisters that the facility was
- 25:43Speaker 11: terrible and was violating their constitutional on human rights. Marjorie
- 25:47Speaker 11: Taylor Green in twenty twenty one. In October of twenty
- 25:50Speaker 11: twenty one, she demanded to get into that prison, and
- 25:55Speaker 11: because she did that, at first they turned her down.
- 25:58Speaker 11: But she was persistent and she brought other congressmen with
- 26:01Speaker 11: her that she demanded to be let in. And because
- 26:04Speaker 11: of that, the marshals, who are the ones who were
- 26:06Speaker 11: in charge of the people were there. They were embarrassed
- 26:08Speaker 11: and they had to do an expection. They did an
- 26:11Speaker 11: inspection and the jail failed. They found systemic failures. This
- 26:17Speaker 11: is their report and findings from November one, twenty twenty one.
- 26:22Speaker 11: They said it's horrific. In there is their words. They said,
- 26:28Speaker 11: absolute violation of constitutional rights. People living in open sewage,
- 26:32Speaker 11: the drugs everywhere, legal drugs, the smell of illegal drugs
- 26:36Speaker 11: permeated the entire place, filth, bugs, rodents, vermin, the twenty
- 26:42Speaker 11: three hour lockdown, punitive measures including withholding water and food,
- 26:48Speaker 11: which absolutely cannot be done. And worst of all, when
- 26:52Speaker 11: they were this is in their report, when they were
- 26:55Speaker 11: interviewing the inmates, they heard the guards threatening the inmates
- 27:00Speaker 11: and telling them, don't you dare snitch, and that was
- 27:04Speaker 11: in the report. It went to the DC judges, who
- 27:06Speaker 11: are no fans of the JA sixers, and they had
- 27:09Speaker 11: no choice. Judged Royce Lambert, who's one of the worst
- 27:12Speaker 11: JAY six judges. He held the jail in contempt and
- 27:15Speaker 11: told the DOJ, I refer it to you to investigate
- 27:20Speaker 11: for constitutional rights, civil rights violations. Anyway, they moved everybody
- 27:26Speaker 11: out immediately. It was a whole thing. And the DC
- 27:28Speaker 11: local government, which is all Democrat, was like, oh, we've
- 27:31Speaker 11: known about this for years and I've been yelling my
- 27:33Speaker 11: head off. And it's not just the J sixers, it's
- 27:35Speaker 11: all the black people who are in there, who are
- 27:38Speaker 11: suffering in this prison, and something needs to be done.
- 27:40Speaker 11: Blah blah blah. Politician, politician, politician. They yelled and yelled. Meanwhile,
- 27:44Speaker 11: we're now in twenty twenty four. Nothing's ever been done,
- 27:48Speaker 11: and I would never allow my clients to be put
- 27:50Speaker 11: in there. Because I had a client who was going
- 27:52Speaker 11: to be moved there, and I immediately filed a motion
- 27:55Speaker 11: with the court and I said, I demand before he's
- 27:57Speaker 11: moved there, that the government and show cause. They have
- 28:01Speaker 11: to prove that they have investigated the findings of the
- 28:05Speaker 11: marshals and they've remediated the findings of the marshals.
- 28:08Speaker 10: And the judge, Judge Moss, is like, oh, no, no
- 28:10Speaker 10: need for that, So we don't need nothing to see here.
- 28:13Speaker 10: He could see where he is.
- 28:15Speaker 11: And that happened a couple of times to me where
- 28:17Speaker 11: I would make a fuss about it, and then while
- 28:20Speaker 11: I'm in it, before I could get a hearing, before
- 28:21Speaker 11: I could get a ruling on emotion, mysteriously he's moved.
- 28:24Speaker 11: Problem solved. Your emotion is moot that there has to
- 28:30Speaker 11: be an investigation. So today President Trump's order it went
- 28:33Speaker 11: out yesterday and every other jail in the country. He
- 28:36Speaker 11: seems to figure out how to get their people out immediately,
- 28:38Speaker 11: except for the DC jail.
- 28:39Speaker 10: They claim it's incompetence. Let's give them the benefit of
- 28:42Speaker 10: the doubt.
- 28:43Speaker 5: Let me ask you this. So it's maybe I'm wrong
- 28:46Speaker 5: on this. I thought we were guaranteed a speedy trial, right,
- 28:49Speaker 5: So how can you be incarcerated without a trial for
- 28:53Speaker 5: four years?
- 28:54Speaker 1: How does that even possible?
- 28:56Speaker 11: We have something called the Speedy Trial Act that says
- 28:59Speaker 11: that you have to have a fast trial within a
- 29:01Speaker 11: certain amount of days. But there's a fine print to that.
