- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawkgirl Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kaylie, and this is
- 0:19Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:22Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day I for you become
- 0:24Speaker 1: the hawk Girl energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Happy Wednesday, Welcome back to another episode. I am actually
- 0:32Speaker 1: recording this episode today because I decided to do vlog
- 0:37Speaker 1: week this week for Instagram and TikTok and anyways, usually
- 0:42Speaker 1: when I decide to challenge myself when it comes to
- 0:44Speaker 1: like filming every day, sometimes I find it really difficult
- 0:47Speaker 1: to manage other parts of my job because it can
- 0:50Speaker 1: get a little overwhelming. But that's okay. We're still getting
- 0:53Speaker 1: an episode up, which is all that matters. I hope
- 0:55Speaker 1: you guys are having an amazing week so far. A
- 0:58Speaker 1: little bit of a house update, and I have talked
- 1:01Speaker 1: about it in the previous episodes, but we are currently
- 1:04Speaker 1: in the process of getting our backyard done and I'm
- 1:08Speaker 1: so obsessed with how things are turning out. We decided
- 1:11Speaker 1: to do a deck over patio stone just because financially,
- 1:15Speaker 1: the patiostones were just going to cost way too much.
- 1:18Speaker 1: We got quoted and it was just literally astronomical. I
- 1:22Speaker 1: think I talked about it in the last episode, to
- 1:23Speaker 1: be honest. So we have decided to do a deck,
- 1:26Speaker 1: and my dad and Zach started building it this weekend
- 1:29Speaker 1: and we just have the foundation done right now, so
- 1:31Speaker 1: hopefully this long weekend. I can't believe we're already on
- 1:35Speaker 1: May Long weekend, but looks like Zach is probably going
- 1:38Speaker 1: to focus on getting that done, hopefully this weekend. I
- 1:41Speaker 1: don't know if it'll be fully done, but I do
- 1:43Speaker 1: think majority of it will be done. I think the
- 1:45Speaker 1: only thing that we'll have to do is probably just
- 1:47Speaker 1: finish the final touches along with staining it. So I'm
- 1:52Speaker 1: really excited to have that part done because he's kind
- 1:55Speaker 1: of taking obviously control of this part because I am
- 1:58Speaker 1: not much help when it comes to building a deck,
- 2:01Speaker 1: but I know I'm going to be a huge part
- 2:02Speaker 1: when it comes to the decor and the decorating and
- 2:05Speaker 1: all that. So that's kind of like when I come
- 2:07Speaker 1: into play and I ordered some backyard furniture, which I'm
- 2:11Speaker 1: really excited about, just like a sectional, a fireplace, a barbecue.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I haven't found a dining set yet that I love,
- 2:18Speaker 1: so I'm still on the hunt for that. I feel
- 2:21Speaker 1: like I just want to start out with the couch,
- 2:24Speaker 1: the fireplace, and the barbecue and just kind of see
- 2:26Speaker 1: like the color scheme that we're going with, and then
- 2:28Speaker 1: from there I'll start trying to find something for a
- 2:32Speaker 1: dining set for the space. But I also just want
- 2:35Speaker 1: to get an idea of how much space the couch
- 2:38Speaker 1: and barbecue like take up on the deck before I
- 2:42Speaker 1: get a dining set, because obviously I could get a
- 2:44Speaker 1: small dining set, I could get a big dining set.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I just like need to kind of understand the spacing
- 2:48Speaker 1: of the deck once it's all done and we start
- 2:50Speaker 1: to add pieces to it. So that's kind of like
- 2:53Speaker 1: what's been on my main priority right now. I feel
- 2:56Speaker 1: like we've been definitely putting other projects to the side,
- 3:00Speaker 1: And Zach and I were like laughing about it last
- 3:02Speaker 1: night because I think just because we're both ADHD, I
- 3:05Speaker 1: have no idea, but we are that kind of people
- 3:08Speaker 1: where we start a project and then we don't ever
- 3:11Speaker 1: finish it. And one of them being obviously like our bedroom,
- 3:15Speaker 1: like we moved everything over to the window, which we
- 3:17Speaker 1: love and it looks so good, but we have like
- 3:20Speaker 1: a mirror that needs to be hung up, we have
- 3:22Speaker 1: a piece of artwork that still needs to be hung up,
- 3:25Speaker 1: we have some picture frames. So I'm just like, this
- 3:27Speaker 1: is just the reality, Like we do this, and obviously
- 3:30Speaker 1: going into summer, we really wanted the backyard done, so
- 3:32Speaker 1: we're like, okay, let's put the bedroom on pause, focus
- 3:35Speaker 1: on the backyard. And then obviously we wanted to work
- 3:38Speaker 1: on the podcast studio this year, which has been delayed
- 3:41Speaker 1: because of this company with the chairs, Like it's taken
- 3:44Speaker 1: way longer than it's you know, supposed to. So I've
- 3:46Speaker 1: been really just following up with them trying to figure out, Okay,
- 3:49Speaker 1: when is this going to get shipped, because like, obviously
- 3:52Speaker 1: like I need them, and I at this point, like
- 3:54Speaker 1: I want my bunny back if it's going to continue
- 3:56Speaker 1: to take this long. So anyways, I'm just basically waiting
- 3:59Speaker 1: for the chairs and then Zach and I can paint
- 4:00Speaker 1: the podcast room. So our goal is to have our
- 4:04Speaker 1: whole backyard done before the end of the month, which
- 4:07Speaker 1: I do think is realistic, but we shall see, and
- 4:10Speaker 1: then hopefully in June we can start up the podcast
- 4:13Speaker 1: room and then just finish the other touches in our bedroom,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and then the house I think is almost done, which
- 4:19Speaker 1: is quite exciting. The only other thing we have to
- 4:21Speaker 1: do is add shelves in our living room, which is
- 4:23Speaker 1: what we wanted to do. But other than that, I
- 4:25Speaker 1: feel like the house will definitely be close to being
- 4:28Speaker 1: fully done in this episode. This week, I really want
- 4:31Speaker 1: to talk about game changers for the summer season, because
- 4:34Speaker 1: obviously a lot of the episodes we've been talking about
- 4:36Speaker 1: has really been just prepping for summer. I personally think
- 4:40Speaker 1: that Spring is just not even existing at this point,
- 4:45Speaker 1: Like I feel like I just kind of jumped into summer, because,
- 4:48Speaker 1: in my opinion, as soon as May first starts, my
- 4:50Speaker 1: mindset is completely summer. Like I'm not thinking about spring.
