- 0:01Well, we have some good news this morning.
- 0:03Susie just informed me gold and silver are on a quote UN quote
- 0:08rampage. Let's run out and take a look
- 0:10and then we're going to talk about $4800 gold.
- 0:13Big news from the top analyst in the gold and silver sector.
- 0:18We'll cover that, but let's go take a look at the gold price.
- 0:21Guys. I think we have reason to be
- 0:25content. Wow, look at this.
- 0:27We're going to press the the button here and get an update,
- 0:30$33 per oz. The gold price is up.
- 0:34That is awesome. Silver of 54 cents.
- 0:37Come on silver guys. The reality is once silver gets
- 0:42above $30, my belief is that we are absolutely going to
- 0:47skyrocket from there. And there's some other people
- 0:49that are coming around to our way of thinking.
- 0:53But who writes the book, the annual Bible, whatever you want
- 0:58to call it for the precious metals sector?
- 1:01It's a guy named Ronnie Stoferly.
- 1:03I think he's from Germany. Let's pull this up.
- 1:05I'll show you quickly what he writes every year.
- 1:09It's the In Gold We Trust report.
- 1:12This is a picture of the 2024 edition.
- 1:15Ronald Soferly, He's from Incrementum AG.
- 1:20This guy gets all the respect and deservedly so.
- 1:24I was listening to him talk last night.
- 1:27He's talking about $4800 gold by the end of this decade.
- 1:32Look, that could be low. Some of us think it could go
- 1:34much higher. But don't forget we're almost
- 1:37into 2025 S. The end of the decade is the
- 1:40next five years. Ask yourself that question.
- 1:43Would you be happy that five years from now we had a gold
- 1:47price at $4800 per oz? What about silver?
- 1:53I think we'd have triple digit silver by that point as well,
- 1:57maybe even higher. But he had some interesting
- 1:59things to say. I listen to him give a a talk
- 2:02last night. He said he pointed out this
- 2:04important point. We've yet to take out the
- 2:07inflation adjusted high for gold.
- 2:11We were at new all time highs. And hey, guys, wait a minute.
- 2:14Let's celebrate for a second. All right.
- 2:16As of right now, we know how it goes.
- 2:18But as of right now, silver and gold are as silver.
- 2:22Susie put it on a rampage. She was super excited
- 2:28nonetheless. If we get to the inflation
- 2:30adjusted high, we're talking 2700 twenty, $800 gold guys.
- 2:35We could see like some rapid moves in the gold price.
- 2:39I know we're talking about the potential for a pullback, right?
- 2:44A little more of a consolidation, but that doesn't
- 2:46have to happen. We talked about that yesterday.
- 2:49There's no guarantee that that has to happen.
- 2:52We could, we could be off to the races through the end of the
- 2:56year. 44 dollars silver, $44.00 silver by Christmas.
- 3:02It's a little secret. Why don't you guys all join me
- 3:05and write a little letter to Santa, dear Santa.
- 3:09And you know what, right? I got a free 10 oz bar of silver
- 3:14yesterday. I'm going to tell you about that
- 3:16next when we finish, finish with Ronnie Stoeferly and I'm going
- 3:19to tell you how you can get yourself a free 10 oz bar of
- 3:23silver as well. OK?
- 3:26Bull markets don't end at inflation adjusted highs.
- 3:30That's what Ronnie said, right guys?
- 3:32Higher highs we got. This is a fact of all markets,
- 3:37whether you're talking about the oil market, whether you're
- 3:39talking about the gold and silver market, whether you're
- 3:42talking about Bitcoin or whether you're talking about Apple
- 3:46computer stock. When something gets to a new
- 3:50high, it very likely continues then to make newer higher highs,
- 3:55higher highs, higher highs, we could be in for a good run in
- 3:59the gold market and silver, of course.
- 4:03OK, He says we're at half time right now, a lot of room for
- 4:09improvement in western participation, right?
- 4:13Western ETF, our neighbors, we talk about that ad nauseam.
- 4:16We can't stand our neighbors. And one of the reasons why we
- 4:20can't stand our neighbors is because they don't buy gold and
- 4:22silver, but they will, right? You're going to be regarded as
- 4:26like the hero of the neighborhood.
- 4:28Don't you worry. OK, Central bank buying.
- 4:31Oh, this is interesting. I've never thought about this.
- 4:34We all hear it over and over. Central banks are buying gold.
- 4:37Why is gold up? I hear it.
- 4:39You know, they asked the top guys, well, because central
- 4:41banks are buying gold. But think about this, and I'll
- 4:45credit Ronnie Stoferly with turning this light bulb on
- 4:48inside my head. Central banks are sticky buyers.
- 4:53You know what a sticky buyer, what that means.
- 4:55That means they're not buying gold thinking, oh, we'll buy
- 4:58some gold this month and we'll sell it three months from now or
- 5:01we'll sell it a year from now. No, central banks buy gold.
- 5:05And what do they do with it? They store it away as a
- 5:08generational investment. Probably real similar to what
- 5:11you do when you buy gold and silver.
- 5:14Do you buy it as a generational investment?
