- 0:02Speaker 1: What's up and welcome. This is the Rogue Recap, and
- 0:06Speaker 1: you are here with your host, Linda McLaughlin. She is pissed, off, outraged,
- 0:12Speaker 1: and has zero patience with what seems to be an
- 0:15Speaker 1: epidemic of entitlement and stupidity. Here we talk about all
- 0:19Speaker 1: the things the other shows just don't or won't touch.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Make sure to like and subscribe to her podcast so
- 0:25Speaker 1: you never miss an episode.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so tonight we're definitely going to be focusing on
- 0:32Speaker 2: that stupidity, and it is something that everybody is talking about. Unfortunately,
- 0:38Speaker 2: there's such an abundance of negative news, whether we're talking
- 0:42Speaker 2: about Antifa and the President's roundtable on the yesterday with
- 0:46Speaker 2: independent Journalists, which I thought was pretty incredible, or we're
- 0:49Speaker 2: talking about Letitia James, which I don't know when you're
- 0:53Speaker 2: listening to this podcast, but I'm recording it on Thursday,
- 0:56Speaker 2: October ninth, and Leticia James was indicted today for mortgage fraud,
- 1:00Speaker 2: and everybody say, oh, who cares mortgage fraud? I'm like, well,
- 1:03Speaker 2: you know, she is the person who literally based her
- 1:07Speaker 2: entire campaign. Her promises to her donors was that she
- 1:12Speaker 2: was going to get Trump and wasted. I can't even
- 1:15Speaker 2: imagine how many millions of dollars New York City tax
- 1:18Speaker 2: paying dollars in addition to the amount of money that
- 1:21Speaker 2: we were spending on illegal immigrants and the rise of
- 1:24Speaker 2: radical Islam. But different show. But regardless, she was indicted today,
- 1:29Speaker 2: and everybody is talking about all of these things. We're
- 1:31Speaker 2: discussing what is happening. But we've had several hearings, you know,
- 1:37Speaker 2: Senate and congressional hearings before a few different committees. And
- 1:43Speaker 2: I think the thing that I find the most upsetting
- 1:46Speaker 2: and what really just drives me nuts is when people
- 1:51Speaker 2: just assume you're really dumb. And when I think about
- 1:55Speaker 2: former head of the FBI, Christopher Ray, there is no
- 1:59Speaker 2: greater manipult later than this guy. Right, He's he's got
- 2:03Speaker 2: the waspy haircut, he's got all the right answers, and
- 2:08Speaker 2: he is lying to everyone. It's I mean, some people say, oh,
- 2:12Speaker 2: you're lying out of both sides of your mouth. I
- 2:14Speaker 2: think he's lying. You know, six Ways to Sunday. I
- 2:17Speaker 2: have never experienced somebody who is attacking anything in everything
- 2:24Speaker 2: that is America, whether you're just a regular average joe
- 2:27Speaker 2: who loves America, whether you're a practicing Catholic. He definitely
- 2:31Speaker 2: had a full investigation and some sort of deep state
- 2:35Speaker 2: operative on Catholics. You know, he's standing and sitting before
- 2:39Speaker 2: the committee with his family behind him, and he's talking
- 2:42Speaker 2: about how he believes in the Constitution and he's a
- 2:46Speaker 2: man of integrity, and anyone who would ever question that
- 2:49Speaker 2: doesn't know anything.
- 2:50Speaker 3: I mean, it's just such.
- 2:51Speaker 2: A load of shit.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Just stop.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Just say you're bought and paid for and that you're
- 2:58Speaker 2: going to do things the way you want to do them.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And if anybody's got a problem with that, they can
- 3:03Speaker 2: take it up with the next guy, because you're not
- 3:04Speaker 2: going to do it any differently. I would have more
- 3:07Speaker 2: respect if you were a snarky asshole like Letitia James's
- 3:12Speaker 2: than the way you're acting now, that kind of stuff
- 3:15Speaker 2: that like and James come me's the same way. Also
- 3:18Speaker 2: just indicted under Trump and everybody's freaking out about that.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Oh it's weaponization. This is a complete and utter disgrace.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I can't believe that we're doing this. This is just
- 3:29Speaker 2: him going after his enemies. And it's like, actually, no,
- 3:33Speaker 2: it's not that.
