- 0:00Speaker 1: Is the July fourth crash incoming. Today, we're going to
- 0:02Speaker 1: be breaking it down for you. It is important because
- 0:05Speaker 1: there's going to be some things happening. I think this week.
- 0:07Speaker 1: I want to thank our sponsor today, and of course
- 0:09Speaker 1: that is Uphold. If you are holding crypto right now
- 0:13Speaker 1: and not earning rewards, you're essentially leaving money on the table.
- 0:16Speaker 1: And the reality is in today's market, you need to
- 0:19Speaker 1: be able to move instantly. That's why Upholds flexible staking
- 0:24Speaker 1: is such a game changer. You can earn weekly rewards
- 0:27Speaker 1: automatically on assets you already hold without a lockup. That's
- 0:31Speaker 1: most important, you can sell any time. It's the perfect
- 0:35Speaker 1: setup for anyone who wants to grow their holdings without
- 0:38Speaker 1: losing their exit strategy. Download the Uphold app today and
- 0:42Speaker 1: try it for yourself. First thing I want to do
- 0:45Speaker 1: is start off with this tweet right here, and that
- 0:47Speaker 1: is I think this pretty much says it all in
- 0:49Speaker 1: its own guys. Right there, half a trillion dollars has
- 0:53Speaker 1: been erased from the US stock market today, leading in
- 0:56Speaker 1: there as in Nvidia Micron, which remember Micron was the
- 1:00Speaker 1: pretty much the poster child for what we've seen in
- 1:03Speaker 1: the AI trend. But also in the sense of what
- 1:06Speaker 1: costs are being related into hardware. And of course we've
- 1:09Speaker 1: talked about the Apple increase already. All these things are
- 1:13Speaker 1: starting to impact now on the market. Mag seven lose
- 1:16Speaker 1: over two point three trillion in June. This is their
- 1:19Speaker 1: worst month ever in a year. Apple, Microsoft, and Vidia, Amazon, Alpha,
- 1:25Speaker 1: bat Tesla all erase two point three trillion. There, So, guys,
- 1:28Speaker 1: a serious issue. I get it that probably long term,
- 1:31Speaker 1: this is still up and the group is down ten
- 1:34Speaker 1: in June, but it encourse for its worth month. But
- 1:37Speaker 1: it's down three percent for the first half of the year.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So if you're in here short in recent runs, you're
- 1:44Speaker 1: still behind the eight ball. I want to go to
- 1:46Speaker 1: a clip real quick. This one will go into how
- 1:49Speaker 1: the stocks are keeping up momentum.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Take a look, which, as we said's best quarter ever,
- 1:55Speaker 2: but throw up now a one month we've been questioning.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Look at that little more choppy, a little more volatile.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Leaves the open question of is it going to be
- 2:04Speaker 2: a momentum led market in the second half of.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It or not.
- 2:07Speaker 4: I still believe that it will be. I think a
- 2:10Speaker 4: lot of the reasoning why momentum has trailed in the
- 2:14Speaker 4: month of June is related to the max seven for
- 2:17Speaker 4: the month of June. Each one of those is down,
- 2:19Speaker 4: but yet collectively, when you look at them on the
- 2:22Speaker 4: year only, Meta is really the name that's down.
- 2:25Speaker 5: I only need to show you this one chart. This
- 2:27Speaker 5: is a thing that would own Flextronics and every other
- 2:31Speaker 5: component supplier or vendor to the CAPEX build out. And
- 2:35Speaker 5: of course Micron's in here, et cetera, et cetera. They
- 2:38Speaker 5: sold these stocks all year because these are the companies
- 2:42Speaker 5: doing the spending, cutting the checks. What do we think
- 2:45Speaker 5: for the second half? Well, tell me, are the check
- 2:48Speaker 5: writers about to all of a sudden stop writing checks?
- 2:51Speaker 5: I don't think so. If you think that all of
- 2:54Speaker 5: a sudden something's going to reverse the earnings growth that's
- 2:58Speaker 5: powering that equal way tech. Okay, tell me what it is.
- 3:02Speaker 1: One of the things that he's hitting on, and I
- 3:04Speaker 1: think the market is hitting on right there is who
- 3:06Speaker 1: are the winners and losers here? You look at what
- 3:09Speaker 1: has been happening with Micron, and remember, let's not forget
- 3:12Speaker 1: that even Trump himself has been out there pumping on Micron.
