- 0:10Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Frank in Arizona. Frank,
- 0:14Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Good morning, Mark, Mark not a Platin has dropped out
- 0:18Speaker 1: of the race. Does he get to keep any of
- 0:20Speaker 1: the money he raised?
- 0:21Speaker 2: Yeah, you can keep the money.
- 0:23Speaker 3: He hit the lottery. Basically, well, yeah.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You can keep your money. Now you're supposed to only
- 0:29Speaker 2: this is just you keep it on the basis that
- 0:31Speaker 2: you'll be running another campaign in the future and you're
- 0:33Speaker 2: keeping it for that. Uh, and you're really only allowed
- 0:36Speaker 2: to spend it on campaign expenses, but you can. You
- 0:39Speaker 2: can stretch that out. You could pay for your office,
- 0:42Speaker 2: your car, your driver, your secretary. You can pay for
- 0:44Speaker 2: it with that.
- 0:45Speaker 4: And he says he wants his wife to run instead
- 0:47Speaker 4: of him.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so that way, good luck keep raising money. Yeah,
- 0:52Speaker 2: we'll talk about blattin they're coming up. It's a ridiculous situation. Democrats,
- 0:58Speaker 2: you know, they go nuts when they try to copy
- 1:00Speaker 2: the Republicans, you know, and they tried to come during
- 1:02Speaker 2: the Bush years. Well, we'll find a military guy. They
- 1:05Speaker 2: find John Kerry, who had been in the military for
- 1:08Speaker 2: two weeks fifty years ago and looked ridiculous. And the
- 1:11Speaker 2: same thing with Platner. We'll find a working man. This
- 1:14Speaker 2: was their idea of a working man. This cape fear
- 1:17Speaker 2: looking lunatic. Let's go to rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich
- 1:21Speaker 2: How you doing?
- 1:23Speaker 4: He thanks?
- 1:23Speaker 1: Mark. You know I'm glad Trump is finally I'm the
- 1:26Speaker 1: biggest Trump supporter, Is I one the guy who run
- 1:28Speaker 1: twenty five years ago? I'm glad to see he's finally
- 1:30Speaker 1: gonna you know what, and get off the pot and
- 1:31Speaker 1: go do what he's supposed to do. I went shopping
- 1:33Speaker 1: with my buddy Ray yesterday. Gas was three point thirty one.
- 1:37Speaker 1: We came back an hour and a half later, it
- 1:39Speaker 1: was three point fifty nine. It went up twenty eight
- 1:42Speaker 1: cents in an hour as soon as he dropped the
- 1:44Speaker 1: first bomb. Now Trump is gonna have to I called
- 1:47Speaker 1: my senators, get on your companies. If we're producing our
- 1:51Speaker 1: own oil, we shouldn't be having anything.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Is the problem. We produced. Not only are all our
- 1:56Speaker 2: own oil, we produced more than we could ever use.
- 1:58Speaker 2: We're the biggest seller of oil and world. If you
- 2:01Speaker 2: tell them you got to cut the price, they'll just
- 2:04Speaker 2: pump less they'll they'll just drill less and they'll cut
- 2:07Speaker 2: down the supply that they'll raise the price that way.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So either way you're gonna have that.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Yeah, we need to get the prices down for someone tourism, traffic.
- 2:16Speaker 2: I understand. But if you make them cut the price deliberately,
- 2:19Speaker 2: they'll just cut the supply and then eventually the price
- 2:21Speaker 2: will come back up.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That would be a falsehood, Mark, because we will we
- 2:27Speaker 1: all know this.
- 2:27Speaker 2: We all know this.
- 2:28Speaker 1: No, you can't claim all right, we all know that.
- 2:30Speaker 2: But that's the problem there. So it's but the only
- 2:34Speaker 2: good news out of all of this with the Iran
- 2:36Speaker 2: war is we are the biggest supplier of oil in
- 2:39Speaker 2: the world and more countries are now buying from US.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Thirty percent more oil being sold now by US oil companies.
- 2:45Speaker 2: We are now the biggest supplier of oil all over
- 2:49Speaker 2: the world. A lot of people realizing you've got to
- 2:51Speaker 2: be careful with Iran oil because it makes things like
- 2:54Speaker 2: this could happen. The only reliable, steady stream is from
- 2:57Speaker 2: the US. So thirty percent more countries now buying their
- 3:00Speaker 2: oil from US. Let's go to Bob in Connecticut. Bob,
- 3:03Speaker 2: how you doing Mark.
- 3:05Speaker 5: It's corrupt it's not Connecticut.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Well people, people may not realize you've had a couple
- 3:11Speaker 2: of governors go to jail, like every mayor of Bridgeport,
- 3:15Speaker 2: the Waterberry of Hartford, a lot of mayors have gone
- 3:18Speaker 2: to jail there. It's a big pocket of corruption there.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Yes, definitely. But I think it's a great idea to
- 3:26Speaker 5: change the name of the airport because think about this,
- 3:30Speaker 5: if you want to aggravate the socialist communist Democrats, that
- 3:37Speaker 5: every city has a Martin Luther King Boulevard. And he
- 3:42Speaker 5: was a registered Republican because he knew these people were evil.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Don't tell people it was a Republican.