- 3:34Speaker 3: This is the opposite of that.
- 3:36Speaker 2: This is him going after the people who literally were
- 3:40Speaker 2: trying to get to the bottom of things like Ukraine,
- 3:44Speaker 2: like Russia, like COVID, misappropriation of funds, all these different
- 3:49Speaker 2: things and everything that we tried to get to the
- 3:51Speaker 2: bottom of. Underneath Joe Biden and before him, Barack Obama,
- 3:55Speaker 2: we couldn't do it because they didn't want to allow it.
- 3:59Speaker 3: So let's just walk down memory lane.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I found this guy. His handle is the Magga King
- 4:06Speaker 2: two point zero, which I think is pretty funny TMK
- 4:09Speaker 2: for short. But he took the time to go and
- 4:12Speaker 2: put a list of all of the Republicans that were arrested. Okay,
- 4:17Speaker 2: not just spied on, not just we talked trash about
- 4:21Speaker 2: them for a little bit. These were people that were
- 4:23Speaker 2: actually arrested under Joe Biden's administration for no other reason
- 4:29Speaker 2: than politics, and pardon the pun, trumped up charges because
- 4:33Speaker 2: they didn't have anything concrete. But they didn't need it
- 4:35Speaker 2: because they had scumbags like Komi and Ray who were
- 4:39Speaker 2: doing all their dirty work and making sure that if
- 4:42Speaker 2: something wasn't there, they could put something there that could
- 4:46Speaker 2: potentially be the intimation from it could be X. And
- 4:51Speaker 2: if you wanted to be X, you better believe Dan
- 4:54Speaker 2: Well they were going to make sure of it. So
- 4:56Speaker 2: here's a short list.
- 4:57Speaker 3: I'm not going to.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Read it all to you because it's very long. We'll
- 5:00Speaker 2: start with Donald Trump. Then we have Walt Nauta, Carlos Dia, Lavieira,
- 5:05Speaker 2: Steve Bennon, Peter Navarro, Tom Barrack, Matthew Grimes, Rudy Giuliani,
- 5:13Speaker 2: Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Kenneth Cheesebro, Sidney Palell, Jenna Ellis,
- 5:20Speaker 2: Scott Graham Hall, Sean Still, David, James Schaeffer, Kathy Latham,
- 5:27Speaker 2: Jeff Clark, Trivia and Cootie, Robert Cheeley Harrison, William Prescott, Floyd.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I mean, the list.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Goes on and on and on.
- 5:40Speaker 2: There's got to be I mean, I'm scrolling through it
- 5:42Speaker 2: right now.
- 5:44Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 5:46Speaker 2: There's got to be forty names just right here of
- 5:48Speaker 2: people here arrested. And then twelve hundred and sixty five
- 5:51Speaker 2: January sixth defendants, which now that they're releasing the hours
- 5:56Speaker 2: of tape that either they couldn't find went missing, all
- 5:59Speaker 2: the things that were erased by the J six Committee
- 6:03Speaker 2: under the lead Henchman Liz Cheney.
- 6:06Speaker 3: No, I mean, what an ass. But can you.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Imagine running a committee and just losing everything. All of
- 6:14Speaker 2: the testimony gone, all of the evidence gone, all of
- 6:17Speaker 2: the recordings gone. And you have all these people. You've
- 6:21Speaker 2: raided their homes, You've raided their phones. We just found
- 6:24Speaker 2: out that the Biden administration was spying on eight sitting
- 6:28Speaker 2: senators and congress members.
