- 0:09Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless. Today,
- 0:14Speaker 1: I have a guest who I've been talking to now
- 0:16Speaker 1: for a few months and he was introduced to me
- 0:19Speaker 1: by our mutual friend Rob Fletcher, who is a top
- 0:24Speaker 1: Doctor magazine executive.
- 0:26Speaker 2: And his name, my guest name.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Is doctor Ken Davis. And Ken welcome to Ageless and Timeless.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Thanks Michelle, excited to be here.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Well, you and I've had a little history.
- 0:39Speaker 1: We were on Rob's podcast together, I was on your podcast,
- 0:43Speaker 1: and now it's.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Your turn to be on my podcast. So we have
- 0:46Speaker 2: a lot to talk about.
- 0:47Speaker 1: There so many subjects that we didn't cover in the
- 0:51Speaker 1: other two podcasts.
- 0:52Speaker 2: So are you ready to go?
- 0:54Speaker 3: I'm ready to go, right all right.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Well, why don't you first tell us who you are and.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Your journey to where you are today you have I'm
- 1:01Speaker 1: just preface it by telling everyone that doctor Davis is
- 1:05Speaker 1: a renaissance man, a true renaissance man, and.
- 1:11Speaker 2: We call him and he's going to.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Tell us all about that. But why didn't you give
- 1:15Speaker 1: us a little history can of who little Ken was?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Who little Ken was seventy years ago? And sorry to
- 1:22Speaker 1: tell everybody your age, but it's truly a test.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Actually, I have a birthday this week.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Michelle, Oh you're kidding what number?
- 1:32Speaker 3: I'm the leo uh seventy three. This renaissance man grew
- 1:38Speaker 3: up in Patterson, New Jersey, home of lu Costello, one
- 1:44Speaker 3: of the first cult forty five manufacturing factories. Very interesting city,
- 1:50Speaker 3: very multicultural. I loved it and God very heavily involved
- 1:56Speaker 3: at sports early on as a kid. But one day
- 2:01Speaker 3: my mom took me to the dentist office had an appointment,
- 2:06Speaker 3: and being I guess a young kid at seven or eight,
- 2:09Speaker 3: I was fascinated, and I guess they still do it,
- 2:12Speaker 3: I don't even know. Had all the dental molds in
- 2:15Speaker 3: the in the window that you could look at from
- 2:18Speaker 3: the waiting room, and I became fascinated with that. And
- 2:23Speaker 3: at that point, at seven, I decided I wanted to
- 2:25Speaker 3: be a dentist my whole life, you know. So I
- 2:28Speaker 3: played sports. I got a baseball scholarship. I was offered
- 2:32Speaker 3: a scholarship from high school to go to college, which
- 2:36Speaker 3: I did down in Erskine College in due West, South Carolina. School.
- 2:41Speaker 3: But what happened was, but as destiny has it, I
- 2:47Speaker 3: went down started playing baseball and got homesick for my
- 2:51Speaker 3: high school sweetheart, and I said, I got to come home.
- 2:56Speaker 3: So as soon as I transferred home, I was supposed
- 2:58Speaker 3: to start the I believe that January, my high school
- 3:02Speaker 3: supposedly sweetheart broke up with me.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Well, I'm so sorry.
- 3:09Speaker 3: So but no, don't be because it was if she
- 3:13Speaker 3: didn't and I didn't go, if I didn't come home
- 3:18Speaker 3: to transfer, I would have never become a chiropractice. And
- 3:21Speaker 3: what I did, so it was really a godsend. As
- 3:25Speaker 3: I look at it, it was destiny that that would happen,
- 3:28Speaker 3: because so I went to school. And but what happened
- 3:32Speaker 3: was my journey, was that I met this young fellow
- 3:36Speaker 3: and we became very very very very close friends who
- 3:39Speaker 3: was studying actually as I was to bs Tog. He
- 3:42Speaker 3: was going to be a medical doctor and he is
- 3:45Speaker 3: today a very famous one actually, And as we studied together,
- 3:54Speaker 3: he invited me at one point and says, look, why
- 3:56Speaker 3: didn't you come with me tonight to my chiropractice. I didn't.
- 4:00Speaker 3: I had no idea what a chiropractor was, what they
- 4:03Speaker 3: did and so forth. So I said sure, because he
- 4:07Speaker 3: would go for he said, I go to my chiropractor
- 4:10Speaker 3: for attention headaches from studying. He said, okay, I'll come.
- 4:15Speaker 3: So I went with him to this nice gentleman who
- 4:20Speaker 3: had a two room office. He was really adhering to
- 4:24Speaker 3: the philosophy of what chiropractic was meant to do and
- 4:27Speaker 3: was developed to do. And I just everything he explained
- 4:31Speaker 3: to me about it was don't mind my dog in
- 4:34Speaker 3: the background.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I see your dog, he's quiet. Anyway, Was that doctor Reach?
- 4:42Speaker 1: Was that?
- 4:44Speaker 3: No? Not yet? This was his name was doctor Armand
- 4:48Speaker 3: it was not him, but the understanding of the philosophy
- 4:54Speaker 3: of the innate wisdom. See what drove me to want
- 4:58Speaker 3: to do this is because for some reason, I always
- 5:01Speaker 3: believed that the body's innate ability and the innate power
- 5:05Speaker 3: within the body had the ability to heal itself if
- 5:08Speaker 3: there was interference, be moved. And I just kept asking,
- 5:13Speaker 3: and I went with my friend every week until finally
- 5:18Speaker 3: I experienced having a chiropractic adjustment by him. It was great,
- 5:24Speaker 3: and I just fell in love with the philosophy and
- 5:27Speaker 3: I said, this is what I want to do, and
- 5:30Speaker 3: I applied.
- 5:30Speaker 2: So how old were you? How old were you then
- 5:33Speaker 2: or how young?
- 5:34Speaker 3: Twenty one?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Okay, so this was at the end of.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Your colleague at the end of our go ahead.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I'm sorry, no, no, when did you meet doctor Reis
- 5:46Speaker 1: because I know he was your mentor and you mentioned
- 5:49Speaker 1: him to me before that he changed your life.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I mean, there are always people I think your life
- 5:56Speaker 2: that are you know, the people that changed who we are.
- 6:00Speaker 1: We are as particularly early on to shape our perceptions.
- 6:04Speaker 2: So in your case, I think you told me that
- 6:06Speaker 2: was doctor Reese.
- 6:08Speaker 3: It was doctor Rees and the way in which I
- 6:11Speaker 3: met him, you see. So when I finally first of all,
- 6:14Speaker 3: the chiropractice school that I got accepted with was on
- 6:17Speaker 3: seventy first Street in Manhattan. That's where everybody went in
- 6:21Speaker 3: this one big building. And I was supposed to start
- 6:24Speaker 3: school there, and about a week before I got a
- 6:29Speaker 3: phone call from the administration saying the school is not
- 6:31Speaker 3: going to be in New York any longer. It's going
- 6:34Speaker 3: to be out in Long Island, the north shore of
- 6:36Speaker 3: Long Island in Northvale, utilizing the New York Institute of
- 6:41Speaker 3: Technologies campus. So I was the first class out at
- 6:46Speaker 3: this new and they had purchased property across and they
- 6:50Speaker 3: were going to build a new school. So I was
- 6:53Speaker 3: the first class out there. So I remember I had
- 6:57Speaker 3: to find a place to live real quick, and I
- 6:59Speaker 3: found on this lovely older couple had a beautiful home
- 7:03Speaker 3: in Minneola, New York.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I know Minneola very well.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Where I was, and I was on the I had
- 7:10Speaker 3: the whole second floor. So it was a Friday night
- 7:14Speaker 3: and I'm supposed to start on Monday, and I'm sitting
- 7:16Speaker 3: there twenty twenty one years old, like like, what am
- 7:20Speaker 3: I doing here? You know, is this one earlier what
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life?
