- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning!
- 0:10Speaker 2: The Root! The Root!
- 0:12Speaker 1: The Root's on fire! You're about to experience the most high-octane,
- 0:16Speaker 1: pedal-to-the-metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:28Speaker 1: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War! War!
- 0:37Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100%.
- 0:40Speaker 3: American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Wait on the roof from Vegas. Before I get to
- 0:59Speaker 2: my opening commentary, I want to talk about Vegas. I
- 1:01Speaker 2: mentioned this yesterday. It was a pretty big national news story.
- 1:05Speaker 2: The Vegas police refused to release a violent repeat offender
- 1:09Speaker 2: defying a judge's order. The career criminal, 36-year-old Joshua Sanchez Lopez,
- 1:16Speaker 2: has been arrested 35 times. I wonder if he's an
- 1:18Speaker 2: illegal alien. They're not saying those words. But that sure
- 1:21Speaker 2: sounds like an illegal alien name to me. Joshua Sanchez-Lopez Lopez.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Sounds like a legal alien. I have no idea if
- 1:28Speaker 2: he is. But whether he's an American or an illegal,
- 1:30Speaker 2: he's been arrested 35 times with a rap sheet that
- 1:33Speaker 2: includes involuntary manslaughter, drugs, and car theft. And police arrested
- 1:39Speaker 2: him in January on a warrant for grand larceny of
- 1:42Speaker 2: a motor vehicle. In other words, stealing a motor vehicle.
- 1:44Speaker 2: And the judge, Eric Goodman... You understand that's the son
- 1:48Speaker 2: of Oscar Goodman and Carolyn Goodman, the former mayors of
- 1:51Speaker 2: Las Vegas. Each one served three terms. You're talking about
- 1:54Speaker 2: 24 years of mayors of Las Vegas for the Goodmans.
- 1:58Speaker 2: And even though they were both Democrats, I got news
- 2:00Speaker 2: to you. They both acted like pro-business Republicans. And I
- 2:03Speaker 2: like them both. And they were both good mayors. I
- 2:05Speaker 2: have nothing bad to say about Oscar Goodman or Carolyn Goodman.
- 2:09Speaker 2: But it's their son, the judge. And he set the
- 2:12Speaker 2: bail at $ 25, 000 and ordered him released with an ankle
- 2:15Speaker 2: monitor once he posted bond. And Sanchez Lopez reportedly posted
- 2:20Speaker 2: bail on January 24th. Las Vegas police refused to let
- 2:24Speaker 2: him out, refused to put an ankle monitor on and
- 2:26Speaker 2: put him out in the real world, given his history
- 2:28Speaker 2: of failing to comply with the rules. Attorneys for Metro
- 2:32Speaker 2: Police filed a petition last week challenging the judge's authority
- 2:36Speaker 2: to release him, arguing that the department has the authority
- 2:39Speaker 2: to declare a defendant too dangerous to release. This is
- 2:42Speaker 2: a big story. In a letter to the court, the
- 2:45Speaker 2: department gave three reasons for refusing the judge's order. Sanchez
- 2:49Speaker 2: Lopez's history of failing to appear in court, his previous
- 2:52Speaker 2: bench warrants, his past violations of electronic monitoring rules. This
- 2:56Speaker 2: is in the running for my number one story in
- 2:59Speaker 2: the country on Saturday. Police cited a case in 2020
- 3:02Speaker 2: where Sanchez Lopez, armed with a gun, ran from the
- 3:06Speaker 2: cops and later joked about his ankle monitor on Snapchat
- 3:09Speaker 2: and gloated about being chased again. We have to look
- 3:13Speaker 2: at this and say, is this somebody who our electronic
- 3:15Speaker 2: supervision program can monitor safely in the community? This is
- 3:19Speaker 2: an issue of public safety. And the judge literally lost
- 3:23Speaker 2: his mind, you know? The judge is like, you have
- 3:26Speaker 2: no right to do this. I order him released. There's
- 3:29Speaker 2: something wrong with these judges. Someone's got to be paying
- 3:34Speaker 2: them off or they're all just mentally twisted. It's just insane.
- 3:40Speaker 2: You know, the police department, Kevin McMayhill is our sheriff, Republican.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Good sheriff, really good. And he's been threatened by the
- 3:50Speaker 2: judge with being in contempt of court for defying the order.
- 3:54Speaker 2: So can you imagine, the judge wants to let a
- 3:57Speaker 2: guy out who's been arrested 35 times, including manslaughter, and
- 4:00Speaker 2: who runs all the time, and who gets in police
- 4:02Speaker 2: chases all the time, and who doesn't care about his
- 4:04Speaker 2: ankle monitors. and gets loose all the time. He wants
- 4:09Speaker 2: to release him so badly, he would put the sheriff
- 4:11Speaker 2: in prison. This is what's wrong with Democrat liberal judges.
- 4:16Speaker 2: They're mentally ill. Who fights for people like this? And
- 4:21Speaker 2: who literally threatens to put police in prison? Incredible. Just incredible. So.
- 4:30Speaker 2: You know, I guarantee you what's going to happen, right?
- 4:32Speaker 2: The courts are going to rule in favor of the
- 4:33Speaker 2: judge because the courts always love judges. All the judges
- 4:38Speaker 2: stick together. And they're going to say no cop has
- 4:42Speaker 2: a right to overrule a judge. But why does a
- 4:44Speaker 2: judge have a right to overrule a president? It's just
- 4:48Speaker 2: gotten so out of control. It's unbelievable. So out of control.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Attorney P. David Westbrook. Who's he?
- 4:55Speaker 4: Hey, P.