- 6:29Speaker 3: I mean, it's ridiculous.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Can you imagine if the left found out that Donald
- 6:36Speaker 2: Trump was spying on I don't know, let's just name
- 6:38Speaker 2: a few, right, Schumer, Polosi, Gavin Newsom, Pritzker, Brandon Johnson, Right,
- 6:47Speaker 2: just anybody on the left that he didn't agree with,
- 6:50Speaker 2: which is basically everybody but.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Some of the headliners.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Imagine what they would have heard on phone calls and
- 6:58Speaker 2: text messages that those individuals had in their private lives.
- 7:02Speaker 2: And now you're telling me that the Biden administration was
- 7:06Speaker 2: listening in and had these illegal spying techniques and everybody knew.
- 7:13Speaker 2: It's such This is one of the things that I
- 7:15Speaker 2: really find I don't know, I'm I'm trying to figure out.
- 7:18Speaker 2: It's even like with the stand down order in Chicago.
- 7:21Speaker 2: It's the same type of thing where you know, they
- 7:23Speaker 2: say I never said that, I never said that the
- 7:26Speaker 2: police should not go and should not support you know,
- 7:30Speaker 2: Ice and shouldn't be there. I never said that. You know,
- 7:33Speaker 2: this is the chief of police and in Chicago. And
- 7:36Speaker 2: then they play the call to dispatch that says, you know, hey,
- 7:39Speaker 2: the ICE officers are being surrounded by militant you know,
- 7:44Speaker 2: members of Antifa and Free Palestines gone bags and you know,
- 7:49Speaker 2: we're just trying to get to the bottom of you know,
- 7:51Speaker 2: what's happening here. And they say, no, we're not going
- 7:56Speaker 2: to help them. This is a stand down order and
- 7:58Speaker 2: we're not giving you there's We're just not going to
- 8:00Speaker 2: help you.
- 8:01Speaker 3: We can't do it.
- 8:02Speaker 2: So you're telling me, as an officer that you feel
- 8:06Speaker 2: good about this, How is that even possible? These are
- 8:11Speaker 2: the things that I struggle with because I'm like, how
- 8:16Speaker 2: could you ever go against your fellow officer, Like, if
- 8:21Speaker 2: you knew an officer needed you and was surrounded by
- 8:24Speaker 2: the enemy, you don't go to help because Pritsker said no,
- 8:29Speaker 2: I mean, it's just wrong, And there's no part of
- 8:33Speaker 2: these guys that's like, yeah, you're right, we shouldn't have
- 8:36Speaker 2: done that. These are the things that keep me up
- 8:38Speaker 2: at night, that make me wonder what the hell is
- 8:41Speaker 2: wrong with these people? But so I was thinking about
- 8:47Speaker 2: Senator Schmidt, who is formerly the Attorney General of Missouri,
- 8:52Speaker 2: and Senator Schmidt is an incredible, incredible attorney. The guy
- 8:57Speaker 2: is no bullshit, right to the point, and he's incredibly
- 9:01Speaker 2: versed in many areas of the law, not the least
- 9:04Speaker 2: of which is trial law and understanding what you need
- 9:08Speaker 2: to have, you know, sort of in your back pocket
- 9:12Speaker 2: to argue the point. So he was asked the other day,
- 9:16Speaker 2: you know how he felt about President Trump weaponizing his
- 9:21Speaker 2: government against his political foes, And I have to say
- 9:25Speaker 2: he had a terrific answer.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Take a listen, do you think hist.
- 9:30Speaker 4: This department is acting politically by going after President Trump
- 9:32Speaker 4: enemy's James Comey senatorship. I mean, I'm glad you ask
- 9:35Speaker 4: the question. Let me make a clear distinction of the
- 9:38Speaker 4: weaponization we saw under Joe Biden. Okay, that is the
- 9:42Speaker 4: weaponization of government. The idea that you would hold people
- 9:46Speaker 4: accountable who weaponize the Justice Department is not the same thing.
