- 0:00Speaker 1: That somebody brought you to Dallah the younger God, and
- 0:04Speaker 1: that Jesus a lot of people jumped on it. I
- 0:06Speaker 1: don't know we brought him. They jumped on it.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Yeah, we Allelujah, Praise the Love. I'm truly honored to
- 0:27Speaker 2: be here, and thank you very much Jesus House for
- 0:32Speaker 2: the invite and the love. I want to specially appreciate
- 0:37Speaker 2: pastal Gandhi and his dear wife. Let's give him a big,
- 0:39Speaker 2: big hand clap. God bless you, sir, truly honored, and
- 0:45Speaker 2: the entire leadership of Jesus House dese made. The Lord
- 0:48Speaker 2: bless you, and I trust that our time together will
- 0:51Speaker 2: be most profiting in Jesus's name. Shall we lift our
- 0:56Speaker 2: hands to heaven and ask the Lord to speak to
- 0:58Speaker 2: our hearts. The Bible declares the entrance of your word
- 1:02Speaker 2: gives light and understanding onto the simple. Go ahead and
- 1:06Speaker 2: ask the Lord for an encounter by his spirit. It
- 1:11Speaker 2: says they go from strength to strength. As many as
- 1:14Speaker 2: appear before the Lord in Zion. Is someone praying vibalize
- 1:21Speaker 2: your desire, it says, ye have not because ye ask not, Father,
- 1:27Speaker 2: give me an encounter on this special Sunday, this Father's day,
- 1:33Speaker 2: let it be from glory to glory. For in Jesus'
- 1:37Speaker 2: much less name, we've prayed, Father, we thank and we
- 1:41Speaker 2: honor you for this morning, and we pray indeed that
- 1:44Speaker 2: the entrance of your world will give us light and
- 1:48Speaker 2: understanding upon our hearts. For in Jesus name, we pray
- 1:52Speaker 2: God bless you, Thank you again, and please be seated.
- 1:59Speaker 2: My message this morning would be a blessing to everyone,
- 2:04Speaker 2: but I just thought to also use the opportunity to
- 2:08Speaker 2: honor the fathers. And so I'm teaching on the topic
- 2:13Speaker 2: that I title Abbah Father, Abbah Father. Matthew, Chapter six
- 2:21Speaker 2: and verse nine. There are many names that God is
- 2:28Speaker 2: called in the Bible. Is called Almighty, el Shadai, elgibor.
- 2:34Speaker 2: The Bible is full of the various names of God.
- 2:38Speaker 2: And when Jesus showed up, he was teaching what we
- 2:42Speaker 2: call the Lord's prayer, and he was giving them a
- 2:46Speaker 2: pattern that would guide them whilst praying. And he said,
- 2:50Speaker 2: in this manner, therefore pray, And he said, our Father.
- 2:55Speaker 2: In other words, when you submit yourself to prayer, you
- 2:59Speaker 2: most come with the consciousness that you are not just
- 3:03Speaker 2: praying to God, but you are praying to Father, Allelujah.
- 3:08Speaker 2: So the first point I want to establish this morning
- 3:11Speaker 2: is that the Almighty God is also Father. As simple
- 3:16Speaker 2: as this point is, it will alter your understanding of
- 3:20Speaker 2: God when you know Him as Father. The Tunomy chapter
- 3:26Speaker 2: thirty two and verse five, five and six. The Tuonomy
- 3:30Speaker 2: thirty two and verse five the Bible in the Old
- 3:33Speaker 2: Testament refers to God as Father, even though theologically speaking,
- 3:38Speaker 2: the concept of God's fatherhood was known when Jesus was revealed.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Until the manifestation of Jesus, it was difficult for them
- 3:47Speaker 2: to understand God as Father because the dealings of men
- 3:51Speaker 2: with God was shrouded in a lot of mysticism. He
- 3:54Speaker 2: worked with mediators like Moses Joshua, and so the people
- 3:59Speaker 2: did not have the privilege of a personal relationship. That
- 4:03Speaker 2: concept of a personal relationship did not exist until Jesus
- 4:07Speaker 2: came away together, so they would have to depend on
- 4:10Speaker 2: men who had a covenant with God, and whatever template
- 4:15Speaker 2: they were given from those men would be their understanding
- 4:18Speaker 2: of God. For instance, Moses would climb up the mountain
- 4:22Speaker 2: and interact with God alone, then come down and give
- 4:27Speaker 2: them the law and everything that he believed God told him.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So they were limited by the understanding of God that
- 4:34Speaker 2: was proposed to them by their leaders. Are we together now? Yeah?
- 4:39Speaker 2: So verse six. Let's look at it just a few
- 4:41Speaker 2: scriptures to establish the fact that God is also called Father.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Deuteronomy thirty two, five and six. He says, do you
- 4:53Speaker 2: first deal with the Lord all foolish and on wise people?
- 4:57Speaker 2: Is that KJV appreciate KJV sai as? Is he not
- 5:01Speaker 2: your father who brought you? He's speaking to his stiff
- 5:05Speaker 2: next people. Now he's saying, did you know that it
- 5:08Speaker 2: took the fatherhood of God? Thank you? He says, has
- 5:11Speaker 2: he not made thee and established thee? So the Bible
- 5:14Speaker 2: acknowledges God as Father Isaiah sixty three and verse sixteen.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Isaiah chapter sixty three and verse sixteen is the next scripture.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Who consider establishing the fact that the Almighty God is
- 5:30Speaker 2: Father Isaiah sixty three sixteen. He says, doubtless, thou at
- 5:35Speaker 2: our Father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel
- 5:40Speaker 2: acknowledge us. Not thou, O Lord at our Father, our redeemer.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Thy name is from everlasting. You believe that's amen? So
- 5:50Speaker 2: the Bible establishes the fact that God Almighty is Father.
- 5:55Speaker 2: The second point I want us to understand in this
- 5:58Speaker 2: discussion is that Jesus revealed and established the fatherhood of
- 6:04Speaker 2: God when he walked upon the earth. Now you see,
- 6:06Speaker 2: there are many reasons why Jesus walked upon the earth.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Ultimately was to reconcile man to God, but you need
- 6:14Speaker 2: to understand that many other things happen. Jesus came as
- 6:19Speaker 2: a revelation of the Father. The Bible says, no man
- 6:23Speaker 2: had seen the Father at any time, so he came
- 6:26Speaker 2: as the incarnate of the Father. That the invisible Father,
- 6:29Speaker 2: who had been shrouded in a lot of mysticism. Jesus
- 6:34Speaker 2: came as a revelation of the Father. And here's what
- 6:38Speaker 2: Jesus had to say about the Father. Matthew eleven twenty seven.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Is God blessing someone already Matthew eleven twenty seven. The
- 6:48Speaker 2: Bible says, Matthew eleven twenty seven, the Book of Matthew,
- 6:53Speaker 2: thank you. He says, all things are delivered onto me
- 6:57Speaker 2: of my Father. And no man knows the son, he says,
- 7:03Speaker 2: But the Father neither knows any man. The Father saved
- 7:08Speaker 2: the son, and he to whomsoever the son shall reveal.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So Jesus, you know. One of the reasons why the
- 7:16Speaker 2: scribes and the pharises were angry at Jesus was that
- 7:19Speaker 2: he brought a dimension of relationship to God that was
- 7:25Speaker 2: against their prior understanding of God. So they knew God
- 7:29Speaker 2: has some deity somewhere with all kinds of emotional swings.
- 7:33Speaker 2: If you were at the wrong side of his emotions,
- 7:36Speaker 2: then you would die. If for any reason, perchance you
- 7:40Speaker 2: happen to attract his favor, then you would rise. And
- 7:43Speaker 2: Jesus came and began to dispel that orientation that this
- 7:47Speaker 2: almighty God we talk about is not just about killing
- 7:51Speaker 2: and destroying and giving victories, but he desires a relationship
- 7:55Speaker 2: we together now, So the theology of Jesus centered around relationship,
- 8:00Speaker 2: not just receiving things, not just using God for triumph
- 8:04Speaker 2: in battle. And the scribes and Pharisees were angry because
- 8:07Speaker 2: that would mean them overhauling their entire understanding of God.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Until Jesus showed up, no man knew that there was
- 8:18Speaker 2: a possibility for such an intimate relationship with God. How
- 8:23Speaker 2: dare you call the creator of the heavens and the
- 8:26Speaker 2: heath Father? There are many religions, so there you dare
- 8:29Speaker 2: not mention God as Father. Are we together all things
- 8:36Speaker 2: that delivered me? In Matthew chapter six and verse nine,
- 8:39Speaker 2: we read that earlier. Just write for reference. So Jesus
- 8:41Speaker 2: is teaching to pray, and it does not mention the
- 8:44Speaker 2: word God. He says, when you pray, you must approach
- 8:48Speaker 2: this God with a renewed orientation. Call him Father, our father.