- 5:16I do. I've never sold an ounce, right?
- 5:20I don't store it here at the house.
- 5:21I keep it stashed away. But none the less, when we buy
- 5:24gold and silver, we buy it as a generational investment, OK?
- 5:29By the way, I got a problem. I did lose some silver.
- 5:33I'll try to remember to tell you that story here in a little bit
- 5:35as well. ETF of this ETF outflows over
- 5:43the last what, two years? It's so critical to remember the
- 5:47precious metals prices have done well in an environment where
- 5:51money was coming out of the ETFs.
- 5:55I'm hearing everybody say this and we're going to say it right
- 5:58now, guys. All the long standing or a lot
- 6:03of the long standing relationships in the gold and
- 6:06silver market had been thrown out the window, right?
- 6:10It used to be that if money was coming out of the ETFs, out of
- 6:14the GLD, the SLVETS, that meant that the that the metals had to
- 6:19go down in price. That didn't happen this time.
- 6:23Money was coming out of those ETFs and the price was going up.
- 6:27That's a good thing. That's like running a record 100
- 6:31yard dash time, running into a 10 mile per hour wind.
- 6:35When the wind shifts, when Western investors and it's
- 6:38happening right now, over the last four months, we've had
- 6:41positive flows into the ETFs that will be more wind, more
- 6:47wind in the sails of gold and silver and there's a lot more
- 6:51things that are the wind, more wind sources that are coming to
- 6:55the sails. We're going to talk about it
- 6:57all, OK. The next wave of inflation could
- 7:01trigger gold mania. Man, it is.
- 7:05There's so much going on. We got more inflation data this
- 7:09morning. We're going to talk about that.
- 7:10Yes, inflation. Well, I'm going to wait a little
- 7:14bit till I tell you, but guys, inflation is the new king for
- 7:18precious metals, OK, All right. A hard landing in the economy
- 7:23could also be very good for gold and silver.
- 7:28Gold mining stocks are as cheap as they've ever been.
- 7:30All right, Even Frank, Frank Gestra, I listened to him last
- 7:33night, Right. He's got he's a legendary
- 7:35investor gold and silver mining stocks, especially the junior
- 7:41level gold mining stocks, the developers companies like
- 7:45channel sponsor first Mining Gold are at value levels that
- 7:50we've never seen the opportunity.
- 7:52I'm not giving financial advice, but the but the potential for
- 7:56capital appreciation in that entire sector is so, so huge
- 8:01right now. And, and you know, when that
- 8:04money comes back into that sector, that'll also bring more
- 8:08attention into the physical precious metals, which will be
- 8:11another source of when coming into the into the sector.
- 8:16We're going to talk about why inflation, right, is now the
- 8:21kingpin for the precious metals. But let me tell you how I got
- 8:25one of these for free yesterday, huh?
- 8:28Not this exact bar, you guys. This one's always I keep.
- 8:30I keep a little bit of silver here at the house in the
- 8:32basement so I can show you guys. That's a 10 oz bar of silver.
- 8:41Here's how I did it. Let me show you.
- 8:42Let me show you how I got a free 10 oz bar of silver.
- 8:46Hold on. Let's go back here so you don't
- 8:48have to watch me. Hi, everybody.
- 8:49You can watch me struggle here. I'm trying to get to a picture.
- 8:57So yesterday morning, you know, I'm like you, right?
- 9:01I'm waking up, got all this stuff I got to do and Susie says
- 9:04to me, the shower, the floor, the shower drains backed up.
- 9:07We have this recurring problem in our house about once every
- 9:11nine months because my wife has beautiful, luscious long hair.
- 9:14I have daughters with long hair where our drains get backed up
- 9:17when our two-story house, the second story shower and I'm
- 9:20like, oh, you know what it's like, right?
- 9:22Oh my God, I got to deal with this and blah, blah, blah.
- 9:25Usually usually I'm to put a plug in for a product.
- 9:29This is how you can get a free 10 oz bar of silver.
- 9:32Usually I use this stuff not wrong side.
- 9:35This stuff it's called thrift. Used to only be able to get it
- 9:39at plumbing supply stores. A plumber told me about it.
- 9:43You have to go to one of those back Rd. plumbing supply stores
- 9:45to clean the drain. So I got my thrift.
- 9:48I went upstairs. I'm like I'm going to clean the
- 9:49drain out. Well, I took a shower first
- 9:52because I wanted to warm the pipes up.
- 9:54And anyway, Long story short, the drain was completely backed
- 9:57up and you can't use that's a that's safe on pipes.
- 10:00It's good stuff. You know what, I'll put a link
- 10:01to it in the description of this video.
- 10:04Anyway, I'm like, I got to get out this thing.
- 10:06So I got this out. OK.
- 10:09Can you see that? That's our Cub Cadet tractor,
- 10:12and that is a snake and it's hooked up.
- 10:15You can see behind it to my little Black and Decker drill
- 10:20and I spent about an hour. This is why I was crabby during
- 10:23the live stream. I apologize to you basement
- 10:26dwellers. And by the way, it's a big deal
- 10:28you're here. Thank you for being here, but I
- 10:30apologize. I was a little crabby yesterday
- 10:33because I'd spent the hour before I went live on my knees
- 10:36with that snake. I think it's called right.