- 4:53Speaker 1: The only time I'm thinking about spring is usually like
- 4:56Speaker 1: March April. So although it is technically still spring and
- 5:00Speaker 1: summer doesn't hit until June, I am mentally in the
- 5:03Speaker 1: summer mindset and I'm just focusing on things I can
- 5:06Speaker 1: do to really just have the best summer yet. So
- 5:08Speaker 1: we still have a lot of exciting episodes like the
- 5:11Speaker 1: Summer mood Board, the Summer bucket List, all that that
- 5:14Speaker 1: we're going to touch in the next few episodes. So anyways,
- 5:18Speaker 1: I think these game changers are going to be huge
- 5:20Speaker 1: for you. They have definitely impacted me, and it's something
- 5:22Speaker 1: that I've tried to include into my daily routine, and
- 5:26Speaker 1: it's new things that I've tried. It's things that I've
- 5:28Speaker 1: been doing for years that I swear by, and I
- 5:31Speaker 1: figured I would share it with you guys. I'm going
- 5:33Speaker 1: to share with one of the most recent things that
- 5:35Speaker 1: I've included into my routine that I truly think has
- 5:37Speaker 1: been a huge game changer, and that is investing in
- 5:41Speaker 1: Korean skincare. When I tell you that the Korean skincare
- 5:45Speaker 1: hype is worth it, it is one hundred percent worth it.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I've seen so many TikTokers rave about just certain brands
- 5:51Speaker 1: and certain products, and a lot of them are actually
- 5:55Speaker 1: found on Amazon. It's very easy to purchase them. You know.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I've definitely seen influencers who go to Korea or go
- 6:01Speaker 1: to Japan. They go to you know, the pharmacies there,
- 6:04Speaker 1: stock up on all the skincare products, face masks, you
- 6:07Speaker 1: name it, and bring it back. But a lot of
- 6:09Speaker 1: the Korean skincare brands you can actually find on Amazon,
- 6:12Speaker 1: which is very convenient. One brand that I recently came
- 6:15Speaker 1: across that I really really like is called Metacube, and
- 6:19Speaker 1: I recently just purchased the Toner pads and they have
- 6:22Speaker 1: literally changed my face. I'm not even over exaggerating like
- 6:26Speaker 1: I am obsessed with them. I think I talked about
- 6:28Speaker 1: this actually in the last episode about how there was
- 6:31Speaker 1: three things that I changed in my skincare routine, which was,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you know, being in the Infred SNA a bit more,
- 6:37Speaker 1: using the toner pads, and then getting a facial So
- 6:42Speaker 1: those three things I feel like really helped my skin
- 6:44Speaker 1: last week. But the toner pads I've been using now
- 6:47Speaker 1: for over a month, and what a difference it's made
- 6:50Speaker 1: to my face. It's definitely brightened my face, has definitely
- 6:54Speaker 1: reduced my pores, and all in all, it just really
- 6:56Speaker 1: gives that like glow that you see in the morning
- 6:59Speaker 1: that you may see some influencers you know, talk about
- 7:03Speaker 1: is just like how their skin looks really glowy and dewey.
- 7:06Speaker 1: And I think, honestly, I just needed to add a
- 7:08Speaker 1: toner into my skincare routine and that's what changed the game.
- 7:12Speaker 1: So the product I'm talking about, I will put an
- 7:15Speaker 1: LTK link that way you guys can see the product
- 7:17Speaker 1: that I'm referencing, but I'm obsessed with it. It has
- 7:19Speaker 1: completely changed my skin. I just ordered a oil cleanser
- 7:23Speaker 1: from a brand I think it's called I want to
- 7:26Speaker 1: say Aura, and again it's off Amazon. It's another Korean
- 7:29Speaker 1: skincare brand. This brand actually is recommended by a lot
- 7:32Speaker 1: of influencers, the Aura brand. They also have a toner
- 7:36Speaker 1: as well that you could try out, and then moisturizers
- 7:38Speaker 1: all that. But the brand's called Aura and I just
- 7:41Speaker 1: got the oil facial cleanser. I've actually used it a
- 7:44Speaker 1: few times and I really really like it and going
- 7:48Speaker 1: into the next game. Changer that I feel like has
- 7:50Speaker 1: made a huge difference is double cleansing. I was not
- 7:54Speaker 1: double cleansing. I'm not gonna lie. I was just cleansing once.
- 7:57Speaker 1: And the amount of makeup that I think was probably
- 8:00Speaker 1: still left on my face that was creating my breakouts,
- 8:03Speaker 1: probably the enlarge pores on my face all that. Like
- 8:06Speaker 1: my facialist that I went to a few weeks ago,
- 8:08Speaker 1: she's like, you need to be double cleansing, and I said, okay,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'm going to add this into my routine. My sister
- 8:12Speaker 1: also was like very much into skincare and she was like, no,
- 8:15Speaker 1: you need to be double cleansing. I'm like, okay, So
- 8:17Speaker 1: I started to double cleanse, and I feel like that's
- 8:19Speaker 1: made a huge difference as well. So that's something that
- 8:22Speaker 1: I've kind of continued into my routine and I feel
- 8:25Speaker 1: like it's been really really beneficial for my skin. Another
- 8:29Speaker 1: game changer that I feel like has been a huge
- 8:31Speaker 1: impact into my daily routine that I've actually been doing
- 8:34Speaker 1: now for I want to say, like the past five
- 8:36Speaker 1: to six years is following the eighty twenty rule when
- 8:39Speaker 1: it comes to eating. I've been eating healthy foods now
- 8:42Speaker 1: for I want to say, five to six years. And
- 8:45Speaker 1: when you follow a healthy lifestyle for a long period
- 8:48Speaker 1: of time, eventually your body doesn't really crave those things
- 8:51Speaker 1: that you used to crave. So, you know, back in
- 8:53Speaker 1: the day, I would love to eat a bag of chips.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I'm not even kidding. Like my obsession was like sweet chili,
- 8:59Speaker 1: heat rbecue chips, you know, Doritos, free Doos, ruffles, you
- 9:05Speaker 1: name it. Like I had an addiction to just eating chips.
