- 3:10Speaker 3: Can you shout out to yourself?
- 3:11Speaker 4: I'm not sure, I don't know, And shout out to
- 3:15Speaker 4: Backbone Saddles for propping up the old boys on site
- 3:18Speaker 4: and Nicico for eating all the chips k mad dog.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah, good stuff, good stuff. Now I wanted to inquire
- 3:26Speaker 2: Moggie how your dog Tinker's doing today, whether there's any
- 3:29Speaker 2: improvement on her condition from yesterday.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Yeah, well, those of you who are listening to the show, yes,
- 3:34Speaker 3: I would know that she had a she's making a
- 3:36Speaker 3: bit of a racket. She sounds like a sort of
- 3:40Speaker 3: a buggered what do you call those things? Bag bag? Yeah,
- 3:44Speaker 3: that's right, And this is what this is what it
- 3:46Speaker 3: sounded like. So, louis it hark she's hot doing at
- 3:57Speaker 3: the end, she's trying?
- 3:59Speaker 4: Did she ever anything out?
- 4:00Speaker 3: She never did, She never had. Although today it's certainly
- 4:03Speaker 3: the frequency has reduced, which I'm grateful for.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Okay, Actually not necessarily a good sign, is it not? Well,
- 4:11Speaker 2: that was interesting because I was listening to that yesterday
- 4:13Speaker 2: and I thought, I wonder, because you sent us the
- 4:15Speaker 2: audio on our app there, and so I thought, I wonder,
- 4:17Speaker 2: what will happen if I play that to my dog,
- 4:19Speaker 2: whether my dog ru will you hear that and react
- 4:23Speaker 2: to it in some way? So I played it to Rue,
- 4:26Speaker 2: who immediately started whimpering. Yeah, she sort of went into
- 4:29Speaker 2: a sort of crouch. Position and started whimpering. Then she
- 4:32Speaker 2: started barking her ass off and running around the house
- 4:35Speaker 2: like in a state of distress, and then ended up
- 4:38Speaker 2: curling one out on our duve.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so doesn't she do that anyway, not all
- 4:43Speaker 3: the time, but.
- 4:44Speaker 2: She only does it when she's under real distress, and
- 4:47Speaker 2: so she obviously heard what Tinker was going through and
- 4:49Speaker 2: when she's not long for this world.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I wonder what my dog's saying that your dog has
- 4:53Speaker 3: picked it up, yes, and then thinks the answer is
- 4:55Speaker 3: to kill one out on your duve. I think probably
- 4:57Speaker 3: the thing with your dog is, and I know your
- 4:58Speaker 3: dog well, the nervous reaction, the running around in circles
- 5:02Speaker 3: is probably a reaction to what she is hearing. And
- 5:05Speaker 3: then the curling one out on your dovet she just
- 5:08Speaker 3: thinks that's funny.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah, which she probably just does that to piss me off,
- 5:11Speaker 2: to be fair, because I can't semi circle her with
- 5:13Speaker 2: that on the douve because the douve crinkles up, of course,
- 5:16Speaker 2: and I can't lift up the poos with her as
- 5:18Speaker 2: a semi circle that.
- 5:20Speaker 4: People have no idea.
- 5:21Speaker 2: What, Yeah, I'll explain it very quickly. The fellows one's
- 5:25Speaker 2: asking me when my dog did a shit on the
- 5:26Speaker 2: ground and the lounge there, how do I clean it up?
- 5:29Speaker 2: And I said, basically, I get my dog glue and
- 5:31Speaker 2: I turn her into a semi circle and I just
- 5:33Speaker 2: scooped the pools up like that, using her like a pincer.
- 5:37Speaker 2: She just sort of cradles that, and then you throws
- 5:39Speaker 2: and I chck outside. Yeah, yeah, all of them dog
- 5:43Speaker 2: and the poos.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Yeah right, okay, yeah, because your dog's a collie, right, yes.
- 5:47Speaker 4: And so that rounding up of the house, my dog
- 5:48Speaker 4: used to do that, and it's because they used to
- 5:50Speaker 4: rounding up sheep. So it's probably because you're maybe wandering
- 5:53Speaker 4: around the house like a lost sheep.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Well, I mean she just started doing that because she
- 5:57Speaker 2: heard what Tinker was doing, right, and so you know
- 6:00Speaker 2: know what's going on for other dogs, right, That's all
- 6:02Speaker 2: I'm saying. Well, you know, yeah, I mean it's either
- 6:05Speaker 2: the back paddock for her or take her to a
- 6:07Speaker 2: vet and let them do the back paddick part of it.
- 6:09Speaker 3: I don't know, I think would you even bother taking
- 6:13Speaker 3: to the back paddick.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Well, you could place her in the back paddock and
- 6:17Speaker 2: then just leave her to it. You know what I'm saying, Fellas.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Because how old is rude?
- 6:22Speaker 2: And now she's only nine, right, so you don't know
- 6:24Speaker 2: the five or six bloody years, isn't it? Yeah? Do
- 6:28Speaker 2: you want a dog? Keezy? You do want?
- 6:30Speaker 3: You want wine? First?
- 6:31Speaker 6: Uh?
- 6:32Speaker 4: No, thanks, Fellas?
- 6:33Speaker 3: You sure dogs are cool? Man?
- 6:35Speaker 2: Yeah, they're so loving.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Well, I'll get a free dog off the guy for
- 6:39Speaker 4: their voices dog Squad. Then I can sell it on
- 6:42Speaker 4: trade me. Yeah, for like five bucks.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I could sign it the Hoedarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt,
- 6:49Speaker 1: Mike Minogue and Kisy.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Sublime there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Friday afternoon.
- 6:55Speaker 2: The time is twenty one minutes past four o'clock. Now,
- 6:57Speaker 2: if you cast your mind back one week, we could
- 7:00Speaker 2: go today. The Fellows were down in Nowson and Mortawaka.
- 7:04Speaker 2: They're checking out Hot Federations Backbone Brew, weren't we Fellers?
- 7:08Speaker 4: Yeah, man, we're going to be debuting the Backbone Brew
- 7:11Speaker 4: made in collaboration, well, made one hundred percent by Hot Federation.
- 7:15Speaker 4: We just had to say, and what wasn't it? And
- 7:16Speaker 4: we just said, Fellas, what we want as a crisp,
- 7:19Speaker 4: clean pilsner with local weight in Kuwatu hops. That's what
- 7:22Speaker 4: we asked for.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And a bit of hoody j cigarette ash.
- 7:24Speaker 3: That's right, and supportments good stuff.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Yeah, So that's now being made. It's going to debut
- 7:28Speaker 4: at Bavana. Tickets available at Beavanna dot co dot m
- 7:31Speaker 4: z and there's a video right now on us helping
- 7:34Speaker 4: them out, helping them brew it, yes, up on our
- 7:36Speaker 4: social media channels to get the monks.
- 7:37Speaker 2: How good? How good?
- 7:38Speaker 4: Hey fellas, I've got something that to be honest, it's
- 7:42Speaker 4: been bugging me.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Has it been bugging you?
