Latest / Worldview Matters With David Fiorazo / Pete Garcia: Why The Massive Increase Of Drone Activity?
Transcript
- 0:00House lawmakers trying to get answers about drone sightings in the skies over New Jersey and Staten Island.
- 0:06Of course, on the 8-4 reports tonight from Morristown, New Jersey.
- 0:10The fact that we don't know what's flying in our airspace is only the tip of the iceberg what's to come.
- 0:16We have to fix this.
- 0:17Today lawmakers on Capitol Hill raised questions about the United States' ability to defend against drone attacks and counter surveillance operations.
- 0:25The American people are looking at us and they think that we're lying to them because they think how could you possibly not have answers to drones flying over some of the most critical airspace in the country.
- 0:37In recent months, swarms of unidentified drones flew over the Langley Air Force Base in Virginia, the southern border in Texas, and now nearly every night in New Jersey and New York for three weeks.
- 0:49But the FBI doesn't have answers.
- 0:51We're investigating, but I don't have an answer.
- 0:57Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events, defending biblical Christianity.
- 1:07No topic, off limits.
- 1:10And now, here's your host, David Firazo.
- 1:14Merry Christmas, friends. God bless you. Thanks for watching.
- 1:17Pete Garcia is our guest today, the website rev310.net.
- 1:23That's our EV310.net.
- 1:28And we had to cut off that video. There's so much more that we're going to talk about regarding the drones.
- 1:34Very interesting, kind of creepy.
- 1:37What's going on? There's also an article we're going to visit over at TheWashingtonStand.com.
- 1:43Worse than the spy balloon, mysterious drones, swarm US shores. We'll get that in a minute. There we go.
- 1:52So we're talking hundreds. We're talking about sightings. We're talking about representatives in our government.
- 2:00And there's some frustration because this is in our airspace, and they don't know what's going on.
- 2:05So I want to bring in someone who does know a little bit more about this and can share a little insight.
- 2:10And that's Pete Garcia. Brother, thank you so much for your time today.
- 2:15Hey, it's going to be here with you, David.
- 2:17Yeah, and thank you for alerting me to these stories. My goodness.
- 2:22Where do you want to start with the drones? I mean, we just thought drones refer delivering packages, Pete. What's going on here?
- 2:30Yeah, it's like everything else. I mean, as soon as a technology gets developed, it's somehow put.
- 2:36There's some military application. I do it. So it doesn't matter what it is. I mean, silly string. We use that.
- 2:42We use that in Iraq. I mean, our soldiers use silly string and Iraq to detect trip wires and stuff.
- 2:49And the infantry and Marines are going into buildings. They would shoot that in there.
- 2:53And you in that that silly string is so light that it would just kind of land. And you could see if it was hanging in the air.
- 2:59That was on the trip wire. So that's something that the infantry and the Marines figured out on their own that it need billions of dollars.
- 3:05They didn't need a congressional subcommittee or whatever to get it done. They just they took what was available.
- 3:13And they made it work. And so drones are a have long been a part of the part of the military.
- 3:24This is something that the government's been interested in a long time.
- 3:28And there's many different kinds. I mean, when you think of when you think of drones, you tend to think of either like the predators or the reapers as big winged.
- 3:41There's one man planes that go up there for hours and hours on end. And they're flying at 60,000 on how high they fly at but they're way up there.
- 3:49And they're capturing information and they're dropping bombs and all that sort of stuff.
- 3:53Well, there's many different kinds of drones. I was teaching a class in the military back in 2017 and I would bring up a chart.
- 4:00And there was probably 50 different kinds of drones there that most people don't even know exist. That was what set seven years ago.
- 4:11I mean, who knows how many more that I mean that plate that page is probably doubled, but they had every kind from things that flew things that crawled things that went underwater things that went underground.
- 4:22I think quadrupedic things that can walk on all fours like dogs things that had multi legs like a like a centipede things that could jump.
- 4:33I mean, it's interesting to see how much of the animal world that we're trying to mimic and creating these things.