- 8:54Speaker 2: He said, which are in heaven. So even though you
- 8:57Speaker 2: reside in it domain that it's not ethlete, you are
- 9:00Speaker 2: still Father. And he began to show that it is
- 9:03Speaker 2: possible to be in a functional relationship with God even
- 9:09Speaker 2: though you may not see him physically, which are in heaven.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Then he says, Hello, be your name, your kingdom. Come.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Your will be done in earth as it is in heaven.
- 9:21Speaker 2: You are still speaking to the Father. He says, do
- 9:23Speaker 2: not be afraid to ask the Father to give you
- 9:26Speaker 2: this day your daily bread. Your daily bread is beyond food.
- 9:30Speaker 2: It means all that is required for your sufficiency. It's
- 9:33Speaker 2: called your daily bread. That means your Father is that meticulous,
- 9:38Speaker 2: is that benevolent to allow you ask him even for
- 9:42Speaker 2: the things that make for your sufficiency. And then he says,
- 9:48Speaker 2: give us this day are daily bread. The next verse
- 9:51Speaker 2: and forgive us. He was introducing something about God they
- 9:56Speaker 2: had not known. Forgive does he forgive? I thought he destroys.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Now Jesus is saying, forgive us our debts, even as
- 10:05Speaker 2: we forgive our debtors. Then he says, lead us not
- 10:08Speaker 2: into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for that is
- 10:13Speaker 2: the kingdom, the power, the glory forever. I assure you.
- 10:18Speaker 2: They were confused after that discussion, because here is Jesus
- 10:23Speaker 2: giving them another side of God. Their understanding of God
- 10:28Speaker 2: was a hear some mighty, invisible, mysterious entity somewhere who
- 10:34Speaker 2: no one can really understand. If you are lucky, he
- 10:37Speaker 2: will choose as a leader and then show him aside
- 10:40Speaker 2: of him. Now Jesus is saying, listen, listen. While all
- 10:43Speaker 2: of that is true, there is a deeper dimension of
- 10:46Speaker 2: knowledge to God. Are we together now? And in its parables?
- 10:50Speaker 2: Jesus gave many stories and illustrations to show the fatherhood
- 10:55Speaker 2: of God. We may not have time to consider that,
- 10:58Speaker 2: but the most classic see logical representation of the fatherhood
- 11:02Speaker 2: of God was revealed in the story of the Prodigal Soon.
- 11:07Speaker 2: The prodigal Son is a very entrusting rendition of fatherhood
- 11:12Speaker 2: and sonship, because it starts by demonstrating the responsibility of
- 11:16Speaker 2: a father, like we'll be learning after now and then
- 11:19Speaker 2: two sons. One eventually became a rebel, and it gives
- 11:24Speaker 2: the son an opportunity to veer up as far as
- 11:27Speaker 2: he's able to away from the father. Then, in brokenness
- 11:31Speaker 2: and repentance, the son now begins to return back. Did
- 11:34Speaker 2: you know that even in the fallen state of the
- 11:37Speaker 2: prodigal son, he did not forget that he had a father?
- 11:40Speaker 2: He said, I will arise. He forgot every his friends
- 11:44Speaker 2: left him, But the one thing that restaught him was
- 11:47Speaker 2: the consciousness of fatherhood. How many hired servants, he said,
- 11:53Speaker 2: with my father, and I am here feeding with the swine,
- 11:55Speaker 2: He said, I will arise, and I will go to
- 11:58Speaker 2: my father, not God. I am aware that no matter
- 12:01Speaker 2: how broken, no matter how far, there is something about
- 12:06Speaker 2: the nature of fatherhood that must be willing to restore.
- 12:10Speaker 2: He was there introducing all of these dimensions of God.
- 12:14Speaker 2: You're blessed already, say amen, Jesus himself. In Acts chapter
- 12:22Speaker 2: one and verse four. Acts Chapter one and verse four
- 12:26Speaker 2: he left us. He said that tarry On received the
- 12:30Speaker 2: promise of the Father. He calls it the promise of
- 12:35Speaker 2: the Father, not just the promise of God, the promise
- 12:40Speaker 2: of the Father. One last scripture, efficients chapter three, please
- 12:45Speaker 2: fourteen and fifteen. Do you love Scriptures Ephicients three, fourteen
- 12:50Speaker 2: and fifteen. It says, for this cause, I bow my
- 12:55Speaker 2: knees onto the Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ, verse fifteen,
- 13:01Speaker 2: of whom the whole family. Now this is Apostle Paul
- 13:05Speaker 2: mentoring the church in Ephisos, and he's reiterating what Jesus
- 13:09Speaker 2: taught them. He said, listen, when it has to do
- 13:11Speaker 2: with prayer and the faith work, you must have that
- 13:14Speaker 2: orientation that you are dealing with a father who has
- 13:18Speaker 2: a family, of whom the whole family in heaven and
- 13:24Speaker 2: Earth is named Allelujah. Now the word father comes, it
- 13:30Speaker 2: has the Aramaic expression abba. The word abba is. Now
- 13:36Speaker 2: you're not theologically speaking that the Old Testament was largely
- 13:40Speaker 2: written in Hebrew, and then the New Testament was a
- 13:43Speaker 2: combination of Greek and Aramaic. Are we together? Yeah, So
- 13:48Speaker 2: the word father is the Aramaic abbha, the Greek is
- 13:55Speaker 2: the word pata pat r. Both of them refer to this.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Please listen to be called father means source number one,
- 14:08Speaker 2: number two, sustainer number three, protector number four, provider. So
- 14:16Speaker 2: in the mind of God and classically speaking, an individual
- 14:23Speaker 2: is described as father, not just using the basis of procreation.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Now that is important. Are we again now our general
- 14:32Speaker 2: concept of fatherhood is any man who is able to
- 14:35Speaker 2: have a child out of himself. If that were true,
- 14:39Speaker 2: that meant that Abraham should never have been called father
- 14:42Speaker 2: until the arrival of Isaac. But he was acknowledged as
- 14:46Speaker 2: father even before Isaac came. That means we have to
- 14:49Speaker 2: use other parameters, scriptural parameters. We have to go into
- 14:54Speaker 2: the mind of God to understand his concept of fatherhood.
- 14:58Speaker 2: He's God speaking to us already, so that the first
- 15:01Speaker 2: in God's mind, whoever originates a process is called father
- 15:06Speaker 2: upper the originator number two, the sustaina of that process
- 15:12Speaker 2: that also includes family number three, the protector, defending the
- 15:19Speaker 2: interest of the people, defending the interests of the business,
- 15:24Speaker 2: defending the interest of the church. Whoever works in defense
- 15:28Speaker 2: to protect is called upper Father. Finally, whoever provides, you
- 15:35Speaker 2: know what it means to provide. To provide means to
- 15:37Speaker 2: insist that there is no scarcity, to ensure that there
- 15:41Speaker 2: is sufficiency at all times. That means in the mind
- 15:45Speaker 2: of God, no matter how many children an individual has,
- 15:48Speaker 2: respectfully speaking, if you do not pass this test or
- 15:52Speaker 2: being a source, being a sustainer, being a protector, and
- 15:57Speaker 2: being a provider, you are not is someone learning now? Yes,
- 16:08Speaker 2: So when God calls himself father, he gives you the
- 16:12Speaker 2: opportunity to vet his fatherhood. Are we together now? He
- 16:16Speaker 2: is not ashamed to say you test it. If you
- 16:19Speaker 2: call me father, find me find a place in scripture
- 16:24Speaker 2: where I am not sauce. Find a place in scripture
- 16:27Speaker 2: where I do not sustain, Find a place in scripture
- 16:30Speaker 2: where I do not protect, Find a place in scripture
- 16:33Speaker 2: where I do not provide. Then you can question my fatherhood.
- 16:36Speaker 2: So every the Bible is a compendium of the fatherhood
- 16:41Speaker 2: of God. We see this attributes displayed once and again
- 16:45Speaker 2: from generation to generation. The sauce number one, the sustainer
- 16:52Speaker 2: number two, the protector number three, the provider number four.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Are we together now now physically speaking? The concept of fatherhood?