- 4:55Speaker 2: David, why don't you come on my show? You'll get
- 4:58Speaker 2: in a little debate with me. You'll learn a little lesson,
- 5:00Speaker 2: my friend. I'll slap you around. He says it's the
- 5:03Speaker 2: job of the elected judge to decide whether someone charged
- 5:06Speaker 2: with a crime should be released. The idea that a
- 5:09Speaker 2: Metro employee, ooh, a cop isn't worthy of a judge,
- 5:12Speaker 2: I see, can overrule a judge's release order and keep
- 5:15Speaker 2: someone locked up should worry anyone who believes in the
- 5:17Speaker 2: Constitution and the rule of law. You know what? I'm
- 5:20Speaker 2: just about sick of you creeps. You lawyers and judges,
- 5:24Speaker 2: you're all losers. Every one of you. You don't know
- 5:27Speaker 2: what you're doing. You're destroying this country. Going to get
- 5:30Speaker 2: somebody killed. It's going to be someone's sister, someone's mother,
- 5:33Speaker 2: someone's daughter, someone's aunt. And I'm sick of it. Communist scum.
- 5:40Speaker 2: You don't understand, man. A revolution's coming. You want a
- 5:43Speaker 2: civil war. You're going to get one. I promise you
- 5:45Speaker 2: it's coming. You want brother against brother, cousin against cousin.
- 5:48Speaker 2: You want this to happen. We don't want it to happen.
- 5:50Speaker 2: But you clearly want it to happen. And there's clearly
- 5:53Speaker 2: going to be no choice soon. Anybody can see that.
- 5:56Speaker 2: If you followed me on my show, I keep telling
- 5:58Speaker 2: you I don't want it to happen. I don't want
- 6:00Speaker 2: civil war. I don't want to kill people. But, man,
- 6:03Speaker 2: you're leaving no choice but a revolution in this country
- 6:05Speaker 2: because you're all radical, whacked-out losers, communist, leftist nutjobs.
- 6:12Speaker 5: All right.
- 6:13Speaker 2: My commentary. Is it going to be time? I hope so.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Does MAGA want to win the midterms and save America?
- 6:17Speaker 2: Does MAGA want to pass the SAVE Act? Here's how
- 6:19Speaker 2: to do it. Think two for the price of one.
- 6:22Speaker 2: So despite the lies, rhetoric, and propaganda we all hear
- 6:24Speaker 2: in the biased mainstream media, President Trump was not only popular,
- 6:28Speaker 2: He's in perfect position to win the midterms only if
- 6:32Speaker 2: we can pass the infamous SAVE Act. The SAVE Act
- 6:35Speaker 2: is the whole kitchen sink, the whole enchilada, the whole
- 6:37Speaker 2: kit and caboodle, the whole ballgame. And polls prove we
- 6:41Speaker 2: have the support and the momentum on our side. You
- 6:44Speaker 2: might not hear these favorable polls in the media, but
- 6:46Speaker 2: here they are. President Trump's favorability with his base, the
- 6:50Speaker 2: bag of base, highest in modern history, meaning his base
- 6:53Speaker 2: loves and trusts him. Who says that? CNN's data expert,
- 6:56Speaker 2: Harry Enten, who reports Republicans love Trump more than any
- 6:59Speaker 2: president's own party supporters have ever loved him at this
- 7:03Speaker 2: particular point. How about the war in Iran? Over 90%
- 7:05Speaker 2: of MAGA voters back the war in Iran. Even more remarkable,
- 7:10Speaker 2: 93% of MAGA voters approve our USA alliance with Israel. Sorry, Tucker. Sorry, Candace.
- 7:17Speaker 2: You failed. But nothing is more important to the American
- 7:20Speaker 2: people than voter ID. Virtually everyone supports voter ID, including
- 7:24Speaker 2: most Democrats. And I go through because I'm trying to
- 7:26Speaker 2: rush here. Didn't leave myself much time with my last tirade.
- 7:30Speaker 2: But lots of polls, they all show 80% plus support,
- 7:34Speaker 2: close to 90% for voter ID. So the stars are
- 7:37Speaker 2: aligned and the SAVE Act is clearly the most popular
- 7:41Speaker 2: election reform in history. Now we get to the fly
- 7:43Speaker 2: in the ointment. The GOP Senate is filled with rat fink, bribed,
- 7:47Speaker 2: bought off, rhino, snakes, cowards, and traitors. Many, if not most,
- 7:52Speaker 2: of the GOP senators don't really want to pass the
- 7:55Speaker 2: SAVE Act. Senators are now claiming you might have the
- 7:58Speaker 2: votes to suspend the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act. Might.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Do you believe them? Would you bet your life on it?
- 8:04Speaker 2: I've got a bridge to sell you in Vegas. These
- 8:07Speaker 2: spineless and corrupt rhino clowns and sad sacks always find
- 8:11Speaker 2: a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
- 8:14Speaker 2: What my gut tells me is the GOP Senate will
- 8:16Speaker 2: either fail or they will stall, stall, stall until the
- 8:19Speaker 2: clock runs out and brag they gave it their best shot.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Anyone want to bet? So if it happens to pass, great,
- 8:25Speaker 2: but we can't count on the SAVE Act passing the
- 8:27Speaker 2: GOP Senate. We need two simultaneous options to be in
- 8:31Speaker 2: motion at the same time. That's what I call a
- 8:33Speaker 2: fail safe option. President Trump should defeat the rhinos of
- 8:36Speaker 2: their own game by signing his own executive order for
- 8:40Speaker 2: election integrity right now, his version of the SAVE Act.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Make it simultaneous because our real enemy here is time.