- 4:40So there was certainly this is a huge huge area that is that is becoming increasingly strategic in terms of, you know, if you're thinking about it from a military perspective, there's a lot of applications here that we were we were just starting to realize back in the late teens that could be used here.
- 5:01Most people think of drones, the kinds you get from best buy or some other kind of electronic store, you send it up, you might get some aerial photography done out of it might be great.
- 5:11Yeah, they're thinking in terms of like slaughter bots that movie slaughter bots where they can take these drones and use swarm technology, put explosives on there, put whatever they want to put on there and fly these in and basically take people out with facial facial recognition.
- 5:26Wow, their gate recognition, any type of identifying biometrics, you can you can program these drones to take out particular individual or you can use them to do kind of a mass casualty event in a time of war.
- 5:38So there's a lot of applications for this and it makes it very frightening to when you sit down and think about all the possibilities, this is becomes a very frightening situation.
- 5:50Well, you are a former veteran and you know some of the insights on how the militaries uses fascinating story about the silly string, by the way, that's really interesting to me, but drones can save a lot of military lives.
- 6:06They can reduce casualties by what you just said, you can they can go in and they can have explosive devices, tell us a little bit more about that, Pete, because that's something that's probably been in the works for a longer time than most Americans realize.
- 6:23Well, I was working on a project back in 2009, 2010 in the Army for the Army medical department there at the it's now long since changed, but it was called the the director of combat doctrine development and basically we were planning 10 to 20 years into the future.
- 6:42So I was focused on Medevac and so I was looking at other countries and what their capabilities were.
- 6:47And one of the ones that had the most innovative drone technology was Israel and they had a drone called the well it was called the mule at first for a while, but then they think they started calling it the air mule.
- 7:01And basically it was a Medevac platform that could fly into a forest it could fly into an alleyway it could fly in I mean it was it was a pretty good size drone it was about the size a little longer than a than an average person so probably about six foot five feet long somewhere in that neighborhood.
- 7:21And you would put the person inside of this thing you would load them in there and this somebody would remotely pilot this thing out of an area if you couldn't get a helicopter in there if you couldn't get some a vehicle or anything else to get the casualties out.
- 7:34But my point with bringing this up is that this technology is what 15 16 years old already and if you think about the movie star wars the original a new hope star wars think about the dune the the sand dune rider where they're floating along.
- 7:53That's right Luke and Obi-Wan they're going into I can't remember any of the town but the where the the villainous hive of scum and villainy remember it would know what you're going to say go ahead.
- 8:06But anyways that that that sand dune rider that's exactly what it looked like except it was completely flat and it had these giant fans on the inside of it so the fans were encased that that's the way it could fly into trees or branches whatever when mess up the rotor system so it was pretty ingenious and I let me clarify something the part where the person sit would lay inside of it if they were immobilized was about six foot five.
- 8:33The actual size of this was very large it was probably about size of an SUV so when I heard the the stories that were coming out of New Jersey and Nevada and other places in places along the west coast where you had these large drones that were just hovering over certain parts of the city.
- 8:52It may be think about that yes we have the technology to make a drone that large even fly it remotely remotely pilot it or you know if it's autonomous or whatever it's flying itself there's some kind of AI programming that's one aspect to it but the other thing is that.
- 9:11The where I guess the main challenge to this idea is that if these large drones that they're seeing innumerous places are just sitting and hovering you know for hours on end that is a technology that I I am not aware of I don't know that any of I mean unless it's some type of nuclear vision or some kind of new.
- 9:31Technology that we just aren't privy to yet I mean it's it's possible that it could be purely electronic I don't think that it could be like a Tesla or something but these things are sitting up there from like eight o'clock at night to like six in the morning I don't know any drone I know I know a drone like a Reaper a predator can fly for a long periods of time but they're you're talking fixed wing planes that are flying on the.
- 9:55Air currents that way at altitude and they can just stay up there for a long time and he's very minimal fuel but you're talking about a large object that's the size of a car that's sitting there hovering in the air that is very energy energy intensive yeah and it would need some radical new form of technology that I haven't seen anywhere.