- 7:44Speaker 2: Well?
- 7:44Speaker 4: Yeah, I just said that, Yes, I'm bugging So you
- 7:50Speaker 4: know my truck, little truck. Yeah, my truck a little
- 7:54Speaker 4: Tinker toy festival. Tinker is Mike's dog. That's very confusing,
- 7:58Speaker 4: you're thinking tonka to Yes. So I've got an old
- 8:03Speaker 4: truck there, old chivy truck and it's quite loud.
- 8:06Speaker 3: It's got a V eight in it. And when I
- 8:08Speaker 3: go when I park, Jameson's got eight v's in it.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Brother, Yeah, And when we park in the underground car
- 8:14Speaker 4: park here, it's it sets car alarms off. And so
- 8:16Speaker 4: I was like, look, I need to quieten it down
- 8:17Speaker 4: so I can drive it to work more off. That's correct.
- 8:21Speaker 4: So I went to a muffler shop in Auckland right
- 8:24Speaker 4: rang them up, So can I bring it by?
- 8:25Speaker 3: I have a look, give us a you know, give
- 8:27Speaker 3: us your thoughts. Went there.
- 8:28Speaker 4: The guy appeared to know nothing about what he was doing.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Sure, put it up.
- 8:33Speaker 4: On the horse gut underneath. He's like, yeah, a couple
- 8:35Speaker 4: of those mufflers will be six fifty each. I could
- 8:37Speaker 4: give you the four fifty ones each, but those are
- 8:39Speaker 4: the cheap ones. I wouldn't recommend it for something like this. Also,
- 8:42Speaker 4: it's going to need these flexy things put in so
- 8:44Speaker 4: that doesn't crack your.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Exhaust the flex put those on truck?
- 8:49Speaker 4: Well, correct, you should have them, especially on your tea truck.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Because apparently it's something for a four cylinder engine that's
- 8:54Speaker 4: mounted sideways. Mine's a V eight. It doesn't need them.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Everybody knows. It's like it's going to be three hundred
- 8:58Speaker 3: dollars per flex blah blah blah.
- 8:59Speaker 4: It's going to be almost two grand price. And so
- 9:02Speaker 4: I was like, hang about, I'm going to go and
- 9:04Speaker 4: get another opinion.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Did you get a second opinion? A second opinion.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Went to this other place, old older fellow was there.
- 9:10Speaker 4: He had a flame tator on his arm and rod
- 9:13Speaker 4: shirt on sure, and I was like, here we go.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Put it up on the He had to roll your
- 9:17Speaker 4: own dart hanging out of his mouth real he sounded
- 9:21Speaker 4: like with a stock car. If hody j had a
- 9:24Speaker 4: stock car, Oh yeah, that's right. So he put it
- 9:27Speaker 4: up on the hoy straight away was like.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Oh, I know what you need.
- 9:29Speaker 4: You need these to he you need one of these
- 9:31Speaker 4: and then with the engine you've got blah blah blah,
- 9:33Speaker 4: I don't need to put flixes. And he's like, no,
- 9:35Speaker 4: that's for a four cylinder. Who told you that? And
- 9:37Speaker 4: he's like and I was like, how much is that
- 9:38Speaker 4: going to cost you? A five point fifty whole thing?
- 9:40Speaker 3: Done, the whole lot, done, installed, whole kid and kaboodle Jason, Yeah, yeah,
- 9:45Speaker 3: and this, And.
- 9:46Speaker 4: He taught me through the reason why he was doing everything.
- 9:48Speaker 4: And this other guy was just about it.
- 9:50Speaker 2: I had a name or anything like that.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Well, he was trying to rip me off.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 9:53Speaker 4: I didn't get his name right, but he was clearly
- 9:57Speaker 4: trying to rip me off. He was he was trying
- 9:59Speaker 4: to install something on my car that is not required.
- 10:01Speaker 4: That's right, and he and I was just like so
- 10:04Speaker 4: annoyed by the fact that he tried to pull a
- 10:06Speaker 4: fast one on me. I was like, should I beg
- 10:08Speaker 4: his business on the radio? Oh yeah, well it's a
- 10:11Speaker 4: clever I've got. You know, you try to pull a
- 10:14Speaker 4: fast one.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Well, you know, when you think about all the backbones
- 10:17Speaker 2: out there who work their arses off every day, mogi
- 10:20Speaker 2: to you know, earn a earn a coin or two
- 10:23Speaker 2: and put food on the table for the far No,
- 10:25Speaker 2: then you know, people like that should be brought to
- 10:28Speaker 2: people's attention.
- 10:29Speaker 3: In my view, having said that, times are tough for
- 10:31Speaker 3: that guy as well, and he's seeing some young handsome
- 10:34Speaker 3: buck come wandering in with a with a beautiful truck.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Was sure, with god how many tens of thousands of dollars?
- 10:42Speaker 3: The license plate number reads Dad's Boy. And he thinks
- 10:45Speaker 3: to himself, this guy's probably got you know, there's probably
- 10:48Speaker 3: got a few coins. Maybe I can take advantage of him,
- 10:52Speaker 3: you know, but they can't fold him.
- 10:53Speaker 4: That's the key phrase there, take advantage. Taking advantage of
- 10:56Speaker 4: anyone is a bad thing.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I've got to be honest. Whenever I go into the mechanic,
- 10:59Speaker 2: and you know, I take my car, and then and
- 11:01Speaker 2: they go this, this, and this is pope. I go,
- 11:03Speaker 2: all right, I would never clue as far as cars go,
- 11:07Speaker 2: you know, I give it the tires a bit of
- 11:09Speaker 2: a kick. That's about as far as I know. It's
- 11:12Speaker 2: just what to do with cars.
- 11:14Speaker 3: And when you're kicking the tires, yes, do you know
- 11:17Speaker 3: why you're doing that?
- 11:18Speaker 2: Nah?
- 11:18Speaker 4: Because he's doing it because of the phrase tire kicker.
- 11:22Speaker 4: It's just not even something you're supposed to do. It
- 11:24Speaker 4: doesn't do anything.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Well. I'd just like to know that they're properly pumped out.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Yeah, a couple of tires.
- 11:30Speaker 2: The BMI is all good.
- 11:31Speaker 4: So what do you reckon?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Do? I?
- 11:33Speaker 3: The body medicine? PSI do?
- 11:36Speaker 2: I do?
- 11:37Speaker 4: I name the company on the on the radio and shaman,
- 11:40Speaker 4: Yeah all right, muff City, muff City.
- 11:46Speaker 3: See, I'll tell you what, man, I'm going down there tomorrow.
- 11:50Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Hodkis indeed the kinds of chiefs there on the radio
- 11:56Speaker 2: Hodarky Big Show this Friday afternoon, thirty five minutes past
- 11:59Speaker 2: four or twenty five minutes to five o'clock, ah C, thanks.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Man or an hour twenty five to six.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and all as well.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Hey, Fla, I've been taking my daughter to swimming lessons
- 12:18Speaker 3: or is this one and a half Mourgy's I guess
- 12:20Speaker 3: it is one and a half movie. If I was
- 12:31Speaker 3: going to make any changes that sting, I would isolate
- 12:34Speaker 3: Dace's vocal and just have that.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so good. What did you roll your eyes for? Chris?
