- 0:08Speaker 1: God, I love the station.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Program loaded and ready. Hi, this is Carla Wagner from
- 0:15Speaker 2: Axmatax dot org and you are listening to the Run
- 0:19Speaker 2: Edwards American Experience. Prepare for launching three two one, and
- 0:47Speaker 2: away we go.
- 0:48Speaker 3: See see.
- 0:53Speaker 2: See see.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 1:15Speaker 4: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 1:20Speaker 4: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Well, Hello, good day, good day, and welcome. I'm Ron
- 1:47Speaker 2: Edwards and you are listening to the Ron Edwards American
- 1:50Speaker 2: Experienced Talk Show. And man, it's great to be back
- 1:54Speaker 2: with you. Another wonderful day in the neighborhood. Yeah, beautiful
- 1:59Speaker 2: winter underland going on a might as well speak positively
- 2:03Speaker 2: about it. It is what it is right. Well, you
- 2:07Speaker 2: know the communists inspired chaos which exploded across a South
- 2:12Speaker 2: Minneapolis community this past weekend over a Border Patrol agent
- 2:16Speaker 2: involved shooting where there were large crowds surging into the streets.
- 2:20Speaker 2: They swarmed federal personnel and clashed with agents attempting to
- 2:24Speaker 2: secure the scene. Now, what began is a rapid gathering
- 2:28Speaker 2: of onlookers quickly devolved into a volatile confrontation with agitators
- 2:32Speaker 2: blocking roads. This is really really irritating to me. Why
- 2:38Speaker 2: these agitators continued to be allowed to block roads, surrounding
- 2:43Speaker 2: vehicles and forcing federal officials into defensive physicians. Are you
- 2:46Speaker 2: kidding me? Amid a fast escalating wave of unrest, Now,
- 2:51Speaker 2: it would seem that by now, okay, maybe federal officials
- 2:56Speaker 2: aren't that bright, but it would seem that by now, okay,
- 3:01Speaker 2: this has been going on for weeks and weeks and
- 3:02Speaker 2: weeks months now, these kinds of problems, they would have
- 3:06Speaker 2: learned that, well, wait a minute, maybe we should be
- 3:10Speaker 2: arriving in armor plated vehicles, and maybe we should bring
- 3:16Speaker 2: in people that know how to fight. ICE agents are
- 3:19Speaker 2: not physically equipped to handle these people in the streets.
- 3:23Speaker 2: They're just not. I suspected it, and I think it
- 3:29Speaker 2: was last week. It was proven, hey, by an individual,
- 3:33Speaker 2: Mark Taylor, who was on here as a guest, and
- 3:36Speaker 2: he mentioned that ICE agents only receive about forty seven
- 3:40Speaker 2: days worth of training. That's not enough. Okay, the average
- 3:44Speaker 2: American is out of shape and weak, and you get
- 3:47Speaker 2: only forty seven days of training. Ah, you can't handle it.
- 3:51Speaker 2: You can't handle and handle it. And so there needs
- 3:53Speaker 2: to be tougher personnel to either accompany them or replace
- 3:58Speaker 2: them needs to happen right away. Way glad to see
- 4:01Speaker 2: the Tom Holman is going to be popping in on
- 4:04Speaker 2: the scene and taking over Christino great lady, you know,
- 4:12Speaker 2: probably the one of the prettiest grandmothers I've ever seen
- 4:15Speaker 2: in my entire life, one of the prettiest. But hey,
- 4:19Speaker 2: that's not enough. We need men to do men's jobs.
- 4:23Speaker 5: It is what it is.
- 4:26Speaker 2: DHS officials report that it was well over two hundred
- 4:31Speaker 2: rioters that arrived quickly on the scene just to promote
- 4:35Speaker 2: trouble and keep things going. And see they're playing right
- 4:38Speaker 2: in the hands of their friends of the media, which
- 4:42Speaker 2: plays to whom the millions of indoctrinated Americans who buy
- 4:48Speaker 2: into all the garbage that whatever the liars put out
- 4:54Speaker 2: kind of reminds me, you know, very very seldom do
- 4:58Speaker 2: people in this country look at a situation and they
- 5:03Speaker 2: see confrontation, they see a problem. Rarely do they say, well,
- 5:06Speaker 2: who started it, what was the nucleus of it? They
- 5:11Speaker 2: only see a situation and blame the person that either
- 5:15Speaker 2: wins the argument has to kill the other person or whatever,
- 5:20Speaker 2: and don't worry about the root of it, because in
- 5:22Speaker 2: many cases they don't want the root of the situation
- 5:25Speaker 2: to get out there. The riot broke out after federal
- 5:30Speaker 2: agents shot an armed an armed man near a local
- 5:34Speaker 2: donut shop. An officials reported that the agents were conducting
- 5:39Speaker 2: a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border crosser
- 5:43Speaker 2: wanted for what a violent assault. And yet you have
- 5:49Speaker 2: millions of Americans going to Nutsville in their little peanut
- 5:54Speaker 2: sized brains because they would prefer illegal border across a rapist, murderers, robbers,
- 6:04Speaker 2: is lomists, etc. To run around here doing whatever the
- 6:07Speaker 2: hangnail they want to do. They rather have them running
- 6:10Speaker 2: around than having our nation, a republic, cleaned out. Now
- 6:13Speaker 2: why is that, Well, it comes down to their philosophical base,
- 6:20Speaker 2: the philosophical base of millions of Americans. About I predict
- 6:24Speaker 2: about thirty to thirty five percent of Americans are in
- 6:27Speaker 2: favor of that anything that is destructive, including the CCP,
- 6:31Speaker 2: which puts big money behind these allegedly behind these these
- 6:36Speaker 2: riots in the streets of America. Oh, actually it's an insurrection.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Let's be totally honest about it. And why, oh why, why,
- 6:47Speaker 2: why why why? I could say why a million times
- 6:50Speaker 2: because I don't understand why the president has not enacted
- 6:55Speaker 2: the Insurrection Act, which became law in eighteen oh seven
- 7:00Speaker 2: and has been used several times during our wonderful Republic's history.
