- 0:22Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Roots, America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:26Speaker 2: direct from the entertainment capital of the world.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Las Vegas.
- 0:30Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war War.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Here's your host.
- 0:36Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:40Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:56Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Ella Roots. They say in my ear,
- 0:58Speaker 1: you are alive, but they announced I am. I'm close
- 1:00Speaker 1: to dad. Am I really alive? Daniel, I'm not quite sure.
- 1:05Speaker 5: It's fifty to fifty, he says, He's gonna get a
- 1:10Speaker 5: doctor's opinion for me.
- 1:11Speaker 1: All right, By the end of the show, we'll find
- 1:12Speaker 1: out if I'm dead or alive.
- 1:14Speaker 5: Because I just did my other show, My Real America's
- 1:16Speaker 5: Voice TeV show, America's Top Ten Countdown.
- 1:19Speaker 1: You can see it tomorrow.
- 1:20Speaker 5: The top ten stories in America for the past week
- 1:24Speaker 5: counted down from number ten to number one with your
- 1:26Speaker 5: truly Wayne Aller Up, plus a couple of bonus stories.
- 1:29Speaker 5: So really, the top twelve stories this week. Some weeks
- 1:32Speaker 5: we even have fourteen stories.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Because I just can't fit them all in. You know,
- 1:36Speaker 1: sometimes I feel like Chindler's List. I'm a Jew, I
- 1:38Speaker 1: can say.
- 1:39Speaker 5: That I feel like Chindler's List. There's more, there's more.
- 1:42Speaker 5: I've got to get to more, I've got to save
- 1:45Speaker 5: another story. That's how I feel sometimes. Wow, there's so
- 1:49Speaker 5: many important stories going on right now. So I'm gonna
- 1:54Speaker 5: start with California renaming the Caesar Chavez Holiday before March thirty. First,
- 2:00Speaker 5: that's the holiday, it's uh, it's supposed to be Sayesar
- 2:03Speaker 5: Chavez Day. They've changed the name to farm Workers Day
- 2:08Speaker 5: because Saesar Chavez is now being accused of sexually assaulting
- 2:12Speaker 5: little children.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So that's the end of Saesar Chavez democrats. You know,
- 2:16Speaker 1: the minute they hear something, Listen, am I assuming that
- 2:19Speaker 1: he did it? Probably?
- 2:20Speaker 5: But I don't know that he did it, and it
- 2:22Speaker 5: happened a long time ago, so I don't know if
- 2:24Speaker 5: it's true. But boy, they're they're erasing his name from
- 2:26Speaker 5: history really fast. They even erase their own heroes from
- 2:29Speaker 5: history in five minutes. If some jerk says you did
- 2:33Speaker 5: something wrong and they're making it up to try and
- 2:35Speaker 5: beswitch your memory. Maybe because they're jealous because you're famous
- 2:38Speaker 5: they're not, or you were rich and they're not. You
- 2:41Speaker 5: were successful and they're not. Or perhaps you know they're
- 2:45Speaker 5: looking for money from the estate.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Who knows.
- 2:47Speaker 5: Who knows why people do the things they do. Some
- 2:49Speaker 5: people are just angry, negative people and they just make
- 2:51Speaker 5: things up. Or maybe this guy was a real pedophile
- 2:55Speaker 5: to a child molester and a child assault.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Who knows, But it's interesting they quickly renamed that day.
- 3:00Speaker 5: He's been their hero, the left's hero, says Oar Chavez
- 3:04Speaker 5: for so many years, and the Latin American hero for
- 3:06Speaker 5: so many years, and he's gone boom, just like that,
- 3:10Speaker 5: gone like he never existed. Oh my gosh, how quick
- 3:14Speaker 5: democrats are to a race history. But the reasons I
- 3:17Speaker 5: bring it up. Think about some people that you didn't
- 3:20Speaker 5: know were really bad people. Weinstein, Harvey Weinstein nobody knew
- 3:24Speaker 5: at the time years ago. Jeffrey Epstein nobody knew.
- 3:27Speaker 1: This week.
- 3:28Speaker 5: Huge story about Sazar Chavez, but also equally huge story
- 3:32Speaker 5: if you look at the news this week about Bob Barker,
- 3:34Speaker 5: the game show host of The Price Is Right. He
- 3:37Speaker 5: was sexually harassing all the females if you believe them.
- 3:40Speaker 5: He was having sex in the dressing room between breaks. Wow,
- 3:43Speaker 5: he was a wild guy, Bob Barker, and he was
- 3:46Speaker 5: doing that while he was I think either married or
- 3:48Speaker 5: had a steady girlfriend. And he was having sex with
- 3:51Speaker 5: all the game show girls and forcing them or they
- 3:53Speaker 5: wouldn't keep their jobs if they wouldn't do with him.
- 3:56Speaker 5: He said they were fat, and they got fired. So,
- 3:58Speaker 5: Bob Barker is who you thought he was. Bill Cosby isn't.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Who you thought he was.
- 4:02Speaker 5: So I'm saying all this because I'm gonna tell you
- 4:05Speaker 5: my belief is soon you're gonna find out Barack Obama
- 4:08Speaker 5: is not who you thought he was. Barack Obama is
- 4:11Speaker 5: a bad dude. Barack Obama is an evil dude. Barack
- 4:13Speaker 5: Obama is the Manchurian candidate sent here here to the
- 4:18Speaker 5: United States, to America to destroy America by the enemies
- 4:22Speaker 5: of America.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Barack Obama is the one who was.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Involved intricately in every inch of persecuting and trying to
- 4:30Speaker 5: destroy Donald Trump, trying to blow up his life and
- 4:32Speaker 5: try to put him in jail for the rest of
- 4:34Speaker 5: his life, and try and take his presidency away. From him,
- 4:37Speaker 5: and then when they couldn't try and destroy first term
- 4:39Speaker 5: of his presidency, and then when they couldn't stop from
- 4:42Speaker 5: being president again in twenty twenty and steal the election,
- 4:44Speaker 5: and then they did, and then persecute him for four
- 4:47Speaker 5: years to make sure he can't run again he can't
- 4:49Speaker 5: win in twenty twenty four, and try and set up
- 4:51Speaker 5: to jail for life and bankrupt him and take his
- 4:53Speaker 5: money away. This was all Obama. The spying was Obama.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Russia collusion was Obama.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Money to Iran to dominate terrorism around the world. Obama.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Everything was Obama. Everything bad in the world was Obama.
