- 1:01Speaker 4: We got a big we got a big situation coming
- 1:04Speaker 4: up on August fifteenth. Yes, Forest Park Day, We're going
- 1:08Speaker 4: to be there live. Let's talk about it. Let's go
- 1:11Speaker 4: Clay Cole till I die right now. Unfortunately I wasn't
- 1:15Speaker 4: there last year.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I was there last year. We had a damn hospital.
- 1:19Speaker 2: It was hot as hell, but we had a good time. Uh,
- 1:22Speaker 2: the kids had fun.
- 1:24Speaker 7: Even the police officers out there was they was having
- 1:26Speaker 7: a good time.
- 1:27Speaker 5: And Daddy had his debut. Did you have your suit?
- 1:31Speaker 5: You wore a suit. I wore this. But can we
- 1:35Speaker 5: have no shirts?
- 1:37Speaker 2: Yeah? We need we need to wear those.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Exclusive ones for Forrest part Day.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, So this.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Will be the only place that you can get this
- 1:45Speaker 1: version of the Clay Hotel shirt part Day. Once they're going,
- 1:48Speaker 1: they're going never making them again.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So who idea was it to for you?
- 1:52Speaker 7: For you to go up there and start whooping ass
- 1:54Speaker 7: in the because yeah, you're wrestling right.
- 1:59Speaker 1: So before we get into it, so a lot of
- 2:02Speaker 1: people don't realize this is the thirteenth year. It's either
- 2:05Speaker 1: year thirteen or year fourteen.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I have only been a part.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Of it for the past two Melvin's been a part
- 2:11Speaker 1: of it as a vendor for a lot longer than me,
- 2:14Speaker 1: but counselwoman Lateresa Aikins Wells, who couldn't make it today.
- 2:18Speaker 1: This is her thirteenth or fourteenth year doing this. So
- 2:21Speaker 1: last year I think we had somewhere had been more
- 2:24Speaker 1: than three thousand people by the time that Roco gone
- 2:26Speaker 1: on the stage and started performing. This year, we hope
- 2:29Speaker 1: to have at least five thousand people come out.
- 2:32Speaker 5: It was dope from what I saw.
- 2:34Speaker 7: Yeah, it was fun and it's all type of food
- 2:37Speaker 7: vendors out there, so we was trying like different food
- 2:40Speaker 7: and the food was great.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I'm not gonna lie, you know what I'm saying.
- 2:43Speaker 7: And I also like how you had your fans out there,
- 2:46Speaker 7: like because it was hot as hell.
- 2:48Speaker 6: Yeah, so we had the Nego fans and the fans
- 2:50Speaker 6: are coming back.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 1: We've got two thousand fans, electric fans that you can
- 2:54Speaker 1: take with you. We've got fidget spinners, we've got t shirts,
- 2:57Speaker 1: we've got selfie ring lights, we've got.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Swag bags, we've got uh.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Melvin's bringing all the mobile entertainment so he can tell
- 3:05Speaker 1: you kind of some of the stuff that he's bringing,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and all the activities are one hundred percent free.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Now, Melvin, what now, Danny said, you're a vendor. What
- 3:13Speaker 4: is your company name?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Answer?
- 3:17Speaker 6: The Bell Mobile Entertainment Company. So I have all I
- 3:21Speaker 6: have everything that you would need to do Advan festival.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Okay, right, oh so we need yeah, we need you
- 3:27Speaker 4: then game truck like yeah, just break it down like
- 3:33Speaker 4: I have.
- 3:33Speaker 6: I have game trucks. I have a slew of food
- 3:37Speaker 6: trusts you can pick from, bounce houses, mechanical bulls, even
- 3:42Speaker 6: do the wrestling show. That's that's my thing that I
- 3:46Speaker 6: kind of brought the forest parking I do.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's dope. That's dope.
- 3:50Speaker 6: So you'll be saying this guy get back in the
- 3:52Speaker 6: ring again, just have surgery.
- 3:56Speaker 2: No, yeah, I'm getting back in there.
