  [SPEAKER_00]: And number one, the overarching thing for me is, show me, don't tell me.

  [SPEAKER_00]: By the time you're listening to this, maybe there's great news on Ricky Pierce all was only on pup for a couple of days and he's going to be back and practicing right away to start the week.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of pressure on him.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of pressure on the nighters to get to on Jennings in that just don't have healthy experienced and won't be suspended receivers.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's only one of those guys healthy experienced and won't be suspended to on Jennings is the only one of those guys.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And right now Ricky Pierce holds not getting suspended, but he's also not experienced.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The couple of things in the defensive secondary like Renardo Green does he establish yes, I am the number two corner back on this team and do they get a solidification at Nickelback.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But I think the kicker competition because they've changed the special teams coach.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He is a guy who's already kind of, you know, he got to make a pick essentially.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think this competition's gonna be a little bit different for him, a little more telling for him, because I think it's not just about making kicks.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So, uh, Brand Boyer is is uh, he's watching a lot.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And so I think what we're going to get is you're going to see these kicking competition stats from nine or practice.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I still think tie goes to Jake Moody given his organizational history.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But, um, the writing is there that they are trusting Brand Boyer's evaluation.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think this puts Jake in a very different mental space probably from a competition standpoint that he was last year when it was like, yeah, it's competition, but not really years to win or years to lose, whichever the way you look at it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Cornerback to safety, nickel, I mean, three-force of the defensive line, the second linebacker spot.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, playing in the first preseason game is not the most important thing in the world, but they just have, for all of the promise, and there's a lot of promise.
