$44.00 silver by Christmas is still in play.
• 0:04
Remember when you were a kid and somebody promised you something
• 0:08
for Christmas? They better darn deliver, you
• 0:11
can rest assured. The market and I are rooting for
• 0:15
$44.00 silver by Christmas. It is still a distinct
• 0:19
possibility and we're going to talk about the reasons why and
• 0:24
the examples in this video. Thank you for choosing to join
• 0:28
us here in the basement. You belong here.
• 0:30
You're part of the group, part of the clan.
• 0:32
You can call yourself a basement dweller if you like.
• 0:35
But what I'd really like you to do is please subscribe to the
• 0:38
channel, give the video a thumbs up.
• 0:39
Super chat, super thanks. PayPal donations never expected,
• 0:44
but always appreciated. Now let's talk about these
• 0:46
reasons why we can still see $44.00 silver by this Christmas.
• 0:52
Number one, despite where the price may be today, there is
• 0:56
very little overhead resistance for silver around that roughly
• 1:00
$30 per oz level. I want you to think about this.
• 1:04
The people that you know, that own silver, how many of them are
• 1:08
sitting around thinking, yeah, if it ever gets to 44 dollars or
• 1:12
if it ever gets to $40 or $38, I'm going to sell.
• 1:17
How many people do you know? Are you one of those people?
• 1:21
I don't know anyone telling me that they're going to sell their
• 1:26
silver at 38 dollars, $42.00, anything like that.
• 1:30
What that means, why that's important to understand, is that
• 1:33
there's very few people that are going to be putting new silver
• 1:36
onto the market at those levels. So we have very low overhead
• 1:40
resistance and that is important as we move forward.
• 1:44
The other big factor going on is this massive short position on
• 1:48
the COMEX and the LBMA, the London Bullion Market
• 1:52
Association, those friends of ours in London who've been
• 1:56
manipulating the silver and gold price longer than even the nice
• 2:00
people who work at the COMEX here in the United States.
• 2:05
I've heard estimates of anything from 200 million all the way up
• 2:09
to 700 million ounces of silver sold short.
• 2:13
Yes, that means they sold the silver and at some point it
• 2:18
needs to be covered regardless of whether it's a net against
• 2:22
another trade, whatever. But no matter how you slice it
• 2:25
and dice it, at some point those shorts need to be covered.
• 2:29
And that would create potentially an explosive
• 2:32
situation for the silver price if we did get into a Santa Claus
• 2:38
short squeeze. Oh my gosh, maybe we just
• 2:43
invented a whole new movement. The Santa short squeeze for
• 2:47
silver. The silver Santa short squeeze.
• 2:50
Woof. Now that's a mouth hole.
• 2:51
What about the cup and handle? Let's look at it briefly because
• 2:54
it's still in play. And I think this is an
• 2:57
interesting different way to look at it from the Jerusalem
• 3:00
Post. And Nope, I don't want that.
• 3:03
This is a chart of the yearly close in silver in this, my
• 3:09
friends, is very interesting to look at because on a yearly
• 3:14
basis, you can see the cup. You can see the handle, right?
• 3:18
And don't forget this goes back 44 years.
• 3:22
This is one of the most predictable technical chart
• 3:25
patterns in the in in the world. Number one.
• 3:28
This is one of the longest cup and handles from a time
• 3:30
perspective. And the longer the time period,
• 3:33
the more reliable the result. This we could see when it breaks
• 3:38
out moving. I mean, who knows This alone,
• 3:41
right? Creates a situation where we get
• 3:44
silver over $100 per oz. The next thing we need to talk
• 3:49
about our new stacker coming into the silver sector.
• 3:54
We have more and more people. I'm hearing this from my
• 3:57
contacts in the bullion industry saying there's so many more new
• 4:02
people in a common theme amongst these people is they want to get
• 4:06
their money out of the banks. It's happening and it's
• 4:10
happening right now. And if we briefly go on a field
• 4:13
trip around the world, right, look at the whole big great
• 4:17
world, the world and what's going on with the bricks and D
• 4:21
  dollarization. Russia, their central
• 4:25
government, their government talking about buying silver is a
• 4:27
strategic reserve type asset. Guys, we could talk about this
• 4:31
for the next hour, but the world is changing in a way which is
• 4:36
very beneficial to the demand profile for silver, gold as
• 4:41
well. But we're focused then on silver
• 4:43
right now. I want to focus in on you for
• 4:45
just one more second. I want to tell you again, it's a
• 4:47
big deal. I appreciate you being here.
• 4:50
Thank you for being part of this.
