- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities CE OS and even royalty Adam Cox, these
- 0:21recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's world
- 0:24famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here and you're about to listen to a sleep
- 0:42hypnosis session with the difference.
- 0:45Because this sleep. Hypnosis session isn't just
- 0:48about getting a good night's sleep, it's also giving you
- 0:51suggestions about productivity and career success and really
- 0:56feeling motivated to take your life to the next level.
- 1:00So if you've wanted a hypnosis session to help you drift off to
- 1:04sleep while at the same time wanting to wake up the next day
- 1:08with a new level of focus and energy, then I think you'll
- 1:11benefit from this session. Now this session was created for
- 1:15an individual. Some of the suggestions are
- 1:17going to be perfect for them and not quite right for you.
- 1:19So just disregard any suggestions that aren't quite
- 1:22right. But if you do like the idea of
- 1:25having a bespoke session specifically made for you, there
- 1:29will be a link in the description where you can book a
- 1:31free consultation call to explore working with me.
- 1:35And if you like the idea of listening to these kind of
- 1:39hypnosis sessions without my intro, the outro, any
- 1:43explanations and just the hypnosis, then on Spotify you
- 1:47can actually subscribe for a very small amount per month and
- 1:51then you get the same hypnosis without the intro and the outro.
- 1:55So if that's also of interest, again, take a look at the
- 1:58description for that. For now though, find a quiet,
- 2:01comfortable place where you won't be disturbed, ideally your
- 2:04own bed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 2:27Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 2:36slow, long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, feel that
- 2:45wonderful feeling like tension is melting away and leaving your
- 2:54body in your outward breath. Breathing in, relaxation and
- 3:04exhaling tension. Each breath allowing you to
- 3:10drift deeper and deeper, relaxed.
- 3:19And I want you to scan your body for any clues of tension could
- 3:23be in the forehead, the jaw, the neck, or the shoulders.
- 3:29And imagine how it would feel like if all of that tension was
- 3:35dissolving, was melting away, and just feel it leaving your
- 3:42body in your outward breath. And then imagine breathing in a
- 3:52color that represents gratitude, maybe bright yellow, orange, or
- 4:00a different colour. And just imagine breathing in
- 4:04that gratitude and allow it to remind you of all that there is
- 4:14to feel grateful for. Breathing in that gratitude and
- 4:23exhaling any frustrations or tension.
- 4:28And just imagine it like a grey shadow leaving your body.
- 4:33Breathing in gratitude, exhaling anything that might be
- 4:38disempowering or making life seem serious or heavy.
- 4:46That's it. And as you breathe in and
- 4:51breathe out, feeling even more comfortable, I wonder if you can
- 4:59recall a time from your past where your whole body was filled
- 5:06with gratitude. And I want you to remember that
- 5:11memory and almost observe it like a bystander.
- 5:18You can go back to that moment and see yourself and everything
- 5:24doesn't need to be perfect because it never is.
- 5:30But I wonder if you can see yourself filled with gratitude
- 5:36in that moment. And what's interesting is all it
- 5:43takes to be filled with gratitude is to count your
- 5:49blessings, to focus on a particular meaning.
- 5:57And as you look at that version of you, I want you to come to
- 6:02the conclusion that that version of you could have arrived at a
- 6:08very different meaning, but would not have led to gratitude.
- 6:14But you didn't. That version of you may have
- 6:20been grateful to be alive, may be grateful for that moment in
- 6:26time, grateful for future possibilities.
- 6:32And I want you to get a sense that where focus goes, energy
- 6:38flows. And that version of you was
- 6:41focused on something positive, empowering, and meaningful.
- 6:50And I wonder if you can step into that version of you, no
- 6:58longer an observer, but feel how you would feel to be filled with
- 7:04all of that gratitude. Feel how good it feels to value
- 7:15things that some people take for granted.
- 7:20Being able to breathe, to live, to smile.
- 7:29And I want you to imagine floating back to your present.
- 7:33But take all of that gratitude with you and allow your
- 7:39breathing to get even deeper, even more relaxed.
- 7:46And with every breath you take, notice how the simple act of
- 7:53breathing can begin to calm your mind and soften your body.