- 12:41Speaker 4: Who the hell's Chris? Oh, that's right, it's my birth name.
- 12:44Speaker 3: It's your birth name. So anyway, that's a funny thing
- 12:49Speaker 3: about kids, And you probably won't know this, Kezy, because
- 12:51Speaker 3: you haven't got any yet. I think you're going to
- 12:53Speaker 3: have quite a few. Is that they don't know how
- 12:57Speaker 3: to swim when they're born, Jace. You have to teach
- 12:59Speaker 3: them everything. But are they swimming in the womb? Yes
- 13:02Speaker 3: they are, yes, yes, But it's a much smaller pool
- 13:05Speaker 3: peddling pool. Yeah, it's really a smaller even than a
- 13:07Speaker 3: peddling pool. So you have to take them and get lessons.
- 13:10Speaker 3: So we take them to take my daughter down to
- 13:13Speaker 3: a little local pool. Then it starts out pretty simple,
- 13:15Speaker 3: doesn't it. It's sort of you know, splash, splash, splash,
- 13:18Speaker 3: and just getting them so they're not scared of water
- 13:21Speaker 3: in general, having water splash on their face. They're not
- 13:24Speaker 3: scared of that, being able to jump off the side
- 13:26Speaker 3: of the pool into your arms, and all these sorts
- 13:28Speaker 3: of things. And my daughter's at the stage now where
- 13:32Speaker 3: they're doing the flood board, so you hold the flood aboard.
- 13:36Speaker 2: And you're just actually on your back and she's just.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Kicking that and the teacher said, like, she's she's got
- 13:44Speaker 3: a really powerful kick on her. And the teacher just said,
- 13:48Speaker 3: it's actually really good science because she's got a really
- 13:51Speaker 3: good movement in her legs, sort of like its hip
- 13:54Speaker 3: starts at the hip, yes, and it's got a good
- 13:56Speaker 3: flow through it. And you can see that that the
- 14:00Speaker 3: splash that she gets out of it is just like
- 14:02Speaker 3: a thousand times better than the other kids. And that
- 14:04Speaker 3: doesn't mean she's better as a person. It's kind of
- 14:09Speaker 3: better as a swimmer. To the point where the teacher
- 14:12Speaker 3: actually took us to the side and just said, she's
- 14:14Speaker 3: she's got a special talent here.
- 14:16Speaker 2: And you really need to nurture it. Wow, that's great.
- 14:18Speaker 2: So funny actually, because my youngest Mogi, when I took
- 14:23Speaker 2: her swimming, she was about I think seven or eight,
- 14:27Speaker 2: and she was in the pool there, and there was
- 14:30Speaker 2: diving boards sort of right next to the pool. Yes,
- 14:33Speaker 2: a small one, a medium one, and one of those
- 14:36Speaker 2: really high ones.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Anyway, my daughter noticed that this little kid was on
- 14:40Speaker 2: the high diving board and just freaking out, and so
- 14:44Speaker 2: she went, oh, I hang about just this is just
- 14:46Speaker 2: how she is as a kid, you know what I mean,
- 14:48Speaker 2: always looking out for others. And so she ran up
- 14:51Speaker 2: to the high diving board. You've never been on a
- 14:53Speaker 2: diving board in her life, and we're talking like probably
- 14:57Speaker 2: forty feet up in the air. She's about she was seven.
- 15:01Speaker 2: And anyway, she started just talking to this kid, you know,
- 15:04Speaker 2: was just clinging onto the diving board and sort of
- 15:07Speaker 2: lifted her up. And this kid, because she just was
- 15:09Speaker 2: freaking out, accidentally knocked her off the diving board and
- 15:12Speaker 2: she did like a quadruple somersault dive and just entered
- 15:16Speaker 2: the water like, you know, with no weight what it.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Was just straight in.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Coincidentally, at the time, there was the New Zealand dive
- 15:24Speaker 2: team was there and the coach said, excuse me, was
- 15:28Speaker 2: that your daughter? And I went yeah, yeah, yeah, and
- 15:31Speaker 2: he said that was a phenomenal diver. She even thought
- 15:35Speaker 2: of taking up diving and I said, nah, because she
- 15:38Speaker 2: can't actually swim right.
- 15:40Speaker 4: And still under the water.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Yeah. Then I turned around and she was nearly drowning,
- 15:43Speaker 2: so I had to pull her out. But yeah, they
- 15:46Speaker 2: tried to get her signed up, but she wasn't keen.
- 15:49Speaker 2: She probably would have thrived, you know, but.
- 15:51Speaker 3: But you hadn't put any time and as an appearent
- 15:53Speaker 3: to make sure that she could swim, because it's embarrassing
- 15:56Speaker 3: that she couldn't swim.
- 15:57Speaker 4: I mean she was you know, you had her at
- 16:00Speaker 4: the swimming pool letter run up a diving ball which
- 16:02Speaker 4: it was seven, and couldn't swim.
- 16:03Speaker 2: God, it was a good dive.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Last tune. That's unreal, Yeah, unbelievable. Yeah, how come you
- 16:12Speaker 3: didn't never Tolughty how to swim?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Well, I can't swim, you see.
- 16:16Speaker 3: So yeah, that's the thing. I think most parents are
- 16:19Speaker 3: like that, Like you want to make sure that you
- 16:22Speaker 3: know your kids are never better at you than anyone.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Totally.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Man the whole Achy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 16:30Speaker 1: Minogue and.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Keisy Sometimes I don't know what to do.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Still good making.
- 16:40Speaker 4: It's a long outro, isn't it?
- 16:41Speaker 2: It is? Really is live I alone, I.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Alone onion, potatoes, fruitons, garlic, A little bit of crack
- 16:53Speaker 6: pepper there and stuck its quins, just supjet.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Can I just say before we get onto today's soup, chat,
- 17:04Speaker 3: I have no recollection whatsoever of doing that thing at all.
- 17:07Speaker 3: I don't know when it was done, no idea.
- 17:09Speaker 4: You don't remember saying quince, all of us being like.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Quins, love me a bit of quince, quincy Joe.
- 17:18Speaker 4: That's a fact. Today's soup. I thought i'd do a
- 17:22Speaker 4: cold soup. You never had a cold soup? What's that called?
- 17:27Speaker 2: Yes?
- 17:27Speaker 3: I have any good Wow.
- 17:29Speaker 2: I just put it in the microwaverheated it up.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Yeah, cold suits aren't good, but yours might be men.