- 5:08Speaker 5: So stop with you morons.
- 5:09Speaker 1: You think Obama was a good guy. I realized my
- 5:11Speaker 1: fans don't.
- 5:12Speaker 5: But there are millions and millions, tens of millions of
- 5:14Speaker 5: people who think Obama was the greatest guy in the world.
- 5:17Speaker 5: And this guy is gonna wind up being like wine,
- 5:19Speaker 5: a combination of Weinstein, Epstein, Bob Barker and says Oar
- 5:24Speaker 5: Chavez with little Bill Cosby thrown in.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Obama is going to go down in history. Is a bad,
- 5:29Speaker 1: bad dude.
- 5:30Speaker 5: And I hope he's gonna wind up indicted and arrested
- 5:33Speaker 5: and convicted and in prison.
- 5:35Speaker 1: But we shall see.
- 5:36Speaker 5: But now that you know about Sazar Chavez and Bob
- 5:38Speaker 5: Barker this week, just understand Obama's no better than them.
- 5:43Speaker 5: You just never know what a person is in private.
- 5:46Speaker 5: You just don't know that the celebrity you see is
- 5:48Speaker 5: not the person that's real. Last one out, shut off
- 5:53Speaker 5: the lights. Another billionaires leaving California for Texas.
- 5:58Speaker 1: What a surprise.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Klannick, the billionaire co founder of Uber is the latest
- 6:05Speaker 5: wealthy job creator abandoning California because of the wealth tax
- 6:09Speaker 5: in addition to the already high taxes, moving to Texas,
- 6:12Speaker 5: where I'm sure they're gonna welcome him with open arms
- 6:15Speaker 5: and his money with open arms. You'd have to be
- 6:19Speaker 5: retarded to not want billionaires to move to your state.
- 6:22Speaker 5: You'd have to be retarded to want to force billionaires
- 6:25Speaker 5: to leave your state. Keep in mind, I'm gonna be
- 6:28Speaker 5: a little harshier about other states, so don't get mad
- 6:32Speaker 5: of me. But none of these states look like California.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Texas is ugly. Nevada, where I live, compared to California,
- 6:38Speaker 5: is ugly. Right, even Florida, I swear you think Florida's
- 6:42Speaker 5: beautiful compared to California, it's ugly. Florida has some nice
- 6:46Speaker 5: beaches and that's about it, right, there's no mountains in
- 6:49Speaker 5: the background.
- 6:50Speaker 1: The weather sucks.
- 6:51Speaker 5: It's a million degrees humidity and it rains all the time.
- 6:55Speaker 5: In his Flying Bugs, Florida sucks. California is heaven. I
- 7:01Speaker 5: lived there for almost fifteen years. It doesn't get any
- 7:04Speaker 5: better than California. It's got mountains, it's got ocean, it's
- 7:07Speaker 5: got desert, it's got green it's got everything, farmland, it's beautiful.
- 7:12Speaker 5: It's the most beautiful place on earth. The diversity is amazing.
- 7:16Speaker 5: So if everyone's running, if they have a billion dollars
- 7:19Speaker 5: and they're running from California to move to ugly places
- 7:22Speaker 5: like Nevada and Texas, compared to California, they're ugly.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I'm not saying Las Vegas is ugly compared to California.
- 7:27Speaker 1: It's ugly. Texas is an ugly compared to California, it's ugly.
- 7:31Speaker 5: So if they're leaving to go to ugly places and
- 7:34Speaker 5: they're running away from the most beautiful place on earth,
- 7:37Speaker 5: California has every advantage known to man, and they can't
- 7:40Speaker 5: keep billionaires or rich people in general, because these guys
- 7:43Speaker 5: are representative of everybody running, right, everybody worth a hundred
- 7:47Speaker 5: millions running, you have to be a billionaire. Everyone wore
- 7:49Speaker 5: two hundred millions running, three hundred millions running, people worth
- 7:52Speaker 5: ten million of running, twenty million, thirty million, one hundred million.
- 7:55Speaker 1: They're all running.
- 7:56Speaker 5: They're all getting out of California, and they're going to
- 7:58Speaker 5: Texas or Florida, or Nevada or Tennessee.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's kind of where everybody goes. And if you might
- 8:03Speaker 1: go to Utah.
- 8:04Speaker 5: If I was a billionaire, I would make my main
- 8:07Speaker 5: residence probably Park City, Utah. I'd always keep a house
- 8:11Speaker 5: or a condo in Las Vegas, but I would make
- 8:13Speaker 5: my main residence Parks City, Utah. It's the most beautiful
- 8:15Speaker 5: place on earth, especially in the summer and especially at
- 8:18Speaker 5: Christmas time in the winter. It's just the most storybook
- 8:21Speaker 5: beautiful place on earth. God keeps the summer home in
- 8:23Speaker 5: Parks of Utah. I certainly would have I was a billionaire.