- 3:58Speaker 4: I might not be No no my camera, no, no,
- 4:03Speaker 4: go ahead, my bad.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Here'll be and we'll have the Klay Throw Champion there,
- 4:08Speaker 6: which is the slap guy he was talking about earlier.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So this year we debut the Clayco Championship Belt on
- 4:16Speaker 1: clayc O Day outside the Capitol. So unfortunately Stunt Marshall,
- 4:21Speaker 1: the guy with the box fro that be slapping people up. Yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 1: he won the Clayco Championship Belt and calls it the
- 4:28Speaker 1: Cob Championship Belt. Oh so he's being mad disrespectful to
- 4:32Speaker 1: Clayton County. Well, guess what he's coming back to defend
- 4:36Speaker 1: it because he's from Cobb, he's from Florida, he's from
- 4:40Speaker 1: Jacksonville Duval County. So I don't know why he's even
- 4:43Speaker 1: claiming Cobb.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Okay, but he just likes to instigate.
- 4:47Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I was about to say, yeah, I mean he slapped
- 4:49Speaker 2: people for a living.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Yeah, so, now what else do you have?
- 4:52Speaker 4: Like, so people will come to you and then they'll
- 4:55Speaker 4: just choose whatever you offer.
- 4:58Speaker 5: So you mentioned a couple of things.
- 4:59Speaker 2: What else right?
- 5:00Speaker 6: And even if I don't have it, I have it, okay,
- 5:03Speaker 6: So whatever it is that you need, just call me.
- 5:07Speaker 6: Well you can make it happen. I can make it happen.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I think what last year he brought out face painting
- 5:12Speaker 1: basketball goals, Like people were shooting on a basketball goal
- 5:14Speaker 1: in the middle of the park.
- 5:15Speaker 7: Right now, Dan has has the city left you alone
- 5:19Speaker 7: with your billboards?
- 5:21Speaker 1: Yes for the most part, Like it's so crazy because
- 5:24Speaker 1: of hesitation that Yeah, that's so. Somebody called one of
- 5:29Speaker 1: my friend's law firms. I don't know how Maybe he
- 5:32Speaker 1: was using SEO. When you search my law firm, his
- 5:34Speaker 1: law firm pops up. So all you big law firms
- 5:39Speaker 1: out there, keep SEO pushing me down, and y'all get
- 5:42Speaker 1: these phone calls. But he sent me a transcription of
- 5:45Speaker 1: what the caller said. She was like, Oh, I'm the
- 5:47Speaker 1: hoa president of this and that, and the billboards are
- 5:50Speaker 1: ghetto and blah blah blah. And he said that he
- 5:52Speaker 1: was on the phone with her for twenty minutes and
- 5:54Speaker 1: it was like, just send her my way, bro. So
- 5:56Speaker 1: I called her to talk to her about it and
- 5:58Speaker 1: left her a nice message, and she hasn't called me
- 6:01Speaker 1: back yet.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Because I was gonna make content out.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Of its Hey, as you should, as you should doing
- 6:07Speaker 4: a good job with your content.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Yeah, because you know what, that sounds like a Karen. Yeah,
- 6:12Speaker 2: that sounds like a Caaren.
- 6:13Speaker 5: You got nothing better to do.
- 6:14Speaker 2: And I'm pretty sure she ain't doing nothing for the community. Nothing.
- 6:17Speaker 2: She's not giving back nothing. People.
- 6:19Speaker 7: People are so entitled with opinions that they don't even
- 6:22Speaker 7: know all of the great things that you do. Anytime
- 6:25Speaker 7: that I've ever hung out with Danny outside of work,
- 6:27Speaker 7: we was at some charity thing that he had going
- 6:30Speaker 7: on for sure.
- 6:31Speaker 1: So this year, earlier this year, well late last year,
- 6:34Speaker 1: but starting this year, I partnered with Melvin because he's
- 6:37Speaker 1: been doing the same thing that I've been doing for years.
- 6:40Speaker 2: We both went to the same high school.