- 10:40I got this one at Lowe's or Home Depot.
- 10:41I don't usually go to Lowe's or Home Depot, but I spent an hour
- 10:44on my hands and knees. And I mean, it was like 25 feet
- 10:48down the line and I finally got that big goop of, yes, that's
- 10:51hair out of the thing. And I was done.
- 10:54And I cleared it out. And you know what I told one of
- 10:57my neighbors, I mean, I was like, yeah, I cleared the shower
- 10:59drain again. But he said I had to have that
- 11:01done the other day. It wound up costing me 300
- 11:04bucks. And I thought, you know what?
- 11:07I did that myself. I've saved $300.00 right by this
- 11:11disgusting hard job. That's a, that's a 10 oz.
- 11:15That's this guys, that's this. And actually, if you think about
- 11:19it right, if you think about it, I'd actually have to earn like
- 11:24500 bucks to get the 300 to buy the silver bar.
- 11:28So the story, the more what? Please stop selling the hell
- 11:32thing. Oh, OK.
- 11:36Anyway, so that's Susie on the walkie-talkie.
- 11:39This is my live stream. I will show what I like
- 11:41nonetheless. You'd have to earn $500, right?
- 11:46Pay taxes to have the 300 to pay rescue rooter or rotor rooter,
- 11:51whoever it is. I bought that snake thing for
- 11:53like 25 bucks. Learn how to do things for
- 11:56yourself and the money you save, buy silver.
- 11:59OK, that's the point. That's the point.
- 12:02All right, let's talk about what what's going on in the silver
- 12:04and gold market. That's what you're here for.
- 12:07This morning we got this news. OK, we got news.
- 12:11We're going to go out to CNBC, our favorite source of
- 12:15information, ha ha. But nonetheless, wholesale
- 12:18prices rose. This is inflation, guys.
- 12:21When it comes to the gold and silver market right now, nothing
- 12:25will trump inflation. Inflation. the Fed has become
- 12:29impotent. the Fed has been neutered.
- 12:32They may not like it, but that's the reality.
- 12:35Inflation is taking over and it will result in much iron, I
- 12:40think. I believe that's why.
- 12:41Are you wondering why are the gold and silver price taking
- 12:45off? I think I have a one of the good
- 12:46reasons why right here. It has to do with inflation.
- 12:52We got some employment numbers as well, but it's the excluding.
- 12:56This is it right here. Excluding food and energy, PPI
- 13:00increased .3%, slightly higher than the .2% inflation.
- 13:06The core PPI number came in higher than expected.
- 13:10Of course, the mainstream media isn't going to point that out,
- 13:14right? They're just going to say
- 13:14inflation's on. Everything's great.
- 13:16Everything's awesome. The core increase was the same
- 13:21when excluding other trade services.
- 13:23Inflation is going up. We're going to, we're going to,
- 13:27we're going to experience much higher inflation in that.
- 13:30This is before they're cutting interest rates.
- 13:33OK, briefly, then we'll get back to inflation.
- 13:38Initial filings for unemployment benefits totaled 230,000 for the
- 13:45week, New people, a quarter million people filing for
- 13:49unemployment and that was up as well.
- 13:52So why does inflation now rule the day, right?
- 13:59The old days are gone. We are in an absolute new
- 14:02territory, a new paradigm, a regime shift, whatever you want
- 14:06to call it. What proof do we see of that?
- 14:09Well, we see the proof. Like we talked of earlier, ETF
- 14:13outflows during the last two years out of the GLD, the SLV
- 14:17money coming out in gold and silver reacted exactly opposite
- 14:23of the way they should. They went up OK.
- 14:25Now we are in a situation where the Fed has become less, much
- 14:31less potent with their tools, with their ability to control
- 14:35inflation, to control the value of the US dollar.
- 14:39This all rests on a very shaky foundation of the fact that the
- 14:44US government has lost control of its fiscal situation, right?
- 14:48The $35.4 trillion in national debt.
- 14:54Inflation is going to drive the precious metals prices as we
- 14:59head into the coming years. And inflation is nothing more,
- 15:03nothing more OK than devaluation of the US dollar.
- 15:08You can't, you know, it's six or one half dozen the other.
- 15:11It's the same thing. It's the same horse by a
- 15:14different name. It's what however you want to
- 15:17say it, OK? The the Fed and the Fed is even
- 15:20indicated, right, That they've given up on their fight on
- 15:24inflation. the Fed needs inflation, guys, You can't trust
- 15:29this character. And I think I can say this
- 15:32because he doesn't really work for our government, right?
- 15:35You can't trust him. No, I'm sorry.
- 15:38OK? I know he looks trustworthy.
- 15:40He looks like an Eagle Scout. Good guy, right?
- 15:43I've invited him here to the basement thousands of times so
- 15:47we could talk and he could explain to us why we should
- 15:49trust him. But we can't trust them.
