70-Year-Old Man Indicted for Child Abuse | Dayton News
A 70-year-old man, Joseph Hadlock, was indicted this week on three counts of rape of a minor under 13 and two counts of gross sexual imposition — alleged incidents spanning 1995 to the early 2000s. Arrested quietly by Miami County Sheriff’s detectives, he’s now in custody at the Miami County Jail. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as the investigation continues.