- 17:35Speaker 2: We don't know, especially because because we're not going to
- 17:37Speaker 2: make it, but let's find out, especially because the whole
- 17:39Speaker 2: idea is hotty. But anyway, I make a cold one.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Well, the idea of this one is it's sort of
- 17:45Speaker 4: it's a healthy one that can help sort of fire
- 17:48Speaker 4: up your immune system to protect you from all those
- 17:50Speaker 4: nasty colds are thought for, mate, So a lot of
- 17:54Speaker 4: healthy ingredients in this one. Spinach, o, popeye, ja, Yes,
- 18:00Speaker 4: get some really strong exactly so you want some spinach,
- 18:03Speaker 4: other good source of iron. I believe the base of
- 18:05Speaker 4: this one is either almond milk or coconut milk.
- 18:09Speaker 2: You see, I already hate it.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Right, I'd go coconut milk, deffinitey coconut coconut milk.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Are you signing with him? Are you well as opposed
- 18:17Speaker 4: to a thin almond milk?
- 18:18Speaker 2: Yes?
- 18:18Speaker 3: Yeah, okay?
- 18:19Speaker 2: And what kind of milk does an almond.
- 18:21Speaker 3: He that's true, an almond doesn't have buzy. I've seen
- 18:25Speaker 3: almond buzzies are right there.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Here, whereas I've seen coconut ones.
- 18:29Speaker 3: It's a lovely pair of coconuts. Hey, keyesy. What kind
- 18:32Speaker 3: of supercis do we know?
- 18:34Speaker 2: Do we need col do we need to press?
- 18:37Speaker 3: What's that?
- 18:38Speaker 4: It's a cold healthy smoothie.
- 18:39Speaker 3: It's a cold, healthy smoothie.
- 18:41Speaker 2: It is super smoothie.
- 18:43Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Pumpkin pumpkin people put that in suit.
- 18:47Speaker 4: It says here, you put it in the blender.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that'll be right, yep.
- 18:50Speaker 4: With coconut milk, yep, to make it. What's a creamy
- 18:54Speaker 4: consistency and creamy you know what I mean?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Yeah? Thin, yeah, you see. But I'm already going because
- 19:00Speaker 2: cold pumpkin.
- 19:01Speaker 3: No, but you sweetened it up by putting strawberries in
- 19:04Speaker 3: there with it. Hmmm.
- 19:07Speaker 4: A tablespoon of peanut butter.
- 19:09Speaker 3: A tablespoon of peanut butter. Yeah, smooth or crunchy.
- 19:12Speaker 4: Well, it doesn't matter because it's going to get whizzed
- 19:15Speaker 4: up before you cook it.
- 19:16Speaker 3: But watch kind oh smooth? Yeah? Yeah?
- 19:20Speaker 2: Can I just ask what are you doing with the pumpkin?
- 19:22Speaker 4: Oh, you've diced it up. You put that in the
- 19:23Speaker 4: smooth and the blender thing.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Raw?
- 19:26Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 19:26Speaker 3: Raw?
- 19:28Speaker 2: Oh?
- 19:29Speaker 4: No, you can cook it as well.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Oh yeah, in the oven or in the frying pan.
- 19:33Speaker 4: And frying pan. Hey, to fry the pumpkin if you
- 19:35Speaker 4: are going to cook it, fry.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Generally, if you do that, you should bake it.
- 19:39Speaker 4: That's what I yehs, you can't help it. I'm just
- 19:43Speaker 4: going by the recipe here that I found. So you've
- 19:46Speaker 4: got strawberries in there as well. A tablespoon of probiotic
- 19:52Speaker 4: powder probotic powder, which I guess you'd get from like
- 19:54Speaker 4: a health shop or something.
- 19:56Speaker 3: I don't go to hell shops, right, have they got
- 19:58Speaker 3: at the supermarket?
- 19:59Speaker 4: Maybe you to check the health if they.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Haven't got it. Can I what else could I put
- 20:03Speaker 3: it in as an alternative condensed milk.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Yes, it says here a tablespoon of condensed milk if
- 20:09Speaker 4: you don't have a tablespoon of probotic.
- 20:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:14Speaker 4: Two chilies?
- 20:15Speaker 2: Oh what if I only got one?
- 20:18Speaker 4: Is it a big one?
- 20:19Speaker 3: Cut it in half?
- 20:19Speaker 4: Cut it in half?
- 20:20Speaker 2: You bet it's a big one. Keasy?
- 20:26Speaker 7: Uh?
- 20:28Speaker 4: Some frozen banana?
- 20:29Speaker 3: Oh ye? People do that like that in there? This
- 20:33Speaker 3: is a soup is a suit?
- 20:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Can I just say at this point I'm concerned?
- 20:39Speaker 2: Sure?
- 20:39Speaker 3: And then obviously a big handful of spinach that was
- 20:44Speaker 3: the first thing we put in there. We did put
- 20:45Speaker 3: some more in or is it the same? Okay?
- 20:49Speaker 2: Can I ask a question?
- 20:50Speaker 4: Sure, you haven't asked enough.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Is it wilted? No? Not yet.
- 20:54Speaker 3: You know when you get spinach and you've got it
- 20:56Speaker 3: in a bag and it sits in the fridge and
- 20:58Speaker 3: it's been there too long and you open, you're like,
- 20:59Speaker 3: damn it, it stinks. Yeah. Can I still put that on it?
- 21:02Speaker 4: You know that's preferred. Whack it in there, wizzard all up?
- 21:07Speaker 2: How long? Oh?
- 21:08Speaker 3: Two minutes on high? Oh yeah, okay?
- 21:12Speaker 4: In the old blender there and then pour it into
- 21:14Speaker 4: your soup bowl.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Good.
- 21:15Speaker 4: To go, sprinkle of cinnamon on top, gospato. Yeah, it's
- 21:21Speaker 4: a winter soup.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Hmm, what do you think, Chase?
- 21:25Speaker 4: Would you have some of that?
- 21:26Speaker 3: I might have a chicken burger?
- 21:32Speaker 2: Actually thinking of having a chicken burger at night, Baggie, Yeah,

- 29:32Speaker 2: to earn it, man. That's right.
- 29:33Speaker 3: With kids, you can't let them win. They've got to

- 29:36Speaker 4: Sure, yeah, Fellers, I really appreciate you teaching me that lesson.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Well yeah, I mean, basically, Muggie said to me, shoving

- 29:46Speaker 2: does on the rubber You know what I mean?
- 29:47Speaker 4: And do you always say that about a throbber deer

- 30:35Speaker 4: Come on, man, They're playing Manly at four Pints Park.
- 30:39Speaker 4: It's going to be a big game. Admittedly they've got
- 30:41Speaker 4: the home ground advantage, but our season is still alive.
- 30:45Speaker 4: We'sters come out and said it, so you know we've
- 30:48Speaker 4: got a lot to play for here.
- 30:50Speaker 3: I'm excited, I reckon, We're going to get pumped handly,
- 30:53Speaker 3: a good solid pumping.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Is that your prediction? Thead mak Yeah, I think so, man.