- 9:50Speaker 4: So I hope we'll make that clear. And I'm gonna
- 9:52Speaker 4: say that a thousand times. This is not the same thing.
- 9:55Speaker 4: By the way, if President Trump wanted to do that.
- 9:57Speaker 4: He would have done that in his first term against
- 9:59Speaker 4: Hill Clinton and all the people that came at him.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Then that didn't happen. So this Justice Department is abiden
- 10:05Speaker 4: by every single court ruling and they're trying to clean
- 10:08Speaker 4: up a mess that, again was the most dramatic example
- 10:12Speaker 4: of corruption you could ever have in the Department of Justice.
- 10:16Speaker 2: And just think about that for a minute. They tried
- 10:20Speaker 2: every single way that they could to bring President Trump
- 10:23Speaker 2: up on charges, any way that they could think of.
- 10:26Speaker 2: They tried it and it just didn't stick. And it
- 10:29Speaker 2: didn't stick because he had better attorneys or because of
- 10:32Speaker 2: the fact that he got off on a technicality.
- 10:36Speaker 3: They never had the evidence. It was literally to scare.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Him into silence, into subversion, to make him not continue
- 10:45Speaker 2: his quest to become president again. But see, the issue
- 10:49Speaker 2: was is most of these people are pretty dumb, and
- 10:54Speaker 2: they either have never operated a business, they've never worked
- 10:58Speaker 2: in any sort of private capacity. They hire lawyers that
- 11:01Speaker 2: have always worked with government, so they're used to things
- 11:05Speaker 2: going a certain way.
- 11:06Speaker 3: But Donald Trump doesn't go the same way everybody else goes.
- 11:09Speaker 2: So when they started to look for evidence of malfeasance
- 11:14Speaker 2: or evidence of wrongdoing or evidence of corruption or cheating,
- 11:18Speaker 2: or they can't find it because it's not there. You
- 11:22Speaker 2: may not like the way that Donald Trump says something.
- 11:25Speaker 2: You may not like the way he approaches I don't
- 11:27Speaker 2: like everything that he says, but I like ninety eight
- 11:30Speaker 2: percent of it. And I'm sure as hell glad that
- 11:33Speaker 2: he cares more about the people of this country than
- 11:36Speaker 2: the dumbass governors and senators that would really just don't
- 11:39Speaker 2: care about their safety. I mean, these groups are violent
- 11:43Speaker 2: and we're just trying to like get up and down
- 11:45Speaker 2: the street, and the police are arresting us because the
- 11:48Speaker 2: governors are telling them to. I'm like, where is your
- 11:50Speaker 2: call to arms? Is there no part of you that's like,
- 11:53Speaker 2: maybe I should protect this guy. He seems pretty nice.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Oh here's my fellow officer. Maybe he needs an When
- 12:00Speaker 2: I'm going to listen to Pritzker, really, you know, whether
- 12:05Speaker 2: you're listening to Pritzker or whether you're listening to Newsome,
- 12:09Speaker 2: or whether you're listening to Tina whatever her name is
- 12:12Speaker 2: out there in Portland, in Oregon, and it doesn't matter.
- 12:17Speaker 2: They're all the same. They hate Donald Trump more than
- 12:21Speaker 2: they love America and more than they love their constituents,
- 12:25Speaker 2: and there is nothing that any of us who live
- 12:27Speaker 2: in the land of you know, quasi normal, We're.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Not going to be able to get through. We're just
- 12:32Speaker 3: not and I think that's really part of the problem.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I want you to listen here. This is Christopher Ray
- 12:39Speaker 2: testifying about the kind of person he is and the
- 12:44Speaker 2: lies that he believes are being told about him.
- 12:47Speaker 5: I believe to my core that there's only one right
- 12:52Speaker 5: way to do this job, and that is with strict independence.