- 15:53They need inflation. Inflation will be the new
- 15:57kingpin. It will drive the price of the
- 16:00precious metals in the coming months, quarters and years.
- 16:05It will put a big smile on our faces.
- 16:09OK, right. Because in interest rates, when
- 16:12inflation goes back to 8%, it doesn't make a lick of
- 16:16difference If old Jerome there raises rates again, if inflation
- 16:20goes to 12%, he can put the Fed funds rate at 8%.
- 16:24And he very well may. Because think about this.
- 16:28Who's going to want to own the debt, right?
- 16:30They're going to have two choices, either print money and
- 16:33monetize the national debt, because nobody's going to want
- 16:36to buy that crud, right? Who's who?
- 16:39Any other foreign country with a calculator can see what's going
- 16:43on in this country. So they're either gonna have to
- 16:45let interest rates go up, right, which it's a big mess, which
- 16:50will crash the economy further everything, or they're gonna
- 16:54have to print money, right, Turn on the printing press, which is
- 16:58a simple way to say monetize the debt, print money to buy the
- 17:06debt. It's a big circle.
- 17:07It all leads back to the same end result, which is the US
- 17:13dollar continuing to go down in value.
- 17:17So we're getting evidence this morning, further evidence that
- 17:21inflation continues. The core number, which is what
- 17:26they also called the long term number is, is taking off, right?
- 17:30Are you seeing it? I'm certainly seeing it.
- 17:34Let's go to a viewer comment here, see if I can pull that up.
- 17:40OK. I thought this was a good point.
- 17:42This is from our friend Wayne Robertson said, Hey, Ron, I
- 17:45heard you mention our truth. A lot of people I hear say my
- 17:49truth. And that's when we're talking
- 17:50about what's going on, guys. We talked about, you know, I, I
- 17:53have my truth, you have your truth.
- 17:55You've you've heard that same before.
- 17:57My opinion is that there's only truth because truth is truth and
- 18:01whatever is not truth is a lie. Truth always wins.
- 18:07Thank you, Susie, we got 100 thumbs up.
- 18:10Sometimes it takes time to come out.
- 18:12I always enjoy our visit to the basement.
- 18:15Let's ring the let's ring the bell here guys.
- 18:17And then we're going to talk about that because what is our
- 18:20truth as precious metals investors?
- 18:27That's ten rings of the bell. Susie's back with us helping
- 18:30this morning. That's for the 100.
- 18:32Thumbs up. Oh, my gosh.
- 18:33Thank you for being here. Yeah, you.
- 18:37I'm talking to you, the one and only.
- 18:39You, the apple of your mommy's eye.
- 18:41You're a member of the basement. Welcome.
- 18:44Right? You're part of the group.
- 18:46You're part of the clan. You're part of the gang,
- 18:48whatever we want to call ourselves, we really appreciate
- 18:51you being here. You matter.
- 18:52We want to hear from you. Leave a comment.
- 18:54As you just saw, your comment could be featured during a live
- 18:58stream, which would be viewed. These live streams are being
- 19:00viewed by 10s of thousands of people.
- 19:03OK. So please, you matter, your
- 19:05thoughts matter. You're welcome here.
- 19:07Please subscribe to the channel. Give the video a thumbs up.
- 19:12That feels good to do, right, doesn't it?
- 19:14It's nice thing for you to do. And super chats.
- 19:17Super thanks. Donations, whatever.
- 19:20We never beg, but they're always super appreciated.
- 19:23So yeah, our truth, right, is that we know what's going on in
- 19:28the world. We know what's going on with the
- 19:30monetary system. We know what's going on with the
- 19:33fiscal situation in the United States, and we know that gold
- 19:38and silver have been valuable for thousands and thousands of
- 19:42years. Get a load of this.
- 19:44On that note, this is super interesting.
- 19:47This, this really got me to thinking.
- 19:50Let's go out to the New York Post.
- 19:55Archaeologists stumble upon priceless gold coins from an
- 20:00ancient empire in an unusual location.
- 20:08In Bulgaria, 5 Byzantine Byzantine coins, which date back
- 20:13to the reign of Justinian the Great, were uncovered by
- 20:17archaeologists digging on a site in Deb Nevo in Bulgaria.
- 20:22The excavation OK the village. OK, here we go.
- 20:26The village, which is close to a 5th century fortress, has been
- 20:30the site of XX excavation projects for five years.
- 20:35A 5th century fortress? There's the coins.
- 20:40I mean, look at that. Aren't those beautiful?
- 20:44OK, All right, think about this, guys.
- 20:46What's the lesson here? Here we go.
- 20:49Justinian had ruled the Byzantine Empire from 5:27 to
- 20:53565 AD. OK, Now what's important about
- 21:00that? Because I got news for you.
- 21:03This is going to shock you. One of your relatives could have
- 21:07lived in that village, right? 500 AD.
- 21:11You had relatives. I had relatives.
- 21:14We may share relatives that were alive during that time period,
- 21:18right? OK, 1500 years ago, somebody
- 21:22lost some gold coins. OK, they're still as valuable
- 21:28today. Let that sink in for a minute.
- 21:31You know, I was talking with Lynette Zhang yesterday.
