Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Hello, and welcome to Wednesdays Whispers. My name is
- 0:19Speaker 1: Jason Newland.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Please I listen.
- 0:34Speaker 1: When you can safely close your eyes. This is Wednesday,
- 0:53Speaker 1: the twenty fourth of September two thousand and twenty five.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Blah blah blah.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I keep hearing little crinklins and sounds, and I'm wondering.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Why where are they coming from.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I have literally literally just got out of bed. So
- 2:06Speaker 1: this is This is the second microphone I've used during
- 2:14Speaker 1: this recording. My morning breath destroyed the last one and
- 2:24Speaker 1: melted it. It's okay, brushing my teeth. I'm okay now.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So I'm trying to think what's happening, what's going on.
- 2:36Speaker 5: In life, trying to remember what did I dream about,
- 2:48Speaker 5: bearing in mind it's only by quite recent and then.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I was lying in bed.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Bath the but.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I don't know, excuse me, I don't know.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I don't know, don't know, don't know.
- 3:32Speaker 1: No, not much going on. I've started watching EastEnders again
- 3:48Speaker 1: after pretty much years and years of not watching it.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I did into it sometimes, but I've actually watched it.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I think I've watched one, two, three, three or four
- 4:17Speaker 1: episodes in.
- 4:18Speaker 2: A row.
- 4:21Speaker 1: On television when they are being aired. So I mean
- 4:37Speaker 1: sometimes sometimes I would go on to the BBC player
- 4:46Speaker 1: eye player. When the wife is called an eye player,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I don't think it's called him. They would be in
- 5:00Speaker 1: an iPhone. No, it's ever question there they know only
- 5:09Speaker 1: me first time ever on the eye Player. I have
- 5:22Speaker 1: at times.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Watch the.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I'm back to back in a few episodes. Just cook,
- 5:42Speaker 1: see what they're okay, just see what's in the news. Okay, nothing,
- 6:07Speaker 1: ingrid Oliver, ingrid Oliver. I've never heard of her. Richard
- 6:22Speaker 1: Osmond admits meeting his wife ingrid Oliver was the best
- 6:26Speaker 1: thing that ever happened to him.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Was this.
- 6:40Speaker 1: This called eye condition that affects his writing? Richard Osmond
- 6:55Speaker 1: has gushed over his wife ingrid Oliver. Okays, it's not
- 7:01Speaker 1: really very family entertainments. The author of fifty four met
- 7:09Speaker 1: the actress forty eight when she appeared as a guest
- 7:14Speaker 1: on his BBC quiz show House of Games.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Oh how lovely. I'm not no is. It's not Liamshop.
- 7:33Speaker 1: But I don't know why it's in the news. Human
- 7:38Speaker 1: being falls in love with another human being.
- 7:47Speaker 2: There's not Hong Kong.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Wow, right, So Hong Kong has got some really really
- 8:05Speaker 1: strong weather at the moment, it's called typhoon Rigassa blimey.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It's the most powerful tropical cyclone this year. I'm not
- 8:36Speaker 1: sure what is a cyclone because they said it's a
- 8:50Speaker 1: very strong hurricane like wayman animals double look see what
- 8:54Speaker 1: it says. The cyclone is a large air mess that
- 8:57Speaker 1: rotates around the center of low atmospheric pressure. It is
- 9:05Speaker 1: characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate counterclockwise in the
- 9:13Speaker 1: northern Hemisphere and cologwise in the southern Hemisphere. Cyclones can
- 9:23Speaker 1: manifest in various forms, primarily as tropical cyclones and extratopic cyclones,
- 9:41Speaker 1: and are often associated with strong winds and a heavy rainfall.
- 9:51Speaker 1: These systems are formed by the energy exchanged between the
- 9:55Speaker 1: ocean and the atmosphere. Cyclones are known by different names
- 10:03Speaker 1: depending on their location. For example, they are called hurricanes
- 10:11Speaker 1: in the North Atlantic, Antiphens, north West Pacific. Oh, Okay,
- 10:20Speaker 1: so cyclone is hurrican? Fair enough? Well wind isn't another
- 10:30Speaker 1: word for well wind? Where the wind is just like.
- 10:37Speaker 2: It's what is it?
- 10:38Speaker 1: In America? In Dorothy County, Dorothy Country, they have a
- 10:50Speaker 1: wist of us Dorothy twirlers. So that's a Cyclone. Isn't
- 10:59Speaker 1: it a twirler? It's a little bit like The Walking Dead.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Everyone's got a new name, a different name for them.
- 11:08Speaker 1: You know, whenever people meet each other in the show
- 11:13Speaker 1: The Walking Dead, and different parts of the country they
- 11:18Speaker 1: all call her, call her the walking Dead. Something different
- 11:23Speaker 1: with the munches, the sleepers, the dirtbacks, or wherever, the bastards,
- 11:39Speaker 1: the brain gobblers. You know, it's just they've got their
- 11:48Speaker 1: own little name, which I find ironic because there's these
- 11:56Speaker 1: creatures walking around. They're dead, but they're walking around attacking
- 12:08Speaker 1: humans and then spread all over the world, and not
- 12:19Speaker 1: one person, not one person, has the thoughts to call
- 12:31Speaker 1: them zombies. Not one person in the entire world in
- 12:40Speaker 1: that show thought in a war, this isn't just similar
- 12:52Speaker 1: to a zombies identical to what of zombies? Let's call
- 12:57Speaker 1: them zombies. No, let's call them creepers.
- 13:08Speaker 7: Let's call them munchie munches, the the sniffers.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I don't know wherever cyclone, Typhoon. We had some kind
- 13:33Speaker 1: of type of tea in the UK Typhon. So someone
- 13:40Speaker 1: says to you, do you like typhoons? I said, yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 1: three sugars please, okay.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Right, Rosie O'Donnell.
- 14:08Speaker 1: There's something about her and being friends with Ellen DeGeneres,
- 14:20Speaker 1: Bob Villain. I'm just looking at the news saying anything
- 14:30Speaker 1: that is slightly interesting. Chris Evans is incredible for sake
- 14:50Speaker 1: Grace's questions, what questions? Is he going to be returning
- 14:56Speaker 1: as Captain America? Maybe so this is NSN. It's probably
- 15:04Speaker 1: about seventeen years too late. Many actors must transform their
- 15:09Speaker 1: physical appearance on a regular basis, especially those tasks we
- 15:15Speaker 1: portray and superheroes. Will he be back to pick up
- 15:21Speaker 1: a shield once again? At the world premiere of the
- 15:28Speaker 1: Film's Sacrifice at the Toronto Film Festival, several questions were
- 15:36Speaker 1: raised about sevens best known for Captain America in the
- 15:46Speaker 1: Marvel Universe. The double D forty four year old actor
- 15:53Speaker 1: appeared on the red carpet inimpressible impressive physical shape, having
- 16:02Speaker 1: gained significant muscle mess since its role in the film
- 16:07Speaker 1: Materialists earlier this year. I don't know if be prepared
- 16:21Speaker 1: for an appearance and Avengers Doom Day, Well, the thing
- 16:31Speaker 1: is with the Avengers.
- 16:38Speaker 2: It's based in.
- 16:41Speaker 1: They can kind of get away with anything, are they.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Because.
- 16:53Speaker 1: They go into different versions like of the multi verse.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So they find another universe where he kept in America,
- 17:08Speaker 1: works in McDonald's or something. It access lots of different things.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's quite quite interesting. A bit of a minor wobble
- 17:17Speaker 1: boys stole Charlie Anam's dramatic transformation.
- 17:37Speaker 6: Okay, whow.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Crazy anatomy. No, Ay, that's sad. Oh it's a lost stumbout.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Sarah Ferguson got Alison Hammond lost leven Stone. That's a
- 19:16Speaker 1: lot of skin. Yeah, that's the thing that used to
- 19:37Speaker 1: concern me about losing too much. Way, I don't want
- 19:44Speaker 1: my I just don't want flaps flaps of skin just
- 19:51Speaker 1: wabbling around, you know. But this never happens.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I'm okay.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Plus, I've never been I mean, yeah, I've been sixteen
- 20:07Speaker 1: stone about a hundred kilos.
- 20:11Speaker 8: But that's different from being one hundred and fifty kilos,
- 20:14Speaker 8: you know, or three hundred pounds, three hundred and.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Thirty pounds or whatever that would be. So it's a
- 20:27Speaker 1: little bit different. But I think it's just my personal
- 20:38Speaker 1: experience is just losing weight slowly. It's the best way personally.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I kind as have a look Japanese us this trick
- 21:21Speaker 1: for sleep up now, it's genius.
- 21:24Speaker 2: That's ever, look then.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Shave they bed off. Really, what on earth is going on?
- 21:55Speaker 1: I'm just right now, okay, I'm just checkings, waiting out.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I should read it out loud ready, shouldn't I?
- 22:55Speaker 9: Okay, okay, okay.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Right, said a cab for all this stuff. And now, oh,
- 23:24Speaker 1: they're trying to sell a pillow the simple solution my
- 23:28Speaker 1: wife discovered. That's when my wife found the Gorillac pillow online.
- 23:45Speaker 1: At first I was skeptical. How could a pillows solve
- 23:50Speaker 1: what expensive medical devices couldn't. But then my wife gave
- 23:58Speaker 1: me an ultimatum. Tried to pillow or get comfortable with
- 24:03Speaker 1: the basement couch. When it arrived, I was desperate enough
- 24:11Speaker 1: to try anything. The first few minutes felt different, but
- 24:15Speaker 1: then something amazing happens. I slept through the entire night,
- 24:22Speaker 1: no snoring, no caspit, no waking up. The next morning,
- 24:27Speaker 1: I found Jamie.
- 24:28Speaker 2: In a kitchen beaming.
- 24:31Speaker 1: You didn't have a sound all night, She said, okay,
- 24:54Speaker 1: I might give that dry. Okay, how much are they
- 25:12Speaker 1: charging for this pillow?
- 25:17Speaker 10: As that's strange, right, Okay, they're trying to get.
- 25:48Speaker 1: They're trying to work. Might make it sound good. First
- 25:53Speaker 1: of all, they're offering a seventy percent discount, and they're saying,
- 25:57Speaker 1: think about it this way. One visa to a sleep
- 26:01Speaker 1: specialist two hundred and three hundred dollars, a seapap machine
- 26:08Speaker 1: five hundred to one thousand dollars monthly seapap supply is
- 26:14Speaker 1: fifty two hundred.
- 26:16Speaker 2: No as wrong.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Chiropractice visit for Nick pay seventy percentsion.
- 26:25Speaker 2: So get the.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Derillo ercopilow today for a fraction of the cost. How
- 26:30Speaker 1: much are they going to sell it for. It's still
- 26:35Speaker 1: not giving me the price, plumy making me work for.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Get seventy percent discount.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Okay, here we go. Your seventy percent discount ends in
- 26:55Speaker 1: fourteen minutes and thirty six seconds. AH select quantity four.
- 27:07Speaker 1: One billow is fifty nine pounds ninety ninepence. Two billows
- 27:15Speaker 1: ninety nine pound ninety eightpence, three pillows one hundred and
- 27:21Speaker 1: thirty seven pound ninety sevenpence. Four pillows one hundred and
- 27:28Speaker 1: fifty nine pound ninety sixpence. I'm going to save this
- 27:35Speaker 1: link because I want to see how much it is
- 27:38Speaker 1: in an hour's time. Save it, okay, because I think
- 27:55Speaker 1: they're being a bit Oh and it's just giving loads
- 28:01Speaker 1: of every few seconds of all of things coming up,
- 28:06Speaker 1: saying Emily from Shopshire just purchased to one Ian from
- 28:14Speaker 1: Melton Keynes and made a purchase three pillows. Who's next
- 28:22Speaker 1: getting excited? Who's going to be the next person to
- 28:26Speaker 1: order one? Rojet from Exeter Rojet? There's no such name
- 28:34Speaker 1: as roget. They're making it up. I think I'd think
- 28:39Speaker 1: they're making it up. Anna from Enfield. There's all three,
- 28:49Speaker 1: so they really pushing for people to buy more than one.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Why would you need more than one? Kenvy from London three,
- 29:05Speaker 1: So everyone's going for three for some reason. Maybe it's
- 29:09Speaker 1: because it's one hundred and thirty seven pound ninety seven
- 29:14Speaker 1: our another one. John from Kate said, make a purchase.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Why is no one buying anything from other countries? Why
- 29:22Speaker 1: is it just great Britain? Maybe it's because we're so
- 29:27Speaker 1: great we don't need to do make Britain a gape
- 29:35Speaker 1: gray again. We've always been great, we still are. Yeah,
- 29:51Speaker 1: can imagine coin yourself great? Did you imagine? Like where
- 30:01Speaker 1: you from? I'm from France? What about you Germany? What
- 30:04Speaker 1: about you? I'm from great Britain. Everyone else will feel
- 30:13Speaker 1: a little bit. I don't know, a little bit less
- 30:22Speaker 1: than maybe maybe a little bit envious, maybe a little
- 30:28Speaker 1: bit annoyed. Even we should have called ourselves great France,
- 30:41Speaker 1: we should have called ourself great Germany. We should have
- 30:47Speaker 1: called ourself great Belgium. No one's purchased one for a
- 30:57Speaker 1: few minutes now, which makes me think they're trying to
- 31:11Speaker 1: I wonder. I sometimes think if I say, I wonder,
- 31:19Speaker 1: how come no one's bought just one? I'll pick you
- 31:23Speaker 1: one will come now in the next thirty seconds. So
- 31:29Speaker 1: how come no one's bought just one? Must be a
- 31:34Speaker 1: con because it's always saying that three people they buy three,
- 31:42Speaker 1: just one, come just one? He still loving. I'm relatively
- 32:13Speaker 1: patient sometimes, but this is just no, I don't have
- 32:19Speaker 1: time for this. Wow, they charge in nine pound ninety
- 32:26Speaker 1: five for shipping.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Cheeky. That is so cheeky.
- 32:41Speaker 1: So to charge what fifty nine pound ninety nine and
- 32:45Speaker 1: then to charge ten pound for shipping, that's I think
- 32:51Speaker 1: that's a bit. Yeah, it's cheeky. Yeah, although I'm kind
- 33:06Speaker 1: of thinking that I might like to try out after
- 33:12Speaker 1: a work.
- 33:15Speaker 2: In fact, I might.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Not today, not tomorrow, but someday maybe just an luck
- 33:42Speaker 1: seeing what the stats are run sound Cloud. Okay, what
- 34:11Speaker 1: about Facebook? On sever looks see if there's any.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Messages?
- 34:29Speaker 1: I call a question on Facebook. Something I've noticed on
- 34:58Speaker 1: Facebook the amount of people the post stuff where they're
- 35:09Speaker 1: assuming that everyone else is can to understand what they're
- 35:13Speaker 1: talking about. And I don't know why, but that annoys
- 35:19Speaker 1: me a little bit. People posting things like I can't
- 35:27Speaker 1: stand listening to his voice anymore. Okay, can you give
- 35:34Speaker 1: me some more information? It's like, why reduce everyone listening
- 35:40Speaker 1: to or we're reading a Facebook page from around the
- 35:46Speaker 1: world is going to know what you're talking about? Just
- 35:54Speaker 1: seems a bit strange. What's this? Okay? Just looking looks
- 36:31Speaker 1: to me like just another made up story about boxing.
- 36:41Speaker 1: He looks familiar. George is when's sick? When sick? Say
- 36:48Speaker 1: that slowly, don't say too quickly?
- 36:51Speaker 2: Went sick when sick? X R E R G ex
- 37:01Speaker 2: as an arcs.
- 37:10Speaker 11: Okay, get a patterfly? Okay, Ah, just looking at a
- 37:36Speaker 11: picture of a little puppy. They are so cute and
- 37:40Speaker 11: their puppies. I think what we need to do is
- 37:47Speaker 11: find puppies, is stay puppies, although I think they always
- 37:53Speaker 11: stay puppies. Mentally, I'm kind of okay, because I've got.
- 37:59Speaker 1: A tiny good dog. I mean he was a half
- 38:03Speaker 1: a lot smaller when he was a puppy, just looking
- 38:43Speaker 1: at Dorian Yates video when he was a mister Olympia.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I remember years ago when I worked in Egypt shop
- 39:06Speaker 1: there was this but it was a little like seaside
- 39:11Speaker 1: down and lived in and we went for a little
- 39:18Speaker 1: period of opening on Sundays because of the traffic, you know,
- 39:24Speaker 1: the foot traffic, or maybe we get some lot more people.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So he did. I said, my boss decided to turn
- 39:36Speaker 1: on me. And there was this one Sunday, loads of
- 39:46Speaker 1: people coming down, traveling down for the day from local
- 39:51Speaker 1: towns and see this man and Rnmon looked like a
- 40:05Speaker 1: clamor model and he was clearly a bodybuilder, huge, just
- 40:13Speaker 1: walking around wobbling, not wobbling, but she was wobbling, but
- 40:22Speaker 1: he was not wobbling, but he was plodding. I'm not
- 40:34Speaker 1: sure if he had this top off, but he was.
- 40:43Speaker 1: You know that limits You know people that are well doned,
- 40:48Speaker 1: You got people that got nice muscles, and then you've
- 40:52Speaker 1: got people that are just huge. He was one of
- 40:56Speaker 1: those people, just huge. I wonder what it's like being
- 41:19Speaker 1: mister Olimpia. I mean devoting every pretty much every second
- 41:33Speaker 1: of his life to the sport. I know a little
- 41:44Speaker 1: bit about Dorian Yates.
- 41:51Speaker 2: I think he's.
- 41:57Speaker 1: One of the most successful bodybuilders in history, together.
- 42:08Speaker 2: With Leney and.
- 42:12Speaker 11: Other a couple of others, obviously Arnold as well, but.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Apparently Rife from the star. He kept track of every
- 42:30Speaker 1: set of weights they did, every exercise, every meal, every
- 42:38Speaker 1: measurement of ingredients for every meal, right from the start,
- 42:48Speaker 1: so that he could keep track of what he was
- 42:50Speaker 1: doing and plan ridiculously maliciously ever, playing it all a cage,
- 43:05Speaker 1: how things are working from the results, and I guess,
- 43:18Speaker 1: matching the results next to the effort and the tire
- 43:25Speaker 1: the cage, which best the route to take to maybe
- 43:31Speaker 1: have more of this or less of that, do more
- 43:35Speaker 1: exercise on that part of body part or less on
- 43:38Speaker 1: the ever. This is the feeling I heard. I heard
- 43:49Speaker 1: him say, anyway, I'm going to go and get my breakfast.
- 43:59Speaker 1: Thing you for listener, Remember but to be kind to yourself.