- 9:07Speaker 1: And over time, once I started to find like healthy
- 9:10Speaker 1: substitutes or just like finding ways to like cut that out,
- 9:14Speaker 1: of my lifestyle, it became a lot easier, and then
- 9:17Speaker 1: my body didn't crave for those foods anymore. So it's
- 9:20Speaker 1: important to just kind of really find ways to adapt
- 9:25Speaker 1: to changing into eating different things. And maybe that's finding
- 9:28Speaker 1: things that might be similar, So finding healthier alternatives to chips,
- 9:32Speaker 1: Like maybe a replacement could be popcorn. Like if you
- 9:34Speaker 1: really like to snack on things like popcorn is a
- 9:37Speaker 1: lower calorie option, it's a bit better for you, Like
- 9:39Speaker 1: you can find ingredients that are ten times better in
- 9:42Speaker 1: popcorn versus a beg of chips. So now there's been
- 9:45Speaker 1: so many great alternatives that have been offered to replace chips.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But that's just a very like vague example. So what
- 9:52Speaker 1: the eighty twenty rule means is that eighty percent of
- 9:55Speaker 1: the meals that I eat are healthy and then twenty
- 9:58Speaker 1: percent of it is indulging in other snacks or sweet
- 10:01Speaker 1: So every single morning I usually have a pretty stalked
- 10:03Speaker 1: up breakfast. I usually have greek yogurt or turkey bacon
- 10:07Speaker 1: or bagels, and I always make sure there's a protein,
- 10:10Speaker 1: a carb in some type of fiber. So you know
- 10:13Speaker 1: the fruits I'm getting, my fiber in the protein is
- 10:16Speaker 1: usually either Greek yogurt or turkey bacon, and then the
- 10:19Speaker 1: carb is either gonna be you know, the bagels or
- 10:22Speaker 1: sour doughe bread, whatever. The carb is. Same thing with lunch,
- 10:25Speaker 1: you know, chicken, sweet potato, vegetables. I'm getting my protein in,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I'm getting my carbs in, I'm getting my vegetables or
- 10:30Speaker 1: fiber in. So that's kind of how I structure out
- 10:33Speaker 1: each meal. And then of course I have a sweet tooth,
- 10:36Speaker 1: so every night I always end my night off with
- 10:38Speaker 1: some chocolate. And that is kind of like how I
- 10:41Speaker 1: follow the eighty twenty rule. And as I said, like
- 10:45Speaker 1: you're still allowed to indulge in the things that like
- 10:47Speaker 1: you love and that brings you happiness. And maybe one
- 10:51Speaker 1: night I'm gonna go to Dairy Queen and get an
- 10:53Speaker 1: ice cream cone because I'm craving one and I'm wanting
- 10:56Speaker 1: that sweet tooth and i want to indulge and have
- 10:59Speaker 1: a night myself and just enjoy a Dairy Queen ice cream.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So that's kind of why I followed the eighty twenty rule,
- 11:05Speaker 1: because you know, I can still treat myself, but it's
- 11:08Speaker 1: not something that I'm always creaming all the time, where
- 11:10Speaker 1: I'm eating unhealthy all the time, and I think it's
- 11:13Speaker 1: like a very easy rule to implement into your daily routine.
- 11:17Speaker 1: So if you're not following the eighty twenty rule, I
- 11:20Speaker 1: highly recommend it because it's changed my life and it's
- 11:23Speaker 1: made eating healthy a lot more enjoyable knowing that you
- 11:26Speaker 1: can still indulge in treat yourself. Another thing that's been
- 11:29Speaker 1: a game changer for my routine is habit stacking. I've
- 11:32Speaker 1: talked about this a lot on the podcast, but that's
- 11:35Speaker 1: being able to do two things at once. So whether
- 11:38Speaker 1: it's going on a hawk Girl walk listening to a
- 11:40Speaker 1: podcast at the same time, it could also be going
- 11:43Speaker 1: on a hawk Girl walk and listening to like a meditation.
- 11:45Speaker 1: If you want to be able to practice your breathing
- 11:48Speaker 1: and doing breathing exercises, you could do both of those
- 11:50Speaker 1: things at the same time. You can also work while
- 11:53Speaker 1: walking on your treadmill, so you're able to track your
- 11:56Speaker 1: steps on top of getting work done at the same time,
- 11:58Speaker 1: So you're doing two things at once and personally, habit
- 12:01Speaker 1: stacking has been a game changer for me. This is
- 12:03Speaker 1: actually something that I introduced to Zach because Zach has
- 12:07Speaker 1: been struggling to like just get two things done at once,
- 12:11Speaker 1: and I said, hey, let's try and do this, implement
- 12:13Speaker 1: this into your work lifestyle. And he's like, okay, like
- 12:16Speaker 1: this is really like really inspiring to listen to from you,
- 12:19Speaker 1: and I'm like perfect. So he just he never really
- 12:22Speaker 1: understood what habit stacking meant. So I explained it to him,
- 12:24Speaker 1: and now he's implemented it into his work environment. So
- 12:28Speaker 1: that's probably one thing that I feel like has really
- 12:30Speaker 1: changed the game, you know, especially right now for me
- 12:32Speaker 1: because I am trying to track my steps this month,
- 12:35Speaker 1: which has been so amazing. I feel like I've been
- 12:39Speaker 1: really good at getting over ten thousand steps a day,
- 12:42Speaker 1: but it has been very difficult to get to fifteen
- 12:44Speaker 1: thousand every single day. But I'm not trying to push
- 12:46Speaker 1: myself or not trying to like be too hard on
- 12:48Speaker 1: myself in the days where I don't because I am
- 12:51Speaker 1: tracking on my iPhone and it's not exactly the most
- 12:53Speaker 1: accurate way of tracking your steps. I do want to
- 12:56Speaker 1: get some type of like a I might honestly just
- 12:59Speaker 1: get the fit bit to be honest, which I don't
- 13:02Speaker 1: like the way the watches look like no one take
- 13:05Speaker 1: that offense. I just like don't really like the idea
- 13:07Speaker 1: of wearing a watch constantly. I love the orr ring,
- 13:10Speaker 1: but a lot of you guys said that because I
- 13:12Speaker 1: do have anxiety when it comes to just certain things.