- 6:41Speaker 1: He's a little bit younger than me. Wow. But we
- 6:43Speaker 1: crossed paths playing basketball okay, yep, And we crossed pass
- 6:49Speaker 1: playing basketball in an adult league. And then I saw
- 6:52Speaker 1: him at a at a backpack giveaway on the South
- 6:55Speaker 1: Side in Lovejoy, And to be honest, I didn't remember.
- 6:58Speaker 5: Who he was.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I know who I was.
- 7:00Speaker 6: I've been saying Danny in my whole life growing up
- 7:04Speaker 6: as part we played on the same basketball team. He
- 7:06Speaker 6: had no clue who I was.
- 7:08Speaker 2: That's my bad.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So if you approach me and I like, I don't
- 7:11Speaker 1: know who you are, I'm sorry. I'm terrible with faces.
- 7:14Speaker 1: That's why my wife is usually there with me because
- 7:16Speaker 1: she's great with that. So once we talk, I'll remember.
- 7:19Speaker 1: But anyway, we have a partnership. So he's giving away
- 7:22Speaker 1: free ice cream throughout neighborhoods this summer showed up to
- 7:27Speaker 1: like baseball teams giving away free ice cream, the high schools,
- 7:32Speaker 1: all that stuff.
- 7:33Speaker 2: To really do.
- 7:34Speaker 1: A grassroots campaign to give back to the community but
- 7:38Speaker 1: also spread their awareness about my firm. Because the more
- 7:41Speaker 1: that the more that I do for the community, the
- 7:45Speaker 1: more winds I have, the more I can do we
- 7:47Speaker 1: just the.
- 7:47Speaker 4: More over the community will rely on you and say,
- 7:50Speaker 4: you know what, I'm not gonna call them, I'm gonna call.
- 7:53Speaker 6: And so this is the great part about it. We're
- 7:55Speaker 6: working with Denny right. We giving back so much to
- 7:58Speaker 6: the city of Clayton County where you having free ice
- 8:02Speaker 6: cream trues right around the neighborhoods given out free ice
- 8:05Speaker 6: cream ice cream. Now you gotta do it. Just follow Danny.
- 8:07Speaker 4: Hey, by the way, let's take a quick break and say,
- 8:10Speaker 4: if you ever get into an accident called eight four four
- 8:14Speaker 4: ga rex, my bad.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Go to continue, guys.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But it's like it's real because think about it. Uh,
- 8:22Speaker 1: what do all these big firms do. They advertise on
- 8:26Speaker 1: the radio, they advertise with billboards, they advertise social media,
- 8:30Speaker 1: But what are they doing in your community?
- 8:31Speaker 2: Nothing?
- 8:32Speaker 5: Nothing?
- 8:32Speaker 2: Nothing?
- 8:33Speaker 6: Every now and the turkeys couple, they'll throw some turkeys.
- 8:37Speaker 5: They might not even do that. I've seen some do
- 8:39Speaker 5: some turkeys. But that's right.
- 8:40Speaker 1: But the time of giving is not just in November
- 8:43Speaker 1: and December. The time for charity is not limited to
- 8:47Speaker 1: a sixty day window at the end of the fourth quarter.
- 8:50Speaker 5: Appreciate you saying that it's twenty four to seven.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'm the only one doing it, and I'll stand on
- 8:56Speaker 1: that for sure, and I'll challenge any other lawyer out there.
- 9:00Speaker 1: If you think you're doing enough, you're not. And I mean,
- 9:06Speaker 1: I'm blessed. I have a great life. My wife is
- 9:08Speaker 1: taking care of, my kids are taking care of But
- 9:11Speaker 1: if I could put three hundred six hundred thousand dollars
- 9:14Speaker 1: back in the community, I'd rather do that than buy
- 9:16Speaker 1: an ap or a jet or something like that.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Or you see these guys. You see these lawyers rolling
- 9:21Speaker 7: around and rolls Royis's and all and yeah made bags.