- 17:02Speaker 2: And please understand what I'm saying. The concept of fatherhood
- 17:08Speaker 2: is not a concept that is left to men like
- 17:12Speaker 2: the male specie away together the male specie was carved
- 17:16Speaker 2: out by God to embody this concept. But it is
- 17:20Speaker 2: a concept that every responsible leader must understand. That concept
- 17:26Speaker 2: of being Abba is not just left to men, because
- 17:31Speaker 2: you will find yourself in many occasions where an individual
- 17:34Speaker 2: who is not the man would have to play this
- 17:37Speaker 2: fatherly role. And for any if you ever find yourself
- 17:42Speaker 2: in that position of leadership, then you know that the
- 17:45Speaker 2: mandate still remains Abba. So it is possible for a
- 17:49Speaker 2: woman to still play that role, to be a source,
- 17:53Speaker 2: to be a sustainer. Away together. Now, if you are
- 17:55Speaker 2: the CEO of a company, for instance, with respect to
- 17:59Speaker 2: that organization, you are about and everything a father does
- 18:03Speaker 2: must be captured in your leadership. So fatherhood is really
- 18:08Speaker 2: a leadership philosophy. It is not just an orientation that
- 18:12Speaker 2: is left to the male gender. We together now, but
- 18:15Speaker 2: God in his wisdom shows a male based on his
- 18:21Speaker 2: arrangement of family. Are we together now to exemplify and
- 18:26Speaker 2: imbody his fatherhood? If you believe, they say amen, there
- 18:35Speaker 2: are four assignments of fathers from scripture. Let's deal with
- 18:41Speaker 2: it structurally. Now, four assignments. Is God helping us already
- 18:47Speaker 2: for assignments, and this, with all due respect, is now
- 18:54Speaker 2: to the men as well as everyone. Number one, The
- 18:57Speaker 2: first assignment of it true father is provision. No matter
- 19:04Speaker 2: what else you failing as a father, you are not
- 19:08Speaker 2: supposed to fail in this. To provide does not mean
- 19:11Speaker 2: to provide means to make available the resources that make
- 19:17Speaker 2: for the excelling of your family. To provide means to
- 19:22Speaker 2: make available the resources. In Matthew, chapter seven and verse eleven,
- 19:28Speaker 2: Jesus now is teaching. When you read from verse seven,
- 19:32Speaker 2: he says, ask, and you shall receive sick, and you
- 19:34Speaker 2: will find when we get to verse eleven. Matthew seven
- 19:37Speaker 2: and verse eleven, he said, is ye being evil? I
- 19:41Speaker 2: like this? Know how to give good gifts to your children?
- 19:44Speaker 2: Watch this? Do you know what he's saying. He's saying
- 19:46Speaker 2: intrinsically that the heart of man is desperately wicked, and
- 19:51Speaker 2: that even in that depraved nature of man, there is
- 19:54Speaker 2: still the fatherhood instinct to see your family prosper. That
- 19:58Speaker 2: even a wicked man has conscience enough to know that
- 20:01Speaker 2: his children should eat. Are we together now? If you've
- 20:06Speaker 2: been evil, he said, know how to give good gifts
- 20:09Speaker 2: to your children? He says, how much more shall your father,
- 20:13Speaker 2: which is in heaven give good things to them that
- 20:16Speaker 2: ask him. Father, Provider, Provider, Provider. Do you know as
- 20:26Speaker 2: I describe the functions of Father's men, I am also
- 20:30Speaker 2: giving you the prayer point to know where the devil
- 20:33Speaker 2: will attack you, because Satan's attack will be to stop
- 20:38Speaker 2: you from playing this role. So if we say the
- 20:41Speaker 2: first role of a man is provider, that means he
- 20:43Speaker 2: will come around your finances. That means he will come
- 20:46Speaker 2: around everything that will encapacity take you and render you
- 20:51Speaker 2: importent to provide will be Satan's assignment. The assignment of
- 20:58Speaker 2: every man is also the point of attack of the
- 21:03Speaker 2: Kingdom of darkness. Provider Provider Provider In First Timote, Chapter eight,
- 21:14Speaker 2: Chapter five, and verse eight. First Timote, Chapter five and
- 21:19Speaker 2: verse eight, Please help us media, First Timote, Chapter five.
- 21:23Speaker 2: The Bible says God, if any provide not for his
- 21:26Speaker 2: own is that in your Bible? He said, and specifically
- 21:30Speaker 2: for those of his own house, he has denied the faith.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Do you know what this means? That the faith experience
- 21:37Speaker 2: of the believer is structured on the understanding of this
- 21:41Speaker 2: fatherhood relationship. That means if you claim to be a Christian, indeed,
- 21:45Speaker 2: as a man, you claim to know God, and you
- 21:48Speaker 2: deny fatherhood. It must be captured in your Christian experience.
- 21:52Speaker 2: It says you have denied the faith, and that individual
- 21:55Speaker 2: is worse than an infidel. I pray sincerely for every
- 22:00Speaker 2: man and every father here that every attack on your finances,
- 22:04Speaker 2: every attack on your job, whatever it is that incapacitates
- 22:08Speaker 2: you so that you are not able to provide in
- 22:12Speaker 2: the name of Jesus Christ, let that attack come to
- 22:15Speaker 2: an end this morning, Allelujah. There are so many men
- 22:22Speaker 2: around our world who are depressed today simply because of
- 22:26Speaker 2: the inability to provide. Imagine that you pray to God
- 22:33Speaker 2: and you say, Lord, give me my daily bread, and
- 22:35Speaker 2: you hear reply from Heaven. I'm so sorry. I do
- 22:38Speaker 2: not think I have that ability now unto him. Is
- 22:44Speaker 2: it in your Bible who is able to do? God
- 22:47Speaker 2: is always able to do. That's what makes him Father,
- 22:51Speaker 2: Always able to do, never wanting, never feeling. In fact,
- 22:55Speaker 2: the Bible says He's able to do, exceeding abundantly above
- 22:59Speaker 2: all that we ask or think. Look this extent of fatherhood,
- 23:04Speaker 2: that given your thoughts, he has the power to answer
- 23:07Speaker 2: your thoughts. Number two, the second assignment of Abbah, as
- 23:13Speaker 2: revealed from scripture is called protection. Please write, to protect
- 23:18Speaker 2: means to keep safe. To protect means to stop from
- 23:24Speaker 2: accessing danger. Protection. John chapter seventeen and verse twelve. John
- 23:33Speaker 2: seventeen and verse twelve. The second assignment. Jesus is acting
- 23:40Speaker 2: as a responsible father. Remember he claimed to be the
- 23:44Speaker 2: son of God and that God was his father. Now
- 23:49Speaker 2: he was exhibiting father who to the disciples, And yes,
- 23:52Speaker 2: Jesus praying, while I was with them in the world,
- 23:56Speaker 2: I kept them in thy name that thou gavest me.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I have kept, it says, and none of them is lost.
- 24:05Speaker 2: But the son of Perdition look at a responsible father.
- 24:08Speaker 2: He had to account for why Judas was not part
- 24:11Speaker 2: of the fold. All that you have given me I
- 24:15Speaker 2: have kept, and none is lost, the Bible says, except
- 24:18Speaker 2: the son of Perdition, and that that the scripture might
- 24:21Speaker 2: be fulfilled. You are a true father when you know
- 24:25Speaker 2: how to protect, not just to protect men, to protect things,
- 24:30Speaker 2: to protect values, Allelujah. To protect. The father's discipline is
- 24:42Speaker 2: his attempts to protect the child from an imminent decadence
- 24:47Speaker 2: and decline that will happen in the presence of lawlessness.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Are we together now? The goal of discipline is not
- 24:55Speaker 2: to vent anger. No, when discipline becomes a channel for
- 25:01Speaker 2: venting anger than it is, it is an expression of
- 25:05Speaker 2: the absence of self control. Are we together now? The
- 25:08Speaker 2: primary assignment of discipline is that it comes as a
- 25:13Speaker 2: vehicle that ultimately protects the child. I love your destiny
- 25:18Speaker 2: too much. I will not expose you to failure, and
- 25:21Speaker 2: I love you too much to allow you love in
- 25:23Speaker 2: error and confusion. I rather you be sad with me
- 25:26Speaker 2: now and say thank you tomorrow. Can I tell you
- 25:31Speaker 2: whatever brings a man to a point where you cannot
- 25:35Speaker 2: discipline those who are within your household, you are signing
- 25:38Speaker 2: in for failure and pain in the future. This is true.
- 25:43Speaker 2: The Bible says, a father chastises his sound that he loves.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Is that in your Bible, discipline must be seen as
- 25:51Speaker 2: an overall process that leads to protecting whatever God gives you.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Fat the Bible says, I know whom I have believed,
- 25:59Speaker 2: and I am persuaded that he is able to keep
- 26:03Speaker 2: that which is committed onto him against that day and
- 26:07Speaker 2: still together, say amen very quickly. Number three. The third
- 26:12Speaker 2: assignment of fathers is mentorship and growth. Please write mentorship
- 26:20Speaker 2: and growth is the third assignment of any father. When
- 26:26Speaker 2: you read First John chapter two, it's a long read
- 26:29Speaker 2: from verse one to fourteen, but I'll just pick out
- 26:32Speaker 2: a few scriptures. Apostle John is giving us a very
- 26:36Speaker 2: intelligent discussion. He's speaking by the spirit, First John chapter two,
- 26:43Speaker 2: and he spoke to three categories of men. He was
- 26:46Speaker 2: a men discussion. I write to you, fathers, I write
- 26:51Speaker 2: to you young men. I write to you children. He
- 26:57Speaker 2: was addressing three generations, a child, else, a young man,
- 27:02Speaker 2: and an elder. And it had something to tell these
- 27:05Speaker 2: three groups of men. I write to you children that
- 27:09Speaker 2: you see not your tendencies, your lack of self control.