- 44:03Speaker 1: You deserve to be happy, be gentle with yourself. You
- 44:08Speaker 1: deserve to feel safe, lots of love.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Bye, Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe
- 44:37Speaker 2: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 44:42Speaker 2: feel calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 44:55Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 45:01Speaker 2: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 45:07Speaker 2: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 45:22Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 45:42Speaker 2: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 45:56Speaker 2: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 46:05Speaker 2: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 46:19Speaker 2: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 46:23Speaker 2: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 46:35Speaker 2: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 46:39Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 46:52Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 46:58Speaker 2: but it was a guided visualizations, so it kind of
- 47:02Speaker 2: was hypnosis really.
- 47:06Speaker 1: And.
- 47:08Speaker 2: I managed to find it again and it still has
- 47:11Speaker 2: the same effect on me. And part of it was
- 47:21Speaker 2: the person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 47:34Speaker 2: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 47:40Speaker 2: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 47:52Speaker 2: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 48:00Speaker 2: the play button. This is in the days of CD players,
- 48:12Speaker 2: pressed the play button. In fact, it might have even
- 48:18Speaker 2: been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed
- 48:23Speaker 2: and then even without necessarily listening to her words because
- 48:41Speaker 2: I had to memorized. Really, it was as if my
- 48:49Speaker 2: body knew exactly what to do, and the muscle just
- 49:04Speaker 2: almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 49:25Speaker 2: would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening to this
- 49:36Speaker 2: recording in the early days of learning hypnosis, and long
- 49:45Speaker 2: before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself,
- 49:55Speaker 2: because I didn't start doing that till two thousand and six,
- 50:05Speaker 2: I knew. I knew how helpful I found being able
- 50:21Speaker 2: to just let go, to have that trust in the
- 50:30Speaker 2: person that I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to
- 50:41Speaker 2: be just as relaxing, if not more so. Each time
- 50:52Speaker 2: you hear my voice, you may feel the same. Some
- 51:05Speaker 2: people have been listening to me for over a decade,
- 51:20Speaker 2: maybe not solidly, obviously, not twenty four hours a day,
- 51:25Speaker 2: but maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 51:44Speaker 2: There's something that I do which you may not realize
- 51:52Speaker 2: by listening, is when I record these recordings now. For example,
- 52:15Speaker 2: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 52:28Speaker 2: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 52:38Speaker 2: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 52:50Speaker 2: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 53:07Speaker 2: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 53:15Speaker 2: each hand, perhaps notice the air in the room, the
- 53:26Speaker 2: temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 53:39Speaker 2: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 53:43Speaker 2: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 53:51Speaker 2: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 54:04Speaker 2: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 54:15Speaker 2: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now. And
- 54:43Speaker 2: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 54:50Speaker 2: may be the reason you're listening, I also so feel
- 55:03Speaker 2: drowsy when I make these recordings. I also notice my
- 55:17Speaker 2: mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep
- 55:39Speaker 2: without even noticing, and then I carry on talking and
- 55:54Speaker 2: it's suddenly where I listen back to do the editing,
- 56:03Speaker 2: I hear snoring, and I think I don't remember snoring.
- 56:12Speaker 2: I remember talking. Snoring was a pick turned up. That's
- 56:23Speaker 2: why I sound like when I snore. I get really
- 56:31Speaker 2: into the whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 56:51Speaker 2: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed
- 57:01Speaker 2: you feel in your hands. I have noticed more and
- 57:23Speaker 2: more that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 57:45Speaker 2: the easier your breathing becomes so almost like that additional
- 58:04Speaker 2: muscle relaxation. So this allows you debreathe easier without necessarily
- 58:31Speaker 2: focusing on your breath. However, being able to notice the
- 58:59Speaker 2: ease in which you brievee so naturally brief, so very
- 59:29Speaker 2: easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving, when
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: I've got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize beautiful
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: field with trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: It feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Some time.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Away from everything, enjoying that eating of pace serenity with
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: a joyful art. Time seems to just drip by, so
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely freem to say that
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: your mind slowed down, slowed down because nothing really requires
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: your attention. You can joy the physical sensations of allowing
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: the stress to drip out of your body, dripping out
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: of every part of your body and being released from
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: your brain your mind slowly but surely. The muscles in your.
- 1:07:36Speaker 12: Legs remags, rases.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: So very deeply, rigs sweat deeply, and the feeings pleasant
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: feelings in your arms and shoulders, deeper in each part
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: of your body, further and deeper and deeper, might to say,
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: the feelings in the back of your neck, feelings in
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: your wrists, mussules in front of your body, all peace
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: deep a sense of peace spreads through a very cold
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: When you focus on your mind, your mind becomes a's
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: lover deapa, relax, fairy sly, stomach tasteful, many of stomach
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: back lettice lettice, sound laxed. Now feel.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: In the hole a bad.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: A spy your brain all lay down the middle of
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: your back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day,
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: deep coomfort increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:17:25Speaker 9: Nies.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: Spreading these signals down A spy an could into reports
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: of your body shins and your conferences, your elbers, feelings
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: of peace and tranquility spreading through your body, tips of
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: your toes to your eyes, your fingers. Wait, you'll know
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: back I'm letting go.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: A thinker.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: Face, drifting mind.
- 1:20:58Speaker 13: This wouldn't be in a way happy to let God
- 1:21:14Speaker 13: like godpletely.
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: Let go so tranquil nobody enjoy of sensor listening, nod pace, joy, space,
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: this space, pace and safety fie l. Maybe we can
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: just focus on the different parts of your body, just
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: to notice a foihead and your eyes. Let's say the
- 1:28:58Speaker 2: sense complete freedom, absolute freedom. Today's energy paste to Greece
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: e my not of my test your mind test pace
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: with any animal, deeply in the direction of ditle blissful pace,
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: bliss of.
- 1:33:48Speaker 14: Pacem two two days.
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: Shut. Let's it go relaxed body films most visible, so
- 1:37:48Speaker 2: very quacked and pastefully so hey s peaks, and you
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: could start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed,
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: even though if not purposely focused your mind upon that
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: sense of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: your body, and your mind starts to slow down, and
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: that could be almost in recognition of I guess my
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: speech would not being particularly fast, things generally feel calmer.
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: opportunity to take a break from the day take a
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: break from your life, as it is to give yourself
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:40:49Speaker 2: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:41:06Speaker 2: any stresses that you had in your body. It's almost
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: that negativity with positive healing energy, which then fills your
- 1:41:43Speaker 2: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling,
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: wave of comfort. And all this comes from just allowing
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long
- 1:42:48Speaker 2: you want it to be, just rest, allow your mind
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: and your body to almost preset itself to the settings
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more for feelings
- 1:43:30Speaker 2: of pleasure and happiness to move around your body and
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: into your mind, almost as if your mind and your
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other with that
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice, really does
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: feel nice to know that you are the one that
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: more of this deep relaxation. Spreading throughout your body, and
- 1:44:56Speaker 2: as I focus each part of your body, you can
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: notice that that part becomes even more relaxed just by
- 1:45:19Speaker 2: focusing on it, becomes even more calm and comfortable. Just
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: by focusing and design moved down your body, starting and
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: your head, the parts that you have already focused on
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: or can continue to relax deeply, and those parts that
- 1:45:57Speaker 2: have not yet focused on or just automatically release any
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: remain intention in anticipation of even more comfort about to come.
- 1:46:23Speaker 6: Now.
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:46:33Speaker 2: of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 1:46:44Speaker 2: mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: you're more relaxed. Just means during the moment, this is
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: a sterile environment. This is the world. I live in
- 1:47:09Speaker 2: the countryside, so there's lots of nature sounds around. As
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: you focus on your forehead, just notice how it becomes
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: even more relaxed as you focus only on my voice
- 1:47:38Speaker 2: and that part of your body. Move down to your eyes,
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feels so
- 1:48:00Speaker 2: heavy he has so light at the same time, all
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely, moving your focus
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: your comes, the hole of your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose.
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: If you focus now on your jaw, just a part
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: of your jawney, your mouth, your chin, all the way
- 1:49:01Speaker 2: up the side of your face to your ears, the
- 1:49:08Speaker 2: hole of your jaw, leaving all relaxed and calm. Focusing
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: on your neck, the front of your neck, and your throat,
- 1:49:43Speaker 2: relaxing and loose and calm. The sides of your neck,
- 1:49:56Speaker 2: right and left side of your leg relax and place
- 1:50:09Speaker 2: and calm.
- 1:50:16Speaker 15: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 1:50:24Speaker 15: of your leg, letting go.
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: With any tension that may have been there before, and
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: enjoying that sense of increasing comfort and release think you
- 1:50:52Speaker 2: can experience in the back of your neck, moving down
- 1:51:03Speaker 2: your back, moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: the top of your back all the way down to
- 1:51:16Speaker 2: the bottom of your back. Down it's your lower back,
- 1:51:34Speaker 2: and as you move up and down your spine, you
- 1:51:41Speaker 2: can feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing
- 1:51:49Speaker 2: even more and there's those muscles. Relax. That sense of
- 1:52:02Speaker 2: comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into both
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: sides of your back, the top of your back, the
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: middle end your lower back. And as you scan gently
- 1:52:29Speaker 2: and slowly up and down your back, the muscles in
- 1:52:37Speaker 2: the top of your back relags and become a looser.
- 1:52:46Speaker 2: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 1:52:52Speaker 2: to just almost define from each other, separated and almost melting.
- 1:53:08Speaker 2: And in your lower back there seems to be an
- 1:53:14Speaker 2: extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips.
- 1:53:30Speaker 2: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:53:38Speaker 2: area where your cosix are, and into your buttocks. Almost
- 1:53:47Speaker 2: muscles that spread in your lower back into your hip
- 1:53:57Speaker 2: area start to melt. Start reading, let go, let you
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: know where about to focus on your shoulders, back your spy,
- 1:54:26Speaker 2: continue to let go, continue to relax.
- 1:54:39Speaker 6: So coldly.
- 1:54:48Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice that
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: are already feeling ready lace, already calm. Feel those muscles
- 1:55:32Speaker 2: then move from your neck into your shoulders. Feels so
- 1:55:45Speaker 2: soft and gentle, so smer and calm. The feeling in
- 1:56:14Speaker 2: your shoulders seems to spread deep into your shoulders. A
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: sense of relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: also relaxing the butterness and moving all the way underneath
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: your arms. Relax see the whole area between the tops
- 1:57:04Speaker 2: of your shoulders, and don't make your arms he Then
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: if you're so relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders which
- 1:57:31Speaker 2: sense that deep healing message into your arms, you may
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: feel almost as if your arms are not even there
- 1:58:01Speaker 2: because the sun relaxed so deeply relaxed.
- 1:58:17Speaker 6: S s.
- 1:58:38Speaker 2: S the things spready. Oh my dall, you are to
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: hours clive in you always circumft spreads away into rists
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: form saer rists so heavy, yet the same time slight
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: and git now hands pacends a sensor oial pace. It
- 2:01:49Speaker 2: just seems to feel si million strikes takes sistention, frot
- 2:04:13Speaker 2: your body many new focus, two lights us five days,
- 2:06:57Speaker 2: clough scotch side faith faints, Sir pays, sircon sack pace,
- 2:09:34Speaker 2: sircom peaceful sycom pays fall s brack same.
- 2:10:34Speaker 16: Place fall.
- 2:10:40Speaker 2: C come man lent deep relaxation to spread the chest stone.
- 2:11:09Speaker 2: Let's me go everything. So I'm gonna start counting down
- 2:11:28Speaker 2: now from twenty down to one. You can imagine in
- 2:11:40Speaker 2: a way, it's like just walking down some steps and
- 2:11:45Speaker 2: each step or twenty steps, and each step represents a
- 2:11:51Speaker 2: level of comfort, each step represents a deepening of their comfort,
- 2:12:11Speaker 2: and the furbies you walk down those steps that deeper
- 2:12:18Speaker 2: blacks feel. So starting with number twenty twenty eighth eight, seven,
- 2:14:13Speaker 2: ten sixteenhhhhhh three whats f two h eight the.
- 2:25:32Speaker 17: Musical pis.
- 2:26:03Speaker 2: Si five.
- 2:28:01Speaker 14: The s.
- 2:30:03Speaker 17: Us must.
- 2:33:06Speaker 2: Now, as you focus on your lives, you're gonna count
- 2:33:23Speaker 2: down from ten outs one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 2:33:39Speaker 2: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves,
- 2:33:49Speaker 2: a whole area that makes up your eye. As we
- 2:34:06Speaker 2: count down ten down to one, wants to focus in
- 2:34:14Speaker 2: on your eyes, you will become twice is relaxed with
- 2:34:30Speaker 2: each number counting down. That you may find the way
- 2:34:43Speaker 2: want to do is just drift off to sleep. And
- 2:34:52Speaker 2: if that's what you want, then just allow yourself to
- 2:34:59Speaker 2: do that. Now focus it on your eyes. God to
- 2:35:13Speaker 2: begin countin down from ten down to one right now
- 2:35:32Speaker 2: ten nine eight z.
- 2:41:20Speaker 16: It'sh one.
- 2:44:36Speaker 2: So cut down from ten to one ten nine eight
- 2:44:56Speaker 2: seven six five four three two one. And maybe that
- 2:45:21Speaker 2: was a bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe
- 2:45:25Speaker 2: it's a too fast for you to notice the calming
- 2:45:31Speaker 2: of your body, maybe even a little bit of pressure there.
- 2:45:38Speaker 2: Like you'll count it down from ten to one. Would
- 2:45:42Speaker 2: you expect me to do man, expect me to just
- 2:45:45Speaker 2: to go floppy just because you're counting down. You can
- 2:45:55Speaker 2: try again, but this time I'll go a bit slower
- 2:46:01Speaker 2: this time that you focus on the whole of your
- 2:46:06Speaker 2: body before we focus on the legs. Just notice how
- 2:46:14Speaker 2: your body does start to feel more relaxed with every
- 2:46:28Speaker 2: number that I count down ten nine, at eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 2:47:28Speaker 2: three one. I just notice how how you feel generally,
- 2:48:20Speaker 2: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting
- 2:48:35Speaker 2: down from ten to one. It's that space that you.
- 2:48:42Speaker 6: Have, that.
- 2:48:46Speaker 2: Space between being active physically mentally, it's just sitting or
- 2:49:07Speaker 2: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 2:49:13Speaker 2: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 2:49:20Speaker 2: the space, you know, a bit of a space, a gap.
- 2:49:30Speaker 2: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:49:35Speaker 2: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:49:45Speaker 2: of comfort or relaxation. It's a nice feeling and it
- 2:50:00Speaker 2: moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away,
- 2:50:18Speaker 2: allows you.
- 2:50:22Speaker 6: To just.
- 2:50:26Speaker 2: Slow down. Someone to count the game from ten down
- 2:50:32Speaker 2: to one, and notice that gap widening, the gap, And
- 2:50:42Speaker 2: as it widens, it's almost like that the stress and
- 2:50:47Speaker 2: attention falls into the gap. Give you that distance, that
- 2:51:07Speaker 2: space ten nine, eight, seven, six, five three one. Then
- 2:53:16Speaker 2: how did your body you feel? Now? Can you notice that?
- 2:53:37Speaker 2: Do you feeling calm? Do you feeling relaxed? As we
- 2:54:14Speaker 2: can now focus on your legs, just your legs. We're
- 2:54:34Speaker 2: just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:54:54Speaker 2: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because
- 2:55:03Speaker 2: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 2:55:05Speaker 2: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:55:18Speaker 2: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:55:25Speaker 2: of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs. You're outer
- 2:55:31Speaker 2: thighs and inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh
- 2:55:37Speaker 2: that leads into your hip and it goes down to
- 2:55:46Speaker 2: your knee woids. Now, this is a big area. It's
- 2:56:00Speaker 2: a very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest
- 2:56:06Speaker 2: muscles in your body or in your thighs, but I
- 2:56:19Speaker 2: don't think we perhaps give enough attention to our thighs.
- 2:56:34Speaker 2: Perhaps we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are
- 2:56:44Speaker 2: to our lives, how much they actually do for us,
- 2:57:05Speaker 2: all for our lives. And it may seem sound really weird,
- 2:57:16Speaker 2: but I think that all of our body parts, especially
- 2:57:24Speaker 2: our thighs, needs some TLC, a bit of love shown,
- 2:57:33Speaker 2: a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our
- 2:57:51Speaker 2: thighs do for us. And this makes sound a bit strange.
- 2:58:05Speaker 2: Maybe you think, why am I short? How should be
- 2:58:08Speaker 2: out in the garden hugging a tree or something? Wow,
- 2:58:17Speaker 2: it's hard to sell my I phone up on a tree.
- 2:58:20Speaker 2: That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I wouldn't be
- 2:58:22Speaker 2: outside work in a tree. I can't see the television
- 2:58:26Speaker 2: for the tree. If you moved down to your knees,
- 2:58:36Speaker 2: you gain such an important part. And I think we
- 2:58:44Speaker 2: don't necessarily. I must speak for myself faily, I don't
- 2:58:51Speaker 2: necessarily appreciate all that one needs to do for me until.
- 2:58:59Speaker 18: I have a number my knee.
- 2:59:02Speaker 2: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash you or it's
- 2:59:07Speaker 2: aching for some reason. It's then that I realize how
- 2:59:14Speaker 2: much it does. You know, the benefit of being able
- 2:59:18Speaker 2: to use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort
- 2:59:28Speaker 2: is a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's
- 2:59:35Speaker 2: temporarily removed. You know that's comfort. But as you focus
- 2:59:45Speaker 2: on your knees, regardless of how your knees feel, you
- 2:59:53Speaker 2: can have that sense of gratitude and love to your
- 2:59:59Speaker 2: needs all that they do for you. You can still
- 3:00:12Speaker 2: have that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your
- 3:00:16Speaker 2: thighs feel. Maybe you notice that they are relaxing more
- 3:00:30Speaker 2: deeply as you focus now on the bottoms of your
- 3:00:41Speaker 2: legs and your shins, your calf bustles, the bones between
- 3:00:48Speaker 2: your knees and your feet incorporates, and the course your
- 3:00:54Speaker 2: ankles so important. Anyone that's had even like the slightest
- 3:01:08Speaker 2: sprain of an ankle knows how how much we take
- 3:01:15Speaker 2: our our ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange
- 3:01:24Speaker 2: in a way when you think that. You know, logically,
- 3:01:29Speaker 2: our wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of
- 3:01:32Speaker 2: our arms, which is okay, it doesn't I can't see
- 3:01:37Speaker 2: any problem with that because we're just picking stuff up
- 3:01:42Speaker 2: by our ankles. So much thinner than the rest of
- 3:01:47Speaker 2: our legs. And from a physics perspective or logical even
- 3:01:58Speaker 2: it doesn't really make sense sense that all this weight
- 3:02:04Speaker 2: will ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to
- 3:02:11Speaker 2: your feet and thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does
- 3:02:24Speaker 2: so much great work. Supports us, supports our body for
- 3:02:31Speaker 2: a lifetime, helps us to balance, helps you to get
- 3:02:46Speaker 2: around and be mobile. There's the carf muscles. Of course,
- 3:03:00Speaker 2: when I was younger, I couldn't see the pointing calf muscles.