- 30:57Speaker 3: I don't think the John in Fairwell tour is going
- 31:01Speaker 3: to amount to much. I don't think Fellows will be
- 31:02Speaker 3: glad to see the back of the season, and I
- 31:05Speaker 3: just think, honestly, obviously I hope that they don't. But
- 31:08Speaker 3: if if you're going with your brain instead of your gut,
- 31:11Speaker 3: sure you're finally playing against a team that is halfway decent.
- 31:15Speaker 3: We've been playing garbage teams these last few weeks and
- 31:18Speaker 3: making them look good and making a game out of it,
- 31:20Speaker 3: and now we're playing a team that is solidly in
- 31:23Speaker 3: the top eight, and I just think we're going to
- 31:25Speaker 3: get absolutely passed.
- 31:26Speaker 4: Not only are they in the top eight, they've got
- 31:28Speaker 4: all of their players back, they just got their last
- 31:29Speaker 4: player injured player back, and they're a team that can
- 31:32Speaker 4: put fifty on anyone on a given day. And you're
- 31:35Speaker 4: commentating akeasy, Yeah, I'm commentating that tonight Sky Sport nine
- 31:38Speaker 4: would die heinward definitely manly. Then I've got a hunch though,
- 31:41Speaker 4: that the war is going to get a dub Okay
- 31:44Speaker 4: cool in fact, paying five dollars seventy five just to win.
- 31:47Speaker 3: So yeah, so that's pretty long odds, and i'd imagine
- 31:49Speaker 3: that was for a reason.
- 31:51Speaker 4: Yeah, absolutely, that isn't the tear b that's if you
- 31:54Speaker 4: want a bit, if you want to win one hundred
- 31:56Speaker 4: dollars bonus cash ticks tab to three four eight three
- 31:59Speaker 4: right now.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Good stuff, man. Quite seriously, I'm picking a warrior's victory seriously, yep, really, yep.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Why just because this is what the warrior would do.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Because they're going to turn it on now because they
- 32:11Speaker 2: are out of the picture. They're going to turn it on.
- 32:13Speaker 2: They've got nothing to lose. They're going to throw it around.
- 32:15Speaker 2: It's going to suit their style. They're gonna win.
- 32:18Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, all right Rugby Union tomorrow night though.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Yes, and Razor of course still fuming over that loss
- 32:26Speaker 2: last weekend against Argentina, who got the wood on us
- 32:31Speaker 2: a little bit over the last couple of years, a
- 32:34Speaker 2: really good side. But I think that all Blacks will
- 32:37Speaker 2: be too strong at Eden Park. We never lose there,
- 32:40Speaker 2: haven't lost there for I think it's eighty seven years now.
- 32:43Speaker 4: I thought it was since ninety ninety three.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Eighty seven years.
- 32:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I am looking forward to that game. Yes,
- 32:50Speaker 3: it'll be a bloody goody then of course on your
- 32:53Speaker 3: Sunday there we've got UFC three oh five. I think
- 32:56Speaker 3: she is three. Kiwi's fighting see versus Adasaunya makes his
- 33:01Speaker 3: return after almost twelve months.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Is duplus the champion? He is?
- 33:06Speaker 3: Yeah, Kai katter Front fighting USIG. That's and I'm not
- 33:11Speaker 3: sure if it shouldn't be a comin. I wouldn't have thought.
- 33:13Speaker 3: But that's prior to Adis Sonya. And also Dan Hooker
- 33:16Speaker 3: is fighting gam Rock. So Kai Kutter France and Hooker
- 33:20Speaker 3: haven't for it for a long time. I love watching
- 33:22Speaker 3: both of them fight. It's a it's a stack card.
- 33:24Speaker 3: You've got two of uses in there as well. Yeah,
- 33:29Speaker 3: it's just it's gonna I'm more. I used to get
- 33:31Speaker 3: really nervous for the Warriors. I'm not nervous now because
- 33:33Speaker 3: it's over. I used to get nervous for the All Blacks.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I'm not nervous about that, but I am very nervous
- 33:38Speaker 3: for that card on Sunday. It is going to be
- 33:41Speaker 3: huge and I'm dying for Adisnya to kick the hell
- 33:44Speaker 3: out of Dupless responsibly.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Where's Hooker on the skit in the scheme of things
- 33:51Speaker 2: and what kind of ranking has he got.
- 33:53Speaker 3: He's I think he's sit at ten or eleven because
- 33:56Speaker 3: he's been out for a while and the guy is
- 33:57Speaker 3: fighting as top five. Yes, Dan, he might even be seventh,
- 34:02Speaker 3: but he has been out for a hell of a
- 34:03Speaker 3: long time and Kaikut of France has similarly been out
- 34:06Speaker 3: for a while. So Dan Hooker's taken a bit of
- 34:08Speaker 3: a risk fighting Gamrot who is an absolute weapon and
- 34:13Speaker 3: a psychopath. But Dan Hooker will fight anybody anytime, so
- 34:16Speaker 3: he just wants Dan Hooker just wants to get in
- 34:18Speaker 3: top five and get a title shot.
- 34:20Speaker 2: So I'm a bit like that. Oh yeah, same, I
- 34:22Speaker 2: was like that in the ring as well. Anyone, anytime,
- 34:24Speaker 2: any place. Man bring it, Hey, bring away, bring it.
- 34:27Speaker 4: If you are punting on the sport this weekend, join
- 34:29Speaker 4: the Taba, get up to one hundred dollars and bonus
- 34:31Speaker 4: cash with our four hundred percent deposit match off for
- 34:33Speaker 4: Teasncey's apply tearb dot cut into rat bit responsible.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Yeah, good stuff, good stuff. He coming up next to
- 34:39Speaker 2: very shortly. It's Face the Jays.
- 34:42Speaker 1: The Darky Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodaki.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Who fighters there on the radio Hodaky Big Show this
- 34:48Speaker 2: Friday afternoon. The time is five forty two. If you
- 34:50Speaker 2: want to face the Jason, win yourself a fifty dollars
- 34:53Speaker 2: night Dave Voucher, give us a call right now on
- 34:58Speaker 2: eight hundred Hodaki A fellows reckon.
- 35:02Speaker 4: It's a brand new game. I came up with it
- 35:04Speaker 4: at about five point thirty while watching television one night.
- 35:08Speaker 4: And as we say, fifty nine day vouchers are on
- 35:10Speaker 4: office and do get stuck in on eight hundred Hodarchy
- 35:13Speaker 4: because it's time to face the Jase.
- 35:29Speaker 2: Yes. And basically how it works is you've got to
- 35:31Speaker 2: be first to three. Yeah, you get to answer every
- 35:33Speaker 2: question first, I believe.
- 35:36Speaker 4: And they have to get three correct.
- 35:38Speaker 3: That's right.
- 35:39Speaker 4: However, if you if they get one wrong, then new answer,
- 35:41Speaker 4: and you do that three times in a row, you
- 35:43Speaker 4: take the fifty dollars nine day voucher. Jason, you get
- 35:45Speaker 4: to spend it.
- 35:46Speaker 2: Yeah, cool man, who are we going to be running
- 35:48Speaker 2: with here? Do you think I think we're gonna go? Chell? Well?