- 21:34I have an interview with her coming out tomorrow.
- 21:36And we were talking about that, the timeless value of precious
- 21:41metals 1500 years ago, your great, great grandpa to the
- 21:47140th degree, whatever. It would be right if he'd hidden
- 21:52those same exact coins and you knew where they were today,
- 21:57they'd be worth just as much, maybe even more than they are
- 22:01right now. But the other thing that Lynette
- 22:03and I talked about with the gold and silver market is not only is
- 22:07it timeless, guys, but it permeates every corner, every
- 22:12last inch of this planet. Nothing else.
- 22:17And she pointed this out. You got to watch this interview.
- 22:21This is is is the is is is the world's right now preferred
- 22:27reserve currency. Look, it flies paper money.
- 22:31We it's based on nothing. There it goes.
- 22:35OK, it doesn't permeate every corner of the planet.
- 22:40It doesn't. Sorry, gold does permeate.
- 22:43Silver does permeate the market. The value every last millimeter
- 22:49of land on the planet. The other fascinating thing, and
- 22:54we'll just talk about silver, but it's true for gold as well,
- 22:56but the sheer number of people that are involved in the silver
- 23:04market, she was holding up silverware, right?
- 23:06But just the pure number of people on the planet like you
- 23:10and me, fellow basement dwellers, fellow silver lovers,
- 23:15right? That that own silver, those are
- 23:18market participants every single day.
- 23:20Where's my 10 oz bar that I got for free yesterday?
- 23:24Every single day I have a decision to make.
- 23:27Am I going to hold this? And you do too.
- 23:29Look at some of your silver, right?
- 23:31Am I going to hold this or am I going to sell it?
- 23:35I choose to hold, but it's not just us, it's more people.
- 23:39There are somebody correct me and no one's been able to yet
- 23:43tell me another market in the world that has more
- 23:46participants, the crude oil market.
- 23:48No, I don't have barrels of crude oil in my basement.
- 23:52Sorry. Right.
- 23:53When it comes to a physical market, wheat.
- 23:57I can't store bushels of wheat or however they measure it.
- 24:00Or corn. No, right.
- 24:02Silver and gold have more people throughout the world
- 24:05participating in the market than anything else.
- 24:08It's also the oldest market. It's also the wisest market.
- 24:13And as of just a few minutes ago, as Silver Susie aptly
- 24:20pointed out, the silver and gold market were on a rampage.
- 24:23We need to do an update. Take your high blood pressure
- 24:26medicine. Let's go out to channel sponsor
- 24:29Pimbex Pi MB EX and we're going to check the gold and silver
- 24:34price here in a second. I need to update it.
- 24:36That's not the updated price. But first, I want to say thank
- 24:39you to Pimbex for sponsoring Ron's Basement.
- 24:43Guys. Look, here's the reality.
- 24:45Without support from our sponsors, this daily broadcast
- 24:49is not possible. And what I feel so good about
- 24:53having Pen Backs as a sponsor, it's a company that I trust, a
- 24:57company that I worked with before they sponsored the
- 25:01channel, right? I bought from them I think two
- 25:04or three times and was a very happy customer before they
- 25:08approached me and I've actually I approached them over the
- 25:11months. Anyway, it doesn't matter to
- 25:13sponsor the basement. I know that they do right by the
- 25:18basement dweller community. I've received overwhelming
- 25:23positive feedback. OK, so if you want to get ultra
- 25:26competitive pricing, a great selection and work with a
- 25:29company that you know you can trust, please talk to the guys
- 25:33at PMBEX. They can also help with IRA
- 25:37conversions. Now let's do an update on the
- 25:39gold and silver price. All right, let's press the
- 25:44button, hold your breath and OK, gold is still up $30 per oz Wow,
- 25:52silver high. Oh silver away.
- 25:57Everyone join me and and saying yes, yes, let's go silver, let's
- 26:04go gold. You don't have to pull back.
- 26:06You can keep going right? But don't forget pull backs will
- 26:09happen. Nothing goes straight up
- 26:11forever. Nothing absolutely goes straight
- 26:13up forever. Hey, we talked about a $4800
- 26:18gold prediction by the end of the decade.
- 26:21Five years from now, what about a $4000?
- 26:23Let's this article. I made a video about this
- 26:26yesterday, but I want to run through it quickly here during
- 26:28the live stream because I believe this is some critical
- 26:32information from our friend Niels Christensen at Kitco.
- 26:36With all the debt in the world, gold will only look overbought
- 26:40when prices push above $4000 per oz.
- 26:45Now any anybody can say that, but the guy that said it, Eric
- 26:48Strand, he's from a company called AUAG.
- 26:52Let's hold on here. Yep, there we are.
- 26:55Let's go down and I'll introduce you to him.
- 26:57Bye, Neil. And look at that gold.
- 27:02The gold market continues to consolidate above $25.00 an
- 27:06ounce. Yes, we know that.
- 27:08Look at this guy, man, he's good looking, huh?
- 27:13Eric Strand, founder of the OK, so this guy is in Sweden.
