- 0:00The sign from a loved one people miss most often is blank pennies, pennies.
- 0:06Everyone's afraid to pick up a penny now.
- 0:08People don't want to pick up pennies,.
- 0:10So we should be picking those things.
- 0:11Up because it also signals to the universe that you want money too.
- 0:15But if you say no, then you're saying no to money.
- 0:17A lot of dogs I've seen were horses before.
- 0:20They're sentient beings.
- 0:21They mimic our troubles, our pain.
- 0:23They absorb.
- 0:24People don't even know that cats occurring kills your bones.
- 0:27The one thing people should stop being afraid of is dying.
- 0:31Wake up in the morning and tell yourself, I'm awesome.
- 0:34And I'm telling you, that's like liquid medicine.
- 0:37Welcome to the iconic midlife.
- 0:39Jennifer, how are you today?
- 0:41I am fabulous.
- 0:42Thank you for inviting me.
- 0:43Oh, I'm so excited you're here.
- 0:44And happy belated birthday.
- 0:47Thank you.
- 0:48You mentioned a game and we always like to play a game with our guests if you are up for.
- 0:53All right.
- 0:54All right, let's do it.
- 0:56So this is called the Spirit Speed Round.
- 0:59We always have to have a catchy name.
- 1:02So I'm going to say a sentence and you just finish with whatever comes to mind, which I'm sure for you will.
- 1:08It'll be amazing.
- 1:11The biggest misconception about intuitives is blank,.
- 1:16That they're not normal.
- 1:19That's a good point.
- 1:20That's a good point.
- 1:21The sign from a loved one people miss most often is blank pennies, pennies.
- 1:28So pennies on the ground.
- 1:30So that is truly a sign.
- 1:32But everyone's afraid to pick up a penny now, like, people don't want to pick up pennies, but that's just pennies and feathers.
- 1:39It's true.
- 1:40So we should be picking those things.
- 1:41Up because it also signals to the universe that you want money too.
- 1:47But if you say no, then you're saying no to money.
- 1:49It doesn't matter what size of, you.
- 1:52Know, right denomination of money it is and everything.
- 1:55Pick up that penny and that feather.
- 1:58Well, the butterfly is more.
- 1:59It's known.
- 2:00Right.
- 2:00But the penny, people don't talk about that.
- 2:04There's pennies from heaven.
- 2:05Make a mental note to pick up those pennies.
- 2:07The first thing I tell someone who's grieving is blank.
- 2:10Give yourself some grace.
- 2:14Allow it to come and go.
- 2:16Some days you'll be better prepared for it and other days you won't.
- 2:20And just it.
- 2:21Grief has no appointments, it just comes in.
- 2:24And you're going to go through stages and phases, but allow yourself give, but give yourself grace.
- 2:32Don't ever try to get over it.
- 2:35And that's the biggest thing.
- 2:36Trying to get over it is just going to make it worse.
- 2:39What you.
- 2:40No one's ever going to get over the loss of a child, ever.
- 2:44But you'll learn to coexist with it.
- 2:46Yeah.
- 2:47What is.
- 2:47I mean, just let it come.
- 2:49Let it go and let it come and let it pass and honor it.
- 2:52Honor it.
- 2:52Because if you have grief over someone, that's because you loved well and honor that, you know?
- 3:02And the other thing is nobody from the other side is mad at you because you weren't there at their death or you weren't there.
- 3:10They get to go when they arrive, when they take their first breath in a different place.
- 3:15They get to feel all the love you've ever given them your whole life all at once.
- 3:21They don't care about the last day or the last two weeks.
- 3:24It's about who you were all along that they get to feel and what they get.
- 3:30What a.
- 3:31What an amazing thing that they go through when they reach, you know, that place.
- 3:35Yeah.
- 3:36Wow.
- 3:36What about dogs?
- 3:37They're the best.
- 3:38What about our dogs?
- 3:38Do they go right?
- 3:41Do they all.
- 3:42Do they.
- 3:42Are we going to be reunited?
- 3:44They come in the forms of whatever we can handle.
- 3:46A lot of dogs I've seen were horses before.
- 3:49Like, they just.
- 3:50They're our companions.
- 3:51They're sentient beings.
- 3:53They mimic our troubles, our pain.
- 3:55They absorb.
- 3:56Like, people don't even know that cats purring heals your bones.
- 4:01They've done the frequency.
- 4:02They've tested cats with frequencies.
- 4:05And they.
- 4:06They really are these little magicians.
- 4:08As much as I want to, okay, so they do.
- 4:10And they will be waiting for us.
- 4:11When we come through with feelings and thoughts and everything.
- 4:16They come through like, because they don't talk like this.