- 8:47Speaker 2: We're running out of time before the midterms. We know
- 8:51Speaker 2: there'll be legal challenges by Democrats. If President Trump waits
- 8:54Speaker 2: for the Senate and it never happens, it will be
- 8:56Speaker 2: too late. Too much time will go by, and with
- 8:59Speaker 2: the court challenges, the SAVE Act will never be in
- 9:02Speaker 2: place before the midterms. Every minute counts. If the court
- 9:06Speaker 2: challenges stop the SAVE Act from being in place before
- 9:09Speaker 2: the midterms, Democrats will cheat to the max, and they
- 9:12Speaker 2: will steal the midterms. Mark my words. Then the Trump
- 9:14Speaker 2: presidency is over. The smart move is for President Trump
- 9:18Speaker 2: to sign his EO version, executive order version, of the
- 9:22Speaker 2: SAVE Act right now, so no matter if the Senate
- 9:24Speaker 2: passed it or not, there's still enough time for court
- 9:26Speaker 2: challenges and ultimately a final Supreme Court ruling. Now, I've
- 9:31Speaker 2: spoken to one of America's foremost experts on the issue,
- 9:33Speaker 2: John Goodman. He believes a Trump EO would actually be
- 9:36Speaker 2: better than the Senate passing the SAVE Act. Why? Because
- 9:39Speaker 2: Trump's EO will be much stricter with mail-in ballots. It
- 9:43Speaker 2: will fully eliminate the fraudulent use of mail-in ballots, replacing
- 9:47Speaker 2: them with already constitutionally approved absentee ballots, which can only
- 9:51Speaker 2: be used by elderly, disabled, or overseas military voters. This
- 9:56Speaker 2: is precisely how Democrats are using illegal aliens to steal. elections.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Voter ID and pro-citizenship alone do not stop illegals from
- 10:05Speaker 2: voting because millions of illegals are voting by mail-in ballot
- 10:09Speaker 2: without ever leaving their homes. Trump's EO will solve this
- 10:12Speaker 2: issue once and for all. And finally, Goodman also believes
- 10:15Speaker 2: the SAVE Act will have an ironclad 100% chance of
- 10:19Speaker 2: being affirmed by the Supreme Court based on three provisions
- 10:22Speaker 2: of our U.S. Constitution and a 1995 Supreme Court ruling, U.S.
- 10:26Speaker 2: term limits versus Thornton. Goodman says the Supremes will find
- 10:31Speaker 2: it impossible to overturn the SAVE Act. So if we
- 10:35Speaker 2: get the SAVE Act across the finish line in any form,
- 10:38Speaker 2: whether the Senate does it or Trump does it, we
- 10:40Speaker 2: will win at the Supreme Court. Therefore, the real issue is,
- 10:44Speaker 2: do we leave enough time for court challenges and a
- 10:48Speaker 2: final Supreme Court ruling. So President Trump, please act now.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Pass your EO version simultaneously while the Senate tries to
- 10:56Speaker 2: pass their version. Let's get on two paths to victory
- 11:00Speaker 2: and get them both on record while there's still time
- 11:03Speaker 2: for multiple court rulings plus an expedited ruling by the
- 11:06Speaker 2: Supreme Court. That's my path to ensure victory in the midterms.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Two for the price of one. All right. If you
- 11:14Speaker 2: weren't with us in hour one, I just got good news.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Right during the break in hour one, my show, America's

- 14:53Speaker 8: the root is on fire. Welcome back to the show.
- 15:08Speaker 2: You know, what's that famous Trump saying? Fool around and
- 15:10Speaker 2: find out. Except, you know, the F might be a
- 15:12Speaker 2: little different the way he says it. But fool around
- 15:15Speaker 2: and find out. Fafo, the loudmouthed Iranian leader who badmouthed
- 15:20Speaker 2: Trump in the streets of Tehran, was eliminated in an
- 15:23Speaker 2: overnight strike after taunting President Trump. A top Iranian official
- 15:27Speaker 2: is now in permanent silence. He's with the 72 Virginians.
- 15:33Speaker 2: As the New York Post reported, Israel announced today 67-year-old
- 15:37Speaker 2: Ali Larijani, head of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran,
- 15:42Speaker 2: was eliminated in an overnight strike. So, you know, this
- 15:45Speaker 2: is like a bowling alley, right? And there's all these pins.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Iranian 1, Iranian 2, Iranian 3, and Trump is bowling strikes,
- 15:51Speaker 2: and all the pins are flying, and every single one
- 15:54Speaker 2: of them, picture bowling pins with big mouths speaking, I
- 15:58Speaker 2: hate Trump, I hate Trump, Trump's weak, Trump can't beat us.
- 16:01Speaker 2: And one by one, they get blown out, and they're
- 16:03Speaker 2: all dead. You know, you're learning a lesson. Fool around
- 16:06Speaker 2: and find out. Fool around with Trump and find out
- 16:09Speaker 2: what happens. You wind up dead. And there's just too
- 16:13Speaker 2: many weird people in the world now, too many softies
- 16:16Speaker 2: and snowflakes and weirdos. and anti-war people. Oh, you make
- 16:20Speaker 2: me nauseous. Nobody wants war. I don't want war. You
- 16:24Speaker 2: think I'm happy about war? War sucks. It makes prices
- 16:27Speaker 2: go up. It makes inflation go up. It makes the
- 16:30Speaker 2: debt go up. It causes problems with the economy. It
- 16:34Speaker 2: could cause the stock market to crash. I don't want
- 16:37Speaker 2: a war. I'm a money guy. All I care about
- 16:39Speaker 2: is the economy. I don't want wars. But some of
- 16:43Speaker 2: them are necessary. If you say no wars, we're never
- 16:46Speaker 2: going to war. That would make people move on us.
- 16:49Speaker 2: That would make people take over the world, take over
- 16:51Speaker 2: our possessions. And, you know, if you announced to the world,
- 16:54Speaker 2: I will never use a gun and I will leave
- 16:56Speaker 2: my doors unlocked. You will be dead by the morning.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Do you understand that? Go tell a bunch of homeless
- 17:01Speaker 2: people that you leave your door unlocked and you don't
- 17:03Speaker 2: use guns. You're a pacifist. Your family will be raped
- 17:07Speaker 2: and murdered. They'll find you all dead in the morning.
- 17:10Speaker 2: So the key is to lock your door and have guns.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And that's what the point of war is once in
- 17:15Speaker 2: a while. You have to show people that you mean business.