- 7:25Speaker 3: So a little voice said, I decided that I started
- 7:29Speaker 3: calling chiropractice up on the phone, and I know who
- 7:32Speaker 3: I was, And then I was starting school and can
- 7:35Speaker 3: I come and work for you. I don't want to
- 7:37Speaker 3: be paid. I'll sweep your floors, I'll wash your windows.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I just want to learn shadow.
- 7:45Speaker 2: You wanted to be a shadow.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Today's podcast is brought to you by Jimitria Products. Jimitria
- 7:52Speaker 4: is based in Carlsbad, California, and they manufacture ultra high
- 7:57Speaker 4: quality dietary supplements use chi Qi technology. Chi as you
- 8:04Speaker 4: probably know, is the energy that runs throughout our bodies
- 8:08Speaker 4: and is the basis of Chinese medicine. Use the code
- 8:11Speaker 4: ageless and get twenty percent off your order. I highly
- 8:16Speaker 4: recommend Jimitrio's products.
- 8:18Speaker 2: I personally use.
- 8:19Speaker 4: The complete Aminos, the heart Gems, and the Methusloo Life
- 8:24Speaker 4: which is an RNA and DNA subling will spray. The
- 8:29Speaker 4: website to go to is www dot Gimatria dot com
- 8:35Speaker 4: slash chi Qi hyphen Technology, and there you'll find out
- 8:42Speaker 4: more about this fascinating company, their products and the technology.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Wanted to shadow and about the fiftieth chiropractor said, probably
- 8:54Speaker 3: that I called on the phone said, come on over,
- 8:58Speaker 3: was Ronnie Goodmore. And Ronnie was in Huntington, Long Island,
- 9:02Speaker 3: and actually his brother Gary had just finished school and
- 9:09Speaker 3: opened actually in a town right from where I eventually
- 9:12Speaker 3: opened my first practice. So Ronnie was phenomenal and I
- 9:17Speaker 3: used to so in his office. I would he had
- 9:21Speaker 3: a very high volume practice. He was a very fine chiropractice,
- 9:25Speaker 3: very philosophical, and I would record his findings. He would
- 9:29Speaker 3: call it out cervical five on the right and lumbar three,
- 9:34Speaker 3: and I would write it for him, and I watched,
- 9:36Speaker 3: and then I learned he had a very special technique
- 9:39Speaker 3: that he used that required very sophisticated X ray marketing
- 9:44Speaker 3: and X ray developing. So I developed all his X
- 9:47Speaker 3: rays and I would call it out and tell him
- 9:50Speaker 3: the line that he had to set up on the
- 9:52Speaker 3: X ray, and he taught me how the system. But
- 9:56Speaker 3: there was something. So one day, after so many weeks
- 10:01Speaker 3: being in his office, he brings these blocks out that
- 10:07Speaker 3: look like wedges, And I said, Ronnie, what are these
- 10:12Speaker 3: blocks or wedges? Says they're called They're from a system,
- 10:18Speaker 3: chiropractical system called SOT Sacral occipital technique. Fascinating. So I
- 10:26Speaker 3: see him put them onto the hips of the patient.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I've had that done.
- 10:32Speaker 3: It's called a blocking procedure right. Sometimes the blocks were
- 10:36Speaker 3: put on the patient when they were lying on their
- 10:38Speaker 3: stomach or in the prone position right, or on their back,
- 10:43Speaker 3: So he said, fascinating. So all of this, he goes
- 10:47Speaker 3: to the back office, takes out the Green Book as
- 10:50Speaker 3: I call it nineteen seventy four, gives me the book
- 10:53Speaker 3: to read. So I devoured the book. So every day
- 10:58Speaker 3: I worked, I believe two or three days a week,
- 11:00Speaker 3: I would write questions down and ask him about what
- 11:05Speaker 3: this meant. And some of them really because it was
- 11:07Speaker 3: kind of just beginning to learn it, so it was
- 11:10Speaker 3: kind of neophyting the technique. So in about two weeks
- 11:15Speaker 3: I knew more than he did just by reading the book.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Devowered the book you and.
- 11:22Speaker 1: You you were still going to classes, right, you were
- 11:24Speaker 1: getting degree. So this is kind of a vocational, vocational
- 11:28Speaker 1: experience to augment your studies. And it was basically out
- 11:33Speaker 1: in the real world. So not a lot of people
- 11:35Speaker 1: get to do that, and you are really lucky that
- 11:37Speaker 1: he took you on. So yeah, I want to jump
- 11:41Speaker 1: I don't want to dwell too much on that because
- 11:44Speaker 1: I want to jump ahead because I want people who
- 11:46Speaker 1: are watching to know more about what you do as
- 11:50Speaker 1: well as who you are. So let's just kind of
- 11:52Speaker 1: summarize it by saying that you were one of those
- 11:55Speaker 1: people that was very proactive and that you went to
- 11:59Speaker 1: find your opportunities.
- 12:01Speaker 2: You didn't just sit.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Back and wait for them to happen you and know
- 12:04Speaker 1: that shows up in your your history of sports as well.
- 12:07Speaker 2: So and that you came back because of a girlfriend.
- 12:11Speaker 1: But you know, they say that everything happens for a reason,
- 12:14Speaker 1: so that was supposed to happen, and you know, sometimes
- 12:18Speaker 1: we look back and we say, oh, now I understand
- 12:21Speaker 1: why I got a broken heart, but I got a
- 12:24Speaker 1: new career.
- 12:25Speaker 3: So yeah, well, you know, I never looked at it
- 12:28Speaker 3: that way, Michelle. That's a great y, right, So let's
- 12:33Speaker 3: fast forward.
- 12:34Speaker 2: So now, okay, we're now in you know, twenty.
- 12:39Speaker 1: And twenty five, and here we are at forty seven years.
- 12:43Speaker 2: You've been practicing.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Correct forty eight years.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Forty eight okay, sorry, one year later and you're going
- 12:51Speaker 1: to be one year older on Saturday.
- 12:53Speaker 2: So time does move on.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Okay, So what is it that you're doing at the
- 12:59Speaker 1: David Help.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Advanced Health System? What is it that you're doing that
- 13:06Speaker 2: makes you unique?
- 13:12Speaker 3: I just want to go back for a second. Justice.
- 13:15Speaker 3: The point is in the relating back to doctor Rehees
- 13:19Speaker 3: that I eventually became a certified instructor in this system
- 13:24Speaker 3: that incorporates the block procedures of the categorization, but also
- 13:29Speaker 3: many other disciplines within it, which are craniopathy the ability
- 13:34Speaker 3: to a craniopath is someone that's educated and is trained
- 13:37Speaker 3: to evaluate cranial motion and corrective components. Also, the SOT
- 13:43Speaker 3: system is visceral manipulation, the ability to affect organ dysfunction
- 13:52Speaker 3: and bring an organ back to life. Really with nutritional support.
- 13:56Speaker 2: That's huge.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Oh, it's unbelievable. That's huge.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Mean that's yeah.
- 14:01Speaker 1: In the and does that does that put you in
- 14:04Speaker 1: a category of an osteopath in addition to being a chiropractic, because.
