- 0:00Speaker 1: Live from the WOR LifeVac Studios, Mark Simone. Hey, let's
- 0:09Speaker 1: take some calls. 800-321-0710 is the number. Let's go to
- 0:14Speaker 1: Sean in New Jersey. Sean, how you doing?
- 0:17Speaker 2: Good morning, Mark. Yes, again, about Lindsey Graham's sister. I
- 0:21Speaker 2: forget her first name.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Darlene.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Oh, it's Shirley. Again, I like her answer. She was honest.
- 0:27Speaker 2: And listening to that question again, it sounded like such
- 0:30Speaker 2: a gotcha question of everything going on in the world.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's actually not a gotcha question. It's a big, big
- 0:36Speaker 1: issue that the United States is facing, China taking over Taiwan.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It's been talked about.
- 0:41Speaker 2: But senators never really decide on that, right? That's a
- 0:43Speaker 2: presidential thing. I just feel like that was, of everything
- 0:46Speaker 2: else going on that people.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Are worried about. Okay, but if you're going to ask
- 0:49Speaker 1: a foreign policy question, it's one of the ten questions
- 0:52Speaker 1: you'd ask. And it's Greta Van Susteren, who later apologized,
- 0:54Speaker 1: said she was sorry she asked the question, so.
- 0:57Speaker 2: All right.
- 0:58Speaker 1: But, you know, if you were going to be a senator,
- 1:01Speaker 1: you would brush up on foreign policy. And if you
- 1:03Speaker 1: brushed up on foreign policy, that's one of the issues
- 1:06Speaker 1: you'd take a look at. Let's go to Janet in
- 1:08Speaker 1: New Jersey. Janet, how are you doing?
- 1:11Speaker 3: I'm doing good today. How are you, Mark?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Let me check. Not bad. Not bad.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Oh, good, good.
- 1:17Speaker 3: I want to get back to the data centers that
- 1:20Speaker 3: you brought up, the fact that people are so afraid
- 1:22Speaker 3: of them. I have to be honest, my husband, I
- 1:25Speaker 3: don't want to name the company, he builds them. He,
- 1:28Speaker 3: in fact, is on travel right now building one. And
- 1:32Speaker 3: I can tell you this, they needed an enormous amount
- 1:36Speaker 3: of water. And, you know, water is already short in
- 1:39Speaker 3: some of these states within our country. You don't have that.
- 1:43Speaker 1: But they're also figuring out how to recycle water in
- 1:47Speaker 1: these data centers, some of them, so they don't use
- 1:49Speaker 1: that much water.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I know from him building them, I know that,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you know, they do require a lot. And if you
- 1:59Speaker 3: don't have a lot to begin with, that's a big
- 2:02Speaker 3: drain on the communities that they are being built in.
- 2:05Speaker 3: The other thing is the electricity. how are they going
- 2:08Speaker 3: to create their own electricity?
- 2:11Speaker 1: They're going to use small nuclear reactors that are already
- 2:17Speaker 1: being used in some businesses and they will supply all
- 2:19Speaker 1: the electricity and the water problem will be solved pretty soon.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And also they do make a tremendous amount of noise.
- 2:27Speaker 3: I have a friend who actually is selling her home
- 2:30Speaker 3: currently because her, the home values around this data center are,
- 2:35Speaker 3: They're dropping exponentially. It's insane. She's not going to get
- 2:39Speaker 3: what she wants for her home. They do make a
- 2:42Speaker 3: tremendous amount of noise.
- 2:43Speaker 1: You have the same thing with the airports, living near
- 2:47Speaker 1: a train track and all that.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Absolutely. When you buy your house, and I mean, when
- 2:53Speaker 3: you mentioned the LaGuardia, obviously, how many years ago? Now
- 2:58Speaker 3: you've got people that are waking up and... but ground
- 3:01Speaker 3: is being broke and they don't even realize that these
- 3:03Speaker 3: data centers are being built. And I mean, again, I
- 3:05Speaker 3: should be careful because I don't.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Believe for a second. I don't believe for one second
- 3:10Speaker 1: that your husband has anything to do with data centers.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I think you're one of those paid callers, whether you
- 3:13Speaker 1: call those.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Um, I absolutely positively can assure you that he does.
- 3:18Speaker 2: And he is.
- 3:19Speaker 1: All right. Well, I don't believe her for a second.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I never heard somebody so anti data center. If she
- 3:25Speaker 1: was that really anti, she'd throw the guy right out
- 3:28Speaker 1: of the house. No, actually, Some of them are very
- 3:31Speaker 1: good now at recycling water. They don't use that much.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The noise is the big problem. It's a big problem.