- 9:25Speaker 7: And then I'm like, they not even doing I'm like,
- 9:27Speaker 7: these are the people that you shouldn't call. Correct, I'm
- 9:29Speaker 7: telling you right now, these are the people that you
- 9:31Speaker 7: shouldn't call. If you are calling a lawyer, an injury attorney,
- 9:35Speaker 7: whoever for help, and they sitting there driving around half
- 9:38Speaker 7: a million dollar cars and they ain't putting none back
- 9:40Speaker 7: in the community that you live in.
- 9:42Speaker 2: You should not be calling them.
- 9:44Speaker 1: And I mean there's nothing inherently wrong with them doing that.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But it's like when we were growing up, I'm pretty
- 9:52Speaker 1: sure there was nobody doing the things that we're doing,
- 9:55Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying right, Like, there was no
- 9:57Speaker 1: book back giveaways when I went to school. There was
- 9:59Speaker 1: no freak community events when I was going to school.
- 10:02Speaker 1: So if you're if you are a successful business owner,
- 10:05Speaker 1: especially personal injury, and you're doing well, bro, spend it
- 10:10Speaker 1: back on the clients. Yeah, because otherwise you're just using people.
- 10:14Speaker 5: I appreciate you saying that.
- 10:16Speaker 2: That's important.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Yeah, And so when I saw what Melvin was doing,
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'm like, Bro, we're doing the same thing. Let's do
- 10:23Speaker 1: it together and we can multiply the effect that we
- 10:26Speaker 1: have all throughout Clayton County. And we don't want to
- 10:28Speaker 1: stop there, Like we want to hit the cab, we
- 10:30Speaker 1: want to hit Gwinette, we want.
- 10:32Speaker 5: To want to get involved with that.
- 10:33Speaker 2: That's important.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, we're just doing Clayton County right now. But
- 10:37Speaker 1: the better my business does. We settled over two million
- 10:40Speaker 1: dollars in the past month. Who two million dollars? Two
- 10:44Speaker 1: million dollars in one month. Guess what I'm gonna take
- 10:47Speaker 1: some of that money and I'm gonna put it back
- 10:48Speaker 1: into the community.
- 10:50Speaker 2: And that's always been your slogan.
- 10:51Speaker 6: Yeah, No, for sure, Yeah, because I mean what he
- 10:55Speaker 6: does is I match. He just put out like in
- 10:57Speaker 6: far Ast part where I ain't gonna give the number,
- 11:02Speaker 6: but he put a whole bunch of money into a
- 11:05Speaker 6: couple of commas. Yeah, into into into far As part.
- 11:08Speaker 6: They were We're feeding two thousand people.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Listen, and it's free. It's free, free, listen, free.
- 11:16Speaker 6: We're feeding two thousand people, not just with food but
- 11:19Speaker 6: also with desserts. You know. Again, you don't have to
- 11:23Speaker 6: come and pay for this and pay for that. All
- 11:25Speaker 6: the entertainment is is absolutely free. And what we're doing,
- 11:28Speaker 6: like even with the wrestling show, you don't get that
- 11:31Speaker 6: a hood days, you know, as far as part that
- 11:34Speaker 6: we're taking that wrestling show and then with the help
- 11:36Speaker 6: of Denny, I'm putting this in every school in Clayton
- 11:40Speaker 6: County where growing up we never see no wrestling show
- 11:44Speaker 6: growing up.
- 11:45Speaker 5: He saw it on TV, you know, on TV.
- 11:47Speaker 6: But I'm taking this to your your gym, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 6: and and all the kids in the school get to
- 11:53Speaker 6: come and enjoy this.
- 11:55Speaker 5: Listen.
- 11:55Speaker 4: This is good work. This is really good work. I'm
- 11:57Speaker 4: not just saying that to say that, Danny. You already
- 11:59Speaker 4: know we rout with you, man. I think what you
- 12:02Speaker 4: do for the community is the biggest draw for me
- 12:04Speaker 4: and BT because we outside Atlanta's Atlanta and Metro. Atlanta
- 12:10Speaker 4: is a special city in the country where you have
- 12:12Speaker 4: to be who you say you are, and if you
- 12:15Speaker 4: are going to be in the community, you have to
- 12:17Speaker 4: be in the community. And it's great to partner with you.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I'm excited about Forest Park Day again. I feel bad
- 12:23Speaker 4: because I missed the last one.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Good, but well listen, you know what, it's gonna
- 12:27Speaker 2: be bigger and better this year.