- 14:11Speaker 3: They are the osteopathic. The element of osteopathy is that
- 14:21Speaker 3: it's very difficult to find a classical osteopath that's doing
- 14:29Speaker 3: classic osteopathy. Uh, to go ahead, But you know, I
- 14:33Speaker 3: was invited. I had an associate, UH, French trained osteopath
- 14:39Speaker 3: working in my office a few years ago, who I
- 14:41Speaker 3: met my town here, Montclair, and she I was invited
- 14:46Speaker 3: and I taught at the osteopathic school in Paris m
- 14:51Speaker 3: several several days. And the French trained osteopath first of all,
- 14:56Speaker 3: are phenomenal practitioners, and they go to school for six years,
- 15:01Speaker 3: not four years, and their specialty is cranial technique and
- 15:07Speaker 3: manipulation primarily. So also Dejarnet, doctor MB Dejarnet, who developed
- 15:15Speaker 3: psycrao occipital technique, was himself also an osteopath in addition
- 15:19Speaker 3: to being a chiropractor. His teacher was William Garner Sutherland,
- 15:27Speaker 3: and Sutherland is famous osteopath, was a developer of cranial osteopathy.
- 15:32Speaker 3: So and I learned and became a certified preaneopath through Dejarnet.
- 15:36Speaker 3: So I had this whole kind of lineage that led
- 15:39Speaker 3: up to the process. But just a little bit more.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Doctor Reese was a principal researcher and developer within the
- 15:48Speaker 3: st organization and produced this incredible body of research that
- 15:54Speaker 3: I did not see. No one else was producing this,
- 15:57Speaker 3: And I heard stories about him that his work and
- 16:00Speaker 3: research was done early in the morning before work and
- 16:03Speaker 3: late at night. So when you're certified as an instructor,
- 16:08Speaker 3: you're required to attend so and teach us two seminars
- 16:13Speaker 3: a year somewhere in the United States. And every time
- 16:15Speaker 3: I went to teach, Doc was always, as we affectually
- 16:18Speaker 3: called him, he was always there at the seminar, and
- 16:22Speaker 3: I would always make sure that I would go and
- 16:23Speaker 3: attend his class and see and it was always mind blowing.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Plus once a year Dejarnett in Omaha, Nebraska would have
- 16:33Speaker 3: a week long symposium of all the different techniques and
- 16:37Speaker 3: procedures of the SRT system, and Reese again was always there.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Then one day, so I was already following and reading
- 16:46Speaker 3: his books. But when I saw him begin to do
- 16:50Speaker 3: his thing on stage and demonstrate that was it, and
- 16:53Speaker 3: I just started following everything that he did.
- 16:56Speaker 2: So that's what you incorporate into your practice today.
- 17:00Speaker 3: The foundational exactly.
- 17:03Speaker 1: But also when we spoke before, there was another uniqueness
- 17:06Speaker 1: about you that I wanted.
- 17:08Speaker 2: To present back to you today to discuss, and that
- 17:13Speaker 2: is that you.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Know, many many people just focus on the physical, but
- 17:18Speaker 1: you are a body minded spirit and your approach to
- 17:23Speaker 1: your practice, to your discipline.
- 17:25Speaker 2: So could you talk.
- 17:26Speaker 1: About that for a moment, Just tell us how body
- 17:29Speaker 1: minded spirit?
- 17:31Speaker 3: I hold the chart up, sor right, and I hold
- 17:36Speaker 3: the chart up.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Oh yeah, for sure. Absolutely. If you have something there
- 17:42Speaker 2: of course, Oh there we go. Love it? Okay, Okay,
- 17:47Speaker 2: explain that.
- 17:48Speaker 3: There we go.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Is this what you show to your patience when they
- 17:52Speaker 2: come in the first time?
- 17:54Speaker 3: This is what I educate everybody to. Okay, this is
- 17:58Speaker 3: what I learned forty something years ago.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Tell us, tell us.
- 18:05Speaker 3: This is what separates me from everybody else, tankes me
- 18:09Speaker 3: one thousand different. We believe that's what everybody tells.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Okay, So tell us what it is.
- 18:14Speaker 3: One of the things I had my foundation that I
- 18:16Speaker 3: learned many years ago is what's known as the triang
- 18:19Speaker 3: of well being. So this triangle, if you, if you
- 18:23Speaker 3: can put yourself for every person is this triangle of
- 18:27Speaker 3: well being that exists on this planet today. And again
- 18:33Speaker 3: this triangle, so just put yourself there. So there's the
- 18:37Speaker 3: physical that makes us up, bones, nerve, blood, organ gland, tissue.
- 18:43Speaker 3: And then we have this side of a triangle.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And and and sells sells, which are the convolution kind
- 18:53Speaker 2: of well being.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Yeah, and we have this element, the second part of
- 18:59Speaker 3: the trial anger, which is the mind, our thoughts, our feelings,
- 19:02Speaker 3: our emotions, our desires, sentiments and so forth. Right, then
- 19:08Speaker 3: we have this side. Now here's where people always ask me,
- 19:12Speaker 3: which is because also our system is non denominational, so
- 19:16Speaker 3: it doesn't matter what we really it's not about a religion,
- 19:19Speaker 3: so a lot of people that could be agnostic, atheists, whatever.
- 19:23Speaker 3: And he says, well, what do you mean the spirit
- 19:25Speaker 3: or this? And that I said, the spirit is the
- 19:27Speaker 3: essence of who and what we really are. And whether
- 19:29Speaker 3: you believe in whatever, we have to acknowledge at least
- 19:33Speaker 3: that there is an energy within us. Then we're we're
- 19:36Speaker 3: alive and it's not when we're not. And that energy
- 19:39Speaker 3: has a lot to do with driving the mind and
- 19:42Speaker 3: the body component. But to me, the spirit is the
- 19:46Speaker 3: essence of who and what we really are, the spiritual
- 19:48Speaker 3: being having this physical human experience, not a physical woman
- 19:53Speaker 3: trying to have a spiritual experience in three component elements
- 19:57Speaker 3: that make us up as this spiritual human being that
- 20:00Speaker 3: we are. The thing is that I learned and thousands
- 20:04Speaker 3: and thousands of patients, beginning with Reese, is that the
- 20:07Speaker 3: physical where humanity suffers only one percent. I don't care
- 20:12Speaker 3: what it is, cancer, heart disease, back pain, headaches, or
- 20:18Speaker 3: whatever is manifesting, only one percent of it originates physical
- 20:23Speaker 3: as a cause only.
- 20:25Speaker 1: That's a pretty mind blowing statement, as you can imagine,
- 20:29Speaker 1: most people would not resonate.
- 20:31Speaker 5: With Dutch because they don't get that there's this integrative
- 20:36Speaker 5: being that's made up of all our thoughts, our reality watches.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I here's an interesting thing coming up, right, So then
- 20:46Speaker 3: we have this weight of the triangle of the mind
- 20:49Speaker 3: that accounts for nine percent as the underlying component element
- 20:53Speaker 3: creating humanities ills and breakdown. Then the spiritual angle is
- 20:58Speaker 3: ninety percent of the cause of humanities ells. But the
- 21:02Speaker 3: thing is that see, the essence of who we really
- 21:05Speaker 3: are is the light. But if I have so disruption
- 21:09Speaker 3: and see this is always attempting to express itself at
- 21:12Speaker 3: one hundred percent, but certain elements of life create lamp
- 21:16Speaker 3: shades around this, So the light may become dim which
- 21:20Speaker 3: could be a bad experience in Hebrew school or a
- 21:23Speaker 3: Catholic school, or a divorce or a breakup, or praying
- 21:27Speaker 3: to God help this person heal and it doesn't happen,
- 21:30Speaker 3: and a person loses their faith or they whatever. All
- 21:34Speaker 3: of that creates a disruption or a distortion in this element. Also,
- 21:39Speaker 3: remember Pythagoras, the ancient mathematician, said, if you have a
- 21:43Speaker 3: triangle and you this is an important part for the
- 21:46Speaker 3: audience to understand. If you have a triangle and I
- 21:50Speaker 3: change any angle of a triangle, what's going to happen
- 21:52Speaker 3: to all the angles? They all change. Now that's an
- 21:56Speaker 3: important concept in our system, which is that one angle
- 22:00Speaker 3: when imbalance, is going to affect all of the angles.