- 29:05Speaker 11: It's that if the judge finds in the interest of
- 29:08Speaker 11: justice that the true Speedy Trial Act rights should be waived,
- 29:13Speaker 11: then he'll waive them. So he asks, it's almost like,
- 29:17Speaker 11: you know, they ask every attorney at everything, so do
- 29:19Speaker 11: you wave your speed trial you know rites at this time?
- 29:22Speaker 11: And it's like, yeah, of course we do, because if
- 29:24Speaker 11: we don't, you're just gonna You're just gonna wave them for.
- 29:26Speaker 10: Us, and then you're just not gonna like me.
- 29:29Speaker 11: So the Speedy Trial Act is a dead letter and
- 29:32Speaker 11: something needs to be done about that.
- 29:35Speaker 5: All right, how many if you don't mind, do you
- 29:37Speaker 5: how many plaintiffs or how many defendants did you actually represent?
- 29:41Speaker 1: How many did you have under your wing under your umbrella.
- 29:43Speaker 11: Be honestly, I lost count. It's around twenty somewhere there.
- 29:47Speaker 11: One of these days after I got to figure it
- 29:50Speaker 11: out that I was a counsel, but I was. I
- 29:55Speaker 11: felt compelled by God to help these people in any
- 29:58Speaker 11: way that I could. And I said, any January sixth
- 30:01Speaker 11: er who calls me, they need advice, they need anything,
- 30:03Speaker 11: I would help them. So I've spoken to probably close
- 30:06Speaker 11: to one hundred of the sixteen hundred at least.
- 30:08Speaker 5: So what do you say about you know, there are
- 30:11Speaker 5: people out there saying that some of these j sixers
- 30:14Speaker 5: should not have gotten pardon. You know, they saw the video,
- 30:17Speaker 5: They saw you know, people breaking windows, they saw people,
- 30:20Speaker 5: you know, attacking in some cases police officers. What do
- 30:23Speaker 5: you say to the people that say, well, this was
- 30:25Speaker 5: not a you know, this was not a good mover,
- 30:26Speaker 5: or at least for some people, they shouldn't have gotten out.
- 30:30Speaker 11: So I have two answers to that that I was
- 30:32Speaker 11: giving prior to the partons coming on, Resident Trump did
- 30:35Speaker 11: absolutely the right thing. Number one is that I mean,
- 30:39Speaker 11: I give a number of reasons, but Number one is
- 30:40Speaker 11: that nobody got a fair trial. No one, even the worst,
- 30:43Speaker 11: whatever you want to say about it. A bad person
- 30:46Speaker 11: even is supposed to get a good fair trial. The
- 30:50Speaker 11: venue was completely unfair because the the juries vote ninety
- 30:57Speaker 11: five percent Democrat. And this isn't like you know, Reagan
- 31:00Speaker 11: tipp O'Neil, this is President Trump. If you're if you
- 31:03Speaker 11: don't like President Trump, then chances are it's more than
- 31:06Speaker 11: just a political preference. You cannot imagine your friends who
- 31:11Speaker 11: hate President Trump and can't even hear his name. That's
- 31:14Speaker 11: how they feel about the January six ers. They had
- 31:16Speaker 11: no there was no way you could get a fair
- 31:18Speaker 11: trial by jury. And the judges, I will say, in
- 31:22Speaker 11: my opinion, had implicit bias that they don't maybe recognize
- 31:28Speaker 11: in that from their offices you can see the capital.
- 31:31Speaker 10: And they felt that.
- 31:32Speaker 11: I believe in my opinion that it's implicit bias.
- 31:37Speaker 10: There's nothing that they can do about it, and it's
- 31:38Speaker 10: nothing to impugne the you.
- 31:40Speaker 11: Know, because I'm a lawyer, I have to uphold the
- 31:42Speaker 11: integrity of the legal system or whatever, and so, but
- 31:46Speaker 11: they've implicit bias, just like you could say in the South,
- 31:49Speaker 11: maybe you know, white judges had implicit bias against black defendants. Well,
- 31:54Speaker 11: in DC, I think that the judges had implicit bias
- 31:56Speaker 11: against the January sixth defendance because it was so close
- 31:58Speaker 11: to home for them should have been moved to different courts.
- 32:02Speaker 10: That's number one. Number two is that let me tell
- 32:05Speaker 10: you something.
- 32:05Speaker 11: Even about the worst people, they got very unfair sentences.
- 32:10Speaker 11: And I'll give you a couple of examples that you
- 32:11Speaker 11: can compare with Black Lives Matter. There's a guy named
- 32:15Speaker 11: montes Terrio Lee. He was a Black Lives Matter protester
- 32:18Speaker 11: in Minneapolis. He burned down somebody's small business and destroyed
- 32:22Speaker 11: that person's life and livelihood. And in that small business
- 32:25Speaker 11: was a man who died and that person lost his life.