- 4:19They project their feelings and thoughts.
- 4:20But why they're with you talk to them.
- 4:23Like, they give you answers.
- 4:25You just can't judge it.
- 4:27If you judge it or if you, like, don't believe that you could talk to them, then you can't.
- 4:31And then do they send us all.
- 4:33The time as well?
- 4:33Like, are they.
- 4:34Do they.
- 4:35What's.
- 4:35What's like.
- 4:36Aside from our dog, probably another dog.
- 4:39It's like a revolving door at our house.
- 4:40Another dog.
- 4:41Or it's.
- 4:42It's another noise or it's some food.
- 4:44Like you'll hear pitter patter.
- 4:46Like you'll hear that.
- 4:47Their energy.
- 4:48That's that little clicks of the nails,.
- 4:51The breathing that puts you to sleep, you know, with dogs, you'll Hear that and you'll wake up.
- 4:56That's them.
- 4:57Wow.
- 4:58Okay.
- 4:58That's so good to hear.
- 5:00Because just for some reason, with animals passing.
- 5:02Yeah.
- 5:03And know that they know that.
- 5:05They know their purpose.
- 5:06They know when they.
- 5:07When they're supposed to leave.
- 5:09They know they know their purpose.
- 5:11We don't.
- 5:12Right.
- 5:12They do.
- 5:13They do.
- 5:13And that can be the hardest decision to have to make that decision, you know?
- 5:17But they.
- 5:17It's.
- 5:18They're.
- 5:18They usually are.
- 5:19Like, they've made it a month prior.
- 5:21It's usually.
- 5:22We try to keep them more, like, stay longer.
- 5:25Okay.
- 5:26So they're okay with that when you have to make that decision.
- 5:28And it's so painful.
- 5:30I've never had any dog say no.
- 5:32Like, they're just like.
- 5:34I'm like, really?
- 5:35You have to take me.
- 5:35You have to lift me up.
- 5:36Take me to the bathroom.
- 5:37Like, come on, dude.
- 5:38Yeah, let me be free.
- 5:41Free of the thing.
- 5:42Right.
- 5:42Okay.
- 5:43The.
- 5:44Okay.
- 5:45The one question every client asks me.
- 5:47Me is blank.
- 5:50That's interesting.
- 5:55They don't say this, but they want to know.
- 5:58It's usually because they want to know their own mortality.
- 6:01As if I'm going to say something.
- 6:03Right.
- 6:03So what if by them not wanting to know it, I can feel it, but they want to know it?
- 6:08Like, I would never say anything unless I.
- 6:11I've had three people tell me they've thought about death a lot.
- 6:16And.
- 6:16And I did feel something, but then again, I don't know when.
- 6:19Like, it's not something that.
- 6:21It's not like a calendar date.
- 6:22You can say.
- 6:23Okay.
- 6:23No.
- 6:24And I do tell if somebody's in hospice and, like, do I get on that flight to New York?
- 6:28I'm like, I can tell them, yes, get on that flight.
- 6:31Okay.
- 6:31You need to see.
- 6:32And sure enough, their parent, you know, might have passed away as soon as I got there.
- 6:37Okay.
- 6:37Kind of thing.
- 6:38But no, I don't.
- 6:41Yeah, you can't.
- 6:42Yeah.
- 6:42It's not like, okay, this is going to happen on this date or what have you.
- 6:46Dies.
- 6:46And so that's the other thing.
- 6:47Oh, interesting.
- 6:49Because their energy lives on.
- 6:50Is that okay?
- 6:52Yeah.
- 6:53People that have dementia, like, they're already over there.
- 6:56They're having the time of their life, really having so much fun.
- 6:59I only feel bad for the caregivers.
- 7:01They're having so much fun.
- 7:03So their mind, their spirit people, they have a blast.
- 7:06They're with their first boyfriends while they're still married here.
- 7:08Like, I've seen everything.
- 7:10They're having so much fun.
- 7:12People that have dementia and Alzheimer's It's.
- 7:15We're the ones that have taken care of them.
- 7:17Have you ever noticed that they usually live longer?
- 7:20Right.
- 7:20Right.
- 7:20They're not telling their bodies, oh, I'm fat, I have cancer, I have this, I have that.
- 7:25So they live longer.
- 7:26Right.
- 7:26I'm like, we need to do that while we have our cognitive brains.
- 7:29That's such a good point.
- 7:30That's.
- 7:31It just shows you how powerful the mind is.
- 7:33You know, it's everything.
- 7:34God.
- 7:34Okay.
- 7:35That I'm, like, taking notes.
- 7:37I'm, like, doing everything different now.
- 7:41I know I'm receiving a message.
