- 0:00Speaker 1: Felix here and welcome to this pre-market live stream, live from you guessed it London.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Indeed, I just ordered my lunch and a different time zone.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I want to walk you through here three misconceptions and the one big piece of information that retail investors, mainstream media, just don't talk about.
- 0:21Speaker 1: They don't understand it.
- 0:22Speaker 1: They don't even know what it is.
- 0:23Speaker 1: You will stick with me.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We'll walk you through these points here.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Let me share my screen with you.
- 0:29Speaker 1: There we go.
- 0:30Speaker 1: So I want to walk you through why the rally may take a break, oh no.
- 0:34Speaker 1: And then some people are saying and this is like more mainstream media they're saying there's no cash left and the retail investors, when I get myself dressed here, are already all in.
- 0:44Speaker 1: They can't possibly be buying any more stock.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Now I want to tell you why that is a fallacy, why that is nonsense.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Because there is one big piece everybody's missing.
- 0:53Speaker 1: If you want to understand the one big piece everyone's missing, put a one in the chat.
- 0:57Speaker 1: And have you had your Earl Grey?
- 1:00Speaker 1: I have not had my Earl Grey yet.
- 1:02Speaker 1: No, I'm trying to wean myself off tea a little bit, which is a terrible thing.
- 1:11Speaker 1: So this is what everyone's talking about.
- 1:17Speaker 1: The S&P 500 over the last 75 years, traditionally takes a breather halfway through July.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Why does it take a breather halfway through July?
- 1:23Speaker 1: Loving all the ones in the chats there guys, because Wall Street goes on holiday.
- 1:30Speaker 1: You'll find them in Nantucket.
- 1:32Speaker 1: You find them in Martha's Vineyard.
- 1:33Speaker 1: You find them in the Hamptons.
- 1:35Speaker 1: You might find them somewhere in the Caribbean.
- 1:37Speaker 1: You know stashing away stuff.
- 1:39Speaker 1: You might find them in certain parts of the Caribbean.
- 1:42Speaker 1: You know stuffing away very other things in their nose.
- 1:45Speaker 1: But it's true it might be in Europe.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I mean, they're everywhere you go.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Swing a stick in London you hit an American, probably a banker, so they're literally going on with it, and often that means that the market takes a breather.
- 1:59Speaker 1: So we'll do not be surprised if we go a little bit sideways.
- 2:03Speaker 1: We're not talking about a crash.
- 2:04Speaker 1: We're not talking about a crash.
- 2:04Speaker 1: We're not talking about calamity, just a little bit sideways.
- 2:07Speaker 1: But are those real flowers?
- 2:10Speaker 1: They are, and they're glorious.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Look at these guys here.
- 2:13Speaker 1: They're marvelous, aren't they?
- 2:14Speaker 1: What have I got in front of it?
- 2:15Speaker 1: Oh, it's sort of a projectory thing.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'll move that aside so it doesn't bother your view quite so much.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But yeah, these are fantastic.
- 2:23Speaker 1: They do things very well here, which is one of the reasons I like to be here.
- 2:28Speaker 1: They also have a cat, which is very important.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So what does that mean?
- 2:32Speaker 1: It's a two-week opportunity to buy some great stocks that are going flatlining just before they go to the moon.
- 2:39Speaker 1: And if you want to know how we do that?
- 2:40Speaker 1: Because that's exactly what we do, it's exactly what Wall wall street does.
- 2:44Speaker 1: We love stocks that go sideways because that gives us that beautiful entry point just before things go through the moon.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Have a look at a joby start for a chart, for example, or a I saw you guys were talking about that.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I know a bank banker in london right now.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Yeah, they're all here.
- 3:00Speaker 1: It's uh, it's a, it's a plight, total plight on the landscape.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Now I watched a little clip earlier, some funny sketch, and they said so, you're an investment banker.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I said well, no need to call me names.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I say this is another one.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Apparently, you lot, or institutional investors rather, are sitting on very little cash, very little cash right now, and then that's taken to mean that there's no cash left to buy stocks.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I think it's bollocks.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I think it's complete and utter nonsense.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Who the heck sits on cash when you can get like 4.5% from the US government?
- 3:40Speaker 1: Of course, you're not going to sit in cash.
- 3:41Speaker 1: You're going to collect the 4.5% from government bonds.
- 3:44Speaker 1: So nobody is in cash.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Why?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Because interest rates are high.
- 3:48Speaker 1: So this is again one of those things people don't really understand, and therefore they tell you half a story and then people jump to conclusions the market can't run.
- 3:56Speaker 1: What about this, though?
- 3:57Speaker 1: Bit more of a serious one.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So retail activity, that's you and me.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I just raised my stop losses again today, says Mike.
- 4:08Speaker 1: That's a beautiful thing to do, isn't it?
- 4:10Speaker 1: Isn't that like the funnest thing you can do?
- 4:11Speaker 1: Just raise your stops, because you're just locking in more profits.