- 12:56Speaker 5: Buy the book, playing it straight, faithful to the Constitution,
- 13:01Speaker 5: faithful to our laws, and faithful to.
- 13:03Speaker 1: The best practices of.
- 13:05Speaker 5: The Institution, without fear, without favoritism, and certainly without regard
- 13:12Speaker 5: to any partisan political influence. That's the commitment that I
- 13:17Speaker 5: brought to my years to duty as a line prosecutor.
- 13:23Speaker 5: That's the commitment that brought to my time as the
- 13:26Speaker 5: head of the Criminal Division. That's the commitment that I
- 13:29Speaker 5: think the American people rightly expect of the FBI director.
- 13:33Speaker 5: And that's the commitment I would make to this committee
- 13:37Speaker 5: and to the country if confirmed. And I have way
- 13:40Speaker 5: way way too much respect and affection, frankly, for the
- 13:44Speaker 5: men and women of the FBI to do anything less
- 13:47Speaker 5: than that. And I would just say, anybody who thinks
- 13:52Speaker 5: that I would be pulling punches as the FBI director
- 13:55Speaker 5: sure doesn't know me very well.
- 13:58Speaker 3: I think we know you very well, Chris.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I think you're somebody who knows how to play the
- 14:02Speaker 2: game and tie his tie and comba's hair right so.
- 14:05Speaker 3: That he can do all of the dirty deeds that
- 14:07Speaker 3: he's doing.
- 14:08Speaker 2: In the background, there's a guy on ex Joel Fisher,
- 14:11Speaker 2: and he makes an excellent point about this very statement
- 14:16Speaker 2: that Christopher Ray was making before Charles Grassley, and he
- 14:22Speaker 2: just highlights a couple of simple things. He said, you
- 14:25Speaker 2: know this guy quote. This is Joel Fisher speaking. This
- 14:29Speaker 2: guy had Hunter Biden's hard drive for three months, but
- 14:33Speaker 2: he rather let the country go through a sham, fake impeachment.
- 14:37Speaker 2: He sent his guys to raid the president's home in Florida. Now,
- 14:42Speaker 2: mind you, this is the same guy who had the
- 14:44Speaker 2: following items in his possession and we as American citizens
- 14:48Speaker 2: never heard boo about it. Number one, he had the
- 14:51Speaker 2: twenty twenty election server. Number two, he had Huma Aberdeen's laptop.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Number three he had Seth Richards laptop. And if you
- 15:01Speaker 2: don't remember Seth rich. He was somebody who worked for
- 15:04Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton and was murdered on a DC street on
- 15:07Speaker 2: a particular night where the TV and the security film
- 15:11Speaker 2: for that night disappeared and nobody was allowed to ask
- 15:14Speaker 2: questions about it. And it was before people were getting
- 15:17Speaker 2: killed the where they are now. It was a little
- 15:19Speaker 2: more shocking, which is really sad to say that it's
- 15:22Speaker 2: gotten worse. He lied to Congress about January sixth, which
- 15:26Speaker 2: he did. He knew that there were undercover agents in there.
- 15:30Speaker 2: He knew that stuff was not right. He knew he
- 15:32Speaker 2: had his guys on the inside, and he knew that
- 15:35Speaker 2: the average person. I mean, my god, my own church
- 15:37Speaker 2: went down with a bus. You know, they're there to
- 15:40Speaker 2: pray for the president. These are not people that are
- 15:42Speaker 2: going down for an insurrection. You had your guys down there.