- 17:18Speaker 2: So we're showing people we mean business against the worst
- 17:22Speaker 2: terrorist state in the world. that we fooled around with
- 17:25Speaker 2: and played footsie with 40 years now, plus 47 years
- 17:29Speaker 2: to be exact. They have been at war with the
- 17:31Speaker 2: United States while we have refused to be at war
- 17:33Speaker 2: with them. And Trump is finally finishing the job and
- 17:38Speaker 2: all the big mouths, they've got such big mouths. You
- 17:42Speaker 2: know what they remind me of? They remind me of
- 17:44Speaker 2: Saddam Hussein's spokesman. Do you remember him? At the moment
- 17:48Speaker 2: we were killing every Iraqi soldier and Saddam was hiding
- 17:52Speaker 2: in a hole, he was like a joke. Remember Crazy Eddie,
- 17:56Speaker 2: the spokesman in New York City for an electronics firm?
- 17:59Speaker 2: It was like, hi, I'm Crazy Eddie. I've got great
- 18:01Speaker 2: things for you. The spokesman was like that. He was like,
- 18:04Speaker 2: we're winning, we're winning, we're winning. The Americans are dying.
- 18:06Speaker 2: We'll kill you all like dogs. At that moment, everyone
- 18:09Speaker 2: behind him was dead, right? And so their heads were
- 18:11Speaker 2: blown off. And he's saying, we're winning and we're going
- 18:13Speaker 2: to kill you all. If you Americans dare step in
- 18:16Speaker 2: this town, you will be dead. And behind him is
- 18:18Speaker 2: all Americans flying by. It was a joke. The man
- 18:21Speaker 2: was a moron. This is the kind of lies that
- 18:24Speaker 2: they all tell, right? It seems to be part of
- 18:26Speaker 2: their heritage. Just lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. Muslim
- 18:30Speaker 2: thing is lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. So
- 18:32Speaker 2: they all talk big. I will kill you dirty dog Americans.
- 18:36Speaker 2: And then we blow your head off. You're not killing us,
- 18:39Speaker 2: are you? You know, you're not talking anymore, are you?
- 18:41Speaker 2: So you're not bragging anymore, are you? So Israel and
- 18:44Speaker 2: America have worked as this wonderful team. America is the
- 18:47Speaker 2: greatest military in world history, and Israel is pound for
- 18:51Speaker 2: pound the greatest military in world history. Think of it
- 18:54Speaker 2: like boxing, right? The greatest boxer of all time. I
- 18:57Speaker 2: don't know. Let's assume it was Muhammad Ali. But pound
- 19:01Speaker 2: for pound... It was probably a little guy, a little
- 19:05Speaker 2: flyweight or a little middleweight, maybe Sugar Ray Leonard, right? Maybe,
- 19:10Speaker 2: what's that guy's name? Gaddy. Gaddy was one of the
- 19:13Speaker 2: greatest middleweights ever. And those guys, pound for pound, even
- 19:17Speaker 2: though they weigh 150 compared to like 210, you know,
- 19:20Speaker 2: Muhammad Ali, they're pound for pound the best fighter ever.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Sugar Ray Leonard was incredible, right? Mayweather may be pound
- 19:29Speaker 2: for pound the best fighter ever, right? But you think
- 19:31Speaker 2: of Mike Tyson, you think of Muhammad Ali, the heavyweights,
- 19:34Speaker 2: Joe Louis, people like that. So there's two kinds of
- 19:38Speaker 2: ways to define who's the best ever. The best fighting
- 19:41Speaker 2: force ever is America. The best pound for pound for
- 19:45Speaker 2: the size of their country is Israel. Put the two
- 19:47Speaker 2: of them together, we're just destroyed.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Iran.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Destroying Iran. All right. And don't let the media tell
- 19:56Speaker 2: you anything otherwise. We're winning. Lost soldier oil and gas.

- 20:09Speaker 2: natural gas discoveries in the Rocky Mountain region in the
- 20:12Speaker 2: last 30 years, with a management forecast projecting the first
- 20:16Speaker 2: 25 wells to produce 400 million cubic feet a day
- 20:19Speaker 2: of natural gas. This is your opportunity. Learn more about

- 21:28Speaker 2: give them a call at 800-422-8148. Remember to say ROOT50
- 21:30Speaker 2: to receive 50% off, toll free, 800-422-8148. Alright, Wayne Allyn
- 21:57Speaker 2: Root coming to you from Las Vegas. Las Vegas, my
- 22:00Speaker 2: adopted hometown for 23 years now. I think I'm right
- 22:03Speaker 2: at 24 years. Just about 24 years in beautiful Las Vegas.
- 22:07Speaker 2: And people say, why do you live in Vegas, Wayne? Well,
- 22:10Speaker 2: the income tax rate is zero. Capital gains tax rate
- 22:14Speaker 2: is zero. The inheritance tax is zero. The business tax
- 22:17Speaker 2: is zero. And I've always told people my gut says
- 22:21Speaker 2: that our property taxes are among the 10 lowest in America,
- 22:24Speaker 2: but I never saw proof of that. Then I saw
- 22:26Speaker 2: an article the other day. It's the second lowest property
- 22:28Speaker 2: tax rate in the United States of America. So all
- 22:31Speaker 2: those taxes are zero and the property taxes are dirt
- 22:35Speaker 2: cheap compared to anywhere else. So, sun is always out,
- 22:39Speaker 2: and it's a beautiful place, and I live in Summerlin,
- 22:42Speaker 2: which is the nicest area of Las Vegas. It's the
- 22:45Speaker 2: Scottsdale of Las Vegas. It's as nice a place to
- 22:48Speaker 2: live as you will find anywhere, and that's why all
- 22:51Speaker 2: the new homes in Summerlin are going for $ 4 million,
- 22:53Speaker 2: $ 5 million, $ 10 million, $ 20 million, $ 30 million. A place
- 22:56Speaker 2: called The Summit. beautiful gated community, and they just sold
- 23:00Speaker 2: a piece of land for $ 20 million to build a house.