- 7:06Speaker 2: It was used during the riots in the early nineteen nineties.
- 7:11Speaker 2: You remember Rodney King, Well, get along that guy, and
- 7:20Speaker 2: other situations throughout history. It's time, I mean, is he
- 7:26Speaker 2: waiting until it is spread to all the major cities
- 7:30Speaker 2: in America and it's totally out of control because he's
- 7:35Speaker 2: afraid that, oh wow, because there are so many brainwashed
- 7:40Speaker 2: Americans that they will believe the lies. And you know,
- 7:43Speaker 2: they see the government clamping down on the communist statitators
- 7:47Speaker 2: in the streets, and maybe he's concerned about the fact
- 7:52Speaker 2: that Americans will continue to be on the side of
- 7:57Speaker 2: the illegals and they don't want them to be rounded
- 8:01Speaker 2: up and kicked out of our country. And yet this
- 8:05Speaker 2: is another example of it's not what's done, but who
- 8:08Speaker 2: does it. When Ali Obama was in office, he kicked
- 8:13Speaker 2: out many more people than whom the number that Trumps
- 8:18Speaker 2: kicked out, and most of the people that have left
- 8:20Speaker 2: the majority are self deporting, by the way, But Ali
- 8:25Speaker 2: Obama directly kicked out at least three million illegal border crossers.
- 8:33Speaker 2: So far, two point five or whatever illegals have self deported,
- 8:42Speaker 2: and I think the Trump administration has directly kicked out
- 8:44Speaker 2: maybe two hundred thousand. Really a paltry effort as far
- 8:49Speaker 2: as I'm concerned, I think the Trump administration when it
- 8:54Speaker 2: comes to the border situation is very well meaning. Their
- 8:56Speaker 2: heart's in the right place, but their actions are half
- 9:00Speaker 2: stepping in my humble opinion. Now, when Trump was directly
- 9:07Speaker 2: involved in the building industry, he didn't take this kind
- 9:10Speaker 2: of crap on his building sites. If someone screwed up,
- 9:13Speaker 2: it was directly dealt with. Boom boom, boom, boom boom.
- 9:18Speaker 2: And now the survival of our very republic is at stake,
- 9:21Speaker 2: and he's dragging his feet. He's allowing people like Susan
- 9:25Speaker 2: Wiles and others to hold him up and prevent him
- 9:28Speaker 2: from completely carrying out his duties. He needs to wake up,
- 9:33Speaker 2: you know, someone needs to wake walk up to him
- 9:35Speaker 2: and you know, and shake him by the shoulder and
- 9:38Speaker 2: say wake up, snap out of it. And because our
- 9:46Speaker 2: republic is literally at stake here, these people mean business
- 9:50Speaker 2: that are in the streets of America, that are rioting
- 9:53Speaker 2: and doing all the kinds of things that they're doing.
- 9:56Speaker 2: They're emboldened by the fact that they've been allowed to
- 9:58Speaker 2: get away with this madness for so long. And the
- 10:01Speaker 2: longer it takes for the President to enact the Insurrection Act,
- 10:06Speaker 2: the more difficult it will be for it to be
- 10:09Speaker 2: successfully carried out. So it would be better to go
- 10:15Speaker 2: ahead now and then we see the positive results of
- 10:20Speaker 2: all these yahoo's kicked out, locked up, et cetera. And
- 10:25Speaker 2: then the President would get positive results and the Republicans
- 10:30Speaker 2: who really want to do the right thing would also
- 10:33Speaker 2: gain in the midterm elections. But if you keep dragging
- 10:36Speaker 2: your feet like this, half stepping, and you allow people
- 10:41Speaker 2: like Ted Cruz and others, and we're going to get
- 10:43Speaker 2: into what he said recently about President Trump, okay and
- 10:49Speaker 2: other Republicans, if he allows their narration to be the
- 10:54Speaker 2: order of the day, you can kiss the midterms goodbye.
