- Najah: So somebody post something on social media that you don't like. Now you gotta get on there and bash them? What they're wearing, what they believe, how they're living. Why does any of that need your approval? Talking about they need to stop and they oughta be ashamed of themselves. But are they ashamed? Or are you upset that they're not? Cause look, you're allowed to dislike something. But why does your dislike need to become somebody else's problem? You can look away or keep scrolling. Every opinion that you have does not need to leave your head. Y'all wanna do all this outer work. Fixing everybody and changing everybody. But don't want to do none of the inner work. Why don't you ask yourself the hard questions? where do these beliefs come from and why do you need everybody else to live by them? I need you to get honest about what you need to heal, unlearn, and change. I get it. Everybody is allowed an audience on social media. But why are you using yours to bash and bully people? 'Cause baby, being bothered doesn't give you permission to bother everybody else. Regulate your emotions. Everybody else is not yours to regulate.