- 13:16Speaker 1: They said it might trigger it because you're so like
- 13:19Speaker 1: hyper focused on everything when it comes to the or ring,
- 13:22Speaker 1: because it really does show everything, your heart rate, you know,
- 13:26Speaker 1: the calories, everything. So everyone's like it might not be
- 13:29Speaker 1: for you because you see so much information. So that
- 13:32Speaker 1: kind of makes me steer away from the orr ring
- 13:34Speaker 1: because it might be too detailed. However, I do want
- 13:37Speaker 1: something that's going to track my cycle because I don't
- 13:40Speaker 1: have anything currently, and eventually, like when Zach and I
- 13:43Speaker 1: do want to start trying, I'm like, I want to
- 13:45Speaker 1: be able to know when I'm ovulating, when I'm in
- 13:48Speaker 1: my luteal phase, when I'm getting my period, all that.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Like I kind of know when I get my period
- 13:52Speaker 1: based off of just like you know, oh, it's the
- 13:55Speaker 1: second week of every month or whatever it is, right,
- 13:57Speaker 1: So anyways, I'm pretty good at remembering. It's just more
- 14:01Speaker 1: so it would be beneficial to track like the other
- 14:03Speaker 1: things when it comes to like trying to conceive, so Anyways,
- 14:07Speaker 1: right now, I might just get like the I think
- 14:09Speaker 1: it's like sixty bucks off Amazon. It's just a fitbit
- 14:11Speaker 1: just to track, and I'm gonna be honest, I think
- 14:14Speaker 1: I might wear it on my ankle versus my wrist
- 14:18Speaker 1: because I just don't like the way it looks, and
- 14:20Speaker 1: because I wear workout clothes all the time, I feel
- 14:23Speaker 1: like it's gonna be like very subtle just to kind
- 14:26Speaker 1: of like wear it around the ankle. So if you
- 14:29Speaker 1: see a fitbit on my ankle next week, you know why.
- 14:32Speaker 1: As I said, like being able to work while walking
- 14:35Speaker 1: on the treadmill has been a game changer, and just
- 14:37Speaker 1: like habit stacking in general has really been the key
- 14:40Speaker 1: thing for me when it comes to including it into
- 14:43Speaker 1: my daily routine. Another thing is, I feel like I've
- 14:45Speaker 1: never actually talked about this before, but because I have
- 14:48Speaker 1: so much hair, I don't always love doing a big
- 14:51Speaker 1: hair wash day every single week. Like sometimes it can
- 14:54Speaker 1: be a lot, and sometimes I also don't have the
- 14:57Speaker 1: time to wash my hair and blow dry it for
- 14:59Speaker 1: like an hour and a half. And you know, sometimes
- 15:00Speaker 1: I've been doing it at night, which has been a
- 15:02Speaker 1: little bit easier, and it doesn't like impact my day.
- 15:05Speaker 1: But if I want my hair to look good and
- 15:07Speaker 1: I don't want to go through the effort of washing
- 15:09Speaker 1: my entire head, I will literally just wash the top
- 15:12Speaker 1: of my head, like I'll just wash the roots, and
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'll put my hair in the sink. I'll get my shampoo,
- 15:17Speaker 1: I'll wash the roots, I'll wash my bangs. Usually it's
- 15:20Speaker 1: like the halfway part. I would say, so like you know,
- 15:22Speaker 1: when you put your hair up, like half up, half down,
- 15:25Speaker 1: I would say, like half of it would go in
- 15:26Speaker 1: the sink and I would wash it, and then literally
- 15:28Speaker 1: just the bottom part stays out. It reduces the time
- 15:31Speaker 1: by half underneath. I don't really care what my hair
- 15:34Speaker 1: looks like, nobody can really see it. And then by
- 15:36Speaker 1: only washing my roots, my hair literally looks amazing for
- 15:39Speaker 1: at least an additional two days and I can get
- 15:42Speaker 1: away with it and then wash my entire head on
- 15:44Speaker 1: the weekend. So that's kind of what I've been doing,
- 15:48Speaker 1: especially for like people who you know who work out
- 15:51Speaker 1: lots and you know, might get sweaty a lot, and
- 15:54Speaker 1: they don't want to go through the effort of washing
- 15:56Speaker 1: their entire head. That's just like something that I do
- 15:58Speaker 1: that's a quick game change or that you can do.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I've also been doing my natural hair more, as you
- 16:03Speaker 1: guys know, which has sped up the process a lot
- 16:05Speaker 1: by not having to blow out my hair every single week.
- 16:08Speaker 1: So just washing it using you know, a curl cream
- 16:12Speaker 1: and then some moose and I just let it air
- 16:14Speaker 1: dry and then it comes out really naturally wavy and curly.
- 16:18Speaker 1: And as you guys know, I've been really trying to
- 16:20Speaker 1: embrace my natural hair, so it's been nice to like
- 16:23Speaker 1: save time by not having to go through a whole
- 16:26Speaker 1: blowout routine. Now, I have been doing heated workouts lately,
- 16:29Speaker 1: which has definitely played an impact in my hair washing routine.
- 16:32Speaker 1: So now I've been starting to book my workout classes
- 16:35Speaker 1: around my hair wash schedule. So I'm like, Okay, if
- 16:39Speaker 1: I do a heated matt class on Monday, I can
- 16:41Speaker 1: wash my hair, you know, that night or Tuesday morning,
- 16:44Speaker 1: and then if I do a heated workout class on Thursday,
- 16:47Speaker 1: I can wash my hair either Thursday night or Friday morning,
- 16:50Speaker 1: and then it's good for the weekend. So I'm now
- 16:52Speaker 1: starting to base my heated workout classes around that. But
- 16:56Speaker 1: for example, like my sister, she's been doing it a
- 16:58Speaker 1: lot more than me, just because you know, I do Soma,
- 17:01Speaker 1: which is the reformer plates, and then Madison she doesn't,
- 17:04Speaker 1: so she just does oxygen. So my sister has been
- 17:06Speaker 1: trying to research ways on how to, you know, maintain
- 17:10Speaker 1: your hair during a heated class, and there was two
- 17:13Speaker 1: things they recommended. Obviously, there's dry shampoo, which works for
- 17:16Speaker 1: some people. But there's a new thing that came out.
- 17:19Speaker 1: I think it's by the brand Bumble Bumble, and it's
- 17:22Speaker 1: like a hair mist that essentially just like removes the
- 17:26Speaker 1: oil from the roots. And it's essentially like dry shampoo,
- 17:29Speaker 1: but it doesn't give that like white residue. You know,
- 17:33Speaker 1: like when you spray dry shampoo and it's like white
- 17:35Speaker 1: everywhere and you have to like absorb it in all that.