- 27:14Speaker 2: You are still exploring the world, and the exploring the world,
- 27:17Speaker 2: you will explore all kinds of things that will destroy you.
- 27:20Speaker 2: So I write to you to caution you. I write
- 27:23Speaker 2: to you young men. You have strength, but you may
- 27:26Speaker 2: not have wisdom. You must learn to manage your strength.
- 27:29Speaker 2: I write to you, fathers, because you have known through
- 27:32Speaker 2: your pain and through your experience. You may not have time,
- 27:36Speaker 2: but you have wisdom. So poor your wisdom to those
- 27:39Speaker 2: who have strength, and pour your wisdom to those who
- 27:42Speaker 2: have time. Young people have time and energy, but they
- 27:47Speaker 2: do not have wisdom. The elderly have wisdom, but they
- 27:51Speaker 2: may not have time. So mentorship becomes that breach that
- 27:55Speaker 2: connects wisdom with time. This is why every generation was
- 28:00Speaker 2: an improvement of the next. Mentorship and growth. It's God's
- 28:07Speaker 2: speaking to someone when a child becomes a foolish child.
- 28:14Speaker 2: The Bible says, a white son makes a glad father,
- 28:17Speaker 2: but that a foolish son is a reproach to his mother.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Are we together now? That means every father here, let
- 28:24Speaker 2: me charge you, by God, do not hide your scars.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Use your scars as a weapon of mentorship. Teach your
- 28:32Speaker 2: child that I made a mistake, and at twenty five
- 28:34Speaker 2: I was not yet established. Now you are seventeen. There
- 28:37Speaker 2: is something I can teach you such that when you
- 28:40Speaker 2: are twenty one, you would have covered my results of
- 28:43Speaker 2: thirty years. Mentorship, mentorship, allelujah. When Pharaoh watch this. Remember
- 28:58Speaker 2: the story of of God's people Israel in Egypt, when
- 29:03Speaker 2: Moses came to advocate the exodus of God's people, there
- 29:06Speaker 2: was a negotiation that happened. Pharaoh said, all right, I
- 29:10Speaker 2: will let the children go, but the fathers will remain.
- 29:14Speaker 2: And Moses said, no, if the children go without their fathers.
- 29:18Speaker 2: That is a generation without guidance and in negotiated. All right,
- 29:21Speaker 2: let the women stay and let the men go. If
- 29:24Speaker 2: the women stay, there is no continuity. And he said,
- 29:27Speaker 2: every one must go. Notice how Satan when he cannot
- 29:31Speaker 2: destroy a generation, he will start fragmenting family. Men, you
- 29:35Speaker 2: can go, leave the women behind. When children do not go,
- 29:41Speaker 2: there is no future. When men do not go, there
- 29:44Speaker 2: is no timing, And when women do not go, there
- 29:46Speaker 2: is no basis for continuity. Is someone learning now? Moses said,
- 29:52Speaker 2: I'm not yet to negotiate. The father, the mother, the
- 29:57Speaker 2: children must go. That all three must, Sarah, let me
- 30:01Speaker 2: charge every man here, do not respectfully speaking. The school
- 30:07Speaker 2: system is only supposed to be a support system to
- 30:10Speaker 2: the training of your children. The primary assignment of every
- 30:14Speaker 2: father is to sit with your children and become the
- 30:17Speaker 2: clearest description of the fatherhood of God. Teach them responsibility,
- 30:22Speaker 2: teach them financial management, teach them courtesy, teach them honor.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Let them understand the reality that confront our world today,
- 30:31Speaker 2: and you would be raising champions. They may not look
- 30:33Speaker 2: like it, but look at Jesus when it called the disciples.
- 30:36Speaker 2: He did not just lay hands to ordain them. Look
- 30:39Speaker 2: at the ratio of importation to mentorship three years to
- 30:43Speaker 2: one day someone learning. Let's hurry for time. Number four.
- 30:51Speaker 2: The last and the final assignment of fathers, and this
- 30:55Speaker 2: is where I want to dwell for a few minutes
- 30:57Speaker 2: and then we wrap up is continue and succession. The
- 31:03Speaker 2: last and the final assignment of everyone called Abba is
- 31:07Speaker 2: continuity and succession. When I watch Pastor Gandhi speak here
- 31:14Speaker 2: and he was speaking about his rapping up his moments here,
- 31:17Speaker 2: I just know that and said, this is my salmon emotion,
- 31:20Speaker 2: continuity and succession. You are only as great as the
- 31:25Speaker 2: great person who succeeds you. No, the greatness of your
- 31:30Speaker 2: lifetime comes to not if there is no successor. This
- 31:34Speaker 2: is respectfully speaking, the tragedy that we have in our
- 31:37Speaker 2: world today. Even within people of faith that they excel,
- 31:43Speaker 2: they spend decades of their life accomplishing great stripes for
- 31:47Speaker 2: the kingdom, and in one year their testimony comes to
- 31:50Speaker 2: not because there is no one who becomes an extension
- 31:54Speaker 2: of whatever it is that God forbid for every man. Yea,
- 31:57Speaker 2: I shout that God forbid that your achievements, your sacrifices,
- 32:02Speaker 2: will not be buried because of the absence of succession.
- 32:05Speaker 2: You believe that, say amen, now you know why Satan
- 32:09Speaker 2: is attempting to attach your child. He picks out the
- 32:13Speaker 2: one with the potential to be a great leader. They
- 32:16Speaker 2: did not happen between Cain and Abel, the very first family.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Satan attack succession immediately because until Adam and Eve, Satan
- 32:29Speaker 2: had never known that continuity can happen through reproduction. It
- 32:33Speaker 2: was only through creation. It was Adaman Eve that were
- 32:37Speaker 2: the first human species to show the possibility of continuity.
- 32:42Speaker 2: And Satan said this is dangerous. That means there can
- 32:44Speaker 2: be many, many people coming through the womb of a
- 32:47Speaker 2: woman that will save Jesus. And there was an attack
- 32:50Speaker 2: on Cane and in maintain kill Abel. The goal was
- 32:53Speaker 2: that whatever it is, let it stop and not continue.
- 32:57Speaker 2: It is why when we find people who are buried,
- 33:00Speaker 2: you pray and sing Jesus name be healed. He's more
- 33:02Speaker 2: than a miracle. It is the devil trying to stop
- 33:06Speaker 2: the possibility of continunity. He is fighting that be fruitful.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Mandate continuity and succession Probabs Chapter thirteen and verse twenty two.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I would want you to please listen. I'm preaching something
- 33:29Speaker 2: that I intend to preach a few weeks after. Now,
- 33:31Speaker 2: also I have the honor of preaching for the Full
- 33:34Speaker 2: Gospel Businessman's Fellowship. Their global conference is happening in Africa,
- 33:39Speaker 2: and this is one of the things that I hope
- 33:40Speaker 2: I'll be able to share with the men. Have been
- 33:45Speaker 2: very inspired by that organization, and when God granted me
- 33:50Speaker 2: the grace, I told them, I said, I'll come. I
- 33:53Speaker 2: think I have some things that I want to share
- 33:56Speaker 2: that I have seen many people build great con glowerate empires,
- 34:01Speaker 2: and at the end of their life they sit empty
- 34:04Speaker 2: and angry and frustrated. The problem is not a financial problem.
- 34:09Speaker 2: The problem is continuity. Was this not the frustration of Abraham?
- 34:13Speaker 2: A great man who had everything? And he said, Lord,
- 34:16Speaker 2: what will you give me? Seeing that I go childless?
- 34:20Speaker 2: Let's talk about this issue of succession. And he said,
- 34:24Speaker 2: don't worry, it is not a liaza. I am going
- 34:26Speaker 2: to give you a child that comes from you. And
- 34:29Speaker 2: Isaac to Abraham was greater than his wealth, his achievement
- 34:33Speaker 2: and everything that was where God said in Genesis twenty two,
- 34:36Speaker 2: don't turn there just for your knowledge. He said, Abraham,
- 34:40Speaker 2: take thy son, thy only son, whom thou love, since
- 34:43Speaker 2: he represents everything, Go and kill him. Let me see
- 34:46Speaker 2: how much you love me. And the Bible says, Abraham
- 34:49Speaker 2: arose early and carried Isaac. So today we claim the
- 34:55Speaker 2: blessings of Abraham, but we must take the responsibility of
- 34:58Speaker 2: Abraham back toward discussion. Proverbs starteen twenty two. Proverbs starteen
- 35:07Speaker 2: twenty two is a lot provoking someone. If you can
- 35:12Speaker 2: see it projected, let's read together, one to read. A
- 35:16Speaker 2: good man leave it an inheritance to his children's children,
- 35:21Speaker 2: and the wealth of the sinner is laid off for
- 35:24Speaker 2: the righteous. Most times, our attention quickly goes to the
- 35:28Speaker 2: b part. But I want to talk about the apart.