- 22:03Speaker 3: So if you have a mental emotional major problem, it's
- 22:06Speaker 3: going to alter you through your physical body, whether it's
- 22:09Speaker 3: your chemistry, your immune system, your digestive system, your hormone system,
- 22:14Speaker 3: and whatever. So it's kind of like the analogy I
- 22:17Speaker 3: use a lot. If you have a leak in your
- 22:19Speaker 3: ceiling of your bathroom and it's breaking up your tile
- 22:22Speaker 3: and your groud, it's going to keep happening until you
- 22:25Speaker 3: fix the leak, and so that's an important concept. One
- 22:29Speaker 3: angle affects them all. So that's why, over the years
- 22:33Speaker 3: and also teaching other doctors, you have to become proficient
- 22:37Speaker 3: not only in a system where you're dealing with the
- 22:40Speaker 3: underlying cause, but also what's kind of getting beat up.
- 22:44Speaker 3: So that's where all your other nutrition, biochemistry, understandingone viscual manipulation,
- 22:52Speaker 3: cranial structural correction to be able to also repair what's
- 22:56Speaker 3: being affected, but also having a system that can address
- 23:01Speaker 3: the underlying problem. The thing is, though, let's go to
- 23:08Speaker 3: this and then we'll come back. We believe and I
- 23:14Speaker 3: believe that inherent in all of us there's a triune
- 23:17Speaker 3: or of a blueprint of perfection that exists as a template,
- 23:23Speaker 3: like a blueprint that built a house. But this template,
- 23:28Speaker 3: this perfect triune right is affected by layers of the
- 23:34Speaker 3: onion that construct themselves. Due to the fact that as
- 23:37Speaker 3: a human being, we are exposed greatly to fight or
- 23:41Speaker 3: flight response. Since the caveman, the caveman. When the sabre
- 23:47Speaker 3: tooth tiger was running after the caveman, he did two things.
- 23:50Speaker 3: He either killed it and brought the food home for
- 23:53Speaker 3: his family, or he took off and ran that fight
- 23:56Speaker 3: or flight. The question is when we have a stress response,
- 24:00Speaker 3: is our ability of our nervous system's ability to be
- 24:03Speaker 3: able to adapt to the stress, recover and move on
- 24:11Speaker 3: with life. No, or we can't or the stimulus is
- 24:15Speaker 3: too much which I have listed. Is then that gets
- 24:19Speaker 3: recorded as a layer of our onion somewhere in its
- 24:22Speaker 3: effect in our soft tissue, in our organ functions, glandular
- 24:28Speaker 3: and our energy fields that run in and around the body.
- 24:31Speaker 3: So what happens when you see a new patient, someone
- 24:34Speaker 3: suffering or in pain. They have an accumulation of these
- 24:37Speaker 3: layers of the onion that have been built since inception.
- 24:42Speaker 3: And if you believe in karma or reincarnation, it's brought
- 24:45Speaker 3: forth from another time as well.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Okay, so can I have a question? Sorry to interrupt you,
- 24:50Speaker 2: but let's just say a new patient comes in. I
- 24:54Speaker 2: mean this is now.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Multi factorial what you're dealing with, and you know you're
- 25:00Speaker 1: the doctor, are faced with getting to know a patient
- 25:04Speaker 1: in a defined period of time in order.
- 25:06Speaker 2: To be able to affect change. And many of those patients.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Don't even know what those other two aspects are, the
- 25:15Speaker 1: spiritual and the emotional.
- 25:17Speaker 2: You know, they know that physically they.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Don't feel right, but they don't go deep enough to
- 25:22Speaker 1: know the other two. So how do you as a
- 25:25Speaker 1: doctor get to penetrate into the psychological, the emotional, the spiritual?
- 25:32Speaker 2: How do you get there from A to B?
- 25:35Speaker 3: Well, first of all, I make it my business. This
- 25:37Speaker 3: is one of the things. I'm always available to all
- 25:39Speaker 3: of my patients. And whenever a new patient calls my
- 25:42Speaker 3: office up on the phone, I always make sure that
- 25:45Speaker 3: I always call them back and talk to them first
- 25:47Speaker 3: before they make the appointment.
- 25:49Speaker 2: And why do you do that? What do you talk about?
- 25:52Speaker 3: I want to understand what it is that First of all,
- 25:55Speaker 3: I always I always want to know who referred them.
- 25:59Speaker 3: I also I practice I don't take it on a
- 26:01Speaker 3: patient unless I know who referred them. Yeah, that's the
- 26:04Speaker 3: thing that I need to know who that is. Then
- 26:08Speaker 3: what I do is that I want to know what
- 26:10Speaker 3: their major problem is and then I give them a
- 26:13Speaker 3: brief synopsis of why. And a lot of people have
- 26:17Speaker 3: heard that they don't understand totally what I do, but
- 26:21Speaker 3: I've heard that they have to come and see me
- 26:23Speaker 3: because of what I do, even though they don't stand
- 26:26Speaker 3: it totally yet. And I kind of give them a
- 26:29Speaker 3: brief understanding of that of what we're talking about now,
- 26:32Speaker 3: right when they come into the office and they go
- 26:36Speaker 3: for their evaluation. Initially, before I even stand them up
- 26:41Speaker 3: and look at them, I immediately I begin to explain
- 26:44Speaker 3: to them why I'm different, kind of like I'm doing now.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Okay, However, you still have to peel those layers of
- 26:50Speaker 1: that onion, so to speak.
- 26:52Speaker 2: And like I said, many people don't know how to
- 26:55Speaker 2: go deeper. They're not introspective.
- 26:59Speaker 1: You're dealing with peopleople who react rather than you know, investigate.
- 27:04Speaker 1: They're reacting to what they feel, but they're not looking
- 27:07Speaker 1: at the reasons why, uh, and into the other two
- 27:11Speaker 1: areas that are more subjective.
- 27:13Speaker 2: So I'm just I'm just curious because.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I want my viewers to understand that this is not
- 27:21Speaker 1: something that's just an ABC that you can say, Okay,
- 27:24Speaker 1: I'm going to go see doctor Davis and it's just
- 27:26Speaker 1: going to be a one off. You know, we're going
- 27:28Speaker 1: to have a talk.
- 27:29Speaker 2: He's going to ask me, what's bothering me? What pain
- 27:32Speaker 2: I have? He's going to do some adjustments.
- 27:34Speaker 1: It isn't that at all in your case, you're like
- 27:36Speaker 1: a part psychologist.
- 27:38Speaker 2: As well as.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Been accused of it.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yes, okay, so you know the question really is you
- 27:46Speaker 1: know what's your what's your secret sauce that gets you
- 27:50Speaker 1: to get underneath those layers of the onion.
- 27:53Speaker 2: To get people to open up and be able to talk. Well.
