Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:21
  May 6, 2026. There we go, 5626.
• 0:26
All right, sorry about that. Got caught up in the air a
• 0:28
little bit, but all right, so last night, game played out
• 0:32
similarly to what I was thinking.
• 0:34
Unfortunately, they just didn't make it all the way back to get
• 0:37
that backdoor cover. They couldn't hit three and just
• 0:41
just didn't workout. So so for that back door, but
• 0:45
they kept it clinched and just didn't happen.
• 0:47
So take that L. But we move forward to today,
• 0:50
and I'm looking at just what I think is a gift.
• 0:55
Maybe I'm the one missing this thing here.
• 0:57
We have, once again, the Spurs taking on the T Wolves.
• 1:01
And I was pretty sure that the T Wolves won last time.
• 1:04
And I'm pretty sure that that time the spread was like 9 1/2.
• 1:08
And then I look today, I'm figuring, OK, Spurs will still
• 1:12
be likely favored. They still are at home.
• 1:15
They still are the higher seed in theory, ostensibly the better
• 1:19
team. But no, it's stayed the same,
• 1:21
  still sitting there at 9 1/2. So, well, I don't, I don't see
• 1:26
why my my wager needs to change much here when the other night I
• 1:30
had the 9 1/2 didn't ended up needing them.
• 1:32
And here I am again getting offered the same thing.
• 1:35
And I might as well just take them and roll the dice or put
• 1:40
the cards or whatever it may be and put the money down and
• 1:43
hopefully pick up a little more of it at the end.
• 1:45
So it seems pretty easy. And that's what we're going to
• 1:47
  do. So we're going Minnesota
• 1:49
Timberwolves plus 9 1/2 against the San Antonio Spurs tonight's
• 1:54
NBA Western Conference round two playoff basketball action.
• 1:59
Is there anything better than that?
• 2:00
Pound it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:02
to it. That's a 2 for one offer me.