- 23:04Speaker 2: That's how hot Vegas is as we speak right now,
- 23:07Speaker 2: and I'm not talking about the heat. And then nine
- 23:09Speaker 2: months a year, the weather's perfect. Three months a year,
- 23:12Speaker 2: it's way too hot for me. I hate summers. But
- 23:14Speaker 2: other than June, July, and August, the rest of the
- 23:15Speaker 2: year is beautiful. So no taxes, great weather, and the
- 23:19Speaker 2: best restaurants in the world. Come on, it's a great
- 23:20Speaker 2: place to live. Cheap property taxes, great place to live.
- 23:23Speaker 2: All right. VRA is the sponsor of this segment. It's
- 23:26Speaker 2: our interview segment. Great guest standing by. Our guest will
- 23:29Speaker 2: be Dr. John West. He's vice president of the Discovery Institute,
- 23:34Speaker 2: author of the new book Endowed by Our Creator. But
- 23:36Speaker 2: before I get to John West, Dr. John West, let
- 23:40Speaker 2: me mention VRA, 15 years on Wall Street at the
- 23:42Speaker 2: highest levels. He leaves. In 2003, Kip Herridge founds VRA,
- 23:46Speaker 2: Vertical Research Advisory, Global Investment and Economic Newsletter. Since then,
- 23:51Speaker 2: his top performing recommendations have beaten the market over 86%
- 23:55Speaker 2: of the time, 19 out of 22 years. Not just
- 23:58Speaker 2: beating the market, but often beating the market by a mile.
- 24:00Speaker 2: His top recommendations were up 35.7% last year. And over
- 24:05Speaker 2: the last three years, they averaged up 38%. Find anyone
- 24:09Speaker 2: who can match those numbers. I've never met anyone who
- 24:12Speaker 2: can match those numbers. He's incredible. You don't have to
- 24:14Speaker 2: be rich. This is for mom and pops. It's inexpensive.
- 24:17Speaker 2: He doesn't manage your money. You make the picks on, say,
- 24:20Speaker 2: E-Trade or Merrill Lynch or wherever you are, Charles Schwab,
- 24:23Speaker 2: whatever it may be. You manage your money. He just
- 24:26Speaker 2: tells you where to put it, and you make the trades.
- 24:29Speaker 2: So exclusively for my fans, it's free for two weeks.
- 24:32Speaker 2: So check it out. Two weeks, every morning in your inbox.
- 24:36Speaker 2: And at the end of two weeks, I predict you'll
- 24:37Speaker 2: stay for life, but you don't have to do a
- 24:39Speaker 2: thing at the end of two weeks. VRAinsider.com. VRAinsider.com. All right. Dr.
- 24:45Speaker 2: John G. West is with us, Vice President of the
- 24:49Speaker 2: Discovery Institute. You can find them at discovery.org. Discovery.org. Author
- 24:54Speaker 2: of the new book, Endowed by Our Creator. Dr. John West, welcome.
- 24:57Speaker 2: How are you?
- 24:59Speaker 5: I'm doing great, Wayne, although it's not actually sunny up
- 25:02Speaker 5: here in Seattle. It's kind of grim and was raining.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Well, it always is in the winter, isn't it? Like
- 25:07Speaker 2: nine months a year, you guys are cloudy, and you're
- 25:10Speaker 2: the opposite of us. We're sunny all those months, and
- 25:11Speaker 2: then I hate my summers, but you have the most
- 25:14Speaker 2: beautiful summers ever up in Seattle.
- 25:16Speaker 5: I will say, starting mid-June into mid-September, it's just lovely.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Yes, it's absolutely beautiful. And by the way, It may
- 25:24Speaker 2: be rainy and cloudy for nine months a year, but
- 25:26Speaker 2: that's why it's so green, right? I mean, we're not green.
- 25:29Speaker 2: We're desert. You're green. I get the positives and the negatives,
- 25:32Speaker 2: believe me. But I like dry and sunshine. So for me,
- 25:35Speaker 2: this is heaven. But anyway, look, John, your book, Endowed
- 25:40Speaker 2: by Creator, the subtitles, The Bible, Science, and the Battle
- 25:44Speaker 2: for America's Soul. Tell us about it. What is the
- 25:46Speaker 2: battle for America's soul? I think I can guess at
- 25:49Speaker 2: that one looking around, right?
- 25:51Speaker 5: Yeah, well, actually, in the news right now, this week,
- 25:54Speaker 5: there was something really relevant to my book, although people
- 25:57Speaker 5: might not think it. A Biden-appointed judge just struck down
- 26:01Speaker 5: the Trump administration's efforts to sort of modify, say, the
- 26:06Speaker 5: mandatory vaccines. And there was this unelected committee that advises
- 26:11Speaker 5: the government on this, unelected experts. And you would think
- 26:14Speaker 5: that our elected officials, the Trump administration and his appointees,
- 26:18Speaker 5: would actually be able to modify things according to what
- 26:21Speaker 5: the voters elected them to do. But this judge says, nope.
- 26:25Speaker 5: It says actually these unelected experts, if the president chose
- 26:30Speaker 5: new committee members that the judge didn't like, and so
- 26:33Speaker 5: the president really has no right to have his policy.
- 26:36Speaker 5: And that is a direct repudiation, as I write about
- 26:40Speaker 5: in my book, of the Declaration of Independence, which the
- 26:43Speaker 5: whole idea of us being fundamentally equal doesn't mean we're
- 26:46Speaker 5: equal in height or wealth or Every talent.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Or power.
- 26:49Speaker 5: The founders didn't believe that.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Or political power.