- 11:00Speaker 2: And if that happens, Trump's progress will be slowed down dramatically,
- 11:08Speaker 2: and Katie by the door for twenty twenty eight, it
- 11:12Speaker 2: won't be pretty.

- 15:56Speaker 10: you're listening to the Ron Edwards American.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Experience and we're back. This is a run over American Experience.
- 16:08Speaker 2: And by the way, you can join the conversation today
- 16:11Speaker 2: open line Monday at two zero eight two one six
- 16:14Speaker 2: six one zero zero. That's two zero eight two one
- 16:18Speaker 2: six six one zero zero. You know, it's well funny,
- 16:24Speaker 2: but then again not so funny when Americans like actress
- 16:27Speaker 2: Zoe Deutsch, you know, they ignore the brutality of the
- 16:31Speaker 2: illegal motocrossers, but then they run around saying, oh, I
- 16:36Speaker 2: fear the brutality of ice. You know, this is something
- 16:39Speaker 2: she said at the sun Dance Film Festival. But yet
- 16:43Speaker 2: when a federal agent's finger is allegedly bitten off during
- 16:47Speaker 2: the riots that fill the streets, after a federal agent's
- 16:50Speaker 2: sharp shot an armed man in Minneapolis, well that's something
- 16:54Speaker 2: to be ignored. Yeah, this is crazy stuff. This is
- 16:58Speaker 2: crazy work. As DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a
- 17:04Speaker 2: targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border crosser wanted
- 17:08Speaker 2: for violent assault. An individual approached the US Border Patrol
- 17:12Speaker 2: officer with a nine millimeter semi automatic handgun and you know,
- 17:17Speaker 2: started trouble. Then another one, another agent lost his finger.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Man oh, man, o man. Because you know this is
- 17:29Speaker 2: something else. You know, these people are so crazy that
- 17:31Speaker 2: they're willing to imitate a pitbull to try to take
- 17:34Speaker 2: off the finger of an ICE agent who's simply doing
- 17:38Speaker 2: the job, the correct job of clearing out illegal border
- 17:42Speaker 2: crossers who have been doing harm.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Well.
- 17:48Speaker 2: According to the USA Awakening, a new scoop FBI files
- 17:52Speaker 2: exposed the ten million dollars that the Uncle Joe Biden bribe.
- 17:57Speaker 2: The corruption they buried in is a lapsing right now.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Newly surfaced FBI documents alleged that Uncle Joe Biden and
- 18:04Speaker 2: Hunter Biden each received another five million dollars from a
- 18:10Speaker 2: senior executive of Barisma Holdings while Uncle Joe Biden served
- 18:14Speaker 2: as vice president. That's according to a confidential human source
- 18:17Speaker 2: sited in the files, the payments were made to secure
- 18:21Speaker 2: political protection and force the removal of a Ukrainian prosecutor
- 18:26Speaker 2: investigating Barisma, and had he not been thrown out, things
- 18:30Speaker 2: might have been cleaned up. The quote that defines the
- 18:34Speaker 2: case is chillingly simple. Five million for one Biden, five
- 18:41Speaker 2: million for the other. The money was allegedly routed through
- 18:45Speaker 2: complex offshore channels deliberately structured to delay or block tracing
- 18:51Speaker 2: for many years, and the investigators were told the system
- 18:55Speaker 2: was designed to outlast accountability itself. The prosecutor was Victor Shoken,
- 19:01Speaker 2: and the pressure to fire him was later publicly bragged
- 19:05Speaker 2: about on camera by Uncle Joe Biden, and what was
- 19:08Speaker 2: framed as a diplomacy now appears in the light of
- 19:12Speaker 2: these files as leverage tied to directly to foreign money.
- 19:18Speaker 2: The infamous phrase the big Eye resurfaces in these FBI records,
- 19:23Speaker 2: reinforcing what many of us already suspected. Hunter was not
- 19:28Speaker 2: the prize Uncle Joe Biden was. This was not freelancing.
- 19:33Speaker 2: It was an operation centered on political power, influence, and protection.
- 19:38Speaker 2: The double standard is impossible to ignore. President Trump was
- 19:43Speaker 2: impeached for asking for simply asking Ukraine about this very corruption.
- 19:50Speaker 2: This is one of the reasons why they wanted to
- 19:52Speaker 2: throw President Trump in jail, because he simply asked asked
- 19:57Speaker 2: about what the Democrats were doing and the wrongful Ukrainians.
- 20:04Speaker 2: While the FBI allegedly bury the records documenting it. These
- 20:08Speaker 2: are not social media claims, they are federal files. Congress
- 20:12Speaker 2: now faces a choice act or admit the system protects
- 20:18Speaker 2: its own. They've got to act. They must act. But
- 20:22Speaker 2: will they that is the question. Very interesting times. We
- 20:27Speaker 2: are in very very interesting I must say so to say, indeed,
- 20:34Speaker 2: whelp I mentioned Senator Ted Cruz used to like that
- 20:39Speaker 2: guy at one time. Well, Trump is a bit too angry,
- 20:45Speaker 2: as he exploded allegedly on Ted Cruz as a Texas senator,
- 20:49Speaker 2: trashed Trump and Vice President JD. Vance in alleged private recordings.