- 3:38Speaker 1: The noise travels about a half a mile, but it
- 3:41Speaker 1: can be heard a mile away. So you've got to
- 3:43Speaker 1: make them a mile away from everything. It's got to
- 3:45Speaker 1: be out in the middle of nowhere. That's the place
- 3:48Speaker 1: for a data center. Let's go to Kenny in Westchester. Kenny,
- 3:51Speaker 1: how are you doing?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Darlene Graham's comment is right up there when Jimmy Carter
- 3:56Speaker 2: said he consulted with his 10-year-old daughter on atomic arms race.
- 4:00Speaker 4: It is.
- 4:01Speaker 3: It is.
- 4:01Speaker 1: But Carter still won.
- 4:04Speaker 4: He lost.
- 4:05Speaker 2: He lost when he said that to Reagan. Oh, okay.
- 4:06Speaker 1: That was in the Reagan debate. Yeah.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway, Mark, you should be on 24 hours a day.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And do you have any old clips of you talking
- 4:15Speaker 2: to Pat Buchanan?
- 4:17Speaker 4: Of course.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:18Speaker 1: He was a regular on the show. Probably have..
- 4:20Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 4:21Speaker 2: He's got a..
- 4:21Speaker 1: Probably have 50 interviews with him. You got to play them.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Those are classics.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:29Speaker 1: You know, we got, I have probably, let's say, 35
- 4:32Speaker 1: years of interviews. Everybody could ever name millions. And I
- 4:36Speaker 1: got them all there. And I said, I'm going to
- 4:38Speaker 1: go through these. And I'm going to take clips out
- 4:40Speaker 1: of them. And then, you know how you put something
- 4:43Speaker 1: off and procrastinate? I've been looking at those boxes for
- 4:48Speaker 1: 20 years. I never actually go in there and find it.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Somebody dies, and then you've got to go hunt for
- 4:52Speaker 1: the clip and look for it. But Pat Buchanan was
- 4:55Speaker 1: a great, great guest. We used to have him on
- 4:57Speaker 1: probably every couple weeks for a long time. Let's go
- 5:01Speaker 1: to Lenny in New Jersey. Lenny, how are you doing?
- 5:04Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 5:05Speaker 4: I just want to know, what if everybody who went
- 5:08Speaker 4: down to the commemoration on October 7th were to bring
- 5:11Speaker 4: a whistle? And as soon as Mayor Mmm would speak,
- 5:14Speaker 4: everyone would blow the whistle to drown him out.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Are you talking about September 11th?
- 5:20Speaker 4: September 11th, I'm sorry.
- 5:24Speaker 1: No, it's disrespectful, first of all, to blow a whistle
- 5:27Speaker 1: when he speaks. At the 9-11 memorial, you don't do that.
- 5:30Speaker 1: What they should simply do, what the cops did to
- 5:32Speaker 1: de Blasio, just turn their back when he speaks or
- 5:35Speaker 1: when he's there.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Disrespectful? Look what he did to all those people.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I know.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Disrespect?
- 5:41Speaker 1: No, it's disrespectful to start blowing whistles at the 9-11 ceremony.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It's not a nice thing to do. But the cops
- 5:46Speaker 1: were perfect with what they did. De Blasio was there.
- 5:51Speaker 1: They all just turned their back on him. And you'll
- 5:53Speaker 1: see that with Mamdani. They'll all just turn their back
- 5:56Speaker 1: on him. If you're at the 9-11 ceremony, you don't
- 5:58Speaker 1: want to hear... It doesn't sound good there. Let's go
- 6:02Speaker 1: to John in Pennsylvania. John, how you doing?
- 6:05Speaker 3: Hey, Mark.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I just wanted to comment on Mamdani's supermarket.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I think that he just wants to redistribute wealth. They
- 6:14Speaker 2: don't care where the money goes. Just like... you know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom's train in California or, uh, de Blasio's wife
- 6:21Speaker 2: with her waist.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And, um, well, also you gotta remember, he's a kid
- 6:25Speaker 1: who never had a job, went to, uh, where'd he go?
- 6:28Speaker 1: Columbia or someplace, one of those indoctrination camps for four years.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And he learned about government supermarkets. You know, you go
- 6:34Speaker 1: to Cuba, go in the government supermarket, you know, go
- 6:37Speaker 1: down and go to go to the cereal aisle in America.
- 6:40Speaker 1: There's 47,000 brands of cereal go in Cuba. There's just
- 6:43Speaker 1: white boxes and black letters that says cereal on them.
- 6:46Speaker 1: It's some kind of generic cereal on a half-empty shelf.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And that's what you get in government supermarkets. And it's
- 6:55Speaker 1: the worst food in the world. And it ends up
- 6:57Speaker 1: being higher priced than everything in a regular supermarket. Hey,
- 7:01Speaker 1: when we come back, Bill O'Reilly will be with us.
- 7:03Speaker 1: We'll talk to him about all of this coming up
- 7:05Speaker 1: next on 710WOR.