- 3:15Speaker 1: And this is an interesting company because when you look
- 3:19Speaker 1: at the deep dive on Micron and some of the
- 3:23Speaker 1: deals that they're making with some of the suppliers, I
- 3:25Speaker 1: should say they're vendors being a supplier to them. Remember
- 3:28Speaker 1: Micron making these chips that are memberships in every PC
- 3:32Speaker 1: out there, every computer out there, And especially when you
- 3:35Speaker 1: get into things like Apple, which is causing all this
- 3:38Speaker 1: price gouging that I think is happening right now, and
- 3:41Speaker 1: it's not over. This is the point Apple's already playing
- 3:44Speaker 1: that this is still going to continue to go. So
- 3:46Speaker 1: you could agree that the market could still see some uptime,
- 3:50Speaker 1: at least with some of these companies, the picks and
- 3:52Speaker 1: shovel companies that are supplying this AI revolution. So that's
- 3:57Speaker 1: the real question that everybody's asking. Are we going to
- 3:59Speaker 1: continue to see the market push or do we see
- 4:02Speaker 1: a major pullback. Here's a clip talking about that we're
- 4:06Speaker 1: all profiting. This is Trump talking. Take a look, Well,
- 4:09Speaker 1: you know I.
- 4:10Speaker 6: Have profiting because the stock market's going up. Everybody's profiting.
- 4:13Speaker 6: If you have a four oh one K, how's your
- 4:16Speaker 6: four oh one k done? It's about up eighty five percent,
- 4:20Speaker 6: thank you, President jump. So we're all profiting. I'm profiting
- 4:23Speaker 6: because I have a lot of money and a lot
- 4:26Speaker 6: of cash, and I give it to institutions. I don't
- 4:29Speaker 6: know if they know what they're doing or not, but
- 4:32Speaker 6: they buy a vast array of things going to meet with.
- 4:38Speaker 1: All right, they're buying a vast array of things. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: of course the market may be pumping, but crypto is not,
- 4:44Speaker 1: mister President, and you can see it right here, fear
- 4:47Speaker 1: and greed continues to pump downward. Bitcoin below sixty k
- 4:52Speaker 1: market is definitely in shambles when we look at this,
- 4:55Speaker 1: and we are setting on a potential hit on clarity
- 4:59Speaker 1: that could also so be hitting very shortly, and that
- 5:02Speaker 1: is a concern. I think that's going to be going
- 5:04Speaker 1: forward right now. Eleven billion a race from bitcoin ETFs,
- 5:08Speaker 1: another major hit and draw down in the industry. Crypto
- 5:12Speaker 1: quant now showing more than one hundred and sixty thousand
- 5:15Speaker 1: bitcoin have now left the ETF providers out there. This
- 5:19Speaker 1: is a big deal, guys, and it's probably something that
- 5:23Speaker 1: there are some people in the market who have benefited
- 5:27Speaker 1: from this run up. And now we're setting at a
- 5:30Speaker 1: sub sixty k bitcoin. Where does it stop? What do
- 5:33Speaker 1: you guys think? Let me know down in the comments.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Where do you think bitcoin falls to and how far
- 5:38Speaker 1: will the market actually push if you look at some
- 5:41Speaker 1: of the ogs out there, I mean, come on, this
- 5:43Speaker 1: is the Winklevoss Twins now maybe selling bitcoin. They are
- 5:46Speaker 1: now moving sixty million in bitcoin. I know that's not
- 5:49Speaker 1: a loft for them under circumstances, but seven million in
- 5:52Speaker 1: eighth over to gem Ni And that could mean all right,
- 5:56Speaker 1: I'm just going to park it there, or it could
- 5:58Speaker 1: mean we're getting ready to do a little exiting and
- 6:01Speaker 1: see where this goes from here. This is a big
- 6:04Speaker 1: deal for the future of where crypto is heading. Other
- 6:08Speaker 1: things you got to look at is what Michael Sailor
- 6:10Speaker 1: has said. And Sailor is worried, and I think he
- 6:13Speaker 1: should be around what has been called the AI black hole.
- 6:18Speaker 1: His point, though, is this right here. AI summer ends,
- 6:22Speaker 1: those deals, settle capital will rotate back into bitcoin, but
- 6:25Speaker 1: it's out undervalue relatively fundamental projects like bitcoin. And then
- 6:30Speaker 1: of course Q three being likely the turning point going forward,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and maybe Q four normalizing for the window. So what
- 6:38Speaker 1: he's saying here is make it through the summer. Q
- 6:41Speaker 1: three starts to see a little bit of an upturn,
- 6:43Speaker 1: but how far do we see the red days start
- 6:46Speaker 1: to slice through July and August is the real question
- 6:50Speaker 1: as we rotate into Q three and Q four, big
- 6:53Speaker 1: deals ahead. I think when you look at all of this,
- 6:57Speaker 1: and one of the things that you have to consider
- 7:00Speaker 1: is this clarity is one of the biggest issues that
- 7:03Speaker 1: we're facing right now as an industry. I want to
- 7:05Speaker 1: go to one more clip because this gets into even
- 7:08Speaker 1: more reveal from this disclosure. And this is the NBC
- 7:12Speaker 1: kind of breaking this down to try to make a
- 7:14Speaker 1: little bit of sense about this.