- 8:26Speaker 5: But other than that, pretty much everyone goes to either
- 8:29Speaker 5: Nevada or Tennessee, or Texas or Florida or South Carolina
- 8:34Speaker 5: is another big one. But why are they running away
- 8:37Speaker 5: from the most beautiful place maybe on Earth, definitely in America,
- 8:41Speaker 5: the most diverse beauty in America. You could go to
- 8:44Speaker 5: San Diego, which is just beautiful. You can go to
- 8:47Speaker 5: the beaches of La Beautiful. You have Disneyland, you have
- 8:51Speaker 5: Universal Park, you have Hollywood. You can go to San Francisco,
- 8:55Speaker 5: one of the coolest places ever until Democrats took hold
- 8:58Speaker 5: of it in the last ten years.
- 9:00Speaker 1: You can go skiing and you can go water skiing
- 9:04Speaker 1: in the same day.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Right.
- 9:06Speaker 5: You can go to skiing in Mammoth and drive a
- 9:07Speaker 5: couple hours and you'll be water skiing in a warm place.
- 9:10Speaker 5: It's just the most amazing place on earth. California I
- 9:13Speaker 5: left twenty four years ago.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Never looked back. You know how many times I've even visited.
- 9:16Speaker 5: I think I've been back like two times in twenty
- 9:18Speaker 5: four years. It offers nothing to me anymore as far
- 9:22Speaker 5: as I'm concerned. It's like saying, you know, ex, when
- 9:25Speaker 5: people go my ex wife is dead to me, Right,
- 9:27Speaker 5: California is dead to me.
- 9:29Speaker 1: It's my ex. It's dead to me.
- 9:31Speaker 5: I just don't care about it anymore. But it was
- 9:32Speaker 5: the most beautiful place we lasted. They had every advantage
- 9:36Speaker 5: and they ruined it. Chuck Norris died today. I can't
- 9:39Speaker 5: let the first segment end without mentioning what a great
- 9:41Speaker 5: guy Chuck Marris was. I dedicated my Real America's Voice
- 9:44Speaker 5: TV show tomorrow to Chuck Morris. Chuck Norris a great guy,
- 9:48Speaker 5: an American icon, all American guy, amazing martial arts guy,
- 9:52Speaker 5: amazing movie star, amazing family man. If you saw the
- 9:56Speaker 5: statement by his family, just what a great father, what
- 9:58Speaker 5: a great grandfather, What a great.
- 9:59Speaker 1: He he is or was?
- 10:03Speaker 5: And he managed to die with dignity, right. He was
- 10:05Speaker 5: alive till he was eighty six years old, and then
- 10:07Speaker 5: he died in a couple days. I think he went
- 10:09Speaker 5: to the hospital two days ago and he died a
- 10:11Speaker 5: day later. So there's a guy who didn't suffer, didn't linger,
- 10:14Speaker 5: didn't have to endure terrible cancer or chemotherapy or some
- 10:19Speaker 5: long process of suffering and a lot of pain. He
- 10:22Speaker 5: just died real quick, probably in a sleep. And that's
- 10:25Speaker 5: that's the way we all would like to go, right.
- 10:27Speaker 5: So Chuck Nrris, we all love you. We rest in peace, baby,
- 10:31Speaker 5: enjoy your stay in heaven. And God is happy because
- 10:34Speaker 5: God has a new bodyguard. God's security just got a
- 10:37Speaker 5: lot better in heaven.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Chuck Marris is there. What a great guy.
- 10:40Speaker 5: It's funny because my wife told a story to me
- 10:42Speaker 5: and my director of Batore today at lunch.
- 10:44Speaker 1: She knew Chuck Narris.
- 10:46Speaker 5: My wife lived in Fort Worth, Texas, and he was
- 10:50Speaker 5: making a movie there, and he rented a house three
- 10:53Speaker 5: doors down from her, and so one day his kids
- 10:56Speaker 5: were acting up and acting wild and ran through someone's yard.
- 10:59Speaker 5: I guess ran through her yard. My wife and my
- 11:02Speaker 5: wife Cindy, and she said she didn't know who he was.
- 11:04Speaker 5: She just knew he was a guy running a house.
- 11:06Speaker 5: She said, your kids are running wild, Your kids are horrible.
- 11:09Speaker 5: You're a horrible father. Come on down here, let's see
- 11:13Speaker 5: us talk about this to my face.
- 11:15Speaker 1: And he came down. The doorbell rang, and there he
- 11:17Speaker 1: was standing at the door and was Chuck Norris.
- 11:20Speaker 5: And my wife had a battle with Chuck Norris and
- 11:22Speaker 5: told him off, and then he left and our son
- 11:24Speaker 5: said to him, that was Chuck Norris.
- 11:27Speaker 1: And my wife said, really, I didn't know that. I've
- 11:29Speaker 1: never watched any of his movies. She told Chuck Norris off,
- 11:32Speaker 1: and she lived to talk about it.
- 11:34Speaker 5: Cindy Parker Route Tough Broad I'm way out of the
- 11:38Speaker 5: route and we will be right back right here on

- 15:05Speaker 5: I got a bunch of text and emails saying I
- 15:07Speaker 5: can't even believe what a badass your wife is.
- 15:09Speaker 1: She told off Chuck Norris his face and lived to
- 15:11Speaker 1: talk about it. Yeah, she did.
- 15:13Speaker 5: The key was the funny part of it. She didn't
- 15:15Speaker 5: know was Chuck Norris. If she had known, she probably
- 15:17Speaker 5: would have never done it right. But you know, thank god,
- 15:20Speaker 5: even karate chopper to death a very very funny here's up.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Here's something that isn't funny. Woman brutally beaten at MacArthur
- 15:29Speaker 5: Park while feeding the homeless.
- 15:31Speaker 1: This is in La. A woman known for feeding the
- 15:33Speaker 1: homeless each week.
- 15:34Speaker 5: In MacArthur Park savagely attacked with a metal pipe while
- 15:38Speaker 5: serving meals, leaving her with a shattered jaw and six
- 15:41Speaker 5: teeth knocked out.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Her name is.