- 3:03:05Speaker 2: Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if worked around tiptoes,
- 3:03:11Speaker 2: then my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 3:03:15Speaker 2: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 3:03:19Speaker 2: we use our legs. Then your shins there to protect
- 3:03:33Speaker 2: your lower legs, shaped in a way almost as a
- 3:03:42Speaker 2: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles
- 3:03:57Speaker 2: and your feet. I'm not going to focus on your feet.
- 3:04:05Speaker 2: I'm just going to focus on the legs. And I
- 3:04:09Speaker 2: realize now that I've mentioned your feet, you'll probably focus
- 3:04:15Speaker 2: on them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your
- 3:04:18Speaker 2: feet a little bit. You can have them in your
- 3:04:24Speaker 2: awareness the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:04:31Speaker 2: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 3:04:36Speaker 2: few minutes were focusing on your angles, there's still that
- 3:04:48Speaker 2: sensation of comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement
- 3:05:04Speaker 2: of energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations.
- 3:05:14Speaker 2: Of course, there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that
- 3:05:19Speaker 2: we have in our thighs. But the skin on the
- 3:05:32Speaker 2: outside of the thighs, as in the outside of all
- 3:05:37Speaker 2: of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive to a touch,
- 3:05:49Speaker 2: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 3:06:03Speaker 2: the muscles, the blood, vessels, the archrees to all this
- 3:06:09Speaker 2: stuff inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice
- 3:06:18Speaker 2: if you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 3:06:23Speaker 2: and message, so you can message on the outside of
- 3:06:29Speaker 2: the course, but be able to get deep into the muscles,
- 3:06:33Speaker 2: to be able to just message inside your thighs, message
- 3:06:39Speaker 2: in the bones. If your leg massage the veins just
- 3:06:48Speaker 2: gently heaving thighs, you can move down message inside your knees,
- 3:07:04Speaker 2: some message in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the
- 3:07:11Speaker 2: healing energy deep into the joints your knees. Of course,
- 3:07:22Speaker 2: there's the back of your need and the inside crease
- 3:07:28Speaker 2: real need is it's a very sensitive area, very feels
- 3:07:36Speaker 2: very nice when we stroken. That might be because it's
- 3:07:41Speaker 2: an area that's not really touched very often. It's almost
- 3:07:46Speaker 2: like a hidden part a crease your legs. It's almost.
- 3:07:56Speaker 6: Like a part that.
- 3:07:58Speaker 2: Has a sensitive which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:08:09Speaker 2: it's protected by your legs. So you can imagine putting
- 3:08:21Speaker 2: your fingers into increase your legs and folding between your legs.
- 3:08:32Speaker 2: You can just message with your fingertips. Imagine your fingertips
- 3:08:37Speaker 2: going inside, massage in the muscle tissue you can cause
- 3:08:48Speaker 2: fielder the bones of your knees heading through your fingertips,
- 3:09:02Speaker 2: and then as you go down to your calf muscles,
- 3:09:08Speaker 2: and that's the part I'd like to be able to
- 3:09:11Speaker 2: really put my finger tip steam inside the calf muscles,
- 3:09:17Speaker 2: massage in every single tissue of that muscle, healing every part.
- 3:09:33Speaker 2: And they're doing the same for my shoes. Massage and
- 3:09:40Speaker 2: gently stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing in a
- 3:09:47Speaker 2: loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's the
- 3:09:54Speaker 2: precious bones that they are, because their legs are so precious,
- 3:10:00Speaker 2: because they all the other parts of our body the
- 3:10:05Speaker 2: more precious at any tune on the planet. When you
- 3:10:19Speaker 2: start to think about the lex in its way, it
- 3:10:31Speaker 2: can change your perspective. It might sound a bit silly
- 3:10:42Speaker 2: to start with the idea of having love feels showing
- 3:10:49Speaker 2: appreciation for your thighs, wanting to be able to put
- 3:10:57Speaker 2: your hands in your thigh massage the muscles and the bones,
- 3:11:08Speaker 2: to you get your fingers deep in their releasing a tension,
- 3:11:16Speaker 2: just to show how much you care about your legs.
- 3:11:26Speaker 2: Much you care for what your legs do for you regularly,
- 3:11:34Speaker 2: your needs, your calms, your ankles. The strength of your ankles,
- 3:11:47Speaker 2: considering how fit they are compared to the rest of
- 3:11:52Speaker 2: your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible,
- 3:12:06Speaker 2: absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly a gift because of
- 3:12:19Speaker 2: what they do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless
- 3:12:30Speaker 2: of how what weight you are, even if you're only
- 3:12:34Speaker 2: eat at stony, there's still a long weight for these
- 3:12:40Speaker 2: little ankles, how a lot heavier the mainstone double dot
- 3:12:52Speaker 2: in my course, support my body all the time, or
- 3:13:01Speaker 2: they do give off a sigh of relief or the
- 3:13:04Speaker 2: sick down, as if old legs do my feet feet
- 3:13:15Speaker 2: or seco my toes clap. Your legs really are amazing,
- 3:13:47Speaker 2: and I know they're talking about. Talking about your legs
- 3:13:51Speaker 2: is probably possibly among the most most boring things you
- 3:13:58Speaker 2: ever heard anyone say, possibly boring or low. Everything I
- 3:14:07Speaker 2: said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve
- 3:14:24Speaker 2: not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply. They deserve
- 3:14:43Speaker 2: to take some time out of the day to just
- 3:14:48Speaker 2: let go completely. Legs really can relax because the legs
- 3:15:25Speaker 2: are so such a most you know, very important part
- 3:15:31Speaker 2: of your body. When you relax legs, the rest of
- 3:15:35Speaker 2: your body also naturally follows.
- 3:15:41Speaker 9: In that.
- 3:15:45Speaker 2: Journey of comfort, like I feel in my hips. My
- 3:15:58Speaker 2: hips feel really and also my light back as well.
- 3:16:07Speaker 2: My lighter back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:16:13Speaker 2: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching
- 3:16:19Speaker 2: as far as my way that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:16:22Speaker 2: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 3:16:26Speaker 2: there is a natural stretch as the tension has reduced
- 3:16:35Speaker 2: a lot. And I'm now going to count down from
- 3:16:54Speaker 2: ten down to one. You can continue to film one
- 3:17:05Speaker 2: if the last ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three,
- 3:17:41Speaker 2: two one. Relax. So I'm just going to count down
- 3:18:04Speaker 2: from five down to one and as a countdown, and
- 3:18:09Speaker 2: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down.
- 3:18:16Speaker 2: And notice how you feel in this moment as you
- 3:18:26Speaker 2: hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting
- 3:18:33Speaker 2: down represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:18:44Speaker 2: but also relaxing your mind. Just notice how you feel.
- 3:18:53Speaker 2: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:18:59Speaker 2: to think of. Starting with number five, four three two one,
- 3:19:52Speaker 2: did you notice the gradual.
- 3:20:00Speaker 6: Letting go.
- 3:20:03Speaker 2: Of the tension in your body? You may also begin
- 3:20:10Speaker 2: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:20:17Speaker 2: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:20:26Speaker 2: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:20:34Speaker 2: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:20:42Speaker 2: And the more your mid relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:20:46Speaker 2: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation. And is that
- 3:20:57Speaker 2: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:21:05Speaker 2: if this background sounds, even your side online is still
- 3:21:13Speaker 2: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:21:18Speaker 2: the television on. There's no music in the background unless
- 3:21:23Speaker 2: you're listening to the recorded with music. Of course, you
- 3:21:31Speaker 2: are very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:21:33Speaker 2: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:21:37Speaker 2: generally it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 3:21:40Speaker 2: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:21:52Speaker 2: about stuff, really station automatically rises, the sense of comfort
- 3:22:09Speaker 2: starts to grow, and without trying to build it up
- 3:22:18Speaker 2: into something fantastical, something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 3:22:32Speaker 2: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:22:43Speaker 2: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:22:50Speaker 2: no effort into it. It's not something that you can
- 3:22:54Speaker 2: really force. It's something that happens naturally. A part of
- 3:23:06Speaker 2: the process of this recording and others is simply to
- 3:23:18Speaker 2: allow you to take advantage of this space, this time,
- 3:23:31Speaker 2: to just let go, to just be here, to be
- 3:23:43Speaker 2: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:23:59Speaker 2: of wanting to relax deeply, that maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:24:11Speaker 2: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself
- 3:24:18Speaker 2: in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority
- 3:24:34Speaker 2: of the process of falling asleep. The actual fall in
- 3:24:39Speaker 2: the sleep part is the tiny bear at the end.
- 3:24:45Speaker 2: The deeper relaxed you become, the easier you find yourself rifting.
- 3:25:10Speaker 2: You can also if you choose to stay focused on
- 3:25:16Speaker 2: my voice and really enjoy the process, congradually relaxing each
- 3:25:45Speaker 2: muscle in your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation
- 3:26:17Speaker 2: of letting go completely. This time I will account from
- 3:26:33Speaker 2: six down to one. You can notice your mind calming
- 3:26:46Speaker 2: down with each number that you hear me saying, naterally,
- 3:27:02Speaker 2: come pa, six, five, six, three, being aware of how
- 3:30:08Speaker 2: your mind slowed right down, sinking deeply into relaxation. As
- 3:30:37Speaker 2: you focus on your mind.
- 3:30:39Speaker 14: It.
- 3:30:43Speaker 2: May notice that there are some thoughts still there, maybe
- 3:30:52Speaker 2: some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need your attention.
- 3:31:09Speaker 2: That's something you can.
- 3:31:10Speaker 14: Do is.
- 3:31:16Speaker 2: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love,
- 3:31:30Speaker 2: my little petals for my flower. Just sprinkle over the petals,
- 3:31:36Speaker 2: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts mother,
- 3:31:46Speaker 2: you are bending the number. You just need them. You
- 3:31:52Speaker 2: require them to just calm down, down, quiet down.
- 3:32:07Speaker 1: For now.
- 3:32:16Speaker 2: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 3:32:21Speaker 2: count down this time from seven down to one, with
- 3:32:26Speaker 2: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:32:42Speaker 2: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:32:55Speaker 2: melt away, relax deeply everything the thoughts will become had relaxed.
- 3:33:22Speaker 2: Starting if not the second six five fo it is
- 3:36:00Speaker 2: how relaxed your feeling in your body. We got to
- 3:36:21Speaker 2: focus on your hands because the more relaxed your hands
- 3:36:35Speaker 2: on the more relaxed your body and mind. This you
- 3:36:58Speaker 2: focus on your hands and your fingers. It's nothing needed
- 3:37:09Speaker 2: to be done. There's like clinching the fists or dents
- 3:37:15Speaker 2: in the fingers or anything like that. It's just noticing
- 3:37:27Speaker 2: and focusing on your hands. Noticing the early film because
- 3:37:54Speaker 2: the all relax your hands out my calm, my mind fails,
- 3:38:08Speaker 2: and all confidences fail throughout your body. Ge may have already.
- 3:38:35Speaker 14: Not ticed.
- 3:38:40Speaker 2: Hell mind is starting dress fix him. Just on your
- 3:39:16Speaker 2: hands and fingers, allowing the shape experience. I'm real deepening
- 3:39:35Speaker 2: of that relaxation in your hands and fingers and more relaxed.
- 3:39:57Speaker 2: With each number eight down to one, you can almost
- 3:40:17Speaker 2: feel that healing, relaxing energy spread it into your hands
- 3:40:28Speaker 2: and fingers, becoming relaxing. With each number.
- 3:40:49Speaker 6: You hear.
- 3:40:53Speaker 2: Going down eight, down to one drift, drift again, spotting paz.
- 3:41:26Speaker 6: I ight.
- 3:42:05Speaker 2: Seven. Just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing
- 3:45:23Speaker 2: to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 3:45:39Speaker 2: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 3:45:47Speaker 2: you just normally feel when you take away the other
- 3:45:54Speaker 2: stuff that we add think glass, stress of my head
- 3:46:05Speaker 2: of thinking, anxiety, tension, genuinely thinking about stuff. We take
- 3:46:21Speaker 2: that away just what we do we do ow. We
- 3:46:31Speaker 2: left with a real sense of deasoness which comes to
- 3:46:43Speaker 2: you for a good plan because ultimately it's just a
- 3:46:51Speaker 2: feeling of feeling and comfort amost as if you've got
- 3:47:04Speaker 2: inside yourself, you've found a special place where everything is basful,
- 3:47:20Speaker 2: place way in the film, relaxed and your natural sense
- 3:47:28Speaker 2: of comfort. Place we can be here, we can accept
- 3:47:40Speaker 2: yourself when you will place where you are trying to
- 3:47:49Speaker 2: please anybody else, and place where you can actually just
- 3:48:04Speaker 2: love yourself in some ways. More importantly, you can like yourself,
- 3:48:13Speaker 2: appreciate that sense of gratitude the air. That's as place
- 3:48:41Speaker 2: where you can actually feel the healing energy sucking into
- 3:48:51Speaker 2: your body, heating energy soaking into your body, the healing
- 3:49:09Speaker 2: energy spreads through your veins, traveling to each every single
- 3:49:21Speaker 2: part of your body. You start to realize that actually,
- 3:49:33Speaker 2: the healing energy, it's not just entered into your brain,
- 3:49:41Speaker 2: it's become part of your brain, and the spinal fluid
- 3:49:54Speaker 2: is now mixed up healing energy.
- 3:50:01Speaker 6: Not just.
- 3:50:04Speaker 2: Allowing you to feel so much more relaxed and healthy
- 3:50:12Speaker 2: in this moment, but also you start to realize that actually,
- 3:50:26Speaker 2: what's happening now without a healing, relaxing energy spreading through
- 3:50:35Speaker 2: your body is actually changing your life, sactually changing the
- 3:50:48Speaker 2: way you're going to feel, not just now, but tomorrow
- 3:50:55Speaker 2: and the next day. There's your health improved, not just
- 3:51:04Speaker 2: your physical health beyond mental health. Things that used to
- 3:51:12Speaker 2: bother you in the past, for some reason, no longer
- 3:51:19Speaker 2: have the effect that they used to because something has
- 3:51:26Speaker 2: changed deeper within you. Maybe things that used to cause
- 3:51:39Speaker 2: you to feel anger no longer have that power to
- 3:51:52Speaker 2: control you the way they seem to be able to before.
- 3:52:01Speaker 2: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 3:52:12Speaker 2: affects you, you're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 3:52:25Speaker 2: and calm when you choose to enjoy noticing, these natural
- 3:52:38Speaker 2: developments of the healing continue to grow and improve your
- 3:52:51Speaker 2: life day by day include of course, your ability to
- 3:53:05Speaker 2: relax so much easier than sleeping. It's the most natural
- 3:53:20Speaker 2: thing in the world to you because falling asleep is
- 3:53:31Speaker 2: something that you've done so many times in your life,
- 3:53:42Speaker 2: and you know that you're born as we all work
- 3:53:47Speaker 2: with the ability to fall asleep, naturally, born with that
- 3:54:00Speaker 2: ability to just drift off into a deep he sleep.
- 3:54:18Speaker 2: Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we
- 3:54:22Speaker 2: don't even want to try to stay awake. Maybe it's
- 3:54:29Speaker 2: a birthday in the morning, though it's Christmas or holiday
- 3:54:34Speaker 2: or something we look forward to, I don't want to
- 3:54:36Speaker 2: go to sleep. But the more we want to stay awake,
- 3:54:43Speaker 2: the more we just start to drift. And the more
- 3:54:51Speaker 2: he finds drifting. Try to stop yourself and drift in
- 3:54:56Speaker 2: a shame. The deeper stro without drifting becomes. Because we're
- 3:55:09Speaker 2: born not just with the need to relax deeply and
- 3:55:16Speaker 2: to actually fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's part
- 3:55:26Speaker 2: of our DNA, and sometimes as we get older in life,
- 3:55:38Speaker 2: perhaps at times we have forgotten the relaxing completely is
- 3:55:52Speaker 2: not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:56:16Speaker 2: It's very very easy to let go, because that's what
- 3:56:24Speaker 2: it is. It's just deciding until let go. And when
- 3:56:38Speaker 2: you press the play button on my recordings, you have
- 3:56:46Speaker 2: given permission from my voice to relax. When you press
- 3:56:57Speaker 2: that play button, you have given me permission for my
- 3:57:03Speaker 2: words to effect in a positive, only a positive way,
- 3:57:21Speaker 2: opening up your mind to useful and healing suggestions. They
- 3:57:45Speaker 2: can have such an amazing effect on how you feel
- 3:57:57Speaker 2: right now, as well as those changes that continue long
- 3:58:12Speaker 2: after the recording ends. Those changes within you to continue
- 3:58:22Speaker 2: to flourish and grow, transforming your life in positive, beautiful way,
- 3:58:42Speaker 2: allowing you to move forward in your life in the
- 3:58:49Speaker 2: direction that you choose for yourself. And this feeling, this
- 3:59:06Speaker 2: feeling that he can experience a safety, comfort, calmness. This
- 3:59:22Speaker 2: feels so nice, such a healthy place to be, and
- 3:59:44Speaker 2: that positivity grows within you each and every day. Moving forward,
- 4:00:05Speaker 2: you're going to find that you're more relaxed physically and
- 4:00:17Speaker 2: in your mind it's all relaxed. And it's not that
- 4:00:25Speaker 2: you're thinking slower. It's just that your mind would be
- 4:00:31Speaker 2: less knocked up with unnecessary negativity because from now on,
- 4:00:44Speaker 2: your mind rejects negativity. From now you're going to start
- 4:00:54Speaker 2: noticing when negativity arise and you can just say stop, stop,
- 4:01:13Speaker 2: and that negativity turn around and the leading you stop
- 4:01:33Speaker 2: and that negativity disappear. And did you notice that you
- 4:01:49Speaker 2: feel way more relaxed than you probably expected. You can
- 4:02:03Speaker 2: now congratulate yourself because you're the person that has done this.
- 4:02:14Speaker 2: You are the one that has opened your mind up
- 4:02:20Speaker 2: to the simple facts. And you can feel more relaxed
- 4:02:29Speaker 2: in your body and in your mind. You've opened your
- 4:02:38Speaker 2: mind up to the birthright of being able to just
- 4:02:46Speaker 2: fall asleep easily when you cheers. And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:03:03Speaker 2: Don't you think it feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel calm?
- 4:03:15Speaker 2: From here? The energy is spreading through your body in
- 4:03:19Speaker 2: your mind to spend time a special place where negativity
- 4:03:37Speaker 2: can no longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's barred, it's
- 4:03:50Speaker 2: not allowed. Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to
- 4:03:57Speaker 2: be here. It doesn't be long here. Negativity has no
- 4:04:04Speaker 2: place in your life, which makes room for more comfort
- 4:04:22Speaker 2: or hearing, or relaxation or peace. It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:04:52Speaker 2: Just echo everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty
- 4:05:18Speaker 2: down to one. You can continue to relax if he cheers.