- 26:53Speaker 5: But we are, the idea is that just governments, because
- 26:57Speaker 5: all human beings are created in the image of God,
- 27:00Speaker 5: and we're also all sinful, so you can't trust anyone
- 27:03Speaker 5: the founders thought with absolute power. And that meant that
- 27:06Speaker 5: just governments are based on consent of the governed. And
- 27:09Speaker 5: so your government should actually be based on people's consent,
- 27:12Speaker 5: not unelected experts. But basically, starting in the 19th century,
- 27:17Speaker 5: early 20th century, some people claiming the name of science,
- 27:21Speaker 5: they basically said, well, humans aren't equal in any sense,
- 27:24Speaker 5: and they're so stupid, they can only be ruled by experts,
- 27:28Speaker 5: scientific experts, for their good. And this led to the
- 27:30Speaker 5: rise of the progressive era. cradle to grave state that
- 27:35Speaker 5: Woodrow Wilson, among others, helped push that was a government
- 27:39Speaker 5: by unelected experts. And so the reason we have this
- 27:43Speaker 5: effort for a government of unelected experts is because of
- 27:46Speaker 5: the repudiation, in the name of science, of our Declaration
- 27:50Speaker 5: of Independence. So my book basically tells a story of
- 27:53Speaker 5: what the Declaration really meant, why we really do have
- 27:56Speaker 5: unalienable rights, why that's so important, sort of explain the
- 27:59Speaker 5: founders' belief, and then, well, how did we lose that?
- 28:02Speaker 5: and then, I hope, how we're gonna get it back.
- 28:05Speaker 2: You know, it's funny because I'm one of those people
- 28:07Speaker 2: that helped elect President Trump. Everybody says that. As a
- 28:10Speaker 2: matter of fact, I was on Bill Cunningham, who's got
- 28:12Speaker 2: the biggest conservative weekend show in the country. He said,
- 28:15Speaker 2: Wayne Root is the founder of MAGA. You are the
- 28:17Speaker 2: founder of MAGA. And I really was. And to me,
- 28:19Speaker 2: MAGA means the people have power. And Donald Trump likes
- 28:22Speaker 2: middle class people and working class people. So I believe
- 28:25Speaker 2: in the power of the people. But what I don't
- 28:28Speaker 2: believe in is that unelected judges have more power than
- 28:31Speaker 2: the elected president of the United States. That's what's so amazing.
- 28:35Speaker 2: And I love what you just said a minute ago
- 28:36Speaker 2: because I've raved my whole lifetime about experts. Experts are idiots.
- 28:40Speaker 2: They don't know anything about You should do the opposite
- 28:43Speaker 2: of what most experts tell you to do. They're always
- 28:46Speaker 2: wrong about everything. So that judge not only thinks he's
- 28:49Speaker 2: more powerful than the president, John, he also thinks that
- 28:53Speaker 2: he's a doctor who knows more about medical than Robert F.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Kennedy and his entire board of advisors. Who made that
- 29:00Speaker 2: judge the biggest doctor in America? Who made him more
- 29:02Speaker 2: important than the president? It's ridiculous.
- 29:06Speaker 1: It is.
- 29:07Speaker 5: Now, I think everyone would agree, you know, experts that
- 29:10Speaker 5: are legitimate experts can be helpful. I mean, if I
- 29:12Speaker 5: want brain surgery, I don't.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Want it done by someone who had a post.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Office box from a medical school in the Caribbean. However,
- 29:19Speaker 5: as you point out, and the founders believed no one
- 29:22Speaker 5: is so good that they're godlike, that they have right
- 29:25Speaker 5: for absolute power over other people without their consent. And
- 29:28Speaker 5: so that's the danger. And that's why they thought that
- 29:31Speaker 5: our government had to have checks and balances and it
- 29:33Speaker 5: had to be accountable to the people through their elected officials.
- 29:36Speaker 5: But this idea that grew up in the early 20th
- 29:39Speaker 5: century because of people like Democrat Woodrow Wilson, among others, no,
- 29:44Speaker 5: there's a higher class of people who are neutral experts.
- 29:48Speaker 5: It's hard to find a neutral expert. And so they
- 29:51Speaker 5: should be given carte blanche against the evil politicians. And
- 29:55Speaker 5: a lot of Americans, even some people who supported Trump
- 29:58Speaker 5: when they There are certain people who want government to
- 30:01Speaker 5: be more efficient, which I think is so true. But
- 30:04Speaker 5: I don't just want government to be more efficient. I
- 30:06Speaker 5: don't want government to have absolute power, whether they're efficient
- 30:10Speaker 5: or not, because no human being is perfect. They're all,
- 30:16Speaker 5: I'm a Christian, so I believe we're all sinful, but
- 30:17Speaker 5: you don't even need to be a Christian. Just look
- 30:19Speaker 5: how people treat each other. That was the founder's incentive,
- 30:21Speaker 5: why consent of the government was so important. And you
- 30:24Speaker 5: couldn't just hand things over to experts without any checks
- 30:28Speaker 5: or balances. And what that unelected judge is saying is basically, well,
- 30:33Speaker 5: you know, I have my view of who's the best
- 30:36Speaker 5: expert and it trumps Trump's view. or Bobby Kennedy's view.
- 30:40Speaker 5: I'm just going to say, you have to pick, the
- 30:43Speaker 5: elected officials have to do my bidding and pick the
- 30:46Speaker 5: experts I like.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. We're running out of time here. I
- 30:51Speaker 2: want to get a really key point in. I think
- 30:54Speaker 2: the most perfect human beings, forget about God, obviously Jesus Christ,
- 30:58Speaker 2: but the most perfect human beings ever on our earth
- 31:01Speaker 2: at one time and one place were probably the founding fathers.
- 31:04Speaker 2: They were pretty close to perfect and brilliant, but they
- 31:07Speaker 2: also made one horrible mistake, right? Slavery. So nobody is perfect. No,
- 31:14Speaker 2: that's true.
- 31:14Speaker 5: And to their credit, most of them felt embarrassed about it.
- 31:18Speaker 5: And if you look, many people don't know the story.
- 31:20Speaker 5: I tell it in my book that within 10 to
- 31:23Speaker 5: 20 years, eight or nine states actually abolished slavery, some
- 31:26Speaker 5: on July 4th, because they knew the principles was right.
- 31:31Speaker 5: And then even James Madison and Thomas Jefferson, who were
- 31:35Speaker 5: slave owners, did put forward a proposal. It unfortunately didn't pass,
- 31:39Speaker 5: but in Virginia to emancipate slaves. And so, you know,
- 31:43Speaker 5: the founders weren't perfect, but they.