- 27:17He owns a company called AUAG Funds.
- 27:21They have 40,000 investors and he's saying right now that the
- 27:25fair, right now, the fair value of gold is 40.
- 27:31I'm sorry, $4000 per oz. Woo Hoo.
- 27:35We like you Eric, and you're easy on the eyes.
- 27:37All right, maybe I did you guys notice I got a haircut.
- 27:41Maybe next time I'm going to get a cut like that says we're going
- 27:46to see volatility 4000. Anything below 4000 is cheap
- 27:52long term. The market is nowhere close to
- 27:55being overvalued right now, which means it's undervalued.
- 27:59He says central banks continue to increase the money supply.
- 28:03We see that on the on the US debt clock, it's, you know, just
- 28:08ballooning. We're at 35 trillion.
- 28:10The players may have changed, but printing and paper remain
- 28:14the same. He says that that the only time
- 28:25gold was slightly overvalued was in 2011.
- 28:29OK. And since then we had zero rate,
- 28:32interest rate policy. But in 2011 the debt to GDP
- 28:37ratio was around 95%. Now the jet debt to GDP ratio is
- 28:46at 122% and we know they say anything over what?
- 28:531/21/10 1:30 Statistically, no country has ever come back all
- 28:59right after hitting an all time high above 1900 an ounce.
- 29:03Gold struggled after that 2011 high.
- 29:06But he's saying he doesn't see that happening this time and
- 29:09there's no political incentive. Think about this guys.
- 29:14There is no plan, no discussion within our government on either
- 29:18side of the aisle to reign in government spending, right?
- 29:23The deficit, the fact that our government spends, what, a
- 29:26trillion or two more than it brings in every year, There's
- 29:29nobody talking about that happening.
- 29:31So the reality is this is only going to get worse.
- 29:36The value of the dollar will only get worse.
- 29:39Strand noted that although the Federal Reserve has aggressively
- 29:42raised rates to bring down inflation, the global increase
- 29:47in deficit spending means consumer prices are likely to
- 29:51remain subdued for very long. Unlikely.
- 29:56I was like, wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 29:57Unlikely to remain subdued. He's saying what we talked
- 30:00about. Inflation, baby is here to stay.
- 30:08That's why I'm a strong believer in gold and silver.
- 30:10They're the best protection against money printing.
- 30:14Although the momentum is waning right now, though, it's not
- 30:17waning this morning. It's a short term consolidation
- 30:22in that the Fed could could be a catalyst for more big moves next
- 30:25week. Western investors are just
- 30:28starting to buy. As we can see in the ETFs.
- 30:31We talked about that earlier, gold is significantly under, oh,
- 30:35this is good. Gold is significantly under
- 30:38owned compared to historic norms.
- 30:41The global allocation to gold is around 1%.
- 30:44If that normalizes to 5%, it would be transformative for the
- 30:51gold price. Yeah, that would be about 5
- 30:55times the amount of money coming into the precious metals sector.
- 31:00Are you ready for that? I'm ready, right?
- 31:03And I mean, if five times the amount of money comes into the
- 31:08precious metal sector, you're going to see the metals take off
- 31:11and you're going to see the mining stocks take off like
- 31:14never before. There's still an opportunity to
- 31:24gain some exposure. As undervalued as gold is
- 31:27compared to his long term price forecast, he said the mining
- 31:31sector is even more underappreciated.
- 31:33We talked about that early. Mining stocks are cheap, OK.
- 31:38He says there's a solid value in the mining sector.
- 31:41So, yeah, as he pointed out, five times the amount of money
- 31:47could be coming into the the gold and silver sector.
- 31:52Is the economy crashing? I'm going to give you a quick
- 31:54view into my mail that I saw two things I got in the mail
- 31:58yesterday. Excuse me.
- 32:02Allergies are killing me. Trying to mute the microphone
- 32:05for you when I have to cough. This came from a restaurant here
- 32:08in Saint Louis called First Watch.
- 32:11Guys, they're back. OK, I'm getting all these offers
- 32:16in the mail. Buy one, get one free.
- 32:19OK, all right, guys, let's get the 200 thumbs up.
- 32:23We'll ring the old cowbell. Then.
- 32:27I got this one from Zhang Chi Chinese Restaurant.
- 32:30And I look on the back, look at that.
- 32:34It's full of buy one, get one free.
- 32:36What does that mean to me? Number one, I'm very excited
- 32:40because I love coupons. OK, I love buy one, get one free
- 32:43coupons. It's like getting money in the
- 32:45mail. But what it means is these
- 32:48restaurants are hurting. I I tell you I'm I'd be honest,
- 32:52right? I love Susie will tell you and
- 32:53it's before my wonderful 19 year marriage to Susie Silver.
- 32:59Susie, I did have another romantic involvement and I'll
- 33:04never forget with one of the last things that she said to me
- 33:06when we were leaving was and you always had to use a coupon when
- 33:10we went out to eat. And I said good riddance, see
- 33:16you later, right, because that's like free money.
- 33:19So I trust me, I keep a close eye on buy one, get one free
- 33:22coupons. They've been non existent for
- 33:25the last three or four years and now I'm seeing them come back
- 33:28with a vengeance because these restaurants are hurting.