- 4:16Speaker 1: I love doing that.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You lot are now 14% of all the trading volume.
- 4:24Speaker 1: 14%, that's the highest we've ever been, and does that therefore mean it can't go any higher?
- 4:31Speaker 1: No, it doesn't mean that.
- 4:33Speaker 1: One.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Institutions have been lagging.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Two retail investors are starting to realize, like all the smart people in this room, that unless you are in stocks or other asset classes, you are losing a huge amount of opportunity and money to inflation.
- 4:50Speaker 1: And just well, if the market goes up 20%, it's done 25% in the last two years and you've been sitting on the sidelines.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Well, you missed out on a 50% rally, which means everyone else is 50% richer.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So they're all touring around London on trips and you're wondering how to pay for the flight.
- 5:04Speaker 1: So that's something people are starting to catch on to, thankfully, and therefore you know we're in this huge, says scott, absolutely stop.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Auto lifting is the best we should.
- 5:18Speaker 1: It's the funnest activity ever in the world.
- 5:20Speaker 1: If you guys don't understand that yet, come and join me on saturday, my friends, there's a link down below felix friends at org slash training and you will understand it at the end of that live session.
- 5:30Speaker 1: But this is the chart you're going to want to take a screenshot of.
- 5:34Speaker 1: This is the chart that nobody understands.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Global equity, systematic macro in billions what?
- 5:44Speaker 1: Basically?
- 5:46Speaker 1: There are a lot of funds out there and they run on systematic principles.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Basically, they have some sort of rule book by which they buy or sell on certain criteria.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It could be volatility, it could be certain indicators, that sort of thing.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Casey, there I appreciate you pinning that to the posting that in the chat there.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Casey just posted the link to the live training session for Saturday, felixrensselaercom slash training, the first link in there this means that, according to the smart lot at Goldman Sachs and how do they know this, by the way?
- 6:24Speaker 1: Well, they're the broker for a lot of these funds, so they actually execute the orders.
- 6:27Speaker 1: We are expecting over the next month the biggest fund buying by automated funds we've seen pretty much ever 132 billion in the next month.
- 6:44Speaker 1: That's the baseline scenario.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Now could something terrible happen and the world could end tomorrow.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes, yes, and that would change these funds I'm buying, but as long as we just keep in this positive, optimistic scenario.
- 6:55Speaker 1: We're in right now $30 billion in the coming week and $132 billion over the next month.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So explain to me how we go into a terrible bear market, some sort of you know, the end of the world and the bubble is over and all this stuff.
- 7:07Speaker 1: It's nonsense.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's just big, beautiful setup of institutional money about to pour into the stock market and now you know and obviously you have to do without information what you do with it, take your own decisions and so on.
- 7:21Speaker 1: But to me, this is a really, really, really nice bullish setup and that takes us, by the way, back to zero.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So these guys have been since February March.
- 7:34Speaker 1: They have been pretty bearish and they've been lagging the market right.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So now what's the next question?
- 7:39Speaker 1: Well, the next question is now well, what bloody stocks.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Do you buy to take advantage of that, right?
- 7:43Speaker 1: So let's have a look at some stocks together.
- 7:48Speaker 1: We take profits and all that good stuff.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Come and join me on Saturday at 10 am, new York time.
- 7:55Speaker 1: That'll be live here from a little place in London and we're going to have some fun with that.
- 8:02Speaker 1: So pre-market this is.
- 8:04Speaker 1: It Looks pretty good.
- 8:05Speaker 1: We now have a heat map in TradingView.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I know I'm blocking some of it, but you don't care about it.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm blocking, like restaurants and stuff like that.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You don't care about those stocks, that's okay.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Nvidia up almost another percent and AMD up a percentage point.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Arm up 1.7%.
- 8:22Speaker 1: This is just pre-market, right, crazy stuff.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Muse down a bit.
- 8:26Speaker 1: And we look at the semiconductors as well.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I've got a watch list of all the semiconductor stocks there.
- 8:34Speaker 1: You can see them.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Look at that for a pre-market.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Look at that.
- 8:37Speaker 1: K-o-p-n.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Remember I was talking about that?
- 8:39Speaker 1: 8.3% up, right, where is my Christmas card?
- 8:43Speaker 1: Cc is up 2.3%.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Remember that one we were talking about.
- 8:48Speaker 1: This is just pre-market.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Tsm reporting earnings which are pretty impressive.
- 8:51Speaker 1: 4% up, and that's what's lifting the entire sector up here very, very nicely.
- 9:03Speaker 1: So are we happy, or are we happy?
- 9:03Speaker 1: Archer breakout Funny enough, I literally just made a video on that because it's sort of on the cusp of it, isn't it On the cusp of it?
- 9:06Speaker 1: I think it's not quite there yet, but it's about to get there.
- 9:08Speaker 1: So, yeah, this is TSM.