- 31:46Speaker 2: They tried. They were close.
- 31:47Speaker 5: Yeah, they did try.
- 31:48Speaker 2: They were close. They were pretty smart. You don't get
- 31:50Speaker 2: any smarter than Benjamin Franklin, you know, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson.
- 31:54Speaker 2: My favorite president probably of all time is Thomas Jefferson. Brilliant,
- 31:57Speaker 2: brilliant guy, but he had slaves. So you could argue
- 32:01Speaker 2: that he was still an imperfect human being. Everybody is. Look,
- 32:04Speaker 2: I love Trump. I think Trump's the greatest president ever.
- 32:07Speaker 2: But I think he makes lots of mistakes. I can
- 32:09Speaker 2: name you five or six things I disagree with. So
- 32:11Speaker 2: nobody's perfect. But, you know, on odds, Trump is pretty
- 32:15Speaker 2: darn good. How did the founders draw on science of
- 32:19Speaker 2: their day to make one of the Declaration's biggest claims?
- 32:22Speaker 2: Give me a quick answer. We've got about a minute left.
- 32:24Speaker 5: So one of the biggest claims is that our rights
- 32:26Speaker 5: come from God, not government. That's why government doesn't have
- 32:29Speaker 5: the right just to take it away from us because
- 32:31Speaker 5: they're not rights given to us by other people. And
- 32:33Speaker 5: the founders thought that science actually pointed to a creator.
- 32:37Speaker 5: And I would argue that science today is actually pointing
- 32:39Speaker 5: to a creator. So not away from a creator. But
- 32:42Speaker 5: the complexity and intelligence that we see throughout nature points
- 32:45Speaker 5: objectively to a creator. And all the founders believed that.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Well, and here's what I find as a kind of
- 32:51Speaker 2: just a layman. Everyone I know who's religious is relatively happy.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Maybe they're not all ecstatic 24 hours a day, but
- 32:59Speaker 2: relatively happier. And all the people I know who are
- 33:02Speaker 2: liberal and atheist and they don't believe in God... are
- 33:05Speaker 2: the most unhappy human beings I've ever seen in my
- 33:08Speaker 2: entire life. So I think there's something there that argues
- 33:12Speaker 2: for God. That's all I can say. We're on the run.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Dr.

- 35:38Speaker 3: You're hearing it everywhere. Inflation, market swings, uncertainty.
- 35:42Speaker 6: But most people are still sitting in paper assets, hoping
- 35:46Speaker 6: it all works out. At All American Assets, we don't
- 35:49Speaker 6: deal in hope. We deal in protection. Gold and silver
- 35:53Speaker 6: have stood the test of time. And right now, more
- 35:56Speaker 6: investors are moving their IRAs into.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Physical metals for one reason. Control. We do things differently.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Transparent pricing. No games. No surprises.
- 36:07Speaker 6: We work with you one-on-one to build a portfolio that
- 36:10Speaker 6: protects what you've worked your entire life for.
- 36:13Speaker 3: But understand this. Timing matters. Waiting could cost you. Call
- 36:18Speaker 3: us at 844-973-4653.
- 36:18Speaker 2: That's 844-973-4653.
- 36:19Speaker 3: All American assets. Protection, not promises.
- 36:21Speaker 2: That's 844-973-4653. All right, Wayne Allyn, the root, the root,
- 36:47Speaker 2: the root, the root's on fire. One more mention that
- 36:50Speaker 2: America's Top Ten Countdown, my favorite show, my biggest show,
- 36:54Speaker 2: my biggest platform, Real America's Voice TV, that show is
- 36:57Speaker 2: my monster, and they made the decision to move it
- 37:00Speaker 2: to 1 p.m. on Saturdays, and I kind of lobbied
- 37:03Speaker 2: against that decision. It's been on the air in the
- 37:05Speaker 2: new time for about three weeks now, and so many
- 37:08Speaker 2: of my fans just didn't understand it, moved, couldn't find it,
- 37:12Speaker 2: were confused. It's been in the same place, noon Eastern,
- 37:15Speaker 2: for four years almost, and I lobbied hard with the
- 37:19Speaker 2: ownership of Real America's Voice, and they came through today,
- 37:22Speaker 2: and they've moved me back starting this Saturday back to
- 37:25Speaker 2: noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific, following Steve Bannon's War Room.
- 37:28Speaker 2: It's Bannon and Root back to back, and then James
- 37:32Speaker 2: O'Keefe's new show on Real America's Voice will be after
- 37:34Speaker 2: mine at 1 p.m. Eastern, 10 a.m. Pacific. So I'm
- 37:38Speaker 2: back to my usual spot, right, where I was born
- 37:42Speaker 2: and raised on Real America's Voice, noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific,
- 37:46Speaker 2: Real America's Voice Network, and you can find it there,
- 37:49Speaker 2: the usual time, the usual place, once again. All right?
