John 1:37 The two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. Two of John the Baptist's disciples heard him testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God. They clearly understood what John was saying. This is the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God. On hearing John’s witness regarding Jesus, they followed Jesus. They trusted John, and God used him to draw these two men to His Son. This encourages us of what God can do with our witness regarding Jesus.