- 15:46Speaker 5: Evil Woods. She's a volunteer, a longtime volunteer feeding the homeless.
- 15:50Speaker 5: The violent attack happened during the group's regular Sunday lunch
- 15:53Speaker 5: service in the park. The suspect approached Woods from behind
- 15:57Speaker 5: me that warning and struck her in the face with
- 15:59Speaker 5: a metal pipe. Can you imagine what getting hit in
- 16:01Speaker 5: the face with a metal pipe. She must have no
- 16:04Speaker 5: teeth and her face is disfigured and her jaw is
- 16:06Speaker 5: broken in twelve places.
- 16:08Speaker 1: And I don't know what to say except that this
- 16:11Speaker 1: is what.
- 16:12Speaker 5: Happens when you reward violence instead of punishing violence, when
- 16:16Speaker 5: you reward criminals instead of punishing criminals.
- 16:18Speaker 1: This is what happens.
- 16:20Speaker 5: As a matter of fact, Let me see if I
- 16:21Speaker 5: can skip ahead here, because I got a whole bunch
- 16:22Speaker 5: of crime stories.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I was going to get to Iran, but some of
- 16:27Speaker 1: these are pretty wild and you should probably hear them.
- 16:29Speaker 5: So convicted double murderer out on parole kill South LA
- 16:33Speaker 5: mother of six. The LA district attorney says the law
- 16:36Speaker 5: that allowed a man convicted of double murder out on
- 16:39Speaker 5: parole can you can.
- 16:40Speaker 1: You imagine how bizarre this is?
- 16:42Speaker 3: You're convicted of.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Double murder and you're out on parole.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Contributed to a third murder of a South LA mother,
- 16:49Speaker 5: and now a day ahead of her killer sentencing, her
- 16:51Speaker 5: family speaking out. Fatima Johnson fifty three year old mother
- 16:55Speaker 5: of six found dead by her daughters in her apartment.
- 16:58Speaker 5: Her family grew worried after she failed to show up
- 17:00Speaker 5: for work. Johnson's grizzly murder, in which her hands were
- 17:04Speaker 5: tied while she was choked or smothered to death while
- 17:06Speaker 5: wrapped in a blanket, led investigators to Daryl Lamar Collins,
- 17:10Speaker 5: who had been convicted of killing two other people in
- 17:12Speaker 5: nineteen ninety eight.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Just insane.
- 17:16Speaker 5: Here's another one that's just you know, this stuff's going
- 17:18Speaker 5: on all across American blue cities. In blue Cities, a
- 17:22Speaker 5: teen guns down a carrying woman who was helping a
- 17:26Speaker 5: female friend suffering from cancer. Then he steals the cancer
- 17:29Speaker 5: stricken woman's car. A teen with a rap she not
- 17:33Speaker 5: only committed an incredibly heinous and evil murder Saturday morning
- 17:36Speaker 5: in Houston, Texas. This was last Saturday, but then topped
- 17:39Speaker 5: that off with another soulless act. Marietta Allison, the co
- 17:43Speaker 5: founder of her own travel agency company, was helping her
- 17:47Speaker 5: cancer stricken friend Casey Daniel or Cassie Daniel, when a
- 17:52Speaker 5: teenage thub decided to end her life. Alison drove Daniel's
- 17:56Speaker 5: car to a friend's house in Houston, dropped Daniel off,
- 18:01Speaker 5: then tried to find a parking space. So at that
- 18:04Speaker 5: point she was killed and carjacked by a thug later
- 18:07Speaker 5: identified as eighteen year old Darius Dwayne Hall. When police
- 18:11Speaker 5: were called to the scene around midnight, they found Allison
- 18:13Speaker 5: lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.
- 18:16Speaker 1: She was transported to the hospital where she died.
- 18:18Speaker 5: Police then spotted Hall driving the cancer victims vehicle around Houston.
- 18:23Speaker 5: An hour later, The teen engaged the cops in a
- 18:26Speaker 5: chase before crashing the victim's vehicle on the freeway. He
- 18:29Speaker 5: then fled the scene and engaged cops in an hour's
- 18:31Speaker 5: long standoff before finally taking into custody.
- 18:35Speaker 1: So this nice lady.
- 18:38Speaker 5: Tried to help her friend with cancer, and she gave
- 18:40Speaker 5: up her life for it. Can you imagine the one
- 18:43Speaker 5: with cancer how she feels. You're fighting cancer and you're
- 18:46Speaker 5: trying to keep your immune system up, and your friend
- 18:48Speaker 5: is dropping you off and helping you while you're getting
- 18:51Speaker 5: chemo treatments, and your friend goes to park the car
- 18:54Speaker 5: and she's savagely murdered and your.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Car is stolen.
- 18:56Speaker 5: In this punk, he has multip prior offenses as a
- 19:01Speaker 5: juvenile for evading arrest and stealing vehicles.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Despite this, allowed back on the street.
- 19:07Speaker 5: Now he's charged with capital murder, tampering with evidence, and
- 19:10Speaker 5: evading arrest, held without bond.
- 19:12Speaker 1: And I just want to tie this to the big
- 19:14Speaker 1: story in.
- 19:14Speaker 5: Las Vegas that I talked about on Yesterdays show and
- 19:18Speaker 5: the day before and the day before, and that I
- 19:20Speaker 5: made the main story of my entire Real America's Voice
- 19:22Speaker 5: show tomorrow morning, because my guest is Sheriff Kevin mcmahill
- 19:25Speaker 5: of Las Vegas, who is the hero of this whole thing.
- 19:28Speaker 5: But this punk with thirty five prior arrests a crazy
- 19:32Speaker 5: judge here, Eric Goodman lets the punk out, or wants
- 19:36Speaker 5: to let him out, and the sheriff says, I'm not
- 19:38Speaker 5: letting him go.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I don't care what the judge says. I'm not letting
- 19:40Speaker 1: him go.