- 27:57Speaker 3: The thing is also that I tell them see and
- 28:01Speaker 3: they get it. They can get see this. I tell them.
- 28:04Speaker 3: This is the reason why, whether it's the alternative world
- 28:09Speaker 3: or the medical world, you cannot treat the person the
- 28:13Speaker 3: sin because the underline, even though and then the analogy
- 28:17Speaker 3: or the metaphor I've used for decades is that so
- 28:20Speaker 3: let's say you have a thousand patients that have Crohn's disease.
- 28:29Speaker 3: I'm just making this up. The point is is that
- 28:33Speaker 3: even though you have a thousand patients that have crone
- 28:36Speaker 3: disease or a chronic lower back problem or lymphoma, the
- 28:42Speaker 3: origin or the causative factor may not be the same
- 28:45Speaker 3: in certain percentage of them. So three hundred dollars come
- 28:49Speaker 3: from the physical as a cause four hundred come from
- 28:52Speaker 3: this side and the rest come from that side. How
- 28:54Speaker 3: the hell do you know? There's no system that's been
- 28:57Speaker 3: developed to be oh wow, the blood. We developed a
- 29:01Speaker 3: system fifty forty five years ago that can identify where
- 29:06Speaker 3: the origin of the problem is in a matter of minutes,
- 29:09Speaker 3: of where it comes from, of what angle of the
- 29:12Speaker 3: triangle it comes from. We have a testing system utilizing
- 29:15Speaker 3: specific reflexes or assessment points. And also remember one of
- 29:21Speaker 3: the things that I am is I'm gonna apply kinesiologists.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Yes, I was just going to say that, So you
- 29:26Speaker 1: use muscle testing kinesiology, so as you ask them questions
- 29:32Speaker 1: that bridge into the spiritual and the other mental self
- 29:37Speaker 1: in order to get their weakness right away.
- 29:40Speaker 2: That's really cool. So okay, explore that with us a
- 29:43Speaker 2: little further.
- 29:44Speaker 3: With so we've so, for example, over the years, we've
- 29:49Speaker 3: created reflexes that first of all relate to the body angle,
- 29:55Speaker 3: to the mind angle, relate to the spiritual angle.
- 29:58Speaker 2: So do you do you ask if question like how
- 30:00Speaker 2: happy are you happy? I mean that's kind of a.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Yes or no one of the questions I.
- 30:09Speaker 3: I can oh one of the I have many things
- 30:12Speaker 3: like that because see also One of the things that
- 30:14Speaker 3: doctor Reese taught us the Inner group is that this
- 30:18Speaker 3: is important for your viewers and listeners. Your subconscious mind
- 30:23Speaker 3: is the greatest physician in the whole world. Why it
- 30:28Speaker 3: records every scrap of information that has ever happened to you.
- 30:32Speaker 3: And if you have a to access or querry the subconscious,
- 30:38Speaker 3: which we do, then you can. Now you can get
- 30:42Speaker 3: established information. So the point is, also we learned, is
- 30:47Speaker 3: that your conscious mind never tells the truth. Never, It
- 30:51Speaker 3: just gives the information to your subconscious mind, which has
- 30:54Speaker 3: all the truth. So, yeah, do I ask a question,
- 30:58Speaker 3: you know, my question is that the end of their
- 31:01Speaker 3: report of findings, I asked them. Also, let me just
- 31:05Speaker 3: explain something too about muscle testing when you must. First
- 31:08Speaker 3: of all, we do not whether or not one does it,
- 31:13Speaker 3: doesn't do it feels they're right, not right. We do
- 31:17Speaker 3: not advocate pendulum testing or a lot of people are
- 31:20Speaker 3: using their fingers to ask questions. We don't believe that's
- 31:24Speaker 3: an accurate, clear way because the mind, the practitioner's mind,
- 31:28Speaker 3: usually gets in the way of allowing their educated mind
- 31:34Speaker 3: to determine the answer. We don't think that that's accurate,
- 31:37Speaker 3: and I haven't and this is personally speaking. So in
- 31:42Speaker 3: addition to muscle testing, one of the things that I've
- 31:45Speaker 3: used for forty eight years is what's called an arm
- 31:49Speaker 3: mentor a surrogate. I use another person, and another person
- 31:54Speaker 3: is called one mind removed, which means yeah, I do,
- 31:58Speaker 3: which is you can also use a someone who's neutral
- 32:03Speaker 3: and has been programmed a specific way to be a
- 32:06Speaker 3: neutral and to create a greater circuit to the subconscious
- 32:09Speaker 3: mind of the patient. So when I use a surrogate,
- 32:11Speaker 3: They're able to touch an area of the patient and
- 32:14Speaker 3: I'm able to utilize a response component in the arm
- 32:18Speaker 3: of the surrogate. They have nothing to do with the
- 32:21Speaker 3: diagnostic and it's about one hundred percent accurate. And this
- 32:25Speaker 3: is what doctor Reese did for sixty years of being
- 32:29Speaker 3: in practice. So, but getting back to individual, when we
- 32:34Speaker 3: do a muscle test, whether you're left to or righty,
- 32:37Speaker 3: we always use the right arm of the patient in
- 32:39Speaker 3: our testing mode. Why because there's more motor and sentory
- 32:44Speaker 3: innervation to the right arm of a human being than
- 32:48Speaker 3: any other part of the body than the lips. But
- 32:51Speaker 3: we haven't valuated to test the lips yet, so we
- 32:53Speaker 3: use the right arm. So it's a highly accurate way
- 32:56Speaker 3: of getting information. So also there are specific ways that
- 33:03Speaker 3: we teach in our seminars and our classes of how
- 33:06Speaker 3: to properly test and the type of different types of
- 33:10Speaker 3: the public's arm that come in. There's a there's a
- 33:13Speaker 3: definitive arm, there's a wavy arm, there's a given arm,
- 33:17Speaker 3: there's a resistant arm. Something that I've encountered in all
- 33:21Speaker 3: these years of so many thousands of people that have
- 33:24Speaker 3: come in, and what your account and you know what
- 33:26Speaker 3: you're finding in the way in which you test somebody.
- 33:29Speaker 3: But going back, so for example, at the end of
- 33:32Speaker 3: my evaluation with somebody, and I explained everything to them,
- 33:36Speaker 3: you know, one of the questions I asked them, I
- 33:41Speaker 3: want to get better. You know, if there are we
- 33:45Speaker 3: may stroll. And that's a belief system. Yes, from this,
- 33:48Speaker 3: it's like a lie detector. Yes, I want to get better.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Another I shall ask, is I believe I can be better?
- 33:55Speaker 3: Get better? You know what happens with a lot of
- 33:57Speaker 3: people The arm goes weak. Well, yes, we have an
- 34:02Speaker 3: issue here. Another question I'll ask is I'll do anything
- 34:06Speaker 3: that it takes to get better. A lot of people
- 34:09Speaker 3: who want to go down, they won't pop for varying reasons.