- 17:38Speaker 1: This is like a clear spray and you blow dry
- 17:41Speaker 1: it and it literally looks like you just gave yourself
- 17:43Speaker 1: a blowout, so it looks really good. I've been wanting
- 17:46Speaker 1: to try it. I don't have it currently, but the
- 17:49Speaker 1: reviews that I've seen on TikTok have been really good.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It's from Sephora, and as I said, I think it's
- 17:53Speaker 1: called the Bumble Bumble like dry shampoo missed or something
- 17:58Speaker 1: like that. I'll try and the exact one on my LTK.
- 18:01Speaker 1: But anyways, I hear amazing things about it and I've
- 18:03Speaker 1: been wanting to try it out. So if you're that
- 18:05Speaker 1: kind of person that loves heated workouts but you're having
- 18:07Speaker 1: a hard time managing your hair wash schedule, that might
- 18:10Speaker 1: be something worth looking into and it might be a
- 18:13Speaker 1: game changer for your hair wash routine. Another thing when
- 18:16Speaker 1: it comes to hair that I will say as a
- 18:18Speaker 1: game changer is knowing that we have the slick back looks,
- 18:21Speaker 1: So doing slick back ponytails, slick back buns. I'll also
- 18:24Speaker 1: do like slick back half up, half down if I
- 18:26Speaker 1: want to. If I'm having a greasy hair day, I'm
- 18:29Speaker 1: gonna be doing my hair in a slick back ponytail,
- 18:31Speaker 1: not gonna lie Like I feel so put together with
- 18:33Speaker 1: a high pony tail. I feel like it's just giving
- 18:35Speaker 1: myself a facelift, honestly, Like it's like one of my
- 18:39Speaker 1: favorite hairstyles on me, and I feel like that's just
- 18:42Speaker 1: something I always resort to. And I also love using
- 18:46Speaker 1: the like hair wax stick. So there's a brand called
- 18:49Speaker 1: Nexus that has a good one that I've been using
- 18:51Speaker 1: Emmy j called their Angel stick. I use that all
- 18:54Speaker 1: the time for my slick back looks. I find that
- 18:56Speaker 1: just really like finishes off the ponytail and it just
- 18:59Speaker 1: kind of fixes any like baby hairs or any bumps
- 19:02Speaker 1: that you might have in your hair from doing a
- 19:05Speaker 1: slick back look. So that to me has always been
- 19:08Speaker 1: a game changer in my routine and I will forever
- 19:11Speaker 1: stick to it. I do not care if it's going
- 19:13Speaker 1: to create bald spots and my scalp. I will figure
- 19:16Speaker 1: out a way to grow the hair back, but no
- 19:18Speaker 1: slickback looks I will never stop doing, just because I
- 19:21Speaker 1: do find it looks very put together and it's just
- 19:23Speaker 1: such an easy way to, you know, make yourself look
- 19:26Speaker 1: good when you're having you know, dirty hair and want
- 19:28Speaker 1: to look put together. Another thing when it comes to
- 19:31Speaker 1: healthy meals, when it comes to just a game changer
- 19:35Speaker 1: is homemade meals. So I feel like prepping has been
- 19:38Speaker 1: a game changer for me, and I've been prepping food
- 19:41Speaker 1: either on Sunday or Monday. And one thing that I've
- 19:44Speaker 1: been making consistently lately has been the high protein bagels.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Oh my god, guys, you need to try these. It
- 19:49Speaker 1: is literally so good. I've heard a lot of you
- 19:52Speaker 1: guys actually try it with cottage cheese versus Greek yogurt,
- 19:56Speaker 1: So I'm going to try that maybe next week in
- 19:58Speaker 1: the recipe versus Greek yogurt. But I person I love
- 20:00Speaker 1: the Greek yogurt. It's a great way to get protein in.
- 20:03Speaker 1: It tastes literally so good. It literally tastes like bread.
- 20:06Speaker 1: And I've been trying different toppings out, so I've done
- 20:08Speaker 1: everything bagel seasoning. I recently just tried the Jlapino cheddar, which,
- 20:12Speaker 1: oh my god, guys, you need to try the Jilipino
- 20:15Speaker 1: cheddar insane. If you like spice, you're gonna love it.
- 20:18Speaker 1: And it's literally a little bit of cheese, which again
- 20:20Speaker 1: you're getting extra protein in, and then chopping up your
- 20:23Speaker 1: jilapino very very thin and just putting a layer of
- 20:26Speaker 1: it on top. I just put it in my toaster
- 20:28Speaker 1: and add a little bit of butter on top, and
- 20:30Speaker 1: it's literally perfect every single time. And I think this
- 20:34Speaker 1: week I'm gonna make cinnamon raisin bagels. I'm gonna try
- 20:37Speaker 1: that out, and probably more Helipino cheddar, just because it
- 20:40Speaker 1: turned out so good. But this is my new era
- 20:42Speaker 1: and I'm obsessed with it. I love these bagels. This
- 20:44Speaker 1: has been around for I don't know, like a few years.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I think people started to really talk about it last year.
- 20:51Speaker 1: But this is new to me and I'm obsessed with
- 20:53Speaker 1: it and I don't want to stop making them. So
- 20:55Speaker 1: it's been my new favorite thing. And it's so easy.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I am not a baker guy. It is literally the
- 21:01Speaker 1: easiest thing to do, and I just love having them
- 21:03Speaker 1: already prepped and then in the morning it's just been
- 21:06Speaker 1: really easy to figure out what I'm going to have
- 21:07Speaker 1: for breakfast. And I like that I can either, you know,
- 21:10Speaker 1: pair it with something sweet, like you know, a Greek
- 21:13Speaker 1: yogroup bowl or just a side of fruit, or I
- 21:15Speaker 1: could make a bagel sandwich out of it, or you know,
- 21:18Speaker 1: I don't know. You have the option of doing savory
- 21:20Speaker 1: or sweet with having the bagels. And if you want
- 21:23Speaker 1: to do you know, a sweet bagel, as I said,
- 21:25Speaker 1: you could do cinnamon raisin, you could do blueberry, and
- 21:27Speaker 1: if you wanted to do it savory, you could do
- 21:28Speaker 1: the everything bagel seasoning or the halopino cheddar like. It
- 21:32Speaker 1: really just depends on what you want to do. But anyways,
- 21:35Speaker 1: the bagels are a game changer and I love it.