- 19:40Speaker 5: The judge threatens the sheriff with contempt of court and
- 19:43Speaker 5: throwing him in prison because he's got to release the
- 19:45Speaker 5: prisoner who's been arrested thirty five times, including manslaughter, including manslaughter.
- 19:51Speaker 5: And the sheriff won the battle and the guys still
- 19:53Speaker 5: in prison, thank god. But that's what happens when you
- 19:57Speaker 5: let people like that out.
- 19:58Speaker 1: People die. Mothers, people's sisters, people's daughters.
- 20:02Speaker 5: People's wives die because you won't keep someone in jail,
- 20:07Speaker 5: you liberal, bleedy heart scumbags. All right, we're going out.
- 20:13Speaker 5: No time to relive read so missed the time slide.

- 21:59Speaker 1: I'm alive. Way the route to route. The route is
- 22:01Speaker 1: on fire. We got a guest segment.
- 22:04Speaker 5: Before I get to my guest, I want to remind
- 22:06Speaker 5: you about how easy it is to steal elections. Three
- 22:09Speaker 5: women and die and on thirty seven counts in Alabama,
- 22:12Speaker 5: ballot fraud scheme, judge order special election after rigged absence.
- 22:17Speaker 1: He votes flipped the race.
- 22:18Speaker 5: You don't think that's happening all across the United States.
- 22:22Speaker 5: They were ballot harvesting, and they filled out people's ballots illegally,
- 22:26Speaker 5: and they verified that they were citizens illegally.
- 22:29Speaker 1: This is the whole idea of the Democrat Party.
- 22:32Speaker 5: This isn't three women at Alabama, it's the entire Democrat Party.
- 22:36Speaker 5: Every election is stolen to some extent in this country
- 22:39Speaker 5: by the Democrat Party, even the ones we win.
- 22:41Speaker 1: When we win, we still win by you know, sixty
- 22:45Speaker 1: to forty. It's a landslide. We should have won seventy
- 22:47Speaker 1: to thirty or eighty to twenty.
- 22:49Speaker 5: They cheat and cheat and cheat with no voter idea
- 22:53Speaker 5: and no proof of citizenship. And these mail in ballots
- 22:56Speaker 5: are a travesty.
- 22:57Speaker 1: All right.
- 22:58Speaker 5: VRA Vertical Research Advisory is the sponsor of this segment.
- 23:02Speaker 1: You know how I feel about VR.

- 23:16Speaker 5: And that's because I read this newsletter by Kip Perridge
- 23:18Speaker 5: and his son Tyler, and I always hang tough, and
- 23:21Speaker 5: three months later I'm up more than I was.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I would have sold when I was way down. Instead
- 23:26Speaker 1: I'm now way up at an all time high. So
- 23:29Speaker 1: thank God for this newsletter.
- 23:30Speaker 5: It's a called VRA and you get a free two

- 23:38Speaker 1: Ever, then just drop it. You will, in my opinion,
- 23:41Speaker 1: stay for life like I have.
- 23:42Speaker 5: I got in twenty three years ago and they beat
- 23:44Speaker 5: the market eighty six percent of the time nineteen at
- 23:47Speaker 5: the last.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Twenty two years. Vrainsider dot com. Who's with us? Tyler
- 23:53Speaker 1: Herridge of vr.
- 23:54Speaker 5: Insider dot com Economic expert partner with his dad Kip
- 23:58Speaker 5: Perridge at VRA website vra insider dot com.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Tyler, how are you, hey, Wayne? Great to be back
- 24:05Speaker 3: here with you. You know you're the absolute best. And
- 24:09Speaker 3: I've got to say there's probably not a better day
- 24:11Speaker 3: to have us on in in a moment like this
- 24:13Speaker 3: where people are scared and wondering what to do with
- 24:15Speaker 3: their portfolios. So I've seen you.
- 24:18Speaker 5: Here's a because I get your newsletter every day, I
- 24:21Speaker 5: never panic, and I'm not panicking now. But everything that's
- 24:24Speaker 5: been way up is suddenly down. It's not down long term,
- 24:27Speaker 5: long term, it's up.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Everything you and your.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Dad have given me is up substantially still, but it's
- 24:32Speaker 5: come it's retraced back down. And a lot of people
- 24:35Speaker 5: would sell right now when this is actually the moment
- 24:38Speaker 5: you should be averaging down.
- 24:40Speaker 1: By buying, and most people don't understand that.
- 24:43Speaker 5: So you know, I'm not selling gold, I'm buying more gold.
- 24:47Speaker 5: I'm not selling gold mining. I'm buying more gold mining.
- 24:50Speaker 5: I'm not selling Tesla, I'm buying more Tesla.
- 24:53Speaker 1: That's the kind of philosophy you guys teach.
- 24:56Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Exactly, And let's start there. Because we're big believers in
- 25:00Speaker 3: monthly dollar cost averaging overall. We're not day traders here.
- 25:05Speaker 3: We're we look for opportunity though in the market, and
- 25:08Speaker 3: we take it where we find it, and part of
- 25:11Speaker 3: that is finding companies that are poised and have a
- 25:14Speaker 3: great story, great management team, great earnings, and poised to
- 25:18Speaker 3: go on a big run over the long term. We
- 25:20Speaker 3: call those our vra tim baggers here. So when you
- 25:24Speaker 3: see a sell off like this in the market, even
- 25:26Speaker 3: if we have been in it for a long time,
- 25:28Speaker 3: you'll average up into those positions if you bought them
- 25:31Speaker 3: a long time ago. I want to pull back like this.
- 25:33Speaker 3: If you just got in, you can average into them lower.