- 7:15Speaker 7: Take a look in President Trump's biggest stockholdings include Amazon, Meta, Nvidia, and.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Tesla four point seven million.
- 7:26Speaker 2: I almost contributed to that Trump watches I was going to.
- 7:29Speaker 8: Buy you one.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Okay, how about this question? If he was not president,
- 7:35Speaker 2: would his businesses have gone up more or less?
- 7:39Speaker 7: So let's start on the world liberty business cryptoregulations would
- 7:44Speaker 7: have been different probably under a different president. Would the
- 7:46Speaker 7: UA have made a massive investment in liberty financial question?
- 7:51Speaker 2: I don't know, you know what is good that there
- 7:53Speaker 2: is all this disclosure?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Sure, so what you saw there in the clip, of course,
- 7:57Speaker 1: kind of gets into the point. I think one analyst
- 7:59Speaker 1: was trying to push that, hey, this is normal, and
- 8:02Speaker 1: then it wouldn't be if you weren't president that kind
- 8:05Speaker 1: of scenario. If you look at his holdings, and to
- 8:08Speaker 1: his point, these are the holdings that he is in
- 8:11Speaker 1: the middle of, and the portfolio is mainly focused on
- 8:13Speaker 1: American excellence, they'll call it right there, and that's all
- 8:16Speaker 1: the recognized stocks and things of that nature. The challenge
- 8:21Speaker 1: is to what extent does Trump have the ability to
- 8:26Speaker 1: inflict profitability upon these companies. I mean, if you look
- 8:29Speaker 1: at Micron and Vidia, Tasela, all these companies very correlated
- 8:33Speaker 1: to a lot of decisions that the Trump administration is
- 8:36Speaker 1: doing out there. And remember he also owns and I
- 8:39Speaker 1: say he meeting the US government also owns stake in
- 8:42Speaker 1: some of these companies that are out there, including companies
- 8:45Speaker 1: like Intel. So there's a big issue that I think
- 8:49Speaker 1: this really starts to boil into. But the one that
- 8:52Speaker 1: really hits everybody hard, I think is this one right here,
- 8:55Speaker 1: and that is the disclosure on crypto holdings. Well, you've
- 8:59Speaker 1: got right there. Trump continues to extract from Crypto extracted
- 9:03Speaker 1: one point one billion, and he did it through things
- 9:06Speaker 1: like the Trump Memecoin, the World Liberty, Phi token sales,
- 9:09Speaker 1: sales of ownership and interest on USD one. Remember that's
- 9:12Speaker 1: the one that they were talking about right there on
- 9:14Speaker 1: the clip. Part of Trump's take in World Liberty five millennia,
- 9:18Speaker 1: another six million. So these are the kind of things
- 9:21Speaker 1: that are being released out there, and the timing guys,
- 9:26Speaker 1: come on, this is perfect fud for being able to
- 9:30Speaker 1: go in hard against the Clarity Act. And that is
- 9:34Speaker 1: the problem that everybody is facing today. And the ammunition
- 9:38Speaker 1: that they're going to use is I think lined up
- 9:41Speaker 1: with what they think is the biggest onslaught of corruption.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip about that.
- 9:46Speaker 7: Take it.
- 9:47Speaker 8: What is your reaction to the scale of what we're
- 9:50Speaker 8: seeing in this disclosure of how much Trump is earning
- 9:52Speaker 8: from these crypto ventures over a billion dollars last year alone? Right,
- 9:57Speaker 8: this isn't a cumulative number, it's in one year.
- 9:59Speaker 6: Is it legal?
- 10:00Speaker 9: I don't believe. So how can that be anything other
- 10:02Speaker 9: than trading on his image and likeness in violation of
- 10:07Speaker 9: the emoluments closed is something that I think the average
- 10:09Speaker 9: American should be staggered by. But you mentioned the scale,
- 10:14Speaker 9: and I think the scale here is just it's intentional.