• 4:52
Ron's basement, right? It's a it's really an honor when
• 4:56
you give me your time. We know China and India
• 4:59
investors, right? On a big picture geopolitical
• 5:02
level, we know what's going on with bricks.
• 5:04
But on a more micro global level, the Indian investors, the
• 5:08
Chinese investors for gold and in particular silver offer an
• 5:14
unbelievable opportunity for more and more purchases
• 5:19
essentially of what is a dwindling, dwindling supply of
• 5:24
silver. If you heard, I got breaking
• 5:26
news. Look, maybe some of you are
• 5:30
brand new, but for the 99% of you've been around a while, you
• 5:35
know that the supply deficit are the, the, the deficit in the
• 5:39
silver market is real. Industrial demand is exploding,
• 5:45
OK. That alone is eating up so much
• 5:48
of the world's silver supply. We got this massive deficit in
• 5:53
the silver industry. Let's go back over here.
• 5:55
Hold on. Here it is right here.
• 5:57
Let's take a look at this chart and I need to pull it up for
• 6:01
  you. I apologize.
• 6:03
Here we are. OK, Silver mining and
• 6:06
consumption, in case you haven't seen, we talk a lot about this
• 6:09
deficit in the silver industry, but to see it visually is
• 6:13
astonishing. Back in 2022, you can see this
• 6:17
  light green turquoise colored line.
• 6:19
That's the total mined silver supply.
• 6:22
You can see it down here, OK. In 2022, the darker blue line,
• 6:27
which is total silver demanded excluding physical investment
• 6:32
overtook on a visual level, this is stunning guys.
• 6:36
In this whole area where you see my arrow, that is the deficit,
• 6:40
that is the amount of silver that's being demanded, OK.
• 6:45
And that excludes physical investment that is greater than
• 6:48
what is being provided by the mining companies.
• 6:51
This can only be resolved in one manner and that would mean
• 6:55
higher prices for silver. Let's go back here and take a
• 7:01
look at another crazy chart that we have for silver.
• 7:07
This will show us make sure we got you on the right screen.
• 7:11
Yes, another interesting component of what is going on in
• 7:14
the silver market and that is we talked about the cup and handle.
• 7:17
This is the upside down or inverse head and shoulders that
• 7:22
is occurring in the handle of the cup and handle.
• 7:24
You see the S, the H and the S that shoulder, head, shoulder.
• 7:29
Imagine a person standing on their head.
• 7:31
So you got their shoulder, their head and their shoulder.
• 7:37
This is another like highly reliable technical chart
• 7:41
pattern. And when this breaks out right
• 7:43
from the shoulder, head, shoulder, it typically breaks
• 7:47
out powerfully to the upside which we have been experiencing
• 7:52
right and and likely will continue to see that occurring.
• 7:55
The other interesting thing on this chart are a lot of
• 7:58
descending wedge patterns that again, silver has broken out of
• 8:03
another sign that we have more and more people, right?
• 8:07
Because just the people alone, what is going to drive the
• 8:10
silver price and can drive it through the end of the year is
• 8:14
investor demand, right? All the smartest people out
• 8:18
there are saying it's investor demand.
• 8:20
And what we're seeing now even on Google Trends, right, the
• 8:23
word silver is trending. Look at this.
• 8:27
The only time it's spiked higher, that was probably during
• 8:29
that brief little silver squeeze that we had back in what, 2021
• 8:35
looks like, yes, right. Look at this.
• 8:37
Now, we're not to that level yet, but people are getting
• 8:40
interested in silver now. You know, the comex in the LBMA
• 8:45
are gonna try to beat it down, no doubt about it, right?
• 8:48
But when we look at the big picture for silver, things are
• 8:52
intact, right? We know Mexico, the largest
• 8:55
producer of silver in the world, the level, the amount, the level
• 8:59
of production, the amount of silver coming out of Mexico is
• 9:01
going down. OK, the dollar, right?
• 9:05
What drove silver from $5 to over $50 from 2001 through 2011?
• 9:11
It was a bear market in the US dollar.
• 9:13
The dollar is due for a bear market.
• 9:16
I mean, really, the dollar again, we could spend another
• 9:19
hour talking about why the dollar is becoming worth less,
• 9:23
correct? OK, the debt, the financial
• 9:25
situation and everything else on top of that, $44.00 silver by
• 9:30
Christmas. Do you think it will happen?
• 9:33

• 10:52
pertinent points regarding what's going to affect the

silver price as we go down the road.
• 10:57
And guess what? There are even more points that
• 11:00
will be supportive for the silver price and the gold price.
