Transcript
- 0:00Okay, so we knew this was going to happen eventually.
- 0:04Elon Musk and Donald Trump are having sort of a love spat.
- 0:09They are falling out before our eyes, but this might not be the end of the world,
- 0:14and this might have been expected.
- 0:16So Elon Musk, he embraced Donald Trump, went against all odds.
- 0:21It was a huge part of Trump becoming the president.
- 0:26And doing that, he gave up a lot.
- 0:30He gave up a lot of, because he was the darling of the left,
- 0:33and now he has been labeled a Nazi in a lot of ways.
- 0:37His brand of Tesla has taken a huge hit, and just the left, you know,
- 0:43putting him in the crosshairs, it was unstoppable and unthinkable,
- 0:47the limits that they would go to to try to destroy him.
- 0:51So now trying to get a little distance from Donald Trump seems almost reasonable.
- 0:55This is all about the big, beautiful bill that Trump and the Republicans,
- 1:01together with Democrats, are pushing to get signed into law and to get passed through.
- 1:07The Democrats are thrilled that they're having this breakup,
- 1:12but for much different reasons.
- 1:14Elon thinks it's a bloated bill, which it probably is. Trump is going to paint
- 1:18everything in the best picture available.
- 1:20But the Democrats, they don't think there's enough spending.
- 1:24So they're happy that they're having a breakup and they're all for the trashing
- 1:29on the big, beautiful bill, but for much different reasons.
- 1:33Elon wants to take out all the massive spending that is going into it,
- 1:37that he is trying to do so much with Doge and eliminate government waste.
- 1:41But the Democrats are just we want they want to spend the house,
- 1:46you know, spend us to non-existence, I guess. I don't know.
- 1:49It's just, it's wild. The, the limits that both, both parties will go to, you know?
- 1:56And that's why it is all, it's just all, it's just,
- 1:59it's just a game. It's just a it's theater.
- 2:03It's none of it's actually real. They're playing with monopoly money.
- 2:07All right. But let's switch over. Let's let's actually take a look at things
- 2:11that Elon has been putting out there because they've had disagreements.
- 2:15Trump and Elon have had disagreements, but nothing this public.
- 2:19They've kept it behind closed doors.
- 2:21And Elon has just been out in the open, trashing the bill, saying it cannot go through.
- 2:26But I'm with Trump on this. I'm with Trump on this because if they come away
- 2:32with nothing and they go into this gridiron, just lock, everything gets locked
- 2:39up, and they don't get anything passed through,
- 2:41the huge tax cuts don't go through, that's the biggest thing that people will feel hugely.
- 2:50So if those don't go through, I think it's all about compromise,
- 2:54and Trump needs to get something pass through, and he's going to put it in the
- 2:58best... He's a marketer. He's a guy that... It's a businessman.
- 3:01He wants to... He's a cheerleader to whatever it is, whatever cause it is.
- 3:05And Elon, I think he...
- 3:07Tax cuts aren't going to, he's not going to feel it as much as other people,
- 3:13as other people. He's a billionaire.
- 3:15He's not going to experience it as much. He's looking more, a little bit more
- 3:18long term in the direction of the country.
- 3:22Sometimes you have to accept a little bit necessary evil to get what the greater good.
- 3:28And I think Trump is like on that side.
- 3:31So just the things that Elon has been tweeting, as you can see in the picture
- 3:34right there, it's from a Not Jerome Powell parody account.
- 3:39But anything that, if Elon tweets something, hundreds of millions of people see it immediately.
- 3:46And hundreds of people, millions of people like it, you know,
- 3:49or maybe not hundreds of millions of people like it, but hundreds of thousands
- 3:53of people like it immediately.
- 3:55Anything he puts out there. But this does fit into, he needs to,
- 3:59he cannot be lockstep with Trump anymore.
- 4:02He did what he needed to do to get Trump in the White House because it would
- 4:07have served as a benchmark to the collapse of our nation if Trump would not
- 4:12have won the presidency.
- 4:13I don't think there would have been no recovery. And that's why Elon was so
- 4:17adamant about getting him in there.
- 4:18But in this tweet, this most recent one, Jerome Powell, or not Jerome Powell
- 4:23tweeted, It has the train or the school bus going in front of the train tracks.
- 4:28It says money Doge has saved the government.
- 4:31And then the train just bust through the school bus.
- 4:34And it says Trump's beautiful, Trump's big, beautiful bill.
- 4:38So he's almost making himself his all his work.
- 4:41Was it a waste of every pun?
- 4:44Was it a waste of trying to eliminate all the waste?
- 4:48Overall, it's not. This is going to be just a very small window of time.
- 4:52It does give me a little bit concern that they could actually fall out because
- 4:58it does seem like anybody that Trump has alongside of,
- 5:03he ends up usually firing them or they don't.
- 5:08Stay, they're not, they don't stay together. They don't, they're not happy.
- 5:12Like eventually, it seems like that a lot of people, not his family,
- 5:16not as, you know, his close closest people.
- 5:20It seems, or even Marco Rubio, anyone or Ted Cruz, anyone that he's had these,
- 5:25these fights against, they all end up coming to work for him.
- 5:30And then they just kind of got to go along to get along.
- 5:32You know, I eventually, you know, there could be a JD Vance fallout.
- 5:37You know, I would hate to ever see that. I hope that never happens,
- 5:39but you never expected Mike Pence and that whole thing.
- 5:43It seems like it always eventually happens.
- 5:46And I don't, that's why business is so freaking cutthroat.
- 5:50And these are like the epitome of business guys. It is so cutthroat.
- 5:54It is so, you have your idea of what you want to accomplish.
- 5:58And if anyone, if anyone's not on board, I mean, you can cut ties in an instant.
- 6:04And it seems like Elon and Trump are almost, you know, severing some things.
- 6:11But this might be Elon in the back of his mind, because you got to play that 40 chess.
- 6:17He needs to become that left media darling again that he was for most of his
- 6:25life, that he was for most of his life.
- 6:27And because he needs people buying Teslas. He needs people buying things that
- 6:32he had built and made most of his money on because there was a drop in the Tesla
- 6:38and you can understand that. It's definitely come back.
- 6:42But for his image, it might not be the best thing as he goes off into the sunset.
- 6:49The little sunset that he's going off into now, it might be good to kind of
- 6:55a little bit more arms link from Trump.
- 6:58And maybe that is what's going on as well. Because, I mean, just to save money
- 7:02and to be this out in the open when he definitely, Elon is not stupid.
- 7:08He knows the political gridiron that is taking place every day in Washington.
- 7:13He knows that Trump has to get this through.
- 7:16So this might be something in a public image kind of way to separate himself,
- 7:21distance himself from Trump that, oh, we're having a fight.
- 7:24You can see, you know, we're having a fight, you know, it's not a manual Macron
- 7:28fight, you know, but it's a, it's a fight for everyone to see.
- 7:31It's public and it's over, it's over money, you know, it's over,
- 7:34it's over kind of policy.
- 7:37So it's not personal. It's, it's business, not personal.
- 7:41So this, uh, it's, there's greater things going on, but it does still give me
- 7:45concern that like, you know, they could have a falling out, but they are still,
- 7:48they're, they're actually friends.
- 7:50So I don't think, I don't see that happening, but we'll see.
- 7:54We'll see. So if you've enjoyed this video, hit this video over here and,
- 7:58or no, it's over here and I'll see you in the next one.