- 20:55Speaker 2: It's safe to say should Senator Ted Cruz run for
- 20:58Speaker 2: president in twenty twenty, he will not exactly be welcomed
- 21:02Speaker 2: with open arms by the Trump administration. According to certain
- 21:07Speaker 2: recordings obtained by Axials, which were leaked to the outlet
- 21:11Speaker 2: by a GOP source, Cruz spoke with donors for roughly
- 21:16Speaker 2: about ten minutes and delivered some pointed criticisms of both
- 21:20Speaker 2: President Trump and Vice President J. D. Vance. The recordings
- 21:23Speaker 2: were originally made in the first six months of twenty
- 21:26Speaker 2: twenty five. Axios reveals that Cruz essentially call Vance upawn
- 21:32Speaker 2: of former Fox news host Tucker Carlson. In the recording, Cruz,
- 21:37Speaker 2: of course, has long at long running feud with Carlson,
- 21:41Speaker 2: who he is ripped as an anti Semite and un American.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Tucker created j D and j D is Tucker's protege,
- 21:49Speaker 2: said Cruz, and they are one and the same. As
- 21:54Speaker 2: for Trump, Cruz slammed the tariffs the president has imposed
- 21:59Speaker 2: across the world. The Texas senator told donors that the
- 22:03Speaker 2: imposition of these tariffs would lead to Republicans losing control
- 22:07Speaker 2: of the Congress and Trump's impeachment. Well, see, if that occurs,
- 22:12Speaker 2: it is because people believing lies and the truth being
- 22:19Speaker 2: stymied or the truth being ignored. All anyone has to
- 22:25Speaker 2: do is look at the history of tariffs and what
- 22:29Speaker 2: they've been a blessed and how they've been a blessing
- 22:31Speaker 2: to this country. It's all they have to do. And
- 22:34Speaker 2: all they have to do is look at how the
- 22:36Speaker 2: tariffs have already been a blessing to the United States
- 22:38Speaker 2: of America since Trump has been enacting them. Even foreign
- 22:44Speaker 2: leaders admit if it wasn't for those tariffs, many of
- 22:47Speaker 2: the agreements that the United States is starting to benefit
- 22:51Speaker 2: from would not have been enacted. They gave the United
- 22:57Speaker 2: States a bit of leverage. And why should Cruise or
- 23:02Speaker 2: anyone that is elected to office not want America, the
- 23:06Speaker 2: United States, that is, to be at a better place
- 23:12Speaker 2: when it comes to the international stage. Why is it
- 23:14Speaker 2: that people like Cruise and many others in both the
- 23:18Speaker 2: Republican and of course Democrat Party, why would they be
- 23:23Speaker 2: so hard against the MAGA movement. Why would they be
- 23:26Speaker 2: so hard against an effort to give an advantage or
- 23:29Speaker 2: at least even the playing field for we, the people
- 23:32Speaker 2: of the United States of America, for example, Why should we,
- 23:35Speaker 2: the people of the United States of America, those who
- 23:39Speaker 2: need these drugs or want to use these drugs. Why
- 23:42Speaker 2: should Americans pay ninety percent more than Europeans. That's retarded.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Why should we in the United States just sit by
- 23:56Speaker 2: twiddle our thumbs and watch our middle class be hollowed
- 23:59Speaker 2: out because of the foolishness of traders government officials who
- 24:05Speaker 2: over the years, through NAFTA through gat traded agreements, put
- 24:10Speaker 2: the American manufacturing sector at a disadvantage. So they leave
- 24:15Speaker 2: and put their plants in China, South Korea, et cetera,
- 24:18Speaker 2: et cetera, et cetera. Or are bought out by foreign concerns,
- 24:24Speaker 2: and anyone who's worth a grain of salt okay, if
- 24:28Speaker 2: they are elected to political office in this country, should
- 24:31Speaker 2: have the common sense to govern for the batterment of
- 24:36Speaker 2: our republic, not of the CCP or any other foreign entity.
- 24:45Speaker 2: The United States of America is not in the business
- 24:49Speaker 2: of simply being a stepping stone for other nations to

- 29:17Speaker 2: is a run OVERGS American Experience, of course, and again
- 29:20Speaker 2: you can join the conversation at two zero eight two
- 29:23Speaker 2: one six sixty one zero zero. That's two zero eight
- 29:26Speaker 2: two one sixty sixty one zero zero. Well, the Supreme
- 29:31Speaker 2: Court now faces is a consequential question with implications for
- 29:34Speaker 2: both presidential power and central bank independence. While the President
- 29:39Speaker 2: Donald Trump lawfully removed Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve
- 29:43Speaker 2: Board of governors. Now here's why the President fired mus Cook.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Cook was first nominated by President Uncle Joe Biden in
- 29:53Speaker 2: twenty twenty two to fill the remainder of an unexpired
- 29:57Speaker 2: term of the Board. In twenty twenty three, Uncle Joe
- 30:03Speaker 2: nominated her again, this time to a full fourteen year
- 30:06Speaker 2: term to expire in two thousand thirty eight, and the
- 30:09Speaker 2: Senate confirmed her appointment. Under the Federal Reserve Act, board
- 30:13Speaker 2: members served fourteen year terms but may be removed by
- 30:17Speaker 2: the President for cause. However, Statue twelve u SC number
- 30:22Speaker 2: of two forty two does not define cause, nor does
- 30:25Speaker 2: it specify what conduct qualifies or what procedures must proceed removal.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Now Back in August of the last year, during Cook's
- 30:36Speaker 2: final term, Trump concluded that cause existed to remove her.