- 10:15To hold whatever that thing is in the air for hours on in without moving or if it's if it's pursued by like another plane or a jet I think one of the news clips I saw a jet kind of was trying to fly after these things that would be the only time they're moving but there's sitting there for hours on and I don't know any other kind of.
- 10:38Technology that that allows for a vehicle to sit there and and basically hover for eight ten hours i don't know i mean there may be there is some kind of human answer to this or techno technological answer to it I just don't know what that technology is.
- 10:54So Pete we've heard reports of drones following the coast guard or or doing things off our shores um can you speculate whether this is a national security threat or because our government doesn't seem to know a lot about it we're going to get to a clip from New Jersey a governor.
- 11:12And a press clip but what is your take what what does your experience and your insight tell you this could be.
- 11:22Well I know from just my 22 years in the army that the army does possess technology that's way more advanced and what the public has led to believe so we know that that stuff exists okay.
- 11:38What I'm perplexed about is why people are continuing to repeat this statement you know they're saying well you know these things are safe and non threatening and yet they don't have they claim they don't know what these things are so how could they know that how could they know these things aren't a threat if they have no idea what they are unless they're in cahoots with whoever's doing this and so.
- 12:01I'm I'm of the mind that I don't know that this is anything that this is a government program per se.
- 12:09Because there's enough confusion at all levels of leadership that don't know what this stuff is that they're not even familiar with it that you would think that if this were something that we're kind of a top secret program but there's enough senators and congressmen that are read in on to.
- 12:25The funding of it etc in the purpose why they're doing it maybe through some type of DHS subcommittee or something that there would be that kind of you know cooling of the the waters where people are saying hey it's it's it's okay we know what this thing is just everybody chill out.
- 12:45But but there seems to be confusion at all levels so it tells me that that most of the government doesn't know what these things are.
- 12:53It is possible that it may be some type of organization corporation, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Skunk Works I mean something we I mean we don't know I mean it may be some type of project but if it were one of those types of projects.
- 13:07I think sky gear was another one I think that they would have already coordinated all this with the FAA they would have coordinated with this with the DHS and other relevant agencies to get the clearance and then those agencies through their state.
- 13:23Compatriots would would release this information and say hey this area just like when they do when they close down airspace for like a VIP visit or something they could have done those throwing up those.
- 13:37Notums and say hey you know this area this particular grid coordinates don't fly here from these hours to these hours because of military testing none of that stuff is put out so it seems unlikely that it's the government it seems unlikely that it's a US corporation like like I mentioned Raytheon Lockheed Martin or others yeah.
- 13:59And so it leads us with really two options or three options one this is a private group the possibly terroristic we don't know what their intentions are they've not and made known what those intentions are two it could be a foreign adversary it could be a foreign government that limits the countries who could do this because there's not a whole lot of countries that could launch drones from the ocean.
- 14:25But there's only I think there's only about 12 countries that could do that out of the 12 who would do that and why the only one I could the only two that I could think of would be Russia and China.
- 14:35And then those would be submarine launch drones and then three are the the last option would be these things are not human they're not of this earth or from this reality they are we can call them extraterrestrial ultra dimensional whatever you want to call them.
- 14:51But they're not human and their purposes are still unknown to us so that that's really the options and then you have to throw in all the the sphere the the instances where these spheres these metallic spheres are also appearing in many many different places like crazy now.
- 15:07And these things I mean they've had jets chase after them and these things would just leave those jets in the dust like they were sitting still so these things can defy the laws of physics they can defy I don't know if they're defined the laws of physics simply through speed but they're going like 32,000 miles per hour and if I can't real quickly I have a friend of mine who was a crusader pilot back in the 1960s that had a you know a UFO experience while he was flying out there.
- 15:35Near San Clemente Island, which is near Catalina Island, which is where the tic tac video was filmed for the the US Navy were out there doing maneuvers and that guy I think it was called the tic tac video.