- 32:28Speaker 10: And that person was on.
- 32:29Speaker 11: Camera pouring liquid accelerant all over it and lighting the
- 32:33Speaker 11: fuse and then pumping his fist in the air outside
- 32:35Speaker 11: as it burned. The government in their sentencing memo asked
- 32:39Speaker 11: for leniency because he's like Martin Luther King Junior, because
- 32:41Speaker 11: he did it for racial justice, and he got ten
- 32:44Speaker 11: years in jail. Dominique Pazzola broke a window. He broke
- 32:47Speaker 11: a window, and he got ten years in jail.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Is that fair?
- 32:52Speaker 10: In DC?
- 32:53Speaker 11: You can look right now at the Department of Justices
- 32:58Speaker 11: press release for the Attorney Attorney, the United States Attorney
- 33:03Speaker 11: of DC, and you can look at all their press releases.
- 33:06Speaker 11: They had sentencing last week of murderers, straight up murderers.
- 33:10Speaker 10: Somebody who shot mother man dead in the.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Back, I got kill RABBI. Can you hang on us?
- 33:15Speaker 1: Can you hang on with me one more break? Can
- 33:16Speaker 1: you go with me to the top of the hour.
- 33:17Speaker 5: We got to take a quick break for the music
- 33:19Speaker 5: is playing, so we'll pick it up when we come back.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Don't go anywhere, everybody you're listening to.

- 37:04Speaker 1: This is some great music. Welcome back to everybody.
- 37:08Speaker 5: This is the Talk Media Network in Lindell TV. Thank
- 37:11Speaker 5: you guys for joining us. Appreciate it very much. We
- 37:13Speaker 5: do have a very special guest, Rabbi Jonathan Gross, who
- 37:16Speaker 5: is down in Washington, d C. He is representing about
- 37:20Speaker 5: twenty j six ers and we're talking about the pardons
- 37:23Speaker 5: and Rabbi, we don't have a ton of time left,
- 37:25Speaker 5: but just a couple of things I want to make
- 37:27Speaker 5: sure we get to. So I've written columns about this
- 37:29Speaker 5: where you know, Sam Adams, the Sons of Liberty, with
- 37:32Speaker 5: you know, the Patriots looking for justice, stumping tea into
- 37:35Speaker 5: the Boston you know, with the Boston Tea Party.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Give me any correlation between that and this.
- 37:43Speaker 5: I mean, if you know, one hundred years from now,
- 37:44Speaker 5: are we going to look back at this January sixth
- 37:48Speaker 5: event like we look back at the Boston tea party.
- 37:52Speaker 11: That's a great question in terms of what how we're
- 37:54Speaker 11: going to look at January sixth. In my opinion, January
- 37:57Speaker 11: sixth is not about the three scuffle that occurred at
- 38:02Speaker 11: the Capitol, especially if you think about it in light
- 38:04Speaker 11: of how BLM for months, more months than ours, burned
- 38:09Speaker 11: cities all over this country. January sixth really stands for
- 38:14Speaker 11: the four years of targeting a specific group of people,
- 38:19Speaker 11: coordination with the media to demonize them, the government to
- 38:22Speaker 11: do this one sided Stalinist committee where they destroyed evidence apparently,
- 38:27Speaker 11: and now they're pardoned, so hopefully we can investigate, but
- 38:29Speaker 11: nobody will be accountable for that apparently, and then the
- 38:34Speaker 11: prosecution going and with the FBI and law enforcement going
- 38:38Speaker 11: after all these people, the BOP, everybody following orders, the
- 38:41Speaker 11: US marshals and the courts and the judges giving these
- 38:45Speaker 11: crazy sentences. I was saying before the break, you know,
- 38:48Speaker 11: twelve years for murder in DC and then twelve years
- 38:53Speaker 11: Chris Quaglin who thank god, is now out for allegedly
- 38:57Speaker 11: shoving a couple of cops a couple of times. Twelve
- 38:59Speaker 11: years he got He did not murder anyone, and he
- 39:01Speaker 11: got the same as somebody who got murder. And so
- 39:06Speaker 11: the way that we look at January sixth is very
- 39:07Speaker 11: very important, and that's part of the next steps is
- 39:09Speaker 11: that there has to be messaging around it. I think,
- 39:13Speaker 11: honestly J sixers should be invited to the White House.
- 39:16Speaker 11: I hope President Trump does that, they should get medals. Frankly,
- 39:20Speaker 11: there should obviously be what we call reparations for them.
- 39:24Speaker 10: There should be monuments. There should be.