- 35:31Speaker 2: The Bible says a good man that means, among the
- 35:34Speaker 2: many things that make a man good is his ability
- 35:38Speaker 2: to have a proper system of succession. Can I wrap
- 35:42Speaker 2: up my teaching by teaching you something about inheritance. The
- 35:45Speaker 2: Lord opened my eyes to a very powerful revelation of inheritance.
- 35:51Speaker 2: To inherit means to receive by succession. To inherit means
- 35:59Speaker 2: to receive by succession or by will as an heir. Hallelujah.
- 36:07Speaker 2: To inherit means to receive by succession. So the Bible
- 36:11Speaker 2: says a good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children.
- 36:16Speaker 2: And the Lord led me through a series of dealings,
- 36:19Speaker 2: and I came up with five things that every man here,
- 36:25Speaker 2: respectfully speaking, at the end of your life, if you
- 36:29Speaker 2: can leave these five things for those who have come
- 36:32Speaker 2: out of you, you would have been a good man. Indeed,
- 36:35Speaker 2: can I run through the list as we wrap up?
- 36:38Speaker 2: Let me request that you write it first in your
- 36:40Speaker 2: heart and then on your paper. Number one, The first
- 36:45Speaker 2: and the greatest inheritance that every man can give his son,
- 36:50Speaker 2: that every leader. Remember I told you fatherhood is not
- 36:54Speaker 2: just left to men, the male gender alone, So this
- 36:57Speaker 2: applies to everyone. Are we together, the first and the
- 37:01Speaker 2: greatest inheritance you can give your son or those who
- 37:05Speaker 2: come out of you. Are you ready your convictions? Write
- 37:09Speaker 2: it down. It's amazing that most people, when we talk
- 37:13Speaker 2: about inheritance, we're just thinking of land and estates and
- 37:17Speaker 2: what is in the bank. And unfortunately, I hope that
- 37:21Speaker 2: God steps in. There is a lawless generation that anticipate
- 37:25Speaker 2: in a hurry the departure of your parents in hope
- 37:28Speaker 2: that they will stumble into prepared blessings. Now I'm not
- 37:32Speaker 2: being sarcastic. It's with all due apology, but it is
- 37:36Speaker 2: important that we must understand that as sons and daughters,
- 37:40Speaker 2: if the only thing you get from your father is money,
- 37:44Speaker 2: you failed. It is true your convictions a summation of
- 37:51Speaker 2: your beliefs and your philosophies, because you know, like I do,
- 37:56Speaker 2: that your life is a resultant effect of your loss
- 38:00Speaker 2: of his. Have a summation of your understanding about God,
- 38:04Speaker 2: about life, about failure, about victory. The first inheritance that
- 38:10Speaker 2: must be transferred from any man who is called a
- 38:13Speaker 2: good man to his children and his convictions. Jesus was
- 38:21Speaker 2: speaking about Abraham that I know Genesis eighteen. You find
- 38:25Speaker 2: that he says, I know verse seventeen and nineteen, I
- 38:29Speaker 2: know that Abraham will teach his household. Shall I hide
- 38:33Speaker 2: from Abraham the thing which I will do? Verse eighteen
- 38:37Speaker 2: He says, seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great
- 38:41Speaker 2: and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth
- 38:44Speaker 2: shall be blessed of him. Nineteen he says, for I
- 38:47Speaker 2: know him. This is God testifying about a man that
- 38:50Speaker 2: he will command his children and his household after him.
- 38:55Speaker 2: What will be the command that they shall keep the
- 38:57Speaker 2: way of the Lord to do justice and judgment, that
- 39:01Speaker 2: the Lord might bring upon them upon Abraham that which
- 39:05Speaker 2: he has spoken. In other words, he's saying, teach your
- 39:09Speaker 2: children whatever made our relationship functional, transfer that conviction to
- 39:14Speaker 2: your children. Number two, the second inheritance that every man
- 39:22Speaker 2: must live with his children is your name. Your name.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Your name is a capture of your track record, your credibility,
- 39:32Speaker 2: your impact, your value, your contribution. Let me take it again.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Your name a summation of your credibility. Credibility can be transferred,
- 39:45Speaker 2: your track record can be transferred, your impact can be transferred.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Respectfully speaking, it is at this point that I continue
- 39:57Speaker 2: to charge our great families, especially in Africa, because we're
- 40:03Speaker 2: yet to understand the power and the value of succession
- 40:06Speaker 2: in Africa. You see, I think that many have done
- 40:10Speaker 2: a good job here in the West because you will
- 40:12Speaker 2: find families and dynasties that are decades years old and
- 40:17Speaker 2: they are still being around. There have values, they preserve
- 40:20Speaker 2: the name. But you know, in many, many of the
- 40:25Speaker 2: places in Africa, you find out that there's just one
- 40:28Speaker 2: generation of everything is stat and dies with that generation.
- 40:33Speaker 2: The man is successful at twenty by fifty is back
- 40:36Speaker 2: to where he was, and then he goes. Then the
- 40:38Speaker 2: sound comes, paying the price of the father's carelessness, begins
- 40:42Speaker 2: his own journey and repeats the same thing. God is
- 40:45Speaker 2: speaking to someone. If names were not important, God would
- 40:49Speaker 2: not change the names of men. In fact, he said,
- 40:51Speaker 2: Oh Lord, our God, how excellent is your name? How
- 40:57Speaker 2: excellent is your name? If names are not powerful? Asks
- 41:02Speaker 2: the devil, what happens when you mentioned Jesus? If names
- 41:06Speaker 2: are not powerful? Do you know at the end of
- 41:09Speaker 2: your life, your name can become a key that opens
- 41:12Speaker 2: a door or a pad lock that closes that door.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Your entire lifetime is to translate your name to become
- 41:19Speaker 2: a key or a padlock. There are children today who
- 41:23Speaker 2: have to change your names because if they were identified
- 41:26Speaker 2: with certain names, it would close doors for them. And
- 41:33Speaker 2: there are people who are in a hurry to claim
- 41:35Speaker 2: certain names, even if it's by extended relationship. It is
- 41:39Speaker 2: not my surname. But just to let you know, I
- 41:40Speaker 2: stay ten years in that house, do why qualify? May
- 41:45Speaker 2: your name be so great? Listen, please hear me. It
- 41:50Speaker 2: is not enough to be great. Your name too must
- 41:55Speaker 2: be great. I hope you know you can be great,
- 41:57Speaker 2: and your name is not great. Less this chapter twelve.
- 42:01Speaker 2: In Blessing Abraham, he said, I will bless you and
- 42:04Speaker 2: make your name great. What there is the difference? He
- 42:08Speaker 2: already said I will bless you. Then he says, what
- 42:10Speaker 2: I will not leave your name behind. A man can
- 42:14Speaker 2: be blessed, and yet your name is not great. When
- 42:19Speaker 2: you are blessed alone, you enjoy that blessing in your lifetime.
- 42:24Speaker 2: But when your name is great, all that can carry
- 42:27Speaker 2: that name even when you are not there. Allelujah, praise
- 42:31Speaker 2: the name of the Lord. If authority was not invested
- 42:34Speaker 2: in the name of Jesus, would just read that the
- 42:37Speaker 2: Son of God walked upon the earth, did exploit, and
- 42:40Speaker 2: that's it. The early Church will be a defeated church.
- 42:43Speaker 2: But he left us his name. He invested all power
- 42:47Speaker 2: and all glory in that name and said, go in
- 42:50Speaker 2: my name your name. It means you must protect your
- 42:57Speaker 2: name by all means. It is better to protect your
- 43:00Speaker 2: name than to protect your money. Your money can go
- 43:04Speaker 2: down and you will find it. But when your name
- 43:06Speaker 2: goes down, it would take the grace of God to
- 43:09Speaker 2: get it back up. Is God helping us this money?
- 43:14Speaker 2: Number three. The third thing you must transfer every father
- 43:19Speaker 2: and every leader to your children. Are your relationships and connections.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Relationships and connections are transferable, your networks, relationships and connections,
- 43:33Speaker 2: John nineteen, John nineteen, Verse twenty six and twenty seven.
- 43:39Speaker 2: John nineteen very quickly, and then I wrap up John nineteen,
- 43:43Speaker 2: twenty six and twenty seven. When Jesus therefore saw his
- 43:46Speaker 2: mother and the disciples standing by whom he loved, he said,
- 43:52Speaker 2: watch this. Watch Jesus transfer relationships. This is Jesus on
- 43:56Speaker 2: the cross, and John is standing there, and the mother
- 44:00Speaker 2: is standing there. And here's what John says, Woman, behold
- 44:04Speaker 2: thy son, verse twenty seven. And he said to the
- 44:08Speaker 2: disciple John, today, this is now your mother, the Bible says.