- 25:36Speaker 3: And I've got a great stat to share here with
- 25:38Speaker 3: you on exactly that when it comes to the markets,
- 25:41Speaker 3: that might ease a lot of minds that we can
- 25:43Speaker 3: talk about here in a second.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Well, let's hear the stat. I'm dying to hear it myself,
- 25:47Speaker 1: so let's go for it.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Absolutely. So it's one that we do talk about fairly oftime.
- 25:53Speaker 3: We've talked about it here together that we've compared this
- 25:57Speaker 3: time period most closely to the nineteen ninety five to
- 25:59Speaker 3: two two thousand dot Com melt up. During that time frame,
- 26:04Speaker 3: the nazak rallied five hundred and eighty five percent. He said,
- 26:07Speaker 3: all right, that's great. That was a long time ago,
- 26:10Speaker 3: but let's put that into comparison to today. The Naszak
- 26:13Speaker 3: from the Bear market lows is up one hundred and
- 26:16Speaker 3: twenty one percent, So good run. But for everybody who's
- 26:19Speaker 3: worried about this being a bubble, it's fairly be a
- 26:23Speaker 3: fairly pooring bubble compared yeah routine exactly. And so during
- 26:28Speaker 3: that timeframe, that five year period, there were no less
- 26:32Speaker 3: than five market corrections of ten percent or more, some
- 26:37Speaker 3: of them fifteen to seventeen percent, including one technical bear
- 26:41Speaker 3: market twenty percent down. Nazak was down twenty percent. But
- 26:46Speaker 3: obviously in hindsight, each one of those was a fantastic
- 26:50Speaker 3: buying opportunity. So we think we're in a similar place
- 26:54Speaker 3: right now. Again, that's how much further we could run
- 26:57Speaker 3: to that five hundred and eighty five percent level we
- 26:59Speaker 3: think this will market. It has the ability to exceed
- 27:01Speaker 3: that over the long term. So if history is our guide,
- 27:05Speaker 3: then this is absolutely a fantastic buying opportunity and really
- 27:10Speaker 3: nothing more than a run of the mill pullback. It's
- 27:12Speaker 3: scary when they happen. The headlines are scary, the events, right,
- 27:16Speaker 3: I mean, we can talk all day about whether it's
- 27:19Speaker 3: Iran or AI destroying jobs from every topic, but at
- 27:24Speaker 3: the end of the day, the fundamental story for this
- 27:26Speaker 3: market remains strong, and we think we have a whole
- 27:28Speaker 3: lot higher left to go.
- 27:30Speaker 5: All right, So gold, silver, and gold mining, which are
- 27:33Speaker 5: my favorite categories in the whole world, and the ones
- 27:35Speaker 5: that I have the most of my portfolio in by
- 27:39Speaker 5: far the largest percentage is gold gold, physical gold, physical silver,
- 27:44Speaker 5: and then gold mining stocks. They've all gotten crushed lately,
- 27:49Speaker 5: crushed and it's so weird. I was just saying this
- 27:51Speaker 5: to your dad. I literally was texting with Kip right
- 27:54Speaker 5: before a segment. I even realized you were coming up next.
- 27:57Speaker 5: And because I'm so busy during each day, I never
- 27:59Speaker 5: know who the guest is to comes.
- 28:00Speaker 1: On and then I look and I say, oh, it's Tyler.
- 28:02Speaker 5: So I was saying to Kip that if you had
- 28:05Speaker 5: bet me, if you'd said, bet a million dollars, bet
- 28:07Speaker 5: your last dollar, bet your life savings, whatever the term is,
- 28:11Speaker 5: would you have bet when a war was starting and
- 28:14Speaker 5: people were scared and the headlines were terrible, you would
- 28:17Speaker 5: bet that gold goes up one thousand dollars rather than
- 28:20Speaker 5: betting a thousand down. It's shocking to me that gold
- 28:23Speaker 5: was fifty five hundred or so when all is started,
- 28:26Speaker 5: and now it's forty five hundred. It's down one thousand
- 28:29Speaker 5: dollars an ounce during a war where if you read
- 28:32Speaker 5: the headlines, you know World War three is about to start.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Lots of people are gonna die, there's no oil. Everybody's
- 28:38Speaker 5: gonna pay, you know, so much more at the pump.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Inflation is raging.
- 28:42Speaker 5: The Fed chairman refuses to leave, so we're gonna get
- 28:45Speaker 5: no more interest rate cuts.
- 28:47Speaker 1: The news is so bad it's beyond belief. So gold
- 28:49Speaker 1: should be up. That's why you buy gold for times
- 28:52Speaker 1: of tragedy and crisis and fear fear porn as I
- 28:56Speaker 1: call it. The media is filled with fear porn. Why
- 28:59Speaker 1: would gold be down one thousand during a period like.
- 29:01Speaker 3: That, Well, I think that's a great reason to continue
- 29:05Speaker 3: buying it here and averaging into it is because of
- 29:07Speaker 3: that fear even with gold, but it is exactly the
- 29:12Speaker 3: opposite of what you would expect with the war going on,
- 29:15Speaker 3: in gold heading lower and yields heading higher. You're exactly right.
- 29:18Speaker 3: If Jay Powell's not going to leave, it really is
- 29:21Speaker 3: backwards to see yields higher in a moment like this.
- 29:24Speaker 3: But for gold, you know, we do have to also
- 29:26Speaker 3: put it in perspective. It's been an incredible run. It
- 29:28Speaker 3: wasn't that long ago, two years ago, two thousand dollars
- 29:33Speaker 3: an ounce.
- 29:33Speaker 1: It was last it was eighteen hundred.