- 21:37Speaker 1: And then I've also been getting back into juicing, which
- 21:39Speaker 1: was one of my goals for May, and I just
- 21:42Speaker 1: love juicing so much. And I made my green juice
- 21:45Speaker 1: this week. Tastes amazing. It lasts up to like four
- 21:48Speaker 1: to five days, I believe. And yeah, I've been just
- 21:51Speaker 1: trying to stay consistent with making bagels and green juices
- 21:55Speaker 1: every single week. And another thing I've been wanting to
- 21:57Speaker 1: do is be better at making homemade desserve. So we
- 22:01Speaker 1: tried out the Ninja creamy. It worked out really well,
- 22:03Speaker 1: to be honest. We tried out a new protein powder
- 22:06Speaker 1: and we use the fair Life chocolate milk and the
- 22:10Speaker 1: I think it's the Jello chocolate mix in order to
- 22:14Speaker 1: make it thick. Turned out amazing. The only thing is
- 22:17Speaker 1: is that I personally find it's a lot of ice
- 22:19Speaker 1: cream for one serving, Like I couldn't finish it, Like
- 22:23Speaker 1: I put it in the freezer and I have it
- 22:24Speaker 1: the next day, which is fine, But I don't know,
- 22:27Speaker 1: I have this weird thing with ice cream, Like I
- 22:29Speaker 1: don't know if it's just because I have yogurt in
- 22:31Speaker 1: the morning, but I don't crave ice cream every single night.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So I like the Ninja creamy. It's just like, I
- 22:37Speaker 1: don't know, some nights, I'm just like not really craving it.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I'd rather like a piece of chocolate versus eating chocolate
- 22:42Speaker 1: ice cream. So another thing that I've been wanting to
- 22:45Speaker 1: try that creates that like piece of chocolate kind of
- 22:49Speaker 1: like substitution would be the date squares. I'm not sure
- 22:54Speaker 1: if you guys have seen this. It's a bunch of dates,
- 22:56Speaker 1: you roll them out, you then spread almond butter on top,
- 22:59Speaker 1: and you melt either semi sweet or milk or dark
- 23:03Speaker 1: chocolate and you put it on top. You put it
- 23:05Speaker 1: in the freezer, and you add sea salt on top,
- 23:08Speaker 1: and apparently it's really really good. So that's something that
- 23:11Speaker 1: I've been wanting to try out. But I'm all about
- 23:14Speaker 1: trying different things when it comes to anything, to be honest,
- 23:18Speaker 1: and desserts is just something that I've been wanting to
- 23:20Speaker 1: prep as well. So anyways, making your homemade meals is
- 23:24Speaker 1: definitely a game changer and makes it a little bit
- 23:26Speaker 1: easier going into the week, especially if you're that kind
- 23:28Speaker 1: of person that loves to meal prep. So if you
- 23:30Speaker 1: like to, you know, cook chicken, or beef or sweet
- 23:33Speaker 1: potato for your lunch. That way, it's easy for you
- 23:35Speaker 1: to bring to work, like highly highly recommend doing that.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I'm the kind of person where I don't like eating
- 23:40Speaker 1: the same thing every single day. But you know, I
- 23:43Speaker 1: could prep chicken breasts on the Monday and then have
- 23:46Speaker 1: it for the rest of the week by you know,
- 23:48Speaker 1: doing different recipes. So I could do chicken salads, I
- 23:50Speaker 1: could do chicken wraps, you know, just chicken with rice.
- 23:54Speaker 1: So just prepping your proteins is also a huge game
- 23:58Speaker 1: changer by including it into different restles for your lunches
- 24:01Speaker 1: or dinners for the week. Another thing that I saw,
- 24:04Speaker 1: actually someone talk about on TikTok was using your leftover
- 24:07Speaker 1: coffee from the day before and turning it into ice
- 24:11Speaker 1: cubes for the following day. So let's say you don't
- 24:13Speaker 1: drink all of your coffee on the Monday, you put
- 24:16Speaker 1: it in an ice tray, leave it overnight in the freezer,
- 24:19Speaker 1: and then on Tuesday when you wake up, if you
- 24:21Speaker 1: don't want your coffee to get watery, if you do
- 24:24Speaker 1: an iced coffee every single morning, you just take the
- 24:26Speaker 1: coffee ice cubes that you made and you put it
- 24:30Speaker 1: into your coffee and then your coffee tastes less watery.
- 24:34Speaker 1: I thought that was a game changer. I haven't tried
- 24:36Speaker 1: it yet, but that's something that I've been wanting to try,
- 24:39Speaker 1: and I recently came across it on TikTok and I'm like,
- 24:41Speaker 1: that makes so much sense because that's the one thing
- 24:44Speaker 1: I hate when I'm drinking my coffee and then by
- 24:46Speaker 1: the end it's like a watery coffee. Well, it's going
- 24:49Speaker 1: to taste better at an ice cube the next morning,
- 24:52Speaker 1: knowing that it's not just water, there's a bit of
- 24:54Speaker 1: coffee in it. So anyways, I think that's a game
- 24:57Speaker 1: changer for your coffee routine. Another thing when it comes
- 25:00Speaker 1: to gut health is talking about what you're putting inside
- 25:04Speaker 1: your body. So of course, you know, I've talked a
- 25:07Speaker 1: lot about my skin and just how I feel like
- 25:10Speaker 1: investing in different skincare has been a really huge factor,
- 25:13Speaker 1: along with you know, getting a facial. One thing that
- 25:15Speaker 1: I also think plays a huge impact is my gut
- 25:18Speaker 1: So what am I putting inside to help my skin?
- 25:20Speaker 1: So one thing I've been really wanting to do is
- 25:23Speaker 1: get into taking magnesium consistently along with taking collagen. Those
- 25:27Speaker 1: are two supplements that I'm not currently taking, but I
- 25:31Speaker 1: hear amazing things when you're actually consistent with it. So
- 25:35Speaker 1: collagen is something that I think is so easy to
- 25:38Speaker 1: include in your coffee recipe or maybe your daily smoothie recipe.