- 12:29Speaker 5: So you know, Clay coach a lot that I want
- 12:31Speaker 5: my shirt, Daddy. Could we get our shirts early?
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:35Speaker 7: I don't know how famous billboards were until we were
- 12:37Speaker 7: on the South Side people, and I was.
- 12:40Speaker 5: Like, oh, yeah, we see you guys all the time when.
- 12:42Speaker 7: We drive down what was that yep, DBS sounds, Yeah.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah yeah.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So if you all are in clay Coat and you're
- 12:51Speaker 1: going you're going north on High Waity five just past
- 12:54Speaker 1: DBS sounds. You got rorn BT Baller Alert Show.
- 12:58Speaker 2: And you got the best lawyer in the city. This
- 13:00Speaker 2: is who you need to call.
- 13:02Speaker 7: Don't don't call them folks that are spamming you on Instagram.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Don't call them folk with them commercials.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Don't call them folks uh driving your house around. You
- 13:15Speaker 7: know what I'm saying. Call somebody to actually care about
- 13:17Speaker 7: the community and.
- 13:18Speaker 4: Gives back to the community. A four, Hello, ga, Hello,
- 13:24Speaker 4: anything else, gentlemen.
- 13:26Speaker 6: No, I just want to shout out to council Woman
- 13:29Speaker 6: Wells know she has she's a staple in the community.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Tell down Forest Park. The great thing about Forest Park
- 13:37Speaker 6: Day is and what I love about it is you
- 13:38Speaker 6: have three Forest Park legends, as in Councilwoman Wells, Denny
- 13:43Speaker 6: and my and myself coming together to give back to
- 13:47Speaker 6: the community and you.
- 13:48Speaker 5: It was very important.
- 13:48Speaker 6: You will rarely ever see that where you have the
- 13:52Speaker 6: hometown heroes get to come together and do something as
- 13:56Speaker 6: amazing as a day like Forest Park Day where we
- 13:59Speaker 6: have rich kids performing, we have travel performing yeah yeah,
- 14:10Speaker 6: you know, andtite yes sir, and all free all to
- 14:15Speaker 6: free food we're giving out. So if you come out
- 14:17Speaker 6: there and you don't have any money, we taking care
- 14:20Speaker 6: of you.
- 14:21Speaker 5: Last question matter, if you're not from Forest Park, can
- 14:23Speaker 5: you still.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Come still, come out, have a great time, enjoy like
- 14:27Speaker 1: this is taking place at Star Park. So Star Park
- 14:30Speaker 1: is kind of the central it's one of the biggest
- 14:32Speaker 1: parks in Clayton County. They've got a whole playground, they've
- 14:35Speaker 1: got one for the smaller kids, they've got one for
- 14:37Speaker 1: the bigger kids. They've got a track, they've got volleyball,
- 14:40Speaker 1: they've got swimming. There's a whole amphitheater there. So again
- 14:44Speaker 1: shout out the council woman Wales. Not only does she
- 14:47Speaker 1: does this, but she also does fun Fridays at the park.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So there's a lot of things in Forest Park that
- 14:52Speaker 1: people just don't know about. So hopefully through this platform
- 14:55Speaker 1: they'll be able to come out enjoy it and everything
- 14:57Speaker 1: is free.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Forest Let's go August fifteenth.
- 15:01Speaker 2: I can't wait to be there again this year. This
- 15:03Speaker 2: year number two for me.
- 15:06Speaker 5: The Baller Show.
- 15:06Speaker 4: We're gonna be broadcasting Love So it's actually gonna be
- 15:08Speaker 4: a special episode of us.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Out there at Forrest Part Day.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Yes, sir, talk to you soon from the Danny Nagel
- 15:14Speaker 4: Law Firm Studios. You know, the Vies Ball Alert a
- 15:16Speaker 4: town