- 29:35Speaker 5: I remember when it started, it was like eighteen hundred,
- 29:38Speaker 5: and then it was five thousand, five hundred. It was
- 29:39Speaker 5: the most incredible run I've ever seen. But my only
- 29:42Speaker 5: point is it has to go down sometime, but it
- 29:44Speaker 5: shouldn't go down in the.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Middle of a war. It should go up in the
- 29:46Speaker 1: middle of a war. So it's really shocking.
- 29:48Speaker 5: You would think that the war would be over and
- 29:51Speaker 5: it might drop at that point when people realize everything's okay,
- 29:55Speaker 5: it's all clear. But no, in the middle of it,
- 29:57Speaker 5: with things seeming really getting worse, not in my opinion,
- 30:00Speaker 5: but in the media's opinion, they're showing you everything's worse,
- 30:03Speaker 5: everything's terrible.
- 30:04Speaker 1: They're bombing the oil facilities. It's terrible.
- 30:07Speaker 5: At that moment, gold should be going up, So it's very,
- 30:11Speaker 5: very strange. But it could be because everybody's selling everything,
- 30:13Speaker 5: they've got to make margin calls, including gold, so it
- 30:17Speaker 5: could be that as well.
- 30:18Speaker 1: And so profit me.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Of course, this one will surprise you a little bit.
- 30:22Speaker 3: It has been a you know, major pullback from where
- 30:25Speaker 3: we were no doubt about it, especially like you said,
- 30:27Speaker 3: one thousand dollars an ounce. That's massive. But to put
- 30:32Speaker 3: in perspective how big move higher was, we're actually still
- 30:35Speaker 3: higher on the year gold at today's levels, not at
- 30:38Speaker 3: the lows, but at where we finish the day. It's
- 30:41Speaker 3: still up four percent on the year this year, So
- 30:45Speaker 3: you know that one surprised me. Even so we look
- 30:49Speaker 3: at it as an opportunity.
- 30:50Speaker 5: Listen, everything's about history, and history tells me, after twenty
- 30:53Speaker 5: three years of following you and your dad, history tell
- 30:55Speaker 5: following vra insider dot com. History tells me that around
- 30:59Speaker 5: six to eight months for now, we'll look back and
- 31:01Speaker 5: laugh at this because gold will be higher and at
- 31:04Speaker 5: all time highs than it even was at fifty five hundred.
- 31:06Speaker 5: When all is started, it'll be higher, and anybody who
- 31:08Speaker 5: sells is going to want to just be very angry
- 31:11Speaker 5: at themselves because they panicked at the wrong time. So, yes,
- 31:15Speaker 5: now's a good time if you have some extra money
- 31:17Speaker 5: to buy more gold and more silver and more gold
- 31:20Speaker 5: mining stocks and average it out over time. So I
- 31:23Speaker 5: think that's probably a very good idea. You know, I'm
- 31:26Speaker 5: a contrarian, So when everybody's running, I'm usually I'm usually
- 31:29Speaker 5: running the opposite way, right, So that's that's the reason.
- 31:32Speaker 5: But the reality is that the VRA portfolio last year,
- 31:37Speaker 5: in twenty twenty five was up thirty five percent, and
- 31:40Speaker 5: it's beating the market nineteen of the last twenty two years,
- 31:43Speaker 5: and that includes bad years. You guys do well when
- 31:46Speaker 5: the market's up, and you guys do well when the
- 31:48Speaker 5: market's down. You make money in either direction.
- 31:50Speaker 3: Correct, Yes, that is exactly correct, and it is the
- 31:55Speaker 3: most important thing about the VRA is the VR investing
- 31:58Speaker 3: system developed by my dad and his mentors on Wall Street.
- 32:02Speaker 3: I'm grateful enough to learn from him and be able
- 32:07Speaker 3: to work with him on a daily basis as well.
- 32:10Speaker 3: But when the market is having a sell off like this,
- 32:13Speaker 3: it really is when it's the most important time to
- 32:16Speaker 3: have a system. So again, for anybody who's a new
- 32:19Speaker 3: investor on you know, watching and listening right now, if
- 32:24Speaker 3: you're a little bit afraid and uncertain about what to do,
- 32:27Speaker 3: it's a perfect time to come join us here at
- 32:29Speaker 3: the VRA. And again, why we have the very investing
- 32:32Speaker 3: system so we don't panic in moments like this. We
- 32:35Speaker 3: have a game plan. We come in every day ready
- 32:39Speaker 3: to beat the markets. And that's exactly what we teach
- 32:41Speaker 3: people to do here in good markets and in bad
- 32:44Speaker 3: so as you said earlier. Away and we've got a
- 32:46Speaker 3: free trial going on right now. Come and see for yourself,
- 32:49Speaker 3: absolutely risk free. You'll see everything that we have to offer,
- 32:52Speaker 3: all of our daily updates, our portfolio, with all of
- 32:55Speaker 3: our positions going back, you know, over a decade. So
- 33:00Speaker 3: we love what we do here. We have we're always
- 33:03Speaker 3: on the same side of the market as our clients,
- 33:06Speaker 3: which means there's no conflicts of interest for us here.
- 33:08Speaker 3: So uh.
- 33:09Speaker 5: And when all your computer screens are showing it's time
- 33:11Speaker 5: to buy not sell, everything is showing that it's going

- 36:53Speaker 5: A goop senator who's been a guest of mind many
- 36:55Speaker 5: times here, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, calls to nuke the
- 36:59Speaker 5: filmlibuster before the Democrats do.
- 37:02Speaker 1: I mean, that's brilliant. That's brilliant. That's what I'd be doing.