- 4:05:28Speaker 2: You can drest to sleep with every number he'p me saved.
- 4:05:46Speaker 2: You can fill twice is relaxed, or if you choose,
- 4:05:54Speaker 2: you can fill twice sleeping twenty ninety eighteen, seventeen, sixty
- 4:06:53Speaker 2: fifty four, t say too well eleven ten, nine, eight,
- 4:08:00Speaker 2: six five shots to just take a break your time, relax,
- 4:09:17Speaker 2: to allow your mind to slow down, to give yourself
- 4:09:29Speaker 2: permission to take a break from everything. Endure the only
- 4:09:48Speaker 2: person that can make that decision. You're the only person
- 4:09:55Speaker 2: that can actually tell your mind just relax. Just take
- 4:10:15Speaker 2: some time off so that you can focus on your body,
- 4:10:30Speaker 2: get in touch with how you feel physically and in
- 4:10:45Speaker 2: the process of this body scared where you focus on
- 4:10:53Speaker 2: different parts of your body, those parts that you focus
- 4:11:03Speaker 2: on and observe, even though you're not perpsy requesting those
- 4:11:15Speaker 2: parts of your body to relax. It's kind of expected.
- 4:11:22Speaker 2: You expect when you listen to my worst to feel
- 4:11:29Speaker 2: more rest naturally, because when you're listening to me, your
- 4:11:43Speaker 2: attention is focused on my words, and as my words
- 4:11:56Speaker 2: guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:12:10Speaker 2: your focus increases, which actually calms your mind. When your
- 4:12:32Speaker 2: mind calms down, your body relaxes, and when your body
- 4:12:55Speaker 2: calms down, mind relaxes, though not really started to focus
- 4:13:20Speaker 2: on your body already. Feel that energy spreading through your body,
- 4:13:40Speaker 2: pushing out stress, attention, he all the parts of your body, bleeding, skin,
- 4:13:59Speaker 2: the blood, all of your audience inside your body, of
- 4:14:08Speaker 2: the muscles or of the fat, of everything. Every hair
- 4:14:17Speaker 2: on your body is filled without healing energy. Knowing your
- 4:14:31Speaker 2: brain fills without healing energy, the feed and comfort relaxation increases,
- 4:15:02Speaker 2: take pay increases in a way, your mind starts to
- 4:15:20Speaker 2: fill perhaps been to rousing because it's not needed, and
- 4:15:36Speaker 2: they starts to drift. If that's what's needed. So you're
- 4:15:56Speaker 2: listening to this, you need is deeply relaxation, that's where
- 4:16:03Speaker 2: you get. If what you need is to fall asleep
- 4:16:12Speaker 2: naturally easily, that your mind drifts. That's also what happened
- 4:16:27Speaker 2: because my pressing out play button on the podcast and
- 4:16:35Speaker 2: listening to me give permission your body and your mind
- 4:16:45Speaker 2: in fact, give the command to your body and your
- 4:16:54Speaker 2: mind to relax deeply, to drift off to sleep if
- 4:17:08Speaker 2: that's what you want. Need em As I focus on
- 4:17:25Speaker 2: different parts of your body, you may start to just
- 4:17:36Speaker 2: drift and then you come back again. You hear me
- 4:17:44Speaker 2: talk again, focusing on a different parts of your body.
- 4:17:54Speaker 2: You may find just drifting. Be don't realize you're drifting
- 4:18:05Speaker 2: into your song, drifting d to gain to the voice.
- 4:18:14Speaker 2: Like I said, what a different parts of your body
- 4:18:19Speaker 2: spots to relax save because I'm drifted. It's basically already
- 4:18:33Speaker 2: in the sleep sound. And the more you draft, the
- 4:18:43Speaker 2: long you drifted. The long draft that shave drifted continues
- 4:18:56Speaker 2: into sleep. And that's the last to my in you're
- 4:19:11Speaker 2: in time when you've experienced the I about to sleep.
- 4:19:25Speaker 2: If you don't have to sleep, it's strang pleasant sor
- 4:19:35Speaker 2: accent so deep sleep feels so nice to accent. He
- 4:20:02Speaker 2: finds you feel that which is spreading through baxes deeplyxes
- 4:20:37Speaker 2: starts your eyes, shows, schists, sex, siss spreading side your body.
- 4:23:14Speaker 2: You Now it's focus again parts of your body, focusing
- 4:23:31Speaker 2: this time on your forehead. Now on your mouth, your lips,
- 4:23:44Speaker 2: your time, hold of your mouth. Focus in one you fingers.
- 4:24:09Speaker 2: Maybe you get if your fingers a little bits, you
- 4:24:14Speaker 2: can focus on each one individually, both hands, even though
- 4:24:30Speaker 2: it should focus on both of your hands. Now I
- 4:24:35Speaker 2: seemed to just built into one. Maybe your hands started
- 4:24:46Speaker 2: left hand and worst as if just mix thegether alphat is.
- 4:25:08Speaker 14: Just like s.
- 4:25:11Speaker 2: As Althams said, fas just see.
- 4:26:16Speaker 19: S sec of six sections famous not you said.
- 4:29:45Speaker 2: I say fis to say your mind feels now, let
- 4:30:34Speaker 2: him go, let him go, let's say go if leting go,
- 4:31:15Speaker 2: leting go, let's go everything everything we start now, and
- 4:31:52Speaker 2: like you, just the first of all, just to see
- 4:31:54Speaker 2: yourself lay down and that makes such lying on your front,
- 4:32:04Speaker 2: your head is supported, your arms are supported, and you
- 4:32:12Speaker 2: feel comfortable and breathing is really easy, and you feel
- 4:32:22Speaker 2: you feel confident in how you look as well. So
- 4:32:25Speaker 2: there's none of that issue of body problems or shyness
- 4:32:30Speaker 2: because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:32:39Speaker 2: so none of that stuff matters on whatsoever. This is
- 4:32:47Speaker 2: about you. This is about how you feel, how you
- 4:32:56Speaker 2: can enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes
- 4:33:03Speaker 2: from letting go and allowing my hands and my fingers
- 4:33:10Speaker 2: to relax you by a message your body soon starts off.
- 4:33:23Speaker 2: Just by placing my hands on the back of your head,
- 4:33:29Speaker 2: just gently, just you can feel my hands feel like
- 4:33:35Speaker 2: really on you, so you can maybe feel the warmth
- 4:33:42Speaker 2: of my hands on the back of your head with
- 4:33:47Speaker 2: my hands the side of your head, not pressing, but
- 4:33:51Speaker 2: just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears, and
- 4:33:58Speaker 2: a little bit on your face, just so you can
- 4:34:01Speaker 2: feel my hands so you can become accustomed to them.
- 4:34:17Speaker 2: And now I'll put my hands on the back of
- 4:34:19Speaker 2: your head again and gently let them slide down on
- 4:34:27Speaker 2: to the back of your neck. You can feel my
- 4:34:36Speaker 2: hands gently stroke in the back of your neck and
- 4:34:46Speaker 2: start with just so you can get used to the
- 4:34:54Speaker 2: the feeling of my hands on your skin, get accustomed
- 4:34:58Speaker 2: to realize that you're safe and it's all good, it's
- 4:35:06Speaker 2: all fine. And I want to start gently massaging the
- 4:35:17Speaker 2: muscles in the back of your neck with both hands.
- 4:35:33Speaker 2: And this is a very trusting situation really, because our
- 4:35:39Speaker 2: necks are so fragile to have someone have their hands
- 4:35:45Speaker 2: around your neck in that way and sometimes be problematic
- 4:35:50Speaker 2: for people, which is why massages are quite good, because
- 4:35:55Speaker 2: it allows you to relax and to get in touch
- 4:36:04Speaker 2: with trust, to feel peaceful and calm. There's a massage
- 4:36:22Speaker 2: the side of your neck, gently moving from the bottom
- 4:36:30Speaker 2: of your neck. It would be sort of near where
- 4:36:34Speaker 2: your shoulders start, I guess, all the way up to
- 4:36:39Speaker 2: your jaw. Is kind of area the side of your neck,
- 4:36:48Speaker 2: and of course it's a lot longer than the front
- 4:36:50Speaker 2: of your neck. The message in the back of your neck,
- 4:37:10Speaker 2: especially that area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's
- 4:37:19Speaker 2: that area's message. You can actually feel a sense of
- 4:37:24Speaker 2: release in the back of your neck. Maybe you can
- 4:37:33Speaker 2: breathe it out as well, not just how it feels,
- 4:37:38Speaker 2: not just how you feel. They're moving down to that
- 4:37:51Speaker 2: area between your neck and your shoulders, that musty area.
- 4:37:59Speaker 2: Started to message that area on both sides. This would
- 4:38:07Speaker 2: be the area that a lot of people would message
- 4:38:09Speaker 2: if they were going to give you, like a shoulder message.
- 4:38:14Speaker 2: Even that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the
- 4:38:18Speaker 2: muscles that lead to the shoulders from the neck and
- 4:38:25Speaker 2: the game that can hold tension and stress. And when massaged,
- 4:38:32Speaker 2: sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and you decide
- 4:38:39Speaker 2: how deep that message is. Just allow my knuckles just
- 4:38:58Speaker 2: to dig in to get to those muscles, to really
- 4:39:06Speaker 2: relaxed up all the time, being firm, yets gentle with it,
- 4:39:26Speaker 2: and just striking down the area to your actual shoulders,
- 4:39:35Speaker 2: moving the muscles of your shoulders and maybe initially just
- 4:39:47Speaker 2: pulling up the shoulders a little bit off the table,
- 4:39:51Speaker 2: just to give you a little bit of a stretch
- 4:39:55Speaker 2: very gently. You've got the muscles at the front of
- 4:40:04Speaker 2: your shoulders, the sides of the bank. Again, this is
- 4:40:16Speaker 2: the part that you can really take quite a bit
- 4:40:20Speaker 2: of pressure, quite a bit of needed if if you
- 4:40:28Speaker 2: wish to really release the tension to really get into
- 4:40:36Speaker 2: those muscles and let your fingers in there. You feel
- 4:40:44Speaker 2: really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked gently, being messaged
- 4:40:54Speaker 2: quite strongly. It can all be beneficial shop to do
- 4:41:02Speaker 2: your conversation with the muscles in your shoulders. Now you
- 4:41:20Speaker 2: move down your arms. You do one arm at a time,
- 4:41:31Speaker 2: starting with your right arm. What the is I just
- 4:41:41Speaker 2: lift your arm up, just hold it to the side
- 4:41:45Speaker 2: of you. I would still be attached, and I just
- 4:41:52Speaker 2: message tops of your arms all the way down to
- 4:42:07Speaker 2: your forearms into your wrists. Gently massage in that parts,
- 4:42:34Speaker 2: the softer part, which is the underpart of the arm,
- 4:42:41Speaker 2: which leads to the crease in your rowboe the inside.
- 4:42:46Speaker 2: It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked
- 4:43:03Speaker 2: kind of feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving
- 4:43:19Speaker 2: down to your right hand, just holding your hand in
- 4:43:33Speaker 2: both of my hands, just pressing gently on the back
- 4:43:42Speaker 2: of your hand, stretching your fingers ever slightly at the
- 4:43:54Speaker 2: same time pressing down and messaging each finger, and then
- 4:44:09Speaker 2: starting to massage the palms and the hand. Just turning
- 4:44:20Speaker 2: the hand gently, stretching it gently and actually have in
- 4:44:31Speaker 2: your handheld can really be an emotional experience sometimes even
- 4:44:39Speaker 2: if it is a stranger. So when you don't know
- 4:44:44Speaker 2: very well, like a massage person or a therapist, maybe
- 4:44:51Speaker 2: because it's intimate, you can feel nice, you can feel safe.
- 4:45:13Speaker 2: And as I put that right arm back down where
- 4:45:16Speaker 2: it was, I did the same with your left arm,
- 4:45:27Speaker 2: thankfully the same assidegy the muscles, and you are all
- 4:45:38Speaker 2: way down, dear, rest striking inside of your own just
- 4:45:52Speaker 2: being gentle, was as firm as you require. And then
- 4:46:06Speaker 2: massagy your left hand, stretching the fingers gently, massaging the
- 4:46:22Speaker 2: palm of your left hand. You feel so so relaxing,
- 4:46:49Speaker 2: so I can't get him, and I'll just rest your
- 4:47:06Speaker 2: left arm back down, start to message your back, the
- 4:47:20Speaker 2: biggest part of your body, starting at the top, starting
- 4:47:31Speaker 2: a game where you would have been the area at
- 4:47:35Speaker 2: the top in between your shoulders and your egg going
- 4:47:41Speaker 2: back massage in the area again, but this time moving downwards,
- 4:47:54Speaker 2: making it downward stroke to a middle life back. Working
- 4:48:03Speaker 2: for me outside inwards, massage in that your back, but
- 4:48:11Speaker 2: the outside of your back parts. Your arms will maybe
- 4:48:24Speaker 2: rest against almost the path that connects your front to
- 4:48:37Speaker 2: your back. Just massaging down firmly but gently, as firm
- 4:48:55Speaker 2: as you want, moving down and moving across a little
- 4:49:03Speaker 2: bed and moving all the way down again, be very gentle.
- 4:49:09Speaker 2: You have a few shoes. Eventually even get to the spine.
- 4:49:22Speaker 2: We can message the muscles on either side of your
- 4:49:26Speaker 2: spine from the top of your neck or the way
- 4:49:30Speaker 2: down to your lower back. You can do that a
- 4:49:41Speaker 2: few times. Sometimes people juice the knuckle or the you know,
- 4:49:52Speaker 2: the two fingers. Just going a side of the spine,
- 4:49:58Speaker 2: almost just push down. You're all the way down to
- 4:50:02Speaker 2: the bottom of the spine, each time releasing tension and
- 4:50:10Speaker 2: opening up the body, stretching your body so that you
- 4:50:19Speaker 2: feel more relaxed but at the same time rejuvenated. And
- 4:50:37Speaker 2: now I'm going to move to one side, to your
- 4:50:41Speaker 2: right side, and from the bottom of your lips to
- 4:50:50Speaker 2: your pelvis, we're gonna message that area of your back
- 4:50:58Speaker 2: or stretch over the other side side and I will
- 4:51:01Speaker 2: pull the muscles gently. A massage will push from one
- 4:51:08Speaker 2: end that side will way to my side to the
- 4:51:12Speaker 2: middle of the fact to where your spine is massaging
- 4:51:18Speaker 2: that side of your spine the opposite side to where
- 4:51:22Speaker 2: I'm standing. It's almost likely kneading bread. There's a big
- 4:51:31Speaker 2: area which is firm yet lots there to message. Potentially
- 4:51:43Speaker 2: one of the most important places to actually have a
- 4:51:47Speaker 2: message because you really feel it, really feel the release
- 4:51:56Speaker 2: and the pleasure of having your lower back massaged. It
- 4:52:04Speaker 2: releases so much from your body that's not useful, starting
- 4:52:13Speaker 2: a healing process which will continue long after this recording
- 4:52:19Speaker 2: is over. The messaging this part of your body noinely
- 4:52:31Speaker 2: feels really good for you. It's actually fun to do
- 4:52:38Speaker 2: because it is, as I said, like kneaded bread. It's
- 4:52:43Speaker 2: a part that you can really get hold of and
- 4:52:47Speaker 2: really massage deeply. If that's your choice. They're not going
- 4:53:01Speaker 2: to move over to the other side of your body
- 4:53:04Speaker 2: and do the same with the opposite part of your
- 4:53:12Speaker 2: lower back. Kneeding and messaging from your side away to
- 4:53:24Speaker 2: the middle of your back where your spine is pressing
- 4:53:32Speaker 2: and kneading firm and gentle at the same time, it
- 4:53:43Speaker 2: feels so releasing mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation
- 4:53:58Speaker 2: or mixed together. Plus there's that feeling from your stomach
- 4:54:08Speaker 2: that it's being stretched. Even though you're in your stomach
- 4:54:13Speaker 2: now you can feeling being stretched because the whole area
- 4:54:17Speaker 2: is connected to your stomach. Now we're going to move
- 4:54:29Speaker 2: or move further up to your top of your body,
- 4:54:34Speaker 2: and we did the same this time, starting with upper back.
- 4:54:43Speaker 2: Put my hands forward over and messive massage in that
- 4:54:49Speaker 2: area up to your spine, from the side of your
- 4:54:55Speaker 2: body up to your spine to some of them a
- 4:55:00Speaker 2: siage area, the muscle tissue, wherever fatty tissue even will
- 4:55:07Speaker 2: be possibly from your chest. It's all connected. Chest and
- 4:55:13Speaker 2: the back connect together. I'm going to be massaging and
- 4:55:20Speaker 2: just pulling some of that skin from your side up
- 4:55:27Speaker 2: the massage in the area of your upper back all
- 4:55:35Speaker 2: the way into your spine, and then I'll move down
- 4:55:42Speaker 2: a bit and I'll continue with the middle of your
- 4:55:45Speaker 2: back doing exactly the same thing. There's gentle as deep
- 4:55:54Speaker 2: as you choes. Now I'll move on the other side
- 4:56:06Speaker 2: again and do the exact same thing with the top
- 4:56:11Speaker 2: of your back on the other side. From pretty much
- 4:56:20Speaker 2: underneath you are are you really to your spine, and
- 4:56:33Speaker 2: then continue in that all the way down including your
- 4:56:40Speaker 2: lower your middle of your back. Now I'm gonna go
- 4:56:57Speaker 2: to your fish, backs of your thighs, and the sides
- 4:57:04Speaker 2: of your thighs, starting with your right leg. Massage the
- 4:57:16Speaker 2: back and the sides of your thighs gently and firmly.
- 4:57:27Speaker 2: There's a lot of muscles there. Scenario that can be
- 4:57:31Speaker 2: very tense at times and maybe needs a little bit
- 4:57:35Speaker 2: more pressure than the rest of the body that's up
- 4:57:39Speaker 2: to you. You can gently strike the back of your
- 4:57:49Speaker 2: legs where you know obviously your knee joint or underneath
- 4:57:55Speaker 2: your knee joint, very sensitive, gentle area, and working down
- 4:58:08Speaker 2: to your calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles thoroughly
- 4:58:17Speaker 2: and deeply, if you choose, using both hands fingers, digging
- 4:58:31Speaker 2: deep to your ankles, in the back of your back
- 4:58:45Speaker 2: of your ankles, just generally massage in that area, maybe
- 4:58:59Speaker 2: left in the egg and stretching a little bit. Moving
- 4:59:13Speaker 2: to the right foot, massage the bottom of your feet
- 4:59:32Speaker 2: and the size of your feet gently but firm enough
- 4:59:44Speaker 2: so they don't tickle. Just a low The pleasure that
- 4:59:54Speaker 2: you get from having your feet massage. M hmm, to
- 5:00:00Speaker 2: just overtake you as I continue to message your feet,
- 5:00:09Speaker 2: the bottoms of your feet, the sides, your arches, your heel.