- 25:42Speaker 1: I could probably honestly even add it to my yogurt
- 25:45Speaker 1: bowls in the morning, but I'm not gonna lie. I
- 25:48Speaker 1: haven't found a brand that I've been sticking to because
- 25:51Speaker 1: I feel like the ones that I've tried you can
- 25:54Speaker 1: actually taste the collagen, which I don't want. So I'm
- 25:57Speaker 1: calling all my girlies out here. If you are someone
- 26:00Speaker 1: that takes collagen consistently, please send us a DM. I
- 26:03Speaker 1: would love to know what brand you're using or one
- 26:05Speaker 1: that you swear by, because it's something that I've been
- 26:07Speaker 1: really wanting to get into and potentially just add to
- 26:11Speaker 1: my coffees in the morning or my Greek yogurt bulls,
- 26:13Speaker 1: because I do think taking supplements for your skin is
- 26:18Speaker 1: definitely going to be beneficial. So collagen is something that
- 26:21Speaker 1: I've been wanting to consistently get into. Magnesium is something
- 26:24Speaker 1: that I've been wanting to get into, but also I
- 26:27Speaker 1: take a probiotic and prebiotic by the brand Array, which
- 26:31Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys have heard. I also think I
- 26:33Speaker 1: talked about their bloating pills that I took that I'm
- 26:35Speaker 1: obsessed with. Oh my god, that bloating pill has changed
- 26:40Speaker 1: my life. I'm not even overexaggerating. It just helps so
- 26:43Speaker 1: much with any inflammation that you might have from eating
- 26:46Speaker 1: certain foods. So for me, my body does not like dairy,
- 26:50Speaker 1: and I know that, but I continuously eat dairy, even
- 26:54Speaker 1: lactose free. My body doesn't like it, So when I
- 26:57Speaker 1: eat too much dairy, I will have one of the
- 27:00Speaker 1: deep bloat pills. The supplements, I'll take it at night,
- 27:03Speaker 1: I'll wake up the next morning and literally it changes
- 27:06Speaker 1: my body. I'm not even over exaggerating, like it is
- 27:08Speaker 1: such a good supplement. You don't need to take it
- 27:11Speaker 1: every single day, but whenever you are having you know,
- 27:14Speaker 1: either if your body is not used to gluten and
- 27:18Speaker 1: you kind of get inflammation from eating gluten, then you
- 27:21Speaker 1: know you can resort to using these supplements. But I
- 27:24Speaker 1: love it. Again, always talk to your doctor. I don't
- 27:26Speaker 1: want to tell you guys to buy these things. Obviously,
- 27:29Speaker 1: do your own research as well, but I've done my
- 27:31Speaker 1: own research. I personally love it and I find it's
- 27:34Speaker 1: been a game changer. But taking up prebiotic and probiotic
- 27:38Speaker 1: is also great for your overall gut health and yeah,
- 27:41Speaker 1: definitely helps with how your skin looks, how you feel
- 27:45Speaker 1: energy wise. All that, the last two things that I'll
- 27:47Speaker 1: talk about when it comes to game changers, one of
- 27:49Speaker 1: them being the multitask motivation. I've talked about this before,
- 27:54Speaker 1: but I have a very hard time focusing when it
- 27:56Speaker 1: comes to getting certain tasks done when it comes to
- 27:59Speaker 1: work or things in my house, and one thing that
- 28:02Speaker 1: I find always helps me is I create distractions, like
- 28:05Speaker 1: outside distractions of when I'm trying to stay focused on something.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I know that kind of sounds crazy, but I feel
- 28:11Speaker 1: like I'm more productive when there's background noise. So, you know,
- 28:14Speaker 1: when I'm cleaning my house, I like to put a
- 28:16Speaker 1: podcast on or listen to music. When I'm getting work done,
- 28:19Speaker 1: I like to put a YouTube video on. And I
- 28:21Speaker 1: don't know, I just feel like it's something that motivates
- 28:25Speaker 1: me to stay focused but also makes it fun in
- 28:28Speaker 1: a way by still being able to have that like
- 28:30Speaker 1: outdoor noise. And I don't know, it's kind of like
- 28:34Speaker 1: when I talked about habit stacking. If you don't like running,
- 28:38Speaker 1: then creating a fun playlist or listening to a good
- 28:40Speaker 1: podcast might motivate you to actually get out and go
- 28:44Speaker 1: for that run. Or if you hate walking on a treadmill,
- 28:48Speaker 1: then maybe putting on a YouTube video or again watching
- 28:51Speaker 1: a podcast could be beneficial for you to get that
- 28:54Speaker 1: task done that you wanted to get done. But it
- 28:56Speaker 1: allows something fun at the same time. So it kind
- 28:59Speaker 1: of goes with the habits stagging in a way. But
- 29:01Speaker 1: it really does help me stay focused. To be honest,
- 29:04Speaker 1: and this might not work for everyone, but if you're
- 29:06Speaker 1: the kind of person like me that might have a
- 29:08Speaker 1: hard time focusing, I feel like multitasking has been a
- 29:12Speaker 1: game changer. Sorry I lied, Now we have two more.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Another game changer has been my six am morning routine.
- 29:18Speaker 1: So actually consistently waking up at six am every single
- 29:21Speaker 1: morning has completely changed my life. I'm more productive, I
- 29:24Speaker 1: get way more done in the day. I feel like
- 29:27Speaker 1: the Hatch alarm clock has a lot to do with that.
- 29:30Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys have heard of it. Hatch is
- 29:32Speaker 1: an amazing brand. The alarm clock is pricey. I'm not
- 29:35Speaker 1: gonna lie, but what I love about it is the
- 29:37Speaker 1: sunrise aspect of how there's a light that beams essentially
- 29:42Speaker 1: in your face and it allows you to wake up
- 29:44Speaker 1: easier because it essentially reflects what the sunrise would be
- 29:49Speaker 1: in your room. And then the alarm clock noise is
- 29:52Speaker 1: way more calming than what you would hear from an iPhone.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I absolutely hate the iPhone alarm clock. It is awful.
