  Chris,
• 0:51
  your,
• 0:51
  your
• 0:52
  thoughts
• 0:52
  on
• 0:52
  Target
• 0:53
  have,
• 0:53
  have
• 0:54
  been

• 0:55
  there,
• 0:55
  hit
• 0:55
  or
• 0:55
  miss
• 0:56
  as
• 0:56
  of
• 0:56
  late.
• 0:57
  What
• 0:57
  do
• 0:57
  you
• 0:57
  think
• 0:58
  particular
• 0:59
  Starbucks
• 0:59
  and
• 1:00
  Target
• 1:00
  collaboration?
• 1:02
  Well,
• 1:02
  and
• 1:02
  I'd
• 1:02
  say
• 1:03
  they've
• 1:03
  been
• 1:03
  pretty
• 1:03
  consistent
• 1:04
  of
• 1:04
  late,
• 1:04
  but
• 1:05
  counter
• 1:05
  to
• 1:05
  that,
• 1:05
  actually,
• 1:06
  you
• 1:06
  know,
• 1:06
  believe
• 1:06
  it
• 1:06
  or
• 1:07
  not,
• 1:07
  I
• 1:07
  actually
• 1:07
  like
• 1:07
  this
• 1:08
  now.
• 1:08
  Now
• 1:08
  I
• 1:08
  don't
• 1:09
  love
• 1:09
  the
• 1:09
  results
• 1:09
  this
• 1:09
  morning
• 1:10
  and
• 1:10
  you
• 1:11
  know,
• 1:11
  on
• 1:11
  a
• 1:11
  scale
• 1:11
  of
• 1:12
  impact,
• 1:12
  I
• 1:12
  think
• 1:12
  I
• 1:13
  want
• 1:13
  to
• 1:13
  be
• 1:13
  very
• 1:13
  careful
• 1:13
  in
• 1:14
  how
• 1:14
  I
• 1:14
  describe
• 1:14
  this
• 1:14
  because
• 1:15
  like,
• 1:15
  this
• 1:15
  is
• 1:16
  still
• 1:16
  small
• 1:16
  potatoes
• 1:17
  in
• 1:17
  terms
• 1:17
  of
• 1:17
  what
• 1:17
  Target
• 1:17
  needs
• 1:18
  to
• 1:18
  do
• 1:18
  to
• 1:18
  turn
• 1:18
  its
• 1:18
  ship
• 1:18
  around.
• 1:19
  But
• 1:19
  I
• 1:20
  love
• 1:20
  this
• 1:20
  idea.
• 1:20
  I
• 1:21
  freaking
• 1:21
  love
• 1:21
  it.
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  think
• 1:21
  it's
• 1:22
  great
• 1:22
  merchandising
• 1:23
  and
• 1:23
  kudos
• 1:24
  to
• 1:24
  Lisa
• 1:24
  Roth
• 1:25
  and
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  team
• 1:26
  for
• 1:26
  coming
• 1:26
  up
• 1:26
  with
• 1:26
  it.
• 1:27
  And
• 1:27
  you
• 1:27
  know,
• 1:27
  it
• 1:28
  gets
• 1:28
  me
• 1:28
  wondering
• 1:28
  if
• 1:28
  Target's
• 1:29
  getting
• 1:29
  its
• 1:29
  mojo
• 1:29
  back
• 1:30
  on
• 1:30
  the
• 1:30
  merchandising
• 1:30
  side
• 1:31
  because
• 1:31
  this
• 1:31
  is
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  type
• 1:31
  of
• 1:32
  thing
• 1:32
  they
• 1:32
  used
• 1:32
  to
• 1:32
  do
• 1:32
  really
• 1:33
  well.
• 1:33
  And
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  reason
• 1:34
  I
• 1:35
  like
• 1:35
  it
• 1:35
  is
• 1:35
  because
• 1:35
  it
• 1:36
  gives
• 1:36
  people
• 1:37
  a
• 1:37
  reason
• 1:37
  to
• 1:38
  go
• 1:38
  to
• 1:38
  Target
• 1:39
  store.