- 34:14Speaker 3: These are the things that I address with a new patient. Uh,
- 34:18Speaker 3: I'm ready to make I'm ready to invest in myself,
- 34:21Speaker 3: even financially. Sometimes I know, because I understand that people
- 34:27Speaker 3: have a life to live, they have to put food
- 34:29Speaker 3: on the table. But sometimes we tend to do the
- 34:33Speaker 3: things that we need to. You know, people will go
- 34:35Speaker 3: and do what they want to do based upon their
- 34:37Speaker 3: belief system. But a lot of people, and I've seen
- 34:40Speaker 3: this over the years, make unfortunately finances and money an
- 34:44Speaker 3: issue over the maintenance and establishment of good health. And
- 34:49Speaker 3: then it comes you know, the cliche is, oh, well,
- 34:52Speaker 3: there's no amount of money that you know, yeah, until
- 34:55Speaker 3: it becomes an issue. So also so these questions are
- 35:02Speaker 3: part of my examination on somebody. One of the questions
- 35:06Speaker 3: when I evaluate them initially is I asked this question
- 35:12Speaker 3: on a scale of zero to ten. Tell me the
- 35:16Speaker 3: level of joy you feel when you wake up in
- 35:19Speaker 3: the morning the first thing. But and I say, I'm
- 35:24Speaker 3: not talking about the joy you have for your children
- 35:27Speaker 3: or your dog or whatever. The level of joy that
- 35:31Speaker 3: you feel, Hey, it's a new day, it's joyous and whatever.
- 35:37Speaker 3: And a lot of people or not out of ten
- 35:42Speaker 3: and I say, what's that about? So you know, these
- 35:44Speaker 3: are the type of things that I talk to people
- 35:46Speaker 3: about initially before we eve move forward, and then and
- 35:50Speaker 3: then to really establish and address some of these things
- 35:54Speaker 3: because they can greatly be impacting their health and their
- 35:59Speaker 3: wellbeing process.
- 36:00Speaker 1: And are you using any equipment like a beamer or
- 36:04Speaker 1: some of these energetic.
- 36:06Speaker 3: The only equipment that I use adjunctively to my to
- 36:10Speaker 3: my ability to the way in which I'm utilizing and
- 36:14Speaker 3: accessing the energy and the vibrations that we use is
- 36:18Speaker 3: I have what's called an uh AH, a light being
- 36:24Speaker 3: generator machine, which is a lymphatic drainage machine utilizes medical
- 36:29Speaker 3: oxygen that converts through the machine into saturated ozone, which
- 36:34Speaker 3: has been very effective treatment of limes disease and varying infections,
- 36:40Speaker 3: but also just on generalized lymphatic flow in the body
- 36:47Speaker 3: earlier all these years. Is that apart from it, I
- 36:49Speaker 3: think you know a little bit about my history of
- 36:51Speaker 3: using what's called or being one of the leading researchers
- 36:55Speaker 3: and developers and what's called a theoic modification patient therapy
- 37:00Speaker 3: or harmonics, which is something that doctor Reese developed and
- 37:05Speaker 3: a principal teacher in an organization for me, you know,
- 37:10Speaker 3: the organization is really no longer, but is something that's
- 37:14Speaker 3: a big part of my practice from a vibrational energetic perspective.
- 37:18Speaker 1: So, what of all the applications that you've described, which
- 37:22Speaker 1: one would you say has more efficacy for healing if
- 37:27Speaker 1: you could single out, or is it all integrated into
- 37:30Speaker 1: a bigger picture like you just described with the body
- 37:34Speaker 1: minded spirits side.
- 37:37Speaker 2: I mean, is there is there a technique that you
- 37:40Speaker 2: know is kind.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Of full proof that will always have an impact on
- 37:44Speaker 1: a positive impact on.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Your that we've been teaching for over thirty years called
- 37:51Speaker 3: natural force healing.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Okay, tell us about that.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Natural force healing.
- 37:58Speaker 2: By the way, your dog is on your out.
- 38:01Speaker 3: That's the face. Yeah, he's fine, Okay, that's the favorite place, right. Yeah.
- 38:10Speaker 3: So natural force haling is a vibrational system that utilizes
- 38:17Speaker 3: very amplified energy vibration and frequencies or what we call
- 38:22Speaker 3: levels of energies. So maybe at some other point, you know,
- 38:29Speaker 3: if you have me back, I'll go deeper into that
- 38:32Speaker 3: whole component. But now, these levels of energies that we've
- 38:36Speaker 3: researched and developed are applied on a person through specific
- 38:41Speaker 3: hand placements on specific points of the body in a
- 38:45Speaker 3: way in which we've learned over many decades of how
- 38:49Speaker 3: we of how energy moves in the universe and how
- 38:53Speaker 3: to access it and how to amplify it. Also, you know,
- 38:57Speaker 3: being involved with vibrational therapy for again for almost fifty years,
- 39:03Speaker 3: you know, I've seen many many things come about, you know,
- 39:07Speaker 3: And the problem, you know, not to be judgmental with
- 39:11Speaker 3: a lot of these energetic and vibrational systems that have
- 39:14Speaker 3: evolved over the years. My experience with them is that
- 39:18Speaker 3: there's no background or depth or really understanding of how
- 39:21Speaker 3: energy moves in the universe. The fact that there is
- 39:24Speaker 3: positive energy and there is negative energy, and that's a
- 39:28Speaker 3: lot of people that are so called healers do not
- 39:30Speaker 3: believe that there's and there is because as you grow,
- 39:34Speaker 3: so does the opponent. And a lot of negative energy
- 39:38Speaker 3: that we can a person can bring forth as a
- 39:41Speaker 3: healer to an affect the patient can't have a negative
- 39:44Speaker 3: effect on them. But in the system of natural force healing,
- 39:49Speaker 3: there are specific energy vibrations and frequencies that we've learned
- 39:52Speaker 3: about to access and amplify them to be used on
- 39:56Speaker 3: how it affects the patient. So there are what we
- 39:59Speaker 3: can called levels of energies that relate to the body
- 40:02Speaker 3: angle when we test. So there's twelve major levels of
- 40:06Speaker 3: the work and natural force healing. Different levels, as we
- 40:09Speaker 3: call them, utilize specific frequencies but very specific on how
- 40:14Speaker 3: they impact the patient. For example, if we tested a
- 40:17Speaker 3: patient and they were let's say in the body angle,
- 40:20Speaker 3: the primary angle being the physical, we would there are
- 40:27Speaker 3: of those twelve levels, Levels one, two, three, and four
- 40:32Speaker 3: are the levels that we would tests that work to
- 40:34Speaker 3: bring the physical side of the triangle back into balance
- 40:38Speaker 3: if they were in the mind angle. Levels three, four, five,
- 40:42Speaker 3: and six relate to the mind and the rest relate
- 40:45Speaker 3: to the spirit. So for example, let's say I tested
- 40:48Speaker 3: and we have screening points to know which of those
- 40:51Speaker 3: levels of energies are needed. So for example, level one
- 40:57Speaker 3: so would be a position here we would test. Level
- 41:02Speaker 3: one deals with the meningial dural system, you know the
- 41:06Speaker 3: coverings over the brain and spinal cord, which are like
- 41:09Speaker 3: a tape recorder. So when we're in fight or flight response,
- 41:13Speaker 3: this dura, the meningual system can hold memory and keep
- 41:19Speaker 3: a person locked in a fight or flight response to
- 41:21Speaker 3: a particular area of life, many areas, so that person
- 41:25Speaker 3: is really not expressing to the world who they really are.
- 41:29Speaker 3: So an energy which our hand positions held a specific
- 41:33Speaker 3: way is an energy that can impact and amplify to
- 41:38Speaker 3: clear that meningial dural system out in a matter of
- 41:42Speaker 3: two minutes, where their whole spine changes and they're breathing
- 41:46Speaker 3: like they never did. So they move out of it.
