  Speaker 1: manipulation control. I can tell you stories, Amen, of how
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: this doesn't look when a person has power and starts
• 10:03
  Speaker 1: using their power to manipulate people to benefit them, not
• 10:07
  Speaker 1: to benefit the people that they're leading, but only to
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: get the benefit. And manipulation is looked at, is watched
• 10:14
  Speaker 1: by the Lord himself. Amen. And God's judgment is upon
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: those who use his word to manipulate others, who use
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: their authority and influence to manipulate others, to basically control
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: them like puppets. And it's a sad thing to see,
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: but it is a thing. Amen. And unfortunately, some people
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: don't even know they're being manipulated sometimes. And if we're
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: not careful, we could be on both ends. We could
• 10:39
  Speaker 1: be the people manipulating or the people being manipulated. Amen.

  Speaker 1: So I'm calling this one manipulation control, manipulation control. And
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: let's see what the Word has for us today. We're
• 10:51
  Speaker 1: going to be in Psalms, chapter number seven, Verses fifteen
• 10:56
  Speaker 1: and sixteen. The Word of God says, he made a
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: pit and hollowed it out, and has fallen into the
• 11:03
  Speaker 1: hole which he made before the trap was completed. His mischief,
• 11:10
  Speaker 1: his mischief shall fall back in return upon his own head,
• 11:15
  Speaker 1: and his violence come down with the loose dirt upon
• 11:19
  Speaker 1: his own scout. This Psalmist is realizing that the people
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: who are using their authority, they're falling into their own trap.
• 11:29
  Speaker 1: It's like trying to pour out a cup and then
• 11:35
  Speaker 1: that cup is poison, and you invited into your enemy
• 11:39
  Speaker 1: to drink that cup, and you get up, you leave,
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: your enemy switches the cup, and you start drinking the
• 11:47
  Speaker 1: very poison that you're using to destroy your enemy. Now
• 11:51
  Speaker 1: you drink your own poison. Write something along those lines
• 11:57
  Speaker 1: is what God is saying here through the Psalmist. You're
• 12:01
  Speaker 1: making a pit for yourself. You're falling into your own
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: hole before the trap was even complete. Why because what's
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: going to happen when you try to control and manipulate
• 12:13
  Speaker 1: that stuff is going to fall back on you on
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: your own head. The scripture says, judgment of God is
• 12:20
  Speaker 1: upon those who try to use their own influence, their
• 12:25
  Speaker 1: own power to manipulate others. The trouble he causes recoils
• 12:30
  Speaker 1: on himself. His violence comes down on his own head. So,
• 12:34
  Speaker 1: in other words, God's saying, don't do it. I don't
• 12:39
  Speaker 1: use that type of thing to manipulate others, And don't
• 12:44
  Speaker 1: believe that you're getting over on others without God's seeing
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: what you're doing. God sees all things. Ay man, these
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: scriptures to me are like eye opening. So I'm like, wait,
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: So there's a chance for people to repent as well,
• 13:02
  Speaker 1: because now they know they keep on doing what God
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: has asked them not to do and that God is
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: not pleased with the consequences. He says, well, there's gonna
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: be consequences. You know, it's going to fall on your
• 13:14
  Speaker 1: own head. But opposite applies, right, if you do what
• 13:18
  Speaker 1: God calls you to do. Amen, you can repent from
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: that way of living and turn to the right way
• 13:24
  Speaker 1: of living, and then no harm will be done. Judgment
• 13:31
  Speaker 1: of God will not be upon you because now you're
• 13:33
  Speaker 1: on the right side of things. Hey man, it's a
• 13:36
  Speaker 1: choice we make daily. It's a daily choice. It's not
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: a one and done Like. I can't say a prayer

  Speaker 1: twenty years ago and then go back living the same
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: way I used to live and expect God to bless

  Speaker 1: that type of life. No, But what I could do

  Speaker 1: is remember when I made a prayer twenty something years

  Speaker 1: ago and then live what I prayed, or live who

  Speaker 1: are pray too? A man? The Lord Jesus to save me,

  Speaker 1: to rescue me, to empower me, to transform me. To

  Speaker 1: renew me, to restore me, to redeem me, to cleanse

  Speaker 1: me from all on righteousness, and to not allow me
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: to manipulate or use platforms, or use authority or influence
• 14:18
  Speaker 1: to manipulate people into what I want them to do.

  Speaker 1: It's not cool, it's not right. God is warning us

  Speaker 1: today that those people who do the manipulation, the same
• 14:31
  Speaker 1: way they manipulate others and control others, is the same

  Speaker 1: way those things and those traps are going to fall

  Speaker 1: on their very own self, very own head. The Bible says,

  Speaker 1: how about this one, the Book of Job. Have you

  Speaker 1: read the Book of Job? The story about Job, incredible

  Speaker 1: story how the enemy himself, the devil, went to God
• 14:51
  Speaker 1: and asked to test his servant job. God said, go ahead,
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: but you have some limitations. Chapter thirty two, Verses twenty

  Speaker 1: one and twenty two. Bible says, I will show partiality
• 15:09
  Speaker 1: to no one right, nor will I flatter any man.

  Speaker 1: So this whole thing about when you hear preachers saying,

  Speaker 1: oh God told me, you know, hey, why did you
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: do that? And you know you're my favorite the senator? Nonsense,

  Speaker 1: Nor will I flatter any man, For if I were
• 15:32
  Speaker 1: skilled in flattery, my Maker would soon take me away.

  Speaker 1: The humbleness of this man, he was humbled. This thing

  Speaker 1: about Job is that he was a righteous man. God

  Speaker 1: said he was. He was upright. God said he was

  Speaker 1: God's servant. God said he was his servant. So that's

  Speaker 1: a double gad. I want to test them out. Go ahead,

  Speaker 1: power to manipulate us. He literally gives us a choice.