- 30:41Speaker 2: According to the removal notice, Cook had made contradictory representations
- 30:46Speaker 2: in two mortgage agreements executed within a short period of time,
- 30:51Speaker 2: asserting in each that a different property, one in Michigan
- 30:55Speaker 2: and another in Georgia, would serve as her principal residence.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Each mortgage agreement identified the representation as a material to
- 31:04Speaker 2: the lender. Consisted with the industry practice of offering more
- 31:08Speaker 2: favorable terms for principal resident loans, which are generally considered
- 31:13Speaker 2: less risky. Now, after the mortgage documents became public, Federal
- 31:18Speaker 2: Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pluti accused Cook of mortgage fraud,
- 31:22Speaker 2: and Trump publicly called on her to resign. When she
- 31:26Speaker 2: did not, the President posted a letter on social media
- 31:30Speaker 2: on an August of the last year announcing that Cook
- 31:34Speaker 2: was fired from the board, effective immediately. The letter described
- 31:39Speaker 2: Cook's conduct as deceitful and potentially criminal, and concluded that
- 31:43Speaker 2: it rendered her unfit to serve as a financial regulator.
- 31:48Speaker 2: At minimum. The President asserted the conduct demonstrated gross negligence
- 31:53Speaker 2: and financial transactions that called in the question her judgment
- 31:57Speaker 2: and trustworthiness. The removal letter stated that Cook was dismissed
- 32:03Speaker 2: pursuant to the President's authority under Article II of the
- 32:06Speaker 2: Constitution of the United States and the Federal Reserve Act
- 32:09Speaker 2: of nineteen thirteen has amended, and that there was sufficient
- 32:14Speaker 2: cause for removal based on alleged dishonesty or gross negligence
- 32:19Speaker 2: in a financial manner. To date, Cook has not publicly
- 32:23Speaker 2: reconciled the conflicting mortgage representations nor offered a substantial an
- 32:29Speaker 2: explanation for either one of them. So, in other words,
- 32:34Speaker 2: she's saying, ah, I can do what I want to do,
- 32:38Speaker 2: and I guess so far she can. The dispute reached
- 32:41Speaker 2: the Supreme Court through an unusual procedural posture, rather than
- 32:46Speaker 2: arriving via a petition. After final judgment, the case comes
- 32:52Speaker 2: to the Court on an emergency application seeking to stay
- 32:56Speaker 2: a preliminary injunction. Three days after her purported termination, Cook
- 33:01Speaker 2: filed suit in the U. S. District Court for the
- 33:03Speaker 2: District of Columbia against the President and the Federal Reserve
- 33:08Speaker 2: Board and the FED Chair Jerome Powell. She lets that
- 33:11Speaker 2: her removal was not for cause and that she was
- 33:14Speaker 2: deprived of a hearing allegedly required by a statute in
- 33:18Speaker 2: the due process clause. She sought declaratory relief mandama sande
- 33:24Speaker 2: injunction along with a temporary restraining order to preserve the
- 33:28Speaker 2: status quo and so she could do whatever the hangnail
- 33:31Speaker 2: she wants to do. Basically, the case was assigned to
- 33:34Speaker 2: Judge J. Cobb, who granted a preliminary injunction reinstating Cook
- 33:39Speaker 2: to the board. A divided panel.