- 33:32They're desperate for customers, right?
- 33:34People don't have the money to spend in restaurants.
- 33:37So now we're starting to get all of these buy one, get one free
- 33:41coupons. Let's move on here to couple
- 33:46more quick. Well, here silver one more crazy
- 33:54situation going on in the silver market from Kitco Jordan Finesse
- 34:01silver self healing breakthrough could be a game changer for
- 34:07electronics. We know silver solar panels,
- 34:11microchips, everything else. This guy's apparently is
- 34:16potentially a big story. Solid-state batteries announced
- 34:19by Samsung, right? This is new news out of China.
- 34:24Here we go. This is what I want to cover.
- 34:26Just these two paragraphs. According to a new study
- 34:29published in Matter, researchers from the Institute of Physics of
- 34:35the Chinese Academy of Sciences have discovered that silver has
- 34:38the intrinsic capability of autonomously self healing at the
- 34:43nano scale level. The concept of self healing in
- 34:49material science and engineering was inspired by the innate
- 34:53ability of some living organisms to self heal, but thus far the
- 34:57focus is generally been on soft materials like polymers and
- 35:03hydrogels for solid-state materials.
- 35:06So I guess that's like a solid-state battery.
- 35:08Why they call it solid-state battery?
- 35:09Because silver is a solid-state materials that that wasn't the
- 35:13case. So what they're saying is, and
- 35:16this is crazy that silver they're in China, they've
- 35:22discovered a way that silver is self healing.
- 35:25And that got me thinking, do we need to be careful?
- 35:27Right here's here's 3 Morgan or one piece or two pieces and one
- 35:33Morgan silver dollars, right? Listen to that our old friend
- 35:37silver. Do we have to be afraid that at
- 35:41some point we're I'm going to come down here and these things
- 35:43are going to be fused together. But on a serious note, it's
- 35:47another massive news story for silver, right?
- 35:51Its ability and applications to be self healing.
- 35:54They're saying this could this could this could be a
- 35:57potentially a new unchartered use of silver in the medical
- 36:06field. But also in the technology
- 36:09field, I mean, everywhere we turn, is it like every week
- 36:15we're getting some new major story about silver.
- 36:18And I heard somebody say this silver improves everything that
- 36:24it touches, whether you're talking about technology, right?
- 36:30What I mean, microchips, solar panels right now, the self
- 36:36healing ability silver just is, is shocking.
- 36:39And it's every week, right? Don't forget, last week it was
- 36:43Samsung in this new solid-state battery that's being tested with
- 36:47Toyota right now. And they're saying that that
- 36:50that the first place Toyota's going to roll these out isn't
- 36:54Lexus, their luxury brand, these new EV batteries that address
- 36:59all the major issues that people have with EV batteries.
- 37:04You know, I was at the store the other day, the grocery store
- 37:07getting Donuts with my daughter, and this guy pulled up in the
- 37:10parking lot in this really cool Tesla and he was look like a
- 37:15nice guy. It was a really nice car.
- 37:16Was one of the model SI think it was the big, you know, and I
- 37:19said, hey, do you like that thing?
- 37:20He's like, yeah. You know, I liked it a lot more
- 37:22when I first got it, but he was kind of complaining about taking
- 37:25it on road trips and having to sleep in the back seat while
- 37:29it's being charred. And, and guys, these new
- 37:35batteries, right, address all the big issues.
- 37:38They charge and like a fraction of the time, OK, they weigh half
- 37:43as much, but they also use like a kilogram.
- 37:49It's estimated of silver. So everywhere we turn,
- 37:52everywhere we look, what we're hearing are new innovative uses
- 37:57for silver. It's only going to get worse.
- 38:00And, and, and we know. We know.
- 38:03The reality is that there's less silver being produced every
- 38:07single year. Hold on a second.
- 38:09I'd really like to ring that cowbell.
- 38:10Can we get 200 thumbs up? Who can give us some thumbs up?
- 38:14And Susie will yell down at me to let me.
- 38:17We just need one more. We need one more thumbs.
- 38:21We got it. OK guys, let's ring the cowbell.
- 38:30For those of you who are new basement dwellers #1 welcome.
- 38:33You are part of the group number two.
- 38:35We ring the cowbell when we get the 200 thumbs up on the today's
- 38:39when Susie is able to be on the live stream.
- 38:42Let's go back out and get another update on the gold and
- 38:45silver price. See where we are.
- 38:48OK, All right, $32 wow. Silver up 61 cents.
- 38:56Wow, what a great day. What a great time to be invested
- 39:03in the precious metals markets. And guys, it's only going to get
- 39:07better. OK?
- 39:09We got a top analyst, Ronnie Stoferly reminding us, right
- 39:14that he sees $4800 gold. And I say that means triple
- 39:19digit silver in the next 5 years.
- 39:21Do you believe? I believe?
- 39:22Do you, if you believe, if you believe that we could get to
- 39:26$100 silver in the next 5 years? Type 100 in the comments.