- 8:03With each exhale, just let go a little more, shoulders more
- 8:10relaxed, jaw looser, almost as though your body already knows
- 8:17that it is safe to drift, to rest, to recharge.
- 8:27And as your body gets to that place, just imagine a wave of
- 8:33relaxation beginning at the top of your head and just rippling
- 8:39all the way down your face, your neck, your shoulders, arms, and
- 8:45then chest down into your stomach, and then all the way
- 8:51down your legs, all the way to the very tips of your toes.
- 8:58Every wave carries you deeper into relaxation and deeper into
- 9:05peace. And I want you to think, think
- 9:14of a particular slide, perhaps a slide from your childhood, a
- 9:24slide in a water park, or perhaps a different type of
- 9:29slide, maybe a big slide in a fan, a helter skelter.
- 9:36And just imagine you're at the top.
- 9:38And as I countdown from 5 to 1, just imagine sliding down that
- 9:44slide with a big smile on your face.
- 9:48And when you were a child, you used to do that.
- 9:53You didn't have to make yourself smile, you would just do things
- 9:57and life felt joyful. So as I countdown from 5 to 1,
- 10:03you will imagine sliding down into your deep subconscious
- 10:07mind, feeling that childlike joy, feeling a sense of
- 10:17wonderful positive energy, 5 descending down the slide, 4.
- 10:26Picking up pace, three, feeling exhilaration, 2.
- 10:33Smiling as one you get down towards the bottom, and 0.
- 10:40Just imagine arriving at the bottom of that slide and
- 10:46arriving into a sanctuary of deep healing rest.
- 10:55And here in this sanctuary, your body knows exactly how to sleep
- 11:05deeply. Your mind can rest as though
- 11:10it's wrapped in a cocoon of comfort, where each breath you
- 11:17take naturally guides you into slower brain waves, moving from
- 11:25alpha to beta all the way down into the Theta waves of deep
- 11:32sleep, where the body restores, the mind resets and energy is
- 11:41renewed. And I wonder if you could
- 11:45imagine what would happen if each night from now on, sleep
- 11:52comes easily and you can drift quickly into that wonderful
- 12:00state of deep, rejuvenating sleep.
- 12:07And you've had times where you've enjoyed long stretches of
- 12:13deep, rejuvenating sleep. And when you do, you wake up
- 12:19each morning refreshed, alert, and inspired.
- 12:28And I want you to imagine somewhere in that sanctuary is a
- 12:32comfortable bed that looks like your bed, with soft pillows that
- 12:37look like your pillows, with a duvet that looks like your
- 12:42duvet. And just imagine climbing into
- 12:46that bed in that sanctuary. And as you rest there, your
- 12:52subconscious is already preparing you for the day ahead,
- 13:02where each morning you rise with increased levels of motivation
- 13:08and clarity. Where your productivity at work
- 13:13flows naturally because you feel more enthusiastic or inspired.
- 13:22Where you trust your intuitive initiative, allowing new ideas,
- 13:28insights and solutions to appear effortlessly.
- 13:35And I wonder if you could imagine a place where work is no
- 13:40longer just a place where tasks need to be completed.
- 13:46But I want you to imagine a place with opportunities to
- 13:50express your enthusiasm, your initiative, your creativity, and
- 13:56your drive. And each time you notice
- 14:01yourself taking action, you can feel proud knowing that you are
- 14:09making progress. And I want you to think of a
- 14:15time perhaps when you were dancing, perhaps salsa, and just
- 14:23imagine aligning yourself with that frequency of joy, fun,
- 14:32light, heartedness, and then add in the frequency of positivity,
- 14:40optimism and gratitude. Give yourself permission each
- 14:48day to find reasons to smile, reasons to be proud, and reasons
- 14:59to be thankful. And you don't need to force
- 15:02that. Your unconscious will do the
- 15:06heavy lifting for you, but every now and then something that used
- 15:11to cause frustration will now cause a smile.
- 15:18Something that might cause boredom might remind you how far
- 15:25you've come and be a reason to be proud.
- 15:29And something mundane could be a reason to be thankful.