- 33:42Speaker 10: Of the U. S.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Court of Appeals for the d c. Circuit declined to
- 33:45Speaker 2: stay that order, prompting the Trump administration to seek emergency
- 33:49Speaker 2: relief from the Supreme Court. While most emergency applications are
- 33:54Speaker 2: resolved without oral argument, the High Court took the unusual
- 33:58Speaker 2: step of setting this case or argument, which had heard
- 34:03Speaker 2: days ago. Now, the Court received multiple amicus briefs before
- 34:09Speaker 2: oral argument, but one drew particular attention, a joint submission
- 34:13Speaker 2: from every living former Federal Reserve chair, and the brief
- 34:16Speaker 2: warned that permitting the President to remove a governor under
- 34:20Speaker 2: these circumstances would undermine the Fed's independence and destabilize financial markets.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Now that's a bunch of bull capitalists with a hit.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Now you mean to tell me someone where the records
- 34:33Speaker 2: show lied concerning mortgages. The evidence is there cannot be
- 34:41Speaker 2: touched according to this statement. But yet these same people
- 34:47Speaker 2: agreed with President Trump almost going to jail forever on
- 34:53Speaker 2: lies concerning mortgages and things of that nature. And yet
- 35:00Speaker 2: another reason why I say, it's not what's done, but
- 35:03Speaker 2: who does it? Just as Amy Cony Barrett pressed Solicitor
- 35:08Speaker 2: General John Souer to respond to a claim advanced and
- 35:12Speaker 2: the brief that are ruling for the President, could trigger
- 35:15Speaker 2: a recession. Sauer forcefully rejected at premise, arguing that markets
- 35:21Speaker 2: had actually improved following Cook's removal in August, and urged
- 35:26Speaker 2: the court to discount speculative economic predictions. How many times,
- 35:31Speaker 2: no matter what the action the president took, whether it's terrors,
- 35:35Speaker 2: whether it's this situation, etc. That people run around saying, oh,
- 35:40Speaker 2: if this is allowed to go on, economic conditions are
- 35:43Speaker 2: going to worsen. And every single time, every single time,
- 35:46Speaker 2: things have improved. Now, while the brief attracted significant media attention,
- 35:53Speaker 2: it is far from clear that it will carry decisive weight.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Several justices appeared wary of resolving the statutory and constitutional
- 36:02Speaker 2: dispute based on macro economic forecasts. Scaredy cats basically, and
- 36:11Speaker 2: we're going to see where this lands. But yet this
- 36:14Speaker 2: is typical, in my humble opinion, it's typical of the
- 36:18Speaker 2: indecisive nature of so many officials today. You have things
- 36:23Speaker 2: written in black and white, whether it's in our constitution,
- 36:26Speaker 2: whether it's in other briefs, whether it's in history, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
- 36:31Speaker 2: They know what should be done if they can sit
- 36:35Speaker 2: idly by and watch a man who was innocent be
- 36:39Speaker 2: almost thrown in jail to die in jail. And yet
- 36:45Speaker 2: someone here, this female, will you have actual evidence of
- 36:48Speaker 2: something that was wrong, not just be relieved of this
- 36:53Speaker 2: particular job. You talk about double standard on steroids. And
- 37:02Speaker 2: this is why I always say PG time is over.
- 37:07Speaker 2: The leftist are emboldened in every facet of life in
- 37:11Speaker 2: the United States of America. It doesn't matter if it's
- 37:13Speaker 2: a Supreme Court. People like Amy coney Bart, who pretended
- 37:16Speaker 2: to be a conservative and yet you know she had to.
- 37:22Speaker 2: You know, she spoke the lie saying, oh, if we
- 37:25Speaker 2: remove her, things will get worse, well when it actually
- 37:29Speaker 2: got better. And people ignore these things because it's a
- 37:37Speaker 2: philosophical battle that's going on in our republic on almost
- 37:40Speaker 2: every issue. It's no longer about right and wrong. It's
- 37:46Speaker 2: all about who will win and dictate the direction our
- 37:52Speaker 2: republic takes in the days going forward. And that's what
- 37:59Speaker 2: we're involved in right now. People say, oh, we want
- 38:04Speaker 2: to avoid a civil war, we're actually already in one.
- 38:08Speaker 2: There are different ways that you can conduct warfare. Not
- 38:12Speaker 2: all wars are conducted by bullets, etcetera, etcetera. You know,
- 38:17Speaker 2: you can have a war of wills, a war in
- 38:24Speaker 2: the legal arena, which is which this case is all about.
- 38:32Speaker 2: And so I suggest that those who understand the right
- 38:36Speaker 2: side of history, in the right side of the law,
- 38:41Speaker 2: who are in agreement with our constitution and it's a
- 38:44Speaker 2: and it's wonderful amendments. You know, you better get busy,
- 38:52Speaker 2: because time's a wasted time is a wasting well. Durable
- 39:02Speaker 2: goods orders were boosted by surging demand for capital goods
- 39:08Speaker 2: orders rolls five point three percent in November, according to
- 39:12Speaker 2: the US Compress Department. They released that today in a
- 39:16Speaker 2: report that was delayed by last year's government shutdown. This
- 39:20Speaker 2: was far in excess of the three percent increase that
- 39:23Speaker 2: was expected core capital good orders of proxy for business
- 39:27Speaker 2: investment that excludes aircraft and military equipment. Anyway, we'll be

- 43:28Speaker 5: And you know.
- 43:31Speaker 2: The China is, believe it or not, as using sperm
- 43:35Speaker 2: to defeat our nation. The Chinese Communist Party calls it
- 43:41Speaker 2: civilization warfare. We here in the United States of America
- 43:45Speaker 2: call it birthright citizenship. In my humble opinion, we're being
- 43:52Speaker 2: retarded and still allowing that to happen. The first day
- 43:57Speaker 2: of his second administration, President Donald John Trump issued a
- 44:01Speaker 2: Birthright Citizenship Order entitled Protecting the Meaning and Value of
- 44:06Speaker 2: American Citizenship. He argued that the Fourteenth Amendment has never
- 44:11Speaker 2: been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within
- 44:15Speaker 2: the United States, and he is correct on that the
- 44:19Speaker 2: Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who
- 44:25Speaker 2: were born in the United States but not subject to
- 44:27Speaker 2: the jurisdictions thereof Many of not most Americans wondered about
- 44:33Speaker 2: that focus when so much else needed doing, and the
- 44:38Speaker 2: ascension of Trump forty seven was our chance birthright citizenship.