- 5:00:19Speaker 2: You put a lot of pressure into your heel and
- 5:00:22Speaker 2: it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be a
- 5:00:27Speaker 2: bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message in
- 5:00:39Speaker 2: the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each one individually.
- 5:00:56Speaker 2: Moving over to the left leg to do exact play
- 5:01:00Speaker 2: the same thing. Starting at the top of the thighs,
- 5:01:10Speaker 2: work in the back of the thighs and the size.
- 5:01:14Speaker 2: Massageant deeply and gently the whole area, working all the
- 5:01:25Speaker 2: way down. And this is an area that maybe you
- 5:01:38Speaker 2: could like to spend more time relaxing and message. So
- 5:01:45Speaker 2: perhaps if you wanted, I could make a future recording.
- 5:01:51Speaker 2: Want spend more time on one particular area. She moved
- 5:02:01Speaker 2: down to your calf muscles. Massage your calf muscles and
- 5:02:18Speaker 2: gently moved down your ankle to your feet. Massages backs
- 5:02:33Speaker 2: of your feet, bumbles of your feet, stretching your toes
- 5:02:44Speaker 2: and massage in each to individually that feeling of pleasure
- 5:02:52Speaker 2: and release. The experience with your having your feet massaged
- 5:03:00Speaker 2: feels really good. Now she turned over in your mind.
- 5:03:20Speaker 2: Playing on your back. It's gonna start again your unique
- 5:03:34Speaker 2: area in your shoulders, just to get back in touch
- 5:03:49Speaker 2: with that area. Lets you move up. I can clean
- 5:04:06Speaker 2: my hands with a little fresh He's now gonna massage
- 5:04:12Speaker 2: your face simply, starting off with your forehead. Your eyes
- 5:04:28Speaker 2: are closed, Just stretch your eyes a little bit, pushing
- 5:04:36Speaker 2: up on your eyebrows. Just massage in around your scalp,
- 5:04:52Speaker 2: massaging down your cheeks, around your ears, into your chaw,
- 5:05:03Speaker 2: gently the sides of your neck.
- 5:05:13Speaker 6: Chin.
- 5:05:25Speaker 2: They just move it down your back, down to your chest.
- 5:05:36Speaker 2: Start to put message in the very top of your
- 5:05:40Speaker 2: chest with the collar bones. Give a side of the collarbone.
- 5:05:58Speaker 2: They just aside to the whole of the chest, moving
- 5:06:11Speaker 2: the chest around. Because it's quite a large area. You
- 5:06:25Speaker 2: can move from one side to the next. Moving my
- 5:06:33Speaker 2: heads underneath you pretty much re arms on, stretching up,
- 5:06:45Speaker 2: stretching some of the muscles of your back in the process,
- 5:06:54Speaker 2: moving up o your chest and then moving down again.
- 5:07:15Speaker 2: Then allowed my hands. They just massage gently and slide
- 5:07:21Speaker 2: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of your chest,
- 5:07:31Speaker 2: and then gradually my head's moving apart and a massage
- 5:07:37Speaker 2: and sliding at the same time, moving down to just
- 5:07:47Speaker 2: below your red cage, moving down then messaging up a game,
- 5:08:06Speaker 2: giving your chest all your attention when it needs to
- 5:08:14Speaker 2: feel completely relaxed, remembering them more circularly, focusing on your
- 5:08:28Speaker 2: sides as well, an area that really doesn't get much attention,
- 5:08:36Speaker 2: that feels really good when it's massaged. Just stroking my
- 5:08:46Speaker 2: hands down the sides of your body, just below your arms,
- 5:08:54Speaker 2: all the way down to your hips. Now move into
- 5:09:07Speaker 2: your stomach area. We can stand one side of you
- 5:09:13Speaker 2: like I did when I digital lower back when a
- 5:09:18Speaker 2: similar process and just stretching the muscles from your side,
- 5:09:28Speaker 2: gently massaging from one side to the next.
- 5:09:39Speaker 16: Move in.
- 5:09:42Speaker 2: The whole area from blow your ribs all the way
- 5:09:47Speaker 2: down to blow your belly button, and then move around
- 5:09:58Speaker 2: to the outside of you. Repeat that process of relaxing deeply, calmly.
- 5:10:17Speaker 2: You feel loose, you feel free. There's something about having
- 5:10:25Speaker 2: your stomach message. It's different from any other part because
- 5:10:33Speaker 2: we do have a tendency fold in a different kind
- 5:10:38Speaker 2: of stress in your stomach that we may not be
- 5:10:42Speaker 2: aware of. As an old message your stomach in front
- 5:10:53Speaker 2: of your stomach they can circles around the bottom, then
- 5:11:06Speaker 2: going the other way around. The gentleness and of freedom
- 5:11:17Speaker 2: that comes from feeling how you're feeling. There's a now,
- 5:11:28Speaker 2: move down the tops of your thighs, muscles, massage in them.
- 5:11:37Speaker 2: I can do this to your legs at the same time,
- 5:11:43Speaker 2: pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs, the
- 5:11:52Speaker 2: front of your thighs, moving down to your knees, gently
- 5:12:03Speaker 2: massaging your knees, Sliding down your shins, pressure on either
- 5:12:15Speaker 2: side of your shins gently, softly but firmly, moving down
- 5:12:28Speaker 2: to your ankles, stroking the tops of your feet, and
- 5:12:43Speaker 2: then with each foot in each hand, just gently massaging
- 5:12:50Speaker 2: the hole of the foot, the top, the bottom, your heel,
- 5:12:58Speaker 2: your ankle, your toast, ma'sach in every part of your feet.
- 5:13:11Speaker 2: Feels so good to still let go an enjoy the process,
- 5:13:23Speaker 2: enjoy so deeply relaxed, so much comfort, so many feelings
- 5:13:45Speaker 2: to come just from touching your skin. And you can,
- 5:13:59Speaker 2: just as well as you choose, enjoy the fear of
- 5:14:12Speaker 2: deep comfort being massaged. I mean, enjoy fear deeps. And
- 5:14:49Speaker 2: all we're gonna do is blow out some candles in
- 5:14:58Speaker 2: your mind. There are gonna be a hundred candles, and
- 5:15:20Speaker 2: you're going to blow each one out individually, one by one,
- 5:15:29Speaker 2: starting at one hundred. As I count down on the
- 5:15:39Speaker 2: way down to one. At least time I say a number,
- 5:15:52Speaker 2: you can imagine that candle in front of you, and
- 5:15:59Speaker 2: I'd like you to actually physically gently blow that candle out,
- 5:16:15Speaker 2: just it's not big blows, just a gentle, and that
- 5:16:28Speaker 2: candle will extinguish. And then I'll say the next number
- 5:16:39Speaker 2: we moved down, and.
- 5:16:43Speaker 6: You just.
- 5:16:48Speaker 2: Plow that one out as well. And as we move
- 5:16:57Speaker 2: down the numbers, you'll find yourself feeding more and more relaxed.
- 5:17:11Speaker 2: If you need to sleep, you'll also find yourself becoming
- 5:17:19Speaker 2: incredibly tired and sleeping. In fact, you may struggle to
- 5:17:33Speaker 2: blow out all one hundred of these candles. As you
- 5:17:47Speaker 2: feel more and more deeply relaxed, more more deeply tied,
- 5:18:18Speaker 2: and the fur go down, the more you might starts
- 5:18:29Speaker 2: to drift. You may find they stop listening to me
- 5:18:42Speaker 2: after a while. And even though that may be background
- 5:18:55Speaker 2: sounds where you are, you'll be aware of those sounds
- 5:19:06Speaker 2: at the moment he may start just or even notice
- 5:19:22Speaker 2: them at all, because they are unimportant where I am
- 5:19:43Speaker 2: look at the sounds of the birds. There's Morris the
- 5:19:48Speaker 2: pigeon likes to say, I love sometimes, and there's the
- 5:19:56Speaker 2: old play that goes by maybe traffic trains in the distance,
- 5:20:14Speaker 2: and that's see it as important whatsoever. Candles you blow
- 5:20:26Speaker 2: out less important anything is, or candles you blow out,
- 5:20:45Speaker 2: the fury seem to move away, sounds, general date, days,
- 5:21:07Speaker 2: stuff seems to just away on its side. She feel calm,
- 5:21:31Speaker 2: e A can blow out? Did the next number? Did?
- 5:21:52Speaker 2: He is saying? And then you buy that candle help
- 5:22:03Speaker 2: to si so simple you'll get a star by introducing
- 5:22:35Speaker 2: the first candle some hundred first candle SIUs one hundred.
- 5:22:58Speaker 2: When blow that candle out, you'll find immediately light change now,
- 5:23:26Speaker 2: as well as a real sense of.
- 5:23:31Speaker 20: Positivity crying within you, relaxation of.
- 5:23:44Speaker 2: Sleepiness, spending starting one hundred cat nine gen nine ninety

- 6:09:09Speaker 2: sevend six three.
- 6:11:15Speaker 23: Hhhhhhh yeah.
- 6:15:02Speaker 2: S and or let go of all of those thoughts, worries,
- 6:21:46Speaker 2: concerns about the past, thoughts about the future, and even
- 6:21:54Speaker 2: things you've been thinking about today. Just let it all
- 6:21:58Speaker 2: go because none of it is useful in this moment.
- 6:22:09Speaker 2: This is your opportunity to just focus on feeling relaxed,
- 6:22:29Speaker 2: allowing yourself to get in touch with that natural sense
- 6:22:37Speaker 2: of peace that we all have within us. It's available
- 6:22:46Speaker 2: for everyone. It just sometimes takes a little bit of
- 6:22:51Speaker 2: effort to set up the right time and place in
- 6:22:58Speaker 2: order for you to just let go. Because when you
- 6:23:05Speaker 2: do decide to let go relax. That's what your body
- 6:23:13Speaker 2: starts to do because you've chosen. You've chosen to just
- 6:23:23Speaker 2: allow your body to unwind and your mind starts to
- 6:23:29Speaker 2: slow down. And it's a nice feeling. It's a nice
- 6:23:37Speaker 2: feeling at the beginning, just to know that you have
- 6:23:41Speaker 2: chosen to decide to relax deeply because you've made that decision,
- 6:23:54Speaker 2: your body or just follow suit, because sometimes all the
- 6:24:01Speaker 2: muscles in your body need is just permission from you
- 6:24:07Speaker 2: to relax. Because so often we're busy, we're going from
- 6:24:16Speaker 2: here to there, we're walking around, and we're doing stuff,
- 6:24:22Speaker 2: and the body doesn't have any time space to really
- 6:24:30Speaker 2: relax deeply. So it kind of waits for you to
- 6:24:36Speaker 2: lead the way, waits for your permission. And when you
- 6:24:45Speaker 2: do give your permission, you give to say so when
- 6:24:52Speaker 2: you say okay, it's time for your body to let
- 6:25:00Speaker 2: go completely relax totally, your body just follows something like
- 6:25:13Speaker 2: a breath of relief. Are now relax That feeling at
- 6:25:24Speaker 2: the end of a day of very physical day that
- 6:25:27Speaker 2: you may experience in the past, but you get home
- 6:25:31Speaker 2: and you just sit down in a chair, maybe you
- 6:25:35Speaker 2: kick your shoes off, and feels so nice. Know that
- 6:25:41Speaker 2: you don't have to get up again for a little
- 6:25:46Speaker 2: while at least if you choose, you can just sit
- 6:25:49Speaker 2: there for me an hour to feels listen, and just
- 6:26:02Speaker 2: by sitting down like that, your body knows that it's
- 6:26:08Speaker 2: time to relax. Nobody has been given permission from you.
- 6:26:15Speaker 2: Because it's a mindset in your mind, you're prepared to
- 6:26:26Speaker 2: let go of everything and just completely allow all the
- 6:26:36Speaker 2: stress of your body to evaporate. An intensions can just
- 6:26:45Speaker 2: gradually vanish. It's almost like magic, really, because that sense
- 6:27:05Speaker 2: of relaxation in your body, it's a very natural state.
- 6:27:13Speaker 2: It's not something unusual. It may feel unusual when you
- 6:27:17Speaker 2: first start to relax. You if you have really spent
- 6:27:23Speaker 2: a lot of time focusing and giving yourself this space
- 6:27:27Speaker 2: to let go completely and relax, they seem the most stalium,
- 6:27:34Speaker 2: but it isn't. It's actually the most natural thing in
- 6:27:40Speaker 2: the world to lego completely, to relax totally, most natural
- 6:27:52Speaker 2: thing in the world to allow yourself to feel really
- 6:28:04Speaker 2: calm in your mind. And it is almost like a
- 6:28:11Speaker 2: literal unwinding. It's like you press a button and all
- 6:28:21Speaker 2: the tension just releases. It's like a wheel, like a cog,
- 6:28:29Speaker 2: like the inside of the clock just unwinding, and he's watched,
- 6:28:33Speaker 2: I could see that the little wind up not that's used,
- 6:28:39Speaker 2: just going the opposite way, the energy used to wind
- 6:28:43Speaker 2: it up, and the energy that primetic stress for energy
- 6:28:53Speaker 2: corradually winding down, losing its power. Said, it's straight, a's
- 6:29:03Speaker 2: a sense of relaxation become stronger and deeper, and you
- 6:29:13Speaker 2: may find more relaxed. You feel your mind starts to wonder,
- 6:29:26Speaker 2: maybe you seem to stop listening to me for a while,
- 6:29:34Speaker 2: your mind goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening
- 6:29:40Speaker 2: to me again, and that was just your mind drifted
- 6:29:46Speaker 2: to sleep, which is quite natural, because sometimes when we're stressed,
- 6:30:01Speaker 2: we may not actually be aware of what we need
- 6:30:06Speaker 2: and we physically emotionally need in this moment. But when
- 6:30:15Speaker 2: you allow your body and mind to relax completely, you
- 6:30:23Speaker 2: let go all thoughts, concerns, worries, ideas, all the go,
- 6:30:34Speaker 2: allow them to drop onto the floor. You start to
- 6:30:44Speaker 2: get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation. Feels
- 6:30:56Speaker 2: so nice to be in to show you the calmness,
- 6:31:04Speaker 2: how the different body parts stay become looser and looser, believe,
- 6:31:17Speaker 2: and your breathing scenes easier and more natural, effortless as
- 6:31:29Speaker 2: I call it, to strough your mouth ul nose into
- 6:31:35Speaker 2: your lunce, breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just
- 6:31:46Speaker 2: breathing out any excess remain intentional stress from every part
- 6:31:55Speaker 2: of your body and mind. If you start to focus
- 6:32:03Speaker 2: on your mind, maybe you notice that things come to
- 6:32:12Speaker 2: a standstill, maybe just much much lower than before, because
- 6:32:23Speaker 2: your mind is not really needed when listening to my voice,
- 6:32:34Speaker 2: which allows your mind to relax just as deep as
- 6:32:40Speaker 2: your body. And that's sycroticity between the relaxation of your
- 6:32:51Speaker 2: body relaxation of your mind. Let you know that feeling
- 6:33:05Speaker 2: completely calm, leaves relaxed is the great experience as so
- 6:33:28Speaker 2: many positive benefits for your body, mind, and your life.
- 6:33:39Speaker 2: To be able to let go everything and to relax
- 6:33:47Speaker 2: completely you know, all parts of everybody and mind, even
- 6:33:58Speaker 2: your bone axed, your muscle surrised, he the skin that
- 6:34:15Speaker 2: covers your body is relaxed. Every we have also deep
- 6:34:36Speaker 2: bay rised, and your brain restarts the feel the benefits
- 6:34:54Speaker 2: this heath relaxation. Let's you focus in the side of
- 6:35:08Speaker 2: your scalp where your brain is. You can start to
- 6:35:14Speaker 2: realize and matice the benefits when your brain works in
- 6:35:23Speaker 2: den innacial brain continuous to works, sends those messages to

- 6:36:28Speaker 2: even necessary in this moment, this moment of deep reaxation

- 6:37:52Speaker 2: deep comfort breathing does allow to enjoy those ever increase

- 6:41:38Speaker 2: remus body. Sully feel amazing, so relaxed, so so.
- 6:42:02Speaker 6: So p.
- 6:42:12Speaker 2: Letting go and do a body scan, focusing on firstly
- 6:42:28Speaker 2: how you feel in your body, not trying to change
- 6:42:34Speaker 2: how you feel, not trying to relax, not trying to
- 6:42:39Speaker 2: move away from any discomfort or stress or tension. Just accepting,
- 6:42:48Speaker 2: observing and accepting how you feel in the different parts
- 6:42:53Speaker 2: of your body, just allowing yourself to be exactly as
- 6:43:00Speaker 2: you are, to notice, to get in touch with how
- 6:43:11Speaker 2: you actually felt in this moment. Start off by focusing
- 6:43:24Speaker 2: on your hands. Just be aware of your hands, like
- 6:43:37Speaker 2: you to move your hands around, just maybe make your
- 6:43:41Speaker 2: fingers a little bit. I've been in closer in your hands,
- 6:43:48Speaker 2: very gently, just so thing you can get in touch
- 6:43:55Speaker 2: with how your hands and your fingers fell, very very
- 6:44:08Speaker 2: slow movements. Focusing now on your feet, if you can
- 6:44:26Speaker 2: just do kind of an equivalent with your feet you've
- 6:44:32Speaker 2: just done with your hands. Maybe turn in your ankles,
- 6:44:40Speaker 2: leving your feet around, moving your toes gently by very gently,
- 6:44:53Speaker 2: very slowly, noticing the hell your feet feel in this moment.
- 6:45:11Speaker 2: Focusing now on your eyes, I'd like you to just
- 6:45:19Speaker 2: focus on your eyelids. Maybe you can open and close
- 6:45:25Speaker 2: your eyes a couple of times. Do you get in
- 6:45:29Speaker 2: touch with how you feel when you do close your eyes.
- 6:45:36Speaker 2: The muscle changes in your eyes when you do close them.
- 6:45:45Speaker 2: Maybe you're raising your eyebrows. It stretches the tops of
- 6:45:51Speaker 2: your eyes, perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes
- 6:46:03Speaker 2: just so you can hear it. Get in touch all
- 6:46:09Speaker 2: aspects of how your eyes feel right now. Now focusing
- 6:46:31Speaker 2: on your thighs, then it just starts you to gently
- 6:46:37Speaker 2: tense your thighs, just very very gently, just enough so
- 6:46:48Speaker 2: you can become more achieved to the physical sensation of
- 6:47:01Speaker 2: your upper legs, the front of your thighs, and the
- 6:47:06Speaker 2: backs of your fine noticing and observing how your thighs feel.
- 6:47:23Speaker 2: Right now, you focus to the back of your neck,
- 6:47:39Speaker 2: just noticing.