- 37:04Speaker 5: On the Senate floor was constant Senator Ron Johnson urging
- 37:07Speaker 5: his Republican colleagues to abolish the Senate filibuster and making
- 37:11Speaker 5: the case in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece that
- 37:15Speaker 5: the procedural rule has done more to paralyze good governments
- 37:18Speaker 5: than protected. Johnson frames the argument around a blumpin blunt
- 37:23Speaker 5: indictment of the Senate's legislative record since they put in
- 37:27Speaker 5: this filibuster since entering Congress in twenty eleven. He writes
- 37:32Speaker 5: that the Chamber should have passed one hundred and eighty
- 37:35Speaker 5: appropriation bills on time, but in real life it has
- 37:39Speaker 5: managed only six, a failure rate of ninety six point
- 37:42Speaker 5: seven percent. The consequences, is his telling, in his telling,
- 37:47Speaker 5: have compounded over time, five government shutdowns, fifty seven contuning
- 37:52Speaker 5: resolutions used to fund the government on a stopcap basis,
- 37:56Speaker 5: a dozen increases or suspensions of the debt ceiling that's
- 38:00Speaker 5: the other allowed the federal government to add twenty four
- 38:02Speaker 5: trillion in new debt. The sixty vote threshold required to
- 38:06Speaker 5: end a filibuster, Johnson argues, is central to that dysfunction.
- 38:11Speaker 5: While he acknowledged the rule has historically served to block
- 38:15Speaker 5: legislation at Republicans oppose, he contends it has equally prevented
- 38:20Speaker 5: the GOP from advancing its own priorities. Like to say
- 38:23Speaker 5: that right, and that the math no longer favors keeping it.
- 38:27Speaker 5: His warning to fellow Republicans is essentially this, if the
- 38:31Speaker 5: filibuster is going to fail eventually anyway, better for the
- 38:34Speaker 5: majority party to act on its own terms than to
- 38:37Speaker 5: wait for Democrats to pull the trigger when they next
- 38:40Speaker 5: hold a Senate.
- 38:41Speaker 1: And this has been my argument. I didn't need Ron Johnson,
- 38:44Speaker 1: I need anybody to tell me this. I'm not a
- 38:45Speaker 1: part of the Senate.
- 38:48Speaker 5: I'm not a politician, I'm not a lawyer. And yet
- 38:51Speaker 5: I figured it out a long time ago. I said,
- 38:55Speaker 5: what's the deal here. They're gonna do it anyway the
- 38:58Speaker 5: next time they take power to do it to ram through.
- 39:01Speaker 5: DC is a state and Puerto Rico is the state.
- 39:04Speaker 5: They're gonna make sure we never win another election. They're
- 39:06Speaker 5: gonna add ten Supreme Court justices. They don't believe in
- 39:09Speaker 5: the philibuster. And if you you know this argument that
- 39:13Speaker 5: if you get rid of the philibuster, they're gonna use
- 39:15Speaker 5: it against us.
- 39:16Speaker 1: They can only use it against us if they win.
- 39:18Speaker 5: They're not gonna win if you get rid of the
- 39:21Speaker 5: philibuster in order to pass the Save Act, so you've
- 39:25Speaker 5: got voter ID and proof of citizenship and no more
- 39:28Speaker 5: mail in ballots. Are very strict rules that basically eliminate
- 39:32Speaker 5: most mail in ballots.
- 39:33Speaker 1: We win every election, you never have to worry about them.
- 39:36Speaker 5: Being in control again. But if you won't get rid
- 39:40Speaker 5: of the philibuster, if you won't kill the philibuster, they're
- 39:43Speaker 5: gonna win the midterm, and then they're gonna win forever
- 39:45Speaker 5: more because they're gonna reopen the borders as soon as
- 39:48Speaker 5: they First of all, they're gonna stall for two years.
- 39:50Speaker 5: We're gonna get nothing. Trump's dead, it's all over, right.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Trump's presidency is over. He'll never pass another thing. And
- 39:57Speaker 5: then in twenty twenty eight, they will win because you have,
- 40:00Speaker 5: because they're in the majority. You will never again pass
- 40:02Speaker 5: the Save Act, never again pass voter ID, never again
- 40:04Speaker 5: of a chance to pass proof citizenship, never again pass.
- 40:07Speaker 1: A ban on mail in ballots.
- 40:09Speaker 5: So now they win in twenty eight and they reopened
- 40:11Speaker 5: the border, and we're all dead. Country's gone, And winning
- 40:16Speaker 5: with Trump was a miracle, and the miracle was for nothing.
- 40:18Speaker 1: It all comes down to killing.
- 40:20Speaker 5: The filibuster, you morons, because this is what you get
- 40:25Speaker 5: with Trump. DHS celebrates ten straight months of zero illegal
- 40:30Speaker 5: aliens released at the border. Ten straight months of zero
- 40:34Speaker 5: illegal aliens at the border.
- 40:36Speaker 1: What more can a guy do? Right? What more can
- 40:40Speaker 1: he do? And he does it even though the deck
- 40:43Speaker 1: is stacked against US.

- 41:35Speaker 5: Learn California bans voter ID requirements right In a conversation
- 41:39Speaker 5: with Kevin Kylie, Republican of California, and a Democrat and
- 41:45Speaker 5: ESPN analyst Stephen Smith, Steven Smith was shocked to learn
- 41:50Speaker 5: not only does the state of California that have any
- 41:52Speaker 5: voter ID requirements for its elections, but it is even
- 41:55Speaker 5: barred counties from imposing their own voter ID role.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Stephen A.
- 42:01Speaker 5: Smith was stunned when California Republican representative Kevin Kylie informed
- 42:05Speaker 5: him the state bans any county coming up with voter
- 42:09Speaker 5: ID requirements. He said, hold on, what when did that happen?
- 42:13Speaker 5: I can't believe it. Lord, have mercy, you can't make
- 42:15Speaker 5: this up. Don't you understand? That's how they've stolen California.
- 42:23Speaker 5: Fake votes, illegal aliens voting, homeless people voting, mail in ballots,