• 1:39
  And
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  Starbucks
• 1:40
  in
• 1:40
  a
• 1:40
  Target
• 1:41
  store
• 1:41
  is
• 1:41
  one
• 1:42
  reason
• 1:42
  you
• 1:42
  choose
• 1:42
  to
• 1:43
  shop
• 1:43
  at
• 1:43
  Target
• 1:43
  over
• 1:44
  another
• 1:44
  place,
• 1:45
  in
• 1:45
  fact.
• 1:46
  And
• 1:47
  this
• 1:47
  idea
• 1:47
  is
• 1:48
  so
• 1:48
  good
• 1:49
  that
• 1:50
  my
• 1:50
  litmus
• 1:51
  test
• 1:51
  for
• 1:51
  whether
• 1:51
  or
• 1:51
  not
• 1:52
  whether
• 1:52
  or
• 1:52
  not
• 1:52
  an
• 1:52
  idea
• 1:53
  is
• 1:53
  good
• 1:53
  is
• 1:53
  like,
• 1:54
  wow,
• 1:54
  why
• 1:54
  haven't
• 1:55
  they
• 1:55
  done
• 1:55
  this
• 1:55
  before?
• 1:56
  Because
• 1:56
  it
• 1:56
  just
• 1:56
  seems
• 1:57
  that
• 1:57
  straightforward.
• 1:58
  So,
• 1:59
  you
• 1:59
  know,
• 1:59
  worst
• 1:59
  case,
• 2:00
  to
• 2:00
  me,
• 2:00
  it
• 2:00
  doesn't
• 2:01
  work.
• 2:01
  And
• 2:02
  best
• 2:02
  and
• 2:02
  no
• 2:02
  one's
• 2:03
  worse
• 2:03
  off,
• 2:03
  but
• 2:03
  best
• 2:04
  case,
• 2:04
  you
• 2:04
  got
• 2:05
  another
• 2:05
  pumpkin
• 2:05
  spice
• 2:06
  latte
• 2:06
  on
• 2:06
  your
• 2:06
  hands
• 2:06
  that
• 2:07
  you
• 2:07
  can
• 2:07
  go
• 2:07
  back
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  year
• 2:08
  after
• 2:08
  year
• 2:08
  or
• 2:09
  you
• 2:09
  can
• 2:09
  refine
• 2:09
  it
• 2:09
  for
• 2:10
  next
• 2:10
  year
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  try
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  do
• 2:10
  it
• 2:11
  again.
• 2:11
  So
• 2:11
  I
• 2:12
  think
• 2:12
  it's
• 2:12
  just
• 2:12
  really
• 2:12
  smart
• 2:13
  merchandising
• 2:13
  that
• 2:13
  leverages
• 2:14
  what
• 2:14
  is
• 2:15
  truly
• 2:15
  one
• 2:15
  of
• 2:15
  your
• 2:15
  differentiation.
• 2:16
  Differentiation
• 2:17
  points
• 2:18
  at
• 2:18
  Target.
• 2:19
  Yeah,
• 2:20
  I,
• 2:20
  I
• 2:20
  think
• 2:20
  it's
• 2:21
  a
• 2:21
  Great.
• 2:22
  It's
• 2:22
  like
• 2:22
  you
• 2:22
  said,
• 2:23
  it's
• 2:23
  a
• 2:23
  great
• 2:23
  use
• 2:23
  of
• 2:24
  existing
• 2:24
  assets
• 2:25
  that
• 2:25
  are
• 2:25
  already
• 2:26
  in
• 2:26
  your
• 2:26
  store.
• 2:27
  The
• 2:27
  only
• 2:28
  concern
• 2:28
  that
• 2:28
  I
• 2:28
  have
• 2:29
  is
• 2:29
  will
• 2:30
  the
• 2:30
  Starbucks
• 2:30
  teams
• 2:31
  be
• 2:31
  ready
• 2:31
  for
• 2:31
  this?
• 2:32
  Should
• 2:32
  we
• 2:32
  have
• 2:33
  a
• 2:33
  Starbucks
• 2:34
  glass
• 2:34
  bear
• 2:34
  cup
• 2:35
  situation
• 2:35
  on
• 2:35
  our
• 2:36
  hands
• 2:36
  where
• 2:36
  this
• 2:36
  becomes
• 2:37
  so
• 2:37
  popular?