- 30:00Speaker 1: I do not recommend it for anyone. Whereas the Hatch,
- 30:03Speaker 1: I feel like it's a lot more soothing, a lot
- 30:05Speaker 1: more enjoyable. And I recently discovered the new feature on
- 30:10Speaker 1: the Hatch alarm clock, which is the night light. So
- 30:13Speaker 1: I will put on like the light in my room
- 30:16Speaker 1: at night, and I'll usually I'll switch it to like
- 30:18Speaker 1: the red, which it allows it to be a bit
- 30:20Speaker 1: more calming. I also never used to be a white
- 30:23Speaker 1: noise kind of person, and now I listen to white
- 30:26Speaker 1: noise every single night, and I actually like can't go
- 30:28Speaker 1: to bed without it, Like it's literally something that Zach
- 30:31Speaker 1: and I swear by. So I don't know, I feel
- 30:34Speaker 1: like the alarm clock definitely played a huge impact in
- 30:37Speaker 1: helping me stay consistent with waking up early. But I
- 30:41Speaker 1: also just find, you know, going into the summer season,
- 30:44Speaker 1: it's a lot easier to create an early morning routine.
- 30:47Speaker 1: So I feel the kind of person that has been
- 30:48Speaker 1: wanting to get into a morning routine, this is the
- 30:51Speaker 1: time to do so. Because the sun is up at
- 30:54Speaker 1: like five p forty five, so you can definitely push
- 30:57Speaker 1: yourself to wake up at six. I do it every
- 30:58Speaker 1: single morning. The sun is up. It's literally in my
- 31:02Speaker 1: eyes in the morning, and it's like the best thing
- 31:04Speaker 1: to wake up to. I love waking up, you know,
- 31:07Speaker 1: to the sun or with the sun. It's like truly
- 31:10Speaker 1: the most rewarding thing. And being able to like get outside,
- 31:13Speaker 1: get a workout in, or you know, get a walk
- 31:15Speaker 1: in before eight am is so rewarding. So if you're
- 31:18Speaker 1: the kind of person that wants to become a morning person,
- 31:21Speaker 1: I think this is your sign to do so. And
- 31:23Speaker 1: the summer season is here, so you better get to it.
- 31:27Speaker 1: The last thing that I wanted to say when it
- 31:29Speaker 1: comes to a game changer for just yourself in general,
- 31:34Speaker 1: is getting yourself set up for a savings account. If
- 31:37Speaker 1: you do not have a savings account, I highly highly
- 31:40Speaker 1: recommend setting one up. I've actually had a lot of
- 31:43Speaker 1: recent hate on Reddit, which I don't read. To be honest,
- 31:47Speaker 1: I avoid Reddit because you know, people say what they
- 31:50Speaker 1: want to say. But my mom, I guess, decided to
- 31:53Speaker 1: read Reddit about me, and she didn't really tell me everything,
- 31:57Speaker 1: but she did say that apparently a lot of people
- 31:59Speaker 1: said that I rely a lot on my parents' money,
- 32:03Speaker 1: and anything that has came in my life has all
- 32:07Speaker 1: been because of my parents. I'm going to tell you
- 32:09Speaker 1: this right now. My parents did not help me pay
- 32:12Speaker 1: for a single thing. I saved all my money up.
- 32:15Speaker 1: My parents taught me how to save money. Every single
- 32:18Speaker 1: paycheck that I ever got from when I was sixteen on,
- 32:21Speaker 1: I took a chunk of that money and I would
- 32:23Speaker 1: put it into a savings account. So, you know, everyone
- 32:26Speaker 1: can kind of do it differently. But if you make
- 32:29Speaker 1: xyz amount in two weeks, take a portion of it
- 32:32Speaker 1: and put it into your savings account every two weeks,
- 32:34Speaker 1: and then by the end of the year, you'll see
- 32:35Speaker 1: how much money you actually saved by doing that. So
- 32:39Speaker 1: I find creating a separate account allows you to like
- 32:43Speaker 1: really just not focus on the big number, and you know, think, oh,
- 32:47Speaker 1: I have all this money, I could go shopping, I
- 32:48Speaker 1: could spend all my money on this stuff, I could
- 32:51Speaker 1: go travel blah blah blah. Like I think by taking
- 32:53Speaker 1: it out immediately and not seeing it makes me think
- 32:55Speaker 1: that it doesn't exist. And then you know, when I
- 32:58Speaker 1: see my account, I'm a bit more managedab when it
- 33:00Speaker 1: comes to shopping or spending money on trips or whatever.
- 33:03Speaker 1: So anything that I've bought in my house, my car,
- 33:06Speaker 1: my wedding, I paid for it all myself. I had
- 33:09Speaker 1: no help from anybody, And I'm very grateful that I
- 33:12Speaker 1: was able to do that all because I was able
- 33:14Speaker 1: to put money aside and not you know, have it
- 33:17Speaker 1: in my close vicinity. Like just having it in a
- 33:20Speaker 1: separate account allowed me to like really just separate it,
- 33:23Speaker 1: and I was allowed to just invest in things that
- 33:26Speaker 1: I think was worth it, like buying a house, buying
- 33:28Speaker 1: a car, all that because I was able to save
- 33:31Speaker 1: that money and put it aside. So this is just
- 33:33Speaker 1: kind of like an ending to this game changer as
- 33:35Speaker 1: like a motivational side where it's like you can do
- 33:37Speaker 1: anything you set your mind to. And I think it
- 33:39Speaker 1: does play a huge impact when you do create a
- 33:42Speaker 1: savings account and you do set money aside, and you
- 33:45Speaker 1: know it could take a few months, It could take
- 33:47Speaker 1: a few years, but over time, if there's a big
- 33:50Speaker 1: goal that you've been wanting to achieve that costs a
- 33:52Speaker 1: lot of money, you'll see at that point how much
- 33:55Speaker 1: money you've actually saved and how much you could actually
- 33:58Speaker 1: put towards whatever your dream is, whether it's going to
- 34:01Speaker 1: Greece or buying your dream car, whatever it is. So anyways,
- 34:06Speaker 1: trust me, if you don't have a savings account, you
- 34:08Speaker 1: need to get one and maybe ask your parents if
- 34:10Speaker 1: you're younger and you don't know how to do so,
- 34:12Speaker 1: or if you know someone. If you're older and you
- 34:15Speaker 1: want to figure out how to do it, just go
- 34:16Speaker 1: to the bank. They're you know, super respectful and will
- 34:19Speaker 1: always like help you out and tell you how to
- 34:21Speaker 1: set it all up. So anyways, that's kind of like
- 34:24Speaker 1: the end to this episode. But I hope these game
- 34:27Speaker 1: changers were inspiring for you or things that you may