- 44:43Speaker 2: On the first day in office. Few in Congress really
- 44:46Speaker 2: paid heed either. Yeah, because there are a bunch of
- 44:50Speaker 2: dumb numbs calls. Anyway, Well, a full year later, three senators,
- 44:55Speaker 2: now that midterm elections are nearing, our urging President Trump
- 45:00Speaker 2: to end the rights of Chinese visitors to enter the
- 45:04Speaker 2: territory of Guam ah Some of them are becoming a
- 45:08Speaker 2: little smarter. Let's give them a hand. The Commonwealth Northern
- 45:13Speaker 2: Marianas Islands visa free for fourteen days. Birthing Chinese babies
- 45:19Speaker 2: in this country has become literally a cottage industry, has
- 45:23Speaker 2: Scott described it earlier this year. They have written to
- 45:29Speaker 2: Christinome at the Department of Homeland Security and others in
- 45:34Speaker 2: the Department of the Interior. We haven't heard a peep
- 45:38Speaker 2: out of them on this endeavor, according to Yahoo News
- 45:44Speaker 2: of all places. In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary
- 45:47Speaker 2: Christy Nome and Interior Secretary Don Bergham dated January fifteenth,
- 45:53Speaker 2: the three GOP Senators Rick Scott of Florida, Jim Banks
- 45:56Speaker 2: of Indiana, and Mark Wayne Mullen of Oklahoma urged the
- 46:00Speaker 2: Trump administration to in the Guam CNMI waiver program, saying
- 46:06Speaker 2: that it has opened the United States to significant security
- 46:10Speaker 2: threats by creating a veritable cottage industry of Chinese nationals
- 46:15Speaker 2: giving birth in the Mariana Islands and gaining access to
- 46:20Speaker 2: US citizenship. Guam and the Marinaras are only a tiny,
- 46:26Speaker 2: tiny part of the problem. Well really, it made me,
- 46:31Speaker 2: i guess, become even more concerned that I've always been
- 46:35Speaker 2: about this particular situation. Over the last thirteen years, for example,
- 46:43Speaker 2: over one hundred thousand children were born in the United
- 46:47Speaker 2: States of America to Chinese parents or paid American surrogates
- 46:52Speaker 2: and then taken immediately back to China and raised as
- 46:56Speaker 2: loyal communists. Now there are no numbers as to how
- 47:01Speaker 2: many are in this program right now and will be
- 47:04Speaker 2: sent to live to live here in the United States
- 47:07Speaker 2: of America. Surrogacy, by the way, is illegal in China.
- 47:12Speaker 2: See the United States could not do this. Have parents
- 47:16Speaker 2: go over there to China, have a baby in China,
- 47:18Speaker 2: have you know, dropped the anchor baby and then send
- 47:20Speaker 2: them back to America to become americanized. But you know
- 47:24Speaker 2: how stupid we can be in this country sometimes well.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Since China does not recognize dual citizenship, these children return
- 47:32Speaker 2: to the United States citizenship papers in hand. They go
- 47:35Speaker 2: to schools, work in industry, start families of their own,
- 47:39Speaker 2: and vote, vote, vote. They are controlled by the party.
- 47:43Speaker 2: Even then, they must use certain apps and only approved phones.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Their actions here are controlled by threats to their families
- 47:52Speaker 2: back home in China. President Trump's margin of victory in
- 47:56Speaker 2: twenty twenty four was one point eight million votes. According
- 48:00Speaker 2: to the Glenn Beck Show, there are one hundred seven
- 48:05Speaker 2: organizations in southern California alone who are in the business
- 48:09Speaker 2: of providing women who will bear a Chinese baby for pay,
- 48:12Speaker 2: also known as surrogates. Nevada is also known to be
- 48:16Speaker 2: a surrogate friendly situation or state. No state in these
- 48:22Speaker 2: United States requires surrogacy to be utilized only by US citizens.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Not one nup, nukno. This is something you can easily
- 48:31Speaker 2: take to your elected officials. Changing that should be fairly
- 48:35Speaker 2: easy and quick. If they care about this country, and
- 48:39Speaker 2: that's a big question. If they turn away or give
- 48:43Speaker 2: you the usual yatter with mouth engaged, brain turned elsewhere,
- 48:48Speaker 2: you'll know to challenge them more on other key issues
- 48:52Speaker 2: as well. Every state that limits surrogacy to American citizens
- 48:57Speaker 2: is a step in the right direction. Apparently, both China
- 49:01Speaker 2: and Mexico feel the need to retake America or just
- 49:05Speaker 2: take America. Mexico wants to take California, and in its
- 49:12Speaker 2: current state they can have it. China, on the other hand,
- 49:16Speaker 2: is still smarting about Taiwan, Tibet and the South China Sea.