- 44:12Speaker 2: And from that hour, that disciple took her to his
- 44:16Speaker 2: own home. Now in Nigeria where I come from, the
- 44:23Speaker 2: northern part of Nigeria, most of the people, especially the
- 44:28Speaker 2: Muslim community, they understand this principle powerfully. They transfer relationships.
- 44:36Speaker 2: Oh this is my son. Just to let you know
- 44:38Speaker 2: that this has been my friend for thirty five years
- 44:41Speaker 2: and now he's going to be the new Seao. Could
- 44:44Speaker 2: you have dinner with him, just discuss with him, just
- 44:46Speaker 2: get to know him. You can transfer relationships Relationships are
- 44:51Speaker 2: a leverage. You may have heard me say it in
- 44:53Speaker 2: my teachings that all blessings come from God through men
- 44:58Speaker 2: to men. Blessings come from God through men to men.
- 45:04Speaker 2: All troubles come from Satan through men to men. In
- 45:08Speaker 2: any case, men are prophetic midwives. Listen, if God says
- 45:13Speaker 2: yes and a man says no, your yes remains in
- 45:17Speaker 2: the realm of the spirit. It takes a man or
- 45:21Speaker 2: the wise. Deborah would not come and be negotiating with
- 45:24Speaker 2: a young virgin that Jesus is supposed to arrive. But
- 45:27Speaker 2: we are looking for the human versels who partner with
- 45:29Speaker 2: Heaven to make it happen. And Mary said, beg it
- 45:32Speaker 2: onto me according to your word. That's how Jesus arrived.
- 45:39Speaker 2: It is the desire of God that all men be saved.
- 45:42Speaker 2: But where are the men that would take that gospel
- 45:44Speaker 2: to the lost. All blessings come from God through men
- 45:50Speaker 2: to men. Relationships are powerful. You must invest strategically and
- 45:56Speaker 2: structurally in relationships, and there's no time to teach relationships. Here.
- 46:01Speaker 2: I would have taught you that there are four kinds
- 46:03Speaker 2: of people that if you do not have in your life,
- 46:06Speaker 2: you are in trouble. Number one, divine connectors, number two,
- 46:11Speaker 2: men of influence number three, gifted men number four borden
- 46:16Speaker 2: br us. So every time you pray that God connects
- 46:20Speaker 2: you to men, these are the kinds of men you
- 46:23Speaker 2: should pray for your relationships. Every father must transfer your
- 46:31Speaker 2: relationships strategically. So number four, what is the fourth thing
- 46:37Speaker 2: that a father can transfer to your children? Your physical assets, cash, properties, businesses.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Can you see that what we have known to be
- 46:48Speaker 2: inheritance is only number four? And that's so in order
- 46:52Speaker 2: of priority, your convictions, your name, hallelujah, your relationship, ships
- 47:00Speaker 2: and connections, now your physical assets. This was what the
- 47:10Speaker 2: prodigal son received. Unfortunately he went straight for number four.
- 47:15Speaker 2: He ignored one, two, three. Watch the end of a
- 47:19Speaker 2: young boy who only received money. The Bible says, let
- 47:23Speaker 2: me quote very quickly. One time. This gentleman gets off,
- 47:27Speaker 2: admits his father and said, listen, I know so much
- 47:29Speaker 2: about inheritance. I don't share whether you are dead or not.
- 47:32Speaker 2: You're wasting my time being alive. Give me that which
- 47:37Speaker 2: And the father said, really, where did you get this
- 47:39Speaker 2: orientation from? I will honor you take I am a
- 47:42Speaker 2: good man. I will leave you an inheritance and the
- 47:44Speaker 2: Bible says, as soon as he received it, they were
- 47:47Speaker 2: foolish friends already waiting for him. Is in your bible.
- 47:51Speaker 2: As soon as he received it, they escorted him away
- 47:55Speaker 2: from the gates of sanity, away from the place of wisdom.
- 47:59Speaker 2: The Bible says, he spent what he had because he
- 48:02Speaker 2: did not have the conviction of his father. He did
- 48:05Speaker 2: not respect the name of his father. He did not
- 48:08Speaker 2: even respect the relationships that brought the father that turtles.
- 48:11Speaker 2: All that he went for was the money, and the
- 48:14Speaker 2: Bible says, depletion started immediately. He got to a point
- 48:19Speaker 2: where he was now feeding with swine. Question where were
- 48:22Speaker 2: all the friends, Where were all the people who celebrated him?
- 48:34Speaker 2: And he was with the swine. But I love something,
- 48:36Speaker 2: The Bible says. He said he came to himself. He
- 48:40Speaker 2: never said the Holy Spirit spoke to him. He never
- 48:43Speaker 2: said the devil threatened him. Men can't come to themselves,
- 48:48Speaker 2: and sometimes sometimes don't be in a hurry to help somebody.
- 48:53Speaker 2: God is living to come to himself. Because there are people.
- 48:57Speaker 2: The best gifts you can give them is to leave
- 49:00Speaker 2: them for a while until they recognize the value. Now
- 49:06Speaker 2: I'm not I hope you are not. I hope you know.
- 49:07Speaker 2: I'm not saying do not help people. But sometimes in
- 49:10Speaker 2: the hurry to take people out of certain situations, they
- 49:14Speaker 2: continue to recycle an entitlement mentality that will not allow
- 49:18Speaker 2: them grow. So the Prodigal Song was there in his
- 49:26Speaker 2: spain and in his silence, and he began to calculate
- 49:30Speaker 2: a million dollars, five hundred thousand dollars, one hundred thousand dollars.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Then a few friends left ten thousand dollars, then a
- 49:39Speaker 2: few more left one dollar. Now I'm in debt and
- 49:45Speaker 2: I'm left with pigs. He came to himself. The Bible
- 49:49Speaker 2: says in Probabs eighteen and verse one true desire, a
- 49:53Speaker 2: man haven't separated himself. The Bible says, he's sickret and
- 49:57Speaker 2: interment left with all wisdom. There is something about silence
- 50:02Speaker 2: when you, a gentleman, can remain and say, look, being
- 50:05Speaker 2: in this death year after year, I'm tired. There has
- 50:08Speaker 2: to be a way out. And I'm telling you you
- 50:10Speaker 2: can get up from that place of determination and end
- 50:14Speaker 2: certain cycles in your life. That's what happened to the
- 50:17Speaker 2: Prodigal Song. He didn't have the power to change himself,
- 50:20Speaker 2: but he had the power to decide to change. And
- 50:25Speaker 2: yes what he said, how many hired savants as my father,
- 50:30Speaker 2: and I am here feeding with the swine, He said,
- 50:32Speaker 2: you know what, I've lost everything, but I still know
- 50:35Speaker 2: that I have a father. I will arise. Here is
- 50:38Speaker 2: a young man speaking to himself, and I will go
- 50:41Speaker 2: to my father and I will say, Father, I have
- 50:44Speaker 2: seen against you. We call that responsibility. I have seen
- 50:48Speaker 2: against you and against heaven. I am not worthy to
- 50:51Speaker 2: be called your son, he says, take me as one
- 50:54Speaker 2: of your savants. Now I cherish your convictions, I cherish
- 50:58Speaker 2: your name. I know the power of being connected to you.
- 51:01Speaker 2: I will not push you away from money again. I seen,
- 51:05Speaker 2: I've seen the transcend nature of money without a relationship.
- 51:11Speaker 2: I'm willing to be a servant. It's not about the money,
- 51:15Speaker 2: it's about you. Notice the moment he took a step,
- 51:19Speaker 2: The father too took a step. He never met the
- 51:21Speaker 2: father at home. He met him somewhere in the middle
- 51:24Speaker 2: of his responsibility steps. The father never met him in
- 51:29Speaker 2: the rocks. As soon as he said I will go,
- 51:32Speaker 2: the father left home and said, there's something about me.
- 51:35Speaker 2: Even though my son is a stubborn son, He's still
- 51:37Speaker 2: my son, even though my son is Is that not
- 51:40Speaker 2: what happened between us and jesus Us and God? The
- 51:43Speaker 2: Bible says, while we were yet seen ers, God was
- 51:45Speaker 2: already put in together a plan. However, that life that
- 51:51Speaker 2: he brought is not impatedct like the prodigal son. You
- 51:54Speaker 2: take that responsibility and take a step forward, gentleman, takes
- 52:00Speaker 2: a step and watch this. As soon as he met
- 52:03Speaker 2: the father, the father never discussed anything about his destruction.