- 35:56Speaker 3: Can you just crank crank your radio up the enll.
- 36:03Speaker 4: What do you do for a crust Rochelle?
- 36:06Speaker 6: Well?
- 36:06Speaker 2: Actually, currently in between your massive background stuff you've been
- 36:12Speaker 2: laid off. The happiest days of my life was were
- 36:15Speaker 2: when I was in between jobs. Rochelle, that sounds good.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Did you get laid off a thieven?
- 36:29Speaker 4: She did get Rochelle, all right, this is how it works.
- 36:33Speaker 4: You've got to answer three questions correctly. Everyone you get wrong,
- 36:36Speaker 4: Jason gets to answer if he gets through them correct
- 36:39Speaker 4: he takes a fifty dollars night and day about you?
- 36:40Speaker 4: All right, Rochelle, you're ready to go?
- 36:42Speaker 2: Sure?
- 36:43Speaker 3: I am go for it, all right?
- 36:45Speaker 4: First question, what is the main ingredient in hummus?
- 36:52Speaker 3: Check?
- 36:52Speaker 4: Peace? One point to Rochelle.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Well done, man, Jose, and hot's already human.
- 36:58Speaker 4: He's already human. Second question, whose face is on the
- 37:04Speaker 4: New Zealand five dollar bill?
- 37:08Speaker 1: Oh?
- 37:08Speaker 3: So, Edmund? Hillary?
- 37:10Speaker 1: Ah?
- 37:11Speaker 4: So?
- 37:11Speaker 2: Happy man?
- 37:12Speaker 4: You enjoying it so far? Jason?
- 37:14Speaker 2: No? All right?
- 37:17Speaker 4: Third question for the fifty dollars night and day voucher,
- 37:21Speaker 4: what do you put in a toaster?
- 37:25Speaker 2: Bread?
- 37:26Speaker 4: Bread?
- 37:27Speaker 2: Correct?
- 37:28Speaker 4: Fifty nine day voucher.
- 37:30Speaker 3: Come on your way, Rochelle. Jase, you got pumped man,
- 37:34Speaker 3: Jesse sucked at there.
- 37:37Speaker 2: You humiliated me, Rochelle. You humiliated me.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Not intentionally.
- 37:42Speaker 2: I just know what I'm talking about Yeah, that's true,
- 37:44Speaker 2: you do. It's probably about as humiliating as it was
- 37:47Speaker 2: when you got caught thieving from your job.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Get on your Rochelle. We'll check you over to Pugs.
- 37:53Speaker 4: There you'll give you a fifty one night and day vouch,
- 37:55Speaker 4: thank you very much for playing with the Jase. That's
- 37:59Speaker 4: a good song. Fills this pill.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Join, Oh I love it.
- 38:03Speaker 1: No one's going to call up Ember again now the
- 38:06Speaker 1: King Big Show podcast tell of a tune that feels
- 38:09Speaker 1: Stevie Nicks there.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Did you write that one? Did you? Yeah?
- 38:13Speaker 3: One of a few of you ghost rider they called me.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Actually I do remember that. Actually, yeah. We were in
- 38:19Speaker 2: a relationship at that.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Time, you and me.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and you were at your emotionally most destructive but
- 38:28Speaker 2: at your creative best.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 38:30Speaker 2: And you're a fire cracker in the sack from recollection.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Thanks mate back then.
- 38:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I can see the side effects, uh coming up
- 38:41Speaker 4: after sex? What's for teens? Dealing with me? So if
- 38:48Speaker 4: you would like to wind yourself for a few night
- 38:49Speaker 4: and Dave Voucher text through what you are having for
- 38:51Speaker 4: dinner tonight on three four eight three.
- 38:54Speaker 2: I know what you're having for dinner tonight? Keezy, what
- 38:56Speaker 2: a lamb chop? Yeah, because you're going to go home
- 39:00Speaker 2: after the show. I know you won't have time. Will
- 39:01Speaker 2: you have time?
- 39:02Speaker 4: It's fifteen luss, Like, I don't have dinner ready for
- 39:05Speaker 4: you at quarter past seven, all right, so you better
- 39:07Speaker 4: get home, eat a lamb chop and then drive back
- 39:09Speaker 4: to work again. But I'm just like thinking of it.
- 39:11Speaker 4: That's just stupid.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Well, it's really hard, and I want the audience to
- 39:15Speaker 2: understand this. Old pug Sons just come in from Studio
- 39:18Speaker 2: B and said to Keysy, why don't you come and
- 39:20Speaker 2: have a quite busy with me instead? Keysy, instead of
- 39:24Speaker 2: going home for your.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Lamb chickangled a couple of beers in front of your hair.
- 39:27Speaker 2: And that's She's a pretty tempting offer, I've got to say.
- 39:30Speaker 3: I mean, on the one hand, you've got a couple
- 39:32Speaker 3: of beers with a few backbones, and on the other hand,
- 39:34Speaker 3: you've got a lamb chop. Yeah, after a twenty five
- 39:37Speaker 3: minute drive and then you've got to drive back again.
- 39:40Speaker 4: But the good thing is we're going to reuse last
- 39:43Speaker 4: night's salad with the lamb chop.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Yeah, well that's good eating. And the other thing you
- 39:49Speaker 3: were saying that she's cleaning the house up and if
- 39:52Speaker 3: you don't get home, she have to do all of it.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Did I say that?
- 39:55Speaker 2: Yes? You did?
- 39:56Speaker 3: Say?

- 40:14Speaker 3: I couldn't. It's not the thing about that would be
- 40:18Speaker 3: it would be disgusting to do that cat cheese, as
- 40:21Speaker 3: you put it. While I was ripping ass.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Right, I knew you did disgusting farting in the studio.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Look, I know that Pugs likes to just let rip
- 40:32Speaker 2: in studio b and bouching fart his way through the show,
- 40:35Speaker 2: But in the main studio it's just not.
- 40:38Speaker 4: Oh, Kezy, you sniffed it, brother, What what the hell
- 40:42Speaker 4: does that mean?
- 40:42Speaker 3: You sniffed it? You biffed it?
- 40:44Speaker 2: Well, it was the waft thing that really upset me.
- 40:46Speaker 3: Disgusting. Sorry, Moggie ripped us. Now, all of a sudden
- 40:51Speaker 3: I'm in trouble.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Well I'm not. I'm not saying you're in trouble. I
- 40:54Speaker 2: just was a bit shocked that you were whipping it.
- 40:56Speaker 4: By the way, I just text my wife and said, hey,
- 40:58Speaker 4: I've been invited out for beers, but I have to
- 41:00Speaker 4: drive home, eat a chop and then drive back to work.

- 41:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Good, And then she was all like, lol, you can
- 41:05Speaker 4: go if you.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Want, if she's living you And then I was like,
- 41:10Speaker 3: oh na, na, all good.
- 41:13Speaker 4: Look and last night selling was so good.
- 41:18Speaker 2: That's like back in the day, Mogi me going, it's
- 41:21Speaker 2: just going to be a quiet one. It's just going
- 41:24Speaker 2: to be a quiet.