- 6:47:40Speaker 18: The back of your neck.
- 6:47:43Speaker 2: The muscles. Of course, they lead to the side of
- 6:47:48Speaker 2: your neck. They also lead to the top of your back,
- 6:47:55Speaker 2: which leads to your shoulders. So it's your fight kind
- 6:48:00Speaker 2: of sign on the back of your neck. Maybe you
- 6:48:05Speaker 2: can move your head gently upwards as if you're looking up,
- 6:48:13Speaker 2: maybe moving your head down as if you're looking down,
- 6:48:22Speaker 2: perhaps moving your head side to side, right, left, fly
- 6:48:31Speaker 2: very slowly, very gently. I'm not trying to force anything.
- 6:48:44Speaker 2: It has to be very very gentle, just so you
- 6:48:53Speaker 2: can be more in touch with the feelings, with the sensations,
- 6:49:07Speaker 2: the physical sensations of how the back of your neck feels.
- 6:49:18Speaker 2: Right now, as we now focus on the tops of
- 6:49:33Speaker 2: your arms, the parts where your biceps and dry steps
- 6:49:40Speaker 2: are between your elbow and your shoulders. To focus on
- 6:49:48Speaker 2: those parts the tops of your arms, you may like
- 6:49:55Speaker 2: to just tense but very very gently and slowly, so
- 6:50:07Speaker 2: you're not straining or putting any pressure whatsoever on your arms.
- 6:50:20Speaker 2: It's just slowly a can gain more of a sense
- 6:50:27Speaker 2: of how your up our arms of feeling in this moment,
- 6:50:41Speaker 2: just noticing as you gently, very gently and slowly tighten
- 6:50:54Speaker 2: the muscles and they're gonna goo that our tops of
- 6:51:05Speaker 2: your arms feel right now, as now focus when your stomach,
- 6:51:27Speaker 2: the area the lower capitalent area below your belly, living
- 6:51:35Speaker 2: all the way down to your hips, just above your grind.
- 6:51:49Speaker 2: Maybe you're able to tense these muscles in that area
- 6:51:57Speaker 2: very very at play and slowly. If that's a difficult
- 6:52:12Speaker 2: thing to do. Maybe you can just your body pushing
- 6:52:22Speaker 2: your stomach up, maybe move a little bit of a
- 6:52:27Speaker 2: side least no hips, just so get in shep hell
- 6:52:39Speaker 2: your lower up to an area is feeling in this moment,
- 6:52:58Speaker 2: just to same the physical sensations with your lower abdomen.
- 6:53:20Speaker 2: As you move your attention to your mouth, not to
- 6:53:33Speaker 2: see in your lips, then inside your mouth your teeth
- 6:53:42Speaker 2: becomes your tongue, just not to see have your tongue
- 6:53:58Speaker 2: in your mouth us. It may help by moving your
- 6:54:07Speaker 2: tongue around your mouth, living it to your left, maybe
- 6:54:16Speaker 2: pressing it gently against the side of your mouth, and
- 6:54:23Speaker 2: then to the right, gently to the side of your mouth,
- 6:54:31Speaker 2: perhaps pressing up against it the top of your mouth,
- 6:54:37Speaker 2: and then down gently against the bottom of your mouth,
- 6:54:45Speaker 2: always very slowly and a very very gentle so that
- 6:55:02Speaker 2: you can't be aware how you feel in your mouth area.
- 6:55:29Speaker 2: Now that's a focus on your wrists the last you
- 6:55:51Speaker 2: maybe just rising your wrists in your head in a
- 6:56:01Speaker 2: circular us very chackly and slowly.
- 6:56:12Speaker 23: Just.
- 6:56:14Speaker 2: Solygn feel the sensations that he are currently experiences in
- 6:56:39Speaker 2: your rists. Perhaps smooth in your hands up and down
- 6:56:52Speaker 2: again very very champlain chanel start trips, look back a
- 6:57:49Speaker 2: back parts just a bow of your hips ox. Six
- 6:58:00Speaker 2: are the whole area, which also really does include the
- 6:58:14Speaker 2: science of your body, because those muscles are very much connected.
- 6:58:26Speaker 2: There's those muscles also move into your hyperia, connecting into
- 6:58:33Speaker 2: your buttocks, the sides of your apps, and if you're
- 6:58:50Speaker 2: physically able to do so, maybe it can very generally
- 6:59:00Speaker 2: just believe everybody and slightly, very slowly some side to side,

- 7:03:39Speaker 2: the chest fails when you pray leave in your focus

- 7:10:37Speaker 2: Everything starts to slow down, including the thoughts in your
- 7:10:54Speaker 2: mind and your mind itself just starts to gradually. It
- 7:11:06Speaker 2: doesn't have to be instant, but just gradually starting too.
- 7:11:14Speaker 2: It's almost like time is storing chin. It's a slower
- 7:11:23Speaker 2: pace to maybe what you're used to in your day
- 7:11:31Speaker 2: to day life. It's a slower movement of energy, very
- 7:11:57Speaker 2: small movements which make up the larger movements, which is
- 7:12:06Speaker 2: always the case. Now, when you move your hand, it
- 7:12:13Speaker 2: might seem like it's one movement, but it's lots of
- 7:12:17Speaker 2: minute different muscles moving in accordance with each other. And
- 7:12:29Speaker 2: what happens in this space that we're sharing is we
- 7:12:42Speaker 2: move from that big movement into those smaller movements. Starting
- 7:13:03Speaker 2: to focus on how your body feels, not just as
- 7:13:14Speaker 2: a whole, not just oh, i'm feeling this way. I'm
- 7:13:18Speaker 2: feeling stressed or tense, or I'm feeling relaxed and calm.
- 7:13:26Speaker 2: I'm feeling this way, I'm feeling that way. Starting to
- 7:13:33Speaker 2: notice that your body begins to present to you small
- 7:13:45Speaker 2: feelings around your body, small physical sensations in your legs,
- 7:14:04Speaker 2: whether pleasurable or not. Maybe resisting the temptation to label
- 7:14:17Speaker 2: them or to judge them those feelings. Just thinking them,
- 7:14:28Speaker 2: thinking about them is just being neutral, just feelings, not
- 7:14:41Speaker 2: being particularly concerned, just noticing what your body is telling you.
- 7:15:01Speaker 2: Feelings in your arms, instead of feeling the hole of
- 7:15:07Speaker 2: the arm, maybe notice those individual feelings, all those different
- 7:15:17Speaker 2: muscles and the skin, the hairs of your arms, all
- 7:15:31Speaker 2: the internal parts of your arms, the veins, the bones,
- 7:15:47Speaker 2: Just being aware of maybe your elbow on your right
- 7:15:53Speaker 2: arm has a certain feeling, maybe your left wrist also
- 7:16:04Speaker 2: has its own individual physical sensation. What about your forearm
- 7:16:29Speaker 2: or your right arm, your right forearm. There may not
- 7:16:41Speaker 2: be any particular feeling that you could even give a
- 7:16:49Speaker 2: name to, may not feel like anything other than just
- 7:16:56Speaker 2: a feeling. You know, it's there. The feelings in your shoulders,
- 7:17:10Speaker 2: perhaps your shoulders when you think about them, kind of
- 7:17:14Speaker 2: almost like they're the same, you know, the same feeling,
- 7:17:20Speaker 2: almost like you both of your shoulders are just one thing.
- 7:17:26Speaker 2: Of course they're not. And when you focus on your
- 7:17:37Speaker 2: left shoulder and then on your right shoulder, maybe find
- 7:17:45Speaker 2: that you move the muscles a little bit, maybe tense
- 7:17:51Speaker 2: the muscles genly, noticing the difference in each shoulder. Your
- 7:18:16Speaker 2: lower back, the left side of your lower back and
- 7:18:33Speaker 2: the right side of your lower back of course that
- 7:18:44Speaker 2: connection to your buttocks and to your hips, and also
- 7:18:56Speaker 2: moving up into the middle of your back. And sometimes
- 7:19:11Speaker 2: like right now, actually I want to focus on their part.
- 7:19:15Speaker 2: When I focused on my buttocks and then I focused
- 7:19:20Speaker 2: on the middle of my back, it almost felt like
- 7:19:24Speaker 2: the muscles in my lower back were being stretched very gently,
- 7:19:34Speaker 2: just stretched a little bit. Even though I wasn't doing
- 7:19:39Speaker 2: anything to try to stretch your lower back, it just
- 7:19:48Speaker 2: seemed to happen. The feeling of very gently stretching your
- 7:20:00Speaker 2: lower back comes along. I have feeling in your chest,
- 7:20:27Speaker 2: just noticing what sensations you are experiencing in your chest
- 7:20:41Speaker 2: right now. And there's so much of the chest because
- 7:20:57Speaker 2: there's the collar bone leading to the chest. You've got
- 7:21:01Speaker 2: the chest bone, You've got the muscles in your chest.
- 7:21:12Speaker 2: Of course, if you're female, there's possibly the breasts. If
- 7:21:18Speaker 2: you're male, you've got the different Well why not make
- 7:21:27Speaker 2: different these days, But there may be more muscles at
- 7:21:34Speaker 2: the top of the chest, but at the side underneath,
- 7:21:41Speaker 2: it's pretty much the same. Whether you're a man or
- 7:21:44Speaker 2: a woman. There's muscles there, muscles that stretch out to
- 7:21:51Speaker 2: your back as well as breast tissue stretches then moves
- 7:21:56Speaker 2: into your back. To just being aware of your chest,
- 7:22:12Speaker 2: being with whatever feeling there is in your chest. And
- 7:22:39Speaker 2: when I noticed that, I focus on my chest, I
- 7:22:47Speaker 2: feel it in my back and my upper back. I mean,
- 7:22:52Speaker 2: I guess the obvious reason would be because you know,
- 7:22:55Speaker 2: I'm breathing hm in and it stretches my chest and
- 7:23:06Speaker 2: my back at the same time. It feels it feels okay,
- 7:23:27Speaker 2: it doesn't feel a little bit of pain. In my
- 7:23:32Speaker 2: right chest a little bit, not pain, but little discomfort,
- 7:23:40Speaker 2: maybe stiffness possibly, I don't know. Notice my shoulders also
- 7:23:52Speaker 2: watching to flex for some reason. I think that's probably
- 7:23:59Speaker 2: part of my other back, that connection between my shoulders
- 7:24:08Speaker 2: and my other back, because I can move my shoulders
- 7:24:12Speaker 2: and stretch the muscles in my back moving the shoulders
- 7:24:19Speaker 2: backwards were up, which then moves to I think it's
- 7:24:26Speaker 2: the scapulous in your back. It feels quite nice. Actually,
- 7:24:47Speaker 2: a good thing about this is you can, if you
- 7:24:50Speaker 2: want to, you can just flegs or stimulate the various
- 7:25:04Speaker 2: muscles in your body, generally in order to get more
- 7:25:12Speaker 2: of a sense of how they feel. And when you're relaxing,
- 7:25:27Speaker 2: when you do tense and muscle, then you let it
- 7:25:31Speaker 2: go and let it relax. It relaxes way more than
- 7:25:40Speaker 2: it would normally. You have to feel that you're able
- 7:25:51Speaker 2: to do that. There's no point in doing it if
- 7:25:54Speaker 2: there's an issue with the per part body. You need
- 7:26:04Speaker 2: to be gentle with yourself at all times. When lax
- 7:26:14Speaker 2: in deeply, it's important to be kind to yourself. As
- 7:26:32Speaker 2: you notice your mind. How much has your mind slowed
- 7:26:41Speaker 2: down since we started this recording? How came and peaceful
- 7:27:10Speaker 2: is your mind right now? We have nothing to think
- 7:27:20Speaker 2: about and just my voice to listen to. Because you
- 7:27:30Speaker 2: know the intention behind this recording, this relaxation. At the
- 7:27:41Speaker 2: very least, for you to feel more relaxed at the
- 7:27:47Speaker 2: end of the recording than you did at the beginning,
- 7:27:55Speaker 2: at the very least, for your mind to slow down
- 7:28:07Speaker 2: because your body continues to relax, because that's what you
- 7:28:21Speaker 2: want to happen. That's what you expect to happen, for
- 7:28:41Speaker 2: relaxation to fill your body, maybe calm in your mind
- 7:29:00Speaker 2: and to the point of boredom when you start maybe
- 7:29:08Speaker 2: to drift away. Drifting it's almost as if you are
- 7:29:54Speaker 2: moving further away from your body in your mind, just
- 7:30:03Speaker 2: leaving that there, kind of liking it an escape pod
- 7:30:16Speaker 2: in a spaceship a movie, a space movie, you know
- 7:30:20Speaker 2: when they gets a little part in it. Since the
- 7:30:24Speaker 2: month far away from the spaceship, save to dream and
- 7:30:49Speaker 2: continue to relax, spece, so relac and the peace and
- 7:32:43Speaker 2: focusing on that feeling of those individual plants of your
- 7:32:58Speaker 2: body that or relaxing one by one. You may find
- 7:33:17Speaker 2: that every now and then he realized that you weren't
- 7:33:30Speaker 2: listening to my voice may give your mind started to
- 7:33:39Speaker 2: imagine something different, maybe started to almost move into some
- 7:33:54Speaker 2: kind of a dream state, and then you become aware
- 7:34:03Speaker 2: of my voice again. And even though you may want
- 7:34:12Speaker 2: to focus on my voice, you may also wish to
- 7:34:20Speaker 2: allow your mind to just drift naturally into that space
- 7:34:31Speaker 2: and comfort and safety. If you feel more comfort spreading
- 7:34:56Speaker 2: through your body like a warm blanket covering you Champlin,
- 7:35:13Speaker 2: keeping your body at just the perfect temperature. Even you
- 7:35:31Speaker 2: can hear background sounds, they just don't seem to matter anymore.
- 7:35:51Speaker 2: There's that sense of peace spreads through your mind like
- 7:36:08Speaker 2: a gentle breeze, yet strong enough to blow away all negativity,
- 7:36:24Speaker 2: strong enough to remove from your mind any anxiety or
- 7:36:36Speaker 2: stress that was there before, and blow away any other
- 7:36:50Speaker 2: thoughts or feelings that just don't fit with the sense
- 7:37:13Speaker 2: relaxation that it's filling your body and your mind. Unless
- 7:37:44Speaker 2: you focus on your mind and count down from ten
- 7:37:51Speaker 2: down to one, with each number, become slightly relaxed, just
- 7:38:23Speaker 2: just slightly n ten down to nine, just a slime moment,
- 7:38:35Speaker 2: Nine down to eight, just another small change in how
- 7:38:47Speaker 2: you feel. Eight down to seven. I have fearing this
- 7:38:59Speaker 2: thing is a gap, almost like a gap that starts
- 7:39:04Speaker 2: to get wider, the gap between those feelings that you
- 7:39:14Speaker 2: used to have in your mind compared to the feelings
- 7:39:21Speaker 2: you have there growing now, feelings of comfort and security
- 7:39:29Speaker 2: and confidence, and the gap become the wider. Made down
- 7:39:40Speaker 2: to seven, seven, down to six. When you get to five,
- 7:39:50Speaker 2: the mind will start to have a certain physical sensation.
- 7:40:03Speaker 2: It's like there's a magnet outside of your head sucking
- 7:40:10Speaker 2: at tension and stress and any remaining feelings that you
- 7:40:16Speaker 2: don't want, sucking them out through your skull. And a
- 7:40:27Speaker 2: down to four you could start to really experience that
- 7:40:35Speaker 2: sense of not just emptiness, but space, a place full
- 7:40:47Speaker 2: of fresh air, place where you can stretch. It's almost
- 7:40:59Speaker 2: as if go down to four and three, your mind
- 7:41:03Speaker 2: is expanding with this sense of peace and tranquility growing
- 7:41:18Speaker 2: as it moved down to When you get to one,
- 7:41:26Speaker 2: mind just feels exactly how you want to feel, almost
- 7:41:41Speaker 2: perfect fearing, maybe a sensation that you'd like to keep
- 7:41:59Speaker 2: a place that's safe, where nothing can affect you at all,
- 7:42:22Speaker 2: and you can stay in that that space of comfort
- 7:42:27Speaker 2: and confidence, confident in your own ability to create this
- 7:42:37Speaker 2: space and this fear of comfort within your own mind,
- 7:42:45Speaker 2: just by counting ten down to one. And this is
- 7:42:55Speaker 2: something that you can do yourself when you're in your
- 7:43:05Speaker 2: the time when you can maybe sit down, maybe just
- 7:43:09Speaker 2: for a few minutes, close your eyes, just counts slowly
- 7:43:21Speaker 2: from ten down to one, and we experience these feelings
- 7:43:36Speaker 2: in your mind. And when you feel that way in
- 7:43:45Speaker 2: your mind, your body copies your mind and the feeling
- 7:44:00Speaker 2: it's spread through your spine and your nervous system into
- 7:44:08Speaker 2: every bond of your body, travels through your blood stream,
- 7:44:20Speaker 2: heathing and relaxing every article of your existence. And we
- 7:44:40Speaker 2: can practice this a few times before the end of
- 7:44:50Speaker 2: the recording, and then you can practice on your own,
- 7:44:57Speaker 2: and each time you count from and about one, the
- 7:45:06Speaker 2: feelings of comfort, calmness, and deep deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper.
- 7:45:28Speaker 2: Really your mind and your brain with these positive chemicals
- 7:45:39Speaker 2: spread through your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your
- 7:45:49Speaker 2: whole body and mind so very, very easily, just by
- 7:46:01Speaker 2: counting ten down to one. We're gonna do now. I'm
- 7:46:15Speaker 2: gonna count from ten down to one. I'd like you
- 7:46:20Speaker 2: to repeat the number after me, So when I say ten,
- 7:46:27Speaker 2: you can just repeat to yourself ten. Just notice, be
- 7:46:39Speaker 2: aware of how you feel in your mind and the body.
- 7:46:53Speaker 2: Then when I say nine, you can repeat to yourself
- 7:47:02Speaker 2: nine a game, don't seen increase comforting calms in your
- 7:47:18Speaker 2: mind and your body the same when the same eight,
- 7:47:32Speaker 2: when I say seven, six, when I say five, four,
- 7:47:47Speaker 2: when I say three, two, I say when I say one,
- 7:48:02Speaker 2: can be that number. Now, of course, when you do
- 7:48:14Speaker 2: this on your own, without listening to me, you can
- 7:48:20Speaker 2: say the numbers or whatever speed that you feel is
- 7:48:27Speaker 2: necessary for you, so you can adapt. So you feel
- 7:48:36Speaker 2: you want to say the numbers ten out one faster
- 7:48:44Speaker 2: than I do, then you go ahead and do that.
- 7:48:48Speaker 2: Or if you feel when you do it yourself that
- 7:48:52Speaker 2: you'd like to have more more space between the numbers,
- 7:49:00Speaker 2: maybe take a lot longer to get from ten all
- 7:49:07Speaker 2: the way down to one, that's your choice also to do.
