Young Man Charged in Bike Path Assault | Dayton News
A 23-year-old man is facing felony kidnapping charges after allegedly attacking a 55-year-old woman on a bike path at 3 a.m. The victim, who fought back with punches and kicks, described the assailant as riding a squeaky women’s bike and tried to rip her bra and grab her phone. She screamed for help but said no one came to her aid. Police are still investigating, and the suspect is in county jail.