- 41:27Speaker 4: It's gonna be a quiet one because I've got the
- 41:29Speaker 4: Chauffinaces at seven, the Warriors start at eight, which I'm commentating,
- 41:32Speaker 4: so I've got less than an hour at the pub.

- 46:47Speaker 4: Do you know what's funny about the sealing from the
- 46:48Speaker 4: day before. It was nice, but it's Brussels sprouts and broccoli,
- 46:53Speaker 4: like a really lovely recipes she looked up. But like
- 46:56Speaker 4: the foundation was Brussels sprouts and broccoli. And now it's

- 47:36Speaker 4: I cou two years?
- 47:37Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe two years.
- 47:38Speaker 3: Unbelievable. I never told I'm starting to tire of it now.
- 47:41Speaker 2: I yeah, I never got it.
- 47:43Speaker 3: I've never I don't remember where it came from. That's
- 47:45Speaker 3: for sure. Used to go. Yeah.
- 47:47Speaker 2: The one thing that I the reason I carry it
- 47:50Speaker 2: on now is because when we do live shows, people
- 47:51Speaker 2: join in with us. I envisage people driving around the
- 47:55Speaker 2: country doing it with us.
- 47:59Speaker 3: People switching off. Yeah, that happens to I've no possibly,
- 48:03Speaker 3: no doubt at all. Last night I watched something on
- 48:08Speaker 3: Apple TV, but it was a little bit lighter because
- 48:11Speaker 3: I have been watching Slow Horses on there, but I
- 48:13Speaker 3: didn't have the energy for a drama. So there's a
- 48:16Speaker 3: new season, a new show called Bad Monkey, Yes, Bad Monkey,
- 48:21Speaker 3: and it's got Vince Vaughan in it right as the lead.
- 48:24Speaker 3: And he's a detective and nah, he's not, unfortunately, and
- 48:29Speaker 3: an amputated arm turns up and he has to sort
- 48:33Speaker 3: of solve the murder. They can't really be bothered because
- 48:35Speaker 3: he's it's in set in Florida, and he just likes drinking, really,
- 48:39Speaker 3: but he likes being a cop as well. But it's
- 48:41Speaker 3: based on a novel, and I was like, bad Monkey,
- 48:42Speaker 3: Bad Monkey, I think I've read it, and I have
- 48:44Speaker 3: read it. I didn't write the book right, But he's great.
- 48:48Speaker 3: I do love Vince Vaughan. And what I'm really happy
- 48:51Speaker 3: about is he's lost a lot of weight good And
- 48:54Speaker 3: because he looked like an absolute booze bag for about
- 48:57Speaker 3: the last twenty years. He looked shocking and it was
- 49:00Speaker 3: such a waste. If you're out there at the moment,
- 49:03Speaker 3: google model Vince Vaughn, young, Vince Vaughan, good looking, for
- 49:07Speaker 3: that was such a great looking god and it was
- 49:10Speaker 3: a real shame that he just blew out man.
- 49:12Speaker 4: Because he's massive on the alcohol and the all sorts
- 49:15Speaker 4: of stuff.
- 49:16Speaker 3: I don't know about all sorts of stuff, but certainly
- 49:17Speaker 3: the person he did a got a Dui a couple
- 49:20Speaker 3: of years ago. But just but anyway, it looks great
- 49:23Speaker 3: and he's a charismatic son of a bee. And yeah,
- 49:25Speaker 3: first episode was good worth watch Apple TV Treat yourself.
- 49:28Speaker 2: Yeah. Actually I remember reading something about him where he
- 49:30Speaker 2: had basically walked away from acting for a while and
- 49:32Speaker 2: started up some kind of business. I don't remember what
- 49:34Speaker 2: it was called, but there you go. I didn't really
- 49:36Speaker 2: watch TV. We had one of those nights where it
- 49:39Speaker 2: was on, but we weren't paying attention to it.
- 49:41Speaker 3: Were you too busy again in your arse? Kicked and scrabble?
- 49:43Speaker 3: I was killed it.
- 49:45Speaker 4: What was your best word?
- 49:46Speaker 2: I surpassed three hundred for the first time in a
- 49:49Speaker 2: long time though in terms of my squarely, but I
- 49:51Speaker 2: still got my ass.
- 49:52Speaker 4: Kicked also, just quickly I needed to do it. Just
- 49:55Speaker 4: a quick little announcement, yep, been making Joe over the
- 50:00Speaker 4: past few weeks that Jason has been filming the latest
- 50:02Speaker 4: season of Late Night, Big Breakfast. All right, just want
- 50:06Speaker 4: to assure everyone that it is happening, all right, So just.
- 50:13Speaker 3: No, I'm joking.
- 50:14Speaker 4: It's not happening all right, and people are been getting excited.
- 50:16Speaker 4: I'm sorry about that.
- 50:18Speaker 3: It's not happening. Wink wink.
- 50:22Speaker 4: I watched a video about Cambodia because we're going to
- 50:24Speaker 4: go there over New Years. And it was a risky
- 50:26Speaker 4: thing where I put it on and I said to
- 50:28Speaker 4: my wife, this is where we're going to be for
- 50:29Speaker 4: New Years. And we're watching a guy walk down the street.
- 50:32Speaker 4: And then I'm realizing, what if she doesn't like this?
- 50:35Speaker 4: What if she doesn't like the look of it. And
- 50:37Speaker 4: the first thing he did was walk down the street
- 50:39Speaker 4: called pub Street, which is like a real piss up street,
- 50:41Speaker 4: responsibly area, and then he bought like a snake and
- 50:44Speaker 4: ate a snake on a stick, and then he ate
- 50:47Speaker 4: some tarantulas and stuff. And I was just sitting there like,
- 50:49Speaker 4: oh my god, she's going to cancel the trip. And
- 50:50Speaker 4: then she was like that looks fun.
- 50:54Speaker 2: She yeah cool. I thought he's going to get shop
- 50:57Speaker 2: or something that kind. I would have put a dampner
- 50:59Speaker 2: on it.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Nah, But she was like it looks pretty dirty, and
- 51:02Speaker 4: I was like, well.
- 51:03Speaker 2: It's going to be dirty, yeah, dirty.
- 51:06Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what I said. Yeah, so good. Why's going on?
- 51:11Speaker 2: Quiet? Just just thinking about eating a snake?
- 51:13Speaker 3: That's all entar Angula's yeah, yeah.
- 51:16Speaker 4: Thats what it is. Crunchy Yeah, yeah, that's the tune.
- 51:22Speaker 4: Sem a Nation Army Excellent.
- 51:26Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio hod
- 51:29Speaker 1: I Kinderworld.
- 51:30Speaker 2: There on the radio Hold Archy Big Show this Friday evening.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Now let's get into brewery of the day we're up
- 51:39Speaker 2: to and brewery who what are we running with?
- 51:48Speaker 3: Today's great question, Jayson.