- 52:09Speaker 2: In other words, the responsibility you have gotten is enough
- 52:12Speaker 2: the message I would have told you, you already got
- 52:15Speaker 2: it by coming to yourself. The Bible says, he hugged him,
- 52:18Speaker 2: kissed him, embraced him, put back the signette ring, and
- 52:22Speaker 2: put a robe, and brought him home and said, listen,
- 52:25Speaker 2: we have to celebrate. But there was another kind of song.
- 52:29Speaker 2: As I wrap up, I hope you know that both
- 52:33Speaker 2: of them did the same thing. The first person did
- 52:36Speaker 2: it in his heart, the other person executed it. It
- 52:41Speaker 2: is not the story of one responsible son versus one
- 52:44Speaker 2: lawless one. It is a story of two sons who
- 52:46Speaker 2: were on their way to destruction. One only had the
- 52:50Speaker 2: courage to take the first step. You will learn at
- 52:52Speaker 2: the latter part of the story, because the Bible says
- 52:55Speaker 2: when his celebration was going on, the elder brother came
- 52:57Speaker 2: and said, what is going on here? And they said,
- 52:59Speaker 2: remember that your brother. He's back home, and so we're
- 53:02Speaker 2: throwing a celebration. And he was offended. The Bible says
- 53:06Speaker 2: he went out, and he left, and a responsible father
- 53:09Speaker 2: followed after him and said, what is wrong? He said,
- 53:11Speaker 2: I am here, and I've served you all the days
- 53:14Speaker 2: of my life, and you've not even given me. In
- 53:16Speaker 2: other words, you've given me convictions, you're giving me relationship.
- 53:20Speaker 2: What is money? I'm looking for? About to make the
- 53:24Speaker 2: mistake of his younger brother. This said to a man
- 53:27Speaker 2: who left you and went to spend his life with
- 53:30Speaker 2: harlots and all of that. He returns back and you
- 53:33Speaker 2: receive him, and you're celebrating him. And then I've been
- 53:37Speaker 2: here and all you give me is an advice every
- 53:40Speaker 2: day be a responsible person. Come let me lay my
- 53:43Speaker 2: hands on you. In the name of Jesus, you are great?
- 53:46Speaker 2: Is that all you are going to give me? And
- 53:52Speaker 2: the father said something verse twenty nine, watch this, We're
- 53:58Speaker 2: rapping enough is a message for someone next verse and
- 54:02Speaker 2: she answering him said to his father, law, these many years,
- 54:07Speaker 2: do I serve you neither transgress I at any time?
- 54:11Speaker 2: Yet you never gave me a kid that I may
- 54:13Speaker 2: make merry with my friends. Verse thirty. He says, but
- 54:16Speaker 2: as soon as this your son, which had before he's
- 54:20Speaker 2: living with Harlot's had and you have killed a fatted
- 54:23Speaker 2: cow for him, I like the father's reply. Watch this
- 54:27Speaker 2: next verse, please, and he said, unto him, son, you
- 54:31Speaker 2: are ever with me here. You do not know that
- 54:34Speaker 2: our relationship is an inheritance. This gentleman lost something precious.
- 54:39Speaker 2: He said, all that I have question, what is the all?
- 54:44Speaker 2: That means? The money he gave the son was not
- 54:46Speaker 2: all that he had. He gave the son money, and
- 54:50Speaker 2: the son believed that he got everything from the father.
- 54:52Speaker 2: But he said, there are other things this boy did
- 54:55Speaker 2: not carry. But you have to when Abraham, Abraham had
- 55:06Speaker 2: a total of about eight children, Ishmael, Isaac, and others
- 55:11Speaker 2: that came when it was time to bless his children.
- 55:16Speaker 2: Your Bible says that he called the children of all
- 55:20Speaker 2: the concubines and he gave them gifts. But to Isaac
- 55:27Speaker 2: he gave everything he had. There was no mention of
- 55:31Speaker 2: any physical thing given to Isaac. After he gave the
- 55:35Speaker 2: boys gift, they went away, and he said, Isaac, come
- 55:38Speaker 2: kneel down. Let me give you everything I have. There
- 55:41Speaker 2: will be nothing in your pocket when I'm done, but
- 55:44Speaker 2: you would have gotten everything that blessing that came upon me.
- 55:50Speaker 2: That leads me to the fifth inheritance, that every man
- 55:55Speaker 2: must give his son. The anointing and the mantle that
- 56:00Speaker 2: made you you must be transferred to your children. Behind
- 56:05Speaker 2: every great result, there are graces, There are annoying things,
- 56:11Speaker 2: there are mantles. Please write it down. You find this
- 56:15Speaker 2: story in Genesis twenty five, from verse one to eleven.
- 56:18Speaker 2: Were not read it for time? Allelujah. So he gave
- 56:23Speaker 2: all the other children things and they were happy, maybe
- 56:29Speaker 2: fighting with one another. Mine and yours, which is bigger.
- 56:32Speaker 2: And I can imagine Isaac's standing and says, so where
- 56:35Speaker 2: is mine? No car, no house? What are you going
- 56:38Speaker 2: to give me? And he says, come, let me play
- 56:41Speaker 2: something upon your life. Because you see the law is
- 56:44Speaker 2: that annointest my head with oil. But he says, my
- 56:49Speaker 2: cop run it over. He does not annoint the cop.
- 56:52Speaker 2: He annoys your head. That means your cop is a
- 56:56Speaker 2: report card. It tells us, what is on your head?
- 56:59Speaker 2: If your copy empty, don't blame the job. Don't blame
- 57:02Speaker 2: the business. The business is only a physical expression. Now,
- 57:07Speaker 2: anointest my head with oil. As a result of that anointing.
- 57:11Speaker 2: In Genesis twenty six, from verse twelve, the Bible tells
- 57:16Speaker 2: us that there was farming in a land. Is that
- 57:19Speaker 2: in your Bible where every physical thing they had was
- 57:23Speaker 2: going down? Isaac, haven't carried that blessing and that annointing.
- 57:28Speaker 2: The Bible says, He's sold in that land and received
- 57:32Speaker 2: that same year and one hundred fold, and the Lord
- 57:35Speaker 2: blessed him. Thirteen, He says the man Isaac, the man
- 57:39Speaker 2: who had received that blessing from his father, he works great.
- 57:44Speaker 2: He went forward, and he grew until he became very great. Fourteen,
- 57:53Speaker 2: for he had possessions goodness. So what is on your
- 57:57Speaker 2: head will eventually bring you the possessions of flocks, herds,
- 58:02Speaker 2: a great store of savants. And the Phylis Times envied
- 58:06Speaker 2: him were reading to sixteen. It says, for all the
- 58:09Speaker 2: wales which his father savants had digged in the days
- 58:12Speaker 2: of Abraham, his father, the Phyllis Times had stopped them
- 58:16Speaker 2: and filled them with earth. And a bimeleg said, onto
- 58:19Speaker 2: Isaac go from us. It says, for now a much
- 58:23Speaker 2: mightier than we. What are the keys to receiving an
- 58:33Speaker 2: inheritance from a father? There are two keys that the
- 58:37Speaker 2: Bible gives. Number one is honor. Number two is service.
- 58:44Speaker 2: You do not receive from a father just because you
- 58:46Speaker 2: are his child. There must be a track record of honor,
- 58:52Speaker 2: honor if I be a father Malachi Chapter one, from
- 58:57Speaker 2: verse six to eight, where is my honor? If you
- 59:00Speaker 2: claim I am your father, where is my honor? Do
- 59:04Speaker 2: you know? Physically you can receive the button, but in
- 59:08Speaker 2: the spirit you are not the successor. It is the
- 59:11Speaker 2: one who should honor that truly carries the grace. Now,
- 59:15Speaker 2: I don't mean to insult your intelligence. What have you
- 59:17Speaker 2: seen many families where at the end the person who
- 59:21Speaker 2: really carries the man's man to are not the biological children.
- 59:25Speaker 2: They can carry physical things, but when you look, you
- 59:28Speaker 2: know that this house help who has served for fifteen years.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Elisha was never There is no prophecy about Elisha becoming
- 59:36Speaker 2: a prophet. Elisha was a farmer. The prophet should come
- 59:40Speaker 2: from among the sons of the prophet. But the god
- 59:42Speaker 2: so familiar with that prophet. This is a man of God.
- 59:46Speaker 2: But Elisha honored him, and Elisha served two things. Let
- 59:52Speaker 2: me charge every young man, yes, I wrap up. Never
- 59:58Speaker 2: dishonor your father. Never dishonor your parents. No matter how
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: right you are, you will pay for it. There are rules.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: When a father fights his son, he loses his honor.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: When a son fights his father, he loses his life. Allelujah.
