- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine this, federal prosecutors estimate that up to $9 billion meant for kids
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: was stolen in one state alone.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: 9 billion.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: Auditors and catch government employees, fabricating and backdating documents to hide the mess.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: And the governor of that state is now being told that either he resigns or he's leaving office in handcuffs.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is in a movie plot.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is Minnesota and the Tim wall scandal is spiraling into something that could reshape the entire debate over welfare immigration and accountability in blue state America for generations to come.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor, you're up to make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to hear anywhere else.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know what to do?
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: Meet Minnesota's own legislative auditor, Judy Randall.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: She's not a politician, she's not a pundit, she's a career number and paperwork person with nearly 30 years in the office of the legislative auditor.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: And yet despite those years of experience, nothing, and I mean, nothing prepared her for what she was about to encounter.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: She called it quote, the most egregious case of corruption and fraud she's ever seen.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: Her team dug into the behavioral health administration at Minnesota's Department of Human Services, the division that hands out roughly $200 million a year and grants for mental
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: addiction treatment, and what she found wasn't just sloppiness.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: It was a systemic effort to rewrite history on paper.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: Auditors asked for routine oversight documents.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: You know, things like proof of sight visits, monitoring, proof that services were actually delivered, just basic stuff.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: At first, astonishingly, the DHS said we don't have those files.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: Those files don't exist.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: And then once auditors pressed them saying, yes, you do, because legally they have to exist.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: Suddenly documents several weeks later appeared and at least one was created from scratch and backdated by two years to make it look like it had always been there.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_00]: And they found that that was the pattern, they fabricated the documentation.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: The auditor, Judy Randall, she told lawmakers that multiple employees in the behavioral health administration created or backdated documents after the audit began across the entire grant oversight process.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: She called it a systemic effort to deceive.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't simply forgetting to upload a PDF.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: These are officials knowingly falsifying the record to make it look like oversight happen when, in fact, it did not and intentionally did not.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: And the paper trail gets worse.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: One grantee tied to a North Minneapolis church, the wellness collaborative through Zion Baptist, received a $1.6 million grant.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: Auditors found that DHS had no documentation whatsoever to prove that the services taxpayers paid for were ever delivered.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: Even as church representatives insist, they did the work and are now being scapegoated.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: In another case, highlighted to Congress,
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: A grantee was paid nearly $680,000 for a single month of work.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: Think about that, $680,000 for a single month.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: And yet couldn't produce a single invoice or participant data.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and you'll love this.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: The grant agreement totaled about $1.6 million, and the state employee who approved the money,
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: left the DHS within days.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then guess where that former state employee went to work?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: They went to work for that very same grantee!
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: talking about a revolving door so we've actually coin at least one instance where dHS worker approved a million dollar grant without any justification then quit his or her dHS job and went on to work for the very organization that this now former dHS worker gave over a million dollars to i mean the corruption is so patently blatant it defies belief
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: This is Tim Walsers, Minnesota.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: This is the fraud that we're finding wasn't merely incidental.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't peripheral.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: It was woven in and throughout the entire state and local government system.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: Tim Walsers is the fraud.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: Mayor Jacob Fry is the fraud.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Ilhan Omar is the fraud.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: On top of that, auditors found DHS failed to conduct required sight visits.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like the ones that independent journalists Nick Shirley recently did when he found this.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: Here at Future Leaders Early Learning Center, this building received $3 million over $3 million.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, how are you?
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: I would like to see if I could bring a little Joey, my son little Joey here, is there a paperwork or can I check out the daycare?
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: No, like I didn't check out the daycare.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I can get paperwork or anything to submit my son a little Joey to come in here to daycare.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: We'd really like to put Joey in this daycare, we've heard great things.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: This is God?
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: No, I would like your business card, actually.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: Where are the children at?
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: Are the children here today?
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: No children.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_01]: Why are there no children?
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: And do you talk next to them?
- 7:05[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_01]: Would my son little Joey have friends to play with here?
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, no friends for little Joey.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'll do it.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: Well, have a great rest of your day.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: So it shouldn't surprise you that when the auditors themselves went out to conduct the sight visits,
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: They, too, discovered what they called, quote, serious concerns that services were not being provided at all.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, they found that fewer than one in five survey DHS workers even felt trained to properly scrutinize how Grant money was being spent.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: The DHS audit uncovered nothing short of mass corruption fraud,
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: and incompetence.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and by the way, did I mention to add insult to injury?
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: This was already the second audit of that same division.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: The previous audit caught many of the same failure.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: So these were repeat problems that had not been fixed despite earlier warnings.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, at some point incompetence stops being a believable excuse.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: Now, zoom out.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: While Minnesota's bureaucracy was fabricating paperwork after the fact federal investigators were uncovering what they say could be the largest welfare and Medicaid fraud crisis and modern U.S. history and estimated nine billion dollars stolen through schemes tied to child care autism services housing Medicaid programs.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: The feeding our future scandal alone, the one that centered on that Somali restaurant that claim it was feeding hungry kids.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're the ones who were Ilhan Omar did her celebration banquet after her 2018 congressional victory.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: That scandal alone involved over a quarter of the billion dollars stolen from taxpayers.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: 78 defendants have been charged almost all of them over 90% of Somali descent.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: Federal prosecutors in the house oversight committee now say that that scandal was just the tip of the iceberg.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: One piece of a much broader web of fraud that pervades Minnesota Social Services System.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: And one man, the governor, has been overseeing it all for years.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: And now, his reckoning,
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: is at hand and speaking of a reckoning, you know, the same nefarious corrupt forces that have infested Minnesota's government have been eating away at your savings now for years at a federal level.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, we're talking about inflation where reckless federal reserve policies have been relentlessly devaluing our dollars for decades.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: Here's a not so fun fact for you.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: has already lost 22% of its value.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_00]: There are riots over and Tehran over things like this gang.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: Your savings didn't shrink, they got robbed slowly and quietly by the hidden tax called inflation.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what makes this explosive.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: Most Americans have 100% of their retirement
- 10:24[SPEAKER_00]: tied to paper assets, all dependent on a system that just keeps printing more dollars.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: But thankfully, there's a way to protect what you've worked so hard to build, and that's with physical, gold, and silver.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why I turn to Augusta Precious Metals, the absolute best in the business.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: Augusta Precious Metals has been helping Americans diversify with physical gold for over a decade.

- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: This is about repositioning a portion of your savings.

- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is about stability, clarity, and a plan that makes sense in a world.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: that feels increasingly chaotic.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: Augusta precious metals, the best at what they do, the ones I trust and the ones I recommend to you.

- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: Three, five, zero, five, two.

- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: And get your free guide today.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: You'll sleep better tonight.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: Knowing you have a plan.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: In Washington, the House Oversight Committee held a hearing literally entitled Oversight of Fraud and Misuse of Federal Funds in Minnesota, Chairman James Comer, Q's tampon, Tim, along with Attorney General Keith Ellison of being complicit in the rampant fraud Republican House Majority Whit-Tom Ammer took it further.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_00]: He called on walls to resign, warning that if he does not, he might be leaving office
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: Cuffs.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: Now, for me, I'm not particularly sure why it's an either.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: Or, okay.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: Just like that corrupt judge was an adugun, a Milwaukee who's found guilty of a felony and trying to help an illegal alien escape from law enforcement, right, from her own court.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: She had to resign and she's facing jail, right?
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: The two aren't mutually exclusive.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: Nevertheless,
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: As we all know, Wall's did drop out of the race for governor.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: He won't be seeking another term in office.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_00]: So this scandal clearly has legs.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's already claimed, at least partially, a victim.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: It's already obliterated his political future at least at a national level.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: But we're more and more learning about Wall's own involvement in this culture of corruption at the highest level of Minnesota politics.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: We're now finding out that whistleblowers,
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: hundreds of social workers and government employees raised alarms about this fraud years ago, but they were suppressed.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: Those concerns were not just ignored, they were openly and overtly opposed by Tim walls himself.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, there were reports that he and his administration were blatantly intimidating and threatening these whistleblowers with retaliation if they went public.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: So it looks like his dropping out of the gubernatorial race is just the first of the consequences that walls will be inevitably facing.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins has frozen roughly $130 million in USDA funding to Minnesota Minneapolis over massive fraud and lack of accountability.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: Treasury Secretary Scott Basin has announced a massive IRS audit of financial institutions that facilitated the laundering of Minnesota funds.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: Vice President J.D.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: Vance announced a new assistant attorney general position with nationwide
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: saying its work will start in Minnesota and then expand across the country.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: Homeland Security agents and multi-agency task force are already, of course, on the ground in Minneapolis.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: And this is all just the prelude.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: Make no mistake.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: These are just the opening credits to the movie.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: Representative Comer has called walls an elicent to testify under oath in a congressional hearing, where they'll have to answer on camera.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: whether they were clueless or complicit or even a bit of both while billions vanished and state workers were allegedly forging the records.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Virtually every single department of the federal government is now involved in this, the DOJ, the agriculture department because of the food programs, the department of education at least what's left of it because of the learning programs are better
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: Health and Human Services, the Treasury Department, of course, ice in Homeland Security since so much of the fraud was being perpetrated by Somali Nationals, the SEC because of interstate activity, virtually every single federal department is swooping down on this scandal and as a vested interest in prosecuting and punishing all those involved.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: You've been wanting to see handcuffs?
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: Well, with this latest scandal, you may indeed be getting your wish.