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  guess
• 2:38
  that's
• 2:38
  a
• 2:39
  problem.
• 2:39
  That's
• 2:39
  a
• 2:39
  good
• 2:40
  problem
• 2:40
  to
• 2:40
  have
• 2:40
  for
• 2:40
  Target
• 2:41
  to
• 2:41
  have
• 2:41
  and
• 2:41
  they'll
• 2:41
  have
• 2:42
  to
• 2:42
  figure
• 2:42
  that
• 2:42
  out.
• 2:42
  But,
• 2:44
  but
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  other
• 2:44
  thing
• 2:45
  that
• 2:45
  they
• 2:45
  didn't
• 2:45
  mention
• 2:45
  in
• 2:46
  this
• 2:46
  press
• 2:46
  release,
• 2:46
  which
• 2:47
  I
• 2:47
  think
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  a
• 2:47
  very
• 2:48
  nice
• 2:48
  compliment
• 2:49
  to
• 2:49
  that,
• 2:49
  is
• 2:49
  that
• 2:50
  a
• 2:50
  lot
• 2:50
  of
• 2:50
  the
• 2:50
  Starb
• 2:51
  or
• 2:51
  sorry,
• 2:51
  a
• 2:51
  lot
• 2:51
  of
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  Target
• 2:52
  stores
• 2:52
  this
• 2:52
  year
• 2:53
  are
• 2:53
  doing
• 2:54
  a
• 2:54
  hot
• 2:55
  cocoa
• 2:55
  bar
• 2:55
  when
• 2:55
  they
• 2:56
  go,
• 2:56
  when
• 2:56
  you
• 2:56
  go
• 2:57
  in.
• 2:57
  So
• 2:57
  on
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  weekends
• 2:58
  you'll
• 2:58
  be
• 2:58
  able
• 2:58
  to,
• 2:59
  in
• 2:59
  select
• 3:00
  Target
• 3:00
  stores
• 3:01
  go
• 3:01
  in
• 3:01
  and
• 3:02
  you
• 3:02
  get
• 3:02
  to,
• 3:03
  they're
• 3:03
  giving
• 3:03
  away
• 3:04
  hot
• 3:04
  cocoa
• 3:05
  and
• 3:05
  you
• 3:05
  can
• 3:05
  add
• 3:05
  different
• 3:06
  ingredients
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  then
• 3:07
  it'll
• 3:07
  be
• 3:07
  merchandised
• 3:08
  around
• 3:08
  it
• 3:08
  so
• 3:08
  that
• 3:09
  you
• 3:09
  can
• 3:09
  make
• 3:09
  your
• 3:09
  own
• 3:09
  hot
• 3:09
  cocoa
• 3:10
  bar
• 3:10
  at
• 3:10
  home.
• 3:11
  So
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  think
• 3:11
  while
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  Starbucks
• 3:12
  angle
• 3:13
  is
• 3:13
  great
• 3:13
  for
• 3:13
  mom,
• 3:13
  I
• 3:14
  think
• 3:14
  that
• 3:14
  this
• 3:14
  hot
• 3:14
  cocoa
• 3:15
  bar
• 3:15
  is
• 3:15
  also
• 3:16
  a
• 3:16
  really
• 3:17
  like
• 3:17
  leveled
• 3:18
  up
• 3:18
  luxury
• 3:19
  retail
• 3:20
  experience
• 3:20
  in
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  mass
• 3:21
  retailer
• 3:22
  that
• 3:22
  gets
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  kids
• 3:23
  in.
• 3:23
  That
• 3:24
  makes
• 3:24
  it
• 3:24
  a
• 3:24
  memory.
• 3:25
  It
• 3:25
  makes
• 3:25
  it
• 3:25
  an
• 3:25
  experience
• 3:26
  of
• 3:26
  going
• 3:26
  to
• 3:27
  the
• 3:27
  store
• 3:27
  and
• 3:27
  maybe
• 3:28
  will
• 3:28
  drive
• 3:28
  you
• 3:28
  there
• 3:29
  time
• 3:29
  and
• 3:29
  time
• 3:29
  again
• 3:29
  to
• 3:30
  like
• 3:30
  have
• 3:30
  this
• 3:30
  during
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  holiday
• 3:31
  shopping
• 3:32
  season.