- 37:53Speaker 2: America's Top Ten Countdown, noon Eastern. This show is a war.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Zone Live, and it is the official podcast of The
- 38:02Speaker 2: Gateway Pundit, which is one of the biggest websites in
- 38:04Speaker 2: the country, fifth biggest conservative news site in the country,
- 38:07Speaker 2: over 2.5 million unique daily readers, and you can find
- 38:11Speaker 2: it every day between 6 and 8 p.m. Eastern at TheGatewayPundit.com
- 38:16Speaker 2: or at RedTalk.com RedTalk.com is the newer one. Oh, TalkRed.com,
- 38:23Speaker 2: that's the newer one. We're on TalkRed.com, and of course Rumble.com,
- 38:26Speaker 2: that's the easy one. Go to Rumble.com and look up
- 38:28Speaker 2: Wayne Root, Wayne Allyn Root, or War Zone. And you
- 38:32Speaker 2: can email me anytime, WayneRoot at gmail.com. Okay, housekeeping out
- 38:36Speaker 2: of the way. Boom, boom, boom, the dust is gone.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Place is clean. This is the Wayne Stream Media. On
- 38:41Speaker 2: to the Wayne Stream Media. So not only is Trump
- 38:45Speaker 2: eliminating all the loudmouthed leaders in overnight strikes, the killers
- 38:49Speaker 2: that kill American soldiers and kill Christians and Jews. It's
- 38:52Speaker 2: not just Jews. They kill Christians. Radical Muslims hate Christians
- 38:57Speaker 2: just as much as Jews. Here's a headline. More top
- 39:01Speaker 2: Iranian leaders are wiped out as the U.S.-Israeli strategy against
- 39:05Speaker 2: Iran is working. The most unlikely source reports U.S.-Israel strategy
- 39:10Speaker 2: against Iran is working. Well, overnight we learn more. Iranian
- 39:13Speaker 2: leaders are no longer a threat. The Middle East media
- 39:16Speaker 2: outlet Al Jazeera, not a fan of the U.S. or Israel, obviously,
- 39:21Speaker 2: shared that U.S.-Israeli strategy against Iran was working. Of course
- 39:25Speaker 2: they are. Of course it is. We have the greatest
- 39:28Speaker 2: firepower in the history of the world. and combined with Israel,
- 39:31Speaker 2: which has the most incredible intelligence in the history of
- 39:33Speaker 2: the world, right? Their Mossad blows our CIA away. Anything
- 39:38Speaker 2: Mossad finds, they'll tell you, like, the leader is by
- 39:43Speaker 2: the street sign on the corner of Jones and Tropicana.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Shoot a missile right there now and you'll wipe out
- 39:49Speaker 2: the leader. And you do, and you do. You shoot
- 39:52Speaker 2: one and you do wipe him out. They know the
- 39:54Speaker 2: street address of where every person is. They know the
- 39:57Speaker 2: cave address of where these losers are hiding. And they
- 40:01Speaker 2: give it to America and America bombs them sometimes. Israel
- 40:03Speaker 2: bombs them. And they are effective, man. They are effective.
- 40:07Speaker 2: I'm telling you, just listen to Wayne Root because I've
- 40:10Speaker 2: been right about everything for 10 years on radio and TV.
- 40:14Speaker 2: And President Trump has been right about everything in the
- 40:16Speaker 2: last 10 years. Three of them where he was really
- 40:18Speaker 2: elected president. Only two of them you know about, but
- 40:21Speaker 2: he was elected in 2022, believe me. The guy is
- 40:24Speaker 2: a three-time president of the United States and has gotten
- 40:25Speaker 2: more votes in his three runs than anyone in the
- 40:28Speaker 2: history of America by a mile. And he's always right.
- 40:31Speaker 2: And I'm telling you, we're both right. Trump will come
- 40:33Speaker 2: out a hero from this, smelling like a rose. The
- 40:36Speaker 2: bad news that you hear, I understand why it's scaring you.
- 40:39Speaker 2: And the gas pump prices are scaring you. But the
- 40:42Speaker 2: reality is we're winning and winning big. Iran is done,
- 40:46Speaker 2: they're finished. The army's gone, the navy's gone, the air
- 40:48Speaker 2: force is gone. Trump and Israel have destroyed them all.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Our military is a machine, man. It is a war
- 40:55Speaker 2: machine and we have destroyed them all. Anything else you
- 40:57Speaker 2: hear is propaganda. And we've eliminated, if all goes well,
- 41:06Speaker 2: we've eliminated the number one terrorist threat in the world.
- 41:09Speaker 2: The biggest state sponsor of terrorism. And as a bonus,
- 41:13Speaker 2: which probably all of that's the bonus, the real award
- 41:16Speaker 2: is that we've stopped China from getting cheap oil from
- 41:19Speaker 2: both Venezuela and from Iran. Think about it. You know,
- 41:24Speaker 2: the leader of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, said, come and get me.
- 41:28Speaker 2: And remember, he was like dancing on a stage and boxing.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Come and get me, Trump. And we came and got
- 41:33Speaker 2: him in the middle of the night. And he's rotting
- 41:35Speaker 2: in a prison cell now. And I think, you know
- 41:37Speaker 2: what he's doing? He's ratting on the Democrats who stole
- 41:40Speaker 2: the election because Venezuela was part of the 2020 steal.
- 41:43Speaker 2: And Trump will soon be indicting every Democrat involved in that.
- 41:47Speaker 2: And then, you know, all these leaders in Iran keep saying,
- 41:50Speaker 2: come and get us. You can't get us, you evil
- 41:53Speaker 2: American Israeli scum. And whoever says that is dead by morning.
- 41:57Speaker 2: So I think we're making a good point here. A
- 41:59Speaker 2: very good point. Ilhan Omar trashes Trump supporters and spreads
- 42:05Speaker 2: a nasty lie about Trump after he blasts her and
- 42:08Speaker 2: and what he calls her country, fourth world Somalia. Right,
- 42:12Speaker 2: it's not even a third world crap hole. It's such
- 42:15Speaker 2: a crap hole. It's a fourth world crap hole. Very good,
- 42:18Speaker 2: President Trump. She should not be in this country. She
- 42:22Speaker 2: should be deported. What's she doing in Congress? She's an
- 42:25Speaker 2: enemy of the United States. All right, Z-Chot Genesis Medicine,
- 42:30Speaker 2: their CEO, Dan Montano, has been a guest on my
- 42:33Speaker 2: show many times to discuss his company's medicines to reverse
- 42:36Speaker 2: type 2 diabetes, reverse Parkinson's, and reverse heart disease. Over
- 42:40Speaker 2: 300 patients have been dosed with their medicines during research studies.
- 42:43Speaker 2: All patients have shown great improvement with no adverse events reported.
- 42:48Speaker 2: If you know anyone who has type 2 diabetes or
- 42:50Speaker 2: Parkinson's or heart disease... Listen up. You could participate in
- 42:53Speaker 2: one of their upcoming free medical research studies using their
- 42:56Speaker 2: breakthrough medicines. They created a website just for my fans.