- 49:22Speaker 2: So the beat goes on, my friends, civilizational warfare or
- 49:28Speaker 2: horrid concept to add to the insanity of the at
- 49:31Speaker 2: home communists also known as democrats, as a riot in
- 49:36Speaker 2: the streets to preserve the illegals. Remember that both Bush
- 49:41Speaker 2: forty three and Ali Obama were very pro China the
- 49:46Speaker 2: year in Pentagon reports welcomed its rise, much to the
- 49:50Speaker 2: detriment of our beloved Republic. It is said that China
- 49:56Speaker 2: plans to attain dominance in twenty twenties and just next year.
- 50:01Speaker 2: If you question this, just look at advertising. A subtle
- 50:05Speaker 2: yet very real increase in Chinese models in ads, even
- 50:10Speaker 2: for Walmart, dog food, cereal, et cetera. This is how
- 50:14Speaker 2: If you remember, we were introduced to the coming of
- 50:18Speaker 2: LGBTQ plus plus plus plus plus dressing looking like a
- 50:23Speaker 2: slob at all times, and so much more. Only they
- 50:28Speaker 2: know exactly how many fake citizens are living here right now.
- 50:33Speaker 2: Our government, as nearly as I can find, cannot give
- 50:36Speaker 2: exact numbers. The case of birthright citizenship is before the
- 50:42Speaker 2: Supreme Court. As I speak to you right now, I
- 50:47Speaker 2: wonder what are we going, What's going to happen. The
- 50:52Speaker 2: key to their considerations is the question of its applicability
- 50:58Speaker 2: to those whose parents are not residents in the US
- 51:02Speaker 2: or here. Illegally changing the Fourteenth Amendment would be virtually
- 51:07Speaker 2: impossible at this point in time. Calling a constitutional convention,
- 51:11Speaker 2: as provided for in our founding documents has never been done,
- 51:16Speaker 2: and I'm glad it won't be done now. There would
- 51:20Speaker 2: be no Fashton way to lose our republic. In today's climate.
- 51:25Speaker 2: The Supreme Court of the United States of America could
- 51:28Speaker 2: destroy this nation with the decision to lead the process
- 51:31Speaker 2: in place now the function unabated. And we thought we
- 51:37Speaker 2: were worried about their decision on tariffs. Welp, there it is,
- 51:47Speaker 2: my friends, Never underestimate the power of stupid people. And
- 51:54Speaker 2: I'm talking about the people in government who allow this
- 51:56Speaker 2: manness to go on It's not like they didn't know
- 52:00Speaker 2: about it, but they just allow it. And that, my friends,
- 52:04Speaker 2: and my humble opinion, makes them stupid. So Man, oh Man,
- 52:12Speaker 2: oh Man, as Islam conquered Minnesota, dearborn Michigan, in the
- 52:20Speaker 2: process of conquering Texas, in parts of Florida and elsewhere
- 52:26Speaker 2: throughout this wonderful republic, will we allow Islam to continue
- 52:32Speaker 2: to march across our nation from sea to shining sea
- 52:37Speaker 2: and become the dominant religion as it hopes to be
- 52:40Speaker 2: within a few years. But will we rise to the occasion,
- 52:45Speaker 2: not only as Americans, but as Christians, as Jews, as
- 52:50Speaker 2: people of liberty, people of freedom who understand where our
- 52:55Speaker 2: able rights really come from. Well, I've got to hold
- 52:59Speaker 2: it right there, folks now, but I see that my
- 53:01Speaker 2: time is go. Thank you so much for your time.
- 53:03Speaker 2: Is always say at this time, remember to pray for
- 53:05Speaker 2: your nature, your family, your friends, ain't even your enemies
- 53:10Speaker 2: that they get right before to day. Yeah we all
- 53:13Speaker 2: thanks judgment. Treat others the same way you want to
- 53:17Speaker 2: be taught. And until next time, I'm Edwards excelsior.
- 53:28Speaker 11: Come on, you.
- 53:41Speaker 2: Would you would do?
- 53:42Speaker 3: Would you would do?
- 53:43Speaker 4: Would do?
- 53:44Speaker 2: Be the a's all folks tags that stage right.
- 53:47Speaker 11: Hello TPC family, It's James, and I've got to tell
- 53:50Speaker 11: you that I sleep better at night knowing that there
- 53:52Speaker 11: are organizations like the Conservative Citizens Foundation. The purpose of
- 53:56Speaker 11: the Conservative Citizens Foundation is to promote the principles of
- 53:59Speaker 11: limited government, individual liberty, equality before the law, property rights,
- 54:03Speaker 11: law and order, judicial restraint, and states rights, while at
- 54:07Speaker 11: the same time exploring the dangers posed by liberalism to
- 54:11Speaker 11: our national.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Interests and cultural institutions.
- 54:14Speaker 11: The Conservative Citizens Foundation also seeks to educate the public
- 54:18Speaker 11: on the dangers of extremist ideologies like critical race theory
