Isaiah 54:16 Behold, I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire, that brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. From this verse we understand that wasters exist and the purpose is only to destroy. The destiny of a wasting power or wasting personality is to waste ,kill,steal and destroy good things. so if you are thinking a wasting power or spirit can change, it's best you rejig your thinking