• 3:32
  So
• 3:32
  that's
• 3:33
  something
• 3:33
  I
• 3:33
  think
• 3:33
  I
• 3:33
  would
• 3:34
  have
• 3:34
  like
• 3:34
  added
• 3:34
  as
• 3:35
  an
• 3:35
  aside,
• 3:35
  like,
• 3:36
  and
• 3:36
  in
• 3:36
  select
• 3:37
  Target
• 3:37
  stores,
• 3:37
  dot
• 3:38
  dot
• 3:38
  dot.
• 3:38
  Here's
• 3:39
  this
• 3:39
  other
• 3:39
  experience
• 3:40
  too.
• 3:40
  So,
• 3:41
  so
• 3:41
  yeah,
• 3:42
  I
• 3:42
  think,
• 3:42
  I
• 3:42
  think
• 3:42
  this
• 3:43
  is
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  great
• 3:44
  step
• 3:44
  forward
• 3:44
  and
• 3:45
  a
• 3:45
  great
• 3:45
  kickoff
• 3:45
  to
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  holiday
• 3:46
  season
• 3:47
  from
• 3:47
  Target
• 3:48
  and
• 3:49
  in
• 3:49
  multiple
• 3:50
  different
• 3:51
  ways
• 3:51
  here,
• 3:51
  not
• 3:51
  just
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  partnership
• 3:52
  with
• 3:52
  Starbucks.
• 3:54
  Wow.
• 3:54
  And
• 3:54
  so
• 3:54
  cancel
• 3:55
  Christmas.
• 3:55
  You're
• 3:55
  talking
• 3:56
  there's
• 3:56
  going
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  be
• 3:56
  cocoa
• 3:56
  cannibalization
• 3:57
  in
• 3:57
  Target
• 3:58
  stores
• 3:58
  this
• 3:58
  holiday
• 3:58
  season.
• 3:59
  I
• 3:59
  guess
• 4:00
  so.
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  mean
• 4:00
  that's,
• 4:01
  they
• 4:01
  were
• 4:01
  already
• 4:02
  putting
• 4:02
  up
• 4:02
  the
• 4:03
  structure
• 4:03
  for
• 4:03
  the
• 4:03
  hot
• 4:03
  cocoa
• 4:04
  bar
• 4:04
  in
• 4:04
  our
• 4:04
  local
• 4:05
  Target
• 4:06
  the
• 4:06
  day
• 4:06
  after
• 4:07
  Halloween.
• 4:07
  So
• 4:08
  it's,
• 4:08
  it's
• 4:08
  ready.
• 4:09
  If
• 4:09
  you're
• 4:10
  in
• 4:10
  select
• 4:10
  Target
• 4:10
  stores,
• 4:11
  I'm
• 4:11
  sure
• 4:11
  they'll
• 4:11
  have
• 4:11
  more
• 4:12
  details
• 4:12
  on
• 4:12
  their
• 4:12
  other
• 4:13
  sites.
• 4:13
  But,
• 4:13
  but
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  love
• 4:15
  it.
• 4:15
  I
• 4:15
  think
• 4:15
  that's
• 4:16
  a
• 4:16
  great
• 4:17
  thing.
• 4:17
  And
• 4:17
  again,
• 4:18
  creating
• 4:18
  that
• 4:18
  memory,
• 4:19
  not
• 4:20
  something
• 4:20
  that
• 4:20
  you're
• 4:20
  expecting.
• 4:21
  It's
• 4:21
  definitely
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  expect
• 4:22
  more
• 4:23
  part
• 4:23
  of
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  expect
• 4:24
  more,
• 4:25
  pay
• 4:25
  less
• 4:26
  moniker
• 4:26
  at
• 4:27
  Target.
• 4:28
  Target
• 4:28
  all
• 4:28
  in
• 4:29
  on
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  cocoa
• 4:30
  this
• 4:30
  holiday
• 4:30
  season.
• 4:30
  Wow.