- 15:36And don't be surprised if others notice your energy.
- 15:42They already respect you, admire you.
- 15:47But imagine enhancing that even more.
- 15:52Imagine seeing the progress you're making and you feel that
- 15:57pride growing stronger within you, day by day.
- 16:03And I wonder if you could trade in the need to do more, to feel
- 16:11more, because that version of you that feels enthusiastic,
- 16:17grateful, optimistic, inspired, will absolutely do more.
- 16:24And what if all this time you've been putting the cart before the
- 16:35horse, you allow yourself to feel wonderful emotions, knowing
- 16:46that when you feel better, you do better.
- 16:53And as you drift deeper into rest, you can allow your mind to
- 17:00rehearse future moments of success.
- 17:05I wonder if you could imagine seeing yourself maybe a year
- 17:10from now, standing on a stage at a conference, speaking with
- 17:15authority, presence and clarity. And you can tell from the
- 17:22audience reaction they admire what you have to say.
- 17:30Find it interesting, useful, and just seeing that future version
- 17:37of you like you're someone else makes you feel proud for the
- 17:42future version of you. Maybe you could imagine yourself
- 17:52coming out of a meeting where you've been offered a promotion
- 17:58and just get a sense. Then when you set intentions, it
- 18:04crits a ripple through space and time that affects your future.
- 18:11Or imagine being in the audience at a comedy club and seeing you
- 18:17on the stage and not just performing 30 minutes, but
- 18:23smashing it, nailing it. And you can imagine hearing
- 18:30laughter fill the room and see your expression.
- 18:35You're enjoying it, you're loving it, fun and playfulness
- 18:41flowing through you as naturally as your breath.
- 18:47And then imagine just being a stranger in a salsa club but
- 18:52seeing you perhaps three months from now.
- 18:56Maybe less, maybe more. But see that future version of
- 19:01you dancing confidently, your body moving with rhythm, your
- 19:07smile natural and effortless, your confidence undeniable.
- 19:16And now let's take you to a gym, not in your own body, but seeing
- 19:20a future version of you looking lean, strong and proud.
- 19:30I don't want you to imagine after your workout, observe as
- 19:34you see that version of you training on the mats and doing
- 19:3850 press UPS all in one set and you get a sense that future
- 19:46version of you is stronger, fitter and more aligned with who
- 19:57you really are. Consider each image of the
- 20:02future version of you as a seed planted in your deep
- 20:08subconscious, growing stronger as you rest, allowing your
- 20:16initiative and your intuition to guide your actions and decisions
- 20:21while you're awake. And so each morning, perhaps
- 20:32when you walk to work, don't be surprised if during the journey
- 20:38there you notice yourself feeling more inspired,
- 20:44energized, thinking about what can go right, and letting the
- 20:51frustrations just be discarded. Each day brings new
- 21:01opportunities to grow, improve, and move you closer to your
- 21:07goals. Imagine journaling your
- 21:13progress, maybe on paper, but maybe on your phone or tablet or
- 21:19computer. And that future version of you
- 21:26can bank your wins, notice your progress and build a powerful
- 21:32feeling of momentum. But mainly, notice that future
- 21:38version of you is more relaxed, more joyful, smiles more, is
- 21:44enjoying life more, because you are someone who can work hard,
- 21:52laugh freely, move confidently and rest deeply.
- 22:02And now, as you continue to drift, your body will naturally
- 22:06carry you into the deepest levels of sleep if now is the
- 22:11time to sleep. And your subconscious will
- 22:15continue to integrate these suggestions, planting them
- 22:20firmly, securely, and powerfully.
- 22:26Very soon, I will count from 1:00 to 10:00.
- 22:30And if you're listening to this when it's time to awaken, you
- 22:33will awaken when you hear the number 10.
- 22:37But if you're listening to this and it's desirable and
- 22:44comfortable to drift off into a dreamlike sleep, a rejuvenating
- 22:49deep sleep, then when I count from one to 10, it will simply
- 22:54take you deeper and more relaxed, allowing you to drift
- 22:59off into that wonderful dreamlike sleep.
- 23:07Starting to count 123, 456, 7-8, 9 and 10.