- 7:49:25Speaker 2: So I'm gonna con from ten down to one. If
- 7:49:34Speaker 2: I get to one, that will be the end of
- 7:49:38Speaker 2: this recording. Let's, of course, you're listening to music, and
- 7:49:45Speaker 2: the music will continue ten fights twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen,
- 7:55:01Speaker 2: thirty twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four
- 7:55:51Speaker 2: three two one. Now open your eyes noticin how you physically.
- 7:56:20Speaker 2: Film have been counted down from twenty to one, allowing
- 7:56:29Speaker 2: stress at tension to leave through your fingertips and your taps.
- 7:56:35Speaker 2: And as you focus on your fingertips, maybe they feel
- 7:56:40Speaker 2: a little bit tingling, which is I supposed quite understanding
- 7:56:46Speaker 2: considering attention has been exiting your body through your fingertips.
- 7:56:58Speaker 2: So now I'm going to count from twenty down to
- 7:57:00Speaker 2: one again. This time you can feel relief of tension
- 7:57:10Speaker 2: and stress and the anxiety that you may have leaving
- 7:57:20Speaker 2: through your stomach. Just leaving through your stomach, almost as
- 7:57:26Speaker 2: if it's just releasing the whole of your stomach or
- 7:57:33Speaker 2: navil to just above your chest or below your chest,
- 7:57:38Speaker 2: rather so surrounding your belly by an area, the whole area.
- 7:57:45Speaker 2: You can feel the tension of your body where there's left,
- 7:57:49Speaker 2: just releasing from the area, and you may notice that
- 7:57:55Speaker 2: your stomach will become very repaxed. As down twenty, that's
- 7:58:03Speaker 2: one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven,
- 7:59:03Speaker 2: nine eight, seven, six, five, four, three two one. You
- 7:59:45Speaker 2: can open your eyes again. You can choose, but you
- 7:59:48Speaker 2: can just keep them closed because it feels relaxing. Just
- 7:59:54Speaker 2: notice saying a stomach feels Notice as your focus, just
- 8:00:00Speaker 2: do a little scared of your body, not to say
- 8:00:04Speaker 2: your body feels focusing upper body, back, chest, stomach, playing songs,
- 8:00:16Speaker 2: hands fiend noticing, and you know, you may start to
- 8:00:27Speaker 2: film of a sense of tiredness, which may be the
- 8:00:33Speaker 2: reason listening to this recording because.
- 8:00:38Speaker 24: You like to.
- 8:00:41Speaker 2: Let go completely of everything, driven off into a nice, natural, calm,
- 8:00:54Speaker 2: relaxing sleep. So now focus on your forehead, and if
- 8:01:13Speaker 2: you choose, you can incorporate your eyes in this focus
- 8:01:17Speaker 2: as well. Your forehead and your eyes, it's that whole
- 8:01:23Speaker 2: area basically, almost as if you were wearing a mask,
- 8:01:28Speaker 2: you know, like a I don't know, Batman mask or
- 8:01:32Speaker 2: something I'm trying to sorrow or something, you know, the
- 8:01:39Speaker 2: kind of mask that covers your eyes but also covers
- 8:01:42Speaker 2: quite a lot of the forehead. Focus on that area
- 8:01:49Speaker 2: because that's the area that we now can release tension,
- 8:01:53Speaker 2: stress of your mind, your brain, from your mind, and
- 8:01:59Speaker 2: any that you may have remain in your face, in
- 8:02:03Speaker 2: your neck, your jaw, your eyes, your forehead, or your scalp,
- 8:02:12Speaker 2: so basically any intension within your head area, including your
- 8:02:17Speaker 2: mind and your brain that's going to be released through
- 8:02:26Speaker 2: your forehead and your eyes as I count down the
- 8:02:33Speaker 2: game from twenty down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, forteen, thirty, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, three,
- 8:04:18Speaker 2: or not to see she scared your face, jaw, your eyes,
- 8:04:36Speaker 2: the cheap bads, your ears, a forehead, your scalp, neck, backing,
- 8:04:47Speaker 2: your neck, fronting the sides of your neck and throat
- 8:04:59Speaker 2: like se be aware of the comfort increased, the relaxation,
- 8:05:12Speaker 2: not just in your head and neck and mind, also
- 8:05:17Speaker 2: the rest of your body. Just makes is sound loose
- 8:05:27Speaker 2: and calm. He felt, how easily it is to just
- 8:05:34Speaker 2: let go completely? They go completely? How easily do balance
- 8:06:03Speaker 2: to focus on the top of your head and get
- 8:06:11Speaker 2: a loud Every last pace of tension or stressed the
- 8:06:20Speaker 2: mind be lingery and hiding in your body, your mind,
- 8:06:27Speaker 2: my head just be sucked out on the top of
- 8:06:34Speaker 2: your head, released to the air. Want sucked down into
- 8:06:45Speaker 2: the clouds, big cloud of my head. It's like a whoops.
- 8:06:55Speaker 2: Can suck that tension out of the top of your head.
- 8:07:03Speaker 2: Just take it away good. Let you focus legend an
- 8:07:12Speaker 2: opening on the top of your head with intention stress,
- 8:07:17Speaker 2: and you have made issues maybe worries of it. Sad
- 8:07:22Speaker 2: that I'm not used to you. Now you can all
- 8:07:26Speaker 2: be sun down at the top of your head and
- 8:07:30Speaker 2: taken away as I count down again, I'm twenty down
- 8:07:37Speaker 2: to work now, twenty nineteen, eighteen seventy six stay fifty
- 8:08:22Speaker 2: four two nine eight s six four three. One need
- 8:09:55Speaker 2: to say, fa how relaxed and calm you physically and
- 8:10:10Speaker 2: mentally feel right now, how your mind feels. It feels
- 8:10:27Speaker 2: so nice to just let go, to give yourself some
- 8:10:32Speaker 2: space to breathe easily, to think calmly, just to take
- 8:10:46Speaker 2: a break from all that pointless worry and concerns about
- 8:10:53Speaker 2: things that you don't need to think about right now,
- 8:11:03Speaker 2: because this is your time to let go. This is
- 8:11:09Speaker 2: your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful in your mind,
- 8:11:20Speaker 2: relaxed in your body. I can feel so good, so
- 8:11:30Speaker 2: nice to just not have to do anything, to be
- 8:11:39Speaker 2: able to really enjoy that serenity that comes and letting
- 8:11:49Speaker 2: go completely, that peacefulness that comes with in this peaceful space.
- 8:12:11Speaker 2: And you can keep this sense of calmness through longs
- 8:12:17Speaker 2: you choose if you choose to drift off into a deep, healing,
- 8:12:32Speaker 2: natural sleep. Then you can do that. It's completely up
- 8:12:40Speaker 2: to you.
- 8:12:46Speaker 25: You can keep this.
- 8:12:47Speaker 2: Feeling of calmness physically in your mind for so long
- 8:12:54Speaker 2: you choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relax, And I'd
- 8:13:11Speaker 2: like you to make up your mind that you're going
- 8:13:16Speaker 2: to relax.
- 8:13:26Speaker 26: I want to.
- 8:13:26Speaker 2: Explore that with you. What it feels like when you
- 8:13:30Speaker 2: actually decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself,
- 8:13:39Speaker 2: but giving yourself that. Yes, it is a command, really,
- 8:13:45Speaker 2: isn't it. When you're telling yourself relax in a gentle
- 8:13:52Speaker 2: but firm way, that only you can really tell yourself
- 8:14:00Speaker 2: in that way. You can't really have someone else say
- 8:14:03Speaker 2: to you and now relax, relax. You know it needs
- 8:14:09Speaker 2: to be gentle, but you can't. Someone else can't really
- 8:14:12Speaker 2: have the same the same kind of influence or power
- 8:14:22Speaker 2: that you have over your own physicality, over how you feel,
- 8:14:35Speaker 2: because when you say it to yourself, it means more.
- 8:14:41Speaker 2: It's personal, and your brain, your unconscious mind, and your
- 8:14:48Speaker 2: body listens to what you say. So, for example, we'll
- 8:14:55Speaker 2: test it out. Do your test, few your tests along
- 8:14:59Speaker 2: the way, and you can get more of an idea
- 8:15:03Speaker 2: of the force, a positive force you can have in
- 8:15:12Speaker 2: creating a sense of comfort and relaxation in your body
- 8:15:18Speaker 2: and your mind quite quickly just by you telling yourself
- 8:15:27Speaker 2: to relax. So I'm going to start by its focus
- 8:15:35Speaker 2: on your hands. So focus on your hands. Just tell
- 8:15:41Speaker 2: your hands to relax. Just say relax. As you focus
- 8:15:48Speaker 2: on your hands, you could say my hands are relaxed,
- 8:15:55Speaker 2: or I want my hands to relax. I think if
- 8:15:59Speaker 2: you actually do it directly by focusing and imagining that
- 8:16:06Speaker 2: your hands, can you hear what you're saying. You like
- 8:16:10Speaker 2: they've got little ears, the little head. So talking to
- 8:16:16Speaker 2: your hands and just say relax your hands start to relax.
- 8:16:46Speaker 2: Now focus on your eyes and tell your eyes to relax.
- 8:16:50Speaker 2: You're just saying the same word relax. And find the
- 8:16:55Speaker 2: right tone for you.
- 8:17:01Speaker 27: You know, I might say relax, but you you might
- 8:17:05Speaker 27: say relax or relax.
- 8:17:12Speaker 2: You know, you might say it differently to yourself, and
- 8:17:17Speaker 2: that's important for you to gauge what feels right for you.
- 8:17:25Speaker 2: To just tell your eyes to relax whilst focusing on
- 8:17:30Speaker 2: your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows,
- 8:17:35Speaker 2: and just tell your eyes directly relax. I just did
- 8:18:11Speaker 2: that myself, and sometimes you may feel that you need
- 8:18:22Speaker 2: a bit more time for the different parts to relax,
- 8:18:28Speaker 2: you know, because I started talking again, and maybe that
- 8:18:32Speaker 2: part hasn't relaxed fully. But what happened is that will
- 8:18:36Speaker 2: just continue to relax even don't talking. That's happened with
- 8:18:41Speaker 2: my eyes. Something else I noticed is when I started
- 8:18:48Speaker 2: focusing on my eyes, that actually almost became They got
- 8:18:53Speaker 2: worse before they got better in a way. So I
- 8:18:56Speaker 2: felt a degree of tension growing in my eyes and
- 8:19:00Speaker 2: then disappearing. So I think what that was really was
- 8:19:05Speaker 2: just me becoming more aware of the tension that was
- 8:19:11Speaker 2: already there that I wasn't. I wasn't focused on it before,
- 8:19:17Speaker 2: so I wasn't really acknowledging it more really conscious to
- 8:19:25Speaker 2: those feelings. My eyes still continuing to relax, as well
- 8:19:39Speaker 2: as my hands. Actually, my hands have got a certain
- 8:19:45Speaker 2: kind of energy, like not buzzing, like kind of feel
- 8:19:54Speaker 2: a degree of energy in my hands. Maybe that's where
- 8:20:00Speaker 2: the tension has been released. That's cause in the the
- 8:20:12Speaker 2: next part, I think we should focus on the back
- 8:20:14Speaker 2: of the neck. That's the part of is quite often
- 8:20:19Speaker 2: well for me holds tension. I don't know about for yourself,
- 8:20:23Speaker 2: but I think it's quite a standard place where tension
- 8:20:27Speaker 2: is sometimes held. So and I'm doing thin exactly what
- 8:20:34Speaker 2: you're doing as you do it as well, so I'm
- 8:20:36Speaker 2: telling my body parts to relax as well. So if
- 8:20:41Speaker 2: you tell your neck, the back of your neck, focus
- 8:20:44Speaker 2: on the back of your neck, and just say relax
- 8:20:51Speaker 2: in your own words, your own tone, in your own voice.
- 8:20:55Speaker 2: You can say out loud, or you can just say
- 8:20:57Speaker 2: to yourself internally, but you'll focus in and you're saying
- 8:21:02Speaker 2: it literally to the back of your lick, as if
- 8:21:07Speaker 2: the back of your lick can actually hear what you're saying.
- 8:21:14Speaker 2: So do that now, just say relax to bag your lick,
- 8:21:19Speaker 2: and I'll do the same. Then what why they tested
- 8:22:00Speaker 2: it may have had similar thing is, even though I
- 8:22:05Speaker 2: was focusing on the back of my neck, other parts
- 8:22:14Speaker 2: started to I showed themselves to me, or maybe because
- 8:22:21Speaker 2: they want to be relaxed as well. But I started
- 8:22:24Speaker 2: noticing the feelings and my shoulders at tension, and my
- 8:22:28Speaker 2: shoulders and in my upper back. Whether that was because
- 8:22:35Speaker 2: my back of my neck was saying I'm pretty much okay,
- 8:22:41Speaker 2: it's the other parts that need attention. But my load,
- 8:22:51Speaker 2: my back of my neck is still relaxing, but I
- 8:22:55Speaker 2: just became aware of other parts that needed attention. Now,
- 8:23:02Speaker 2: this might happen and it's not. It doesn't mean that
- 8:23:07Speaker 2: it's going wrong. It just means you're being notified if
- 8:23:12Speaker 2: all places that also want to feel relaxed. So I'm
- 8:23:20Speaker 2: going to focus on my other back so you can
- 8:23:24Speaker 2: do the same, even if you don't have any feelings
- 8:23:30Speaker 2: of a tension that you're obvious in your own baby,
- 8:23:35Speaker 2: you just focus on your back and the whole area
- 8:23:40Speaker 2: from the shoulder blades down to the middle of your
- 8:23:44Speaker 2: back and the spine means more of the shoulder blades. Yeah,
- 8:23:55Speaker 2: that's the parts that were given me. That not that
- 8:24:05Speaker 2: it's relaxing. Sounds gonna ask that one's relax and you
- 8:24:10Speaker 2: can do the same now relaxed up the bank. Something
- 8:24:36Speaker 2: strange happened there, and this often happens.
- 8:24:40Speaker 25: I've been doing this.
- 8:24:44Speaker 2: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm one surprised
- 8:24:51Speaker 2: but amazed really that there can be a feeling. So
- 8:24:58Speaker 2: when I was focusing on the back of my neck,
- 8:25:01Speaker 2: my other back was starting to feel quite stressed and
- 8:25:06Speaker 2: in need of attention as soon as I started talking
- 8:25:12Speaker 2: to you about my upper back and talking about, you know,
- 8:25:17Speaker 2: getting ready to ask the upper back to relax, when
- 8:25:22Speaker 2: the back already started to relax. It's almost as if
- 8:25:28Speaker 2: it doesn't need to hear the words, just needs the intention,
- 8:25:38Speaker 2: just needs to be noticed. That There is something that
- 8:25:50Speaker 2: often happens in this type of situation is when you
- 8:25:57Speaker 2: start to relax a couple of parts of your body,
- 8:26:04Speaker 2: as we've done with our hands, our eyes and my lids,
- 8:26:10Speaker 2: and now back of the neck, top of the back,
- 8:26:19Speaker 2: up the back, the rest of the body seems to
- 8:26:23Speaker 2: just take notice and decide in its own way to
- 8:26:31Speaker 2: start relaxing. Other parts of your body start to just
- 8:26:40Speaker 2: become looser. I suppose it's kind of like a bit
- 8:26:48Speaker 2: of an avalanche, you know, the little ball starts rolling.
- 8:26:53Speaker 2: Before you know, the whole of your body is completely relaxed.
- 8:26:57Speaker 2: And if you focus on your face, you focus on
- 8:27:14Speaker 2: your eyes, your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles around your eyes.
- 8:27:28Speaker 2: Maybe you start to notice that your forehead is more
- 8:27:33Speaker 2: an axe than it was. Maybe your face is more relaxed.
- 8:27:41Speaker 2: I would say, my entire face is you're more relaxed
- 8:27:45Speaker 2: than it was. So I'm going to focus now on
- 8:27:59Speaker 2: you shoulders again, just like before. Just tell your shoulders
- 8:28:07Speaker 2: and you can't do them in you can do quite
- 8:28:10Speaker 2: a shoulder and that shoulder. I just didn't do both
- 8:28:14Speaker 2: at the same time. Just tell your shoulders, actually focus
- 8:28:20Speaker 2: on them in your mind, focus on that they feel.
- 8:28:25Speaker 2: Maybe you can see them in your minds on. Just
- 8:28:33Speaker 2: tell your shoulders to relax, because as nice as they relax.
- 8:29:28Speaker 2: But I didn't notice, especially with my bank, is the
- 8:29:36Speaker 2: connection between the different parts the bank, shoulders, the neck
- 8:29:48Speaker 2: being all connected. Being such a large part of your body,
- 8:29:56Speaker 2: it's always hard to separate the book from each other.
- 8:30:05Speaker 2: My lower back is starting to relax on the same
- 8:30:13Speaker 2: Maybe I'm going too slow and that could be an
- 8:30:18Speaker 2: issue because we will go at different speeds. And the
- 8:30:26Speaker 2: idea of the beginning of this recording was for you
- 8:30:29Speaker 2: to be able to just say to yourself, relax without
- 8:30:44Speaker 2: focusing on any particular part of your body. Because when
- 8:30:50Speaker 2: you know that turning your hands to relax, in your
- 8:31:00Speaker 2: head to relax, you tell your eyelids your eyes and
- 8:31:09Speaker 2: muscles are around your eyes and your eyebrows to relax,
- 8:31:19Speaker 2: and they relax. You tell the back of your neck
- 8:31:32Speaker 2: to relax and relaxes. You tell your upper back to
- 8:31:55Speaker 2: relax hm dilexies. You tell your shoulders, to your legs
- 8:32:29Speaker 2: the rex tell your hands to relax, I relaxed, they
- 8:32:57Speaker 2: continued to relax. When you told your eyelids, the muscles
- 8:33:11Speaker 2: around your eyes and eyebrows to relax, they relaxed and
- 8:33:22Speaker 2: continue to relax. When you told the back of your neck,
- 8:33:34Speaker 2: when you saw the back of your neck, told it
- 8:33:40Speaker 2: to relax, the relaxed and continued to relax. You told
- 8:34:00Speaker 2: your up back to relax, be relaxed and continued to relax.
- 8:34:21Speaker 2: That's what your shoulders. He told your shoulders to relax.
- 8:34:27Speaker 2: Your shoulders relaxed due to relax.
- 8:34:45Speaker 25: And it's not just that, It's.