- 15:51But the commander Fraber was the one that that film that from his I think he was an f 18 but my my friend that's all he's 80 89 now, but he's telling me the story from 1961 and he said he was doing mock to he didn't even realize he was doing mock to he was told to chase after the saying and before he knew it he'd already.
- 16:11Went over to go to mock to so he's flying it like 1400 miles per hour and this thing was just smoking him like it left him like he was sitting he goes I have never seen anything like that and.
- 16:22The him and his as fellow the other guy in the other plane was freaking out his wingman freaking out about this thing so it's interesting how these things are appearing in particular geographic locations.
- 16:33Yep and they're not just these coast as you mentioned there are other places Nevada west coast we've got to take a brief pause with Pete Garcia rev 310 dot net is the website will be right back on world view matters introducing patriot mobile the wireless carrier that stands with you we are committed to supporting the values that make our nation great.

- 18:03Pete Garcia is our guest today and how concerned should we be about the massive increase in drones and drone sightings well Jeff I want you to run the clip of the interview with the New Jersey's governor before we get back to Pete now let him.
- 18:20I'll respond to it so go ahead roll the clip.
- 18:22Rooms in New Jersey in Morris County twenty I don't know how many mayor sent a letter to you this morning ask for a clarification what can you tell us what is going on and why is it taking so long to come up with the next one.
- 18:35Yeah it's a good I don't blame people for being frustrated let me say most importantly right up front we see no evidence and I say we this includes homeland security FBI secret service our state police.
- 18:48Authorities at all levels of government the most important point to say is we don't see any concern for public safety that's number one number two having said that it's really frustrating that we don't have more answers as to where they're coming from and why they're doing what they're doing.
- 19:06We had last night forty nine sightings I think twenty of them were over a hundred and now those include I think I saw one mistake in a fixed wing aircraft a plane a small piper cub for instance for a drone or you saw one and that counts and then I saw the same one and that counts so we think these are overstated but there it's it's a non zero number.
- 19:31I was on with the White House and Homeland Security leadership literally at the very top yesterday pretty much all day.
- 19:39I'm hoping we'll get answers sooner than later I would just ask folks to continue to let the FBI or their local law enforcement know when they see something and we'll continue to do everything we can with our federal partners to get clearer answers.
- 19:53Why is it so hard to get answer these are apparently very as I understand it very sophisticated the minute you get eyes on them they they go dark and you know we're obviously most concerned about sensitive targets and sensitive critical infrastructure.
- 20:11So Pete Garcia there's apparently there's no public safety issue or national security concern but they can't tell us why.
- 20:20What are your thoughts on that I mean sure we've heard we would hear the same thing from other politicians other representatives what are your thoughts on that just doesn't add up something doesn't add up.
- 20:34Yeah so that that tells me that that he knows something that the general public doesn't know he's been read on it read in on something that he's not privy to share.
- 20:44If he were truly something he didn't know didn't understand I think there would be a great deal more fear and panic in his voice and in his actions then him sitting back thinking you know we don't know what these are but but they don't seem to be a threat and you know he's he's playing it very very calm and it seems it seems it's like it's like that.
- 21:06Leslie Nielsen clip you know we're the airports on fire behind them things are blowing up and he's like hey there's nothing to see here move along move along you know that's exactly with that governor's doing right then and there he's he's he's gaslighting us and saying that there's nothing really there's these things they're just they're just hovering.
- 21:25They're not hurting anybody they're just worried we just don't know what they are yeah i'm sorry if that were truly a something he didn't know I mean there would be a great deal of panic and in action in his voice to get things done to figure these things out so he knows something he's not telling us now there's long been stories that that the government has had secret dealings with alien entities going back to the 1947 Roswell incident.
- 21:53We know that in 1954 President Eisenhower signed the executive president presidential executive order that basically begin the processes for how we can classify information that classification process and that's still been an effect today and I would say probably greatly abused over the last you know 70 plus that you know 70 deck or 70 years or seven decades that's that this has been in place.