- 39:27Speaker 11: There are already are many documentaries and hopefully there'll be more,
- 39:32Speaker 11: and we need to make sure that the right message
- 39:36Speaker 11: and lesson is taken from it, not their nonsense message
- 39:39Speaker 11: that you know, there was almost an insurrection and democracy
- 39:43Speaker 11: almost died, which is nonsense, but rather that for four
- 39:46Speaker 11: years the government made it a point to show that
- 39:49Speaker 11: if you don't like what happened to the elections, you
- 39:50Speaker 11: better shut your mouth or we're going to destroy you.
- 39:54Speaker 1: So that's very important.
- 39:55Speaker 5: Yes, aside from trip to the White House or you know,
- 39:58Speaker 5: some of that other sort of field stuff.
- 40:01Speaker 1: What about the j sixers, I mean themselves.
- 40:03Speaker 5: I'm sure that there is going to be serious sort
- 40:07Speaker 5: of lawsuits from them through the United States government.
- 40:11Speaker 1: I would guess.
- 40:12Speaker 11: Right absolutely, they better be I mean, but they should
- 40:17Speaker 11: shouldn't have to come to that because frankly, if they
- 40:19Speaker 11: have a lawsuits, they're just going to go straight to
- 40:21Speaker 11: the DC court that.
- 40:22Speaker 10: Put them away for twenty years for shoving cops.
- 40:25Speaker 11: But I think that what should happen is that the
- 40:28Speaker 11: government should on its own figure I put together some
- 40:31Speaker 11: kind of blue ribbon committee to figure out compensation for them,
- 40:34Speaker 11: and it's going to be not an easy task.
- 40:36Speaker 10: People's lives were destroyed. People's lives were lost by the way.
- 40:38Speaker 10: People died because of the pressure of the prosecution.
- 40:42Speaker 1: That's another misconception too.
- 40:44Speaker 5: If you talk with somebody, a lot of people actually
- 40:46Speaker 5: are convinced that the JA sixers kill people that day,
- 40:49Speaker 5: Like they talk about it as if it's a.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Matter of fact, and nothing like that happened.
- 40:53Speaker 11: Right, nobody died, that was a cop. In fact, Brian
- 40:58Speaker 11: Sidnik was a lie. He had a stroke NEXA. It's
- 41:00Speaker 11: never been proven if it had anything to do with
- 41:02Speaker 11: January six By the way, it was probably because of
- 41:05Speaker 11: all the guests that the police shot, because that you know,
- 41:09Speaker 11: we don't know what the effects of that kind of
- 41:10Speaker 11: dangerous stuff is. But the rest of the cops committed
- 41:14Speaker 11: suicide strangely after, you know, like months later, and they say, oh,
- 41:19Speaker 11: it was because six really they were so I mean, also,
- 41:23Speaker 11: if you look at January sixth, the Western Tunnel was
- 41:25Speaker 11: a pretty bad situation, but there were mostly Metropolitan police there,
- 41:30Speaker 11: and those people did not commit suicide. The Capitol police
- 41:33Speaker 11: saw very little violence. They did not see any violence
- 41:36Speaker 11: most of them. It was the it was the metropolitan police.
- 41:38Speaker 11: Capitol police often were the ones who were leading Jacob Chansley,
- 41:41Speaker 11: the you know, the buffalo guy around and you know,
- 41:44Speaker 11: we're shaking hands, taking selfies at the Senate wing door.
- 41:47Speaker 10: They didn't see any violence some of them.
- 41:49Speaker 11: So those suicides, you know, cannot be attributed, but they are.
- 41:53Speaker 11: They'll say that. You'll hear today people say five people
- 41:57Speaker 11: died and all the injuries they talk about, we need
- 42:00Speaker 11: to look into those injuries because I've seen, you know,
- 42:02Speaker 11: some of the details of that. So the narrative, and
- 42:05Speaker 11: if that's my main point is that the narrative is
- 42:06Speaker 11: the most importing that needs.
- 42:08Speaker 10: To be restored.
- 42:09Speaker 5: It's a very strange set of narratives, some of the
- 42:11Speaker 5: stuff that came out of it, you know, the cops
- 42:12Speaker 5: waving the people in and all that.
- 42:14Speaker 1: So Rabbi, the music is playing, so we got to go.
- 42:16Speaker 5: But do you have a website folks can go to
- 42:19Speaker 5: learn more about you?
- 42:22Speaker 11: No, maybe Facebook, Craze, nothing like that, Twitter, j on Underscore,
- 42:27Speaker 11: g r Oss.
- 42:28Speaker 10: It's mostly just Jen six stuff.
- 42:30Speaker 11: So or you can go to the Stophete dot org
- 42:33Speaker 11: is a friend of mine, Dave Sommerl he's great, and
- 42:35Speaker 11: Condemned USA is Trendis Evans. So look at those two organizations,
- 42:39Speaker 11: Stop Hate and Condemned USA.