- 9:10Speaker 1: This is what's lifting animal spirits in the market.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Very nice gap up here pre-market on impressive numbers 66% increase.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Nice beat here on earnings.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Let me see if we got the news on this already.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Analysis yeah, look how quick we got that Updated 11 minutes ago.
- 9:32Speaker 1: See, look how good that is.
- 9:33Speaker 1: This is now in trade vision, where we have the trade vision analysis.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Now the company raised 2025 revenue growth earning 60%.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Profit surge revenue growth 39%.
- 9:43Speaker 1: So, yeah, very impressive, very, very, very impressive.
- 9:52Speaker 1: So you get all the details there.
- 9:53Speaker 1: You get the sources as well.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You can see where the data is coming from.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So if you want to read some further information, you can click on the little little sources to every single article.
- 10:02Speaker 1: We like to be transparent so you know where it's coming from.
- 10:05Speaker 1: But, yeah, this looks absolutely brilliant to me.
- 10:08Speaker 1: A merry christmas, um, from the tattooed chef, um, jay lizard there, appreciate, you got stopped out of cc yesterday.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Really, what happens at cc?
- 10:16Speaker 1: I mean, this is a.
- 10:21Speaker 1: This is still an early this is an early stage setup still that most people should not be in because it's still a little bit risky.
- 10:27Speaker 1: But yeah, we're gonna.
- 10:28Speaker 1: We're looking pretty nice here on on that.
- 10:30Speaker 1: You got stopped out.
- 10:32Speaker 1: You got stopped out on that dip there, okay.
- 10:33Speaker 1: So you're pretty tight then, weren't you?
- 10:35Speaker 1: You're pretty tight on your stop there, but that's obviously up to you.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Great job tv team.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Yeah, they are doing a tremendous job.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We had a meeting actually yesterday with my, my co-founder and our sort of developer in chief, um louis, who's an amazing guy, and we have some amazing fun plans to make this so so, so, so good.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Loads of stuff coming up in the next weeks and months.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Um, so check out trade vision if you haven't already.
- 11:01Speaker 1: It's linked down below.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So far, it's looking very good here Premarket.
- 11:05Speaker 1: It's at the very top end of yesterday's trading zone.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Generally speaking, the defense sector is about ready for liftoff, which is why we've been talking about it, and often you find me talking about something that is going to happen a little bit later.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Why?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Because I like to be a little early, just a little early, not too early, but a little bit early.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Paul says you're too tight, I think, waiting to get into CC.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Well, yeah, maybe wait for above the 150 to consider that.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Rigetti, my favorite Italian pasta stock, is indeed doing rather nicely.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Yesterday, right, and I am thankfully still in that, because if you are going to get into a quantum stock, you need to realize that you're taking risk.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Therefore, your stop needs to allocate some significant risk, otherwise why the heck be in it?
- 11:57Speaker 1: Because it's not going to go up in a straight line the moment you buy it.
- 11:59Speaker 1: It isn't going to happen.
- 12:00Speaker 1: So we're getting rewarded here and we're breaking out very, very nicely out of what is the sort of more or less the resistance level here at 14.75.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Institutions moved up to 17, which is a little bit where the resistance was yesterday.
- 12:19Speaker 1: 30% up in a day.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Not too bad, right.
- 12:23Speaker 1: So still looking good here early morning.
- 12:25Speaker 1: We're near the top end of that zone there.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Would you buy Rigetti now?
- 12:29Speaker 1: Well, you're always asking me whether you should, aren't you?
- 12:32Speaker 1: And I'm telling you you shouldn't, because if you need to ask somebody else, you shouldn't do it.
- 12:37Speaker 1: That would be my first answer.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Secondly, it's in a much, much better position now to potentially go higher than it was at any time in the last five months, right.
- 12:49Speaker 1: When would it be even better when we take out these January highs here, right, but yeah, it's a high risk trading setup, right.
- 13:02Speaker 1: So you need to understand that.
- 13:03Speaker 1: You need to understand that you might want to.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You know, if you're going to set a stop on this, where are you going to set it?
- 13:08Speaker 1: Well, can't set it at the low of yesterday.
- 13:10Speaker 1: That would be kind of silly.
- 13:11Speaker 1: So you're going to have to go maybe to the 50 day moving average line or something like that, at the very least, probably a little bit below that.
- 13:17Speaker 1: So you're going to be like, okay, if I put $1,000 into this, I'm going to risk like 30% of that money.
- 13:24Speaker 1: So is that something you want to do?
- 13:26Speaker 1: You're going to ask yourself that, because if you go into it with a really tight stop, you're just going to be out of it by lunchtime and it's just a waste of money and a waste of life.
- 13:33Speaker 1: So go buy something else.
- 13:34Speaker 1: So you got to ask yourself does that fit into your strategy?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Does that fit into your, to your portfolio risk management overall?
- 13:39Speaker 1: And if you haven't got one, well, lucky enough, you can learn how to do that on Saturday with me, phoenixfriendsorg slash training.
- 13:48Speaker 1: It'll be free, it'll be live, it'll be fun.