- 22:22So it's it's it's it's been abused and I think that they've been able to skirt around everything by calling it national security issue and I think with the incoming cabinet picks it's interesting to me that this particular time of kind of kind of crisis is making itself known it no now if you remember back to Reagan I think it was at a UN dinner some kind of and I'm paraphrasing him here but he's basically saying I wish aliens would show up because then it would just unite all of them.
- 22:52Man kind you know and I think that they're there may be some some truth in that playing out right now that that you know if you think about it this way the powers that the the you know if you want to call it nationally we'll call the nationally they'll call we'll call it the swamp and then internationally the deep state.
- 23:11But there's plenty of these entities in both both the national international who do not want Trump to come into office because he's threatening to undo this power structure that they built up for the last you know since the end of World War II and I feel like they the Democrats gave it their best shot to get them out they tried law fair they tried impeachment they tried.
- 23:33You know slandering them in the news they tried everything that they could think of then then the swamp got involved they tried two different assassination attempts that's why those things are so sketchy and why we know more about the United health care shooter than then we know about the guy that took a shot at Trump and killed a guy at Trump's rally and why the FBI were so quick to dispose of the body like within days of that I'm within a day or three days I think it was.
- 24:02He was a cremated wow and no toxicology things have been released and nobody's seen anything the house has been completely wiped clean before anybody before any investors got there the guy has no social media presence so the deep state gave it there's won't give it the best shot and now I think the deep states coming in and they're going to try and find some way to either co op the presidential this incoming presidential administration or to delay it or to toward it all together.
- 24:31So Pete I mean there's so much more we could have talked there I want friends to look at this article over at Washington stand mysterious drones swarm U.S. shores because we're not talking about single individual drones at times there are squadrons of drones flying over American airspace who why but Pete in the last couple of minutes to talk about Trump and the veterans administration.
- 24:55He vows to fix it and I don't I think there's a lot more that that would go into that than most of us understand our veterans need to be supported and helped and what are your thoughts on that with the VA and what Trump wants to do or what he can do.
- 25:14Well I looking at a guy like Trump who's thinking outside of the box almost all the time he's coming at this from a civilian perspective so he would say well why can't we make the VA more like urgent care you know where easy to get in easy to get out you don't need an appointment if you show up I mean you have to wait if you do don't if you don't have an appointment you'll have to wait but.
- 25:35Urgent care has been really good about balancing the telehealth along with in-person appointments plus follow-up appointments and yeah they just deal with kind of the basic boo boo's and sicknesses and things like that but 90% of the time that's kind of what's going on with everyday life but now you could have an urgent care plus kind of scenario where each veteran because now you're not serving you're not serving everybody you're serving a smaller
- 26:04subgroup within the larger community so I think you could assign physicians to groups of patients however you know in a town like where I live it's a pretty small town but most of the people live in the counties so you have a lot of veterans all over the county but not a lot of people in the town.
- 26:25Now you could buy the number of patients that you would have assigned to that particular clinic assigned that many physicians or physician assistants or nurse practitioners etc but I think we make it like we make it like an urgent care plus and then if there is further follow on things or chronic issues cancer diabetes things like that.
- 26:51Obviously then those urgent care clinics would be tied into the larger facilities that are in the urban areas like in my case would be Dallas Fort Worth area there's a large hospital VA hospital but I think having these smaller clinics of spread around and we have VA clinics now but they are very antiquated.
- 27:10They need upgraded on their infrastructure they're in their IT their bureaucracy the process is I mean it's very bureaucratic and when you think about most VA we're dealing with one insurance entity we're dealing with either we're dealing with tricare who has under tricare this sub it's the umbrella that has all these other ones under there but my point is is we definitely see upgraded and I think Trump's the guy that can do that.
- 27:34Well Pete thanks for your perspective sorry we were running out of time but we are going to do another episode with you so friends hang on fast in your seat belts more to come with Pete Garcia God bless you guys and as always keep speaking the truth about things that matter.