- 39:32OK. And I'll read some of your
- 39:34names. Hello there, Silver Surfer.
- 39:36Good to see you, buddy. How many of us believe we could
- 39:41see $100 silver in the next 5 years?
- 39:43I firmly believe it. PC boys.
- 39:47Silver Shire. Hey, good to see you, Silver
- 39:49Shire. Vincent Craig.
- 39:51Nicholas. Brian Albin, Look at all you
- 39:54guys. Blade Jays, Phil CM if I've
- 39:58missed anybody. Joe, sorry.
- 39:59Phil CM. The Lone Ranger.
- 40:02Hi Ho Silver Silver Surfer. Good to see you, buddy.
- 40:06Wes GP Greg Mann, Light of the World tomorrow.
- 40:13William OK, $85 before the end of the year.
- 40:18Jake from Jake's Custom Parts. Going out on a limb. 120, Dustin
- 40:221000 OK, here we go. 100 Okinaka, Nicholas.
- 40:27Dustin. Sorry, I forgot to read the
- 40:28names. Dwight.
- 40:29William. Tomorrow.
- 40:31Joe Cavey. Hope or belief?
- 40:33Not sure, really. Yeah, that's true.
- 40:38David Parrish, 200. All right, guys, man, we are on
- 40:41a roll and that's where we're headed.
- 40:44Brian Cole. You know, when I was talking to
- 40:45Lynette Zhang yesterday, something came to mind and I
- 40:50didn't get to ask her, so I'm not putting words in her mouth,
- 40:52but she talked about all these countries that had overnight
- 40:58currency revaluations and what happened to the value.
- 41:02Hey, thank you, Psyops. Sorry, guys, I have a really
- 41:06itchy throat today. Psyop says if it goes that high,
- 41:12what's the chances commodities will just be priced in gold,
- 41:15silver and no longer priced in Fiat?
- 41:19Well, the argument could be made that that that, and I know what
- 41:21you're saying, I don't think that we're going to get away
- 41:23from the US dollar being used in some way, some form or fashion.
- 41:29But really, Psyops, another way to think about it is are,
- 41:33aren't, aren't other commodities already priced in gold and
- 41:37silver right now? The dollar is just another
- 41:39measurement, right? Like like the euro, the dollar,
- 41:43silver and gold, they're all the same thing.
- 41:45If you're looking at silver and gold from a monetary
- 41:48perspective. And there's even this great
- 41:50chart that shows, and I know Raffy Farber's been following a
- 41:53close attention to it I believe lately, which is like the gold
- 41:57to commodity index. So really they are already
- 42:00priced in silver and gold. That goes back to my my argument
- 42:03that we've never really gone off the gold standard in this world.
- 42:06Thank you again for that super chat.
- 42:11You know, they can, they, they fooled us.
- 42:13They put us in a, in a, in a, in a dreamland where this is
- 42:18supposedly valuable. And I know, I understand, you
- 42:24know, if you grew up in this country or whatever country you
- 42:27grew up in, whatever your paper Fiat of choice, whether it's EUR
- 42:30or Canadian dollars, we're, we're, we're just, we're taught
- 42:33to believe and it's very hard to undo that, that this actually
- 42:37has some value. But the reality is that gold and
- 42:41silver in these commodities are priced in gold and silver.
- 42:47And I what I was saying earlier is what about this idea of
- 42:49waking up to like waking up one morning and the dollar has been
- 42:54drastically revalued because that's what's happened in a lot
- 42:57of countries throughout, you know, happens in Argentina
- 43:01happened hundreds and hundreds of times.
- 43:03I'm not predicting that. I'm not saying you're going to
- 43:05wake up tomorrow. And they're, but haven't we had
- 43:08revaluation in this country? Like when Roosevelt confiscated
- 43:13everybody's gold, what was that? 1933, right?
- 43:16And then essentially revalued the gold?
- 43:19Didn't we kind of have a revaluation, a slow motion
- 43:22revaluation of the dollar after 1971 when President Nixon took
- 43:28the United States off the gold standard?
- 43:31It's kind of like they, they boiled us all like a bunch of
- 43:33frogs, right? They took us off the gold
- 43:35standard. And the reality is that the
- 43:40dollar has lost 98% of its value relative to gold since Nixon
- 43:45took us off the gold standard. So that's what's going on.
- 43:49Hey, thank you to the moderators, Jake from Jakes
- 43:51Custom Parts, Big Tim the Silvershire and of course, Annie
- 43:55Oakley and Susie right from Susie's house, who's also known
- 43:59as silver. Susie, thank you for being here
- 44:02today, right? You belong, right?
- 44:05We're a we're a happy group of people that love silver and
- 44:09gold, right? You're always welcome here and
- 44:13it might just make you even a little bit happier because who
- 44:15doesn't like to be part of a fun group?
- 44:17I want you to come back. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 44:21Thumbs up and thank you for the Super chats.
- 44:23OK, Thank you for the support. Always super appreciated.
- 44:27Be good, do yourself right #1 treat yourself good and be nice
- 44:31to other people today. I know you will.
- 44:34I'll do my best as well, and I'll see.