- 41:48Speaker 3: And you know what happens with a lot of these
- 41:49Speaker 3: people when you when you change the miningual component, they
- 41:53Speaker 3: start crying. They start crying or laughing. Right there on
- 41:57Speaker 3: the table have all these releases. And when I first
- 42:02Speaker 3: started doing this years ago, a person after their treatment
- 42:04Speaker 3: was sitting in their car for an hour and a
- 42:06Speaker 3: half crime until they could drive. So Level three, for example,
- 42:13Speaker 3: relating to the mind. Level three utilizes as a different
- 42:18Speaker 3: hand position and a different point has two energies that
- 42:21Speaker 3: are used to this levels of energy remove in a
- 42:31Speaker 3: person fixed ideas, mental blocks, and limiting beliefs that hold
- 42:37Speaker 3: that person back in their lives. Level five, which is
- 42:42Speaker 3: tied into the mind, is another different hand position placed
- 42:45Speaker 3: around the sphenoid areas of the skull balance. It prevents
- 42:49Speaker 3: one area of the brain being overdominant in the other
- 42:52Speaker 3: one and then its effect on the cranium and all
- 42:54Speaker 3: the other energy centers. So each particular for example, level
- 42:58Speaker 3: two right, right and left, which comes up in the
- 43:02Speaker 3: physical angle and in the spiritual angle. So level two,
- 43:08Speaker 3: if it was there in the physical is causing physical
- 43:13Speaker 3: based karmic caused illness in a human being. This is
- 43:19Speaker 3: the person and that memory of that event, karmically speaking,
- 43:23Speaker 3: is held within the minidual system of a person.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Well, one thing we can say, ken is for everybody
- 43:31Speaker 1: that's watching it, is you're not going to go to
- 43:34Speaker 1: doctor Davis to just get an adjustment, which.
- 43:37Speaker 3: Is what adjustment? Right?
- 43:40Speaker 1: Well, I mean a lot of people think that that's
- 43:42Speaker 1: all that a chiropractor does. But obviously you're you're proving
- 43:47Speaker 1: and presenting to everyone that this is a multi layered,
- 43:51Speaker 1: multi dimensional system and you just you know, have to
- 43:55Speaker 1: look deeper in order to understand why you have the
- 43:59Speaker 1: issues that you have. It's it's not purely uh, just
- 44:03Speaker 1: superficial like a lot of people think, oh, I'll go
- 44:05Speaker 1: to my career back, you'll give me an adjustment and
- 44:07Speaker 1: I'll be much better.
- 44:09Speaker 3: We get those people they think they're looking you know,
- 44:12Speaker 3: you know what I say to them, Michelle and I said,
- 44:15Speaker 3: my name is DA V I S not j E
- 44:18Speaker 3: s U S very good, you know, So let me.
- 44:23Speaker 1: Let me switch gears for a moment, because I want
- 44:25Speaker 1: people to know more about your bodybuilding and your books.
- 44:29Speaker 2: So tell us about the two books that you wrote.
- 44:31Speaker 1: And why you wrote them, and what the messages are
- 44:34Speaker 1: in those two books.
- 44:38Speaker 3: The first book primarily that I wrote is called Climbing Mountains,
- 44:44Speaker 3: and that was more about the journey that I went
- 44:47Speaker 3: on with Lisa uh and myself, about our work with
- 44:54Speaker 3: doctor Reese, what we develop, the techniques, the systems, our
- 44:58Speaker 3: journeys around the globe, and so forth. The other book
- 45:01Speaker 3: that I wrote was actually started out to be a
- 45:05Speaker 3: follow up to the first book, based upon all the
- 45:09Speaker 3: travels that we went on with doctores all over the world,
- 45:13Speaker 3: utilizing being directed by you could say, the powers that
- 45:17Speaker 3: be to make changes throughout the world. We went to
- 45:21Speaker 3: every mystical place you could possibly be met and studied
- 45:25Speaker 3: ancient religions, the cultures in Tibet, China, Japan, Machu Pichu,
- 45:32Speaker 3: the Galapagos, Maui, Stonehenge, and I could go on and
- 45:39Speaker 3: on and on and on to get Israel, Egypt, the
- 45:43Speaker 3: Canary Islands, and so the second book and to learn
- 45:48Speaker 3: what we did there in our ability to access specific
- 45:51Speaker 3: energies and learn about them, and be able to use
- 45:54Speaker 3: these energies to change the weather, change weather patterns, work
- 45:58Speaker 3: to bring to the desert, to feed all kinds of
- 46:02Speaker 3: things that we did that people would think that we're
- 46:04Speaker 3: out of our mind in a certain way. But I
- 46:07Speaker 3: could tell stories for the next eight hours about miraculous
- 46:11Speaker 3: things that took place. Plus, in the making of these
- 46:14Speaker 3: harmonic devices, we use certain minerals and stones found to
- 46:18Speaker 3: vibrate a specific frequency in the way in which they
- 46:20Speaker 3: were made. And so again the second book started about
- 46:28Speaker 3: all the things that we learned on these journeys. And
- 46:30Speaker 3: then Marty Gallagher, who I wrote the book with, primarily said, Ken,
- 46:36Speaker 3: you have to your spiritual experience is tied to your
- 46:40Speaker 3: bodybuilding experience as well. I said it is, says, yeah,
- 46:45Speaker 3: of course you have to write about that. I said,
- 46:47Speaker 3: I do, yes, so, especially in light of so it
- 46:52Speaker 3: kind of took a turn and I just started talking
- 46:56Speaker 3: about it and writing about it so well.
- 46:58Speaker 1: I think people need to know that you started bodybuilding
- 47:02Speaker 1: at age sixty six and you are now turning seventy three.
- 47:07Speaker 2: God, this is all in your.
- 47:10Speaker 1: So called golden years where most people think it's time
- 47:13Speaker 1: to hang up their cleats and okay, all right, wow,
- 47:18Speaker 1: look at you.
- 47:19Speaker 3: That's me.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Realistic bodies talk about an inspiration? There there it is
- 47:25Speaker 2: right there on the cover.
- 47:27Speaker 3: You know what, I don't think. I don't hear from
- 47:28Speaker 3: people that, oh, oh not here your your photos. Did
- 47:32Speaker 3: you photoshop your head on that body?
- 47:34Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:35Speaker 3: Oh I did not photoshop, but they kind of no.
- 47:38Speaker 3: I said, that's me.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Yeah, So okay, so this is somewhat miraculous. And as
- 47:45Speaker 1: most people would look at it, they say, how can
- 47:47Speaker 1: a sixty six year old they look like like that?
- 47:51Speaker 1: And what what did he have to get to that point?
- 47:55Speaker 2: So why don't you give us? You know, we only
- 47:57Speaker 2: have five.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Minutes left, So in two minutes, tell us what because
- 48:02Speaker 1: I have another question.
- 48:04Speaker 2: In two minutes, tell.
- 48:05Speaker 3: Us what you did? First of all? That again another
- 48:13Speaker 3: aha voice. Again. Being an athlete I had in one
- 48:16Speaker 3: of our wellness programs, I had a mother and daughter.
- 48:20Speaker 3: The mother who would have no problem mentioned Kathy Parachus
- 48:22Speaker 3: runs a gym up in close to New Jersey called
- 48:26Speaker 3: Destination Fitness, and Kathy was a patient of mine. In
- 48:29Speaker 3: one of my programs, her daughter Stephanie was as well,
- 48:32Speaker 3: who was a competitive bodybuilder at one point, and I
- 48:35Speaker 3: didn't see them. They did great, and about I was
- 48:37Speaker 3: looking at a Facebook feed months past and Stephanie had
- 48:41Speaker 3: put on eighty pounds and I couldn't believe it. And
- 48:44Speaker 3: then the next picture she got it off and competed
- 48:46Speaker 3: in bodybuilding. So I just went off in my head
- 48:49Speaker 3: and said that would be an unbelievable quest to do.