  Speaker 1: I want to serve him or not. I want to

  Speaker 1: believe he's real or not. Amen. It's our choice. And

  Speaker 1: God isn't getting a way or force his way in
• 16:44
  Speaker 1: our heart. He's a gentle spirit, almighty, but yet gentle spirit.

  Speaker 1: Since the Joy says I think the Lord, I thank

  Speaker 1: the Lord for bringing my granddaughter back into my life.

  Speaker 1: I feel so sorry for her because my daughter does
• 16:56
  Speaker 1: not want to bother with her own daughter. I don't
• 16:59
  Speaker 1: understand how many how my daughter could be like that,

  Speaker 1: But there's a Lord above, and I pray every day

  Speaker 1: for my family and my daughter, and that my daughter

  Speaker 1: comes and talks to me. But now she pushed her

  Speaker 1: daughter away, So like I said, leave it in God's hands.

  Speaker 1: Never did not until my daughter did nothing to my daughter.

  Speaker 1: But I don't know how she could treat her own
• 17:25
  Speaker 1: daughter that way. I wanted to share this with you.

  Speaker 1: Lord sees everything, God sees everything. Walk in love towards

  Speaker 1: your daughter and your family. Continue to walk in peace

  Speaker 1: and love a man and I love and peace that

  Speaker 1: they had to see in your life and not gonna
• 17:42
  Speaker 1: be able to deny it. And they had to come

  Speaker 1: to a place where they're gonna seek that same love

  Speaker 1: and truth. And God will take care of the rest.

  Speaker 1: He would take it from there. Amen. So I speak

  Speaker 1: peace upon your daughter and your family, your granddaughter, Amen,

  Speaker 1: And that you will move in love and not in spite,

  Speaker 1: not of revenge. And don't use your position as a

  Speaker 1: woman of God to manipulate, amen. Just use your position
• 18:05
  Speaker 1: as a woman of God to love your family. And

  Speaker 1: love overcomes a multitude. Love overcomes it all. Bible pretty
• 18:13
  Speaker 1: much says because God is love, Amen. And ultimately God
• 18:17
  Speaker 1: will get his way in these situations. But our parts
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: of playing that you just have to believe and obey
• 18:24
  Speaker 1: and trust God that he has our best interest in

  Speaker 1: his mind. The best plan is from his hand, and

  Speaker 1: his plan is the purposeful plan that we can trust

  Speaker 1: in and we could be involved in on the day

  Speaker 1: to day. Amen. Proverbs chapter ten, verse number nine. The

  Speaker 1: man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes cricket

  Speaker 1: paths will be found out. The day is coming when

  Speaker 1: all those people who are using scriptures, who were using
• 18:56
  Speaker 1: church platforms and pulpits people, the time is coming. Don't

  Speaker 1: worry about it. That time is coming where they will

  Speaker 1: be found out. God already knows what they're trying to do.

  Speaker 1: I think God his grace is so amazing that he's

  Speaker 1: giving them time to repent. Some have repented from that

  Speaker 1: type of leadership. Then others or think they're getting They

  Speaker 1: think they're getting away because they're finding themselves in a
• 19:26
  Speaker 1: position of power. They have money. They manipulated so many
• 19:31
  Speaker 1: people that they probably even have convinced themselves that what
• 19:34
  Speaker 1: they're doing is from the Lord, because they think that
• 19:37
  Speaker 1: influence manipulative control. That manipulation control, they think that's the
• 19:42
  Speaker 1: power of God. Then they think they're doing it God's way,
• 19:46
  Speaker 1: or they think they're somebody a little bit more special
• 19:50
  Speaker 1: than somebody else and anoint them more than anybody else,
• 19:53
  Speaker 1: or maybe are in tune with the Holy Spirit more
• 19:55
  Speaker 1: than others, are tuned in with the Holy Spirit. For
• 19:58
  Speaker 1: whatever reason, they might not repent because they think they're
• 20:01
  Speaker 1: doing God's work. They've been deceived to believe that it's
• 20:04
  Speaker 1: all about them and forgot that it's all about Jesus,
• 20:07
  Speaker 1: It's all about God. It's all about the Father, the Son,
• 20:09
  Speaker 1: and the Holy Spirit. Amen, it's not about us. We
• 20:13
  Speaker 1: have a part to play. Yes, and God would use
• 20:15
  Speaker 1: us in this whole message of the Gospel. Yes, He
• 20:20
  Speaker 1: would use us through the scriptures, with the scriptures, and
• 20:22
  Speaker 1: because of the scriptures. Yes, many will come to the
• 20:25
  Speaker 1: Lord because of the story, your testimony, my testimony, the
• 20:28
  Speaker 1: way we preach, the way we speak, the way we
• 20:30
  Speaker 1: conduct ourselves in situations. Yes. Well, ultimately, we're not called
• 20:36
  Speaker 1: to manipulate others. We're not called to deceive others. We're
• 20:39
  Speaker 1: not called to force people into the Kingdom of God
• 20:42
  Speaker 1: or argue people into the King of God. No, we're
• 20:46
  Speaker 1: not manipulation control people. We are humble people. We are
• 20:51
  Speaker 1: sons and daughters of the Living King of the Living God.

  Speaker 1: We're part of a pre holy priesthood, not a ratchet priesthood,
• 20:58
  Speaker 1: a holy priesthood. So what we do is we honor
• 21:01
  Speaker 1: God by the way we live. We're living sacrifices unto
• 21:05
  Speaker 1: the Lord. So manipulation controls dangerous. Don't do it. If

  Speaker 1: that's you, or you've been told that you've been using

  Speaker 1: your power or your platform to manipulate others, take key
• 21:17