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: That is the reason why God never fought Setan. You
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: will never find God fighting Satan. It was Michael that
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: went to fight Satan, because if God fought Satan, even
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: if he defeated him, Satan will still go to the
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: eath as a victor to have made his father rise
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: up to comm and fight him. Fathers don't fight sons. No,
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: you delegate sons to deal with the matter. A father's
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: honor is preserved when he does not fight his son. Sons,
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: when you fight your father. That is what happened. Remember
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: what happened between Noah. The Bible says Noah took wine
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: and he slept and was naked. One of the sons
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: came and saw him. He saw his father's nakedness, He rejoiced,
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: called the other brothers and said, can you imagine even
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: though the man was drunk, he still knew who looked
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: at him. When he got up from that state, he said,
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: who did this? He was not told your father may
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: have back slidin prayed for his revival and restoration, but
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: at no point she knew dishonor him. There are certain
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: things only fathers can carry, and there are certain things
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: only age can bring in their fallen state. They will
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: look at you and bless you. I am a product
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: of many, many blessings, many many blessings. You may have
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: heard my story. One time I went to buy something
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: and I met two women and I decided to honor them.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: Two women, very honest human women, and I decided to
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: honor them. I said, please don't pay for it, let
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: me pay. It was not anything, not even up to
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: I'm not sure. I was off to a dollar, and
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: the women began to bless me. And one of the
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: women looked at me and said, my son forever woke
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: upon gold. I'm rapping up now. Years ago I went
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: to preach for those of us who are Nigerians in
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: a feb Babaylola University many years ago, and I went
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: to preach there and I stopped and I was I think.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: I flew to one of the states and then to
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: go by road getting there, and I passed a very
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: small and strange village where people lived mysteriously long. I
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: saw obituaries of one hundred and something one hundred and something.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: I said, what in the world is this? What kind
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: of grace is this? And when I was done ministring
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: on my way back to the airport, I said, stop,
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: I saw a notice one thirty six years The man
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: just died. I said stop. I'm not a europa person,
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: but I said, look for someone for us. Let me
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: find the oldest man in this village. I want to
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: sow into his life and have him speak over my
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: life because I'm going to be traveling to the nations.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: No plane will kill me. No, no, whatever it is.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: But listen, just shouting a man alone is not the key.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: I understand the blessings that come from fathers. And when
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: we got there, we found a man who could speak
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: limited English. I'm rapping up now. And then he took
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: us to a man. We entered a room and we
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: met a man and then they interpreted. I would speak
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: and the interpret These are young men who just came
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: wanted to receive the blessing, and the man laughed, you see,
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: but those who carry this thing, no they have it.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: Believe me, you provoke it to honor. And the man said, Niel, down,
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: and you're a man of God or knew down. I
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: want to release it upon you. And he began to
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: pray and to bless me, to rain those blessings. I
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: felt like a crown was being put on my head
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: while he was taking Literally, when he was done, we
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: sold into his life. We blessed him. And when I
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: was about to get into the car, I saw some
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: women standing and then they told me that the man
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: that died, one thirty six year old man, that was
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: his wife's standing. I said, let's go back. I went
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: back and I prostrated, I greeted. I said, the man
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: may be dead, but you are one, so he's still alive.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: In you can you pray for me? Now watch this,
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: I'm rapping up. This woman laughs and says follow me.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: And then I enter a room with her and she
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: begins to show me old photos. This was the wife
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: of his youth. Old and you know those days they
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: married very early, the wife of his youth. What happened
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: that God preserved. What kind of grace did they carry
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: when they were done? I said, please, for God's sake,
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: would you release what was upon you and your husband
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: on me? And the woman took off her shoes. She said,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: nail down. She stood on her barefoot and she said
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: nail down. For about fifteen minutes, this woman from the
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: heart of a mother. I honestly did not care what
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: she was saying. All I was concerned about was the
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: fact that it was the heart to hurt connection. I'm
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: going to make one request as we wrap up. I'm
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: going to ask at the end of this respectfully, so
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: Pastor Gandhi, representing the father's here to speak over this congregation.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: I know he has been your pastor for many years.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: I'm not asking the pastor to speak. You've heard the
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: pastor for many years. I'm asking the Father to speak.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: He that receives a prophet in the name of a profit,
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: you can receive a prophet in the name of your brother.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: You will receive discussions and news about the family situation.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: You can receive in the name of whatever it is.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Have you learned something. I went for a meeting, and
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: in that meeting, a man gave a story that changed
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: my life. Very great man. A church like this, and
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: they were telling us the story. Things were going bad
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: in his house, yet the church was excelling, the church
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: was doing well, whereas his family was not doing well.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: One time, just like our mother, here someone is going on,
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: and you can imagine, she just got up and walked
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: out of the church. Literally, she walked out of the church.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: And the pastor was touched, confused, what is going on now?
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: He was done preaching, finished counseling, and rushed home and
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: he said, my wife, what is wrong? Did I offend you?
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: Did I say something? Not a word? He sat down
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: at the table to eat, and then here's this woman
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: serving her husband of many years, and he noticed the
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: trade that she brought was different. You know that trade
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: that women keep for special occasions. She brought it out
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: and he said, please, my food. We'll be married for years.
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: Let's leave these children. If you bring I'm hungry. Not
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: a word from her. Set the table with honor, with respect,
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: with regard, and then she brought the last item on
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: the table and she got down on her knees and
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: she said, God servant, my family is in trouble. The
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: man looked at his wife and said he felt that
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: same anointing that he would feel when he was in church.
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: Since I've been relating with you just as a wife.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: It is not the world the husband dimension. I'm looking
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: for that Father, that grace that produces the testimonies that
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: we only hear in church and cannot come to my life.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: Now I'm taking responsibility. This is not your wife. This
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: is one who has submitted to your grace. And he
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: said he laid his hands on his wife and began
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: to prophesy that everything that has played her home which
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: is also his home, and miracles began to happen.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: I will stop here, Abba, Father, allelujah.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: Is it all right if I make an altar call?
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: Thank you, allelujah? What is an altar called? It's not
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: a call to come forward. No, is not a call
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: to recite a poem that is a reference from scripture.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: An alt call is a declaration of your inability to
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: help yourself. It is proof of humility. It's an acknowledgment
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: of the governing authority of Jesus in this place right now.
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: I believe there are men and women, some of you
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: may have come for this conference. Some of you following
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: by way of television and Internet, and the Holy Spirit
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: is speaking to you. The greatest of all fathers, is
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: called the Father of spirits, is desiring a relationship, and
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: for many you may be like the prodigal son. Your
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: sayn Apostles, good listening to you. But now whilst hearing
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: you speak, the Holy Ghost began to convict me that
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: this faith life is not just about burdensome rituals. God
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: desires a functional relationship between a father and a son,
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: a father and his child. And this may be your
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: moment to truly make it right with Jesus. Or perhaps
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: there's someone here. You're like the prodigal son. The story
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: started with you in the house, but for some reason
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: you've veered off, and now you are in a state
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: that does not glorify God. And you're saying, Apostle, if
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: you would give me one chance, I'd like to make
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: this right with Jesus wherever you are, without any sense
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: of shame and fear. May I request, with the determination
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: of the prodigal son, please stand upon your feet. I
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: want to pray with you. Thank you God, bless you stand.
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: Let's celebrate them as they stand stand. Don't be ashamed.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: Stand wherever you are. This is unto Jesus. You're making
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: it right with your maker. You're making it right with
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: appah allelujah, my big love.
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: It is the most beautiful Montausands and thiousds, my beig love,
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: it is the most beautiful a Montaius and Tison.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: Yes shoes, w uh uh yes shoes. Now, for all
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: of you who are standing, I salute your courage, Thank
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: you for making this bold decision for Jesus. I'm going
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: to lead you to prayer, prayer, and that includes those
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: who are watching by way of television, or perhaps you
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: are even watching a rebroadcast of this program. It is
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: never too late to make it right with Jesus. For
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: all who are standing, please say after me, loud and clear,
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Say Lord Jesus one more time. Say Lord Jesus, I
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: love you with all my heart. I believe that you
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: are the son of God. I believe that you died
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: for my sin. Right now I receive Jesus into my
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: heart as my savior, my Lord and my King. I
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: declare that the power of sin, saytan hell, and the
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: grave is broken over my life. From today I am
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: a child of God. Amen. Let me pray for your father.
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: Thank you for these precious ones. Your word declares that
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: as many who will come to you, you will in
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: no wise cast away. In the name of Jesus, but

- 1:13:26Speaker 2: of God. In the name of Jesus. We declare that
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: that from hence you go from glory to glory and
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: grace to grace. For in Jesus' much less name we
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: have prayed. Okay, So here's what I want you to
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: do for me. All of you, please give standing, Please

- 1:13:49Speaker 2: made this decision, they are counselors who are handing a card.

- 1:13:55Speaker 2: one moment, Please pick your bags, your bibles, whatever you
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: came to church with. And may I please request that
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: you just follow the counselors. They will have a word
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: with you. Or perhaps can we allow so that ones
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: who are don't speaking they can go? Will that be fine?
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: At my request? Okay? So that because I want us