- 8:34:53Speaker 2: That the rest of your body is also been listening
- 8:34:59Speaker 2: and then relaxation. It has been spread in so through
- 8:35:04Speaker 2: your eyes, the relaxation spread to your forehead, around your face,
- 8:35:13Speaker 2: into your skin, into your jaw, to the front sides
- 8:35:27Speaker 2: of your leg with down your chest and stile relaxed
- 8:35:39Speaker 2: hands and shoulders. Me up through your arms relaxing for
- 8:35:49Speaker 2: arms up arms, elburns, your lists, let's lower paints at
- 8:36:12Speaker 2: exploy just start to re egs t comfort, spreading through
- 8:36:24Speaker 2: your leggs way down to your ankles, the tops of
- 8:36:39Speaker 2: your feet, the sight of your feet, the bottoms of
- 8:36:45Speaker 2: your feet, real legs into your toes each time, and
- 8:37:21Speaker 2: that's your body. Your access for you're white comes slow pace,
- 8:37:46Speaker 2: to the point if shes to fall asleep, he said,
- 8:38:08Speaker 2: he said, drift the way because there's nothing in your
- 8:38:18Speaker 2: mind to pray space. You are the teens to guys
- 8:39:03Speaker 2: with that action. Be to me body relaxing. The word
- 8:39:11Speaker 2: he said to your son relates that need. The focus
- 8:39:25Speaker 2: is just one part. You just find your soul, you
- 8:39:32Speaker 2: retire body. Say how for word? Who thinks is sensations
- 8:40:06Speaker 2: of contents spreading for your body? Say and every to
- 8:40:29Speaker 2: your body.
- 8:40:54Speaker 25: We need to death now.
- 8:40:57Speaker 26: Just starting down number twenty ninety eighteen.
- 8:42:08Speaker 2: Six, sixteen, fifteen, four thirty two well.
- 8:45:15Speaker 18: Six the sum eight usus us unti.
- 8:55:28Speaker 2: One. So counted down ten to one ten nine eight
- 8:55:54Speaker 2: seven six five four three two one. And maybe that
- 8:56:19Speaker 2: was a bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe
- 8:56:23Speaker 2: it's a bit too fast for you to notice the
- 8:56:29Speaker 2: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 8:56:36Speaker 2: pressure there, like you're counting down from ten to one.
- 8:56:40Speaker 2: What do you expect me to do? Man, expect me
- 8:56:43Speaker 2: to stick go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 8:56:51Speaker 25: Too.
- 8:56:53Speaker 2: If you try it again, but this time, I'll go
- 8:56:56Speaker 2: a bit slower this time, and you focus on the
- 8:57:03Speaker 2: whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 8:57:10Speaker 2: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 8:57:19Speaker 2: relaxed with every number that I count down ten, nine, eight, seven, five,
- 8:58:19Speaker 2: four three one. Wow.
- 8:59:13Speaker 28: You just notice how.
- 8:59:17Speaker 2: How you feel generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 8:59:26Speaker 2: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 8:59:38Speaker 2: that space that you have.
- 8:59:41Speaker 1: That.
- 8:59:44Speaker 2: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 9:00:05Speaker 2: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 9:00:11Speaker 2: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 9:00:18Speaker 2: a space, you know, a bit of a space, the gap.
- 9:00:28Speaker 2: And the more I camped down for the tent of one,
- 9:00:33Speaker 2: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 9:00:43Speaker 2: of comfort and relaxation. It's a nice feeling, and it
- 9:00:58Speaker 2: moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves the
- 9:01:10Speaker 2: way allows you.
- 9:01:20Speaker 12: To just.
- 9:01:24Speaker 2: Slow down. Someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 9:01:31Speaker 2: and notice that gap widening. The gap, and as it widens,
- 9:01:41Speaker 2: it's almost like the.
- 9:01:44Speaker 29: Stress and attention falls into the gap, gives you that distance.
- 9:02:04Speaker 2: Of space. Now ten nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 9:03:08Speaker 28: Four three.
- 9:04:02Speaker 2: One. How did your body you feel.
- 9:04:20Speaker 9: Now?
- 9:04:33Speaker 2: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer? Are you
- 9:04:45Speaker 2: feeling more relaxed? As we now focus on your legs,
- 9:05:15Speaker 2: Just your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 9:05:36Speaker 2: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 9:05:56Speaker 2: to be done, because I'm sure like most of your
- 9:06:02Speaker 2: body is not not going on right now. Just focusing
- 9:06:15Speaker 2: on the whole of your thighs, the tops of your fires,
- 9:06:22Speaker 2: the sides of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs,
- 9:06:29Speaker 2: your outer thighs, and your inner thighs, basically the whole
- 9:06:34Speaker 2: of your thigh that leads into your hip and it
- 9:06:42Speaker 2: goes down to your knee joints. Now, this is a
- 9:06:53Speaker 2: big area. It's a very heavy area. It's very strong,
- 9:07:02Speaker 2: probably the strongest muscles in your body or in your thighs.
- 9:07:17Speaker 2: But I don't think we perhaps will give enough attention
- 9:07:25Speaker 2: to our thighs. Perhaps we don't they acknowledge how important
- 9:07:38Speaker 2: our thighs are to our lives. How much they actually
- 9:07:59Speaker 2: do for us all through our lives. And it may
- 9:08:13Speaker 2: seem sound.
- 9:08:13Speaker 25: Really weird, but.
- 9:08:17Speaker 2: I think that all of our body parts, especially our thighs,
- 9:08:24Speaker 2: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 9:08:31Speaker 2: of the acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what advice do
- 9:08:50Speaker 2: for us. And I know this may sound this range.
- 9:09:03Speaker 2: Maybe you think, why am I Surely I should be
- 9:09:06Speaker 2: able in the garden hugging a tree or something. Oh,
- 9:09:15Speaker 2: it's hard to set a microphone up on a tree.
- 9:09:18Speaker 2: That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be
- 9:09:20Speaker 2: outside hugging a tree. Now I can't see the television
- 9:09:24Speaker 2: from the tree. You move down to your knees gain
- 9:09:35Speaker 2: such an important part, and I think we don't necessarily
- 9:09:45Speaker 2: I'll speak for myself here. I don't necessarily appreciate all
- 9:09:53Speaker 2: that my needs do for me until I have a
- 9:09:58Speaker 2: problem with my knee. Occasionally I favor maybe not bash
- 9:10:03Speaker 2: it or it's aching for some reason. It's then that
- 9:10:09Speaker 2: I realize.
- 9:10:11Speaker 25: How much it does.
- 9:10:14Speaker 2: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 9:10:18Speaker 2: legs without any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful
- 9:10:27Speaker 2: thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You
- 9:10:37Speaker 2: know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 9:10:46Speaker 2: regardless of how your needs feel, you can have that
- 9:10:52Speaker 2: sense of gratitude and love to your needs for all
- 9:10:58Speaker 2: that they do for you, and you can still have
- 9:11:10Speaker 2: that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel,
- 9:11:18Speaker 2: Maybe you notice that they are relaxing more deeply as
- 9:11:36Speaker 2: you focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins,
- 9:11:42Speaker 2: and your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and
- 9:11:49Speaker 2: your feet incorporates, and of course your ankles so important.
- 9:12:02Speaker 2: Can anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain of
- 9:12:06Speaker 2: an ankle knows how how much we take our ankles
- 9:12:14Speaker 2: for granted. And it's kind of strange in a way
- 9:12:22Speaker 2: when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists are
- 9:12:28Speaker 2: a lot thinner than the rest of our arms, which
- 9:12:32Speaker 2: is okay, it doesn't I can't see any problem with that,
- 9:12:37Speaker 2: you know, just picking stuff up. Our ankles so much
- 9:12:43Speaker 2: thinner than the rest of our legs, and from a
- 9:12:53Speaker 2: physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense.
- 9:13:00Speaker 2: All this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 9:13:08Speaker 2: then leading to your feet at a thin area, thin
- 9:13:17Speaker 2: by Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports us,
- 9:13:27Speaker 2: supports our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance,
- 9:13:39Speaker 2: It helps you to get around and be mobile. There's
- 9:13:52Speaker 2: the calf muscles. Of course, when I was young, I
- 9:14:00Speaker 2: couldn't see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to
- 9:14:03Speaker 2: do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes, then
- 9:14:10Speaker 2: my calf muscles get some work. But of course that's
- 9:14:13Speaker 2: not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever we
- 9:14:18Speaker 2: use our legs and your shins there to protect your
- 9:14:32Speaker 2: lower les, shaped in a way, almost as a protector,
- 9:14:41Speaker 2: with the bone leading of course to your ankles and
- 9:14:56Speaker 2: your feet. I'm not going to focus on your feet.
- 9:15:03Speaker 2: We're just going to focus on the legs. And I realize,
- 9:15:09Speaker 2: and now that I've mentioned your feet, it could be
- 9:15:13Speaker 2: focusing on them anyway, So maybe I should focus.
- 9:15:16Speaker 25: On your feet a little bit.
- 9:15:21Speaker 2: You can have them in your awareness, the same as
- 9:15:26Speaker 2: you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 9:15:30Speaker 25: Even though we haven't.
- 9:15:31Speaker 2: Been focusing on your thighs a few minutes and you're
- 9:15:36Speaker 2: focusing on your angles, there's still that sensation of comfort
- 9:15:54Speaker 2: in your thighs it's that moment of energy because the
- 9:16:06Speaker 2: thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the
- 9:16:13Speaker 2: muscles and the big strong muscles that we have in
- 9:16:17Speaker 2: our thighs. But the skin on the outside of the thighs,
- 9:16:32Speaker 2: as in the outside of all of our body, it
- 9:16:37Speaker 2: can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature.
- 9:16:55Speaker 2: And inside your thighs there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 9:17:04Speaker 2: the arch trees, to all this stuffs in the side
- 9:17:09Speaker 2: your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you
- 9:17:17Speaker 2: could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and a message.
- 9:17:25Speaker 2: So if you can message on the outside, of course,
- 9:17:28Speaker 2: and to be able to get deep into the muscles,
- 9:17:32Speaker 2: to be able to just message inside your thighs, message
- 9:17:37Speaker 2: in the bones with your leg, with the veins, and
- 9:17:46Speaker 2: just gently human the thighs.
- 9:17:55Speaker 25: You can move it down.
- 9:17:58Speaker 2: Message and inside at your knees, some message in those bones,
- 9:18:05Speaker 2: but with healing fingertips, spreading the healing.
- 9:18:10Speaker 25: Energy deep into the choice your knees.
- 9:18:20Speaker 2: Of course, there's the back of your need, that the
- 9:18:24Speaker 2: inside crease where your need is this sensitive area. Really
- 9:18:34Speaker 2: that's very nice when you stroking that might be because
- 9:18:39Speaker 2: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 9:18:44Speaker 2: almost like a hidden part, a crease in your legs.
- 9:18:51Speaker 2: It's almost like a part that has a sensitivity, which
- 9:18:58Speaker 2: is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected by
- 9:19:09Speaker 2: your legs. So you can imagine putting your fingers.
- 9:19:20Speaker 25: Into that crease in your legs.
- 9:19:28Speaker 2: Folding between your legs, you can just message with your fingertips.
- 9:19:34Speaker 2: Imagine your fingertips going inside. Message in the muscle tissue.
- 9:19:45Speaker 2: You can of course feel the bones of your knees
- 9:19:51Speaker 2: heading through your fingertips, and then it should go down
- 9:20:05Speaker 2: to half muscles, and that's a.
- 9:20:07Speaker 25: Part I'd like to be able to really put my finger.
- 9:20:11Speaker 2: To step inside my half muscles. Massage in every single
- 9:20:20Speaker 2: tissue of the muscle, healing every part. Then doing the
- 9:20:32Speaker 2: same for my shins. Massage in generally stroking the bones,
- 9:20:42Speaker 2: generally stroking them, healing in their loving way, because they
- 9:20:48Speaker 2: deserve to be treated as the precious bones that they are,
- 9:20:55Speaker 2: because the legs are so precious as in all the
- 9:20:59Speaker 2: other parts about body, and more precious of mutual.
- 9:21:07Speaker 25: When your planet.
- 9:21:16Speaker 2: When you start to think about.
- 9:21:23Speaker 25: Your legs in this way, you can.
- 9:21:30Speaker 2: Change your perspective.
- 9:21:35Speaker 25: You might sound people, it's.
- 9:21:39Speaker 2: Silly to start with the idea of heaven. Love for
- 9:21:45Speaker 2: your legs, show an appreciation for your thighs. Want me
- 9:21:54Speaker 2: to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 9:22:00Speaker 2: the message the muscles and the bones.
- 9:22:06Speaker 25: And do you get your fingers deep in their releasing
- 9:22:11Speaker 25: all intension.
- 9:22:14Speaker 2: Just to show.
- 9:22:17Speaker 25: How much you care.
- 9:22:21Speaker 2: About your legs, how much.
- 9:22:24Speaker 25: You care for what your legs do for you.
- 9:22:30Speaker 2: Regularly, your needs, your calls, your ankles. The strength of
- 9:22:42Speaker 2: your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to the
- 9:22:50Speaker 2: rest of your legs, especially your fines. Yeah, they're so strong, lexible,
- 9:23:04Speaker 2: absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly a gift because of
- 9:23:17Speaker 2: what they do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless
- 9:23:28Speaker 2: of how what weight you are, even if you're only
- 9:23:32Speaker 2: eight stone, still a lot of weight these little ankles. Now,
- 9:23:42Speaker 2: am I a lot heavier than eat stone? Double beat?
- 9:23:50Speaker 2: Yet my ankles support my body all the time.
- 9:23:59Speaker 24: What do they do?
- 9:24:00Speaker 2: Keep off a sigh of relief when you sit down.
- 9:24:05Speaker 2: That's we've had my whole legs thre my feet thing
- 9:24:13Speaker 2: ailsa go, my my toes, crap, I'm so happy. The
- 9:24:38Speaker 2: legs really are amazing.
- 9:24:45Speaker 25: I don't know, talking about talking about your legs is probably.
- 9:24:52Speaker 2: Possibly one of the most things, the most boring things
- 9:24:56Speaker 2: you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly, I'm all, You're not.
- 9:25:05Speaker 2: Everything I said is true. Relis are amazing. Les deserve
- 9:25:22Speaker 2: not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 9:25:32Speaker 25: Deeply.
- 9:25:40Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 9:25:46Speaker 2: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 9:26:23Speaker 2: the legs are saying such a nice, very important part
- 9:26:29Speaker 2: of your body and your relation makes the rest of
- 9:26:33Speaker 2: your body also naturally follows in that journey and comfort.
- 9:26:53Speaker 25: I feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose,
- 9:27:01Speaker 25: and all say my ler back as well, my ler back.
- 9:27:08Speaker 2: It feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a
- 9:27:12Speaker 2: chair and there's no stretching.
- 9:27:17Speaker 25: As far as I'm aware of I'm doing. It's almost
- 9:27:20Speaker 25: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 9:27:24Speaker 25: there is a natural stretch as a tension has reduced
- 9:27:33Speaker 25: IM a lot. And now they count down from ten
- 9:27:53Speaker 25: downs of one and you can continue.
- 9:28:01Speaker 2: To film.
- 9:28:03Speaker 25: Wonderfully nights.
- 9:28:08Speaker 2: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 9:28:31Speaker 14: Four.
- 9:28:35Speaker 2: Three one Relax. So I'm just gonna countdown and fire
- 9:29:03Speaker 2: down to one. And as a countdown, you just focus
- 9:29:07Speaker 2: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 9:29:16Speaker 2: how you feel.
- 9:29:21Speaker 25: In this phones as you hear the numbers counting.
- 9:29:25Speaker 2: Down, knowing that those numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer,
- 9:29:40Speaker 2: not just in the body.
- 9:29:42Speaker 14: But will say it.
- 9:29:45Speaker 2: Relaxing your mind. You just notice how you feel. There's
- 9:29:51Speaker 2: nothing to do, it's nothing to say, there's nothing to
- 9:29:57Speaker 2: think about. Starting with.
- 9:30:04Speaker 25: Number five.
- 9:30:13Speaker 2: Four three.
- 9:30:34Speaker 28: Two one, did you notice the gradual.
- 9:30:58Speaker 25: Letting go.
- 9:31:01Speaker 2: The tension and your body? It may also begin to
- 9:31:09Speaker 2: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 9:31:17Speaker 2: to slow down.
- 9:31:21Speaker 25: This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 9:31:27Speaker 2: It's not really a special procedure.
- 9:31:31Speaker 25: It's just natural.
- 9:31:32Speaker 2: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 9:31:40Speaker 2: And the more your mind relaxes, the more the body relaxes.
- 9:31:44Speaker 25: It's just a continuous.
- 9:31:46Speaker 2: Circle of relaxation. And is that calmness that comes from
- 9:32:00Speaker 2: to quietness. You know you can even if this background
- 9:32:05Speaker 2: sounds either your side online, it's still going to be
- 9:32:13Speaker 2: quite calm. And you haven't got the television on. There's
- 9:32:18Speaker 2: no music in the background unless you're listening.
- 9:32:22Speaker 25: So to be called the Whiting music. Of course, you're
- 9:32:29Speaker 25: very likely not going to be sitting in a room
- 9:32:31Speaker 25: of other people.
- 9:32:33Speaker 2: Of course you might keep it.
- 9:32:35Speaker 25: Generally, it's more idea if you can do this on
- 9:32:39Speaker 25: your own.
- 9:32:41Speaker 2: So no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 9:32:57Speaker 2: relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 9:33:12Speaker 2: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 9:33:23Speaker 2: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's
- 9:33:33Speaker 2: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost in the sense
- 9:33:42Speaker 2: of relaxim completely happens.
- 9:33:46Speaker 25: Really when you put no effort into it.
- 9:33:51Speaker 2: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 9:33:57Speaker 2: that happens that A part of the process of this
- 9:34:08Speaker 2: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 9:34:20Speaker 2: advantage of this space.
- 9:34:26Speaker 24: This time. It's just let go.
- 9:34:38Speaker 25: To just be here, to be in chair with how
- 9:34:46Speaker 25: you feel, yet with.
- 9:34:54Speaker 2: The intention of wanting to relax.
- 9:35:00Speaker 25: Deeper and maybe even.
- 9:35:07Speaker 2: To fall asleep, depending on what it is the wish
- 9:35:14Speaker 2: for yourself.
- 9:35:16Speaker 24: In this moment.
- 9:35:24Speaker 2: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process.
- 9:35:34Speaker 25: Of fallen asleep. The actually fall a sleep part is
- 9:35:39Speaker 25: the tiny bit at the end.
- 9:35:43Speaker 2: The deeper relaxed, you become the easier you find yourself drifting.
- 9:36:08Speaker 25: You can also, if you choose stay.
- 9:36:12Speaker 2: Focused on my voice and really enjoy the process coratually relaxing.
- 9:36:42Speaker 25: Each muscle in your body.
- 9:36:54Speaker 2: Effortlessly and just observing the sensation. I'm letting go.
- 9:37:22Speaker 25: Completely this time when we count from six down to one,
- 9:37:38Speaker 25: and you can notice your mind calm down more with
- 9:37:47Speaker 25: each number, and you hear me say, naturally, he sleep six, five.
- 9:39:00Speaker 30: Four, yes, stupid, so.
- 9:41:21Speaker 25: Suction, She thinks smoking step stop.