- 7:43When blank.
- 7:44When you feel good.
- 7:46Okay.
- 7:46When your heart gets lifted before your mind comes to and says, oh, no, that's not a message, or, oh, no, they wouldn't.
- 7:54Your heart feels it.
- 7:56You might have the chills.
- 7:57The chills are a huge, huge, huge.
- 8:00That's the energy.
- 8:01So when they come into your energy field, your heart rate will go up and.
- 8:06And so instead of panicking, a lot of that has to do with people that are your loved ones that are around you.
- 8:12Wow.
- 8:12And that's the energy you're feeling.
- 8:13That's the energy.
- 8:14And when they give you the chills, those are chill hugs.
- 8:18I call it glitter now.
- 8:19Oh, I like it.
- 8:20Glitter hugs.
- 8:21Because I think that's more fun.
- 8:22Yeah.
- 8:23It's more visual, too.
- 8:24I'm like, I like the glitter.
- 8:25Yeah.
- 8:26Glitter chills.
- 8:26Yes.
- 8:27Okay.
- 8:27This is so good to know.
- 8:29The one thing people should stop being afraid of is blank dying.
- 8:34I mean, obviously I also have that fear.
- 8:37So be afraid of not living.
- 8:40Okay.
- 8:41I think that when we get to the other part of one of the things that we get asked, probably the only thing is, did you love.
- 8:46Well, did you love yourself well enough to do that thing?
- 8:50Or did you live your life because you thought you should because of somebody telling you to a certain way?
- 8:57Like, be worried about not living.
- 9:00Okay, but not death.
- 9:01Not death.
- 9:02What about the process of dying?
- 9:04Like, is that something that we should fear?
- 9:06Like the actual.
- 9:07When your body shuts down and.
- 9:08No, no, no, no.
- 9:10It's a peaceful.
- 9:11Usually passing.
- 9:13Okay.
- 9:14It's the body itself might look more abrupt, but they're usually okay.
- 9:19They're always out of their body, like two days prior.
- 9:22They're just waiting for everybody to come let them go.
- 9:24Their body is still going, so.
- 9:27So it sounds that death rattle that people hear for can't.
- 9:30They're not feeling it.
- 9:31They're already out.
- 9:32They're on the.
- 9:33They're tied to their body, but they're out.
- 9:36So they're watching all of us.
- 9:38That just, like, gives me an Alzheimer to think about.
- 9:41That's why the room's cold.
- 9:42That's why they're looking at their relatives and saying things.
- 9:45Yeah, everyone's there.
- 9:47Oh.
- 9:47That's why they have that look and they can see.
- 9:49Okay.
- 9:50That's.
- 9:50Wow.
- 9:51Wow.
- 9:52If everyone trusted their intuition a little more, they would.
- 9:56They clinder people would be more compassionate.
- 10:00They would realize how connected they are to everything and how their feelings affect others.
- 10:05Such a good lesson.
- 10:07The one thing I hope everyone listening remembers after today's conversation how fabulous they are.
- 10:12Be fabulous.
- 10:13Ruminate over being wonderful.
- 10:15Like, wake up in the morning and tell yourself, I'm fucking awesome.
- 10:19And I'm telling you, that's like liquid medicine.
- 10:22And it just before your mind comes to, just say every day.
- 10:26I'm like, I can handle everything.
- 10:29I can handle everything.
- 10:30You're fucking awesome.
- 10:31Whatever, xyz.
- 10:32You don't have to say the F word.
- 10:34It just totally.
- 10:35We love the F bomb, though.
- 10:36Totally.
- 10:37And what can I do that's going to be better?
- 10:41What can I do?
- 10:42Just be better.
- 10:44Just be better.
- 10:46Love harder.
- 10:47Love more.
- 10:48Love harder.
- 10:49Love your.
- 10:50If you want love, Love yourself.
- 10:51Like, take yourself out.
- 10:53What would you do?
- 10:54Okay, I'm gonna go take myself to the beach.
- 10:57I'm gonna take myself to the movie.
- 10:59I'm gonna read that fabulous book.
- 11:01I'm gonna write that book.
- 11:02I'm gonna.
- 11:03I'm gonna reach out to the friend that I've been thinking about but haven't done that yet.
- 11:08I'm gonna let that other friend go.
- 11:11You know, we're on a train.
- 11:12Some.
- 11:13I heard this.
- 11:13Some people get off the train, let them go.
- 11:16Their stop was there.
- 11:18It's okay.
- 11:19And maybe they stay for two extra stops.
- 11:21And you're like.
- 11:21You're like, go to the back.
- 11:23You lost your place.
- 11:24You've lost it.