- 48:54Speaker 3: And I said, I'm going to do this, but if
- 48:57Speaker 3: I do it, I want to compete in the stage.
- 49:01Speaker 3: So I trained seven and a half months and got
- 49:04Speaker 3: up on stage. And but the thing is that I
- 49:08Speaker 3: was in my sixties. Then there was no sixty year
- 49:10Speaker 3: old class, right wow, But I did great. I didn't place,
- 49:14Speaker 3: but I held my own and everybody freaked out. They
- 49:17Speaker 3: couldn't believe I did it. I had to do it,
- 49:19Speaker 3: and that was it. I was hooked. The point is
- 49:21Speaker 3: is that the key to anti aging are these This
- 49:25Speaker 3: is what this book is really all about, not so
- 49:28Speaker 3: much about Ken Davis. It's about about following these steps
- 49:33Speaker 3: is what leads. And I know you know this already.
- 49:35Speaker 3: It's this is what it's about people. It's about proper
- 49:39Speaker 3: diet and nutrition. Two cardiovascular exercise, and three uh, it's
- 49:48Speaker 3: about strength training and as the other, the other is
- 49:54Speaker 3: your mindset.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Of course, you're you're at, you're sleep, you're sleep, you're.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Connection to community, you're you know, so called happiness quotient,
- 50:04Speaker 1: all of these things, and the disciplines that overlays.
- 50:08Speaker 2: All of this, that you obviously have.
- 50:10Speaker 1: No shortage of and that you know incorporates that discipline
- 50:15Speaker 1: is really what allows you to get up at five
- 50:18Speaker 1: in the morning and get to the gym, for example,
- 50:20Speaker 1: or work out after work when you're exhausted.
- 50:23Speaker 2: But these are you.
- 50:25Speaker 1: Have a vision and a goal and you're not going
- 50:28Speaker 1: to be You're unrelenting and achieving your goals. So this
- 50:33Speaker 1: is something that I think inspires everyone. I can't tell
- 50:38Speaker 1: say enough about your book that people should read it
- 50:41Speaker 1: and be inspired.
- 50:43Speaker 3: Thanks, Michelle, look at something that I fell in love with.
- 50:46Speaker 3: I've met some phenomenal people through the whole journey like you.
- 50:51Speaker 3: They met you and Rob and everybody.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Like you inspired.
- 50:55Speaker 1: You inspired me because you know, honestly, I just can't
- 51:00Speaker 1: imagine at sixty six doing what you've done. I mean,
- 51:03Speaker 1: I know it's possible because I look at you, and
- 51:06Speaker 1: I look at the you know, like my friend Mary ABOUTO,
- 51:09Speaker 1: she just won the IFBB. I think in somewhere I
- 51:13Speaker 1: saw her on Instagram and look at her. She's in
- 51:16Speaker 1: her late fifties or mid fifties, and look at her
- 51:18Speaker 1: body and how she's worked so hard.
- 51:22Speaker 3: And I just want to tell everybody that. So my
- 51:25Speaker 3: goal for this year was, and it's coming up in
- 51:28Speaker 3: about three weeks, was competing in the World Masters Championships Pittsburgh. Yeah,
- 51:37Speaker 3: able to know to get the promoter to put my
- 51:40Speaker 3: age group into the champ because several years ago and
- 51:45Speaker 3: I was the World Master's Champion bodybuilder in the two
- 51:49Speaker 3: hundred and twelve pound division of seventy plus. So but
- 51:54Speaker 3: I'm on competing a men's physique and if I win,
- 51:58Speaker 3: then I will be the number one seventy plus men's
- 52:02Speaker 3: physique champion in the whole world.
- 52:04Speaker 2: And I bet you're going to win. I'm totally there
- 52:06Speaker 2: with you, and I believe in you.
- 52:08Speaker 3: But you know, I tell everybody, Michelle, and I think
- 52:11Speaker 3: that is that I believe that everybody is a winner
- 52:13Speaker 3: because the ability of all these people that are training
- 52:17Speaker 3: and eating properly and getting on stage and doing their thing.
- 52:21Speaker 3: We're all winners. That's how I look at everybody. It's
- 52:25Speaker 3: just something that I've come to love to do with
- 52:27Speaker 3: my patients. I kind of share with them and teach
- 52:29Speaker 3: them what I've learned. And the thing again I think
- 52:33Speaker 3: maybe we can end is that all I'm asking people
- 52:36Speaker 3: to do is to try to make an f to
- 52:40Speaker 3: just remember it takes one step first to do a mile.
- 52:44Speaker 3: And that's all that was John F.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Kennedy, right, one smallest step, one step was a thousand
- 52:51Speaker 1: whatever he was, whatever he said was so so important, right,
- 52:56Speaker 1: A thousand mile journey begins with a one with one step,
- 52:59Speaker 1: and that's what you've done. Well, Ken, I don't want
- 53:02Speaker 1: to cut you off what we are at the close,
- 53:04Speaker 1: and I want to be sure people know how to
- 53:06Speaker 1: reach you. Can you give us the logistics if somebody
- 53:10Speaker 1: wants to have a console with you.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Yeah, Look, I have no price. You can on my
- 53:16Speaker 3: office number. Feel free to call me uh and the
- 53:20Speaker 3: office I'll always get back to you. Leave a message.

- 53:35Speaker 3: is info I n FO at Davis dabi s ahs

- 53:50Speaker 1: And if people have watched this podcast and they mentioned ageless,
- 53:56Speaker 1: is there something that you would offer to them for
- 53:58Speaker 1: the first console. I don't want to put you on
- 54:01Speaker 1: the spot, but you know, a lot of times our
- 54:03Speaker 1: guests like to incentivize, and I usually ask before we
- 54:07Speaker 1: go live, but we didn't have time today, so far I.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Would I would certainly offer, ah, what would be the
- 54:16Speaker 3: word I use, Michelle? A discounted rate or yeah, I mean,
- 54:22Speaker 3: or if you want I'll do I'll do a I'll
- 54:26Speaker 3: do a discounted rate on our new patient evaluation, or

- 54:38Speaker 3: is and then if you like it, then you can
- 54:41Speaker 3: become a new you know, it's you know what I
- 54:42Speaker 3: want to Okay?
- 54:44Speaker 1: Well, okay, so we will put in the show notes
- 54:48Speaker 1: all that you just said. However, we should put a
- 54:51Speaker 1: number next to that. So what would you suggest.
- 54:54Speaker 3: Put my put to a one nine six one two
- 54:58Speaker 3: two nine zero.
- 54:59Speaker 2: Okay. Then if they say, ah, less we watched days time.
- 55:04Speaker 3: Just if they get my message voice, just leave me

- 55:12Speaker 3: best time to get a hold of.
- 55:13Speaker 1: You, okay, and then and then you'll work out the
- 55:17Speaker 1: logistics based and the pricing based.
- 55:19Speaker 2: On the individual's needs. Perfect, Ken, Thank you so much,
- 55:25Speaker 2: Happy birthday, and we really can't wait to hear about
- 55:28Speaker 2: the end of this month and what happens to you.
- 55:30Speaker 3: And I will get hold of you anyway one of
- 55:32Speaker 3: these days in person, so we can wait.

- 55:44Speaker 1: Okay, all right, well, thank you so much. I'm going
- 55:47Speaker 1: to sign off and say thank you again.