- 51:51Speaker 4: Every single day this month we're going to be featuring
- 51:53Speaker 4: another brewery from around New Zealand. Who will be at
- 51:56Speaker 4: Beavana twenty fourth of August Today?
- 52:00Speaker 2: Of breweries, isn't it breweries? Breweries?
- 52:02Speaker 3: Breweries?
- 52:03Speaker 4: Yeah, today is Liberty Brewing, which is what we've had
- 52:06Speaker 4: a lot to do with it. No Liberty, we certainly do.
- 52:09Speaker 4: They make bold beers and are bursting with a roma
- 52:12Speaker 4: and flavor. Starting from a humble New Plumouth shared and
- 52:15Speaker 4: now shining in Helensville, Christina and Joseph would have turned
- 52:18Speaker 4: Liberty into an all around favorite. If you're after a
- 52:21Speaker 4: local pilsner or a world class barrel aged Imperial stout
- 52:24Speaker 4: liberty knows it's about goodness, not gimmicks when it comes
- 52:28Speaker 4: to great beer. That's interesting because a lot of breweries
- 52:31Speaker 4: do have quite a few gimmicks, you know what I mean.
- 52:33Speaker 3: That's a gimmickers. They don't have any gimmicks, right, Yeah,
- 52:37Speaker 3: with no gimmicks. If you're saying gimmick, it feels like
- 52:39Speaker 3: it'll be a gimmick saying that there's no gimmicks. But
- 52:43Speaker 3: surely not having a gimmick as a gimmick.
- 52:45Speaker 4: Is there a is being a gimmick? Having a gimmick?
- 52:47Speaker 4: Is that a bad thing?
- 52:48Speaker 3: It depends what the gimmickers.
- 52:51Speaker 2: It's totally rests on what the gimmick is. So if
- 52:57Speaker 2: it's a good gimmick, yeah, If it's a sucky gimmick,
- 52:59Speaker 2: it's sucky.
- 53:00Speaker 4: So if I started wearing like a like a gold
- 53:03Speaker 4: chain and I was or like a toothpick in the mouth, yeah, yeah,
- 53:05Speaker 4: I was toothpick in the mouth guy, or like chewing
- 53:07Speaker 4: gum guy who's always chewing gum and bubbles.
- 53:10Speaker 2: That's sort of weird mo, sort of have grow a
- 53:12Speaker 2: weird mo kind of thing. I'm not saying what I know,
- 53:18Speaker 2: just I'm not saying that your most weird.
- 53:21Speaker 4: I didn't think you were my most great hey fellas, Yeah, Hey,
- 53:26Speaker 4: get the gang together and check out Liberty Brewing at
- 53:29Speaker 4: Beer Vanna twenty third, twenty fourth of August to buy tickets.
- 53:32Speaker 4: Being Vanner dot co dot in z, I have no
- 53:36Speaker 4: idea cool man.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Well, the fact that we're doing a live showdown there
- 53:40Speaker 2: next Friday, I'm picking it'll be sold out.
- 53:43Speaker 3: Can we can we find can we find out if
- 53:46Speaker 3: it's been sold out? Well, we'll let you know, thank
- 53:49Speaker 3: you to the website and if there's no tickets available,
- 53:52Speaker 3: that'll be your first clue.
- 53:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that'll be good because we live on the radio
- 53:55Speaker 4: now and look forward to seeing you their New Zealand.
- 54:00Speaker 1: With Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisey.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Well, there you go, your mad basards. That's the big
- 54:13Speaker 2: show done and dustaid this Friday afternoon and indeed for
- 54:16Speaker 2: the week it's been a pleasure bringing you the show.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Make sure you check out the Instagram. Make sure you
- 54:22Speaker 2: check out over the weekend. You haven't ever done it before,
- 54:24Speaker 2: all the podcasts that we make and mogie, what are
- 54:27Speaker 2: you up to this weekend? Mate? Yeah?
- 54:29Speaker 3: A bit of this and that. Your six son of
- 54:31Speaker 3: a bee, your mad dog?
- 54:33Speaker 2: What have I got on? Will I go take the
- 54:35Speaker 2: daughter to football?
- 54:37Speaker 3: By football, I mean standing around and yonder your mates
- 54:40Speaker 3: for an hour?
- 54:40Speaker 2: Excellent?
- 54:42Speaker 3: And then she's also got swimming that'll be on the
- 54:46Speaker 3: Sunday there, and got the Buckball League tonight, the All
- 54:50Speaker 3: Blacks tomorrow, and I am massively excited about the UFC
- 54:53Speaker 3: on Sunday, to the point where I'm actually already nervous
- 54:56Speaker 3: for Cocata France, Dan the Hangman hooker and Israel at Yeah,
- 55:01Speaker 3: so I'll be doing that.
- 55:02Speaker 2: Is it something that I think I heard her? Is
- 55:04Speaker 2: it true that he's been Adisanya has been training his
- 55:07Speaker 2: ass off because he hasn't already been up to power
- 55:10Speaker 2: on the last couple of fights. Is that fair?
- 55:12Speaker 3: In the last fight that he lost, that would be fair,
- 55:15Speaker 3: But the probably seven title defenses here before that he
- 55:17Speaker 3: went pretty good. But yeah, I think he has been.
- 55:20Speaker 3: It's important he's been, He's been checked, made, he lost
- 55:24Speaker 3: his lost his title, not happy about it. And this guy,
- 55:27Speaker 3: he's got a particular dislike for so New Zealand versus
- 55:31Speaker 3: South Africa. Always a good time. And he's actually the
- 55:33Speaker 3: South African fellow duplus Sea has been walked out to
- 55:36Speaker 3: the ring by a couple of spring Springboks that won
- 55:40Speaker 3: the World Cup. A real dirt bag scumberg. Can't bear
- 55:43Speaker 3: him sort of stuff. I really can't. I loathe him, yeaheah, yeah,
- 55:47Speaker 3: which great, which makes for a great fight, especially when
- 55:49Speaker 3: you're not the one getting your head kicked in exactly. Yeah.
- 55:52Speaker 4: Well, as mog you just touched on and as we
- 55:53Speaker 4: talked about earlier in sports chat, I'll be watching the
- 55:56Speaker 4: rugby league tonight and by watching him and commentating on
- 55:59Speaker 4: Skysport nine would die heinward the curse.
- 56:02Speaker 3: Don't lob the curse out there. That's me and Maniah.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Well anytime you're involved.
- 56:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I am the common denominator. So that's tonight, and
- 56:10Speaker 4: my parents are up tomorrow, watch my wife's knitball final,
- 56:14Speaker 4: have them for dins and then yeah, just chill on
- 56:17Speaker 4: Sunday for dins, have my parents over for dins.
- 56:21Speaker 3: Well, your wife get into a her of a mood
- 56:23Speaker 3: if she loses to her.
- 56:24Speaker 4: No, because she's fine a christlier straight up to the
- 56:26Speaker 4: game for a bit of one of her mate's birthday.
- 56:29Speaker 3: So she will, but she won't be with you, so
- 56:30Speaker 3: she can't be here. My parents. Yeah enough, what about you.