- 3:50Speaker 4: They don't know that he was.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Oh, I know, but they don't like that. Yeah he
- 3:53Speaker 2: was anti abortion, he was. He was a real Republican.
- 3:56Speaker 2: But don't tell. Yeah, they'll go crazy if they find out.
- 3:59Speaker 5: That's why the Democrats in their army, which is the Klan,
- 4:04Speaker 5: had him killed.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Well, no, we don't know. We don't know exactly what
- 4:08Speaker 2: happened there. But Lincoln was a Republican. Martin Luther King
- 4:12Speaker 2: was a Republican. Don't tell everybody that. They would get
- 4:14Speaker 2: all upset if they hear that. Let's go to pat
- 4:16Speaker 2: In Westchester, pat How you doing, hey, Mark.
- 4:19Speaker 3: You know that buys a building that's about to collapse.
- 4:23Speaker 3: That was a plan. That's a residential makeover.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:27Speaker 3: After what happened if you recall them a few years
- 4:31Speaker 3: back with hamming in Florida, the entire building tipped over.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Savvy New York is good luck to the to the
- 4:37Speaker 3: guide frying, the solos, the promise the people.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yeah, they'll have to tear down everything they put. What
- 4:41Speaker 2: they did is they try to add another twenty floors
- 4:43Speaker 2: on one side of the building. It's a strange. These
- 4:47Speaker 2: big office buildings, the idea of converting them to residential.
- 4:52Speaker 2: It's a tough thing to do. It's not easy because
- 4:55Speaker 2: in an office building now here we are in a
- 4:57Speaker 2: big skyscraper right here, we're on the sixth floor of
- 4:59Speaker 2: them make skyscraper. There's only one bathroom. Well it's two.
- 5:05Speaker 2: There's a ladies room and a men's room way down
- 5:07Speaker 2: on that end of the floor. It's the men's room
- 5:09Speaker 2: and ladies room. And that's it. Now, if you have
- 5:12Speaker 2: a residential building, you got to have a bathroom, Like
- 5:16Speaker 2: every fifty feet you got to you know, if you
- 5:18Speaker 2: have fifty apartments on the floor, You've got to build
- 5:21Speaker 2: fifty bathrooms, and then you have to build fifty kitchens.
- 5:24Speaker 2: So you have to add all of this stuff to
- 5:27Speaker 2: each floor. It's not easy to do, and then you
- 5:29Speaker 2: have to lay it out differently. It's really tough to
- 5:33Speaker 2: convert an office building residential, and this one, it looked
- 5:37Speaker 2: like kind of a ridiculous project. It's a thirty seven
- 5:40Speaker 2: story building and then we're going to convert it to
- 5:43Speaker 2: sixteen hundred residential units. Have you ever heard of a
- 5:46Speaker 2: building with sixteen hundred apartments in it? That's a lot.
- 5:51Speaker 2: It's kind of ridiculous. It's great if you have the
- 5:53Speaker 2: doorman because it's sixteen hundred tenants at Christmas time, don't
- 5:56Speaker 2: have to tip you. But it sounds a little crazy.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Let's go to Joseph in Manhattan. Joseph, how you doing?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Okay? Mark?
- 6:05Speaker 2: Good morning?
- 6:06Speaker 4: Now not democrat nazi tattoo, Graham Cracker has cracked. We
- 6:11Speaker 4: can go back to simpler times. I like, remember when
- 6:15Speaker 4: Democrat Anthony Wiener was chex texting.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Yeah, these democrats, I'm sure Republicans you can name a
- 6:22Speaker 2: few of too, but maybe with the sex stuff. But
- 6:25Speaker 2: I can't. You don't, You're not gonna be able to
- 6:27Speaker 2: come up with a Republican with a big Nazi ss
- 6:31Speaker 2: deaf camp tattoo right in the middle of his chest.
- 6:36Speaker 2: And uh yeah, this is a I mean, it's kind
- 6:39Speaker 2: of fun watching Democrats just shoot themselves in the foot here.
- 6:41Speaker 2: But well, we'll get into it a little later. We'll
- 6:44Speaker 2: get the platiner in the next hour. Hey, when we
- 6:46Speaker 2: come back to hunt for Steve Moore, we'll have we'll
- 6:48Speaker 2: talk to the brilliant economist Steve Moore. Lots to talk
- 6:51Speaker 2: to him about coming up next to gas prices oil.
- 6:54Speaker 2: We'll get to all of that on seven to ten
- 6:56Speaker 2: wor