- 10:18Speaker 9: There's no question. I mean, we are seeing the greatest
- 10:20Speaker 9: onslaught of corruption in the history of mankind in the
- 10:23Speaker 9: last eighteen months. And this disclosure on top of the
- 10:28Speaker 9: disclosure that he issued last month where he listed recent
- 10:32Speaker 9: trades up to seven hundred and fifty million dollars in trades,
- 10:36Speaker 9: many of which involved government contractors. So the grift is
- 10:40Speaker 9: on it's stunning.
- 10:41Speaker 1: So when you think about that, I'll jump back to clarity.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Here you've got Mooch talking about it. Autism Capaquina hit
- 10:47Speaker 1: it right there. You know you're making a billion ninety
- 10:50Speaker 1: percent of the bear market. You know, thanks for playing.
- 10:53Speaker 1: You guys are out there, and that's the issue that
- 10:55Speaker 1: we're facing. Scaramugie comes in, Hey, this is going to
- 10:58Speaker 1: be cited as the main reason of doesn't pass. Hopefully
- 11:02Speaker 1: my crypto bros and sisters have gotten the message. We'll
- 11:05Speaker 1: see going forward. And of course the person that will
- 11:09Speaker 1: take the hammer and use it, well, that's going to
- 11:13Speaker 1: be Elizabeth Warren. Crypto legislation heading sent the floor, must
- 11:16Speaker 1: stop president and his family. All of this timing perfect.
- 11:20Speaker 1: How could you even play this out any better? For
- 11:23Speaker 1: the banks? Just release this gets out of the market.
- 11:27Speaker 1: You know, Warren has her ammunition, and off they go
- 11:30Speaker 1: to the races. And now you have Clarity falling to
- 11:32Speaker 1: its lowest point, down to forty percent over the last
- 11:35Speaker 1: couple of days and continuing to decline. So, if you
- 11:38Speaker 1: guys think Clarity is going through, let me know in
- 11:41Speaker 1: the comments down below. Just put Clarity yes or Clarity no.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'd love to get your feedback. Last clip I want
- 11:47Speaker 1: to go to is something that I think worries me
- 11:51Speaker 1: a little bit because that it's not saying that Clarity
- 11:55Speaker 1: won't pass, but it's it's a position that might be
- 11:58Speaker 1: preparing for Clarity to not pass. Take a look.
- 12:01Speaker 3: So, you guys were in the news recently. You structured
- 12:03Speaker 3: a ten million dollar trade, a prediction market trade over
- 12:06Speaker 3: the counter with ARCA, a crypto fund, relating to the
- 12:10Speaker 3: likelihood that Clarity the Clarity Act would or would not
- 12:14Speaker 3: become law before the end of the year. What was that.
- 12:17Speaker 10: Basically ARCA came to us they said, you know, we
- 12:20Speaker 10: believe that we believe that Clarity is is going to pass,
- 12:24Speaker 10: and we're going to position our book in such a
- 12:26Speaker 10: way where you know, we should benefit if it does. However,
- 12:29Speaker 10: we're thinking about, you know, what is the appropriate hedge
- 12:31Speaker 10: vehicle here, probably like the best way to you know,
- 12:36Speaker 10: protect our portfolio to the downside.
- 12:38Speaker 3: So they wanted to buy no, the Clarity will not
- 12:40Speaker 3: become law because they feel that if it doesn't become law,
- 12:43Speaker 3: that would negatively impact their crypto portfolio, so they want
- 12:46Speaker 3: to own it as a hedge.
- 12:47Speaker 10: Basically, yeah, exactly. It basically means that if Clarity does
- 12:50Speaker 10: not pass, then their other portfolio is you know, potentially
- 12:54Speaker 10: going to suffer as a result of that, they think,
- 12:56Speaker 10: And that's what they think.
- 12:57Speaker 1: All right, So there you have it. So if you're out,
- 13:00Speaker 1: they're on poly market. You're looking at these odds right now,
- 13:04Speaker 1: and you're looking at the hedge of what could happen
- 13:07Speaker 1: if Clarity doesn't go through, if it fails in the
- 13:09Speaker 1: Senate just to give vote on or goes to the
- 13:11Speaker 1: Senate and gets struck down. What is this going to
- 13:13Speaker 1: look like long term for the crypto market. I think
- 13:16Speaker 1: this is the issue that everybody's facing. I still question
- 13:20Speaker 1: whether or not Sailor is right in the sense that
- 13:22Speaker 1: this is just a two to three month worry and
- 13:25Speaker 1: that this might pick up at the end of twenty
- 13:28Speaker 1: twenty six. That is a concern right now, but July
- 13:32Speaker 1: fourth could be the beginning of all of this. Carnage
- 13:36Speaker 1: in the streets, so stay tuned we'll cover more. If