- 15:47Speaker 2: You had your guys breaking windows and telling people to
- 15:51Speaker 2: come in and opening back doors. And I'll tell you what,
- 15:53Speaker 2: through the prism of history, this decade of our lives
- 15:58Speaker 2: from Obama to Trump is like it's something out of
- 16:03Speaker 2: a movie. I will never be able to explain this
- 16:05Speaker 2: to people. You'd have to live through it, right, which
- 16:09Speaker 2: I guess is how everybody is, like, oh, remember this,
- 16:11Speaker 2: Remember that this is going to be one of those things.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Remember when everybody wore a mask and thought it did something.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Remember when everybody took an untested vaccine and shot it
- 16:19Speaker 2: in themselves and their kids and everybody started geting mile
- 16:21Speaker 2: carditis and dying. Remember when Fauci disappeared and he wasn't
- 16:25Speaker 2: there anymore. Remember when we found you know, the son
- 16:28Speaker 2: of the president with crack pipes and hookers and all
- 16:32Speaker 2: of the evidence.
- 16:32Speaker 3: For it, but he never went to jail.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Remember when Joe Biden lost his mind. It looked like
- 16:37Speaker 2: he took a crap in his own pants while giving
- 16:39Speaker 2: a dress with another world leader. Remember when they went
- 16:44Speaker 2: and rated Marl Largo. Oh yeah, and guess what they
- 16:46Speaker 2: went through Malania's underwear drawer. Really, these are the things
- 16:52Speaker 2: that you'll look back on and say, why were we
- 16:54Speaker 2: okay with this?
- 16:55Speaker 3: Why did we not speak out? Why did we not call.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Our senators state and local as well as national? I mean,
- 17:03Speaker 2: what the hell? You have to ask yourself what is enough?
- 17:10Speaker 2: Because I know I've had enough. I'm really sick and
- 17:13Speaker 2: tired of it. I cannot believe that we are questioning
- 17:18Speaker 2: senators about a weaponization. I just listed off to you
- 17:22Speaker 2: every single person that was arrested, that worked with or
- 17:25Speaker 2: under President Trump, and then all of the evidence they
- 17:29Speaker 2: had against Democrat leaders and how they withheld it.
- 17:33Speaker 3: You're not seeing that in the reverse, no way.
- 17:36Speaker 2: And if you did, forget about it. Do you know
- 17:38Speaker 2: how much media coverage is being spent on Komy, how
- 17:42Speaker 2: much media coverage is being spent on Tis James, on
- 17:46Speaker 2: all of the things. The Antifa violence is zero on
- 17:50Speaker 2: mainstream media.
- 17:52Speaker 3: If you're not on X, you're not seeing anything.
- 17:55Speaker 2: These people that are out there and they're voting for
- 17:57Speaker 2: these lunatic liberal women like Mikey Cheryl in New Jersey
- 18:03Speaker 2: and Abigail Spamberger in Virginia, What.
- 18:08Speaker 3: The hell is wrong with you?
- 18:10Speaker 2: I mean, you have to be able to get away
- 18:12Speaker 2: from yourself for one second and all your liberal bias
- 18:15Speaker 2: and say what kind of world am I leaving for
- 18:18Speaker 2: my kids or my grandkids or my cousins whatever. That's
- 18:22Speaker 2: where we have to be. We have to start to
- 18:24Speaker 2: think forward, because I'll tell you what, we're not going
- 18:26Speaker 2: backwards and present and forward is looking pretty damn scary
- 18:29Speaker 2: on a day to day basis. There's got to be
- 18:32Speaker 2: common sense, There's got to be some kind of normal saying.
- 18:34Speaker 2: And if you don't like that with the word normal,
- 18:36Speaker 2: tough shit. It exists for a reason. Just because something
- 18:41Speaker 2: hurts your feelings doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and it
- 18:43Speaker 2: doesn't mean it can't be said.
- 18:45Speaker 3: It just means it hurts your feelings. That's all it means.
- 18:49Speaker 2: This is Linda MacLaughlin.
- 18:50Speaker 3: This is the Rogue Recap.
- 18:51Speaker 2: We will have another episode tomorrow.
- 18:54Speaker 3: I have no doubt there will be more.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Please check us out online at Linda mick at Roague Recap.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Everybody'd be safe and have a great night. See you
- 19:02Speaker 3: next time.
